Delightful Service and exceeded my expectations! Our Garbage Disposal stopped working completely (no sound at all) and Fernando came by with a colleague to fix it. In 5 mins he had it back up and running, communicated perfectly about the issue and how to prevent it moving forward. Such nice guys and same day service. I would say if you are looking for fast service, integrity and great communication- I would highly recommend. We just found our go to plumber! I will be recommending them on our community forums or if our neighbors are in need of services! I'm sure we will mostly likely be in need of them again :-)

Plumbaway plumbing really helped me out during snowvid-19. I had a pipe break on Tuesday during the freeze and they were out to my house by Wednesday night and fixed the leak (when others were asking to see me next week). Guys were very professional and knew what they were doing. They also didn't price gouge which was a blessing for this even. 10/10 would recommend to a friend
Wow these guys came out to check my toilet within 4 hours of calling them. The communication was top notch and I felt comfortable with the individual who answered the phone. No upscale or flashy discussions and upfront pricing and expectations. The service was quick, professional and grade A quality. During the freeze, Plumbaway came out just to check out our pipes and make sure everything was A-OK. They were super slammed but stopped in. When everything calmed down, we called them back to fix the water shut-off that we broke turning it off for the storm (haha). Our shower makes a screaming noise, and he walked my husband through how he could repair it and told him where to get the parts. Outstanding.
I wanted to find a reputable plumber to replace all the rusty pipes in my old house and during my research I discovered a company on Yelp called Plumbaway that has a 5-star rating. There aren't many things in life that such a majority of people will agree on. Could a company really please that many people? (Yep!)
When I called the number late one afternoon, Robert, the owner himself, answered the phone. I needed an immediate repair and had one the next morning. Impressed, I requested a bid to repipe the whole house using PEX. I had a very reasonable quote within the hour. All questions and concerns were answered to my satisfaction. They scheduled to begin a few days later. The whole job took three days, but the water was cut off only for a couple hours on the 3rd day. Robert came onsite several times to oversee the operation. I have enjoyed my new pipes for several weeks now. Thanks to Robert, Manuel, Fernando and Junior. Great guys!

We hired this company to replace our clawfoot tub plumbing with a new kit. The estimate visit resulted in an issue but the owner stepped in and made it right. They showed up on time and did the job right. We can say they are professional and the customer service was very good. The owner really cares about his reputation and it shows. This was not an easy job but we are happy with the result. Also, their quote was reasonable and competitive.
Could not recommend Robert and Plumbaway Plumbing more. Honest, fair and quality work. Furthermore, Robert is a very effective communicator. Highly professional operation; will not use another Plumber after finding Plumbaway. Do yourself a favor and utilize this business if you need any type of plumbing help.

My garbage disposal was completely jammed yesterday - right before Labor Day weekend - so I found Plumbaway here on Yelp. Since they are located here in the Heights and I love supporting our local businesses, I gave them a call.
Robert returned my voicemail in ten minutes and had Manuel over to assess the situation in no more than 30 minutes. My garbage disposal had in fact died so Manuel quickly ran to the supplier and picked up a newer model and cane right back and installed. From the moment I called until the new garbage disposal was purchased and installed, I would say that the whole job took at the most two hours.
I am absolutely thrilled to discover Plumbaway Plumbing. We will use them moving forward for all of our plumbing needs and will recommend them to all of our friends and neighbors.

I live in Dallas but have a rental property in Houston. I called Plumbaway on Friday morning with an issue. Robert answered immediately, listened to my explanation, and offered to go to my property that afternoon to inspect the issue--I didn't even have to ask for a rush visit. He texted me photos of the problem, explained everything, and patiently answered all my questions...at 8:00pm on a Friday. To top it all off, he didn't charge me anything, and advised me against having some costly repairs done.

Chose them and 2 others from online reviews. The promptness is clarity in their responses made me select them. They were available when I needed thankfully and showed up on time. Gentleman that came to repair were shoe covers, came prepared with all parts since I had sent video of leaking water line that's for a fridge. Repaired as expected and quoted, did have to cut sheetrock but was super careful and cut out as minimal as possible. They did provide sheetrock repair referral but luckily there was some new construction going on at other end of neighborhood so grabbed one of the painters and they fixed sheetrock and paint within 2 hours, it was all done! Great respectful team to trust for plumbing !
Robert has done some really excellent work for us, he did rough in plumbing for a brand new bathroom and we did quite a bit of searching before we found someone who could do it at a reasonable price and with all the necessary permitting.
We needed a pressure test and an inspection to get a gas meter and whatnot for a house we are moving into. Saw all these good reviews and had to give them a shot. Robert responded to my dad right away. Manuel came and did what he needed to do and was very helpful with questions. Professional and reliable business. I definitely recommend.
All of a sudden are hot water wasn't working at all. Have never had any issues with something like this before, so I had no idea what to do. I reached out on yelp and got a quick response, then I spoke to them over text. They were very responsive and helpful. Ultimately they just helped me perform a DIY fix at home at no cost to me. Which of course saved me money, but also allowed me to get the fix done faster. Really great folks who are looking to save you money. Would recommend.

