I had a leak that needed to be repaired and I called in the morning. They informed me that they couldn't be there till the afternoon. I asked them to try and get there earlier if possible.....of course I thought it wouldn't happen but I would ask. They were 2 hours earlier than they said....very impressive, especially these days!!! We have used S&B several times and have always been extremely pleased with their service!

Justin and his apprentice have done a great job fixing all my plumbing problems.  It is so wonderful having hot water flowing again in my master bath sink!  I didn't get it fixed for a long time as I was too busy or did not want to have a big plumbing job.  They did it snappily . It was a quick and great job done. Then they fixed a few other spots and charged a reasonale amount..Thank you guys and S&B!

5 BIG STARS for S&B!

We had a leak between the meter and the house. We are on acreage, so the distance is 225 ft. My husband had placed a flag where he thought the leak would be. Another company gave us two options- they would start digging from the meter back towards the house for $65 per foot until they located the leak, ($1950 to start by our estimation), plus charges for any parts and repairs. Or, they would replace the whole line for $11,100!

From pictures I sent to Cierra at S&B, Bo called me and took the time to explain the  base charge for digging ($375) and the hourly charge. Then, he repeated it on a separate call to my husband. His crew came out immediately and took care of the whole job (they found the leak within a foot of my husband's flag) in 90 minutes for $415.50!

I will call S&B with any plumbing needs from now on! Cierra, Bo, and everyone at S&B were kind and professional.

Fixed my shower head quickly and was very responsive with their times of arrival.  I like how they were able to give me a time frame within an hour not these 3-4 hour ranges like other companies.
I would use again.

I've called on S&B before and never regretted it. Today I had a small crack on an exterior pipe, thankfully no damage inside at all. I told them I was ok for a while, but they showed up in about 90 minutes and got the work done beautifully. Very courteous as well. Every job they've done has been excellent.

The replaced a connection for an outdoor sink which had a pvc pipe that burst a few years ago from our freeze in 2021.  Finally got around to calling them out to fix it and they did it quickly and affordably.  Had them replace my garbage disposal 7 months ago so its the second time Ive used them and they were just as good as before.

We had many items that needed to be taken care of.  They were able to come out the next day. I am so happy with all the work they did. Brent and his team( I did not get the name of the other person)  did a fantastic job - they are very knowledgeable and proficient. A friend recommended S&B to me after a disappointing time with another company. I am so happy I changed- they are great. He even helped me get my cat that ran out!

On time, fixed problem, friendly and clean. They put everything back as it was. Great job! Definitely recommend!

Needed toilet reset after floor replacement     They replaced the flange and the fill valve then set the toilet. Found some other issues with the fixture and repaired those also.   Quickly and cleanly.  Had everything needed on the truck.  Left workplace clean and neat. Highly recommended them

Winter storm Eleanor frozen pipe resulted in water pouring down the wall. Cody & LG we're here within 90 minutes of call and fixed it in under 30 minutes. Price was half of what I expected.

I can't tell you how much I hate these people.

First of all, thank you s&b for sending me spam mail. I've waited two years to find you again so I can warn everyone about your business practices.

I hired this company to fix the shower knobs in my parent's house back in 2017. I was visiting at the time (I don't live in Texas) and I was leaving for the airport that day.  They came over and assessed the situation - two elderly people, don't know squat about plumbing, my bags packed at the door, and an urgent situation.

They took one look at the shower. Literally 3 seconds and said oh, you have to replace the whole copper plumbing behind the wall.

Why does it need to be replaced?  They were happy to show me.  They cut a hole in the wall, used a torch to cut out the main part that connects the hot/cold lines to the knobs (all copper)... showed it to me and said.... see, IT'S ALL BENT FROM USE.

Think about this for a second...  a) it was behind the wall, so how could they know that just by looking at it, b) copper piping that thick doesn't just bend or get twisted out of shape from turning the hot/cold knobs.

The job should have been a simple replacement of the hot/cold knobs which were loose.

Look at the photo of my receipt to see how they chalked this one up. It's worded in a way that makes it seem like they did a routine install.

I was in no position to argue because I had to leave. If I didn't get it fixed that day my parents wouldn't be able to shower or get someone to fix it later.

I can't express how much I hate your company, your staff, and I sincerely hope your company goes under.

