Absolutely the best service I've ever had on an appliance!  Zach Wooton was so knowledgeable and experienced for someone so young. Had a hickup with the Gas Company and our meter malfunction, but Zack stayed until everything was reset and in full working order. He didn't get to clock out until after 9 PM!  Kudos JD Precision Plumbing for hiring only the best!  Dane was helping on this project and also very knowledgeable and respectful of our home!

Recently my hot water heater sprung a leak. JD Precision Plumbing quoted me $4800 to replace it with their warranty after they inspected it. I found the exact same water heater at Home Depot for around $570 with a 6 year warranty.

I called multiple other plumbers who quoted me around $1800 for a water heater installed with a warranty.

Just an update.

My hot water heater ended up not needing to be replaced at all. There was only a crack in the plastic spigot that was screwed into the tank itself. $15 later for a new part and it was completely fix.

Much cheaper than paying $4800 fucking dollars.

Had a water filtration system installed by them, March 2022. Cost was $1000.
Had it completely replaced by different plumber in October 2022.
Issues:
-Attention to detail. Just look at the picture.
-There should be one more 1/4 turn shutoff valve in what he installed. Again, look at pic.
-Drain plug on bottom of filter was gooped up by installer, he stripped the plastic threads during the install process and fixed it w/putty.
-A kitchen faucet was also installed on techs first visit, he had to tighten it up when he came back to install water filter as it became loose. Guess what, it became loose again so i got under there and tightened it up with a crows foot.

Would i recommend? A resounding NO!
Would i call them back to fix what i've listed above? NO, I dont' want them touching my plumbing!

NONONONONONONO!!!!   I can't believe it.   The permit on my door during the project said it cost $12,000 for the plumbing done by Precision, finished recently, and after taking readings the last few days  in the evening and the next morning,(the timing was so I could be sure there was no water use) THERE IS STILL WATER USE THAT HAS NOT BEEN USED BY ME.   I do not know whether it is a leak or a diversion, but I'm having to pay for every gallon of it.  The water company has told me that is will issue partial credit for only the two months sent in (after waiting for two normal monthly readings) so this latest turn of events means this expense is all on me.
I am SO sick of this.

Had them install some sink hardware in the kitchen and 2 bathrooms and while they did a good job, cleaned up after and professional, they were incredibly expensive (over $1000 and I already had the new faucets.) While here I asked them to give me a quote on a new garbage disposal: $1400! Instead I purchased the exact same disposal from Lowe's for less than $300 and had them install it for $150. There's just no reason for their high prices.

Corey Fox stopped by and installed a new toilet and hauled off the old one in no time. Fast response, fast and friendly service. He left the area cleaner than he found it. No complaints whatsoever.

JD Precision are precisely money hungry cheaters. I never paid a penny to this company but their estimate (by Austin) was ridiculously outrageous including completely unnecessary work as proven by independent plumbers and by the equipment manufacturer.

Toilet was backing up into tub. Figured line needed roto to clear the line. After MAJOR work and thousands more than I needed to spend, they dug up my yard and tore apart my deck to repair a small hole in cast iron pipe. Now, about a week after completion, I'm having the same EXACT issue. Toilet backing up into tub. I'm not happy.

Called to have a cartridge replaced in my bathroom sink. I had the part, it should have taken 30 minutes. The tech did a home inspection and came up with over $6k in repairs, including a membership to JD Plumbing and 2 new water heaters, (which work just fine) after an hour of upselling me. We finally got to the job at hand and he wanted to charge me $547 to change a sink handle cartridge. Still not repaired. All I wanted was a simple fix for my sink. Just a plumber, not a salesman.

Stolen Credit Card.....I live in Southern California. My rental property is in Montgomery, Tx...Saturday, February 20 called JD Precision to fix water leak in garage. They were able to come out..put flex tape as leak was small, charged $155. Said he didn't have the pipe to replace. Will return and not charge another service call.
Gave CC over phone..today, February 22nd , my CC was used in Texas fast food restaurant!! $28 charge at  Salata, fast food restaurant, in Kingwood,  TX.
Had to cancel my CC, block any further charges. Left message for owner. Jerry. I will update this review when I get a response from him.

We used their service twice and it was prompt and fair, no problems. When attempting to schedule another repair, I was told that they no longer service condominiums. I would recommend them if you have a house but if you live in a condo don't bother calling.

We had a single pipe break in two places during the recent winter storm. The two plumbers who came out were both courteous and professional. The work performed was decent, although it looked rather sloppy in the attic and they didn't bother to add an insulation sleeve, even though the previous pipe had it on there. In addition, the price was bordering on gouging considering it took 45 minutes to fix and was nearly double what others were charging in the area. I would definitely look elsewhere in the future.

I haven't had water in three days due to a pipe bursting from the recent freezing temperatures. I called JD two days ago and today was their earliest appointment. The weather forecast is the same today as it was at the time they scheduled this appointment.

We've been waiting for them to show up, yet nobody came today. I called three times, and I keep getting an answering service for JD, who told me that apparently JD is closed today. If I would have known, I would have obviously scheduled another plumber. The state of Texas is in the middle of a water emergency, people are in real need, and unreliable company's like this are just making it worse for the entire state. I encourage everyone reading this review to think very carefully about the current circumstances and whether this is the type of company you can rely on when you have a real plumbing emergency.

Please also note that the idea that the roads are not safe enough to drive didn't prevent either of my direct neighbors from finding respectable plumbing companies to service their homes today, nor did it prevent my community in Spring from being on the roads themselves today. TWO separate companies followed through on their commitment to their customers in a time of great need, whereas JD was nowhere to be found. The idea that they didn't even extend the courtesy of telling me they weren't showing up today shows a serious lack of professionalism and just how little they care about their customers, especially in such dire circumstances.

