Performance Pro Plumbers were great!! My sump pump went out, they came out the next morning and put in a new one, and adjusted the float and positioning of my backup pump to make it operate more efficiently.

I called to schedule a service.  When I told him what was involved, he never called back.  I was not important enough to service.

Responsive, reasonable, and thorough. Arrived on time. Had all needed parts in his truck.

Prompt, professional, fair, and knowledgeable.  Martin specifically was by far the best and most knowledgeable professional plumber I've had the pleasure of working with.  Tina was great and very responsive to my request.  Martin was so kind and you could tell immediately he took pride in his work.   Would absolutely recommend and will use them again moving forward.   MARTIN WAS EXCEPTIONAL!!!

Have used Paul twice.  Super responsive, clean and professional.  He installed a backup sump system which ended up saving our basement as our primary sump pump went out three years later.

Recently had the water heater go out.  I sent Paul a text and got a response within minutes.  He was willing to come out the next day to replace it.  Again, very clean & professional and I know it was done properly.  Always gives you an estimate and is fair priced.  After installing the water heater, he sent a text 2 hours later making sure everything the water was hot.  I wish there were more professionals like Paul.

When I get multiple bids on a job I don't always go with the cheapest. I try to feel out the best match for the job. In this case, MD Plumbing was both more affordable and seemed capable. I was so right. They hooked up my laundry room with a gas line and water line and drain and came out under-budget to boot. Mark was helpful and quick with the original estimate and Greg and Rick did a great installation. All works exactly as promised. These guys know their stuff and even with my alarm going off over and over kept their cool. Thanks and I'll be calling again!

Nick was unbelievable! He was called to help a neighbor across the street from us. That's when we realized that we also had a plumbing issue. Walked across the street to ask for help. Nick was very helpful. Came across the street when he was done with our neighbor. Couldn't of been more helpful. Knocked out the issue and was on his way. Highly recommend this company. Thanks Nick!

We had a small job and no other plumber wanted to touch it. One other plumber gave us a ridiculous price of $800. The Sewer Guy charged us $100, $50 for the part. Greg came out and did an excellent job! I will definitely use them again.

I hired forte plumbing to install a new kitchen sink and faucet  and to repair the leaky pipe under it. Robert forte came with a woman who was to do the work. she started work on the sink and pipes 3 hours later she was finished.   in the bathroom she installed the pipes and faucet , then realized the faucet didn't fit. she left , came back with another faucet and installed that one.   six hours later Robert forte came back with another plumber and said the kitchen sink was not right. they removed the kitchen sink and reinstalled it.  I paid them.   four days later I am still removing caulk that is oozing from the kitchen sink  I went to put back the toiletries under my vanity and the door fell off. I called the office and the woman said that the door was probably broken before.  I asked if someone could come and fix the door. no one called me back.       VERY DISAPPOINTED INEXPERIENCED PLUMBER SLOPPY JOB  FROM  A COMPANY THAT I TRUSTED            .

They were available to work quickly, and did good work. David was patient and explained not only what the issues with my plumbing were, but how they were caused.

All in all I felt like they took good care of me.

Work done was replacing a pip with a root rupturing it, cleaning a grease trap, and replacing a toilet seal.

They worked with financing partners that allowed for flexible terms that worked for me.

Get 2nd and 3rd opinions for your issue!  Exaggerated several of my issues and did not fix all of my problems.  I still have major issues!  They fixed the easy stuff at a high price.

One of the first people to respond to me when we realized our basement was beginning to flood... despite having a system that worked, we felt that replacing the 20 year old system full of little issues would be the smart thing to do.

Dominick was friendly, professional, informative, and communicative. We are happy with how everything looks, the quality of the products installed, and having peace of mind knowing that it was done right this time.

I must say that after I submitted my project request in Yelp, Peter contacted me within 15 minutes and scheduled same day plumbing work with me.  1-1/2 hours later, he said he can stop by now if I like, of which I said of course.  Very personable, reliable and easy to talk.  After he finished installing my faucet and garbage disposal unit, he showed me how to use them.  You think it's easy to understand how they work but with so many new innovations going on in this world, he wanted to make sure I understand how they work.

