I rent a high-rise apartment and had a leaky bathroom faucet. Dominick came and took care of it. Not only is he a professional, he is kind, courteous, and put my nerves at ease. I would highly recommend their service for basic plumbing needs.

Called DRC again after great work earlier in year. Came out on a Saturday and cleared by kitchen sink and completed other work. Wow great person. Great work and very friendly. Came out right away on a Saturday to help.

Our condo building had a couple different plumbing issues going on in our 100+ year old building. Jason and his team repaired both issues and we were very happy with their service. They were professional, friendly, very prompt, very responsive, and fairly priced. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend them!

We called OneStop Pro for a sewer issue that needed to be addressed immediately, and they came out quickly to resolve the problem! One of their electricians also visited the same day to diagnose and address a few non-urgent electrical issues. The professionals from OneStop Pro were all timely, courteous, and knowledgeable, in addition to being up front about their pricing. I would certainly call them in the future!

Another 5 stars for Charlie. This time it was the furnace rather than the water heater-- but the result was the same. Super fast, super friendly, and a price that I trust was more than fair. The only time I've used anyone else to fix anything for me was when I couldn't reach him and needed someone quick, and I've never felt this level of trust with anyone else.

Our water heater stopped working on a Saturday morning. After making a few calls, we were lucky enough to connect with Carmen and Melissa LaCassa from LaCassa Plumbing. Within three hours of our initial call, our new water heater was fully installed and working perfectly! Carmen could not have been any nicer - he was neat and clean, and his work was meticulously completed. His price was better than any other quote we received, including those from the big box stores (and they would not have installed until the next Monday unless we wanted to pay an additional huge emergency fee). LaCassa Plumbing is fantastic - can't recommend them highly enough!

JC plumbing is awesome value and responsive to your urgent plumbing issues! They came out same day, gave me the most competitive quote, and made themselves available when they were already backed up.  Unfortunately timing did not work out, but I will be reaching out next time again!!! They do not charge to give you a quote or an initial assessment (some companies do and be wary of those).  They are honest and run a good business.  Thanks Jared and Sam!

We had a minor leak on Saturday and I called three local companies.  One never returned my call, one called today (Monday) at 12:30, but Chicagoland Plumbing called me IMMEDIATELY on Saturday and set up an appointment for today.  Edwin called and even sent an email to confirm our appointment and also to send a photo and name of the employee that was coming to our home.  Gerardo was wonderful, and did a quick and efficient job.  I even asked him to take photos to get me an estimate on a future job.  Thank you again!!

Nick was GREAT! I contacted him with 3 small jobs around the house, told him what I needed & he contacted me back right away and was at my house the next day & finished everything in 1/2 hour.

Never in my life have I dealt with a worse company. They really don't care about your plumbing problems and just look at a quote for an opportunity to rip you off. I doubt if there are any tradesmen amongst the BOYS, not men, that they let loose at your house. Which one looks extremely malnourished and going to fall over at any moment and try to file a claim against your insurance. They damage things in your home and in your garden, they don't clean up after themselves because they are sloppy workers and breaking things along the way is just part of the job to them. They are only  focused on getting as much money out of you as possible and getting out as quick as possible.

Unprofessional work, rip you off on the price of parts while doing as little as possible and spending time that YOU are paying for chatting on their mobiles and loudly complaining about low pay rates and how they hate the company they work for. Maybe feed your workers so they can actually do efficiently.

Stay away and don't waste your time or money.

I was going to hang my own Laundry room cabinets but chickened out and hired KBN.  I'm really glad I did as they're installed properly, including the side trim pieces. Pricing was very fair- and they quoted a price instead of just an hourly rate.  

They even broke down all the cardboard boxes and cleaned up when they were done.  I'd definitely use them again.

I recently called this plumber for an emergency situation with my kitchen sink and was blown away by his exceptional service. He was quick to respond and arrived promptly and worked efficiently to fix the sink (and even cleaned the kitchen afterward). His knowledge and expertise in the field was evident and he was able to offer helpful suggestions to prevent future issues. The plumber was also friendly, professional, and respectful. I highly recommend this plumber and will definitely be using their services again in the future. Five stars all around!

When other handymen refused to work on my job, Rob stepped up with his crew to get it done.  Alex was great when he showed up and got things done quickly.

They do good work but seem overpriced to me. We we're charged $350.00 to replace the guts in our toilet. I understand the cost of doing business but I can't help feel we got ripped off. We won't be calling them again

Do not hire as way overpriced.  Had simple job of clearing out debris that was clogging where my downspout drained into pipe underground.  I had already cleared area about 6 inches into ground and just needed someone to rod further to break through clogged area.  Two men arrived after dark as they were running late.  Was told that the pipe was draining into sewer line in front of house and that the whole line would have to be rodded. The charge would be $758.  Told the estimator that that was outrageous.  He then said it would be $558 without a one year guarantee.  I also said that that price was outrageous.  Finally agreed as I was not sure how much work was involved.  Told I had to sign an acceptance on a device which I couldn't really read because of small print and it being dark outside.  The clogged area was cleared in less than 10 minutes after the  electric rodder was plugged into an outlet in my house.  I again complained that $558 was way too much for less than 15 minutes total for work.  Told I had to sign that work was completed even though could not really read what I was asked to sign.  Was also told I had to pay before the workers left and call the office to get a receipt and copy of what I had signed.  When I called office right after the workers left to complain about price was told supervisor would get back to me.  Called the next day and this time told supervisor was in meeting and asked for them to call me back. Of course no response.

Received copy of billing statement which describes work as Band-Aid-PA2A Waste System Rejuvenation.   Not sure what that means and how it relates to work done which basically was clearing clogged area from downspout in ground drain.  In more than 45 years of home ownership I have never encountered such a situation.  Charging $558 for less than 15 minutes of work by one man for simple rodding job is beyond outrageous.