Bottom line is that I will never allow them to step foot in another one of my personal properties in Texas, nor any of my commercial properties, and I encourage everyone else to do the same. The fact that a plumbing business would sit on the sidelines during such a crisis blows my mind. Fortunately, other, more reputable, plumbing companies have stepped up during this state emergency. JD is an absolute embarrassment.

If you want a reliable plumbing company, JD Plumbing isn't it. Don't be fooled by the 5 star reviews they beg their customers for. Go somewhere else.

I had 3 plumbing companies come out and give me an estimate for the repairs needed.  JD Precision Plumbing won my business not due to price but Ron's knowledge. Ron is a plumber with JDPP and his initial assessment of the plumbing in my older home was spot on. He knew what was needed to repair my faucets, told me upfront about the possible complications and risk due to age, and walked me thru the repair process. He showed up on time and performed the repairs like the professional he is. Fantastic service from a professional plumber. Ask for Ron from JD Precision Plumbing.
6/19 had a plumbing issue and JD Plumbing came out again to take care of it. Adrian did a fantastic job, fix my leak with no problem and explained the cause of the issue. Top notch professional. Adrian, thank you. JD Precision Plumbing you guys are great! Thanks again for fast efficient professional service and care.

I cannot praise this company enough. Yes, they are pricey, but I really think they are worth it.

We woke up on a Saturday to a bathroom sink full of water and overflowing onto our floor. Turning off the water did nothing. Matthew from JD Precision came out that afternoon and immediately knew that it was due to our A/C condensation not properly draining. He drained the water, cleaned the drain pipes, and gave us tips on how to prevent it happening in the future.  It did cost us $325, which probably is high, but he was efficient, clean, and respectful.
He then looked at a couple of other issues (no charge) for us that we had been planning to get a contractor out for. He could have easily taken us for a ride on a couple of them, but he was totally straightforward and honest about what he saw and told us we could wait on repairs (and, save our money!).

THEN, as he was leaving (and we had already gone inside), he went and checked our septic system for us. We had told him that our septic sprinklers had been going off a ridiculous number of times a day but that our maintenance company had told us everything looked fine. It took him less than one minute to find a hose that was not properly attached to the aerator pump. He obviously had no obligation to go out of his way to go look at our septic system - the fact that he did was just so kind.

He also sent someone else out (again, no charge) to be sure we didn't have a leak somewhere as we had what appeared to be water damage on our ceiling. That gentleman (who was also extremely polite and knowledgeable) took one look and said we are totally fine. Again, completely honest.

We have some toilets to replace and a few other plumbing issues to address, and I will absolutely be hiring JD Precision again. I absolutely recommend them!!

Jordon was courteous and kind. He went above and beyond to ease my mind and make me feel taken care of. I've had my fill of untrustworthy thieves. As a widow and single mom, my daughters safety is priority. So when it was discovered that a potentially dangerous issue needed repair, Jordan was out to my home within a couple of hours, after dark. He put me at ease about not having any gas to heat my home during a hard freeze, overnight. I trusted his experience about keeping my pipes from freezing and we made it through the cold night without damage. First thing the next morning, Jodon accompanied and helped Jordon take care of all my indoor gas appliances and pilot lights. Both men wore shoe coverings in the house and were very respectful. I highly recommend JD Precision Plumbing for your natural gas emergencies!

We had JD Plumbing come out to provide an estimate for pipe repairs.  Their estimate was 4 times higher than other estimates. I see others posting about gauging and wanted to confirm it based on our recent experience.

The owner is a very nice man (Jerry David). They take care of business and are fair. They are a little more pricey than some other companies but when it comes to plumbing you really can't take chances. Better to get it done right than spend so much fixing mistakes. In all honestly you can't go wrong with this company. I have so much respect for them. And I don't say this lightly. I've had bad experiences with handy men and other companies who I won't take the time to badmouth.

475 to unclog a water softener? He said it would take 30 minutes or so? Are you kidding me? We told him to go away and find another sucker out there.

JD Precision advised my elderly father in-law he needed a new pipe. No leak detected and charged him $7,000 to replace 50 feet of pipe that was perfectly fine. In the process, they destroyed the sprinkler system and left it in ruins after attempting to fix it 3 additional trips. Took advantage of the elderly and basically, charged $500 an hour (when broken down over time). Told right away, they don't charge hourly BUT who makes $500 a hour to replace ONE pipe. Never use the company off of FM 1488.

For $150 they will come out to your house and give you an estimate of  what your plumbing repairs are going to cost... in a week or so...

Absolute ripoff!!!! My mother 88 years old got a water bill for 400 dollars. Called JD precision plumbing to come out and check pipes. Everything looked good but he replaced toilet flapper on two toilets, wait for it, for 89$ a flapper. My mother asked me to talk to him and he said it's a business sir... This place will steal from a grandmother without batting an eye. Will notify BBB...

I must say I'm truly impressed with the speediness and  timeliness of the work done by JD Precision Plumbing. I found them on Yelp, and they were my first try. Benjamin (the tech) was very courteous, professional, time efficient, and honest- very rare these days with companies. I was extremely happy that I called Monday and someone was able to come out Wednesday to not only provide a free estimate (another rarity), but repair the issues I had! I was given a time slot, but they provided the courtesy to call me about 30 minutes prior to coming out since I don't work too far from home.
JD Plumbing will definitely be my go to for any future needs.

We are so appreciative of a company dedicated to good, kind service even early in the morning AND on a Holiday! The appt scheduler was so kind, she was easy to talk to and got us an appt within an hour of the call! We received an email with a picture of the technician, Austin and knew who to expect at our door. Austin was super kind, professional and talked my husband through all the steps he was taking for our repair.

