I needed a new hot water heater and B&A Plumbing came through in record time and got one installed!! I would use them again in a heartbeat. Jim went out of his way to get an appointment scheduled and Mike and Brandon did a great job installing it in a timely manner.  Thanks to all!  I highly recommend B&A Plumbing if want good quality service at a reasonable price.

Joe was an incredible find when we moved into an old house.  He's easy to contact, arrives when scheduled and does outstanding work.  He stepped in at the last minute during a big project when another plumber that the village recommended turned out to be a disaster.

Awesome guy who fixed my plumbing problem in five minutes after another plumber worked on it for three days.  Also he checked a few other issues for free. Reasonable price as week.

Had received a quote from another plumber for my cabin in Three Oaks.  Thought it was somehwat high so decided to get a second quote before proceeding...so glad I did!  Not only was Goodman lower but my experience from initial call to on-site completion was top-notch on all.  Nick (owner) took time to explain the issues and even though they ran into an unexpected on-site issue (I actually had a 120v water heater versus a 220v), he was able to pivot immediately and get a new unit in and install it the very next morning in time for guests arriving following day.   Could not recommend this company enough - just an honest, efficient, professional small business that always make sure they have a happy and satisifed customer whatever it takes.  Thanks to Goodman team and will be recommending you to all the other owners at Lakeside Cabins!

Bob was fantastic. He called me back within hours of leaving a message, came the next day, showed up a few minutes early (!!), and fixed our issue in record time. He even took the time to explain the problem and how to prevent it in the future. Folks, Bob is your plumber!

We needed help with removing our toilet and replacing the wax ring, but we didn't have the tool to cut a rusty screw. They were quick to respond to my initial call and flexible with coming later the following day when my husband was home from work. They arrived on time and were done very quickly, at an affordable price. Both men were polite, friendly, and social. We will definitely be saving their number for future needs!

In demand so you might have to wait, but he got in and got the job done much cheaper than my other quotes. Wall patch and paint match.

We woke up to no heat in our house on a day when it was 1 degree outside.  King came out in a timely manner and fixed the problem with no hassles.  Our tech, Nick was great,  he was professional, courteous, and explained everything.  We have had our ac and furnace serviced by King for many years and we highly recommend their services.

If I could post negative stars... I would. These people suck!! They're too old and absolutely CANNOT do simple jobs. Too expensive. Take up tons of time. Require 3-5 days for simple things. Don't follow through. Never again

We had a clogged kitchen sink.  It's been a problem as we have an elbow in the line somewhere under our house.  We had Rotor Rooter come out about 6 years ago to fix it and they did good job.  It cost about $230.

We called them again for this job.  The price is now over $400!  On top of that they want you to sign a waiver that says if they damage anything they are not liable.  At that price, they should have insurance against this type of thing.  These guys are the professionals!

Also, we asked the technician to look at a bathroom drain.  He said he would have to charge us another $400 to work on it!  Turns out it just needed cleaning at the pop up stopper.  I looked on YouTube and learned how to do that myself for free!

Outrageously priced, technician was grumpy, will never use them again!!

Service completed one year ago and the leaking came back. Called Mike and the phone was answered the first time. Promised that he would called me back when he returned to the office but never did. The calls were then never answered. Very disappointed.
