Had a leaking shower faucet. Needed to be replaced. Called in Thursday came out Friday morning. It was great fix and price. Mike was great. Explain what was done and fixed in 20 minutes. Works great now. I will call on them again if I have any plumbing problems.
Give them a try. You won't regret it.

I had a leak in my gas pipe and Nicor shut off the gas to my house, so I called the Go Local number and had a plumber out within the hour this evening. He fixed the problem for a decent price, thanks Derek from DRC Plumbing and Sewer. I appreciate the promptness and professionalism!

Highly recommend, friendly, approachable, reliable. Sent a message to request service on Thursday. Jason called within 90 minutes and arranged to come out Saturday. I had to reschedule for Monday and did so via text. Jason gave me an hour time frame and arrived a few minutes late, but no biggie. He fixed our leaky kitchen faucet in under an hour. We will definitely use them again!

We just bought a new house and wanted to get some minor plumbing issues addressed. We called OneStop Pro and they sent a plumber out the same morning. He showed up on time was very polite and professional and addressed all issues after providing accurate quotes for approval. He gave us advice on some additional work that could be done on our timeline with no pressure. I would recommend OneStop Pro to others

Water Pipe Froze in my townhouse.
I cut the drywall myself and identified the leak myself.
I called around to about 10 places getting estimates, how they charge ( flat vs. time) rates, etc. I chose Charlie because of the good reviews on Yelp, and because he actually listened to me on the phone. He knew i did all the grunt work already and all he would need to do is come in and do a quick pipe splice. Everyone else wanted to send an inspector ( even after i sent pictures)
I am thankful for all the honest reviews on Charlie. This guy is the man. Very knowlegable. Very fair. Very quick. He was in and out in less than 30 minutes. He did necessary inspection, , verified the leak, cut pipe, replaced, and made sure work was done before leaving.
Don't be scared by lack of the overall number of reviews here. There was only 30 reviews when I looked. He is his own operation. He doesnt have to pay all the operation fees for people to answer his phone, scheduling, payroll....all those things that other companies have to charge you for.
Charlie is exactly what a good plumber should be. An experienced craftsman who knows exactly how to fix problems in a quick manner for a fair price.
I will never go to anyone else.

We tried LaCassa Plumbing after Carmen LaCassa replaced a water heater in our pastor's home. We have had a leaky hose bibb on the front of our house for a couple of years and finally decided to do something about it when we heard about LaCassa. Complicating the job was the fact that an electric conduit, water pipe and heating duct were all within a foot or so of each other in the crawlspace, leaving very little room to work, and the old bibb had been mortared into a front wall of uneven stonework. Carmen did a careful job of removing the old bibb with a minimum of disturbance to the stonework, and setting in and sealing the new bibb. I was under the impression that he was going to just bid-out our job, but was happily surprised when he was actually ready to do the repair on-the-spot. As a bonus, he is a very neat worker, using boot covers whenever he came into the house.

Had a drainage issue in the utility room and they came out promptly to diagnose and fix immediately. Very professional and quick to solve the issue. Will be using them again in the spring for a few other issues I need to resolve.

I messaged Edwin on Yelp asking for a quote to change a valve and install a dishwasher. When I spoke to him on the phone to schedule the appointment, he says the $250 was to only change the valve. He should be more specific with his electronic responses, because I was very clear I needed both the valve and installation.
This was my message:
They came to install it, but they refused to do any work because they said I have a 5/8 water line when it needs to be 3/8. They suggested putting a new valve on. I've also read it can be done with reducers and adapters.
Could you give me a ballpark estimate of how much to install the dishwasher and any of the small plumbing?
His reply $250. Hence my review.

I have been using Nick for years and he has yet to disappoint. He exclusively handles all of the repairs at my rental property. I can't express how great and talented he is. Reasonable prices, super responsive and very friendly - great local handyman option.

These guys are a total ripoff! They charged my parents nearly $4300 to replace a water heater in their manufactured home. Granted, a manufactured home water heater is more expensive (I called the supplier this one came from and got a price of $1389.95). When I tried to get an explanation of the remaining $2800+ I got a huge run-around. My dad had to actually tell the guy where to get a manufactured home water heater from! Nate tried to tell me he had to go all the way to the southside of Chicago to pick it up but I googled the address and it was only 15 minutes from my folk's house. He also said if they wanted to wait 3 weeks (?!?!?! They were completely without water!) it would have been approx $700 less, which still would have made the repair bill ridiculously too high. I think he took total advantage of my 88 year old parents who felt like they had no other choice if they wanted to be able to have water without waiting weeks. I spoke with another plumber in their area yesterday who was shocked when I told him how much my folks had to pay.

A delight to work with! We had repairs needed in our apartment unit - Loretta was great and worked to schedule us and was very communicative of the process and timeline. Matt was our technician and was super professional, thorough, and respectful of our space. I was incredibly pleased with this service and would not hesitate in recommending this company to anyone!

Quick follow up and quote. Have not used this company yet, but timely and professional.

We had a kitchen sink that was backing up and tried the standard plunging and Drano without success. D & L answered the Yelp quote quickly and on a Sunday morning and on top of that came out within an hour without an emergency fee and took care of the problem. This is not normal, and it's exceptional service.

We had a bathroom fan and a ceiling fan that needed to be installed. Al and Andy came in and split up the jobs to get them done faster. Great work and great communication!

I did not decide to cancel. The gentleman I spoke to specifically said that he could not guarantee that someone would be able to come out at all yesterday. So if you were planning on coming in the afternoon he did not sound too hopeful about it. And yes I was expecting you earlier because that's when the appointment I made 2 days prior was set for. And if you have to bump someone for other emergencies then common courtesy tells you that you should at least call them and let them know. Let's just call it a clean break and the best of luck to you and your company.