Fast and straight forward with quote price. Will use again.

Backstory:
I called them after being charged almost $500 by another company who up sale and charged me before inspection and kept giving me more things to inspect. I finally asked them to leave.

JD was everything I expected and their tech was professional and helpful.

Gas co. said I have a leak and shut it off. I learned later that this company's techs are on commission (a serious conflict of interest), which seemed, to me, result in him saying my 60 plus foot line HAD to be replaced for almost $4,000. There was no test, just a proposal. Suspicious, I called in another company that performed an actual pressure test. That test quickly and easily revealed a leak (which I saw and understood), and it wasn't where gas company indicated it would be. Bottom line: my line is grandfathered, and company number TWO is coming back to repair the leaking spot. Obviously, this new company, NOT JD Precision, is my best alternative.

My landlord scheduled an appointment for JD Precision Plumbing to come out and evaluate the replacement of a shower fixture and repair of a faucet.  I took an entire afternoon off of work for the evaluation.  We scheduled the repair for 3 days later.  I then take an entire morning off of work for the repair...the technician was supposed to be at my home by 9 am.  Almost 10 am and no technician.  I call to find out where my technician is and they tell me that they weren't able to reach my landlord for payment prior to the service so they weren't coming out!  No phone call, no communication whatsoever!  If I hadn't called myself I would have never known what was going on.

I was able to reach my landlord and take care of the payment that morning...they then call to tell me that my technician is going to be there in 30-40 minutes.  1 hour 10 minutes go by with no technician...and again no phone call.  I once again call them to find out where my technician is!  He finally shows up and thank God he was quick and did a great job!  

I had the service manager call me so I could make him aware of the events.  He promptly let me know that he was aware...and was very ignorant about it.  My conversation with him was like talking to a brick wall so I finally just hung up on him.

While the technician was great the support staff was absolutely horrendous...and the service manager even worse!  Beware!

Here are the facts of my experience with JD Plumbing:

- Scheduled appointment a week in advance.

- They bugged me three times at work to see if I was at home for immediate repair.

- Day of appointment arrived & they CALLED 30 MINUTES PRIOR to scheduled APPOINTMENT TO CANCELled my designated two hour window.  My only option was to reschedule for following week.  Yes, they bugged me for a week; only to cancel 30 minutes prior to appointment.  No apology or remorse; appeared to be common practice for JD Plumbing caller.

- Fool me twice?  I don't think so.  Found alternate plumber & cancelled JD's new appointment time.

- Not over yet...They failed to cancel new appointment & left a message on my phone (hours after my 'appointment time') saying, we are working on getting someone out there as soon as possible.

- I called & cancelled, again!

- Then they sent a creepy email about my upcoming plumbers hobbies & life goals.  (1) who cares, (2) too private in nature, (3) I already cancelled my appointment twice already due to JD Plumbing failure to show up as agreed upon.

Professional, friendly and concise with the diagnosis. They could have charged me for looking at a one off simple request and they didn't (most companies these days charge for every little thing).
They have my business going forward - highly recommend!!!!

I struggle with this one because the people were friendly. The job was done on time and quickly (same day). But I believe they are over priced. $375 just for replacing a T&P valve that took 30minutes?  That part costs maybe $20 at Lowe's. Unfortunately I didn't have an option because I was leaving for a work trip so I didn't have time to call for other quotes.

This company has turned into a complete scam. Ever since the freeze this company has decided to increase their prices 60 to 70%. When one of their plumbers comes to your house, all they try to do is upsell you and give you things you do not need. If you just have a valve that needs to be changed or a toilet that might be clogged, they immediately tell you that they will probably have replace the whole pipe to the valve and replace your toilet. I suggest everybody to pass on this company, there are many other plumbers in the Houston/Spring area that are fair and not greedy. The ownership of this company should truly be embarrassed in which the way they try to drain people's wallets to the best of their ability by giving them things they don't need, and by making jobs more complicated than they actually are (at a jacked up rate) so the customer has to spend more money.The increase of this company's prices is not due to shortages or supply chains, it is strictly a matter of greed and seeing how much they can get from each customer. Honestly, shame on them for the way they are doing their business because they haven't always been this way.

Absolutely outstanding experience with this company.  Have been using over a year for several different issues and across the board have found outstanding customer service coupled with high quality technical skill.  Highly recommend.

Don't choose JD Precision if you have other choices!!Super high cost and rude service! We paid 350+ to fix a simple sink problem, the man told us we have a 90 days warranty. But when the same problem happens in 30 days, they reneged on the warranty. Whatever, we fix it by ourselves.

We had an emergency today, Sunday afternoon. I called 3 plumbers for assistance. Broken main water line to the house.  2 of them (which guarantee 24 hour emergency service) had answering service recordings. JD Precision has a live answering service and got Taylor on the phone right away to help us. I could not have asked for more outstanding service. Taylor diagnosed and repaired the problem and then checked all exterior faucets to make sure everything was in perfect working order.  I will never use anyone but JD Precision Plumbing again.

BTW . . . I called 1 service before 1:00 pm and they got back with me at 5:26 pm! Not what I call emergency service. The other plumbing service . . . never returned my call.  Poor business - they don't need to worry about me calling them ever.

These guys were so great really went above and beyond to help me with my sink not draining would use them again and again

Excellent service. Quick, reliable and honest. I refer everyone that has a plumbing issue to JD precision!

