I called Tom the Plumber on Monday, 7/26/2021 for a plumbing problem. I was told they couldn't get to me today but they could come the next day on Tuesday. I was told they would give me a call before coming.

i stayed home all day and evening waiting for that call but nobody called or came to my home. I guess I wasn't worth a 30 second phone call to reschedule. When a business does this they are telling you you really don't matter to them. I highly recommend you use a different plumber. There are plenty out there that do care! I see others have had the same problem which proves my point that they don't care!

I remember my first-time calling Han/Conn Plumbing Services was back in 2013. I found them on Angie's List. There were no plumbing companies that would repair galvanized pipes. Everyone wants to replace the entire house with plastic or copper pipes. That was a $10k job which exceeded my budget.

Javier was the guy who fixed that little leak for $200. It was not easily accessible in the attic above the bathroom sink. He is skilled and friendly. He speaks English and understands plumbing well.

When I called the number 8 years ago, a gentleman named Eddie Lopez, the owner, responded quickly. I was so happy that they fixed the leak, Javier also gave me his knowledgeable assessment.

I have not been in contact with him all these years. Just so happened I was desperately seeking a plumbing repair last year when the hot water pipe burst above my bedroom ceiling. I couldn't find galvanized pipe repair in business categories anymore. So, I texted Eddie. Javier came to my rescue the next day. The repair was a simple patch for $120. Because I planned to get pipes replaced in the entire house.

He also fixed a leaky shower faucet vault for $30 with a $45 supply I bought from Home Depot. (Other guys wanted to charge $130-$680.)

The following year, after my house was repaired. I called Eddie to get my entire house replaced with PEX pipe for $2800. Javier brought his assistant to finish in 2 days. I was grateful for their service. I just didn't like there was no written contract for the work. I had to find my own contractor to fix the drywall after they replaced the pipes.

I thought I skipped the burst frozen pipe damage after last year's Winter Storm Uri. I am actually one of many water pipe victims because of old galvanized pipes. It would be one of the requirements for the next house I buy.

I called them when the hot water heater needed to be replaced.  They came on the same day to check out the set up and were back the next day.  It was incredibly hot and the water heater was in the attic.  They were very efficient and fast.  They took the time to explain the functions and maintenance.  Great company.  Highly recommend.

I'm happy to have found this guy.  Chris Perot turned out to be a good, caring plumber - like in the old days.  He's an independent plumber with his own stocked van.  He answered his own phone, came out quick, and fixed all my small problems right away (a kitchen drainline stoppage,  and a leaking pipe).  He is coming back later to fix a broken shower knob.  He knows his craft well, and does neat work.  Reasonable prices also.

Wonderful honestly great people who are professionals, and friendly. They give great advice and will make sure you are squared away!

Richard from Patriot Services. was the first to respond and was available within 24 hours.
The quoted price from Richard was  amongst the more reasonable ones.
He arrived timely and corrected the latching problem in a jiffy.
He also gave me reasonable quotes for other tasks I asked him about.
He tells me that he is licensed in HVAC, Electrical and plumbing.
He also does Remodelling.
I will call upon him again, when needed.

This is an  honest and fair plumbing company. We had a water leak and in no time it was fixed. The price was very fair. I will definitely use them again.

Cailon showed up in less than 30 minutes.  Took care of our problem. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. Being on a weekend, we thought it would be forever getting someone out and be very expensive.  We would for sure recommend this company. Great job.

My water line broke and they repaired it immediately at a reasonable cost. They were very nice and explained everything to me.

We called Kae Edward Plumbing because of their great reviews and sure enough they are exactly what the reviews say. Very friendly and helpful. They even referred me to another reliable company for water damage. Thank you Ron, it was very nice to meet you. We finally found our plumber.

Choice Plumbers to the Rescue Again!!!  We've had our share of plumbing problems: Earlier this year, following the third water leak in as many years, this one causing the collapse of our kitchen ceiling, we decided to totally replace all our pipes.  After calling several plumbers and getting ridiculous quotes, we decided to hire Choice Plumbers for this huge, multi-day job.  Their price was reasonable and fair, and their work was excellent and very professional.  They cleaned and vacuumed their work area daily before leaving. We couldn't have been more pleased with their service.

This month, when we decided to change out our water heater, there was no question who we would call.  Choice Plumbers is our plumbing company for life.  They gave us a very fair price, showed up exactly on time (calling us en route as we had requested), and did the job promptly, professionally and even walked us through relighting the pilot, in the event of a disruption in natural gas service.  We are extremely pleased, once again, with the quality of service and very fair price we received from Choice Plumbers.  I have already recommended them to all my family and friends and am aware than any referrals I give to others, reflects on MY reputation should they not perform as I have said.  I sleep well at night knowing that will never be a problem.  There are actually, good men and good companies out there and Choice Plumbers, LLC is definitely in that category.

I called Bluefrog to install a water treatment system. CJ came out to do the work. He was very knowledgeable, completed the work quickly, and at a fair price. I will use Bluefrog from now on and would recommend to anyone needing a trusted plumber!

Calling Mr. Rooter is like flushing money down the toilet. Worst waste of money ever. Better to do nothing than to call them because that is what they do for you - NOTHING!  I called with a clogged bathtub. The guy came, very nice guy, put out the mat and wore slippers in my house. I told him I had tried everything, including snake and plunging and pressure hose. He said it would be $168 to unclog the tub. He tried with a snake, plunger and pressure hose and couldn't get it unclogged. Then insisted on charging me the $168, and said he would have an expert come out. The expert came and quoted me $5000 to replace the pipes. I called customer service and they were not interested in helping me.Totally scammed out of $168 and bathtub is still clogged. Then I called Brothers Plumbing in Splendora. The guy came, and changed all the pipes and charged me under $300. Tub draining fine now.DO NOT USE MR. ROOTER. A TOTAL RIP OFF!!!
