Came out at the end of the day when I got off from work and within ten minutes clogged was removed and they were on their way!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I got several leaks in my roof after a few days of hard rain. I reached out on Yelp and got a response right away, they gave me a quote and made an appointment for the next day first thing in the morning. Ali arrived on time, assessed the leak in my roof caused by rain, and fixed it promptly. Not only was the price incredibly reasonable, but the turnaround was so quick. I am so grateful, and this has already saved me from the rain today! THANK YOU ALI!

Wow what a great experience! We needed to have a drum trap replaced for the tub in our old 1950's house.  Brandon was quick to schedule us an appointment and sent one of his best crews out the very next day.

When they arrived they quickly assessed the situation, told us our options and then priced everything out. They quickly got to work the very same day. Probably one of the most professional and nicest crews I have ever had work here. The pricing was a lot cheaper than I had foreseen.

Would definitely recommend to anyone in Houston and would not hesitate to have them work for us again!

Another great experience! Our kitchen sink was clogged and after many trouble shooting attempts I was unsuccessful in fixing the issue. So I called Brandon and he's says If I can't get my guys out there I'll come do it myself. Wow, you can't get better customer service Jan that. In about 30 min Brandon had the clogged fixed and gave me a VERY reasonable price, he even showed me how to fix the problem on my own in the future.

In this day and time it is nice to find a plumbing company that give you a honest quote. Chris came out yesterday, April 25, 2016, within an hour of me calling. He was very nice and patiently answered every question that I asked him. He did a excellent job of removing my old kitchen faucet and installing a new one.  I will use them for all my plumbing needs in the future and I highly recommend them.

Nathan was very professional and polite. He was able to help us fix some gas leaks and reroute some non compliant plumping, while also running new gas lines for our cooktop and fireplace at a fair price. Would absolutely recommend.

It was the middle of the night and something in the attic made the sheet rock fall. My husband went up to check it and turns out it was a busTed pipe. We called Ark Repipes after my neighbor referred them a few wks prior when she had some work done. They came out early the next morning and in 3 days our problem was fixed completely! Plumber took a little longer then I expected to arrive (why i'm giving 4 stars instead of 5) but once he was here he got straight to work at quickly resolved my plumbing issues. Very happy with the overall experience and cost. Recommend Mock plumbing to anyone in the Baton Rouge area.

Brandon was great! I had a broken garbage disposal that I needed replaced and requested a quote through Yelp. Brandon messaged me within a few minutes and showed up the very next morning. He communicated clearly with me throughout the process, was friendly, and price was fair for the job. I hope I wouldn't need to use his services again, but if I did have the need to, I wouldn't hesitate reaching out to him again.

Had a delay in original arrival. They dispatched a new plumber, showed up within 10 minutes of what was originally expected, so not too bad. The plumber, James, was fantastic quick, proficient, and a good communicator. Cost came in under what original budget was expected. Happy with the service, especially James the plumber they ended up having to send.

HUGE SHOUT-OUT to Mike and his team for the work they did on my home. They were able to hunt down and locate the cleanout to my old home almost a foot below ground  and after calling and paying two different companies (who did absolutely nothing but take my money) I kick myself for not calling Mike Tidwell Plumbing first! I was hesitant to call a plumbing company, but couldn't put it off any longer. Our water pressure was terrible and with guests coming and going, it was getting embarrassing and cumbersome. I looked around and landed on a local company to come to the rescue. The plumber came out and removed an unused filter that was on the entry pipe to the main water supply. He also replaced a fitting that was ancient. He did a multi-point inspection throughout the house and in the hot attic (for the hot water heater) and made some recommendations. A few minutes after he left, we tested the water by turning on the kitchen sink faucet and flushing a toilet at the same time. Yay! Water was still flowing at good pressure in the faucet!  I highly recommend this wonderful, local plumbing company to help with your plumbing needs. Thanks, Pioneer Plumbing!

Called him to repair/replace hose bib.  He came out and said he had to cut into wall from inside house.  He said he would call with a quote and I never heard from him again. Terrible service.