In 2017. I had a pleasant experience with JD Precision Plumbing during purchase of a water heater.  However, the present repair call was not acceptable.   The issue with my water heater entailed the burner shutting off within 5 - 10 minutes of lighting.  The tech, Zach and another (who was later identified as the owner's son) responded to the call 12-3:00 window at 3:40 and was able to duplicate the issue....burner shutting off after about 5 - 10 minutes.  While they were in my attic working on heater, I called up to let them know I would be right back, i was going to let my dogs out.  When I returned to the garage, Zach was down from the attic and had opened the door to my home.  When questioned, he asked me to turn on water to see if it was hot.  I did but told him the heater has not heated the water so it would not be hot.  I terminated the call when he told me he needed access to my house to diagnose the water heater issue.

I contacted a manager to share my concerns with no acknowledgement of my concern.  Their employee OPENED the door of my home and was more interested in gaining access to my home than working on the water heater in the attic.  The manager referenced the owner of the son.

Following this situation,  I contacted RHEEM support and they easily diagnosed the problem (gas control valve) and are mailing me the part.  I will contact another company to install.  This incident was both unacceptable and alarming.

I have used JD for my personal house, at my office, and I have referred them to several customers. They are hands down the best plumbing company that I have ever found. Their customer service is unmatched. The scheduling is simple, you receive an email prior to your appointment with a picture and a short bio of the plumber that will be sent out. I mean who else does that!? On top of that, every plumber that they have sent out has been polite, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. They take the time to explain exactly what is going on and your different options. They are not the cheapest plumbing service around, but their prices are reasonable for the quality of service that they provide. They are truly worth every penny. I'm so glad I found JD. I will never use another plumbing service again, and I send all of my family and friends to them.

Had a 8 to 10am appointment and had Taylor shows up at 815am. What a great guy. Told him what I needed done. He checked it out and determined that he had a cheaper fix. Perfect results in a very fast time. This company should be proud of Taylor. Hard to find good employees these days but Taylor is a superstar.
This company deserves its 5 star rating from Yelp.

We have used JD Precision Plumbing 3 times in the last couple of months after moving into a 16 year old house that apparently has a lot of deferred maintenance issues.  Replaced two water heaters with a tankless unit (16 year old water heaters full of sand nearly killed the two guys getting them out of the attic, but no complaining), kitchen faucet that was frozen in place (he got it off without dynamite), and today a leak under a bathroom sink from a seriously clogged AC drain line.  Daniel Webster came today.  Each time the guys were very professional, cleaned up everything, were willing to answer my questions and did great work.  I highly recommend them.

Get out your wallet!! These guys are outrageously expensive! Quoted me $285 to install a garbage disposal (just the installation -- I supplied the new disposal). I reluctantly agreed to pay $250 after some haggling, since this is a rental house and I did not want to further inconvenience my tenant. The installation took maybe 45 minutes and the work was fine. Out of curiosity, I checked around afterward and got multiple quotes of ~$100. Shame on me!  I won't be using these guys again!

Great response for an after hours call for my ceiling leaking through the 2nd floor and down to the 1st floor.  The technician was able to stop the leak and the next day he came back with the part and changed it very quickly and efficiently.  AND it was a very reasonable price.

I would recommend JD Precision Plumbing to anyone.

Competent, skilled, professional, honest, friendly and timely. They have high standards for their quality of work.

Landmark Home Warranty company referred us to them for a new faucet install due to possible corrosion. We just wanted to replace the faucet with a similar faucet we already had. After weeks of trying to get a fair and firm price for a faucet ( even allowing for their mark up on the price of the faucet, we understand busineses need to make a profit too) we were given a price on Friday, we called on Monday to schedule the install and were informed by our warranty company that Precision decided to no longer allow us to purchase the faucet from them. We have tried to get an answer from Precision for this decision, and have not received any responses back. Alyx ( not sure if she is the owner) was extremely unprofessional. We feel that this company puts profit before people, and we feel as if this was a punishment by Precision given to us for simply trying to advocate for ourselves for a fair price on a faucet, after we were given several different prices, some at exhorbitant costs. We were clear and concise with our faucet options, we even attached pictures and descriptions with screen shots from Home Depot to make it easier for Precision. We did everything we were asked to do by both our warranty company and Precision in a timely manner. We are extremely hurt and saddened by their actions as now our warranty will not allow us to change contractors. We would rather have a broken faucet and remain steadfast in our principles than give any business to this company. We pray and hope that they will be more fair, kind, and honest with their future customers if placed in similar situation as ours.

JD Precision has provided excellent service for us on more than one occasion.  They are always very prompt, professional, informative and thorough.  Finding a reliable plumber can be hit or miss, but they are now my 'go-to' plumber for any future plumbing needs.  Chad came today and installed a hot water heater.  He came out this morning to address a leak we had.  He diagnosed our problem. Removed old water heater. Installed new water heater, all within hours.

Very professional and helpful.  Mr Prescott & Lund were outstanding. They accurately diagnosed our problem and fixed it that day. I highly recommend this company. Well worth the money.

Buyer beware. My experience with JD Precision Plumbing goes as follows:

