My office just got serviced by this company and the two guys that came were very nice and were able to fix our plumbing problem right away. Not to mention that the two guys were very nice to look at as well :) We will definitely be calling them again if there is ever another problem.

Reliable service, very professional, and fast. I called OLP because I had something urgent and he said no problem. Very happy I went with this company. Tom was great we had our two sump pumps go out and he installed our spare sump pump in just a little while for an excellent price. I will definitely use Tom again. He has been one of the most responsive and excellent contractors I have hired on Thumbtack! Definitely call Tom!

Lane will never know how grateful I am for his prompt and courteous service.  I was in such a bind, but he came over at 6:00 pm and shut off the water to my refrigerator.  I am forever in his debt.

The water service line to our was broken outside the foundation and leaking in to the basement.  Chalmers reacted quickly and under terrible weather conditions excavated 6' below grade to find and repair leak.  It was reassuring that they understood my concern and treated the repair as an emergency.  
I would highly recommend Chalmers for all your plumbing requirements.  Don't waste your time calling everyone you find in your google search.  Just call Chalmers and just watch them make it happen.

I had and issue with a shower and called another plumber that told me it would take days to get parts. I then called Heritage for a second opinion.  They showed up and had everything fixed in less than 20 min and at half the cost. Highly recommended!

We called on a Saturday because our toilet was backing up. While they couldn't make it that day they were free with their advise. Wasn't able to get anyone over the weekend, called back Monday morning and Karl answered and recognized the caller. The call was at 8 am and they were here by 9. They were very professional, effective and did the job and more for a fraction of what another famous company that advertises everywhere quoted us.

They were timely and diligent. Gave us notice when they were on their way, cleaned up behind themselves, and walked us through what was happening, and left us with a little advice for maintenance in the future.

Yelp to the rescue again!  They did a solo trip to the downtown to fix our toilet. A pulley in the toilet was rusted and flap valve was broken. I called them in the morning and they came out the same day in the afternoon on time. Charges were reasonble and I also received a small discount for going through Yelp. The nice thing is that this company runs on a strong work ethic, quality service and customer loyalty...the way good business should be done.

I've used these folks for 20 plus years and have always found them to be prompt, thorough and knowledgeable. My house has the usual and unusual array of plumbing issues and the problems we've had were sometimes simple and occasionally complex. Things were always explained thoroughly and the work done promptly and well! My neighbor referred me to them and told me she'd used a variety of companies over the years and found these folks to be reliable and consistent! I agree with her wholeheartedly! Though stellar in the past for their installation of my furnaces and air conditioner, my recent experience with their plumbing department and water tank installation was a total disaster!

I can't say enough good things about their HVAC sales and installation team,but the tech they sent out with the water heater for installation smelled of alcohol, but more importantly , from the minute he got out of the truck was complaining , and I knew from the start he was not going to complete the installation before he even made it to my front door! He came up with one excuse after another about why it couldn't be done, played with pictures on his phone and stayed for around for 3 1/2 hours before telling me it couldn't be installed.
I called his superiors to complain, they were at the mercy of his supposed it qualified judgment on what  couldn't be done, so I was out of luck.
Thank God I called one of their competitors, who sent a real plumber out the next day to spec out the system , and had it up and running brand-new within another day.

I am so upset with Ed the Plumber. They charged a ridiculous amount of money to show up for a simple job. When I tried to discuss this with them, I got the same sorry, there is nothing I can do speech, and if I refused the service, they were going to charge a $125 fee for showing up. The woman who answers the phone hung up on me when were discussing her unscrupulous pricing tactics. We had used Ed the Plumber in the past, but I will NEVER use them again, and I encourage anyone else NOT to use them as well.
