We live in a first floor condo and discovered water backing up into our kitchen sink from the units above. The condo association contracts with Stephens plumbing, and a plumber was dispatched to our place very quickly. He roto-rooted the pipes, and had the huge clog undone in short order.

The plumber was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Even though we didn't have to pay because our condo association covers these charges, I would recommend Stephens for anyone in the area looking for a plumber.

Reliable service, very professional, and fast. I called OLP because I had something urgent and he said no problem. Very happy I went with this company. My problem was fixed so fast and the price was reasonable. Will be using this company for any plumbing issues in the future and recommending to friends/ family. Thank you Augustine!

Tom is awesome. I've used him and his team for several projects and have always been super happy with his work. He responds very fast and is very affordable. We will definitely be using him again when needed.

Lane will never know how grateful I am for his prompt and courteous service.  I was in such a bind, but he came over at 6:00 pm and shut off the water to my refrigerator.  I am forever in his debt.

Since moving into This Old House 2 1/2 years ago we've found issues left and right that needed fixing.   For almost that entire length of time, our upstairs toilet was out of commission.  The downstairs one always had to have the handle held to flush completely.  Also we discovered a leak in the basement everytime we flushed it.   The kitchen faucet was constantly leaking.  The basement laundry basin was nonfunctional and in recent months the upstairs sink kept getting clogged.    In short it was a mess.

Of course we had to prioritize that against old gutters, inefficient windows, an old radiator, and general maintenance.   To top it off I was laid off last September.   So money of course was as Simply Red would sing..too tight to mention.    Yep showing my age.

Things thankfully turned around for the time being and we finally were able to tackle the plumbing this summer.

I searched Yelp and Chalmers was among the three I reached out to.   One I didn't hear back from and Chalmers and another company reached back saying to contact for more details.

I read the Yelp reviews of the remaining contender and those scared me off.  I saw Chalmers had all positive  (albeit only a few).  

I took a chance and am glad I did.  David was courteous on phone as I detailed all that needed to be done.  I scheduled a free estimate and he came by promptly as D showed him our situation.

The price he came back with seemed pretty fair so I agreed to have him do the work.    He finished everything on my laundry list within 2 hours.   It ended up for the toilets that both had shoddy work on the wax ring which caused the leaking.    Replacing the toilets and putting the wax ring properly solved the leaking issue.  He was very professional and through during the whole visit.    And I was very pleased with the results.

David's the real deal.  If you need any kind of plumbing work, take a chance on him.   Flush the rest...LOL.

Paul and Dave were great. As soon as I called, they picked up the phone and were able to squeeze me in within an hour to inspect my faulty back up sump pump. Before coming out, though they asked me to check a couple of things myself to make sure I really needed their assistance and they weren't needlessly charging me for a trip to my house. As it turned out I did need their services and they kindly explained all of my options and answered my questions to help me make a decision. Two days after they installed my sump pump, my kitchen sink line needed to be cleared and they discovered that the existing pipes under my kitchen sink and behind my dishwasher were not properly installed. Once again, they took the time to explain my options and answered my questions before proceeding to complete the needed work. I highly recommend them.

Had them do a water heater replacement. Very honest guys, took the time to chat on the phone about the problem, gave me options, and we decided on a course of action. They were there the next day and got the job done quickly and professionally. No mess left behind, and friendly to talk to. Recommended!

This is the first time using this company and the service was great!!  Called in the  morning and Mr. Travis was here by early afternoon. He is professional and knowledgeable.  If you're in need of quality plumbing services at a fair price, he's your man.  Would definitely call again.

Karl Meyer Expert Plumbing Company​ is the BEST!  I recommend 100%.  I had a sewer back-up and another plumber tell me that we had to dig up my front yard - starting at $6000 - Karl and Fred came out and Fred did the job for less than $600! Made us feel comfortable and at ease and talked through everything.  They are experienced, licensed and know what they are doing - Karl even came out to look at our sump pump and since it was a battery issue, he didn't charge us for the call.  Please call them for any plumbing issue!

We had a great experience with this company and we would highly recommend their services. They were responsive and most affordable. Vitaliy  came to our home several times now, and each time has been so professional and clean.

Antonio from Zoom Drain installed a new toilet for me. He was very prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. I would work with him again. Only negative was price was a bit high, but most plumbers are these days.

Four Seasons came to my place to check my AC/Furnace yesterday.
They gave me a window of 1P-6P, and luckily came by 3P.
The tech was very knowledgable, and really explained things to me.
He checked all my units thoroughly, and gave sound advice.
Overall cost was a bit high, though I was able to use a $50 coupon.
I would recommend.

I've used these folks for 20 plus years and have always found them to be prompt, thorough and knowledgeable. My house has the usual and unusual array of plumbing issues and the problems we've had were sometimes simple and occasionally complex. Things were always explained thoroughly and the work done promptly and well! My neighbor referred me to them and told me she'd used a variety of companies over the years and found these folks to be reliable and consistent! I agree with her wholeheartedly! I have had four seasons clean our heat and air conditioning for years and never had an issue.  A few months ago I had them come out to clean our furnace.  I was told by the service man that there was a crack in our furnace and that it could be leaking C02 because there was a crack in the heat exchange.  He showed me what looked like a line from a camera he had placed in one of the tubes.  I am no expert on this and had no idea what I was looking at so believed him.  He told me that I should replace the unit.  I told him that I wanted a basic unit and he quoted me 6,100.00.  That sounded extremely high to me.  After he left I spoke with the maintenance manager of my building.  He said that he has never heard of that happening with any of the units in our building and gave me a contact for the person that services a lot of the units in our building.  The serviceman came out and did the same thing the person did at four seasons he saw absolutely no crack in the unit anywhere...he then came out a couple days later and took the unit apart to get to the heat exchange and there was absolutely nothing.  He also told me that there was no disruption to the flame which would be the case if there was a crack.  He also said the unit had a safety switch which would trigger if the unit was cracked and it would shut it down.  This company absolutely tried to take advantage of me and as I have read articles this is the biggest scam out there.  I would never recommend anyone to use this company as I am sure the servicemen make commission off the units and they were trying to scam me by making me worried about the CO2 leak which there was none.  Stay away from using this company.

I am so upset with Ed the Plumber. They charged a ridiculous amount of money to show up for a simple job. When I tried to discuss this with them, I got the same sorry, there is nothing I can do speech, and if I refused the service, they were going to charge a $125 fee for showing up. The woman who answers the phone hung up on me when were discussing her unscrupulous pricing tactics. We had used Ed the Plumber in the past, but I will NEVER use them again, and I encourage anyone else NOT to use them as well.
