I needed a new hot water heater and B&A Plumbing came through in record time and got one installed!! I would use them again in a heartbeat. Jim went out of his way to get an appointment scheduled and Mike and Brandon did a great job installing it in a timely manner.  Thanks to all!  I highly recommend B&A Plumbing if want good quality service at a reasonable price.

I was recommended by a relative. I had a backed up sink and he fixed it! He had all the right tools to get the job done. You get the feeling that he has been doing this for many years. I will be using him for all of my plumbing needs! He also charges a fair price for the work that is done.

Had received a quote from another plumber for my cabin in Three Oaks.  Thought it was somehwat high so decided to get a second quote before proceeding...so glad I did!  Not only was Goodman lower but my experience from initial call to on-site completion was top-notch on all.  Nick (owner) took time to explain the issues and even though they ran into an unexpected on-site issue (I actually had a 120v water heater versus a 220v), he was able to pivot immediately and get a new unit in and install it the very next morning in time for guests arriving following day.   Could not recommend this company enough - just an honest, efficient, professional small business that always make sure they have a happy and satisifed customer whatever it takes.  Thanks to Goodman team and will be recommending you to all the other owners at Lakeside Cabins!

We have old galvanized pipes in some of our vintage home and they get difficult to clean out. I've been putting off fixing the slow drain (until it stopped draining altogether) because we are planning some remodeling and an addition this year. Just couldn't wait any longer.

I have extensive experience with plumbers... the honest guys and the really dishonest ones too.

Bob's a straight shooter. He's a nice guy too, but that's just an added bonus. It was a struggle but Bob stuck with it and got the job done. I also took the opportunity to talk to him about the plumbing and the potential fixes for the future. He had some ideas that I hadn't thought of that would save us a ton of time, money and mess.

When you find a good plumber, stick with him.

So, I'm happy.. it's Friday, worked out at my favorite gym today, hung out with my favorite wife (just kidding.. only have 1 of those) shopped at my favorite store and got my pipes cleaned... not necessarily in that order.

I'd call it a win.

We needed help with removing our toilet and replacing the wax ring, but we didn't have the tool to cut a rusty screw. They were quick to respond to my initial call and flexible with coming later the following day when my husband was home from work. They arrived on time and were done very quickly, at an affordable price. Both men were polite, friendly, and social. We will definitely be saving their number for future needs!

Update: had them out to do out sewer, tree roots made it back up in our house.... did a FIVE STAR job again!!! Very reasonable price, accommodated my work schedule! Definitely love them!!!

Was remodeling a bathroom and Mike came highly recommended.  Mike came out, looked at the job and we coordinated with the tile setter.  The bathtub was removed and a full 60 shower (custom) was to be installed.  The old tub drain had to be moved but a floor joist was in the way.  Mike was able to move/install the drain without cutting the floor joist.  Mike also came up with an emergency clean-out in the event the drain ever needs to be cleaned out due to a blockage--the clean-out is hidden in plain site. The clean out was installed because the master bathroom and a hall bathroom share the same wall that contains the drain line and water supplies.  Very professional and knows his stuff.  Mike was nice to work with and will be called again!!!!!

i have been using floyds heating and cooling for many years before he retired and sold the company to king.  i have used king several times for cleaning the ac and furnace.  Today i had a technician come to the house for routine furnace cleaning.  after he banged and beat on it repeatedly, he sounded as if he was coming thru the floor, after beating on the unit repeatedly he calls me down to tell me i have a crack in the heat exchanger, i told him, the heat exchanger was replaced less than 10yrs ago while the unit was under warranty,  he proceeds to call the office and of course they can't find any info on it and attempt to offer a sales technician to come out to the house.  i tell them no thanks put my unit back together and give me the bill. he showed me with the camera  the cracks he put in the unit.  i'm totally disgusted with this company and i definitely would not recommend them. i really miss the old floyds that guy would come in the house with the technician and see what the problem was. my sister recommended 4 seasons, im going to use them

If I could post negative stars... I would. These people suck!! They're too old and absolutely CANNOT do simple jobs. Too expensive. Take up tons of time. Require 3-5 days for simple things. Don't follow through. Never again

I had a bathtub that constantly dripped.  Had Roto-Rooter out and they were very prompt and nice but it took them 6 hours to fix this problem.  After he had to go back and forth to the store he told me that if this part didn't work and the problem was different than he thought than he would have to charge me more than we agreed upon in the first place.  He had to go back and forth to get new tools since the ones he had simply weren't working.  It ended up finally getting fixed but after a long day my faucet is fixed and I am now $480 poorer than I was before all of this.  $350 for labor and $130 for parts just for a dripping faucet!

I called them for an estimate on changing a gasket in my bathroom. I was told that they charge $165 to come out and that will be for one guy and half hr. Its it takes longer than that, they need 2 guys and it will be around $400. Are you kidding me?
I called another plumber and he came our, fixed the gasket and did other work, was there for about 4 hrs and the charged me $195. Of course I gave him a little extra as I felt bad he did so much work. This guy is licensed and bond. I will be happy to refer him to anybody.
