I purchased a home that had heating, AC, plumbing all exclusively installed and maintained by Stephen's Plumbing.
Apparently the previous homeowner did not know they were being swindled.
In one zone, Stephen's charged for installation and later maintenance of a humidifer; however there is no water line attached, nor is one located within 20 feet.
There were also gaps in the main duct attached to the same zone above, that were large enough to stick your hand into it.
I decided to check them out and talk to them in the store after they charged me $225 in labor (labor only) for 3# Refrigerant; well, OTC they charged me double the going rate for an air filter ($70+).

Contacted Gus for a leaking sink in the kitchen and he was there within 20min and took care of the issue. Extremely satisfied with his reliability and his decent prices! Will definitely recommend!

Whiting Plumbing does quality work for a reasonable price!  They don't advertise too much so you must have been referred to them by family or friends.  Lane is knowledgeable and prompt!  We've used Whiting Plumbing to re-pipe our old house with new copper pipes, put in a new higher toilet, unclog and put a new wax ring on our upstairs toilet, and complete the plumbing when we installed a new tub!  He also installed a new wash tub and faucet in the basement and installed a new faucet in the kitchen!  I feel Lane is honest and reliable.  I would recommend Whiting Plumbing to anyone who needs a plumbing problem solved!

David did an excellent job, start to finish. He was quick to respond to my request for an estimate and scheduling an appointment to look at the issues (two dripping faucets & a slow filling toilet tank). He gave me a fair price and scheduled an appointment to do the actual work in a reasonable time-frame. Both faucets hadn't been worked on in ages, so they gave him a considerable fight, but he was tenacious & got them both replaced - even with my dog sticking her nose into the middle of the process repeatedly to 'help' him. Both faucets are now drip-free and the toilet tank refills in no time. Plus, he did a great job making sure there was no mess left behind. I couldn't be more pleased with his work! David is now my go-to plumbing guy!

Good honest business - Had tree roots and baby wipes go into a sewer main along with hair - They were able to rod it out and were a pleasure to work with.

So happy with the service we received when faced with an degraded old seal between the tank and toilet bowl. originally said they could arrive the next day, but when the opportunity arose to be there same day, they revised the appointment. I was so thankful. The problem was immediately diagnosed. You should definitely give them the opportunity to help you.

Dismounted, cleaned under, and resealed and mounted a toilet

My house's original piping is designed like a circus show and Jason really saved my Bacon!

This is the first time using this company and the service was great!!  Called in the  morning and Mr. Travis was here by early afternoon. He is professional and knowledgeable.  If you're in need of quality plumbing services at a fair price, he's your man.  Would definitely call again.

I used Karl Meyer recently after calling a couple plumbers I normally use and chose Karl because he's responsive, diligent, got the work done.  Wasn't a small endeavor, replaced 18-20' of cast iron pipe from a home built in the 1950's ranch.  I knew it would be around $1,800 - $2,000 with all the labor (6 hrs and two guys) and they actually came in under the estimate ($1,700).  Did a professional job and got it done.  What more you want in a plumber?

An excellent company who made sure everything was taken care of.  Vitali protected my home with drop clothes and cleaned up immaculately.  I had a new hot water heater installed.  No one want to have to do that, but he and Alex made it as painless as possible.

Responded within minutes of my Yelp inquiry and serviceman arrived within an hour. Quickly assessed the situation and gave me a reasonable estimate. I agreed to the work, they kept me updated as they worked. They solved the problem, including showing me a real time video inside my pipes, and gave me advice for future maintenance . They cleaned up after themselves. I was very pleased with the service and we'll use them again for plumbing needs

Four Seasons is the best! It seems like I have had to call them just about every week and they are so prompt and helpful for both commercial and residential fixes! The staff is friendly, on time, and has always been able to fix whatever is wrong. Four Seasons is the only plumbing company I call in Chicago!

This company fucking sucks. They sold me a furnace 7 years ago and today I'm having to have it replaced. Not only was it too big for my house but it has numerous problems including multiple leaks and they didn't properly install it. Give. The choice between using them or going without heat, I'd rather freeze to death.

Please beware they will charge you a arm and two legs!!!  My husband found Ed the Plumber information in our  church bulletin and expected them to be trustworthy, honest and resonable or simply industry service rate  ( which does not mean cheap), but no they are absolutely the worst wanted to  replace a toliet, they quoted me over 1,750.00!!   I asked what type of  toliet costs that much... he said a Gerber so I wanted to research it  I asked for a model number and was told I DON'T KNOW, the most expensive one I found was 389.99 so are they charging 1300.00 to install, hypothetically even if the toliet costed 750.00 are they charging 1000.00 to install??  Then he said if you purchase the toliet we will install for approximately 700.00!!! I also was going to get my tub caulked since they would already be here they quoted 385.00 for just around the tub!!! This company is the absolute worst type of ripoffs ever, they prey on parishioners seeing  their advertisement in the church bulletin and believe they are contacting a honest business, but the truth is Ed the Plumber is   just using a cheap form of advertisement with a very large potential customer base with a lot of word of mouth. I really wish I could give them a  -0 for a rating!!!
