Best Plumbing Services in United States
LOVE PPP! Shannon and Ann Marie make a great team. The first time i called, Shannon came out, same day and fixed our disposal right away. The second time I called (regarding potential frozen pipes and our washing machine now working)-- didn't even require a visit as they advised me on ways to fix it myself... which saved me the time and money of having them come out. I will ALWAYS use these guys!!

I called to schedule a service. When I told him what was involved, he never called back. I was not important enough to service.

Our water heater went out about 2-3 days ago. We had a tech from a different company come in have a quick look. They said they needed to order a specific part for it to be fixed, that would've been another 3-5 days without hot water. I looked at Yelp and searched around. Advantage was the first to pop up. I called and was greeted by Jennifer. I gave my information and what was wrong and she quickly got someone to come and diagnose what was wrong within 3 hours from when the call was made. Jay the technician came and quickly went to go see what was wrong. Very nice and professional guy. He quickly found out what was wrong within 30 minutes and got everything running smoothly. This is my first time working with them and I will definitely recommend them to anyone who has problems with their water heater, plumbing etc. Ask for Jay to come, very professional and down to earth guy.

I had a stuck cartridge inside of my shower valve, which I already tried to remove myself, and actually partially broke the old cartridge.
The technician showed up during the allocated time frame. Before arriving I received a text message that I am next.
They charged me $160 (the regular price is $180, but I had my own cartridge). I felt it was a little overpriced, but I already tried to do it myself for three hours and knew that it is not that simple.
It took the technician less than an hour to remove the old cartridge and to clean up sediment with acid, otherwise, the new cartridge would not fit.
The technician wore a face mask the whole time he was inside of the house, which is greatly appreciated in COVID times.

Highly recommend Paul the Plumber. He has replaced a toilet and a water heater in our home, and we had the best service possible each time. He even came as promised when there was over 3 inches of snow on the ground. Thank you!

Used these guys 3 times for 3 different jobs. Every time, I compare rates with other services and this company always comes up competitive. One time they suggested I might not need a new ejector pump as other services recommended. They came and just unclogged it for the mere visit cost instead of suckering me for a new set up. The other times, they used the best parts (I checked online) and charged me good rates. See other reviews on Yelp and Angie's List. These guys are honest, fair and use dependable parts in order to keep long-term customer relations. This is no scam and run operation.

This is the second time I have called Courtesy and highly recommend them. Both times the plumbers were courteous, honest and were on time! Mike took a look at my bathroom sink, said it was probably the trap needing cleaned out. Asked if my husband was handy and could do the job. When I told him yes, he said great that he would hate to charge me for something my husband could handle.
He fixed the toilet when he was here and did a great job. I will definitely be using them again.

We had a small job and no other plumber wanted to touch it. One other plumber gave us a ridiculous price of $800. The Sewer Guy charged us $100, $50 for the part. Greg came out and did an excellent job! I will definitely use them again.

I needed to satisfy the village code of Elmwood Park because I sold my house. I already had a membership with Larry's Plumbing, so I called for their approximate rates. When I was told the cost would be around $800 (with the member 20% discount, mind you) at the minimum, I immediately started asking around. Our handyman told us to call Forte Plumbing. They're local, have a great relationship with the surrounding villages, and they couldn't be nicer people to deal with. Best of all, they told me they could do the work for $250! When they came to do the work, it took them 4 hours. STILL only charged me $250, even though it was certainly more work than expected. I would have happily paid more. I wish Forte serviced the far western suburbs -- when you find a good plumber, you should never let them go! Thank you Carmen and Michael!

They were available to work quickly, and did good work. David was patient and explained not only what the issues with my plumbing were, but how they were caused.
All in all I felt like they took good care of me.
Work done was replacing a pip with a root rupturing it, cleaning a grease trap, and replacing a toilet seal.
They worked with financing partners that allowed for flexible terms that worked for me.

Pete and Noah deserve a shoutout and great review. Pete explained everything that was going wrong and my options for repairs. I do the same in my industry and know good service when I see it. Getting the job done in 20min or less was a welcome surprise for the leak repair. Excellent work guys, we will work together again soon. -DrZ

One of the first people to respond to me when we realized our basement was beginning to flood... despite having a system that worked, we felt that replacing the 20 year old system full of little issues would be the smart thing to do.
Dominick was friendly, professional, informative, and communicative. We are happy with how everything looks, the quality of the products installed, and having peace of mind knowing that it was done right this time.

I recently purchased a slide in stove for my kitchen remodel. It wouldn't slide all the way in because the gas line was in the way. Derek from RMO came out and was able to move it without any problems. The work was affordable and Derek cleaned up his work area really well. I will definitely call them back for any plumbing needs in the future!

Friendly, fast and very knowledgeable. We needed a handyman to come and re-attach our stove hood that fell off the wall the previous night. Andrew was here the next morning and fixed it better than before. Would definitely use him again.

This guys are really wonderful! Very friendly and honest. Very very reasonable prices. All of them are actual plumbers. Not 20 year apprentices.

I've used this service twice for minor home repairs for my elderly mother and have been very pleased with their responsiveness, professionalism and quality of work. I would definitely recommend this company for home repair needs.

I was unavailable when Armbrust showed up so my wife met with the plumber, and I can't stand it when specialists take advantage of a situation.
My issue: Water line from wall to toilet leaks. The valve is corroded and needs to be replaced.
Armbrust solution: They tried selling my wife a new toilet, the installation ALONE of which would be $354. Mind you - The existing toilet is absolutely fine.
Conclusion: Hacks. I'll fix it myself. Just wish I had my $89 BS fee back that was charged for someone to come out and do LITERALLY nothing.

Over priced and items do not have prices on shelf. Never fully in stock of all supplies. Unprofessional. And lastly the worst part is no money back if you need a refund. Only store credit which sucks cause now you have to buy more stuff from them if you don't want to. So you have to know what your buying the first time if not your out of money. Then given a sob story that the other day they tried a refund and it took them 4hrs to do it which is a lie or they are super outdated on their cash register/payment structure. Never again will I shop here. Needs new management and prices to be fair. And more knowledgable associates. BBB has been informed aswell.

Where to even begin.....
We hired Tim Shey, the owner, to do some plumbing work. Initially he came off as being a normal tradesmen... His bedside manor was a little abrasive but not so bad that I didn't think to not use him.
Well, I wish I would have cut ties the moment I picked up on that abrasiveness b/c my experience with him turned out to be an absolute nightmare. My experience with him was absolutely abusive and for no reason. For a long time i asked myself what I did to deserve him being so rude and disrespectful and then I finally realized that I did nothing at all to deserve the treatment bestowed upon us.
On top of the abuse, here I am, months later and i've had issue after issue with the plumbing. Very basic things were missed. Most recently, we had to hire a plumber to come out to fix one of the toilets he installed. Lord knows how long it's been leaking but I happed to notice one day that water was leaking out the back every time the toilet was flushed. It turns out that he didn't install it correctly as the top wasn't tighten to the base. The damage this has caused ....... I wonder if he did it purposely? I really do.... We also have had issues with every faucet he installed. Every single one had to be reinstalled. Additionally, one of the shower heads was leaking . That was another plumber visit. I keep going on and on with the issues but I'm sure you get the point.
This was not my personal experience but I spoke to another person who hired him who needed an additional week to pay him for his services and instead of waiting, he went to her home, pushed himself through her door and ripped out all of her plumbing so that she couldn't access any water! Who does that!
Please note that this was my personal experience with Tim. I'll never understand why I didn't just ask him to leave my condo the minute he was disrespectful.
