Mark and Ali are friendly, responsive, responsible and great at getting nearly any kind of job done. We originally reached out to them because we had a big leak in our apartment building's roof that needed to be patched. Unlike most folks in the roofing industry, they not only checked out the roof itself, but climbed into the crawl space to examine the wood.

After patching the roof, we also had them repair the drywall in the ceiling that had caved in due to the leak. They were timely, and flexible with our schedule, their estimates were reasonable and they fixed up a ceiling, along with repainting it in the same style as the original paint job.

Both of them were a pleasure to work with, very respectful of our space and our time, and got the job done. I'll absolutely be hiring them for any home repair work that is beyond our skill level, and absolutely recommend them. I appreciate that they document their hours clearly, save receipts, and are so easy to work with.

Brandon the owner called me 1 hour before arrival. Asked how the toilet was clogged and 10 other questions. He arrived was not able to find the reason for the clog. Told me he will come back tomorrow with a camera to see inside of the pipe. Tomorrow came and he did not show up. One of the worst experience ever!! Do not use this company. If the owner acts this way no telling how others are acting.

Just because someone gave them a five star review and said that they came out on a Saturday morning and fixed everything for $145, I also called them on a Saturday morning. The rate was $290 to show up on my doorstep and another $290 per hour for their work. Needless to say--no.  Buyer beware.

Nathan was very professional and polite. He was able to help us fix some gas leaks and reroute some non compliant plumping, while also running new gas lines for our cooktop and fireplace at a fair price. Would absolutely recommend.

It was the middle of the night and something in the attic made the sheet rock fall. My husband went up to check it and turns out it was a busTed pipe. We called Ark Repipes after my neighbor referred them a few wks prior when she had some work done. They came out early the next morning and in 3 days our problem was fixed completely! They were very knowledgeable and understanding at a very affordable price! I highly recommend Ark Repipes.

I've had Mock Plumbing come out to my house multiple times. They've always been reliable, professional, and do a great job. I recently had an issue with a clogged pipe and Chris helped me out tremendously. I can truly say that Mock Plumbing does care and as a customer I greatly appreciate it!

Water heater replacement. Brandon showed up on time. Very friendly and courteous. Finished his job well and quick enough. Job site left clean and tidy. Hope this initial good impression last long. My only suggestion for him is paperwork. Invoice and warranty could be handled more refined way. My initial overall rating for his service today is solid 4.5/5.

So I'll be up front and say I'm not the smartest homeowner. One of the bathrooms had a clogged sink and my wife asked next door neighbors if they had a recommendation. After reading a few glowing recommendations, we called Obsta. They were prompt in their response and I believe sent someone over the next day. Without spending more than 2 mins on the diagnosis, the plumber said it's the A/C draining into the same pipe as the bathroom. We knew about the algae build up since this happened a couple of years ago and thought this is normal. The plumber said he was going to pour down some industrial strength sulfuric acid that only he can get. Sure enough it cleared the clog. Total charge for this effort: $175.

Turns out algae build up is common and you are supposed to pour Clorox down the t-pipe connector (if you have one) that drains the A/C.

Here's why I think they deserve only 2 stars. They were prompt and they fixed the problem.

A better solution would have been to spend a few mins in the attic and recommend installing a t-pipe connector on the drain line from the A/C so we can do a better job at maintenance. Or maybe both A/C's shouldnt drain into the same pipe and lets reroute unit A somewhere else. Or anything, but let's pour good old industrial strength sulfuric acid down the pipes.

$295.00 to find a leak.  It took 10 minutes to find because we basically knew where it was.  Did they apply that fee to the repair?  NO, they charged another $400.00 on top of that to repair it.  The whole repair took around one hour.  They are very nice and professional but their charges are completely outrageous.  We need more plumbers in the Katy area because these guys have gotten too big for their britches.

Mike is a very knowledgable and friendly guy. He came over to our house 40 minutes after we called. He quickly fixed the problem, and then checked out another problem we had. When we asked him how much we owed him, he gave us a better price than everyone else charges. And then at the time of payment he asked if my boyfriend had served in the military. When I said yes, he offered an incredible military discount. We will definitely be calling him again! Thank you, Mike!

I think the fee for telling you that you have a leak that you already know about is a little high. The crew was great and the repair was done well.

Our water heater inlet line was leaking. These guys came out within the hour and fixed the leak. They were very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend Pearland Plumbing for your plumbing needs.