Found these guys on yelp. Sent message through the app Wednesday, Robert (owner ) replied, we discussed via text what I needed repaired (Master bath faucet dripping) he sent me estimate. Was reasonable. I gave ok to move forward. He said he would get me on schedule ASAP. And would let me know Thursday. Sent message his tech would be at my home Friday 11-12 am. Tech came repaired. (Wore ppe/booties on shoes) I appreciated the Extra care. They were responsive professional. Did a great job, cleaned up after. Would highly recommend.

Robert was amazing. We had a condo in Houston and it had a line leak. We don't live close so it was difficult for us to be there. He went in found the leak and fixed it the same day. He was not expensive and communicated with me throughout the process.
Robert and Co were amazing. I reached out on a referral and was so glad I did. They are very busy so Robert quoted me a whole house repipe based on a text I sent him and then charged me less. He was so easy to work with that I started wondering whether he would show up but there they were first thing Monday morning with three vans. The team worked very long hours sometimes in the mud and rain to minimize the impact on us. They even worked around us avoiding shutting off the water the first several days and then turning it back on at night after making connections on the others. Please text Robert and you will be entirely satisfied with their professionalism, quality, honesty and value. Their motto is 'why pay more' and I totally agree.

Last Sunday the water heater was leaking CO2. Had to call 911. That's 2 issues if you consider that one must disinfect a house after 4 emergency personnel show up during a global pandemic.
Pulled up Yelp. Plumbaway was highest rated. Called 'em up. Robert picked up at first try -- despite the fact that it was a Sunday afternoon.
He had a guy (Fernando) come out to our house by 9am the morning after, even though the appointment was scheduled for the afternoon. Fernando was dressed for the occasion, with gloves, an N95 face mask, boot protectors and the likes. It took him less than 15 mins to end the CO2 leak. He promptly provided an explanation and came up with a long-term solution. The day after, 2 guys show up and take necessary actions to avoid this issue going forward. 2-3 hours of work for a very fair price.
Can't say enough, these are the TOP guys out there.
Coming to Plumbaway has been the best decision . I needEd plumbing work for my occupancy permit in my retail store and Robert has been a great help . Not only that they provide quality work , he is always so communicative and respond quickly to all my concerns to make sure that I pass my inspection .

Can't speak highly enough about these guys! I was away on a work trip and heard that a pipe had burst at my house. Talk about stressed! Luckily I found Plumbaway on Yelp and they were able to go out to my house almost instantly. They worked with my housemate to fix this huge problem in no time at all for a very fair price. I had a leak in front of my yard and reached out to a few plumbers. Even though Plumbaway was booked through next week, I was able to work with Robert to get one of his techs to check up on the leak the same day I called because the tech was in the area. He was definitely a lifesaver!
Manuel was the tech that stopped by, and he couldn't have been any more professional and helpful. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly, and provided a reasonable quote to get it fixed.
I could not have had a better experience dealing with Robert and Manuel. I highly recommend Plumbaway, and I will definitely go back to them again if I have any further plumbing issues!

As per their website, the owner was previously a plumber and aims to provide a fair price. He was able to quickly diagnose a common issue with my clogged sinks and his staff quickly fixed the problem.
Will definitely call them back if I need anything else. I hope his company continues to grow but stay true to his vision of promoting value for their service.

Plumbaway saves the day! When my mainline pipe connection sprung a slow leak, I contacted a Robert and team to assess the situation and make the repairs. And, even though they were exceptionally busy, they kindly worked me into their schedule a few days later. They arrived promptly and completed the job diligently. They even took care to minimize the damage to my yard/garden, while digging up the mainline. I really appreciate them for getting the job done well! I will definitely refer them to a friend in need whenever the opportunity arises.
Wow! The reviews are stellar and I wanted a bid for a total house repipe. I used the Yelp online contact option to request my bid. I was detailed in my request. I've yet to hear from them. Had wished for a better outcome. I would not recommend using the online request option if you need service.
UPDATE: I was contacted by the owner today. Have to give him high marks for reaching out to let me know the problem with the online contact option.

