We recently had a plumbing disaster right before a major family infestation was about to invade our house.  Shannon and crew, despite dealing with their own substantial work load, were able to juggle everything and get the work done just in the nick of time, and UNDER BUDGET!!!  I really can't thank these guys enough for giving us our family Easter back!  Would recommend performance pro to anyone.

We have been using Ray as our plumber for 15 years. He's gotten us through some nasty plumbing problems. He's quick to respond to calls. His work is dependable. His prices are reasonable. But today, he earned a permanent place in my heart: he hooked up an icemaker for me!! I love ice in my drinks and hate making it in ice trays. Now, I won't have to thanks to Ray.

They weren't cheap, but I believe they are worth it.

I called them Saturday morning and scheduled me for the afternoon. They called me and told me they were running late and gave me an updated time. I called back to see what was happening and they told me they guy was on the way. 5 minutes later a very professional plumber arrived,

He took a look at the problem and gave me the Best Solution and a less expensive solution. I chose the best and he finished up in about 1 1/2 hours.

I love the fact they wear the little booties to keep your floor clean. He gave me some advice about some other items will eventually need attention and told me how to get the city to address some of them.

Overall, I'd highly recommend them. I wish they were a bit less expensive, but I consider it good value for money. I'd give them five stars otherwise.

This company was recommended by my home warranty company and they were fantastic. They were easy to reach, called me if there were any changes in the schedule, showed up on time and repaired the issue quickly. I would highly recommend them.

Paul is simply the real deal plumber. I hope I never see him again because I do not want to have any plumbing issues. BUT if I do, I am glad that I now have a go-to plumber who knows his stuff, is trustworthy and won't charge up the wazoo!

About two weeks ago, our kitchen sink would not drain. My husband tried his best to get it unclogged but to no avail. To top it off, he noticed a leak under the sink. All great timing since we were expecting company for the weekend. The next day, I was frantically looking for a plumber. One guy didn't return my call, another said it would be $300 to start... Well, ok - thank you and goodbye.

So to Yelp I go... You guys have never steered me wrong. Paul managed to fit me in between scheduled appointments since he got done early on one. Long story short, he unclogged the kitchen sink, fixed the leak and charged WAY less than the other guy's quote. Need I say more?  :)

Highly recommended. Got an appointment right away and he was very professional and courteous. Arrived on time and did the work quickly and efficiently. Supplied me with tips on how to avoid this problem in the future. Will definitely work with MD again.

My wife and I had an issue with our shower not turning off, causing us to have to turn off the water for the whole house, which as you could imagine is pretty annoying.

We called Courtesy Plumbing and they were able to schedule an appointment for us in just a few hours. Their plumber, Anthony, showed up right on time and diagnosed the problem quickly and was very communicative during the whole process.

Anthony gave us options on how to fix the problem and was upfront with costs and ways to cut down the price if we needed to. He was able to fix the problem at a reasonable price and now we have a working shower again!

Had water backup into the basement and needed a plumber quickly.  Looked online for a good plumber as I don't have a regular plumber.  Saw reviews for Greg, the sewer guy, quick response, fixed the problem and was a nice person to deal with so that's who I chose to call.  He did return my call immediately, gave me a two hour arrival time, he immediately identified the problem and fixed it.  The outside catch basin needed rodding out. He even rinsed down the basement.  Would call him again and highly recommend him.

After getting a quote for faucet repair from another company (which advertises on tv) I called forte for a competitive quote. Forte was one third the price and did not require me to join a club. The staff were pleasant and worked quickly. I will call them first if I need more work done.

They were great! I had a gas leak and needed a plumber to fix right away to turn my gas back on. They even gave me an estimate and fixed my pipes in 1 morning. The work was great quality as well.

We had a garbage disposal that went out and a Bidet that needed to be installed. The person on the phone was very nice and it was easy to schedule and appointment.  They scheduled a free estimate, arrived on time, and were very professional.  Logan and his partner Dennis inspected the items I had called and provided what I thought was a quick and fair estimate.  I decided to have them do the work and they started immediately.  They wrapped up the jobs quickly, professionally, and with no mess.  Overall it was a very easy experience thanks to Logan's clear and professional explanation and execution of the work required.

Dominik was amazing.  He was extremely responsive and got us our back up system within a day.  He also takes the time to answer questions and help you from a preventative stand point so you are prepared in case of emergency.  He will be our go to for all sump pump and ejector pump related questions and services.

Pete was really good and knowledgeable. I found a leak Ofer the weekend, not an emergency so I decided to email on a Sunday morning, hoping that the next day I'll get a call back. I was surprised to hear back from Pete shortly after my email. He listened to my description of the issues and was there the next day. After evaluating the issue he discovered the problem was something else. Much cheaper to fix too. He worked around my busy Monday to get the plumbing issue fix right away at a reasonable price.  Once the work was completed he took the time to explain what was done. I even had a question after he left the site and he answered promptly and very cordial. Definitely the number it's now on my contact list for any other future plumbing work. Thank you!

