I live in a 2nd floor condo. Leaks can really cause problems for the unit below to say nothing of strained relations.

Gas hot water heater started leaking, called Stephens at 10 a.m. and by 3 p.m.  had a new heater installed.

Ryan and Kevin were very courteous, professional and cleaned up afterward. They even removed two mice, toy mice my cats managed to hide under the old heater.

I rate them a 5 star because everything with them was straight forward. I definitely recommend Stephens.

Reliable service, very professional, and fast. I called OLP because I had something urgent and he said no problem. Very happy I went with this company. Tom was great we had our two sump pumps go out and he installed our spare sump pump in just a little while for an excellent price. I will definitely use Tom again. He has been one of the most responsive and excellent contractors I have hired on Thumbtack! Definitely call Tom!

Whiting Plumbing does quality work for a reasonable price!  They don't advertise too much so you must have been referred to them by family or friends.  Lane is knowledgeable and prompt!  We've used Whiting Plumbing to re-pipe our old house with new copper pipes, put in a new higher toilet, unclog and put a new wax ring on our upstairs toilet, and complete the plumbing when we installed a new tub!  He also installed a new wash tub and faucet in the basement and installed a new faucet in the kitchen!  I feel Lane is honest and reliable.  I would recommend Whiting Plumbing to anyone who needs a plumbing problem solved!

My mom's toilet was leaking and I called several plumbers for estimates. Chalmers was about half the price of several of them, and Dave said he could come out that day. He fixed the toilet and checked the sewer to make sure it was clear. Then he went down in the crawl space which is scary and gross to check out a wet area that I was concerned about. I was really worried that a recent bathtub renovation was causing extensive water damage, but he immediately identified a leak from the other toilet and replaced the seal. The total charge for two toilets was the price for one from other estimates. Dave was very nice, honest, and professional, and we will definitely use him for all our plumbing needs in the future.

An update to my previous post- Heritage Plumbing saw my review, and even though they initially didn't take fault, they did finally message me and own up to their mistake after seeing the screenshot of the texts. They also reached out to my husband to reschedule our appointment. This time they came in the window of time promised, and to make up for their scheduling error, they offered their services for parts only and no labor cost. Our shower is now working perfectly.

They came within an hour to replace my kitchen faucet!  Professional and polite service is the best.

Our toilet had been running. At times, I could adjust the float or tweak the valve to get it to shut off. Eventually, nothing I did could get it to stop. That's when I discovered that the shut off valve couldn't actually shut off the water to the toilet. I used yelp Project feature to get interest from some area plumbers. Not only was Jason from Southland Plumbing first to respond, he was also the cheapest. He was very straightforward and transparent about the process to fix this toilet. He even found a way to quickly source parts that normally would have been special order. He stayed to make sure the job was done right. From now on, I'm calling Jason for all our plumbing needs.

This is the first time using this company and the service was great!!  Called in the  morning and Mr. Travis was here by early afternoon. He is professional and knowledgeable.  If you're in need of quality plumbing services at a fair price, he's your man.  Would definitely call again.

Karl Meyer Expert Plumbing Company​ is the BEST!  I recommend 100%.  I had a sewer back-up and another plumber tell me that we had to dig up my front yard - starting at $6000 - Karl and Fred came out and Fred did the job for less than $600! Made us feel comfortable and at ease and talked through everything.  They are experienced, licensed and know what they are doing - Karl even came out to look at our sump pump and since it was a battery issue, he didn't charge us for the call.  Please call them for any plumbing issue!

We would recommend Alex to anyone looking for plumbing services. We knew from out initial phone call and consultation with him that he was the right guy for the job. We had a full house Aquasana filtration system that needed to be installed as well as some help with a reverse osmosis system in our kitchen. We had him also come back to install our new kitchen sink as well. Alex walked us through step by step before and after. He was so knowledgable. He is punctual, respectful, courteous abs very hard working. We will definitely use him for all of our future plumbing needs! It's hard to find good , reliable people these days and Alex is it! Antonio from Zoom Drain installed a new toilet for me. He was very prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. I would work with him again. Only negative was price was a bit high, but most plumbers are these days.

I am amending my 1-star review after a reaching resolution with a terrible experience.

The short version of a long story is that there was an employee who handled me and my situation very poorly. That employee is no longer with the organization as a result.

Bill Taylor reached out to me and apologized profusely for the negative experience and poor treatment I received. Once he learned of all the issues made a swift effort to ensure that I was taken care of. He sent me a couple of very thoughtful notes explaining what happened, and he was also very receptive to feedback.

I am always willing to give a business another chance when they do the right thing in the face of a bad experience caused by their people or products. In this case Bill really stepped up and restored my faith in his company.

They send what is supposedly a licensed union plumber who should know what he's doing.  He installs a new hot water heater and vents it only to the chimney, not to the liner in the chimney.  That's mistake #1.  Plus the flue slope is incorrect and can lead to gases not exiting properly (mistake #2).  I'll throw both these into Mistake #3:  He told me he cannot see well. (Thanks for sendinig over a plumber with vision issues, that instills confidence!). And, rather than putting his tools down on the painted basement floor, he drops them, which left a number of scratch marks on the floor.  Will never call them again. Their hold music should be Send in the Clowns.

We recently used Four Seasons to replace our no longer working air conditioning unit. We were all very happy with the entire process. The sales representative was friendly, listened to what we needed, and explained his recommendations at an appropriate level of complexity. The technicians were also wonderful - friendly, competent, respectful. I also appreciate the long-term service commitment of the company. Would highly recommend!

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY, for anything!!!  Charges $125 to walk in your door, whether you hire him or not.  Was told on phone when I made the appointment, if I hired them the $125. would be waived.  I assumed that meant deducted from bill.  NO... it did not!!!   I found Ed the Plumber information in our church bulletin and expected them to be trustworthy, honest and reasonable.  Quote was $498.00 to replace my kitchen faucet (which I purchased separately).  Since I choose NOT to hire them I had to pay the $125. !!  

Next day I hired someone else and paid $175.00 TOTAL for this simple job.

This guy is a thief and using the church bulletin to rake in the $$$. I had to ask about the parishioner discount and then ask for senior discount, which only reduce the quote to $438.00.  Ridiculous, definitely out for the bucks and not to earn a good reputation.