My husband and I had a leak in our dining room. We called S&B Plumbing and they had someone sent over quickly. He came and gave us an honest answer which we appreciated. We had two other plumbers come out who did not give us a straight answer and did not know what it would cost. S&B were very professional, honest and on time. We are very pleased with their work and professionalism. I will always refer S&B to friends and family!

Great service! Not only did Mike and Justin give us a better price on a leak than a first estimate, they actually were very thorough and found a second leak located not far from the first. They themselves were personable and communicative. The secretary Sierra was very polite and communicative as well.  I really, really recommend them.

The liesfor $$$ I had a quote form one plumber bc the plumber I use was not avail for this service he quoted me $22k once my plumber came he said he lied and was fishing for a commission come on S&B do better this is why is I still  with small companies better service and less over head for lies and out of pocket expenses never again !!!

UPDATE REVIEW / 06/25/2021:  These guys are the real deal. So easy to deal with. Water heater had a problem w the pilot switch which happens sometimes with machines. They came out same day to diagnose and had it fixed by the next day due to having to order parts for it and everything was covered under warranty.  Johnny, Cierra, Lisa, everyone was awesome.  I would suggest signing up for their yearly membership program b/c it will pay for itself in the long run as you get priority scheduling and %off of any work done, etc. Give them a chance to win your business and you won't be disappointed.

A++ Plumbing company!  Called 3 reputable companies to get bids on installing a water heater in the attic. All three were prompt and courteous, but S&B Plumbing had the best value of all 3. I did my research on NextDoor and here on Google. S&B was recommended the most by my neighbors and others. They were on time, courteous, and had the water heater installed in the attic in like an hour.  Everyone from the office to the estimator to the service technicians all were courteous and helped me quickly. I will continue to use this company for any future plumbing needs and you should give them a try too as you will not be disappointed.

Bo and his team came to replace our broken sewer line. They were professional and did a great job. They also did a great job refilling the trench after the work was complete.

This place came highly recommended after our tankless water heater broke. We called several different places with an unbelievable service charge. S&B came out evaluated the situation and gave us excellent service with affordable pricing. Thank you again for not price gouging during the storm.

This company is amazing! My brand new water heater suddenly went out. I have a 19 month old daughter so needless to say this was NOT convenient! S&B Plumbing was able to get me scheduled quickly.  They also added me to an emergency list which resulted in 2 plumbers arriving to my house the very next morning (after someone canceled). Vince & Austin were so professional and courteous! They answered all my questions and explained everything they were doing along the way. In the end,  they got my water heater back up & running in about 10-15 minutes.  This was after another company told me it needed a new part! S&B Plumbing is officially my Plumbing company for life! Excellent service!!

I can't recommend this company enough. S&B repiped my condo, installed a new water heater and replaced a section of vent pipe. Among the eight plumbers I talked to, S&B was the only one that was reasonably priced and that caught a problem with the venting in my water heater. The other plumbers either missed it or charged an exorbitant amount for the project.
Also, S&B were the only ones that proposed rerouting a portion of my new piping. This simplified the repiping project because the plumbers did not have to install new pipe behind my dishwasher, oven and cabinetry.
S&B even came back to fix some problems caused by the painter who repatched my holes. He had loosened my shower valves and the p-trap under my sink. S&B came back immediately and repaired both items free of charge. Again, the company was incredible from start to finish.

Can not say enough good things about this company.  The owner of the company came to my house the SAME DAY and fixed my split water valve at a great price!!!!!!!!!!  They are a local company here in Sugar Land and they really care ABOUT YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I called S&B for a second opinion and ended up going with them for a large job. Our new/old home had some major plumbing problems to a kitchen/utility room addition and required 50+ feet of new drainage pipe and their entire team, from the office to the crew, did a great job. Very professional, completed it quickly, cleaned up after their work and the cost seemed reasonable compared to the other estimate we had gotten.

I recommend S & B Plumbing for any job, small or big.  Recently I had 2 major leaks deep in my yard.  They have all the high tech equipment to correctly diagnose the problem and were able to make the repairs in a timely manner.  I have used them several times over the years and their staff is always friendly and professional.  I am grateful to S & B Plumbing.

We had a water leak coming through a wall due to a clogged AC drain. I sent a  service request message via the S&B Plumbing's website at midnight on a Sunday and I received a callback from them first thing Monday morning.  

