Performance Pro Plumbers were great!! My sump pump went out, they came out the next morning and put in a new one, and adjusted the float and positioning of my backup pump to make it operate more efficiently.

Positive experience, was able to call Ray during an emergency at 11pm (I live in Mokena) he came right out fixed the problem. Very nice and didn't charge a fortune. Will  definitely  use again.

I HIGHLY recommend Advantage Plumbing, Heating, and AC. I had a clogged kitchen sink and called them in a pinch. I was able to get an appointment quickly to have a technician come out. If you have a choice ask for Josh. He was on time, layed out all of my options and associated costs for me, And fixed the clog in a timely and safe manner. Best of all, he made me feel comfortable that he was in my home and was a very personable person, which can be hard to find in service-people these days. Needless to say...extremely pleased with Advantage!!!

Unfortunately I was told I needed to replace my entire ejector pump within minutes of the initial visit, but it was working! It is clear after some simple research that all that was needed was a new switch (20 dollars versus 600).

I called because I was not an expert, but felt taken advantage of instead. Wish I could get back my 95 dollars for the visit.

Recommended by our booked-up usual service company, but no reply after two days for a serious plumbing problem.  Most disappointed.

Justin of Courtesy Plumbing came out today to install a reverse osmosis water filtration system under our kitchen sink to replace the existing system. From the point of entering the house till he left, Justin was very professional. He explained what he saw under the sink and what he would have to do to install the RO system and gave me the monetary estimate. Once I gave the approval, he went to work, and was very busy hooking up lines and installing different plumbing valves and other stuff. Once he was done, he showed me what he did and what the different lines were for and explained how the system works. I was very impressed with his knowledge and was pleased with the work and how he cleaned up the area and the materials. Courtesy Plumbing will certainly get more work from us in the future. Had water backup into the basement and needed a plumber quickly.  Looked online for a good plumber as I don't have a regular plumber.  Saw reviews for Greg, the sewer guy, quick response, fixed the problem and was a nice person to deal with so that's who I chose to call.  He did return my call immediately, gave me a two hour arrival time, he immediately identified the problem and fixed it.  The outside catch basin needed rodding out. He even rinsed down the basement.  Would call him again and highly recommend him.

After getting a quote for faucet repair from another company (which advertises on tv) I called forte for a competitive quote. Forte was one third the price and did not require me to join a club. The staff were pleasant and worked quickly. I will call them first if I need more work done.

They were great! I had a gas leak and needed a plumber to fix right away to turn my gas back on. They even gave me an estimate and fixed my pipes in 1 morning. The work was great quality as well.

Can't say enough good things about this company.  We have an unfortunate amount of plumbing needs recently, used them 3 times and they were amazing 3 times.  They changed a valve for our bathroom shower, and even came back and fixed it for free when the valve we purchased from the hardware store had a faulty piece.  They changed our kitchen faucet for a fair price.  Most recently they fixed a huge issue with our building which was causing sewage backup into our kitchen.  Joey the sewer specialist was so knowledgable.  He found a catch basin in our yard full of grease that other companies had missed, even with cameras.  As long as we are in Chicago we won't go anywhere else.

I must say that after I submitted my project request in Yelp, Peter contacted me within 15 minutes and scheduled same day plumbing work with me.  1-1/2 hours later, he said he can stop by now if I like, of which I said of course.  Very personable, reliable and easy to talk.  After he finished installing my faucet and garbage disposal unit, he showed me how to use them.  You think it's easy to understand how they work but with so many new innovations going on in this world, he wanted to make sure I understand how they work.

I highly recommend him for your plumbing needs and I will be using him next Spring to install my tankless water heater.

Friendly, fast and very knowledgeable.  We needed a handyman to come and re-attach our stove hood that fell off the wall the previous night.  Andrew was here the next morning and fixed it better than before.  Would definitely use him again.

Pittman Plumbing is excellent.  The entire team (Don, Ernest, Liddell, and the younger son) far exceeded my expectations. There are many adjectives that describe this company-- professional, caring, attentive, and focused. They had to remove old pipe, troubleshoot, and install new piping for my home.  They were efficient, reliable, and most importantly, they finished the job when they said they would (unlike most contractors).  They are my plumbers for life!! Nicely done.

Like most 50-year-old houses, my parents' home needed some fixing up. I made a punch list and called Kevin. He came out and gave me a very reasonable estimate, and did an excellent job on the home repairs.

Kevin is very knowledgeable. He takes pride in his work and also takes the time to explain different options for approaching a particular job.

I plan to hire Kevin again for some home upgrades. One of my parents' neighbors has since hired him for a woodworking project, and she has been very satisfied as well.

Adam diagnosed the problem quickly and easily. He's confident and knows his stuff.  He found and fixed the most obvious issue economically and quickly (obvious to him, not to us!). Sometimes, with plumbing, the hardest part of the problem is figuring out the cause of the problem.  Fixing it is the easy part, comparably. It's too early to tell if what he found is the only issue--there may be a deeper (as in, under the concrete) problem too.  But more than likely, what he found is exactly what was causing our soil stack to leak.

George is extremely knowledgeable and is the reason Harlem Supply exists. George was never let go, he owned the business, sold it and stayed on to help teach the new owner the business.  It is very hard to help people, when they can't clearly tell you what is wrong.  It is because George's help is still needed that he came back.  The business was set up to serve plumbers primarily, but they are always willing to try and help non-plumbers.  I would give them 5 stars, but they just can't always have everything you need in stock, nor can they have all the personnel needed to immediately wait on every customers - no one can.

Dishonest company.  I have eight furnaces for my building and they solicited me for a tune-up and turned off the tenant heat, demanding money to turn it back on BEWARE!!
