I needed to have a new induction cooktop installed that was slightly wider than my previous cooktop. They responded quickly and provided a quote over the phone. Once the cooktop arrived, they got me scheduled right away and did a great job. Couldn't be happier with they handled everything! Will definitely call them again for other appliance installation needs.

I found Tomball Plumbing on Yelp and called for help on an emergency leak in my house. Brent answered when I called and was able to schedule a prompt appointment to repair the leak. He assessed the situation, and gave me a low price and a high price (based on potential unknowns). Brent documents his pricing up front, and his services are competitive. Also, the quality of work is good, and Brent explains what he is going to do ahead of time. He explained the risks associated with the job options, which I am grateful for. I scheduled him to come out for another job, and I am happy with the quality and results.

Jesse was extremely cordial and informative about the bathtub fixtures I wanted to replace. They provided the proper parts quickly and did an excellent job on the install. Highly recommended.

George went above and beyond to help us with our hot water heater, right at the peak of the holidays. He saved us hundreds of dollars by calling our hot water heater company to see if the broken part was covered under warranty. Since it was, I was able to have a replacement part shipped to my home for free. He was super flexible scheduling around the part's arrival, and he installed it in an hour.

I cannot say nice enough things about Hexagon plumbing. We would definitely use this company again in the future.

5M plumbing is the company my HOA trusts to fix issues that occur in our condominium complex.  We had a disaster of a day last week (the day before Thanksgiving), stemming from a problem created by the first plumbers I called out to fix a problem.  (See my review of how terrible they were - especially their owner - by looking up reviews of Space City Plumbing.)  5M Plumbing came to the rescue and the father and son team definitely knew what they were doing and they saved the day.  They fixed the broken pipe, helped to clean up all of the mess created by the first crew.  I will always call them FIRST in the future. (God willing, we don't have any more plumbing issues like that one again any time soon!)   I have even greater respect for good plumbers and what they must endure in plumbing emergencies.  Carry extra changes of clothes!!!!!

Bears pluming is awesome.  We have used them for years they are trustworthy, do a great job and their prices are reasonable.

Our water heater was leaking so I reached out to several companies in the area. Daniel gave us a quote that was reasonable and showed up on time on the day of service. Wayne and his crew replaced our hot water heaters and repaired our plumbing lines. They were extremely courteous, professional, and clean. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

Absolutely terrible experience. This company was sent to us through our home warranty (Choice, if you're considering them stay far away). We needed a drain clean out for a flooded sink. The plumber showed up forcing us to pay for additional services that were not necessary to solve our immediate problem (he insisted we had to pay $400 for a p-trap replacement in addition to the drain clean out). We ultimately agreed to replace the part as well since our sink was actively flooding, and he refused to do the drain clean out before replacing the parts. Plumber then said that he actually didn't have the parts, and since it was Friday he wouldn't be able to come back until Monday to fix it. He refused to do the drain clean out or do anything to help us before leaving. He left our sink disassembled, and RMP had the audacity to call and charge us a service fee for the visit. We had to call another plumber and pay out of pocket for the drain clean out - the other plumber immediately realized the urgency of the situation and agreed it needed to be resolved ASAP.
I'm shocked at the positive reviews for this company. We are new to choice home warranty and are realizing that they may be the root cause of the problem, but it seems they find companies like RMP to be complicit in their schemes. The fact that a plumber could walk in, see the state of our actively flooding sink, and completely refuse to do anything to help us as paying customers is insane. Stay far away.

Great customer service and pricing. Would recommend to all who need plumbing repairs. The owner came out himself and fixed the issues we had promptly and was very honest and trustworthy. Thank you for getting us back up and running.