The S&B's Customer Service lady was very empathic, she dispatched a tech crew to our house as soon as possible. Cody, the technician, and his partner were courteous, and professional.  They didn't get the problem fixed the first time around, but they returned a second time with additional equipment and got it fixed for good.

We have always been satisfied with S&B plumbing's service. We highly recommend them!

Braulio and his partner came out to repair a natural gas leak. They quoted me way under what another reputable company quoted me.

They did an excellent job, were courteous, and were knowledgeable. Above all, I found them to be honest and competent.

After my ridiculous experience with Abacus, the folks at S&B were a breath of fresh air! I had two appointments with them this week, one 3-5 PM and the second 8:30-10:30 AM. On both occasions, they arrived at the beginning of the appointment window - great start! Their techs were knowledgeable and friendly. They completed a quality repair for a very reasonable price.

Being new to the area, I can check this box; I now have my plumber. Nice work, S&B!

Called this company for a second opinion after Abacus Plumbing told us we needed a sewer pipe connection fixed (rough estimate of $4200). Bo called and I told him what they had said and asked what they would charge. He said $900 to fix the connection and replace the sewer line clean out - but he didn't think we actually needed it because the camera shown to me of the area didn't even have any roots showing. He told me what to watch out for (sinking of the soil in the area, sluggish drain in kitchen and toilets backing up, etc. We'll be watching for that, and definitely call S & B Plumbing (SugarLand Plumbing). They have lots of really good reviews too.

I called this morning with a small repair job.  They were responsive, prompt, quick and very professional.  They will get my business next time.

I had a hot water heater problem. S&B offered best case (thermocouple replaced) pricing as well as worst case (replace Honeywell controls) pricing. Now I know what I in for and I appreciate that.
Repairs were scheduled the same day.
S&B got me back in hot water without parts but advised due to the age of equipment I'd be better off replacing and offered pricing. Not the cheapest option but seemed honest advice.
Crew was very professional.

Austin came out this afternoon and did an awesome job. Found and fixed three breaks in frozen pipes. It's a chaotic time in Houston and every plumber is busy. But Austin did the job with care, patience, professionalism and a friendly attitude. -- And a good price.

I have now used this company 4 or 5 times. They have come to my home and a rental property and each time they are polite and professional. The technicians are great and the prices are fair for the work being done. Keep up the great work guys!

Amazing service.  Friendly and very fast!  I called them at 9:45 am to tell them I had a broken pipe in my garden from the main valve. They came in  and by 12:30 life was back to normal!   Thank you!

We love S&B plumbing--especially Junior! He replaced our galvanized pipes with PEX a couple of years ago and did a great job. It made a huge improvement in our water pressure. Today we had him come out for an unrelated issue: a pipe connected to our water heater was rusty and we were afraid it could burst. He checked it but found that the rust was superficial and the pipe itself was solid. He could have easily just replaced it and charged us a few hundred dollars, so we really appreciated his honesty. Everyone at S&B, including the front office staff,  has been great to work with: competent, professional, and reliable.

This is an excellent company.  They are Professional, Prompt, Fair, Honest, and Friendly, and have never failed me after many years and many service calls.

56.25 just to come out and give you a ball-park figure. If you call them you just toasted sixty bucks with no work done if they quote high.

Don't waste your time when so many other reputable companies have no problem giving you a quote at no price. Any reputable company should be confident enough that their price is an honest price. But not this one. Last time I had called them they never showed up for the job, I should have known better than to try a 2nd time.

These guys were great! Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because I'm a first time customer and with services like plumbing, you really need multiple times for them to come out to really see if they are 5 star service.

Bo and his crew came out in 30 minutes! Wow, I just called to get an estimate/appointment and he called back before even the call center called me back after contacting him about the job. Did a sewer clean out/drain cleaning/snaking. Had to do it through the roof since they couldn't find the catch/sewer drain (which no one can find at my house.. probably under my deck or something.. built by previous owners..).

Asked about running a camera to see maybe if there was something else indicative of this recurring problem I've been having. He didn't want to charge us for not being able to run a camera that wouldn't fit through pipes, so he gave us a good run down of our options.

Price came out pretty reasonable for fixing everything within 30 minutes and doing a couple of other things. Along with the online coupons they have on their website, everything was processed electronically through iPhone and iPad for payments and receipts. I got my copy of the receipt in 2 minutes.

