I rent a high-rise apartment and had a leaky bathroom faucet. Dominick came and took care of it. Not only is he a professional, he is kind, courteous, and put my nerves at ease. I would highly recommend their service for basic plumbing needs.

I called DRC and Derek was at my place of business right on time. He told me exactly where the leak was coming from, gave me a reasonable quote, and fixed it right away. Thank you for your professionalism! I will definitely be using DRC for future plumbing needs.

Jason scheduled me pretty quickly and was on time. The problems are quality of work and professionalism. In general quality of work was mediocre but not terrible. However in an 8-unit condo building we had a big leak into the 1st floor back hallway and storage area that started 6 months ago. There is a long outside drain set in concrete with a drain gate next to the building. About 6 months ago I asked Jason if the drain being clogged could be the reason for the leak. He said it looked fine. Now (6 months later) i ran out of other solutions to the leak and pulled the drain covers anyway. The drain was a mess and completely clogged. I tool 5 gallons of sludge/debris out of the trough and another 3 gallons out of the actual drain after rodding 25 ft. It runs great now and there has been no leak so far (though it hasn't rained hard yet). 6 months of leak and damage and stress could have been avoided. The professionalism issue happened 2 weeks ago. I had called Jason's office to schedule a visit. Jason called me that evening and told me to never act snippy and like such a dick to his secretary again. I had and have no idea what he is talking about, I told Jason I resented his call and thought it unprofessional. He said he would talk to his secretary and call me back, He never did.

We have paid Trojan $3005  over the course of about a year for several jobs. The date he told me the drain looked fine was 7/13/16.

I'm case you are eating, I will spare you the details of why one might need a plumber asap. I called OneStop and they were there within an hour. When it required a different crew, they were there an hour later. Robert and his assistant. were polite, thorough and general lifesavers. Even showed us the camera footage so we could see the issue. Going forward, they will be the only plumbers we call

One of the coldest days of the year, our garden hose spigot decided to blow. Water everywhere. Gusher. He came right out. I have used several plumbers over the past few years but got sick of their unreliability. Charlie was the exact opposite. Fixed the problem. Was helpful in explaining the issue and how to prevent in the future. Nice guy. Very dependable. Granted, we've only had one interaction but like I said, given my past experiences, I'd highly recommend him.

I have used Carmen & LaCassa Plumbing at my house, for my general contracting company, and have given his name out to friends numerous times.  Carmen is straight-forward and technically knows his stuff very well.  I would highly recommend him and he will continue to be my go-to plumber.

I needed some repair work done quickly and Jaryd was very responsive (actually the first plumber on Yelp to respond to my request) and prompt. He made sure to get the job done before we had to leave for our trip. The original price he quoted was competitive and when, due to unforeseen circumstances, he had to do additional work, he handled that fairly. I would use JC Plumbing again.

I unfortunately had a clog that affected both the kitchen sinks on my first floor apartments. After calling one plumbling company I was told to contact Chicagoland Quality Plumbing and to ask for Edwin. Edwin arrived with his co-worker Albert and they began troubleshooting the problem they were able to determine that there was a clog from the pipe that affected both first floor apartments. They both rotted the pipes which was very difficult. They eventually used an air suction procedure which worked. Both of these gentlemen were very dedicated and professional and were determined to fix this clog that we had. The cost for the service was fair and I would definitely use them for any plumbing needs in the future.

I found Nick through Yelp and so glad I did. I needed my doorbell transformer replaced. He responded with a quick reply, his pricing is fair, he was on time and very friendly. I definitely will call him again if needed, and will definitely recommend him to anyone.

My highest recommendation for a Plumber there is   .I have used several plumbers over the years and have worked for or with many in the area .Wayne is the most up front honest individual/ plumber you`ll find . You will never second guess dealing with Connell Plumbing as far as price, service or satisfaction  .

We'd been dealing with one bathroom out of commission since moving. We'd tried home remedies to getting the sink and tub unclogged with no success. We saw Tim Stefl Plumbing was local and very close to our home. After leaving a voicemail, I heard back within a day with an appointment set for next day. Plumber showed within the quoted time and even offered to check on our toilet which was initially out of the intended scope. We had a working bathroom again within an hour and at a reasonable price! Would happily recommend and use their service again!

We had a kitchen sink that was backing up and tried the standard plunging and Drano without success.  D & L answered the Yelp quote quickly and on a Sunday morning and on top of that came out within an hour without an emergency fee and took care of the problem.  This is not normal, and it's exceptional service.

Called this guy out of a recommendation, had horrible experience talking to him, very rude and disrespectful! Stay away !!

I did not decide to cancel.  The gentleman I spoke to specifically said that he could not guarantee that someone would be able to come out at all yesterday.  So if you were planning on coming in the afternoon he did not sound too hopeful about it.  And yes I was expecting you earlier because that's when the appointment I made 2 days prior was set for. And if you have to bump someone for other emergencies then common courtesy tells you that you should at least call them and let them know.  Let's just call it a clean break and the best of luck to you and your company.

AVOID. We hired this company after our first project with them seemed on the up and up. However, this time was a totally different experience. Plumber came to our house for a water pressure issue and told me we needed to replace one faucet in addition to cleaning out the aerator in a second faucet. I agreed and paid over $600 for the new faucet plus installation. When he returned with the faucet a week later to install, he tried to charge us another almost $400 for something he never mentioned in his first visit/estimate! He was unprofessional and flippant when we asked how a $400 additional problem could have been missed in his original estimate given that it was on-site. We felt we were in the midst of some kind of shake down and asked him to leave without installing the faucet. I've called the company numerous times to get a refund for the installation (should be a minimum of $220 coming back to me) and despite being promised a call back, still don't have one. Ridiculous. Not only will I never hire this company again, I'll make sure I use every platform I have to let people know they're a rip off and to avoid them.