1. Back at the end of 2017 I had what seemed to be a blocked drainage pipe from my washing machine so water back-flowed into the house. Bad new. Okay, so I call JD.
2. The plumber comes out and tries to snake the pipe with no luck. That job costs $345 and we still don't have a clear drain pipe. Darn.
3. So he tears into the wall, installs a cleanout so he can use a heavier duty snake. Still no luck! Darn! That job costs $600, I have 2 giant holes in my wall, and I still don't have a clear drain pipe.
4. At this point, the plumber determines that the problem is not a clog in the pipe. No! It's a belly in the pipe, which causes water to pool and will cost several thousands to fix. Wow. Darn. Okay. So not only do I have 2 giant holes in my wall that the plumber isn't going to fix, but I also have a hefty new diagnosis i.e. the problem is WAY WORSE than I imagined. And In order to fix this alleged belly, the plumber will need to go on an exploratory hunt for my pipe, locate the belly somewhere in my yard potentially under concrete, yada, yada, blah blah blah. All of that will cost in the ballpark of 2K or maybe 5K or maybe more--who the hell knows? Point is, even with this dire diagnosis, I have very little info about the problem and the location thereof and the pricing thereof after I've already spent nearly $1000.
6. After the plumber leaves, I feel completely taken for a ride. I contact JD to see if there's anything they can do because this style of pricing, whereby the customer gets taken unwittingly on an expensive journey feels wrong somehow. Also, there's 2 giant holes in my wall. When I finally speak to a human, it is like speaking to a recording with a bad attitude. He is curt, unapologetic, and offers me nothing beyond the company line. K cool.
7. Over the past year, the issue has persisted because I could not fathom the idea of paying untold thousands of dollars for a sketchy-seeming mission to rip up my yard. Turns out, that was for the best. Cut to today, where, with the purchase of an $11 plumbing bladder from Home Depot, I am able to discover that the other end of the pipe abuts an entire foot of dirt/grass/roots. So there was a clog, just not anywhere near where the plumber's snake could reach. Moral of the story: there was not a belly and my problem was solved by an $11 plumbing tool that surely a plumber has heard of. The pipe is now clear and I ran my first load of laundry in years that has not backed water into my house. Thanks JD Precision Plumbing! JK. Thanks for nothing, I mean.
8. It's hard not to look at the events and see that before worst-case scenario-ing me, the plumber should have been slightly more creative. To the tune of $11. Also, the holes in my wall that cost me $600 were unnecessary.

David with JD came out same day I called.  He was efficient at what he did getting the drain unclogged and honest and transparent on what he was doing and what we can expect moving forward.  I will definitely be using them in the future for my plumbing needs.

Used JD plumbing to replace kitchen faucet. David explained everything, was very professional and did a fantastic job. The company even sent a Bio of the plumber who was coming. David had a business card for me as soon as I opened the door to introduce himself. I will use their services again.

Highly recommend! In the middle of a remodel needed pipes moved, needed it done quickly to avoid holding up electricians and other craftsman. Everyone at JD Precision helped me get a date to complete the job. The plumber Ben has great work ethic and completed the job quickly and professionally. He cleaned up too.

GREAT SERVICE! We had a leak in our downstairs powder room. Called around 9am to get someone to come out for a quote or to fix it if possible. They first told me it would be early afternoon before someone could come out, but later called and told me they could have someone out before noon. Met with David and he told me we needed a new toilet due to a hairline fracture in the bowl as well as leaking from the underside. Made a trip to Lowes as soon as possible and called back to ask if they could come install it ASAP. It's now 3:45pm, on the same day we found the leak.. and we have a newly installed leak-free toilet. I couldn't be happier with the service!

It was taking 3-4 minutes for hot water to get to my kitchen sink.  I was frustrated.  I hired JD Plumbers.   They added a pump to my system.  Now I get hot water in under a minute.   Plus the water is hotter as it doesn't have time to cool off.  Much better.

I recently had a bathroom sink overfow and flood a couple of rooms.  JD Precision plumbing provided an appointment, but also said that they would be earlier, if possible.  Thankfully, they were able to arrive early, and with their specialized equipment, were able to clear the problem.  David was also able to provide info on how to do some preventative maintainence to avoid future clogs.  David was very knowledgable and provided advice on some other projects.

I will not hesitate to call JD Precision plumbing in the future.

Showed up on time! Very professional and courteous. Did a good job and took care with my house. Obtaining an estimate was easy and so was scheduling to get the job done.

Had a Plumbing emergency needed the next day, I contacted a few plumbers via message and email on Yelp. After Priority 1 Plumbing promised to call me the next day after 8am, but never did until 11am. JD Called my around 8:30am and I was so glad they did. JD Dispatched a plumber in 30 minutes to the house. JD Confirmed and sent me an Email even with the Plumber's name and Photo! I was impressed on the Service BEFORE the visit. Dalton was professional and inspected the problem and gave me an honest assessment. We had to call JD Precision due to an underground leak at Lakeshore Sports, the business I work for. Alex came out, was able to diagnose the problem and fix it. He was able to email copies of all invoices, etc. to me quickly. We were very satisfied with the quick response to our call and the work done.

I can't say enough great things about JD Precision Plumbing! In particular Sean our technician. We just bought a 24 year old house that had very brittle pipes. Any little thing broke them right off! Since it is a new home for us, we first fooled around with the home warranty company. We had to use their plumber & had to deal with 2 weeks worth of headache back & forth until we finally decided to pay for the repairs out of pocket. When our next plumbing catastrophe happened, we yelped & found JD Precision Plumbing. From the very first time I called, the staff on the phone were friendly & sympathetic to our issue. Within a few hours, our technician Sean came. He was courteous, friendly & knowledgeable. He was able to fix everything that day, but the city had the water off working on a water main when he finished up. He came back the next morning to make sure all was good. Quality plumbing isn't cheap! But quality service and work is priceless!

First off I would like to say your service is excellent excellent and excellent.  Second the whole reason that I was so impressed was honestly with Alex Warren and his assistant.  He never gave up, worked diligently till he found the solution we both needed to my water filtration system.  The company I used Aquasana was so impressed (after I snapped a photo behind Alex's back) that they asked for JD Precision information to inquire on them becoming a preferred installer.  So I did forward your information to them as well another final completed picture of the job.  I will be using you guys in the future for my outdoor kitchen project.  The only request I have is PLEASE send Alex he is the best ! Total rip off...they were gonna charge me 150.00 just to even look at it ...they say it's a free estimate when they came out to give me the free estimate they said it was gonna be at least 150.00 to look at it....he didnt even touch it.....well thanks to you tube I searched how to fix your garbage disposable..it turned out to be clogged so I bought an Allen wrench set for 1.95....turned power off ..reset button...then inserted Allen wrench ..took about 3 min...and it was just stuck..  rip off....