I called Plumbaway based on the many recommendations here and was not disappointed. We had recently moved into a new (85 year old) house, and were experiencing issues with gurgling drains and foul smells. We also had a kitchen sink that was not draining properly even after we plunged and snaked the line.
My goal was to identify and resolve as many issues as possible, as quickly as possible. Robert came over, investigated the issues, and clearly explained them to us. We ended up having a few small problems and one significant problem, a sewer line that needed to be replaced. Robert and his team gave me a very good price for all of the work and his team completed it in a timely and professional manner, taking the time to show me the old work and its associated problems as they uncovered it. For a big and mandatory job like this, it was a huge benefit to be working with someone who stands behind his work and offers very competitive prices.
Finding an honest plumber isn't so easy. We recently added a new bathroom to a property we purchased, and about 80 feet of drain line needed to be roughed in along with fixtures and water lines. The cost was reasonable and transparent without any hidden fees, and the job was done correctly without taking any shortcuts. The plumber handled all the permits and supervised his workers appropriately. Few plumbers do rough in plumbing so I felt very grateful to find an honest company that does the work well. In the end, we liked the work so much asked him to install drainage and water lines for a washer/dryer. He responds promptly to text messages. I intend to continue using Robert in the future for all my plumbing needs. I should note that he is rapidly becoming very busy so plan accordingly if you need a job done soon.
I have used Robert and his trusty team work in two of my homes. Every job he has done for me has been top notch, and less expensive than the competitors. I almost always try to get a few quotes for comparison before I choose contractors.
For example, when he changed my toilets out, his charge was about 35% less than the nearest competitor. Also, he met me at Home Depot to pick up all the toilets the morning of the install.
He is also very honest. I trust Robert. He really seems like an honest guy.
Robert and his team were great to work with. He was very easy to communicate with and very timely in fitting me into the schedule. Was highly impressed with the quality of his team's work.

So I had my toilets replaced last week. Very happy with the service I got from Plumbaway Plumbing, I highly recommend them. I told them I needed to be done before lunch. Because of the rain, they were running behind that day so they sent 2 extra plumbers to get my job done in time, which I really appreciate. 165 for the install of each toilet and they can pick up a toilet you buy from Home Depot, which is great because they checked the toilets for damage etc while at the store. It's $10 cheaper to get Home Depot to install, but they ship the toilets to you and then send someone to install. If the toilet is broken/faulty... PITA. I got the Kohler Highline Classic elongated toilet. A bit weird having it use so little water, but it seems to do the job. Plus it's quiet! Great way to replace Vortens toilets prone to sudden leaking...
They are by far the best plumber's in town. I did my research and asked for quotes everywhere and I finally found the right company for me. They were able to come right away, provide a quote, and take care of our piping problem's. I'm so happy that we found them and will continue to contact them for all our plumbing needs.
I can't believe I just found this company. I have been trying to work with several plumbing companies on multiple houses and am so fed up with with the lack of service and skill that I have received. But today, this company blew me away. The owner answers the phone himself, talks through your issue with you, gives you an estimate before the workers arrive to your house, SAME DAY service for no extra charge and the workers themselves (shout out to Manuel!!!!) are professional, FAST and leave your house cleaner than when they arrived. I have already scheduled my next appointment with them to look into larger projects. Do yourself a favor and don't muddle through all the companies that I had to. *****

I contacted Plumbaway Plumbing to come out and help figure out the cause of water damage that had slowly been occurring in my kitchen. They responded immediately and had a guy out within an hour. Fernando came to my home, mask and all, and got to working. He informed me he would need to cut a small hole since the problem was coming from inside my wall. I knew it would have to be completely redone anyway so I told him to go for it. He was able to figure the problem out right away. One of my pipes was missing a plug and was hidden behind the wall, slowly leaking into my floor. Fernando didn't have the size plug I needed so he showed me what it looked like and what size to get. He also left some tape for me to use to help seal it up. It was no charge for them to come out and determine the cause of damage, and because they didn't have the materials needed, didn't end up charging me at all. Fernando was polite, timely, diligent, respectful, and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone and though I hope I don't need them in the future, I'll be happy to use them if I do!
I would give 6 stars if I could. They truly put their customers first with quality work at a fair price. Fernando did a fantastic job. He troubleshooted the issue & repaired it with no issues. I will definitely recommend Plumbaway to my friends @ neighbors.

