I rent a high-rise apartment and had a leaky bathroom faucet. Dominick came and took care of it. Not only is he a professional, he is kind, courteous, and put my nerves at ease. I would highly recommend their service for basic plumbing needs.

I wrote a positive review a while back, because Derek came out to my home twice before to address some plumbing and sewer concerns I was having.  Both times he assured me that things looked okay, and didn't feel any work was warranted.  Didn't charge me a service fee, no dishonest games or money grab, just an honest assessment.  He went on his way, and I figured I WILL call DRC back if I do have a problem that needs fixing.  Well, today was that day.  Our sewer drain in the laundry room backed up, and spewed out a pretty decent amount of water, which was probably mixed with waste.  I sanitized the literal crap out of the floor when all was said and done.  Anyhow, I call Derek just after noon.  He, along with Keith, get to my house a little after 2:30pm.  They quickly assess that my ejector pit pump is broke.  Like changing a light bulb they're done in about 45 minutes!  They explained the product, maintainance, and answered a few other questions I had.  I feel confident that not only is our problem fixed, but that Derek will backup his work and any issues that might arise.  I feel like I have a good track record with him now.  Anyhow, I won't hesitate to use their services again.  Clearly knowledgeable.  We appreciate this company!

This is the second time I needed to use Trojan for urgent repairs to the plumbing system at my home, both inside and out. Jason H. and crew responded to my call right away and were ready to go! Jason came out and located the source of the water within 5 minutes! He is a great leader, recognized the extent of the damage and knew what needed to be done! He was able to correct the problem in my home and get the source repaired, sump pump going and water draining from my home. After my initial contact with OneStop with a very friendly dispatcher, Will answered the service call for my kitchen faucet issue. The response time was unbelievably fast!Our fairly new electronic faucet became very loose and needed to be retightened.  The problem seemed simple enough to manage on our own, however it was a challenge due to the small under sink space as well as all of the electronic components beneath the sink. Will was able to tackle the situation despite the challenges and was very careful and clean. He was able to complete the job in about one hour.  The service was excellent. I Highly recommend this company.

Charlie is a class act. Incredibly polite, came out the day after Christmas, and took care of my plumbing issue in no time flat. The price was perfectly fair, and I simply cannot recommend him enough.

My shower was backing up on a Friday evening, I called multiple plumbers with no luck, lacassa plumber shifted there scheduled to accommodate my plumbing issue on a weekend with out a huge weekend fees. The owner was on sight an diagnosed the issue an had it resolved immediately. It's nice to see pride in workmanship and a responsible owner who's a master of his craft.

I'll be remolding a few bathrooms in the future and lacassa plumber will be highly recommended for the job.

They came same day and didn't try to upswell anything. Told us our equipment was in great shape. Very nice and professional.

I hired them to install a new dishwasher and fix the flusher on the toilet in our office.  Both jobs were completed promptly and the service excellent.  I would definitely use them again.

I've called Nick for electrical and plumbing work, so far.  He is fast to respond, very reasonably priced, performs high quality work and he knows how to do pretty much everything.

Wayne Connell has been my plumber for at least the last 5 years. I totally agree with Tonya P. that was an amazing find!  Wayne and his partner James come every spring to rod out my sewer line and are always available any other time I have had any plumbing problem.  In addition to being fantastic plumbers and very reasonably priced, they are just always both so pleasant to do business with. I hope they are in business in the area for as long as I live here because I wouldn't want to have to call anyone else!

Fabulous staff. So polite and speedy, they fixed the leak immediately. I will definitely be calling them again!

Outstanding quality of work.  Brandon has ability to solve problems and make good decisions. Great communicator during all phases of repair or installation.  He always asks homeowner's preference.  
I requested a second stair rail for safety. He made a duplicate of the original oak rail in shape and color. So impressive!
I've had Brandon back several times and will continue to do so.  He is a craftsman and an artist.

I contacted D & L through yelp. Travis responded immediately and was willing to come on a Sunday evening. It was not an emergency as we still had access to another bathroom. Travis came on Monday and had to work very hard to clear our main line out. It was pretty bad and had to spend more time that he originally thought. All was good when he left and he even honored his original quote. Will definitely call again.

We had a bathroom fan and a ceiling fan that needed to be installed. Al and Andy came in and split up the jobs to get them done faster. Great work and great communication!

Called them based on other reviews.  Had a leak from the pipe coming into the house.  Ginny came out early the next day.  Very professional and reasonable price.

They replaced parts that didn't need replacing (because they didn't know how faucet worked), and way overcharged. They were also several hours late. Not knowledgeable, poor service, too expensive.
