We recently had a plumbing disaster right before a major family infestation was about to invade our house.  Shannon and crew, despite dealing with their own substantial work load, were able to juggle everything and get the work done just in the nick of time, and UNDER BUDGET!!!  I really can't thank these guys enough for giving us our family Easter back!  Would recommend performance pro to anyone.

We have been using Ray as our plumber for 15 years. He's gotten us through some nasty plumbing problems. He's quick to respond to calls. His work is dependable. His prices are reasonable. But today, he earned a permanent place in my heart: he hooked up an icemaker for me!! I love ice in my drinks and hate making it in ice trays. Now, I won't have to thanks to Ray.

After using some other, national brand, plumbing companies I found the one I will happily stick with.

Entire operation was great, from Brian communicating the time Josh could get out here to Josh being here early.

Gave a good quote upfront, didn't have the exact part needed but called a coworker who did and it was installed quick.

Usually if you have to call a plumber there is going to be some stress involved, Josh was great, explained everything and was obviously knowledgeable.

Looking forward to using them again in the future...hopefully without an emergency call being needed!

Paul was a great find.

I was performing a garbage disposal replacement and found the new disposal would not fit with the existing pipework. Wanting to make sure it was done right by someone with experience, I contacted Paul to rework the sink plumbing to accommodate the new disposal.

His quote turnaround was fast and he was able to schedule me in at a very reasonable time for a very reasonable price. His communication was friendly and clear throughout the process. The best plumbing team on the North Shore!!! Experienced, creative, and fastidiously focused, solid, hard-working guys. I know that's a lot of adjectives, but they ROCK! In an era where flash floods warrant top-of-the-line sump systems and quirky old house plumbing mysteries are commonplace, these are the guys you want on the job! Marc thoroughly investigated several plumbing issues in our old house - lumbering sump pumps in hard to reach places, low water pressure on second floor baths, and fancy faucet with crazy valve system that leaks. Marc presented Plan A for each issue, and then a Plan B (more costly, but well worth it). Sean and Paul came in to execute Plan A, and everything worked as Marc had hoped. No need for Plan B for anything. Even if Plan B had presented itself, I would have completely understood why since they explain everything to you (if you care to pay attention). They are geniuses and worth every penny!!! Thank you Marc, Sean and Paul!

This is the second time I have called Courtesy and highly recommend them. Both times the plumbers were courteous, honest and were on time! Mike took a look at my bathroom sink, said it was probably the trap needing cleaned out. Asked if my husband was handy and could do the job. When I told him yes, he said great that he would hate to charge me for something my husband could handle.
He fixed the toilet when he was here and did a great job. I will definitely be using them again.

They were available to work quickly, and did good work. David was patient and explained not only what the issues with my plumbing were, but how they were caused.

All in all I felt like they took good care of me.

Work done was replacing a pip with a root rupturing it, cleaning a grease trap, and replacing a toilet seal.

They worked with financing partners that allowed for flexible terms that worked for me.

Rick and Sam came out yesterday, and with ease fixed two major issues I was having for a fraction of the price a prominent competitor had quoted me! They were awesome, quick, explained everything well, did only what they needed to do and no more, and they gave me great advice to prevent future issues too! I highly recommend, they won a customer for life.

Dominik was amazing.  He was extremely responsive and got us our back up system within a day.  He also takes the time to answer questions and help you from a preventative stand point so you are prepared in case of emergency.  He will be our go to for all sump pump and ejector pump related questions and services.

Pete did a fine job installing a new utility sink and reworking some of the plumbing. Responsive and friendly.  We'll work with Pete again if we have any more plumbing issues.

My toilet was leaking last week after a long 12 hour shift in the ER and I was so over it. I reached out to MIKE at RMO plumbing and he was able to give me a quote over the phone, and we scheduled a date for him to come out asap which I really appreciated. Mike came out and installed my new toilet and saved me some money by getting his hands dirty. Being a new home owner I was so worried but Mike made sure to take care of my needs and at a fair price. RMO plumbing definitely gained a forever customer.

Friendly, fast and very knowledgeable.  We needed a handyman to come and re-attach our stove hood that fell off the wall the previous night.  Andrew was here the next morning and fixed it better than before.  Would definitely use him again.

We are the type of people who like to ensure that area businesses are patronized, thereby retaining money in our community, so, we always contact area businesses/contractors no matter our needs or the size of the project. In this instance, and being totally fair, we want to describe our description of work we wanted to be done, how it was addressed, and our experience with this company.