Shooting the breeze with the guys afterwards, and they informed me I should also probably have my roof looked. Thoughtful service, friendly, and highly informative. I will definitely be calling them back if anything arises.

We had a clogged drainage below kitchen sink. They were able to accommodate last minute request. The crew was very professional and polite. They had good experience and were able to finish the job in no time.
After the job finished helped us to identify reason for our high water bills. They inspected all the taps and found a leak. Very helpful people.

Hands down best experience I've had with a plumbing company. Had an emergency this morning called and the lady that answered was very nice and had Bo come out with his guys to fix the problem within minutes

Called several other local companies and they took too long with no urgency. If you live near Sugar Land I highly recommend them.

$365 for 20 minutes of work for water heater repair.  Didn't fix the problem.  They said they were using manufacturers guidelines instead of their brains (troubleshooting).  They had to come out 2 more times and then finally said they needed to replace other stuff for even more money.  Ask for a refund and they thought I was crazy.  For the most expensive plumbers in Houston you'd think they'd be experts but they are just part changers.  Do not use.

OMG! What an amazing experience I just had with Mike and Richmond from S & B Plumbing. They were knowledgeable, professional and personable. 'Was so impressed with the care they took to clean up the work site too.  S&B was responsive, called in the morning and they arrived by 3pm, and fair and honest with their pricing.  It was a pleasure doing business with them.  I was a 30 year customer of one of their competitors.  S&B is my new go to plumbing company.  Thank you S&B! Job well done.

I called this company based on a recommendation of one of my neighbors. I called, they answered and 5 days later they were at my house ahead of the agreed time. They fixed my issues outside (drainage) as much as they could, gave me instructions on what I can do how much they think it could cost and how I can prevent them coming again and then proceeded to tackle a two faucets inside. They are very clean when coming into the house, very polite, friendly and I will ask them to come back again. Can I find better pricing? Probably, but I don't mind paying for quality and honesty as I am convinced I'll be better off in the long run.

If I could give them negative stars, I would.
The plumber (Steven) was here less than 5 minutes TOTAL. He charged $140 for clearing a drain. I have had this service completed several times in the past and have paid $92.50 - for the SAME EXACT SERVICE!  The response I got when I called to discuss my bill was some plumbers are more gracious in what they charge. How can a plumber decide what he wants to charge, and the company has NO standard pricing, is beyond reasonable and professional.  Apparently, if we pay $140 for a two minutes job, that means they are charging $4,200 per hour. This is unethical and Jack the so-called manager does not even care, he was rude and I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

Look no farther when looking for a professional , fair ,prompt, honest PLUMBER and most of all genuine care for the clients needs. First time I called S and B Plumbing and I will surely call them again for future services. Shout out to Mr. Steven for the job well done.

These guys are great!  We used them through Angie's List to replace our hot water heater that was up in the attic.  They were courteous, answered all of my questions, and they were reasonably priced.  The job was done in less than an hour, and we couldn't be happier!

These guys are awesome! They were quick and fast! They also did an amazing job on my kitchen faucet replacement.

Wow, I did not know such competent, efficient, and reasonably priced plumbing existed. After getting subpar service that took hours and hours with another company, I changed it up and called S & B based on the reviews they have received. I could see water coming out of my foundation and bricks soaked outside but could not tell what was going on in my home. The gentlemen that came out acted like investigators and communicated extremely well together and to me. They checked the attic and followed the clues and found the problem in a short amount of time and got it corrected in a short amount of time: One middle aged man and one younger man were the employees. I think Richard was his name. They were a great team and the more experienced plumber provided a positive and encouraging tone to the apprentice. He was able to find a pinhole leak that had been working on soaking my home for quite a while. He pointed out some of the signs of damage to me and educated me on the issue. He called a water restoration expert to come and give me a free estimate to repair the damage and help with cosmetics. He educated me on other things about my older pipe work and water pressure and explained the very reasonable bill to me. It is the best experience I have had with a plumber and when the next need occurs, I will be giving this company my money and trust. These guys will not take advantage of the consumer. Great business.

I've used these guys several times and they always do good work.  LIke all plumbers they're not cheap, but they are reasonable and in line with other plumbing companies.  In fact, cleaning out the sink drain was cheaper with S & B than with a competor I called.  And I knew the competitor (he use to be my neighbor)!

