Tom and his guy Mike are awesome! Same day service with great affordable prices. Came after hours without the expense. Even without the after hours where less expensive then the 'big' companies. Didn't walk away from crawling under my deck to get into the crawl space. I needed my main sewer line rodded out where the only clean out as I know was present and these guy did it without hesitation. Gave great suggestions to prevent tree roots from reoccurring. I've saved them in my contacts and plan on using them and telling friends/family about them for any future needs. If I could give 10 stars I would. You guys are welcome back for a brew anytime. I cannot say enough great things about Karl and his team. On a very cold holiday evening we suddenly found our kitchen sink to not be draining...at all. No amount of plunging or cleaning out the p-trap helped. Karl came over and discovered the problem was very deep within our old pipes and scheduled a day to have his crew come in, tear into a wall and get to the source of the issue.

When the guys came, they were incredibly courteous, friendly and hard-working. They spent a few very cold hours in our basement and crawlspace resolving the problem, putting in preventative clean-outs so we can avoid this mess the next time, and then educating me on some ways to help avoid our pipes freezing because they're in a very risky, poorly insulated spot in our house.

Their fee was very reasonable, I am incredibly grateful to have working kitchen and laundry sinks, and while I hope I don't need to call them again, I would happily do so for any future issues!

Alex was awesome! He installed a battery backup sump pump for us, and he also taught us about all of its functions and features if it ever were to turn on. Install was quick. Alex was very courteous; he also wore shoe covers and a mask. Priced better than some of the other quotes I got too!

My main sewer line was backed up spewing sewage onto the walkway. Christian and Jeff were dispatched to my building within 45 minutes of my call.

I appreciate the flexibility of the scheduling as I work long hours. Joseph came later in the evening and was able to fix my bathtub faucet very quickly. Very professional services and would recommend.

So I just had a plumber over to the house to look at the garbage disposal.  He looked at it for 5 mins and told me it was bad and I had to replace it.  He then tried to upcharge me by trying to sell me one for $150 or a better one for $300.  Since I told him they were overpriced and that I was going to buy one myself, he tried to charge me $136 for him coming to my house for 5 mins.  Couldn't believe it. He stated that was there hourly fee and they had to charge me for 1 hour.  Obviously I didn't pay it.  First they try to overcharge me significantly for the garbage disposal and then they want to charge me for an hour of work at $136 an hour!!  I would go elsewhere with your plumbing needs. Perhaps someone who is more trustworthy.

Today we had Four Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning back at our home because something was again wrong with our heating system - this time, the thermostat was no longer showing a temperature in the window and the heater wasn't coming on automatically as we had set.  We could turn it on manually, but we could no longer  raise or lower the temperature.  Although it must have been around 5:30 am when we phoned them,  Maureen answered very cheerfully and quickly scheduled a service call with window of 8 am to 2 noon.  It was a little after 9 that one of their technicians, Wayne, arrived.  He was polite and personable, and, after he determined that it was the thermostat itself (and not the furnace, too) that was bad, he replaced it - he had the right tools and parts on the truck with him.  And the new thermostat he installed comes with a lifetime guarantee.

Found Ed the Plumber in our church's bulletin. A service call to our building was $125. We had three issues in our unit that needed to be addressed, each issue that we were quoted at $500 per each, or $1,500. This quote was going to cost me more than double the amount I donate to my church every year. I ended up paying the $125, and then had another plumber come in and complete the job for only $200 all together.

If you want to pay high prices, then go to Ed the Plumber. Otherwise I'd just move on.