After calling a bunch of places, no one could come out after 6.
After calling JD, technicians, Ron and Chad stayed in touch with timing and expectations.
Ron came out at 7 pm and did a quick fix.
The timing was right and the price was very reasonable.

I had a clogged sink and spent almost an entire Saturday trying to do it myself.  Home remedies of vinegar and baking soda, store purchased goods like liquid Drano and even a snake did me no good. I finally called JD Precision Plumbing Services and Ben Dawson came and was finished in less than 10 minutes. (It seemed that way anyway ) He was very professional, and did an awesome job for a very good price. Their online reputation is very well represented

Provided quote on making exterior gas connection. Very courteous and profession people. Arrived on time to our appointment and very quickly provided a quote. I feel confident they would do a quality job but price they quoted was a bit high.

i called this company to come out and give me a quote. they showed up and i was satisfied with the quote but it went downhill fast from there. it went to garbage from there. i called them and set up a time for them to come fix my problem. they scheduled me for friday from 3 until 6. well it got to be 530 so i called to see if they were coming, and the lady informed me it was for monday. i said no i was told friday, she looked at it again and realized it was written down wrong, but said she would call adam to try to come . she calls back to inform me that he said no until he got the ok from water restoration people. i told her it was all cleaned up and drying. Needless to say i canceled them, they apparently don't know what communication is. i would suggest you don't waste your time with these people. i lost an afternoon of work because of them and all she could say was i don't know what we did wrong

JD Precision just got done diagnosing a plumbing problem in my house, which 3-4 other companies have failed to diagnose over the past 2 years. I am just ticked off at myself for not hiring these folks two years ago. It could have save me a lot of money with all the other crappy companies my home warranty company sent over. Anyway, I want to highly recommend these guys. The person they sent over was Dustin and another young man. Professional beyond my expectations. I am calling them every time and not messing around with another plumber, EVER!! This company deserves to be successful.

Very Expensive for the value. Quote was $425 and plumber finished job in under 2 hours. Very little material was required so the hourly rate was over $200. When I accepted the proposal, thought the bid was reasonable but I feel plumbing can be done at a profit for about half that rate. My trust in JD is now low so I'll try another company next time.

Called in the afternoon and they had a tech out by 2 that afternoon.  Very helpful and didn't charge me and arm and a leg.  I will be using them again.

They were very nice, polite and professional and they arrived when they said they would.

They quoted me a total install price of $1250 for a water heater with a 6 year warranty (which is on the low end warranty wise). They said there would no issues at all because of the easy access.

I asked for a labor and parts breakdown and they said it was a flat rate.

The water heater and parts are less than $500 from Home Depot, so the install is $800 for a 3 hour job? Apparently I'm in the wrong business.....

Our hot water heater failed on Christmas day and called them the next morning. Jeff came out that morning and quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty gas control valve. Due to the holiday the part was not available until the next day but Jeff picked it up installed it and we had hot water that morning. I was very impressed with  JD Plbg. from start to finish and Jeff was very friendly, courteous and explained everything clearly. They will be our go to plumbing from now on.

Very honest and reliable. We had a large clog somewhere in our line and another plumbing service left us underwhelmed when the only spent 5 minutes trying to snake it. I called JD precision plumbing and they said they would arrive shortly and we got a courtesy call when Taylor was twenty minutes away. He spent a good hour trying to snake the pipes, but it turned out we just needed to have our septic tank emptied. We were not charged for our service call and Taylor recommended someone to help us get it taken care of! Excellent service, you won't be disappointed.

Highly recommended ! Jeff Mileski was our technician. He was on time and assessed our problem. Since we already had plans to remodel the bathroom floor, he told us we didn't need to pay him to do the job and instructed us on how to fix the issue while doing the work. Such an honest company , they won't do anything just to make a dollar. We will be calling them for all of our plumbing issues we have going forward.

I have recommended JD Precision a number of times to friends and family both.  They have delivered every single time without a doubt ever.  On the last visit, they replaced my mother's hot water heater as well as fixed some simple plumbing issues in the attic.  They installed a new water heater in her attic, hauled the old one off, and left her very happy with a fresh new water heater.  Service was very prompt and price was reasonable.  I highly recommend this company.

I would vouch for these guys to the moon and back as they did a PHENOMENAL job rerouting the main water inlet piping of my home to bring an outside water softener indoors, replacing two old rusting water heaters in my attic with a tankless model, replacing rusting/unreliable shutoff valves and installing a whole house water filtration system.  Sean and Eric were professional, courteous and clean workers.  Additionally, they coordinated extremely well with the other contractors onsite at the time and were just plain fun to work with on a fairly large job.  I will also note that I evaluated multiple plumbers leading up to my decision to select JD's for this job.  A couple of them were clearly nervous about the scope of what I wanted to do and tried to lead me down the cheaper/less reliable path taken by the previous homeowners.  Sean understood precisely what I wanted right away and quickly came up with workable plans and fair estimates on how to resolve my issues.  I intend to use JDs for ALL of my plumbing needs going forward and would give them TEN STARS if I could!

Great service! I had an emergency after hours at my property and after calling 3-4 other companies who couldn't help me thankfully I called JD Precision! Next time they'll be the only plumber I call. They were able to get someone there within 90 minutes and resolve the leak and also got me connected with a company to help me clean up the water damage who came out the same night as well. Very, very happy with my experience and can't say enough about them.

