LOL, I go to the InSink yelp page to do a review and I see the picture of the snowy yard being excavated and did a double-take.  Hey, that's my yard!

We had some recurring problems with the sewer line getting blocked, and the outfit we were using back then (won't name them but it rhymes with Roto-Scooter) claimed we needed $10K+ worth of work to replace a supposedly broken pipe.  I brought in InSink to get a second opinion because I thought I was getting scammed, and it looks like I was.   InSink cleared the problem, and we had them install an outside cleanout, which is the snowy digging going on in the photo .   They were great.

Called this morning because our mainline backed up. Came out very speedy, Wayne was very speedy and helpful! He was very informative and let is know how to maintain our pipes. Recommend this company.

I contacted Adam Hadib with A1-Services.  He answered his phone, no voicemail. He asked for photos of the work we needed done, then he sent me back his reasonable quote.

He was able to come out the next day to install our shower door. (He was booked up all week after Sunday).

He did a wonderful job! He was very personable; kind;considerate, & honest.

We will definitely call him again if needed.

I have used these guys for years and they are terrific! They helped with the work associated with our addition several years ago and then we have used them for a variety of plumbing needs since.

They are very knowledgeable, fair, and they get the job done in the time they say they will. I absolutely trust the work they do.

Called  Central 9/29 for a rusted out drain between the walls.  Chris came out on the 27th to look it over and Chris and Tom were there on the 28th fixing it. It wasn't easy being in the wall, they removed my dishwasher and broke open the wall so it was a tight squeeze.  Had a little issue with reinstalling the dishwasher, but after a few visits and going in a different direction, all went well.    All I can say is don't think twice about this company,

Great experience working with All Affordable Plumbing! Juan was our plumber/technician that performed the work - he was early to arrive, professional & courteous, and did a thorough job with the work!

Our kitchen sink was gurgling and had a foul smell any time we'd run water or the dishwasher. Juan was able to use a rooter to clean out the pipes and no more smell or gurgling - problem solved! Very pleased with the service and would highly recommend using All Affordable Plumbing to anyone that is in need of plumbing services!

in the past, I'm pretty sure I've had the worst plumbers in the Chicago area, and now I'm so glad I've found the best with Walsh & Son.  In the past couple of years, John has come to my house three times: this week for a damaged outside hose faucet and pipe; another time for toilet problems, etc.  He has always been professional, knowledgeable, polite, punctual, and neat . . . and his price is more than fair. In short, he is everything you hope a plumber to be.  I rarely write reviews:  only for the very best, and the worst.  If you call Walsh & Son, you're getting the very best!

Very reputable company.  They came right out, prices were totally fair & the service was pretty surprisingly amazing.  I will definately call them next time.  Highly recommend.

I am very thankful and grateful to Vilano plumbing, we had a situation where another contractor started the work and could not pass the city inspection, Vilano was highly recommended to me by a friend, so he came out and explained what was wrong, very knowledgeable, better than the inspector, he had to redo almost entire job but we passed inspection on the first time the inspector came back.

Horrible customer service.  I was in need of assistance, looking for a part for my toilet and was not assisted in a friendly manner.  I was the only woman in line and was treated in a demeaning manner, even the other men waiting for assistance laughed at the customer service rep assisting me, guess if you are a woman, in a man's plumbing world you are considered a joke.  I would never recommend this store to anyone!

Kennedy Sewer Service replaced my sump pump. It was quick and they did a great job for a fair price. Tim was the worker and he was courteous and explained what he was doing. Highly recommend Kennedy Sewer service for all your plumbing needs.

Rarely these days do you come across truly remarkable people in business who do the right thing for the customer, it is usually the opposite.  When I talked to Dan last week, I was truly impressed.

As a shade tree mechanic, I have fixed most things over the past 50 years. I had a leak in the shower that I tried to fix it and I could not stop the leak. I gave up and decided to call a professional to come fix it.

After calling Welter Plumbing, Dan asked us to send a few photos of the problem.  He called back a few minutes later and we talked briefly.  He gave me fantastic advice over the phone.  15 minutes later, I fixed the leak.

I am truly grateful for saving me hundreds of dollars on a service call and would highly encourage to reach out to Welter Plumbing for ALL your plumbing needs.

Had the clog of all clogs deep in the wall behind a sink. They were able to get the snake in, around a 90 degree turn 2 feet back in the wall, and open up the line.

We used Thiesse Plumbing one time, which was enough for us.  We had a flooding toliet back in May 2012 and they were referred to us by our relator, so we called them right away.  The sent someone out the following day, so their responsiveness was good.  However, the issues came into play when they didn't bring the necessary equipment to fix the issue, blamed us for it and required a return visit ($$$).

When our plumber indicated the tool he needed to complete the job wasn't available  I called the office to better understand the situation.  The woman on other end was condescending, patronizing and rude.  She blamed me (customer) for not explaining the plumbing problem correctly, questioned my knowledge of plumbing (which admittedly I have none, or I'd be completing the job myself:), and made an excuse as to why their equipment to complete the job wasn't available (in the shop).    Our perspective was that if a vendor comes unprepared to fix a problem, the customer shouldn't necessarily be charged for that mistake.  She once again blamed me for not explaining the problem (flooding toliet) correctly.    Both my husband and I had spoken to the office regarding the problem--which was pretty straightforward.

A four- hour plumbing job (which didn't need to last that long--entirely other story) ended up costing us nearly $600.   This happened over a year ago and at the time I was angry.   I wish I had written then, as I'd have remembered more of the specifics.  However, I recall enough to know I will never use them and never recommend them to anyone.  The customer experience is essential, allowing a customer to feel good about their interaction and experience with a company.....I can tell you this customer experience left a lasting and very negative impression.   I called my relator to convey these sentiments and she indicated she would no longer recommend, either.  She also noted that they had recently changed management?     Perhaps that's the reason for the decline in service?  Hard to know, but buyer beware.

I manage a portfolio of properties all over Chicagoland and Jason has been our go to plumber for all our plumbing. He charges a fair price, and is always available for questions. In the last 3-4 years I've probably had him work on 40-50 homes, and have always been pleased. I've recommended him to family, and other property owners(investors), and they've always been pleased.

Do Not Hire this person!!!
We recently hired him for a small shower renovation. We paid him $4k and he never finished the job. We had 3 separate plumbers check his work and All of them said it was incorrect. We ended up paying someone else to finish the job correctly. He ghosted us and never responded to us after he took our money. HORRIBLE! Please Do Not Hire Him!!!
