The plumber, Mike exceeded our expectations with his honesty and workmanship. He was efficient from diagnosing our leaking pipe and throughout the entire repair process. He went over and beyond extending world class service. We appreciated his honesty and fairness in pricing our project. Mike is definitely our guy for any future plumbing needs. Called DRC on a Friday night at 1130pm after our ejector pump failed. Derek promptly returned my call and was out in a timely manner to fix it. He was very professional and honest. Highly recommend.

Had a great experience with this company!  Was quoted an outrageous estimate by another company for a new primary and secondary sump pump.  Called Trojan Plumbing for a 2nd opinion.  They gave me a quote which was much less over the phone, I booked an appointment, they sent Jason out out, he did a great job, explained the new system he put in and cleaned up after himself.  Explained the warranty and asked if I had any other questions before they left!  Price came in exactly as quoted.  Thank you so much, very happy, was an amazing experience!  Will definitely use this company again!

OneStop Pro was super fast and profesional in installing our new hot water heater. They came out the same day I called and by the next morning they had the new water heater installed! I found their cost to be very reasonable and the quality f their work was great! Also everyone I dealt with was very nice and profesional and has a great attitude, even the guys who had the fun job of getting the new hot water heater down our tight basement stairs (and they hauled away the old one too)! I'll definitely be using them again!!

I've been calling for three days and I keep getting a message that the mailbox is full. Charlie needs to delete his voicemails otherwise how can he provide a service to customers if he doesn't answer the phone or if you can't leave a message?

A#1 - Professional, Service, Clean, Efficient.  Called on Saturday
holiday weekend.  Need new water heater.  Couldn't come right away so set up an appointment for right after holiday.  Than Melissa called back and said they had a reschedule so Carmen could come and
evaluate that afternoon.  He arrived when he said he would and fixed situation.  It was a holiday, he could have gone home early.  But he made it right for us.  I was impressed by the communication.  So many places just don't care.  Already recommended LaCassa Plumbing

Jaryd has been a huge help as we have been working to redo all our plumbing in the house. He is knowledgeable, has great employees who work for him & will show up at 5pm if needed. He stays until the job is done and takes pride in what he does.

I had a minor issue with my sump pump and they were able to come out and fix it within a hour.   They also gave me some good advice on a seepage issue that I was having.

We sent a request for an estimate to five contractors.  KBN Homes was the ONLY one to reply.  Brandon came out several hours later to look at our deck rehab project.  He had some good suggestions.  He later sent us an estimate.  We thought the price was fair so we asked him to go ahead with the project.  He was prompt every day of the work.  Brandon was very communicative.  He let us know what he was doing and what would be next.  We had a custom design in mind for the new railing.  Brandon worked with us and made it happen.  Brandon's by-line should be attention to detail.  Brandon finished the job on time even though he was stopped at least twice by heavy rain and wind.  The job site was clean at the end of every day.  We are very pleased with the result of his work.  We would hire him again.

Bottom line:  We would recommend Brandon and KBN Homes without reservation.

We had a kitchen sink that was backing up and tried the standard plunging and Drano without success.  D & L answered the Yelp quote quickly and on a Sunday morning and on top of that came out within an hour without an emergency fee and took care of the problem.  This is not normal, and it's exceptional service.

Our door was forced open and the frame was damaged.  Al came over and fixed it to where you could barely tell it had been broken.  It was quick and reasonably priced.  I plan to use this company again for other projects we have.

When in an emergency do not call!!!!! They won't call you back!!!!! Called with a toilet over flowing waited almost 2 hours and never recieved a call..... Horrible!!!!!

Don't use these guys unless you want to listen to upsell pitches like you're at a car dealership, and pay WAY more than you need to. I had used these guys several years ago, and they were great, bailing us out after someone else's botched water heater installation. However, things seem to have gone downhill. Last month, I hired them to do 2 things: (1) fix the clogged kitchen sink, and (2) rod the slow-draining bathtub. They fixed the kitchen sink just fine. However, for the bathtub, they said they couldn't fix it because some piece was broken off which blocked their equipment, so it would cost me several thousand dollars to replace all the piping in back of the tub. Well, I got a second opinion from another plumber, and he was able to rod the bathtub for $150, no replacement pipes needed, and nowhere near the several thou Blanton wanted. Meanwhile Blanton had cut 2 giant holes in my drywall behind the tub, to diagnose the issue, and they scratched my floor moving furniture to cut the hole. So now I'm out $3,500 to Blanton for the kitchen sink fix, PLUS the cost to fix my drywall and floor. I reached out to Blanton twice to discuss this; they have not responded in nearly a month. NEVER AGAIN.