First off, Robert is a very funny man! We are putting a pool in our new home. Yesterday was excavation day and at the end of the day, we noticed a puddle of water. The Bobcat had hit the main water line's faucet and water was leaking from several spots. Our pool contractor told us we could use our own plumber or use their master plumber. I opted to use my own. I called Plumbaway Plumbing first because of their impeccable 5-star reviews. I left them a message and Robert called me back right away. I told him the situation. He told me they were booked until later next week. Robert asked me to send him some photos of my leak. He stayed on the phone with me and reviewed the photos. He explained that if there was leaks I couldn't see from the impact of the Bobcat, there would be a lot more water. Our talk really calmed me down as I was stressed out. He took a lot of time to speak with me. He put my name on a waitlist in case there was cancellations and he even referred me to another great plumber (who ended up fixing the leaks for me and was indeed great). I would definitely use Plumbaway Plumbing for my future plumbing needs!

We actually had the same issue with our sink come up for a second time about 9 months after they fixed it the first time and they agreed to fix it for free even though it was not under warranty and was a standard air conditioning issue that actually needed to be managed by our tenants. Unbelievably kind and helpful, we would highly recommend Robert and his team!

Robert is a genuine hands on kind of s Buisness owner. This is the third time I have called on him and he always comes through. He understands the situation you are going through and has incredible consideration what ever it is. This time it's a rental property with tenants and they have a busted pipe, although they were done for the day and heading out of town he made time to call his top licensed plumbers to take care of us. The other two times were similar one with a tankless at atenants house and the other at my Buisness with multiple issues ( toilets/ busted pipes). As a Buisness owner myself I Highly recommend Plumb Away and their trusted owner Robert /Plumbers.

I simply can't say enough good things about this company and its owner, Robert. We have an old house that's been renovated, but some of the original sewage/water lines are still in place. We used Plumbaway about a year ago for a separate issue and they were wonderful then, too. This time we had an emergency. The sewage line collapsed at the very back of the yard and forced sewage up into our house. What an awful situation. Robert and his team showed up the following morning, diagnosed the issue correctly and began the work. This has been stressful, but they've been supportive and efficient. Although the work is tedious, dirty and complicated, his price is very fair.
Every time I have a plumbing issue I call these guys. They're always prompt and professional and reasonably priced. Fernando and the rest of the crew are great. Highly recommend!

My 3rd floor master bathroom dual vanity sinks began filling up with water despite no faucets running. One sink is tied in to my A/C condensate attic drain line and there was a blockage further down in my plumbing system that I could not access (hence the overflowing sinks). So I messaged Robert late on Sunday via Yelp who was quick to respond, totally understood the issue, and Cameron arrived before noon on Monday. Cameron promptly cleared the blockage, was very thorough to confirm it was cleared and advised on future maintenance to avoid recurrence. I am really pleased and relieved, and will definitely call Plumbaway for any future plumbing issues. Thank you Robert and Cameron!

Plumbaway Plumbing is fantastic! I needed a plumber for 3 things at my house (clogged drain, bad toilet handle/flushing, and also leak in the yard). I looked them up on Yelp and saw their great reviews. It is well deserved! I called and spoke to Robert who quickly set an appointment to come out to my house. Fernando came out to the house and was very professional and did a great job! Gabby followed up with me after the work was completed and she was extremely polite and helpful. If you need a plumber that is quick, professional, and gets the job done, then you will want to contact Plumbaway.
My kitchen sink was clogged so I reached out to Plumbaway. I spoke with Robert who was very friendly and upfront about estimated cost and time frame. Turns out they were booked up for over a week and a half. Fortunately, Robert worked some magic and happened to have a guy on another job close by my neighborhood. They finished there quicker than expected so he squeezed me in only an hour after my original call! So very lucky he did everything he could to help me out in a bind. Plumbing issues at my house began in July when dirty water was coming up from the downstairs bathroom. We'd called a plumber to take a look and fix it who charged me $225. I wasn't home at the time to know the full details but the plumber said it might be some broken pipes. At the time my house was under warranty and so then I called the builder who deemed it as a blockage and ended up charging me $125 for the camera only.
October 6th we had another blockage in the main sewer line which caused the water to flow up from our downstairs bathroom. We called GetitDone plumbing who snaked and cleared the blockage at $160 and even issued an invoice with a warranty for 30 days. It seemed like at the time they were more interested in leaving with payment then making sure the work was done. They mustn't of cleaned it properly because come October 28th we had the same problem occur and they wouldn't honor the warranty.
Annoyed given I'd been calling GetitDone all day and speaking to the manager about the clearly issued warranty, I gave up and called Plumbaway. Robert was fantastic!!! I explained the problem over the phone and he assured me he would get it done. They came right on schedule, explained what the issues could be, clearer the blockage, checked each of the drains to make sure they flushed and issued a 30 day warranty on the blockage at $145 which was the cheapest rate I'd had quoted from anyone.
I am reluctant to give 5 stars since its only been a week and I'm scarred from previous experience but this been the most helpful plumber at the house since I've owned it! Let's see what happens this time.
These guy were great and worked with and around other contractors on site as well. The speed at which they got the job done, and the thoroughness they did as well was outstanding. They walked the entire house showing what was removed and exactly what all was done, and made sure I was 100% satisfied before any payment was made. I've already recommended them to family and friends who I know have bought or will be buying soon should they have any plumbing needs.

