Performance Pro Plumbers were great!! My sump pump went out, they came out the next morning and put in a new one, and adjusted the float and positioning of my backup pump to make it operate more efficiently.

Positive experience, was able to call Ray during an emergency at 11pm (I live in Mokena) he came right out fixed the problem. Very nice and didn't charge a fortune. Will  definitely  use again.

Had a pipe in my drywall and called them for service. Manny got there in 20 mins. Was friendly and honest. Showed me the issue, problem solved, and made sure to fix everything with minimal damage to the drywall. Gave suggestions and advice to prevent and made sure everything was properly winterized. Will for sure use them again. Manny was one of the best service people that I've ever dealt with!

Don't go with this company. Overpriced, didn't find all the problems the first time, and couldn't fix the problem after the new problem was found.
Charged me, $159 to cut a hole in the sealing, then charged $1600 for replacing tub faucet and replacing a drainage pipe. Spent about 4 hours total and had to bring another worker. After the job was done, they filled the tub and found out there was a different and bigger leak. Then a different specialist had to come and inspect it and claim he needed a compound to order and after weeks they couldn't order it. Painful experience.

I found another plumber and he said I was ripped off for what I paid.

Paul is great very reasonable and replaced my toilet flange when i needed and came to the house right on time.

Literally as good as it gets.  I called MD Plumbing during the most recent snowfall for a backed up drain in our laundry room.  We must have gotten at least five inches, and MD was busy for sure.  They made time for us (same-day!) and stopped by in the mid-afternoon to start.  They have been here for well over 90 minutes and our issue is resolved.  Here's why I mention the snowfall:  After testing/recreating the problem (which, as an IT guy, I can really appreciate), they determined that they needed to get into the piping that opens up in my yard.  That part of the yard has received at least an extra inch or two of snow from shoveling, but they just got to work out there.  They took the time to answer my questions, show me exactly what they were doing and the tree roots that they dragged out of our plumbing from underneath our house.  These guys are all business and just kept going wherever their troubleshooting lead them.  They shoveled their way into the city sewer in my yard and hopped right in to get even deeper into the troubleshooting.  Never a complaint about the snow, the cold or anything.  They just wanted to solve our problem.  Once we tested by running water from all faucets/showers/etc, they were on their way to the next job at 5:15pm on a Friday night.  I am so impressed with Marc & Paul that we'll most definitely use them again for the recommended maintenance this spring or summer.

My ejector pump failed.  Got lucky that I was cleaning out the basement and noticed the ejector well starting to overflow. The prongs on the plug were burnt black!  

Called Courtesy plumbing, on a Saturday at 4:45 pm and they had someone out by 6.  Replaced the pump within an hour and had me back up.  

During these scary times, these are the unsung heroes and I very much appreciate their work!  

I am very satisfied and will keep them in mind for any future work.

They were great! I had a gas leak and needed a plumber to fix right away to turn my gas back on. They even gave me an estimate and fixed my pipes in 1 morning. The work was great quality as well.

I had frozen pipes and was able to get a same day appointment.  Pete and his apprentice came out and were able to help me do some troubleshooting to thaw out the pipes without any kind of expensive solution.  He also gave me his cell phone # to call him directly if I had any additional problems or concerns.  Definitely recommend and will use them again if I have any plumbing needs.

Our sump pump broke down, and we noticed a small leak in our basement.  We called on Sunday Morning and Dominick was available and able to show up within two hours.  He replaced our system quickly at a very reasonable price and was very helpful.  Will definitely be using Dominick for any future issues and recommending to all of our friends and family.

They did a great job in explaining the issue and making the repair.  I will definitely use them again for any plumbing work.  Thanks guys!

Very responsive, prompt, on time and did a neat job of piping up shower valve and diverter.

Friendly, fast and very knowledgeable.  We needed a handyman to come and re-attach our stove hood that fell off the wall the previous night.  Andrew was here the next morning and fixed it better than before.  Would definitely use him again.

Tom H. tried solving the outdoor dripping faucet first with a washer - which would have saved me money.  But my 39 year old faucet wouldn't stop dripping.  It definitely needed to be replaced.  Tom explained everything and was very efficient and professional with his work.  Next time I need a new water heater or any other plumbing, I will definitely be calling Armbrust. George is extremely knowledgeable and is the reason Harlem Supply exists. George was never let go, he owned the business, sold it and stayed on to help teach the new owner the business.  It is very hard to help people, when they can't clearly tell you what is wrong.  It is because George's help is still needed that he came back.  The business was set up to serve plumbers primarily, but they are always willing to try and help non-plumbers.  I would give them 5 stars, but they just can't always have everything you need in stock, nor can they have all the personnel needed to immediately wait on every customers - no one can.

Dishonest company.  I have eight furnaces for my building and they solicited me for a tune-up and turned off the tenant heat, demanding money to turn it back on BEWARE!!
