They are excellent.  I called another company and they never showed up. Called this company up and they where able to come and clean the pipe to the street out and installed  my toliet.  Very happy with them. I will use them again  and recommend them as a excellent  company too use.

Joe was an incredible find when we moved into an old house.  He's easy to contact, arrives when scheduled and does outstanding work.  He stepped in at the last minute during a big project when another plumber that the village recommended turned out to be a disaster.

A must if you want quality, affordable, plumbing service.. Also they have great personalities, helps with other odd jobs... Will be recommending to all contacts..

Had received a quote from another plumber for my cabin in Three Oaks.  Thought it was somehwat high so decided to get a second quote before proceeding...so glad I did!  Not only was Goodman lower but my experience from initial call to on-site completion was top-notch on all.  Nick (owner) took time to explain the issues and even though they ran into an unexpected on-site issue (I actually had a 120v water heater versus a 220v), he was able to pivot immediately and get a new unit in and install it the very next morning in time for guests arriving following day.   Could not recommend this company enough - just an honest, efficient, professional small business that always make sure they have a happy and satisifed customer whatever it takes.  Thanks to Goodman team and will be recommending you to all the other owners at Lakeside Cabins!

We needed help with removing our toilet and replacing the wax ring, but we didn't have the tool to cut a rusty screw. They were quick to respond to my initial call and flexible with coming later the following day when my husband was home from work. They arrived on time and were done very quickly, at an affordable price. Both men were polite, friendly, and social. We will definitely be saving their number for future needs!

The job was small but the professionalism was huge.  Gus was prepared and masked up for safety.  Within the quoted time he replaced the bathroom faucet and drain assemble.  Done on time, no leaks and feeling safe was a perfect experience.  THANKS GUS!

Mike came out on a Sunday morning to bail me out of trouble on a handy man project.  Great guy, did fast work.  Will definitely be my go-to plumber

I called to have someone come out to repair my water softener. They made the appointment and the gentleman came out and said they do not repair water softeners and I was charged 99 dollar service fee for something they should've told me on phone He gave me a price for a new water softener which they do install. My water softener is only 6 years old I just want it repaired. Also why would I have them install new softener and them not come out to repair if I had problems with it. Very disappointed I have used Chicagoland for decades and never an issue. This is first negative experience since King bought them. I am waiting for call from manager. I do feel I should be reimbursed since I was not told on phone that they do not repair softeners

By far one of the worst of the lot!!

Communication should have been the first red flag.  

I picked the place because of the proximity to my property.  I figure I could use a trusty plumber since I had multiple properties in the area.

Bill gave me an appointment time and promised to call an hour in advance.  Fail!  Did not call and did not show up at advertised time.

When i called, he proceeds to make all types of excuse.  

Finally sent someone out who showed up 3 hours after the fact.  

The man quickly assessed the situation and said he would get the job done for a quoted price.  I haggled with him for a cheaper price. He agreed to the price but did a cosmetically terrible job. Plumbers should take pride in the job they do.  Not this service.
That didn't bother me as much.  My problem is that the drain is still leaking.  How can you proudly fix a drain as a plumber and the drain still leaks?  At least glue the leak properly

Called Bill the next day to let him know that the job done was terrible and he made all types of excuses why. He says the drain needs rodding and there's grease everywhere. I wasn't told this when i was making payments. So why not offer that information when you fixed the drain in the first place?  When I go to the mechanic to change my oil but my engine has a hole in it... he'll mention it to me.  

Not with this service.  Patched the problem and took the money and ran.  Not even a receipt.

Do yourself a favor.  Do not use this service.

My kitchen sink had a slow drain - enough that I was concerned and wanted it cleared before it got worse. $400 later the minor clog was cleared but I was told it might actually have been in the main line outside - which would be an ADDITIONAL $500. Forget it. A few weeks later I went under the sink to get something in the back of the cabinet and noticed everting was soaking wet and mildewed - when the pipe was reconnected the nut was not fully screwed on so had a slow drip leak. I had them come back after multiple phone calls and it was the same guy - who was fairly rude the first time. He said I signed a paper that said he wasn't responsible (really? Just do you your job) and that my pipes were old. That may be so but that doesn't have anything to do with not putting a part back properly - and then being combative about it! I can find someone else who finishes the job and doesn't have an attitude!

STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!
I called them for an estimate on changing a gasket in my bathroom. I was told that they charge $165 to come out and that will be for one guy and half hr. Its it takes longer than that, they need 2 guys and it will be around $400. Are you kidding me?
I called another plumber and he came our, fixed the gasket and did other work, was there for about 4 hrs and the charged me $195. Of course I gave him a little extra as I felt bad he did so much work. This guy is licensed and bond. I will be happy to refer him to anybody.