Friendly, fast and very knowledgeable.  We needed a handyman to come and re-attach our stove hood that fell off the wall the previous night.  Andrew was here the next morning and fixed it better than before.  Would definitely use him again.

Pittman Plumbing is excellent.  The entire team (Don, Ernest, Liddell, and the younger son) far exceeded my expectations. There are many adjectives that describe this company-- professional, caring, attentive, and focused. They had to remove old pipe, troubleshoot, and install new piping for my home.  They were efficient, reliable, and most importantly, they finished the job when they said they would (unlike most contractors).  They are my plumbers for life!! Nicely done.

Based on reviews from others, I guess they may be good. But in my case it did not go well at all from the start, or I should say it did not even start. We have small but multiple lighting and rewiring projects to be done at my residence and asked them for an estimate. They responded my online inquiry promptly and asked more information including taking pictures, which was the first week of September. After a few days of no action,  I asked for update on estimate, and the office manager responded and said to me it would take two-three weeks because they have to sort out their October scheduling at that point. I simply trusted her words and waited for two weeks, but no response. I again contacted them to see what's going on, and they said they were going to look at it. A week past after that and again no response. Finally I told them its has been almost a month since I asked for estimate, and now the owner replied that he would look at it. As of today, there has been no response since. They just lost a potential customer that was ready to hire, who was even considering them for future projects we have been planning. It is unfortunate because most of reviews here are good, which was the mainly reason I waited for such long period to just get an ESTIMATE. It would have been nice if they let us know our projects are too small for them and they would not take it, rather than leaving a potential customer high and dry.

After trying other plumbers I decided to go with Armbrust due to their very good ratings.  I made an appointment to have work done and Adam came right on time.  He was careful, thorough and explained how he was going to do the job.  He worked quickly and deliberately. It took about two hours to get the job done.  He left the house as clean as it was when he arrived as he brought in a drop sheet for our carpeted stairs and cardboard to protect the floor and walls.  I believe he diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly for us. Excellent job! Would recommend.

I don't like bog box stores. Roaming the aisles for hours trying to find the one employee that is both present and in possession of a brain. I like finding the good supply houses and dealing with them. My last job was a replacement of an ejector pump at my dad's house. Not a rosey job by any stretch of the imagination, but it's the sort of thing that is nice when you get it done. When I walked into Harlem Plumbing I made it clear. I don't want lousy china crap that breaks in three days. The folks behind the counter knew precisely what I was talking about. They did a fantastic job. I had my list, I knew what I needed, I knew the calculations, head loss, applicable codes....but they were ready to help and had some great advice and stories. In modern times, the word expert is now exclusively used to describe talking idiots on TV, I must say that the folks at harlem plumbing are master tradesmen (and women?). They also have a good throughflow of top notch local plumbers. There was nothing intimidating or condescending about the interaction. the folks were prompt, professional, friendly. Where the smart one at the big box store watches a 30 minute youtube video as training, these folks had been in the trade all of their lives. I left absolutely certain that I had the right stuff and the job would be done right. I can't say that for the happy, shiny, lucky, golden store brands at the big box stores. That experience is more along the lines of god, I hope this crap works. Harlem Plumbing is a solid local supply house with great people. I can't say it enough. Rock on Harlem Plumbing! Please don't stop or sell out to the corporate pukes. The service you provide is much needed and appreciated.

Where to even begin.....

We hired Tim Shey, the owner, to do some plumbing work. Initially he came off as being a normal tradesmen... His bedside manor was a little abrasive but not so bad that I didn't think to not use him.

Well, I wish I would have cut ties the moment I picked up on that abrasiveness b/c my experience with him turned out to be an absolute nightmare. My experience with him was absolutely abusive and for no reason. For a long time i asked myself what I did to deserve him being so rude and disrespectful and then I finally realized that I did nothing at all to deserve the treatment bestowed upon us.

On top of the abuse, here I am, months later and i've had issue after issue with the plumbing. Very basic things were missed. Most recently, we had to hire a plumber to come out to fix one of the toilets he installed. Lord knows how long it's been leaking but I happed to notice one day that water was leaking out the back every time the toilet was flushed. It turns out that he didn't install it correctly as the top wasn't tighten to the base. The damage this has caused ....... I wonder if he did it purposely? I really do.... We also have had issues with every faucet he installed. Every single one had to be reinstalled. Additionally, one of the shower heads was leaking . That was another plumber visit. I keep going on and on with the issues but I'm sure you get the point.

This was not my personal experience but I spoke to another person who hired him who needed an additional week to pay him for his services and instead of waiting, he went to her home, pushed himself through her door and ripped out all of her plumbing so that she couldn't access any water! Who does that!

Please note that this was my personal experience with Tim. I'll never understand why I didn't just ask him to leave my condo the minute he was disrespectful.