Meant to add this review over a month ago! I highly recommend Plumbaway Plumbing. After sending a message via yelp, the owner Robert responded within an hour even though it was the day after Thanksgiving. One of their plumbers, Cameron, arrived at my house much earlier than expected. In fact, he apologized to me, in the event he was late. He stopped quickly on his way over to quickly have lunch. What?!!! That was enough to make my day. Not your typical surly repairman, having a bad day. Cameron was very professional - slipped into disposable booties before walking in the house, prepped his work area to ensure no mess, cleared the kitchen clog, completed his work, and even ran multiple follow up tests to ensure all was working well. He was such a diligent, respectful and very nice guy!!! Cameron deserves a GREAT belated Christmas bonus!!!! Thank you very much!!!! I will definitely use again, even though I won't be looking forward to another plumbing issue.

I sent a message via Yelp at 11 PM on Friday night for large leak in my kitchen they responded within 30 minutes and came out the next morning! They were very easy to get a hold of and communicate with,they did not charge extra for coming on the weekend, and their price for fixing was extremely fair. I would highly recommend them they are very honest and very reasonable. Thank you again for all of your help!
I contacted Robert for a water heater leak for an estimate. I had other estimates and his was definitely the most reasonable. Cameron did an excellent job in diagnosing the problem and getting the job done. I would definitely recommend Plumbaway Plumbing! Great work and very friendly employees and honest.

I had a great experience with Plumbaway plumbing. Robert came out to my house on time, as scheduled, and let me know when he was on his way. I had a few other plumbers come out previously who all quote me 2K - 4K for various tasks I didn't think we actually needed. Robert was able to diagnose the issue pretty quickly, and actually shared that it was a pretty simple fix I could do on my own for very cheap. He saved me a lot of time and money when he could have been like the other guys. Highly recommend these guys just for their honesty and straightforward approach.

I just received excellent service from Fernando at Plumbaway Plumbing. He came over to replace a valve in one toilet and did a small, pro-bono repair on another toilet as well. I will definitely use Plumbaway again.

I contacted numerous plumbers for quotes to replace my leaking kitchen faucet, and Plumbaway was able to give me the most honest and best price. Spoke to Robert, and he was very personable and helpful. He worked with me and my schedule, and had one of his technicians come out and do the replacement. They did a great job and I am very happy with the results. Even after the technician left, he contacted me to make sure everything was done right and to my liking.

Issue water heater water flex hose pin hole leak:
I was able to turn off water after minor damage to home. Called them to replace the hose and check the water heaters. They came out same day in time. Replaced the hose with a stainless steel flex hose to replace the kind that leak. Clean and helped me remove standing water in the pan.
Asked for them to replace garbage disposal. Done quickly and efficiently and cleaned up under sink.
Asked him to repair a sink faucet link. He said it was highly broken and recommended it would be cheaper to replace the faucet labor wise because it would take s long time to replace.
Would use again. Polite and knowledgeable.

Had to repair a couple toilets that were iffy when flushing and had to snake a drain. They sent over Fenando who was super helpful and managed to take care of some other items that we hadn't originally figured we wanted to get fixed. Overall everything was done in a fairly quick manner. Overall a fantastic experience.
They came checked my clogged toilet. While they were fixing it, we encountered a bigger problem! There was a leak somewhere that started dropping in my kitchen coz my bathroom is on the third floor. The guys looked at it, determined the problem and Robert the main guy was very understanding in terms of cost. Over all very nice, helpful and affordable! I had a clogged sink and reached out to a few places. Robert was a quick reply and communicated with me on how to try and fix the problem without them coming out. Unfortunately that didn't work so he put me on the books and even ended up coming out sooner then promised. He regularly communicated which is very much appreciated. Fernando came out and did an awesome job. A very kind and knowledgable guy. He fixed it quick and the price was fair. First class service by this company. If needed, I will call them again.

