HISTORY

For 14 years I dreamed of starting my own plumbing business. In 2020 my dream finally came true. I’ve wanted to have a business that anyone could call at any time to get the best service. I’ve asked customers throughout the years what the best plumbing service would look like and most of the time they would tell me to get to their house quickly, show up clean, leave clean, know what they are doing and communicate well. After hearing that, I was committed to delivering what they wanted and that’s how I came up with my slogan-Quick, Clean and Professional. When we show up to your house we wear shoe covers to keep your floors clean, we put down drop cloths in the areas we work in and clean up any mess that way it looks like we were never there. Highest recommendation! Lifetime Plumbing replaced our aging bathtub faucet fixtures and installed PEX piping for the supply lines. We found the company after a neighbor used them and were very pleased.

The company was super professional and excellent to interact with. The van the plumber arrived in was clean and nice. Shawn was dressed professionally and explained things very clearly.

Lifetime Plumbing is very customer service focused. After dealing with one of the big companies for my Mom's house recently, it was refreshing to work with a smaller business without the logistical complexities. I will certainly use them for all my future plumbing needs.

Our PVC connecting to the water meter outside burst and was flooding on the driveway and the city said we needed a private plumber to fix it. Shawn picked up right away and was ready to send someone within two hours. A Week later both of our water heaters stopped working and were left without hot water right before a cold front was to hit! They came to the rescue again and Were so empathetic, so respectful, and diligent. Always respond, whether you call or text! Reasonable, fair, and so friendly! 100% would recommend to anyone!!!

Shawn Hampton was referred to me by a local real estate agent to help me get my water turned back on and check for leaks after the 2021 Big Freeze. Shawn texted me and arrived shortly thereafter in a proper plumber's panel van (not a pickup truck.) He was professional in appearance and demeanor, knowledgeable and able to show me what was going on and explain what should be done. He suggested repairs and repair parts, and I elected to fix everything that needed fixing. He did extensive work replacing burst or leaking pipes and was able to, somewhat miraculously, dislodge some built up of rust from inside my galvanized steel pipes that was causing lower than usual water pressure on the hot side of my kitchen sink. (I thought we might have to re-pipe that whole area, which would have been an extensive repair.)

Shawn charged notably less than I would have paid one of the bigger Houston plumbing companies. I've used many of the more recognizable names here over 35 years, so I'm confident in my assessment on this point.

My understanding is Shawn is a LICENSED MASTER PLUMBER with 14 years of experience, some in California but most in Texas working for one of Houston's major plumbing companies before striking out on his own. It is also my understanding that Shawn has a limited service area at this time, generally in and around Houston's West Loop -- but check with him on that.