I have been a homeowner for all of four months. Three days ago around 11pm the ceiling above my kitchen, where the upstairs bathroom is located, began raining. Water was streaming from the light fixture, down the walls, and from the drywall itself. I was envisioning a huge bill and terse plumbers taking advantage of a new homeowner in crisis.

When I spoke with my warranty company in the morning , they stated that the earliest a plumber could be dispatched was the next day, leaving me without water and power for another full day.

But, Shelby in the JD Precision Plumbing office understood my situation and not only has someone come out that day, they were there by 11am. Keno from JD Precision arrived and quickly and professionally diagnosed the issue, and after telling me what to avoid, assured me I could turn power back on. This was in between his already busy day.

He arranged to come back the next day with the necessary parts and left me much calmer and more knowledgeable about the situation than before. A true professional at work.

The next day Shelby in their office called to check-in and let me know when Keno would be arriving. Keno arrives exactly on time. He quickly fixed the issue with the bathroom plumbing.

While this was a contact through a warranty company, if I have other plumbing issues, I will personally be calling JD Precision. They have earned my trust and my business. I want to start off saying how amazing this family owned business is. I was freaking out when my water was coming up from my shower. I called JD precision plumbing and they were out to my house so fast, gave me a quick quote and fixed it within minutes. Thank you so much, you are now my go to plumbing company. A female office worker called me to make an appointment due to tankless water heater - that was my first error - Do not replace your water heater with a tankless -As far as their service will price gauge you for every penny. Paid for the service plan which is just a service plan but I did not realize you are paying for service in advance. Which mean they are making interest on your money and thus charging you half 175.00 for 2018 and then 175 for 2019. Not as all a plan just a big ripoff. The way I explained I was paying for the service price for this year and locking in the price for the upcoming service price. Not so. BIG RIP OFF! STAY AWAY FROM THEM! The service plan is just a plan, it does not pay for anything. The plumber shows up at your door, he will automatically show you the fee 175.00. Personally,  he did nothing to my unit and did not flush the tankless water heater at all. The FIRST time it was done the plumber connected a hose from the tankless unit to the bathroom drain. But this plumber just took a bucket and place it in my attic and walked around the house looking at facets. BIG FUCKING DEAL - DO NOT SEND YOUR PLUMBERS TO MY HOME AGAIN - AS A MATTER OF FACT, DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT CALLING ME! And that's my final answer!

I found this plumber on The Best of The Woodland's website and there is a reason why they are there. They are terrific. I had a minor plumbing emergency and they worked me into the schedule that day even though I was a first time customer. The technician was efficient, knowledgeable and personable. I will definitely use them again.

Excellent service with very prompt response. Called a few other places, but they were the only ones who could come out next day. The representative was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He was up front and honest with pricing and options. Would definitely recommend and use again.

They were recommended to me by my networking group. I scheduled a technician to repair several problems on one of my rental properties. I spoke to David about the fees. He said he would work me a deal because of the amount of business that I would like to have them perform for my company. David is their manager. He was not very willing to help out and seemed very short. Their technician came out and perform the services but did not perform the one item that I need repaired the most, a leak. I contacted the original plumber that did the original remodeling and he came out and fixed the leak. I had the same technician from JD plumbing come out and verify that the leak was done. He sent me a bill for $175 for after hours. This was a regularly scheduled visit. After speaking to David, he said that if I don't pay the $175 he would put a lien on The rental property. He also said he would not be doing business with me again. This is a company that I would not recommend. They overcharge and come up with lame excuses to why they have to charge you that much. Do not use these guys.

I did not have a plumber until I called JD Precision Plumbing, now I have a great plumber. I have a commercial block in Montgomery. I needed a licensed plumber to meet city requirements. I called a number of plumbers and got excuses and the runaround. Precision came out within 1 hour and quoted me a fair price and started the same day. They finished the job in a timely manner, doing a great job that exceeded all my expectations. Gavin Johnson is a real asset to your company as all of your employees that I worked with. This is the first time we have used JD Precision Plumbing.  Our first impression of the company was the professionalism and politeness of their receptionist.  The second impression was how organized the company is.  They sent a short introductory bio of the plumber they were sending to handle our problem.  They gave an ETA of their service tech and said he would call at least 15 minutes before arriving, which he did.  The service tech, Chad, had extremely good manners, was very helpful, and fixed the problem.  We look forward to a long and successful relationship with this company.

JD Prevision has performed several repairs at my personal home and we recommend them for all of our underground camera inspections when we are performing home inspections on older properties.

Jeff was dogged as the problem turned out to be bigger than originally thought. I did have to pay more than the original estimate but it was a reasonable amount. Everything was resolved to my satisfaction.  
Fast forward a couple weeks and there is water pooled around the toilet,  baseboards are wet as is slab outside. Today the 2nd tech with Precision said he would need to replace some bolts. After his 3rd trip inside as he began repair he noticed the tank had a hairline crack-- likely the cause of  the pooled water. He called his manager who told me Precision's 90 day warranty applied only to the original problem (clogged toilet). So the fact that the first tech likely cracked the tank when he temporarily removed the toilet to fix the clog wouldn't be covered under the 90 day warranty. The manager said his repair people wouldn't have caused a crack and not spoken up about it, ergo I must've somehow cracked it in the past couple of weeks. Plus per the manager the tank was old--is 5 years OLD? After much objection on my part Precision replaced the toilet with a cheap model; they will not warranty this work and I am left with wet baseboards.

Wow, there are some things a man will not do. Toilets are one of them. I know when to say when and about 3 months ago, I made that call. They allowed me to purchased my own toilets and installed a few day later. They even took the old ones to the grave yard and cleaned up the mess. Thanks for do doing the work, I know it STINKS...but it's a dirty job and someone has to do do it!