Incredibly impressed with this company's responsiveness and honesty. We had a overflowing sink that caused a leak in our living room ceiling and they were immediately helpful from the first call. Manuel in particular was very knowledgeable and walked is through the problem. He saved us money and showed us how to keep out of plumbing trouble! Can't recommend them enough!

Can't say enough about this company and their responsiveness, responsibility, and diligence. They have assisted in major repairs for my family and have come through with quality repairs and installations. Robert's great and so are his crew. Robert and his team are great. After the hard freeze yesterday, one of our pipes burst and we had to turn off our water. I contacted Plumbaway based on the good reviews here, and they treated me very well. They and other plumbing companies here had full schedules due to the freeze, but Robert promised he'd squeeze me in. His team came by at 10 PM after finishing another job and fixed our pipe. That is crazy! I was extremely impressed by their customer service. The price was also reasonable; I was expecting to get hit with a bunch of emergency fix fees, which made the cost actually much lower than I thought it would be.

Plumbaway Plumbing really helped me out of a jam and were able to fix a problem that another company had made worse. They answered their phones right away, listened patiently to my description of the problem and gave me a quote right over the phone. I am very impressed with their responsiveness. They were able to get technicians out to my house in a reasonable amount of time. The guys who did the work were very professional. They checked everything out, got the work done and cleaned up efficiently. They seemed very knowledgeable at what they do. I don't really have a price comparison, but it seemed very reasonable to me, especially for such a great level of service. I'm keeping their number - just in case!

A burst pipe made it necessary to turn off my water on a Friday night. I read Yelp reviews and called Robert at Plumbaway but he was unable to fit me in until Wednesday. I decided I'd rather wait for him based only on these reviews. On Monday Robert advised that he could squeeze me the next day. He arrived early, fixed issues I didn't even now I had and charged me what I considered a pittance for the time and attention he gave me. I've since hired him for other jobs where he showed the same excellence in service and attitude.
Robert is simply the best!
While we didn't get to USE Plumbaway (he couldn't get to us until the end of the week and we need help urgently), who else talks through the issue, tells you what to expect and helps educate you when they aren't going to get the job?

My son's bathroom sink kept filling up w/water then mysteriously would go away & come back. Finally after seeing a bunch of gunk coming up I turned to Yelp to find a plumber open on Sundays. Plumbaway came up and Robert answered the phone. I described the problem & he knew exactly what it was. We scheduled a visit for the next day & he came w/a partner right on time. Called Robert on friday afternoon regarding a leaking pipe under the kitchen sink. He picked up and was able to help walk me through how to figure out the problem. We made an appointment and he was prompt , professional and good with kids. Spent time amusing the kids and answering a barrage of other home do -it-yourself questions. It was refreshing to meet with the owner of a company and to feel confident in the work you are paying for and for the exceptional customer service. Robert and his team have gone above and beyond for me and my new townhouse. I had them remove two old alcove tubs, and replace them with a whirlpool tub and a shower pan, they also replaced 3 toilets for us, and replaced our water heater up in the attic. Anyone who has experience with renos knows that hardly anything goes smoothly, but Robert has been more than understanding with every question I have had. Following their installations I had some concerns about the temperature of our water, and someone came right over to take a look at it and adjust some valves free of charge. Plumbaway made this project as smooth as it possibly could have gone. I would recommend them for ANY plumbing job, and they will definitely be my plumbing company for anything that should arise in the future!

Quick response time and scheduling was very easy. The plumber was at the house on time and took care of the drain clog quickly and easily. He also performed a courtesy check of our other sinks and toilets. Very professional and easy to work with. Would highly recommend.
I definitely recommend Robert and Plumbaway Plumbing for your plumbing needs. We just moved into a new home. I noticed that one of the tubs had some dirty water come up from the drain. Did not use that tub or the toilet in that bathroom and monitored the tub. Called Robert to ask if he could come out for a system check - called him mid-day Friday. He said that since he did not want me to pay for a possibly unnecessary trip charge, he would stop by my house when he was scheduled to be in the neighborhood the following Thursday, which I accepted. I also took a picture of the tub with the remnants from the back-flow and sent to Robert, who immediately wrote back saying that the tub looked like it had a problem and that he would look to see if he could move up his trip to my house.
I was doing laundry that day and noticed more water in the tub, progressively getting worse. Sent Robert another picture and he immediately let me know that he would juggle his schedule and would come to my house on Monday!
Sunday night he texted me to indicate a 2-hour window when he would arrive and arrived at the start of that time window. Additionally, I appreciated his considerate move to wear gloves and booties in the house. He checked every sink, tub, and toilet to ensure they were all functioning before starting the main fix. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. Fixed the issue confidently. But what I appreciated most of all was his responsiveness to my questions, both during the appointment as well as before the appointment as I sent those pictures of the tub with the backflowed dirty water.
He also was able to quote me an estimated price with explanation of the charges, which were extremely reasonable pricing.

