Loved working with Don and his son! I had a broken dishwasher, and I thought I would have to spend almost $1k to replace it. But Don & son saved the day! They were fast, efficient, and price was very reasonable. I'd recommend them to anyone who is in need of repairs.

Jason was wonderful! The contractors who built our home did a terrible job so he worked with the repairs as best as he could and tried to save us money by not having to replace everything like other handymen said we needed to. We are very satisfied. The quote was straight forward and there were no surprise add-one.

Found Scott through a Google search of plumbers in my area and I couldn't be happier with the service.  What started as a quick house call to provide an estimate on a leaky tub faucet turned into a same day replacement of the entire fixture at a reasonable cost.  In an out in a little over 2 hours (including a trip to Home Depot).

Not only was the craftsmanship impeccable but Scott was just an all around great guy from start to finish.  Very professional and personable.  He didn't even mind me looking over his shoulder or explaining certain steps so I can learn a thing or two.

I will definitely be using Scott Marhofke Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs and recommending him to friends and family around the area.

Most people aren't aware that some of us still have grease traps in the basement, i had one! It exploded and distributed stinking grease all over my laundry room, foul odor! Called the first plumber (won't mention by name), who gave me a time but they were a no show! Started the search over and First Chance popped up, young man answered the phone, gave me the same day time appointment and he showed up! Thank God! He gave me an estimate, which I felt was reasonable, Daniel and Bob completed the work, which looks good and works perfectly! Highly recommend First Chance plumbers!

Eugene Plumber was unbelievable. Responded to me in less than 24 hours with an appointment time for that day regarding my garbage disposal. Made the trip to Home Depot for me to pick up new product and installed in under an hour. Price was very fair. Kind and efficient. Would absolutely use him again. Thanks !

Our basement sump pump was making a noise do to it's age so we had CCP come out and replace it. We are extremely happy with the work that was done. We can now sleep peacefully at night without the old pumps noise. Also their rates are reasonable. Very nice and respectful plumber. I highly recommend this plumbing company. I had a plumbing emergency over the weekend and luckily found some awesome reviews for Greg Hannah's Plumbing on angieslist so I decided to give them a try. During a rainstorm, the drains in my basement were backing up with sewer water (gross) and it was getting all over my basement floor.
I spoke with Greg on the phone and he indicated he might be able to get his guy (Mark) over quickly. Yay! He and Mark called right back and sure enough - Mark and his crew were over within 20 minutes. I couldn't have been more shocked or thrilled.
Mark and his two guys were very friendly and got right down to business running their machine down the line, finding roots and whatnot. We had someone do this a few years ago but apparently that other place had NOT done their job because Mark found roots that were well over 2 years worth.
Despite some problems with their machine, they performed their work quickly and well and we were extremely pleased with every bit of their service - from professionalism to price. Will definitely use them again - for all our plumbing needs.

Quality and HONESTY - wow - Had them replace a sink in my old house and I did much of the prep work myself, they did the plumbing work and went well beyond what we discussed to have the job done properly but kept to their original estimate.

We needed a plumber, it was Easter weekend and wasn't sure we would be able to get a plumber at such short notice. I called Jim early Saturday morning, made awn appointment for the next morning. I have used Kuhn a few times in the last year since moving to Chicago last summer.  They did good work, but I thought their prices were high.
Last month they came out to replace a seal on a leaky toilet and they charged my wife $380 after the plumber spent 15 minutes in the house replacing a $10 seal.   $380 is what most plumbers charge for installing a new toilet.
They also quoted us $7200 to replace a couple of 65 gallon hot water heaters.  After shopping around, I found a highly rated local plumber who quoted us just over $3000 to install the same units.
Can you spell...ripoff.

Worst plumbing company I've ever done business with. Two guys came out late at night and one never even entered my home, but yet I get charged for both of them. Furthermore, the one that did come in basically just looked around and said yup, you've got a leak. We don't know where it's coming from.
TOTAL RIP OFF!!!!!

I recently contacted escobar construction to fix my attic excellent experience the contractor Cristian Escobar was very detailed with the estimate since the beginning that's what calls my attention when they were here in my house they cover everything no dust were going into the rest of the house they cleaned every single day they worked I have no complaints at all these people are very humble professional responsible. I recommend this company and Cristian Escobar the manager contractor 100% satisfaction

This company isn't actually a local plumbing company and is just a shell. They're Beverly plumbing and asked me how to spell Damen Avenue. They told me they'd contact a tech and and get back to me about how fast someone could get out to me. Ten minutes later I called back and asked for an update and they had forgotten and asked me to call back in another two minutes

Terry Cox and his so called partner, Ray prey on the elderly. They were referred by a City of Chicago water inpector to do a big plumbing job for my father, whom is a retired City of Chicago worker. The first estimate was $7,000, the next day my dad was presented with a contract of $22,000 for repairs, which he paid. However, they left the place in shambles everyday with exposed safety hazards.   3 day job took 2 weeks with daily issues that were popping up to add to my father's total expenses. Several complaint calls were made to Terry Cox the owner, he would screen his calls and returnm the calls two to three days later. When Terry Cox went out of town, Ray his nephew requested an additional $2200 in cash from my father and begged my father not to let the owner Terry Cox know of this transaction. Once Terry was notified he came on site, he stated he would replace the concrete porch and the landscaping due to the unprofessional behavior from his nephew. They replaced the porch with no support and the landscaping is less than, to say the least. There are large spaces between the concrete and the dirt. There is even a family of stray cats living in the space. When we threatened litigation, Ray called and used profanity and was threatening towards two family members. We are now pursuing action with the BBB and Lisa Madigan's office and have contacted several news stations' investigative reporters. These thieves that prey on the elderly need to be put out of business!!!!!
