Victor came out and did a good job on the work he did. Took his time and made a good effort to clean up after his work. The issue was that he left the job undone. He did the major part of the job that was worth the most money and agreed to finish up the small stuff the next day. He led me on for 3 days saying he would be there the next day and never returned. I understand trying to make money. Shame on me for paying and trusting him before the job was complete.

Excellent service, super kind, thorough and fairly priced! We have used for many years and they are truly a gem!

I remember my first-time calling Han/Conn Plumbing Services was back in 2013. I found them on Angie's List. There were no plumbing companies that would repair galvanized pipes. Everyone wants to replace the entire house with plastic or copper pipes. That was a $10k job which exceeded my budget.

Javier was the guy who fixed that little leak for $200. It was not easily accessible in the attic above the bathroom sink. He is skilled and friendly. He speaks English and understands plumbing well.

When I called the number 8 years ago, a gentleman named Eddie Lopez, the owner, responded quickly. I was so happy that they fixed the leak, Javier also gave me his knowledgeable assessment.

I have not been in contact with him all these years. Just so happened I was desperately seeking a plumbing repair last year when the hot water pipe burst above my bedroom ceiling. I couldn't find galvanized pipe repair in business categories anymore. So, I texted Eddie. Javier came to my rescue the next day. The repair was a simple patch for $120. Because I planned to get pipes replaced in the entire house.

He also fixed a leaky shower faucet vault for $30 with a $45 supply I bought from Home Depot. (Other guys wanted to charge $130-$680.)

The following year, after my house was repaired. I called Eddie to get my entire house replaced with PEX pipe for $2800. Javier brought his assistant to finish in 2 days. I was grateful for their service. I just didn't like there was no written contract for the work. I had to find my own contractor to fix the drywall after they replaced the pipes.

I thought I skipped the burst frozen pipe damage after last year's Winter Storm Uri. I am actually one of many water pipe victims because of old galvanized pipes. It would be one of the requirements for the next house I buy.

We had a recent issue with the house-to-the-street sewer system. Everything backed-up into our house, so needless to say, the call we placed to this provider was considered an emergency call.  Emergency call - extra charge?  Would they arrive quickly - or a day later?

This company not only promised a SPECIFIC TIME RANGE they would be out, but they also said their prices were extremely competitive (which was also true).

* Stated they would be out between 10:00 - 10:30am, and would call 30 minutes ahead to advise their arrival. They called at 10:05am and were here by 10:20am. That in itself is amazing enough.
* Job completed in 30 - 40 minutes.
* Used top quality equipment.
* High customer ratings.

And the best part of their service ...before the work began, they showed my husband exactly what was happening so he could physically see the issue - and not just be told. Total cost, was about $100 less than the other quotes I received.

I have never written a Yelp review before but I can't say enough wonderful things about the service I just got! I tried all morning to find a plumber to come out for my kitchen sink that was backing up. I called & spoke to Chris and he was out the same day. The price he quoted me over the phone was what I paid, and he fixed my problem quickly and gave me tips on how to not stop up my sink again! It's so easy to get taken advantage of these days and this type of customer service is so rare. I will never use another plumber again. Thank you!

I had 6 responses to my query about an inside wooden  door not latching..
Richard from Patriot Services. was the first to respond and was available within 24 hours.
The quoted price from Richard was  amongst the more reasonable ones.
He arrived timely and corrected the latching problem in a jiffy.
He also gave me reasonable quotes for other tasks I asked him about.
He tells me that he is licensed in HVAC, Electrical and plumbing.
He also does Remodelling.
I will call upon him again, when needed.

SO VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!

Not only did they no show up this morning but when we tried to call we were yelled at and hung up on! He said they called and there was no answer. This was not true and when he verified the number it was our Landlord's cell number and not ours. He wouldn't listen and said we should take our business elsewhere. Terrible Customer Service

I am so happy!!  My shower was leaking so I called a plumber and when they arrived they told me they didn't work on condos.  I called a second plumber and he told me I had to find someone to cut out the tiles so they could repair the shower.  I made arrangements for a tile guy to come out tomorrow to do the work.  When I got the bid for the repairs from the plumber, I thought it was a little high so I called Budget Home Services.  They sent Nick Russell out today and he was able to repair my shower WITHOUT removing the tiles at a fraction of the cost.  I was also able to cancel the tile work for even more savings.  In the future I will only use Nick Russell from Budget Home Services.  Thanks again, Nick.

This plumber is a real find! He was appointed to our job by our home warranty company for a leaking water heater. I left a message at 8am and he was with me by 10am. He adjusted his schedule to deal with my emergency. It was a complete contrast to the replacement of my other water heater last year. Because the shut-off valve wouldn't shut off, he drained the tank and by-passed it, whilst he sourced a replacement. Ron was very knowledgeable and customer-orientated. The job was completed in a very timely manner and he managed to find the cause of the leak from the pan to outside of the house...nails in a pipe. He also informed me that I had a water pump that wasn't plugged in. Now for the first time in nine years, I have instant hot water in my kitchen faucet!
I will be calling Ron, whenever I need a plumber for sure!

Choice came out today. Responded quickly, next day service, reasonable pricing for fixing our outside cutoff water valve, and diagnosis of another problem. Daniel and his associate came after the evaluation team came first within 20 minutes. Good follow up on calling to let us know they were on their way. Planning to have them come back for some other renovations we want to do.
4/2/2019- had a recirculating pump put in to move hot water quickly to kitchen. First visit unfortunately needed some tweaking, Choice came back and made some adjustments to the system. We're definitely pleased with the results. We'll ask for Daniel!

Alton is an outstanding plumber! He came to our house to maintenance our hot water heaters and did an amazing job. He was very professional and friendly and explained every step of the process to us. His work was meticulous and he was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. He didn't cut any corners and took the time to make sure the job was done right. We are very pleased with the results and would highly recommend Alton and Blue Frog Plumbing for any plumbing needs. He's a true professional and we're glad Blue Frog Plumbing sent him for our project.

I cannot comment on the negative reviews, but we had a very good recent experience with these folks.  We had a serious backup due to a blockage between house and septic.  I called Mr Rooter at 9 am on a Saturday and the truck arrived by 1030 am.  Technician was a nice guy named Gavin - he was extremely polite, knowledgeable and thorough.  He carefully located the outside vent port, went in with the cleanout tool and then a video camera.   Finished his work in about an hour, explained what he had done/found and then cleaned everything up.   I thought the costs were very reasonable and I was delighted with the service quality and promptness.
