Gary came out in a pinch to take a look at a couple of leaks for me, was on time, professional, thorough and fair. Would definitely use again

They did an amazing Job of lowering the drain pipe so we could have a disposal after getting an under mount sink. They also removed a slop sin in the garage and replaced with a spigot that mixes both hot and cold.

Loved guy showed up in a mask. He was polite, efficient and prompt. I plan to have him do some work for me after the thanksgiving holiday.

I came across DreamHouse plumbing through a common friend. And then we talked to Audrey from DHP team and he was always very prompt and quick in action when it comes to knowing the problem to fix whether it be Undersink ,pipe line  and outdoor valve issues. Central Plumbing is a great company. I'm not the easiest person to deal with , rather I should say with my project I wasn't, and working with Rob and his dad was a blessing in disguise.

For my project I was doing a new buildout of pretty ratchet and neglected office space. Rob's dad came by looked around , looked at the blueprints, gave me some suggestions, and off he went to work. The quote given was very reasonable for the work done. The tore up the concrete and capped two pipes, capped parts of the ceiling ( didn't know they did could do that , they should advertise it ), installed a new toilet, 2 sinks, and water heater. Where there was 3 toilets there is now one.

What made them great?
1. They were on time each time.
2. Worked with my schedule to have job completed within time frame.
3. Gave advice of what to expect from pipes that have not been used in a while and what to do to fix any problem. Problem occurred just like they said would most likely happen.
4. Genuine and sincere family.

What wasn't perfect?  On time, high quality work, great suggestions and my house was cleaner when they left when they got there.  

I did a full house repipe. The crew came in like a well oiled machine and they didn't stop until they were done.  They patched all the holes in the walls on day 2 and they are smooth and like there was never a hole in them.

Additionally, we had a full bathroom demo and remodel.  They were thorough, explaining to me what to expect, timelines and even suggestions on brands of fixtures and tile placement.  I'm thrilled with the end result.  The bathroom is gorgeous and we Now have great water pressure.  

Horatio and his team are nice people who care about their customers and their homes.  I'd use them again without hesitation.  Oh, and the cost was extremely reasonable.

Hot water heater tank leak on holiday weekend. Called on a Sunday call was answered on 3rd ring.  Got estimate over the phone and plumbers arrived first thing Tues am. Replacement was completed final price as estimated. Professional polite and efficient. OP office.  I would absolutely recommend and will use this company again

I am very thankful and grateful to Vilano plumbing, we had a situation where another contractor started the work and could not pass the city inspection, Vilano was highly recommended to me by a friend, so he came out and explained what was wrong, very knowledgeable, better than the inspector, he had to redo almost entire job but we passed inspection on the first time the inspector came back.

My family has a couple of old brick buildings , we been doing business with South Chicago  Plumbing , since 1976. Great knowledge, very friendly, and most of all a great inventory of parts and supply for older buildings . They have the parts and supply that you cannot find any where around Chicago.  They recommend other shops if they don't have the parts. Now that's true business !!!

I have to change my previous review. Pat came out quickly and discovered my problem. The delay was with getting the permit from the city. They returned promptly and resolved my collapsed drain. Nice job.

I needed the water pressure in our old house fixed before the closing in two days.  Welter came out within two hours of my call.  Brian and Derek were professional, friendly and did a great job.  When I asked about a second problem, they looked at it and fixed it for the price of a $15 part.  Welter is definitely my go-to place for plumbing issues from now on.

Fast, fair and reasonable.  They replaced an ejector pump for today for 80% less than the first plumber I had out quoted me.

I needed a new lever for my toilet (and the plumber was here for backflow testing anyway).  Walked up 2 flight of stairs, flushed the toilet twice and said we needed a new lever.  He went to the hardware store on Madison (he said he had to go there anyway), they didn't have the part.  Ordered the part for $14.75.  Came today walked up 2 flights of stairs, put in the toilet lever (10 minutes) and the bill:  hold on to your chairs.....$223.25  I don't mind paying a fair price.  He said they were union plumbers, that's why the higher rates.  UGH.

I have a gut rehab in Chicago and I called to see if this was a company that can handle the plumbing. This guys was extremely rude and just wanted the address. He then said, You wouldn't have the money for me, I don't want my trucks in that area. Our property is just off Oakpark and in a great up-and-coming area. I earn six figures and this is my 4th property. Just because I am a minority doesn't mean I don't have the money to work with you. I probably earn more money then you anyway, but above all this guy was very condescending. If you are a minority or someone that supports equal rights, don't give this guy your business. Let him earn it in white collar communities he probably can't afford to live in himself.

Do Not Hire this person!!!
We recently hired him for a small shower renovation. We paid him $4k and he never finished the job. We had 3 separate plumbers check his work and All of them said it was incorrect. We ended up paying someone else to finish the job correctly. He ghosted us and never responded to us after he took our money. HORRIBLE! Please Do Not Hire Him!!!
