I I was recommended by a friend to space city plumbing a few months ago and honestly I didn't know what to expect. The crew was very professional the one that stood out to me I believe his name was Augustine nhe had every answer to every question that I asked which I don't usually get and their service was beyond impeccable. The main thing that impressed me was Their respect for the COVID-19 guidelines. Everybody wore their mask at all times and boot covers and gloves not only did a few of them are just wear masks some wore shields The price they offered me was almost 25% cheaper than any other company that I had called I will never go with anybody else with other than space  City plumbing. thank you guys for such a good job

They came to the rescue for a drain clog at my business. It was after hours so I was worried I'd have to pay through the nose. They were professional, quick and sufficient! Was very impressed, the price was very reasonable.

I called Ell-Dee plumbing on a Friday prior to the labor day weekend. Although they were booked until the Tuesday after labor day after explaining my problem his son called Ell-Dee and he agreed to come out.
After about two hours Ell-Dee arrived and resolved my problem. He was very friendly and straight forward. I will definitely refer Ell-Dee Plumbing to all and will be my goto plumber.

I highly recommend this company. They were not the lowest bid for installing a new water heater but, boy am I glad I chose them. The brand new 9 yr guarantee water heater I bought from Home Depot did not work. This company did not charged more to take it out and install one I bought from them. Their total price was as low as other companies had bid for the same heater and one instillation. Nice courteous and efficient. Neat and clean job.

My day began (Wednesday 2/22/23) with my yard man ringing my doorbell, which was quite unusual, because I had already unlocked my back fence gate for him to gain access into my back yard, and had left his check clipped to the inside of my mailbox as I usually do, so I was at a loss as to what he was wanting or needing. It didn't take long for him to tell me I had a major water leak at my meter. I immediately called my community's Water Dept. and was told that they were estimating a 400 gallon per hour leak and they sent a service technician to shut my water off at the meter. I promptly called Mr. Plumber (owned by Mr. Rick Strickland) and spoke with Miss Lori, whom I have had the distinct pleasure of dealing with in the past, and she informed me that she wouldn't be able to get a crew out to me until the next day. I pleaded with her to ask her boss, Rick Strickland, if there was any possible way for them to get someone out to me today, and after placing me on a brief hold, came back on the phone with the good news that they would be able to get a crew out to me today! I soon received a call back from Lori advising me that a crew was on their way and would be here in approximately 20 minutes, which they were! They began digging up around the meter and found a cracked 90° PVC fitting and soon had it repaired and while waiting for the PVC glue to dry/set up, they began to address another issue in my back yard and soon had that issue identified and repaired, as well. I couldn't have asked for a better rapid response and repair than what I received from these professional young men!
Kudos to you, Mr. Rick Strickland and your crackerjack team of consummate professionals! I felt that the price for all repairs was very fair and they gave me a Senior's Discount, as well, which I greatly appreciated! Miss Cynthia was very kind and courteous whenever I called back in to pay my bill for their services. I highly recommend this plumbing service as they put their customers first!!! Jerry was awesome! He assisted with a repair even though I was not in the city to be present. He was professional and responsive. He offered to come out on a holiday weekend even though it was not necessary. He is upfront about pricing and parts and serviced the repair quickly!

Very professional and easy to deal with. Troy came out and replaced a broken toilet flange for me. He had to use a jackhammer to bust through concrete but still left the house nice and clean when he was done. His pricing is very reasonable and he was one of the only people to have ever come in on the low end of an estimate for me. I would highly recommend to anyone.

A technician arrived on time but spent more than half an hour talking to their office for cost estimate. All they did in the end was to reconnect two existing garbage disposals to new sinks plus a couple of minor parts, it costed more than $500 and they worked barely 30 mins!

This is the warehouse for Westheimer Plumbing and Hardware.  Accordingly, it is much more sparse and not as fancy as the actual showroom at the corner of Kirby and Richmond.  If one is picking up an order, you can pick it up here or the showroom as opposed to having the order delivered.  It isn't very glamorous inside, but it isn't supposed to be--it is a warehouse.

The staff here is easy to work with.  On the plumbing side, Larry is very knowledgeable of all the various components and is quite friendly.  Mike is also easy to work with and is helpful.  

On the hardware side, Shelly is an absolute guru.  She seems to know every detail of every piece of hardware down to miscellaneous screws.  She is also extremely meticulous in compiling the trim hardware orders.  Over decades of business here, I have yet to have even a single screw missing from my orders.

They consistently provide quality service and if any issues occur, they work hard and quickly to remedy the situation.  They have earned my repeat business time and again over the years through the high level of personal service that larger suppliers in town are simply unable to provide.

Finally a plumber that does what they promise and at a reasonable price.Kevin from Brother's Plumbing showed up on time, gave me a reasonable and fair quote, worked diligently to get the job done on a very hot and humid day, and even cleaned up after himself when finished. I would highly recommend Brother's Plumbing for future plumbing needs.

If you are using a American Home Shield and they set you up with this service, immediately request a new company.  Read the reviews on this company they are 100% true (kids in the background, no answer, no call backs, lying, etc)

Upon getting matched with Sancho Services, I received a call from the company saying they would like to schedule an appointment the following day. I asked what time and was told she would give me a call at 8 am tomorrow morning, since she gathers all of the service calls and then distributes for the day. I thought that was a bit weird but was ok with it.  I then received an email that my service was scheduled between 9-1pm. This too I thought was weird since we did not discuss a time. I assume they do it to have the appearance they are setting up appointments.

The following day I received no call at 8 am, and I attempted to call 3-4 times between 8-9 am with no answer. The left a message on an automated VM at 9:18. I preceded to call back at 10:14 (no answer) and finally at 11:24 she answered. I asked what the status was and she said she would find out and call me back. Guess what, she didn't. I called again at 11:24 and she said she would send the plumber out after his next stop and she would call as soon as he is on his way. Guess what, she didn't. Finally, at 2:58pm I called her back asking where the plumber was, and she told me there was a family emergency and he never came in today..... ERRRRRRRGGG!! She lied the entire day and I wasted a vacation day sitting at home. I could have gone back to work.