I highly recommend him for your plumbing needs and I will be using him next Spring to install my tankless water heater.

Had my kitchen sink back up, I did all the work in an attempt to get it unclogged myself but nope! Called Miguel at RMO, I explained it all to him and he gave me a price before he even came over, which I liked. He was courteous, on time and very professional.

The job was done quickly, and no mess. I'm sure I would've of saved a few bucks somewhere else but, it's nice you speak to someone right away, even at night, and can get it done when you need it. I would recommend!

Friendly, fast and very knowledgeable.  We needed a handyman to come and re-attach our stove hood that fell off the wall the previous night.  Andrew was here the next morning and fixed it better than before.  Would definitely use him again.

Missed appointments. Not willing to be flexible with customers on appt times. Received call days after appointment had been missed. Doesnt return calls or answer phone during business ours. Avoid this business.

Kevin is the best, I call him for any type of handyman work I need.  He's always on time, does a good job and charges a fair price.

It was almost hard to believe the reviews for these guys, but I needed a plumber and reasonable always works for me.  Tom got here and knocked out both my jobs in under 45 minutes.  He had a hard time taking off a faucet flange, he said they often stick and if he couldn't get it off he would order a new one and cut it out.  Well he got it off, repaired the faucet and I'm back in business.  The person answering phones could not be nicer and more helpful.  Highly recommend.

I don't like bog box stores. Roaming the aisles for hours trying to find the one employee that is both present and in possession of a brain. I like finding the good supply houses and dealing with them. My last job was a replacement of an ejector pump at my dad's house. Not a rosey job by any stretch of the imagination, but it's the sort of thing that is nice when you get it done. When I walked into Harlem Plumbing I made it clear. I don't want lousy china crap that breaks in three days. The folks behind the counter knew precisely what I was talking about. They did a fantastic job. I had my list, I knew what I needed, I knew the calculations, head loss, applicable codes....but they were ready to help and had some great advice and stories. In modern times, the word expert is now exclusively used to describe talking idiots on TV, I must say that the folks at harlem plumbing are master tradesmen (and women?). They also have a good throughflow of top notch local plumbers. There was nothing intimidating or condescending about the interaction. the folks were prompt, professional, friendly. Where the smart one at the big box store watches a 30 minute youtube video as training, these folks had been in the trade all of their lives. I left absolutely certain that I had the right stuff and the job would be done right. I can't say that for the happy, shiny, lucky, golden store brands at the big box stores. That experience is more along the lines of god, I hope this crap works. Harlem Plumbing is a solid local supply house with great people. I can't say it enough. Rock on Harlem Plumbing! Please don't stop or sell out to the corporate pukes. The service you provide is much needed and appreciated.

Where to even begin.....

We hired Tim Shey, the owner, to do some plumbing work. Initially he came off as being a normal tradesmen... His bedside manor was a little abrasive but not so bad that I didn't think to not use him.

Well, I wish I would have cut ties the moment I picked up on that abrasiveness b/c my experience with him turned out to be an absolute nightmare. My experience with him was absolutely abusive and for no reason. For a long time i asked myself what I did to deserve him being so rude and disrespectful and then I finally realized that I did nothing at all to deserve the treatment bestowed upon us.

On top of the abuse, here I am, months later and i've had issue after issue with the plumbing. Very basic things were missed. Most recently, we had to hire a plumber to come out to fix one of the toilets he installed. Lord knows how long it's been leaking but I happed to notice one day that water was leaking out the back every time the toilet was flushed. It turns out that he didn't install it correctly as the top wasn't tighten to the base. The damage this has caused ....... I wonder if he did it purposely? I really do.... We also have had issues with every faucet he installed. Every single one had to be reinstalled. Additionally, one of the shower heads was leaking . That was another plumber visit. I keep going on and on with the issues but I'm sure you get the point.

This was not my personal experience but I spoke to another person who hired him who needed an additional week to pay him for his services and instead of waiting, he went to her home, pushed himself through her door and ripped out all of her plumbing so that she couldn't access any water! Who does that!

Please note that this was my personal experience with Tim. I'll never understand why I didn't just ask him to leave my condo the minute he was disrespectful.