I know they are honest and I can list a couple of reasons for this, but it would be too long to explain.

One thing I like about them is the company is family owned and they live in Sugar Land.

I would highly recommend them.

I have hired S&B Plumbing 3 times over the last two years.  Each time it was a fairly routine maintenance issue.  I really like this company because they focus on the issue at hand and they don't try to sell you all sorts of additional, unnecessary repairs.  I've had some bad experiences with other companies that use a routine maintenance issue as an opportunity to get inside your house and scare you into buying lots of expensive repairs.  Not these guys!

Each time, they showed up on time, worked hard and did the job right.  They may not be the cheapest plumbers; however, I trust these guys and I'm willing to pay a little extra for that.

I have been using S & B for years. My girlfriend (single mom with 4 kids) had to have them jackhammer through her foundation to fix some pipes, and they gave her a price far below other estimates because they knew she was a single mom. I had an inspector say I needed to redo all my 50 year old pipes and I called them out to do the job (major major money) and they said it did not need to be done. So I would have spent many thousands but they saved me all that money. They always do a good job at a competitive price and have always squeezed me and my girlfriend in for an emergancy.

These guys are amazingly awesome. Starting from their office reception and their technicians knowledge and character is amazing. They are down to earth and perform their duties with excellence. They don't take shortcuts. They check on their work thoroughly prior to sign it done. This is my second time using them and it will be not be fare and just if I do not write about my experience and how great these people are. The amazing levels of details that they follow through to get the job done is something that is rarely observed. I thank S&B crew and management for the exceptional dependable service they are providing the community. I will have no worries when needing help on my plumbing going forward. They have earned my respect and trust big time.

These guys are excellent. I've had them over twice, and both times the plumber (Richard, on the last visit) was knowledgeable and professional. I have not compared prices, but the price was definitely reasonable, I just don't know how it compares to others. I recommend them highly.

I called them on Tuesday and got an appointment for Wednesday afternoon with a window from 3-5.  They called first to let me know they would be at my house in about 30 minutes, which was exactly 3pm when they arrived.  They were professional and fixed my problem in record time (it wasn't complicated, but it was still nice to have them on task and in and out quickly).  I would highly recommend this comany and will use them in the future.

They came to our house for a plumbing issue yesterday. They were incredibly honest and went above and beyond what we asked. We thought we had a major issue as our bathroom had sewer water on the floor. It ended up not being serious. In addition we told them our water bill has been high and the meter was running. They checked out all of our toilets and did a brief inspection of the yard and figured out that our toilets were flushing and filling to high. They adjusted all of the toilets and didn't charge us extra! It was a pleasant experience and I would recommend them to anyone.

Total bill was $118 after we used the coupon on their website.

These guys really are awesome! Called them at 4:30 and by 4:46 they were already there. The plumbers that came to look at the issue were extremely nice and professional. No b.s. to try and make you pay for things you don't need. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Had a problem with my disposal saw the reviews online about the company so I gave them a call. I called them after hours so I left a voicemail and I was promptly called back the following morning with a quote and a window for the service call.  Everything to this point was outstanding however once the service tech made it to my house he informed my wife the item I was quoted they no longer carried and the new disposal would be $40 more. So my wife called me asking what to do considering the situation our options were one tell them to leave two pay the 40 extra dollars which we opted to pay the $40. I was not happy with the situation. So I called the office and they gave me a extremely weak explanation that the product I was quoted was no longer available and they apologized saying it should have never been quoted that being said I didn't feel like that was my fault and they should have just eaten the difference themselves for the mistake. That's just my opinion obviously. Back to the service call the installation was extremely quick and they were very professional so I struggle with this rating but I felt it was necessary to bring up my situation.

These guys are the real pro.  Richard called ahead, came on time, and performed the work professionally.   It rained outside and he took his shoes off when he went up the attic.  He's very knowledgeable and even show me how to do it (how many plumbers would show his customer how to do his job ?).

Great service! I called them because I had a slow leaking faucet in my kitchen (that I couldn't fix myself). The office staff was friendly and accommodating. The two gentlemen that showed up to do the work were courteous and efficient. They even fixed something that I didn't even know was broken. That's service! Definitely going to add these guys to my address book.