Last year we needed to replace an exterior ejector/sump pump, rod, and clear exterior run-off/rainwater pipes and have a first-floor toilet replaced. We called Pittman, which is located less than a mile from us. We made an appointment after explaining our needs. They called to confirm the appointment, arrived promptly and reviewed our job. A gentleman who identified himself as a partner in their family-owned business provided us an estimate including the service charge. We had already purchased the ejector/sump pump and the Kohler toilet that we wanted to be installed and asked them to use those products/materials. However, in adding the rodding job we realized that either he was joking or simply didn't want to do the work by making the charge entirely too high - by hundreds of dollars. As for the toilet - we didn't have much of a choice since it would create a hardship not having a bathroom available for use. After finishing the job we asked why their prices were so high. The gentlemen actually laughed while suggesting that if we wanted less than quality work we could pay less.

Several weeks later, we discovered we had a clog in our upstairs bathroom drain, which stopped the vanity and the tub. We called Pittman, told them the problem and they dispatched a crew. We explained to them that we also wanted to have a new Kohler tub drain assembly installed since the original one had already been removed. They removed the clog in a matter of minutes, using an air pressure device and cleared some debris from the p-trap under the vanity. I reminded him about the tub drain assembly to which the gentleman replied that I had the wrong part(s), that it could not be installed and to call him when I actually knew what I was talking about. His manner was condescending and dismissive even as he suggested that he was willing to drop the service charge associated with the visit. I asked him to reconsider installing the device since I was certain that I had ordered the correct part(s) assembly. He declined. We paid them, and they left. I ended up installing the device myself within an hour, thereby concluding that either he didn't know what he was talking about or, once again, he simply didn't want to do the job.

Fast forward to one week ago. A property we owned required the unstopping of a tub drain. We called Pittman, set up an appointment, explained our needs, and met them the next day on the job site. The crew examined the situation but were ultimately unsuccessful after working on it for just over an hour. One of the gentlemen explained that the configuration of the pipes, trap, and drain prevented them from clearing the blockage using conventional means. He stated that he wasn't sure, but believed that the only way he could clear the pipe was to cut the wall of an adjacent bedroom, the floor and the kitchen ceiling beneath the bathroom in order to access the pipes, remove and replace them - all without guarantee of success and adding that they would not be responsible for replacing or repairing the damage done as a result of their work.

We were stunned. but accepted that the work would have to be done.
He sketched out several confusing diagrams to explain his assessment and how it could be fixed. He also included an estimated price/cost - a very high one ($1300.00 to $1500.00) for the job alone. We greenlighted the job provided that he would present us with a formal/detailed proposal. He responded that the document would be ready by that evening of the next day but he would not be able to start work until two days later. We asked how he would be able to properly convey an accurate description of the problem/solution to his co-worker without him seeing the job. He claimed it wouldn't be a problem.

We were not contacted as promised, no email or message was sent. We called Pittman's offices. They claimed not to know about the project, would search it out and call back. They did not and they still have not reached out to us.

The least they could have done is told us they did not want to do the job - for whatever reason. They are very unprofessional in that regard, even if you are a repeat customer. Not being direct and honest with a customer is not the way to go.

As an aside, we found another contractor - outside the neighborhood - who determined that the job could be done for over $500.00 dollars less and retains references/contact with contractors who assess and repair damages resulting from their work. They promptly provided a detailed assessment and estimate, to begin work almost immediately.

I've used this service twice for minor home repairs for my elderly mother and have been very pleased with their responsiveness, professionalism and quality of work. I would definitely recommend this company for home repair needs.

Our hot water tank quit on Friday st pats day and Adam was here in 15min! Found we needed a new gas sensor, none on the truck, helped us order one,  ups mon am arrived and Allen  was here in a flash to install!  Both guys were great, professional, through, and it's working great! George is extremely knowledgeable and is the reason Harlem Supply exists. George was never let go, he owned the business, sold it and stayed on to help teach the new owner the business.  It is very hard to help people, when they can't clearly tell you what is wrong.  It is because George's help is still needed that he came back.  The business was set up to serve plumbers primarily, but they are always willing to try and help non-plumbers.  I would give them 5 stars, but they just can't always have everything you need in stock, nor can they have all the personnel needed to immediately wait on every customers - no one can.

Dishonest company.  I have eight furnaces for my building and they solicited me for a tune-up and turned off the tenant heat, demanding money to turn it back on BEWARE!!
