They sell good quality products. I purchased equipment and installed it myself.  I never ended up using them to do the actual work though because they seem a bit overpriced and I found two of their guys to be rude and offensive...to my face.  One of them made a visit to my house for an estimate and seemed easily frustrated and upset that he couldn't find the main sewer line to my house and was upset that I did not know where it was.  On top that, their estimate was WAY over the top.  One of their younger guys is sarcastic know-it-all that will laugh in your face, and that was enough to get me go elsewhere.  

Bottom line...their shop may be full of high quality supplies, but low quality, worthless plumbers.

I had a plumbing emergency and reached out to 3 plumbers.  Augustine at Orange Line Plumbing was the only one that responded immediately and sent someone out to help on a late Sunday afternoon.
Xavier and Brandon are such hard workers, and assured us that they don't leave until the problem is solved.  They broke through the clog and showed us where the problem was using a camera.
I appreciate that they have all the proper and up-to-date tools to get the job done. Augustine returned the next day to help locate the broken tile pipe under our basement flooring. Amazing technology, and they have it!
They worked with my schedule, and
a week later my broken tile was repaired at a very difficult Y joint due to other fittings in the area of the break.  They were able to solve it and get us running again in one day.
Can't reiterate how fortunate we feel to have guys like this helping us with our plumbing problem and recommend them highly to everyone else.

Tom and his guy Mike are awesome! Same day service with great affordable prices. Came after hours without the expense. Even without the after hours where less expensive then the 'big' companies. Didn't walk away from crawling under my deck to get into the crawl space. I needed my main sewer line rodded out where the only clean out as I know was present and these guy did it without hesitation. Gave great suggestions to prevent tree roots from reoccurring. I've saved them in my contacts and plan on using them and telling friends/family about them for any future needs. If I could give 10 stars I would. You guys are welcome back for a brew anytime. Thank you again.

Lane will never know how grateful I am for his prompt and courteous service.  I was in such a bind, but he came over at 6:00 pm and shut off the water to my refrigerator.  I am forever in his debt.

My mom's toilet was leaking and I called several plumbers for estimates. Chalmers was about half the price of several of them, and Dave said he could come out that day. He fixed the toilet and checked the sewer to make sure it was clear. Then he went down in the crawl space which is scary and gross to check out a wet area that I was concerned about. I was really worried that a recent bathtub renovation was causing extensive water damage, but he immediately identified a leak from the other toilet and replaced the seal. The total charge for two toilets was the price for one from other estimates. Dave was very nice, honest, and professional, and we will definitely use him for all our plumbing needs in the future.

The gents at Heritage Plumbing and Sewer are by far the best we have aver worked with.  They are honest and reliable.  We have plans to do more work with them in the future.  Highly recommended.

They did some sump pump and septic repairs for me. Pricing was good and they were very responsive and reliable. I'd definitely recommend them.

This is the first time using this company and the service was great!!  Called in the  morning and Mr. Travis was here by early afternoon. He is professional and knowledgeable.  If you're in need of quality plumbing services at a fair price, he's your man.  Would definitely call again.

They came in the early afternoon after I called them in the morning to repair our toilet. They were fast, efficient and thorough. The cost was also reasonable. Will definitely use them again for my plumbing needs.

We had a leaky faucet that needed replacement. Alex was clear and quick with communication. He provided estimated times of arrival that were accurate to the minute as well. His initial visit, he saw that the water valves needed replacement, and was patient as I called my association about shutting off the building's water. He came back a second time a few days later to fix the faucet, and was efficient in doing so. He also gave some advice about other things that may need fixing in the future.

The plumbers came right out and installed a new toilet. When we had problems a few days later, (not their fault) they came right back and fixed it for no charge. Great service! Would recommend to anyone.

I've used these folks for 20 plus years and have always found them to be prompt, thorough and knowledgeable. My house has the usual and unusual array of plumbing issues and the problems we've had were sometimes simple and occasionally complex. Things were always explained thoroughly and the work done promptly and well! My neighbor referred me to them and told me she'd used a variety of companies over the years and found these folks to be reliable and consistent! I agree with her wholeheartedly! You have to be kidding.  The experience that I had with Four Seasons was a joke right?  Is this April 1st?  No, today is not April fools day.   Through Yelp I sent a message to Four Seasons.  They responded asking for me to call the office to schedule a service call.  The cost was $89.95, maybe the change was 99 cents, maybe it was $85 and maybe the was 95 cents, maybe the cost was $85 dollars,  I don't know.   Regardless I didn't and don't have heat.  I was told when I called that the cost of the service call also covered an hour and 15 minutes worth of work if I chose to move forward with Four Seasons to do the work.  They were able to have a person out in just a few hours.  Fast forward to when I received a few text messages with a coupon and confirmation of arrival and a phone call from the technician to confirm his time of arrival.   The technician arrived and I let him in.  In the house he was, and I couldn't  believe it but the technician smelled like weed, like a lot of weed, like an inappropriate amount of smelling like weed.  I would have asked him to leave but I didn't have heat and I couldn't stop but thinking that the repair person I had in my house was high.  This person I was trusting to fix my gas furnace was high!  It was clearly evident he was.  Clearly.  I was ready to ask him to leave but I didn't have heat, it was cold out and only supposed to get colder, quick.  Also with my schedule, I almost never have time.  I stood back and watched him work from a distance, but minutes in, he said that it was not repairable and a new furnace was the only option.   A $6000 option.  He had a laminated piece of paper with a picture of several different furnace and maybe a/c options.  I don't recall if the $6000 option was the cheapest furnace but it definitely was not the most expensive.  That was the parts and installation, approximately.  Not only did I not want to pay $6000 but I couldn't,  I don't have $6000 to spend on a new furnace.  How can I even trust this company when the repair person was clearly high while working on something rather important, like a furnace.  Four Seasons, you put my life at risk by having a hvac technician who was under the influence of drugs work on my furnace.  Gas and a flame and a technician who was high, not a safe combination.  How do I even know that he put the furnace back together safely and correctly?  I don't. Now I have to have someone else come out just to make sure that he did put it back together safely.  Another waste of my time and money.  I like living in the midwest and having four different seasons, what I don't like is Four Seasons.

Please beware they will charge you a arm and two legs!!!  My husband found Ed the Plumber information in our  church bulletin and expected them to be trustworthy, honest and resonable or simply industry service rate  ( which does not mean cheap), but no they are absolutely the worst wanted to  replace a toliet, they quoted me over 1,750.00!!   I asked what type of  toliet costs that much... he said a Gerber so I wanted to research it  I asked for a model number and was told I DON'T KNOW, the most expensive one I found was 389.99 so are they charging 1300.00 to install, hypothetically even if the toliet costed 750.00 are they charging 1000.00 to install??  Then he said if you purchase the toliet we will install for approximately 700.00!!! I also was going to get my tub caulked since they would already be here they quoted 385.00 for just around the tub!!! This company is the absolute worst type of ripoffs ever, they prey on parishioners seeing  their advertisement in the church bulletin and believe they are contacting a honest business, but the truth is Ed the Plumber is   just using a cheap form of advertisement with a very large potential customer base with a lot of word of mouth. I really wish I could give them a  -0 for a rating!!!
