They were able to help stop a leaky bath faucet Saturday morning so I could still make a trip before Noon. And for a second project, they were able to work with me on the quote and type of work to get it within my budget. Leonard and his team are reliable and responsive to all my requests. We upgraded to an expanded custom island, new lighting, countertops, sink, stove, painting etc. I love it all. This is the second time we hired Houston Plumbing Services to do a major remodel in our home.

The initial work this company did was good. However, after receiving and accepting a written estimate for further work, they never showed up and that was two months ago. I would rate this company as highly unreliable.
