We had a  leaking water heater after returning from vacation. Even though his schedule was already tight, Tom fit us in first thing that morning. He and his crew were friendly, clean, and quick.  Couldn't have asked for anything more.  Thanks for the great job.

I remember my first-time calling Han/Conn Plumbing Services was back in 2013. I found them on Angie's List. There were no plumbing companies that would repair galvanized pipes. Everyone wants to replace the entire house with plastic or copper pipes. That was a $10k job which exceeded my budget.

Javier was the guy who fixed that little leak for $200. It was not easily accessible in the attic above the bathroom sink. He is skilled and friendly. He speaks English and understands plumbing well.

When I called the number 8 years ago, a gentleman named Eddie Lopez, the owner, responded quickly. I was so happy that they fixed the leak, Javier also gave me his knowledgeable assessment.

I have not been in contact with him all these years. Just so happened I was desperately seeking a plumbing repair last year when the hot water pipe burst above my bedroom ceiling. I couldn't find galvanized pipe repair in business categories anymore. So, I texted Eddie. Javier came to my rescue the next day. The repair was a simple patch for $120. Because I planned to get pipes replaced in the entire house.

He also fixed a leaky shower faucet vault for $30 with a $45 supply I bought from Home Depot. (Other guys wanted to charge $130-$680.)

The following year, after my house was repaired. I called Eddie to get my entire house replaced with PEX pipe for $2800. Javier brought his assistant to finish in 2 days. I was grateful for their service. I just didn't like there was no written contract for the work. I had to find my own contractor to fix the drywall after they replaced the pipes.

I thought I skipped the burst frozen pipe damage after last year's Winter Storm Uri. I am actually one of many water pipe victims because of old galvanized pipes. It would be one of the requirements for the next house I buy.

Great price, communication and service! We tried to fit a dripping shower but created more of a mess.  J&G plumbing fixed the issues in no time. I will be recommending and using for future service. Thanks!

Extremely professional and responsive to a water leak emergency on a Sunday evening! Patiently explained the problem. The cost was lower than expected considering it was a Sunday evening when others would have charged more and taken advantage of the situation. Highly recommend!!

I had 6 responses to my query about an inside wooden  door not latching..
Richard from Patriot Services. was the first to respond and was available within 24 hours.
The quoted price from Richard was  amongst the more reasonable ones.
He arrived timely and corrected the latching problem in a jiffy.
He also gave me reasonable quotes for other tasks I asked him about.
He tells me that he is licensed in HVAC, Electrical and plumbing.
He also does Remodelling.
I will call upon him again, when needed.

This is a family-owned business and they were very prompt and courteous.  I gave them 2 stars, however, because their service charge is $125!  That's close to twice what I've been charged by other plumbers, and my house is only 2 miles from their business. I asked for a reduction since I own multiply properties and told them I would be happy to use them as my preferred plumbing company but they were inflexible.  So this is the last time I will call them.

These folks are professionals.

I submitted a request for a quote online.  I got a response very quickly.  They asked for additional details and information to understand the problem, and told me they would check on warranty in the morning.  It was late in the evening when I got back to Casey but he replied immediately.   I was able to get an appt for 7 am the next day.  

Matt showed up a few minutes early for the appt which was great because I had to get to the office.  He seemed genuinely happy to be there to help.  He took a look at the issue, confirmed the problem.  He took the time to explain what he saw.  Educated me on different aspects of the furnace.  He even provided me with multiple options at different quality and price tiers.  

He followed up an hour later with a text and email (which he had done the due diligence of finding out were my preferred methods of communication).  
He provided a written quote, with a few different options.  

I inquired about scheduling and he told me they were flexible would work around my schedule.  

Super impressed with their customer service.  I felt like I was important to them, as was my business.

Very Professional. We needed weekend (emergency) pipe replacement at our well pump. They indicated that they could be at our home in just over an hour, they were there as promised. The price was reasonable for the services provided. I would call Kae Edward again without hesitation...Highly recommend these folks !!

We were very pleased with the professionalism and price of Choice Plumbers.  They were very expert, used topnotch equipment, were careful with our house, and I would recommend them to anyone.  I will recommend them to anyone I know who needs a plumber.  We've used three other area plumbers in the past and Choice was better than any of them.

Alton is an outstanding plumber! He came to our house to maintenance our hot water heaters and did an amazing job. He was very professional and friendly and explained every step of the process to us. His work was meticulous and he was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. He didn't cut any corners and took the time to make sure the job was done right. We are very pleased with the results and would highly recommend Alton and Blue Frog Plumbing for any plumbing needs. He's a true professional and we're glad Blue Frog Plumbing sent him for our project.

I called Mr. Rooter for a toilet install estimate they sent two goobers, that from the moment they opened the door all I could smell was marihuana. They could hardly string two words together. I promptly sent them on their way