Robert came through for us with a repair of a broken garden hose pipe that forced us to turn off the water. He came out within a few hours and had everything back working in short order. He does a quality job at a great price and does a great job explaining everything to you and giving you options. Highly recommended.
This was my first experience with Plumbaway and very satisfied (over the moon) with this company. I contacted Robert on a Friday afternoon (Friday before Christmas) regarding a slow draining tub as well as a toilet making a glug-glug sound after flushing. He said he'd try to work me in but no guarantees. Well, he managed to get a plumber to my house after 5 p.m. Cameron and his co-worker did a great job clearing a clog in the sewage line. They snaked through both cleanout valves and resolved the issue. I had questions regarding re-piping the house and Cameron was very informative about the project. Service was professional, friendly and effective. Also, I was charged a reasonable price given my last-minute call for help and after-hours service. After so many disappointments with plumbers in the past, it's reassuring to know I have a go-to plumbing company now. I look forward to hiring their services to tackle future projects. This is a fantastic company. They are honest and fast. They are also very reasonable with regards to pricing. I called and got several prices to replace a water. Not only were they lower than the other companies, Robert was the only plumber that asked if my water heater was under warranty and explored replacing parts if it was. Turns out when i called the 800 number on the unit it was out of warranty. He came back the next morning as it was already end of the day and installed a new water. Very happy with the service. Its nice to know that there are honest and reliable companies out there. Unlike the big chain stores who contract with big chain plumbing and electrical companies for install. Home depot contracts ARS to do install and they quoted more twice as much. Can't say enough nice things about this company.
We had an awesome plumber come out! I poured my own concrete countertops and my dimensions were off...oops! So for the sink they went above and beyond and shaved off the excess concrete. They also hooked up my grill to my gas line. They were so fast and the price was great compared to other plumbers. I will be calling them for all of my plumbing needs!

Revised review. Initially it was 2-stars. I have to update the rating for this company to 5-stars. After a couple of appts and other issues I decided to use someone else. BUT, the owner of this company is so nice and understanding and has a genuine intention to do what's right and to make his customers happy. The only reason I needed to change was because I needed to get the work completed because I'm selling my house. I told him i would pay for the work already done because thats fair. Because the owner is really big on having good ratings, he texted me to say that he would be refunding everything since he couldn't make the situation right. Based on that alone I had to update this rating to five stars because he has gone over and above what most companies would have done trying to correct a situation. His schedule is just very busy and he just couldn't get to me in the time frame I needed. I have rarely seen anyone with this kind of ethic and moral character since I moved to Houston. I will use this company for all of my plumbing needs going forward and I have already recommended them to 2 of my friends a few minutes ago. This kind of customer service has no price! Well done Robert! You're still the best in my books!

Robert is awesome! Whoever did the plumbing originally thought it was a good idea to weld the outside spigot to the pipe. The spigot started to leak so I wanted to replace the spigot. Called Robert and he came out, talked me through the process, cut the pipe, straightened it, rethreaded the pipe, and put on a new spigot super quick. Plus a few days later I thought I had a leak in my roof and Robert talked me through checking things out and I found out it was only my AC overflow pipe being clogged. Will definitely call Robert any time I have a problem

