First time customer extremely satisfied with the service received from the secretary, Veronica. She was super friendly and helpful with scheduling. The plumber, Mike exceeded our expectations with his honesty and workmanship. He was efficient from diagnosing our leaking pipe and throughout the entire repair process. He went over and beyond extending world class service. We appreciated his honesty and fairness in pricing our project. Mike is definitely our guy for any future plumbing needs. I wrote a positive review a while back, because Derek came out to my home twice before to address some plumbing and sewer concerns I was having.  Both times he assured me that things looked okay, and didn't feel any work was warranted.  Didn't charge me a service fee, no dishonest games or money grab, just an honest assessment.  He went on his way, and I figured I WILL call DRC back if I do have a problem that needs fixing.  Well, today was that day.  Our sewer drain in the laundry room backed up, and spewed out a pretty decent amount of water, which was probably mixed with waste.  I sanitized the literal crap out of the floor when all was said and done.  Anyhow, I call Derek just after noon.  He, along with Keith, get to my house a little after 2:30pm.  They quickly assess that my ejector pit pump is broke.  Like changing a light bulb they're done in about 45 minutes!  They explained the product, maintainance, and answered a few other questions I had.  I feel confident that not only is our problem fixed, but that Derek will backup his work and any issues that might arise.  I feel like I have a good track record with him now.  Anyhow, I won't hesitate to use their services again.  Clearly knowledgeable.  We appreciate this company!

Fast, efficient and on time.  My toilet was plugged and they came out spot on time. I was given options and prices before they started work. Tony and his helper were courteous and professional. I will call them for any future plumbing issues.

We called OneStop to replace a kitchen faucet.  Josh and Mitch (really nice guys and a great team) came out after we scheduled it and brought the exact faucet I was asking for.  They replaced it in about 15-20 minutes!

Unfortunately, right after they left, there was a leakage around the base of the faucet that started to show.  I called them 15 minutes after because I realized it wasn't anything I could fix.

They IMMEDIATELY came back without a single hint of impatience and realized that the brand new faucet was faulty. They went out, bought another one that was even more expensive (at no extra charge to me) and replaced it and made extra sure it didn't leak.

You can't ask for anything better than that.  Something went wrong, wasn't their fault, and they immediately and politely fixed it.  I'll be calling them whenever I need any plumbing, heating, or air conditioning help!!!  These fellas are great!

Two friends had recommended Charlie to me in connection with a burst pipe.  I ended up getting that fixed with an emergency plumber, but then I discovered that the pilot light had gone out on the water heater as a result of the boyfriend's and my panicked attempts to shut the water off.  Over the phone (and at no charge), Charlie instructed my boyfriend exactly how to get the water heater back up and running and provided helpful education about the heater.  Outstanding service!  We'll be using him for our next plumbing project without a doubt.

I found LaCassa Plumbing on Facebook when I sent a message they responded quickly and Carmon was able to come out in the same day .   I was having an issue with water n sewage coming up in my basement.  He rodded it out and the was so honest an upfront with everything from prices to the work he was going to do very knowledgeable .  His prices are awesome and so is his work !!!   Great guy !!! Next up getting a new water heater and I will be using LaCassa plumbing.

I've used Chicagoland Quality Plumbing about 4 times since I moved into my house.  They've always come out promptly, explained the problem to me, and finished the work in a timely manner.  They've fixed my shower head, fixed drain issues, and helped me resolve water pressure issues.  They are professional, the prices are fair, and I've been happy with the work.  I plan to keep using them and recommend them to anybody looking for a go-to plumber.

I needed a ceiling fan tightened up that was starting to come loose from the ceiling. He responded to my request quickly, the price was very reasonable, and he was very friendly. I will definitely call him again the next time I have a job.

Connell plumbing responded to my call very promptly. While they did not provide the specific service I needed, I spoke to the owner who took the time to provide a a ton of information and a great referral. Came across as honest and knowledgeable and would definitely request service from them in the future.

Just completed my second job KBN Homes, planning a third. Skill set allows for completion of a variety of repairs at reasonable prices.  Having one person to contact on all repairs reduces the annoying search cost of matching repair with vendor.  Solid recommendation.

Travis and D&L are superb.  We had quick communication and a painless scheduling process all through Yelp messaging.  Travis was very patient and helpful in answering questions.  He expertly installed a new sump pump and also did a fresh install of a backup sump and battery backup.  He uses only top quality products that far exceed the quality of what other companies were quoting me.  His price is also very fair - particularly for the high-end product he installed.  While he was there, I also asked him to adjust the thermostatic mixing valve on a Grohe shower, which he was able to do quickly and at no additional charge.  In short, I would highly recommend you get a quote from Travis/D&L Sewer for any plumbing need.  This is a family owned business that values customer service at a fair price.  Glad to have a plumber I trust!

Our door was forced open and the frame was damaged.  Al came over and fixed it to where you could barely tell it had been broken.  It was quick and reasonably priced.  I plan to use this company again for other projects we have.

Had what I considered to be two small jobs that needed to be done,  fixing a leaking copper joint and replacing the cartridge in a shower faucet.  Technician worked on both for about an hour and had me turn on the water.  He had problems with the faucet, so went back to work.  After many attempts of turning the water back on and off, he declared that some faucets just can't be fixed, which I understand, however we were now left with a faucet leaking significantly more than before (in fact if it was turned to the proper place previously, it did not leak) and a $500 bill and a quote for $500 to replace the shower valve. If it was not leaking so bad, I would have shopped around.  What was previously no big deal had become an urgent issue of their making.  To make matters worse, our son went to use the shower, and the handle and cartridge flew out with water spraying out of control.  We had to open the wall and put shark bite fittings to allow us to maintain water for the night.  Sent an email to the office, and never heard back.  $1000 lesson learned.

AVOID. We hired this company after our first project with them seemed on the up and up. However, this time was a totally different experience. Plumber came to our house for a water pressure issue and told me we needed to replace one faucet in addition to cleaning out the aerator in a second faucet. I agreed and paid over $600 for the new faucet plus installation. When he returned with the faucet a week later to install, he tried to charge us another almost $400 for something he never mentioned in his first visit/estimate! He was unprofessional and flippant when we asked how a $400 additional problem could have been missed in his original estimate given that it was on-site. We felt we were in the midst of some kind of shake down and asked him to leave without installing the faucet. I've called the company numerous times to get a refund for the installation (should be a minimum of $220 coming back to me) and despite being promised a call back, still don't have one. Ridiculous. Not only will I never hire this company again, I'll make sure I use every platform I have to let people know they're a rip off and to avoid them.