Family owned company,  not pushy with an amazing response.  Pricing is great and they provide a full service and follow up.  It's nice to see a local company with great customer service.

They installed a tankless hot water heater for us.  We were promised the old tank would be removed but when the time came we were told it would create too large a mess for them to do so.  Now, the old tank just sits in the attic.  I am certain when we sell the house I will have to pay to have someone come in and remove it.  Very disappointing.

Was able to come out same day, plumber was great no complaints there. Requested to have 3 dual flush valves replaced in toilets. Estimate was $600. Plumber fixed the toilets in less than an hour. I called for a breakdown of labor vs parts and was told the cost is a flat charge by job.

Over charged - paid cash never got a receipt and my plumming still leaks!  DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!

I couldn't recommend Dustin (service tech) and JD Precision Plumbing Services more. We had a leak in our ceiling on a Sunday morning. Dustin was here one hour after we called. He was professional and quickly located the issue (faulty elbow).

I really did not know what to expect when I went to Home Advisors to seek a plumber.  It turned out to be the best move I could make.
Ben, the plumber that came out to give me an estimate to have an ice maker water line repaired or replaced pointed out which way was the best to go.  Like the first plumber that came out he went up into the attic to examine the problem.  He took his time explaining the differences to us to help us make the right decision.  The first plumber from Roto Rooter seem uninterested in doing the job and gave us an outrageous estimate to do a lot more than was required..  Ben was very professional and courteous.as well as very friendly, honest and did not try to pressure us into doing more than the job required.  Also JD responded to my request for an estimate in a reasonable amount of time.  Most other plumbers never bothered to call me to set up an appointment.  I have replaced my current plumber's phone number, who never called back, with the number for JD.

Sean was our service guy and he provided excellent service!  He was trustworthy, honest and sincere.  He went out of his way to in the process, clean up and checked for other possible issues.  He noticed our faucet was not functioning correctly and he gave me some excellent advise on it and even looked up the 800 number for the manufacturer.  Thanks Sean!

I called with a plumbing problem on Friday before July 4th. I was told they would try to work me in and would call me and let me know if they could make it out to fix the problem. I received no call back. I waited until Tuesday morning and tried calling to make sure they were coming out. After 8 try's and no call back I gave up. I cannot tell you if they are good plumbers or not but their service is horrible.

We have used JD Precision Plumbing in the past for our business but this was the first time we used them in our home.  David was on time and did an outstanding job.  We had a faucet replaced in the kitchen and work done in two upstairs bathrooms.  We had a problem of low water pressure on the hot water side in the shower in one of the bathrooms and a previous plumber told us it could not be repaired.  David was able to determine the cause and fix the pressure issue.  All trash was removed and the house was left in a clean condition.

Boy, talk about quick and honest service. Had a leak in bathroom that was a slow leak, Insurance company told me to call a plumber and he was at my home in about an hour, minimal service call, carefully pulled back wallpaper not to tear it and opened up the wall so it could be repaired. Got my previous contractor to come in and fix the leak. Will remember them for jobs moving forward!!

Did the job quickly and effectively, charge $250 per hour for labor plus costs for materials.

I had scheduled JD Plumbing to come out a replace a shower faucet. I called several days ahead of time and was able to secure the appointment I wanted. The appointment was from 8-12, and the tech showed up at 9:30. He proceeded to give me a quote, and which I thought was high,$985, but I wanted the work done that day, so I agreed. He told me he had to get parts to be able to complete the job. Keep in mind I already had the replacement faucet and had requested the replace the faucet and move the drain. 2 hours later the tech returned. After about 15 minutes, he told me he had to go help on another job where there was a leak. This seemed suspicious to me since he left his tools. This was at 11:45. At around 1, I called to ask if he was coming back. I was called back 15 minutes later and told it would be another hour or so before he would be done. Finally, after 3, he came back. Another tech showed up to help after he had been there a little while and they both worked on my request. This was a small job that should have been able to be completed in under 3 hours, but they had managed to stretch it out to an entire day. The finally finished around 5:30. I had scheduled the appointment in advance and for the morning because I had other things I needed to get done. The next day, I went in to continue work on the bathroom and found they had left their rubber gloves just thrown on the floor. The old drain parts just laying all around the room, and they had tracking all over the carpet. I was clearly not a priority or important customer to them, and will not use them again. Had I known going in they would take all day to complete the job, I would have sent the tech away.

So glad Yelp was here to point the way to JD Precision Plumbing Services! We had a plugged toilet that was backing up into the stall shower next to it. The more we plunged, the more it backed into the shower. Then we realized our other toilet in another part of the house was barely flushing too and a bit of water was coming out of the tub next to that. Because of the stellar reviews on Yelp, we made our first call to JD Precision at 8:30 PM on Friday night and our information was taken immediately by a real receptionist who was kind and very helpful. After agreeing to a $100 emergency fee for someone to come out that night, she transferred me to an actual JD plumber (Dustin) who was at our home less than an hour later. To my surprise, he didn't even need to come inside. He fixed everything from an outside access pipe to our house plumbing system. He was able to auger out a root ball that had been blocking everything. Pretty reasonably priced after all was done. Dustin was extremely professional and able. If you have a plumbing need or emergency, this is the company to call.

I recently had J D Precision Plumbing remove several old faucets in our 60 year old house, and replace them with new ones. As with any old house, new things don't fit the same as the originals and there's always some surprises. David and Dalton worked tirelessly through ever surprise and did an amazing job, The were a pleasure to work with. David was very informative, patient, and knew how to deal with everything. When they finished the job, it was done right and looked great! I can't brag on this company enough. I will recommend them to anyone needing plumbing help. You will feel completely confident and comfortable with them in your home, They will treat your home like it was their own and do their work with pride.
