A1 Plumbing has done a few jobs for us, including replacing all the sewer lines at our house - a huge job. In each case we sought multiple bids and in most cases, though not all, A1 Plumbing came in as the most competitive bid.

But competitive prices are not the only reason why A1 is the best. Brandon, unlike all of the other plumbers I've ever dealt with, is not a salesman. He's an expert who tells you what's wrong and the different ways you can fix it - exactly what you need. He doesn't use pressure, fear, or any other kind of manipulation to steer you one way or another. And his work is conscientious and clean. When we paid with cash instead of credit, he cut 5% off the price. At the end of the job he cut another several percentage points off the price, even though the job had turned out to be more expensive than expected. He explained everything as many times as I asked (which was a lot), redid hydrostatic tests when I told him that I wasn't satisfied with the result, and even fixed a couple significant plumbing odds and ends at our house not related to the main job without charging anything!

After spending a number of days with him (the job was huge, complicated, and delayed several days by the weather), it's clear to me that being a straight shooter is not only Brandon's personality, but also his business philosophy. Highly recommended.

In this day and time it is nice to find a plumbing company that give you a honest quote. Chris came out yesterday, April 25, 2016, within an hour of me calling. He was very nice and patiently answered every question that I asked him. He did a excellent job of removing my old kitchen faucet and installing a new one.  I will use them for all my plumbing needs in the future and I highly recommend them.

It was the middle of the night and something in the attic made the sheet rock fall. My husband went up to check it and turns out it was a busTed pipe. We called Ark Repipes after my neighbor referred them a few wks prior when she had some work done. They came out early the next morning and in 3 days our problem was fixed completely! Obsta was at my home in June of this year -,2016. An apprentice-I assume- did the work under the supervision of another plumber.. I had reported 2 faucet fixtures that were leaking and issues with the drain stoppers not holding water.I was told the kitchen faucet needed to be replaced, but went ahead and let them install new turn off valves in the kitchen due to their age and condition. Later I purchased a new faucet on my own..They replaced a flapper in a bathroom that is seldom used- charged $85 for that. Bathroom sink cold water faucet was leaking. They needed to replace it with a cartridge-something I was not familiar with.They did not have the cartridge in their truck so they left and returned with 2 new cartridges and installed them. The cost of the cartridges was excessive. I could have purchased 2 new fixtures for what I was charged for those 2 parts, and I feel that I should have been advised of that before they left to purchase the correct part. They adjusted the two drain stoppers-one wasn't attached at all the the second was too low. That took 5 minutes, but unfortunately they didn't ask me to try them and check the speed of drainage, so now both are on the slowest setting possible and take forever to drain, so made the problem even worse. That evening I noticed that the cold water faucet that had a new cartridge was still leaking, so I called and they returned the next day and tightened it-no charge.The pricing for this amount of work,I felt was extremely high, so I will not use them again or recommend them.

Quick response, friendly and quality work.  However $188 to change a rubber gasket in the toilet tank which is a $5 part and 10 minute job seems way too expensive.  They do good work, but you will pay WAY above average prices.

We needed a new pipe for our tub spout since ours was too big to fit a universal spout and Pioneer Plumbing was able to fix everything for us. Jed and his partner were assigned to us. They quickly gave us an estimate and did the work. They also had us inspect everything after they were done and gave us tips on future spout changes. Highly recommended company! If I ever had any other plumbing needs, I'm contacting Pioneer first!

Fast response time, good quality work, friendly guy, but boy are they expensive!!!  Charged me over $600 dollars to repair a broken pipe running into my house from outside faucet.  Don't call Pearland Plumbing unless you are wealthy -  I'm not, and am less so after they were done with me.
