When my old kitchen sink faucet started leaking for a second time (it was first fixed by a general handyman) , I knew I needed to replace it and call in a professional plumber!

Unfortunately, my preferred plumber was on vacation and not available.  InSink made it easy to make an appointment.  I located a replacement sink, and Adam came and installed it. He was on time and professional.  While he was there, I told him about the issues I was having and asked about the compatibility with the new sink.  He patiently answered all of my questions.  He was even patient with my young children, who were enamored by his tools and the work that he was doing.

I would be happy to use InSink in the future.

Very fair, honest, and quick to respond.  Initial verbal quote over the phone was also very accurate.  Highly recommend these folks.

They were able to set my toilet the same day I called, which was awesome. And he did a good job, explained the problem, answered questions, executed the job quickly. The price seems high to set a toilet, but based on other reviews, I went with them since they were so convenient and I'm hoping that's the going rate. Kind of wish they wore shoe covers inside since it was rainy outside, but it is what it is.

Major downside is they had to write down my card information, and that makes me really uncomfortable. I saw this in a previous review, but I figured that if the system was just down that day, the chances I would have that issue would be low. Guess not.

Four weeks after a great install of two sump pumps, I was happy to call them after finding significant water in my basement. He said he'd make it that day and call. No call. Much later, I called back and he said he'd get back to me. No call. The next day, he said he'd be there in three days. It's now three days and no call.....with water in my basement. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

These people are great. Helpful from the minute they answer the phone. They saved me $4700.00 by just doing what they do well. So honest I can't say enough good things about there work and helpfullness.
If you need a plumber these guys are the ones, i will never call anyone else for my plumbing needs.

I am very thankful and grateful to Vilano plumbing, we had a situation where another contractor started the work and could not pass the city inspection, Vilano was highly recommended to me by a friend, so he came out and explained what was wrong, very knowledgeable, better than the inspector, he had to redo almost entire job but we passed inspection on the first time the inspector came back.

Horrible customer service.  I was in need of assistance, looking for a part for my toilet and was not assisted in a friendly manner.  I was the only woman in line and was treated in a demeaning manner, even the other men waiting for assistance laughed at the customer service rep assisting me, guess if you are a woman, in a man's plumbing world you are considered a joke.  I would never recommend this store to anyone!

We first used Kennedy about 25 years ago when we had a pipe freeze on a Saturday.  After calling several other places and getting no response, we tried Kennedy.  When they learned that our heat had to be turned off, they assured us that they would be out within two hours and they lived up to their word.  Since then, we've had them for a number of service calls including replacing an ejector pump, installing a new toilet, and, most recently, replacing a leaking water shut off valve.  They provide prompt and informative service and reasonable prices.  We recommend them to anyone needing plumbing assistance.

Ladies don't call.   Very condescending to women.   We have used Welter for a number of projects in our home.  They have typically done good work at a fair price. When I called to express concerns about work they were doing I was told I didn't know what I was talking about.  I ended up hanging up because the gentleman was so rude.

Doubt we'll use them until they realize women make up over 50% off the workforce and we pay the bills.

I took off of work and waited the 2 1/2 hour window that Glenbrook Plumbing gave me. They called after I left for work and said they would be there in 45 mins. I called another company.

Thiesse Plumbing is the real deal!  They get how to do business and do it right..  We used them last year for rodding out our basement to the street to excellent results. This after making the mistake of calling giant Roto-Rooter! If you're looking for the best no nonsense, honest, knowledgable, and customer service plumbing company- call Thiesse!  Will definitely use them again should the need occur.

I spoke with the owner Jason over the phone and scheduled an appointment for the next day regarding a sewer being backed up. He showed up the next morning on time which was the only plus. The experience after that was not so great though.

He cleared out the main sewage lines and a water line located behind the stove. Roughly 20 minutes after the work was done and he had left, the tenant called the whole basement had FLOODED.

I showed up to the unit and found the issue. Jason drilled a two inch hole into the water pipe so he could rod it out. The issue was he simply used regular tape to cover up the hole. I was shocked when I saw that a professional plumber would use tape to cover up a hole in a water pipe.

I called Jason immediately to explain the situation but was told he is on the other line and would call back. I did not hear from Jason so I called back an hour later and left a voicemail. It has been over a week and two additional voicemail's later, he still has not called back. Obviously he is avoiding contact by all means at this point.

The situation only gets better. One week after the work was done, the tenant called that the sewer was backed up again. I called another plumber and he had to come out and got the job done. I had to pay twice the amount because the job was not done the first time around.
Also, I like to point out I was quoted the day before a reasonable price. It was not until the work was completed did the owner Jason mention he performed extra work and charged $100 more from the original quote.

AVOID THIS BUSINESS BY ALL MEANS.

Do Not Hire this person!!!
We recently hired him for a small shower renovation. We paid him $4k and he never finished the job. We had 3 separate plumbers check his work and All of them said it was incorrect. We ended up paying someone else to finish the job correctly. He ghosted us and never responded to us after he took our money. HORRIBLE! Please Do Not Hire Him!!!
