These guys are top notch fair priced and honest I would recommend for any Plumbing job. We had Dan out to our house he know his stuff can't go wrong with this company!!!!!!

Tom and his guy Mike are awesome! Same day service with great affordable prices. Came after hours without the expense. Even without the after hours where less expensive then the 'big' companies. Didn't walk away from crawling under my deck to get into the crawl space. I needed my main sewer line rodded out where the only clean out as I know was present and these guy did it without hesitation. Gave great suggestions to prevent tree roots from reoccurring. I've saved them in my contacts and plan on using them and telling friends/family about them for any future needs. If I could give 10 stars I would. You guys are welcome back for a brew anytime. Whiting Plumbing does quality work for a reasonable price!  They don't advertise too much so you must have been referred to them by family or friends.  Lane is knowledgeable and prompt!  We've used Whiting Plumbing to re-pipe our old house with new copper pipes, put in a new higher toilet, unclog and put a new wax ring on our upstairs toilet, and complete the plumbing when we installed a new tub!  He also installed a new wash tub and faucet in the basement and installed a new faucet in the kitchen!  I feel Lane is honest and reliable.  I would recommend Whiting Plumbing to anyone who needs a plumbing problem solved!

Showed up on time. Did the job professionally and precisely. Fairly priced. Wore shoe covers on the hardwood floors. I would recommend him to anyone in the NWI area. As a matter of fact I will be looking to use him again soon 5 stars

I had and issue with a shower and called another plumber that told me it would take days to get parts. I then called Heritage for a second opinion.  They showed up and had everything fixed in less than 20 min and at half the cost. Highly recommended!

Arrow is fantastic. I had a drainage issue that others had overlooked that was causing really unpleasant odors. Arrow sent out a tech who quickly diagnosed the problem, and then John came out a few days later to inspect and formulate a plan of attack, which involved some creative problem solving. I really appreciated all of the thoughtful planning. I then received a very reasonable quote, given that it was a major project that would take an entire day.

Bruce then arrived on the project day and knocked it out of the park. He did excellent work and kept me informed throughout the process. Really nice guy and great plumber.
A few days later, John called me to check in to make sure everything was working okay. And then I got an invoice that matched the quote.

Overall I could not be more pleased. Honest, professional work is hard to come by these days, and these folks delivered it. Arrow will be my plumber going forward and I would be more than happy to recommend them to others in the Libertyville area.

Our ejector pump went out and John was able to be here within an hour. He provided excellent service and we couldn't be happier.

This is the first time using this company and the service was great!!  Called in the  morning and Mr. Travis was here by early afternoon. He is professional and knowledgeable.  If you're in need of quality plumbing services at a fair price, he's your man.  Would definitely call again.

We called on a Saturday because our toilet was backing up. While they couldn't make it that day they were free with their advise. Wasn't able to get anyone over the weekend, called back Monday morning and Karl answered and recognized the caller. The call was at 8 am and they were here by 9. They were very professional, effective and did the job and more for a fraction of what another famous company that advertises everywhere quoted us.
Very happy with the service. Deserve more than 5 stars.

I cannot praise Alex and the AquaPro plumbing team enough. We had water flowing from our basement ceiling on Easter Sunday. I called Alex and he was here within an hour. Upon arriving he quickly identified our sewer line was backed up. He rodded our sewer line, explained everything in plain English, and had it fixed within an hour. We will be using Alex and his team going forward for all plumbing needs.

I made an appointment and within two days they came and installed a garbage disposal and replaced a pipe under our sink. They were amazing and even gave us a bunch of super helpful tips. They also were able to drill a hole in our cabinet so we didn't have to call an electrician to plug in the disposal. I would highly recommend them and plan on using them when replacing the pipe under our bathroom sink.

My basement was flooding starting at 9:30 pm. I had a hard time getting a plumber out. Everyone I called assured me they would be here within the hour and nothing. I finally called Goodie Plumbing, they said someone would call me back who was in my area, by this time it was after 1am.  Strangely Four Seasons plumbing called and said someone would come by shortly. Paul showed up, very nice man. Let me know upfront how much he would charge. By this time it was 2:30 am, he came alone and quickly jet-powered my drain which unclogged it.
I am definately going to call them again.

I've used these folks for 20 plus years and have always found them to be prompt, thorough and knowledgeable. My house has the usual and unusual array of plumbing issues and the problems we've had were sometimes simple and occasionally complex. Things were always explained thoroughly and the work done promptly and well! My neighbor referred me to them and told me she'd used a variety of companies over the years and found these folks to be reliable and consistent! I agree with her wholeheartedly! Don't expect much.  They don't show up when they say they will.  They say they're coming the next day, so you wait at home,  UT they don't show.  When you call, they say they will be there the next day, then don't show.  You get to the weekend, and they swear they will be there on Saturday.  You waste your entire Saturday waiting, but guess what?  They don't show up!  And don't even bother to call on the weekend.  You get an answering service, and they say they will pass your message along.  They might even say they are marking it urgent.  It doesn't matter.  They won't call you back, no matter what.

Save yourself time and headaches.  DO NOT use them!!!

Poor parts, poor workmanship and high cost.  One-star review is fitting.
