Had a leaking shower faucet.  Needed to be replaced.  Called in Thursday came out Friday morning.   It was great fix and price. Mike was great. Explain what was done and fixed in 20 minutes.  Works great now. I will call on them again if I have any plumbing problems.

I had central air conditioning installed today.  Three hours in and out. We are excited about our new Trane air conditioner.  The two workers Calib and Dan were professional and did a great job! Robert had been over earlier in the week for our estimate.  I am pleased and will use them again when I get a new furnace in the fall.Thanks guys!

My tenant had a backed up tub. I tried with some home remedies but seriously nothing was moving this water. I tried something through the sink too and accidentally broke the plastic seal and that was when I knew I was in over my head and had to call the pros.

I pulled up Yelp and called Charlie at 9pm. His answering machine tells you to call his cell but since my tenant was ok with waiting until the morning I decided to wait. The next morning I called him bright and early and he told me he would be by later that day. I called him later asking for an update and he said that I had a stubborn rust blockage and that it bent his wire! He said he was on his way to the store to get another one but he was very determined to unblock it.

Later that day he called to give me a report that he had cleared the drain, my tenant said he did a great job and very professional. I'm so happy that I called him and that he ended up being a great honest guy. He could have charged me extra for a new wire. He could have said that it was worse that it was because of where the block was. But he didn't. Honest man. Great guy. He even took the time to explain to me how my plumbing structure was in my bathroom! I never knew!

Call him if you need him for plumbing. I'll update when I need him for heating services (which honestly I hope is a long time from now!). Thanks Charlie.

I have used Carmen & LaCassa Plumbing at my house, for my general contracting company, and have given his name out to friends numerous times.  Carmen is straight-forward and technically knows his stuff very well.  I would highly recommend him and he will continue to be my go-to plumber.

I had serious problems with my sump, and wanted a pump with battery backup.

JC Plumbing came in at a very reasonable price, and he was on time, and did an exemplary job.

Now that we're turning into Waterworld, I also had him run the ejector out through the yard down to the storm drain between lots, thus mitigating the excess water in my back yard which was creating a duck pond.

Jaryd is a great plumber, and will be my go-to guy for all my plumbing needs in the future.

I've used Edwin and his company several times over the years. The last time he sent someone out, they broke something and didn't fix it, but Edwin took care of it after the fact (couldn't have asked for more). This last week was the first time I've used Edwin since that last visit and got sticker shocked (wasn't aware of his price increase and 2x on parts) after he finished the job. I paid him immediately but told him I was surprised by the charges and will look for another plumber. He began to send me scathing texts, leaving a voice mail where he was yelling and telling me I'm a terrible customer, and then proceeded to call me back to yell at me some more before I hung up the phone. Not sure what happened, but I'm sad to lose someone I've trusted.

UPDATE: Edwin provided a refund for his services. I did not request the refund, so I'm assuming Edwin was just trying to make things right.

I had Nick some out to do a light fixture install and a faucet install.  I am so happy with his service.  He was able to schedule me pretty quickly.  He is a very kind person and took time to explain things to me.  The faucet install ended up being a little more difficult that usual due to my plumbing set-up but he made it all work and explained the new type of fixture I had. His price was more than reasonable and he took Zelle, which is great. I will definitely be calling him again the next time I've got small jobs around the house.

I had a minor issue with my sump pump and they were able to come out and fix it within a hour.   They also gave me some good advice on a seepage issue that I was having.

Used Stefl plumbing twice for different issues,  both times their staff were knowledgeable, reliable, and polite. Highly recommended.

I was going to hang my own Laundry room cabinets but chickened out and hired KBN.  I'm really glad I did as they're installed properly, including the side trim pieces. Pricing was very fair- and they quoted a price instead of just an hourly rate.  

They even broke down all the cardboard boxes and cleaned up when they were done.  I'd definitely use them again.

Travis and D&L are superb.  We had quick communication and a painless scheduling process all through Yelp messaging.  Travis was very patient and helpful in answering questions.  He expertly installed a new sump pump and also did a fresh install of a backup sump and battery backup.  He uses only top quality products that far exceed the quality of what other companies were quoting me.  His price is also very fair - particularly for the high-end product he installed.  While he was there, I also asked him to adjust the thermostatic mixing valve on a Grohe shower, which he was able to do quickly and at no additional charge.  In short, I would highly recommend you get a quote from Travis/D&L Sewer for any plumbing need.  This is a family owned business that values customer service at a fair price.  Glad to have a plumber I trust!

Our door was forced open and the frame was damaged.  Al came over and fixed it to where you could barely tell it had been broken.  It was quick and reasonably priced.  I plan to use this company again for other projects we have.

When in an emergency do not call!!!!! They won't call you back!!!!! Called with a toilet over flowing waited almost 2 hours and never recieved a call..... Horrible!!!!!

Our water heater stopped working unexpectedly, we've only been in our house for a little over a year so I had no idea how old our heater really was (spoiler...it was past it's prime, for sure!) The plumber came and inspected the old tank to see if they could get it to work. We eventually decided to just replace it - they were in and out and got rid of the old tank, too!l
