I had  purchased a home in Bloomingdale and only a month went by before the sewer backed up. I got 5 bids to do the work and B and A was the most reasonably priced and knowledgeable of the 5. The work went well, they showed up on time were very pleasant and did a good job of cleaning up after. I was not happy about having to tear up the yard but I am sure happy I contacted B and A for my sewer repair project. Thanks

Have used Joe for at least 10 years.  Use him not only at our house, but more often at a 4 flat we own.  Good work, fair prices, and shows up when he says he will.  And shows up quickly if it's an emergency.  Can't recommend him highly enough!

Awesome guy who fixed my plumbing problem in five minutes after another plumber worked on it for three days.  Also he checked a few other issues for free. Reasonable price as week.

Had received a quote from another plumber for my cabin in Three Oaks.  Thought it was somehwat high so decided to get a second quote before proceeding...so glad I did!  Not only was Goodman lower but my experience from initial call to on-site completion was top-notch on all.  Nick (owner) took time to explain the issues and even though they ran into an unexpected on-site issue (I actually had a 120v water heater versus a 220v), he was able to pivot immediately and get a new unit in and install it the very next morning in time for guests arriving following day.   Could not recommend this company enough - just an honest, efficient, professional small business that always make sure they have a happy and satisifed customer whatever it takes.  Thanks to Goodman team and will be recommending you to all the other owners at Lakeside Cabins!

Great service. He came when he said he would. Fixed what was needed in the most economical way. The repair ended up being less that what we first discussed. Not to mention he was genuinely nice. I will definitely call him again with any future plumbing needs.

We needed help with removing our toilet and replacing the wax ring, but we didn't have the tool to cut a rusty screw. They were quick to respond to my initial call and flexible with coming later the following day when my husband was home from work. They arrived on time and were done very quickly, at an affordable price. Both men were polite, friendly, and social. We will definitely be saving their number for future needs!

Jessie is the best plumber period.  He's honest, stands behind his work and very competitive.

Fabulous plumbers.  Mike and Tom are the best in the business.  We had pipe we needed removed and thought it would be a big, expensive job.  My wife first called the major plumbing companies, you know, the ones who spend tons on TV ads.  None of those national companies would give us a straight answer on how much it would cost.  They all wanted to charge for an estimate, then said it would be weeks before they could do the job.  Or a major jump in price if we needed the job done right away.  I can understand needing an estimate, but at least they could have given us a ballpark price and not the runaround.
Then we called Badger plumbing.  Left a voice mail message.  Mike got back to us within a half hour.  We explained the problem and he said he was on his way to another job not far from us, but he didn't think our job would take long and he stopped by within 10 minutes.  Amazing! He was very professional and knowledgeable.  He quickly and accurately figured out what to do and fixed it in 20 minutes.  His fees were very (I'll emphasize VERY) reasonable.  My wife was thrilled with Mike's work.  And so was I.  All plumbers or anyone in skilled trades can learn from Mike and Tom.  Again, a fabulous plumbing company.  I highly recommend them.  The best there is.

I am a Costco member and King Heating is the company Costco uses to install Lennox HVAC systems. I got three quotes from different companies and Costco/King was the lowest cost option and I saw enough good reviews to feel confident in hiring King to do the work. I made the right decision. The workers showed up on time in the morning, worked hard on installing my new Lennox furnace until after 6pm, and answered all of my questions. It's 22 degrees in Chicago at the moment and my new furnace is working perfectly. While I can't speak to the long-term functioning of my new HVAC system yet, so far so good!

If I could post negative stars... I would. These people suck!! They're too old and absolutely CANNOT do simple jobs. Too expensive. Take up tons of time. Require 3-5 days for simple things. Don't follow through. Never again

I would've written a really nice review about Kelly, my plumber technician who came to my house 2 days ago.  Even after surpassing the 4 hour window of arrival by almost an hour and a half.  Unfortunately, after Kelly had fixed my drain pipe going from my sub pump, kitchen sink, and out of my house that was leaking like a sieve...a new problem arose.  I did some laundry last night and the noise coming from my kitchen sink was frightening!  Every time the pump would go off in the basement, the water sounded like it was going to explode out of my kitchen drain!  No worries, I thought.  I called Roto-Rooter first thing in the morning to report my issue. They assured me that the problem would get fixed and someone would come out between 4pm & 8pm so I would not have to take another day off of work.  Well, 4pm on the dot, I got a call to cancel my service request & rescheduled for the next day at the same time frame window.  Kelly came by at about 5 pm. My husband was there to go over the details on a solution. When I arrived home, I was informed that to correct Kelly's mistake, we would have to pay an additional $300+ dollars! On top of our already outrageous invoice of $562 from 2 days prior!! ($500 in labor and $62 in parts..can you believe it?!)  I refused to get involved as I just arrived home from work.  As I left them to discuss options, Kelly informed my husband that women obviously don't understand plumbing like men do!  HA!  I don't know who this technician/plumber thinks he is but I refuse to deal with a business & employees that treat customers this way.  Shame on your company for conducting your business in such a manner.  I am very disappointed that I allowed my family to get raped out of $562 for your services. Horrible.

This company is awful. I just payed 265$ to have my drain snaked. They charged me 90$ to show up and another 160 in labor for 30 min of work.  I wasn't aware they were they were curing cancer. They did clean up so they billed me for an hour. The business is less than a mile from my house(Why not charge 90$ for the 3min trip over) Lets send two guys for a job that only takes one. (Doesn't double billing pay better than single billing:) I wonder how people sleep at night???