Our neighbour knocked our door this morning said we had water leaking outside our house. I went out and found a not-so-good-looking-style fountain coming out from the ground of my plant-watering faucet next to my garage door, and several pools in front of my neighbours' driveways. After saving some water in my bathtubs and shutting off the main valve, I started asking my old friend Google for a solution, and I was directed to Yelp after clicking several links.

S & B Plumbing Inc. was the first one, with 5 red stars next to its name, popped up on my screen when I used some key words in searching. I gave them a call at 9: 17am, by the number displayed on this page. After describing the situation I was a little bit disappointed when I was told that the only available appointment would be this afternoon between 4-5pm. I could blame no one but my 30-year-old house and its could-be-same-age-water-pipeline.

At 9:41am, when I was checking in my backyard, my phone rang with an unfamiliar number 281-242-6990. It was S&B plumbing company. The company's representative told me that a specialist of water pipeline would be on the way to my house in next 20 minutes. What a relief!  And several minutes later a gentleman showed up at my door (He drove really fast I guess. Sorry I forgot his name. I feel shamed that I still cannot pick up English names easily after moving into this country for four years), He told me that it could be the 90 degree connector got broken. He then used the term of  couple of in estimating the cost and I responded with couple of Okays.  He told me his team would be on site in 15-20 minutes. Of course it sounded really OK. I started doing my work on computer while waiting. I heard some slight digging and knocking noises through the walls when I started only a few lines of website coding (my work), so I went outside to check. A 4-men team was working on the leak!  Wow! that was fast! The gentleman who showed up first, the specialist, he was right, it was the 90 degree got broken. They replaced the broken PVC connector and the pipe with a soft hose, in blue color, and they've also installed an extra value between the pipe and the faucet (the value inside my garage was not working so they made a backup outside).

At 10:52am, the foreman, who speaks English better than I do (I think so), rang my phone, said their mission has accomplished. They've even cleaned the working area. How clean? I couldn't find a sign of muddy work had been going on there, or any work.

So, this is my story and I just feel I want to share this,  in case anyone lives in the 77477 area having a plumbing problem, especially if it's the first time for someone having this problem in life (like me) and seeking for some pros and specialists to solve quickly and charge reasonably. And so, one more 5 star from me for sure! These guys rock!

I am so pleased with this company! Our water heater went out and we called a couple of places in Katy before my step-dad told me about S&B. We had an appointment setup with someone else but I want to see if we could get a better price. I called them and it was $400 less than the other quote! When I called they originally couldn't come out for another two days. I asked if I could be on a list that if anyone cancelled they could move us up. The ladies that answer the phones, I believe their names are Michelle and Stephenie, were so nice and sympathetic. They did call me later that day and told me they had a cancellation for the next morning. I was so happy and thankful. Well unfortunately the plumber that was suppose to install called out sick. But once again the ladies worked hard and found me a plumber that would come the same day but just a little later. Charles & Evan installed a water heater in my attic. They were on time, courteous and professional. They explained the replacement process before and during the job. Then they taught me how to better maintain the water heater. I highly recommend S & B Plumbing.

I had a leak under the kitchen sink. Ended up being something very simple. Rather than rip me off like a different company did previously, SNB fixed the simple issue and charged what I feel was a very fair price for coming out on very short notice. Great job and I will use them again.

S&B plumbing are a great group of guys.  Honest and dependable.  Had a leak in my front yard near the sidewalk. Another major company came out and stated it would cost any where from $750-$3000.  Bo and his crew came out ready for the worst but found that the leak could be fixed quite easily and had my water running in no time. Best of all the final damage........$325, that's BIG difference.  I can't thank these guys enough!  I was looking for a new plumber and now I've found them.

They have done work at my home and business within the last week. The guys were prompt and hard working. They were able to replace parts on our water heater and they worked until a clogged plumbing system was cleared. What was best, one well known  company we had obtained a quote from said that we would have to replace the water heater, it would have to be added into our ceiling area with removal of the old heater, etc., etc., etc. The charge was going to be over $6500. S&B Plumbing replaced parts on the water heater in 20 minutes - job cost $300. Honest, capable, and cost-effective! I will continue to call on them for any of my plumbing needs.

Called first thing in the morning and they came out the same day. Great customer service on the phone and from the time Brent and Mike walked thru the door until they left.  Price was very reasonable and I would not hesitate to use S & B again for any plumbing needs.