Robert came to my house and took care of an issue I was experiencing, and he was SO generous and thoughtful! I'm not sure if he would want me to share what he did for me, but I am so grateful to him for his kindness. Manuel and Hunter were out to see me today for the hot water in my shower not staying hot for too long. Right off the bat they were extremely courteous and pleasant. I let them know what the issue was and they went to work. After testing the shower for about 15-20 minutes the hot water was running just fine. One of those fluke things to where something was wrong for months and then all of a sudden it's miraculously fixed on its own. The great thing about Plumb away Plumbing is that they are extremely honest. The guys let me know that they didn't have to change the cartridge like they like they thought and said that all was good. Obviously I stood there in shock because I unable to maintain hot water for 5 minutes and now all of a sudden we're all standing in a foggy steamy bathroom that's been running for 15 minutes! I guess these guys really have the Magic Touch! They called Robert the owner and he said no charge for the day since there was nothing for them to fix and since they were in the neighborhood on another call previously. Another service would have charged me for the trip out and probably would have charged me for some other things just to make extra money off an unsuspecting person. It's really hard to find an honest and trustworthy service to help with your home's needs. What a blessing that plumbing way Plumbing offers not only extraordinary service but extraordinary service people who enjoy their job and helping their clients. With appointments booked solid for the better part of a week, Robert fit me in within 48 hours of my Yelp message. He stayed in touch throughout what I thought would be a minor repair, yet turned into a couple hour project for two of his employees. His price was fair and the work was professionally done (care was even taken to wear shoe covers to project my hardwood flooring). Great service from a reputable company! We called Plumbaway Plumbing and got an appt for the next morning with a one hour window. The service technicians showed up on time and got the job done thoroughly and quickly. Price was reasonable and exactly what they quoted over the phone. Have not had this experience in the past with other local plumbing companies. Would highly recommend Plumbaway and use them for future plumbing needs.
Robert is fantastic! He not only fixed the issue with the bathtub pipe rattling, he also recommended waiting on flushing the tankless hot water heat - recommended that he not do the work at this time because it was unnecessary. Great customer service, and I appreciate his honesty and integrity. I will definitely only call Robert and Plumbaway Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

Highly recommended. Made an appointment request Friday night; the date/time and exact amount of the job set by noon Saturday. The plumber came on time, finished the job extremely quickly and efficiently, and went over the job in detail with advice on how to keep the system sound. Very impressed by the professionalism and courtesy. I will always use Plumbaway in the future.
I am so happy I found Robert and his company on yelp. I called him on a late Saturday afternoon for a leak in my master bath sink. He was answered right away and scheduled me an appointment for Monday. He texted me to let me know he was on his way, and was on time and quick. He was extremely professional in my home with his team and took the time to show me what was wrong and fixed the problem quickly. When he was leaving he asked if there was anything else I needed him to check which reminded me of my often running guest bath toilet. He fixed it! His prices are definitely competitive and you not only get a great product, you get amazing service. Robert will be my go-to plumber from here on out - he should be yours too!
Was timely for our appointment. Quickly troubleshot our leak as not being plumbing related (roof issue) but didn't charge for the service call. Really appreciate his friendliness and help with resolving our issue. Night and day between them and other plumbers that are just out to get ya!

I was very pleased with the quick response and service from Plumbaway. Cameron and Juan arrived when they said they would and fixed my sink clog with a great attitude which I appreciated. Prompt, professional and friendly. They were on time and priced the work at about 30 percent less than my previous quote. They were happy to do the work and clearly showed in their attitude, despite the distance driven.
Robert and an able assistant replaced a toilet for us today. Although I had set up the plumbing appointment last week, I asked him about a handicapped toilet last evening at around 6pm. Robert found one in his warehouse, picked up the toilet and installed it at our house by 10:30am today! The other reviews for this plumber are accurate. Robert is friendly, professional, prompt and reasonable in his charges. I recommend him highly.

Contacted several plumbing services on Yelp with good reviews, and I chose Plumbaway due to Robert's quick response and very reasonable prices. Had two toilets repaired. The service was quick and professional. Robert explained everything related to the issues very well. It turned out that the problem of one of our two toilets was caused by the improper installation by Home Depot (bought the toilet there and used their installation service due to convenience; certainly won't use Home Depot's installation service again). Now the two repaired toilets are working perfectly, and I'm very happy with Plumbaway's services!
Robert and his team and my neighbor saved the day twice. I was on vacation when I got the text from my neighbor with a picture of the waterfall leading to a lake between our homes. I sent her Robert's contact info. I had not used Robert. I had met him at another neighbor's home some time back. Robert fit me in and closed off the water to the sprinkler system , the culprit this time. My neighbor and my son walked around inside the house and thought all was ok. We got home and th next day there was water coming out of the light fixture in the kitchen. A pipe had broken in the attic. Now this is Sunday and Robert is up t his eyeballs helping other people with broken pipes. Robert and his crew fit me in on Sunday. They fixed the pipe in the attic and the sprinkler system for me and my neighbor and charged a fair and I must say reasonable price. Robert is one qualified, honest, reliable person.
