We had a new garbage disposal installed in October of 2016, and InSink did a great job.  However the other day it fell off.   We called them since they installed it and they charged us $200 to put it back on.    I was stunned and reminded him that they installed it and all he said was that it was last October.   (10 months).  He was probably here 15 minutes.  I could not believe they charged us for something that was probably not installed correctly.   Even the guy himself said these things don't normally happen.  Unfortunately for me I am too timid to speak up.   So while they did what I thought was a good job initially, I'm not happy that they charged so much for 15 minutes work.  I hardly use it.   Not like I put watermelon rinds down into it either.

Day before thanksgiving had a severe Bathtub leak. They came out immediately and fixed it. I had 2 other plumbers that didn't know what they were doing, with the continued leak. One place wanted to charge 400 just to come to my home.
Very professional and they know what they are doing. Glad to have found a reliable, professional plumber. Fair price. A+ service.

I discovered a water leak in my basement ceiling. I found Central Plumbing on Yelp and Angies List, and gave them a call. Chris came out, found the leak and made the repair. Chris is friendly and professional. He works quickly and cleans up after he is done.
I was so impressed that I asked him about replacing my water heater.
He got me a quote and i told him to go ahead with the job for tomorrow.
He came out when he said he would and with an assistant took out the old water heater and put in the new one.
It went well and again he was very professional and friendly.

Did our entire repipe in ONE DAY and had time to come back and rod out our laundry drain. The guys were amazing, cleaned up after themselves, and always arrived earlier than scheduled! Would 100% recommend and will be using again for any future plumbing needs.

We just had Southtown plumbing replace our sump pump system, outdoor spigots and utility room faucet. They were prompt, very courteous and seemed very knowledgeable. They don't skimp on the components and recommend and use the best. They're not cheap, but you get what you pay for.

He was responsive but was going back and forth with the numbers. We didn't have a good experience with this business. We paid for the service to show up but didn't use him for further repair. I would highly suggest to go with other plumber.

Horrible customer service.  I was in need of assistance, looking for a part for my toilet and was not assisted in a friendly manner.  I was the only woman in line and was treated in a demeaning manner, even the other men waiting for assistance laughed at the customer service rep assisting me, guess if you are a woman, in a man's plumbing world you are considered a joke.  I would never recommend this store to anyone!

We had an emergency and they were able to come out the same day.  Since they got there later in the day, they had to come back the next morning.  They got here at 8:15 and didn't leave until 11:00 - we had a terrible clog in the pipe from the house to the street.  They were professional and cleaned up as best they could.  I now know that routing the pipes should be done on a more regular basis.  I highly recommend them.

I called Welter plumbing to set up an appointment for them to come out and give me an estimate on a backup battery powered sump pump replacement. Given the current system's age, 10+ years, I wasn't sure if it would be prudent to have it repaired or if I should have it replaced. Once the plumber learned that my current backup was a high quality system, trusty warns, he encouraged me to contact the company to see it if it was under warranty and, therefore, worth repairing & keeping. After a few minor adjustments I found out my old system was still good and no replacement was needed. Because of Welter plumbing's counsel I was able to have an operational backup sump pump without it costing me a dollar. When I was considering buying a replacement backup sump pump, from an online supply house, they gave me sound professional advice on which model to purchase from the zoeller company. This is a good,honest business that will assist you even when they don't stand to profit by doing so. I will highly recommend this genuine company to my friends and neighbors when they are in need of plumbing services.

I have changed my rating do to what I feel is being over charged. I have used GP for years and for the most part have been pleased.  Unfortunately I have had an ongoing shower issue in which the shower was presenting a leak from the back side of the granite running down from a panel in back of the on/off valve.  GP came out numerous times over the span of a few months to figure out the issue as the leak continued and spread.  In the meantime, I had the granite walls cleaned and re-sealed, the granite and glass joints re-caulked as well all the hardware re-caulked where it meets the granite, the granite floor mortar was removed and redone, and finally a hole cut in two places in the drywall on the opposite side of the shower wall to see if the leak could be detected from that point which it wasn't.  I have yet to have the drywall repaired and the wall painted.  Same person came out to try and figure out our dilemma each time.  From the start I (who has zero expertise in plumbing) suggested removing the panel behind the on/off lever to see if that is where the leak was occurring since this is where the water developed a water mark which was getting worse each time I used the shower.  The plumber did not listen to me and said it couldn't be the problem and to continue using the shower.  I didn't continue using that side of the shower.  I was charged each time they came to my house. I then started using the shower head on the opposite side (there are two shower heads in the same shower area) and the drip pattern on the leaking side dried up completely except on the floor of the shower under the granite tiles. Low and behold the SAME PROBLEM started with the opposite side shower on/off lever with the same drip pattern happening AGAIN but now on the opposite wall!  I called GB to voice my frustration because it was now happening with both on/off levers on opposite sides.  I also voiced my frustration that the panel in back of the on/off lever was never removed to see if the leak was coming from when the water was turned on which was what I suggested from the get-go.  Finally the owner came to my home to see if he could figure out the ongoing issue.  As it turns out I was correct, the leak was occurring behind the on/off lever panels on both sides of the shower.  If they would have done this on the FIRST VISIT, I wouldn't have incurred the above mentioned expenses in trying to figure out the issue with various vendors providing their services.  I just received yet another bill from GP for parts and service for their final visit.  While I agree I should pay for the parts, are you kidding me in charging for a service call after previously charging me for 3 visits and not rectifying the leak the first 3 visits?  Bad choice in charging me for service the final time, after all the aggravation and additional needless expenses I incurred, the final service portion of the bill should have been comped.  It is time to take my business elsewhere.

I've had them do work at my home (faucets, toilet, easy stuff) and the prices have always been fair.  Have not used them for a major plumbing re-do but I would trust them to not screw it up.

I'll I can say is that Jason is top notch. My sump pump decided to break down today just a few days after I received surgery. I googled plumbers in my area and the first business that popped up was BEE QUICK LLC. I spoke with Jason he said he would be there in hour. Jason was actually there in 30 min. Not only is the guy awesome but he's a true professional when it comes to his work. He changed out the pump and did not leave until he made sure it was all in excellent working order. Don't let any bad reviews steer you in a different direction keep in mind that there is always two sides to every story. All I know is that BEE QUICK has a new loyal customer.

Do Not Hire this person!!!
We recently hired him for a small shower renovation. We paid him $4k and he never finished the job. We had 3 separate plumbers check his work and All of them said it was incorrect. We ended up paying someone else to finish the job correctly. He ghosted us and never responded to us after he took our money. HORRIBLE! Please Do Not Hire Him!!!
