LOVE PPP! Shannon and Ann Marie make a great team. The first time i called, Shannon came out, same day and fixed our disposal right away. The second time I called (regarding potential frozen pipes and our washing machine now working)-- didn't even require a visit as they advised me on ways to fix it myself... which saved me the time and money of having them come out. I will ALWAYS use these guys!!

We have been using Ray as our plumber for 15 years. He's gotten us through some nasty plumbing problems. He's quick to respond to calls. His work is dependable. His prices are reasonable. But today, he earned a permanent place in my heart: he hooked up an icemaker for me!! I love ice in my drinks and hate making it in ice trays. Now, I won't have to thanks to Ray.

Wow!! I had an plumbing and sewer emergency about a month ago, a main line of the sewer was backing up into my laundry and furnace room. As a somewhat newer home owner I was at a loss and in a panic and just called around until I found someone that could help me sooner rather than later.

Well, Advantage Plumbing and Sewer came to my rescue. From the initial phone call to the completion of the job at my house, they were nothing but helpful, punctual, and offered five star customer service.

Ben was the gentleman that was sent to help me. Let me tell you, Ben is simply amazing. From the start he put my mind at ease that everything would be okay, he was beyond friendly, his experience spoke volumes, and you better believe that if I need any plumbing help in the future, I'm calling and asking for Ben! Thank you for making a crappy situation a little less crappy. Five stars all around!

We were referred to Drain & Plumbing Services for a job for one of our real estate clients. They scheduled us promptly, Yuri arrived exactly when promised. He even identified an additional connection needed (no additional cost for the extra fitting), fixed everything without hesitation. He was quick, pleasant, and helpful, and the pricing was very fair! We now have a new go-to plumbing service for our clients, and our own needs!

What a great guy! Fixed my clogged kitchen sink. Very honest and charged $ much less than the other 6 plumbing services I called. Even the one with the advertised  coupon.

Work took less than 30 minutes and Paul gave me a break on the final amount.

A few weeks ago my sink was backed up and now this week a pipe burst and water was pouring into my basement.  Courtesy Plumbing and Mike were super fast to show up, super clean, and overall extremely fair. Thank you!

I called several plumbers on a Saturday due to a clogged sewer line. Few even called me back. Greg called right away and was over within a half hour. Greg couldn't have been nicer. Great job. Reasonable price.

Great company to work with, they take the time to explain everything you need for a project.

We had to replace our flood control system and the process went very smoothly.

They were great! I had a gas leak and needed a plumber to fix right away to turn my gas back on. They even gave me an estimate and fixed my pipes in 1 morning. The work was great quality as well.

Call them to route out a drum trap drain. After telling me that they could not access the drain without cutting open the trap, and then they would need an additional part; they quoted a price of $450.
Call another plumbing company, Excel Plumbing, they had the tool to open the the trap, and did an excellent job of clearing the drain. The charge was $250.
Finding an honest plumbing company can be tricky. Rescue Plumbing should not be a candidate.

Dominick specializes in sump pumps, backup systems and ejector pumps. He is a professional who will get the job done. Do not hesitate to contact him for your sump pump needs!!

Pete was easy to schedule and came quickly to hook up my new fridge and replace a tub drain! He provided expert advice and I will definitely call him again!!!

Mike was quick to respond to my need for an urgent plumbing situation where the bathroom tub faucet would not work so the water kept flowing.  We had to turn off all the water in the house.  He arrived promptly on time, wore a mask given COVID and discovered a faulty part of the valve that was not working. He replaced it quickly and efficiently, also being guiding us in turning back the water on and explaining what the problem was.  Mike is extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. So grateful he came so quickly given the holiday week.  We were not inconvenienced for long.  I highly recommend him.

Friendly, fast and very knowledgeable.  We needed a handyman to come and re-attach our stove hood that fell off the wall the previous night.  Andrew was here the next morning and fixed it better than before.  Would definitely use him again.

This guys are really wonderful! Very friendly and honest. Very very reasonable prices. All of them are actual plumbers. Not 20 year apprentices.

I was very happy with the work done by Welter Home Services.  Kevin was easy to reach and communicate with, especially given how busy they are.  Kevin and Dan put in a garbage disposal (including all necessary wiring/switching) and new closet doors for us, and we will be using them to re-tile our bathroom floor as soon as we decide on tile.  They also replaced a shut-off valve for the kitchen sink, and when our main supply valve to the house got stuck (common on older houses), Kevin quickly coordinated a licensed emergency plumber and the Village Public Works department, to get the water shut off at the street and the main supply valves replaced immediately.  I highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

We appreciate the honest recommendations given by both Rich & Pat in dealing with 2 separate issues. Rather than costly repairs, they advised using Bio-One for our kitchen sink drain & RootX for basement drain.

Prices are outrageous, the staff I spoke with was inexperienced and lacking the knowledge, nobody available to help me. Just ridiculous

Where to even begin.....

We hired Tim Shey, the owner, to do some plumbing work. Initially he came off as being a normal tradesmen... His bedside manor was a little abrasive but not so bad that I didn't think to not use him.

Well, I wish I would have cut ties the moment I picked up on that abrasiveness b/c my experience with him turned out to be an absolute nightmare. My experience with him was absolutely abusive and for no reason. For a long time i asked myself what I did to deserve him being so rude and disrespectful and then I finally realized that I did nothing at all to deserve the treatment bestowed upon us.

On top of the abuse, here I am, months later and i've had issue after issue with the plumbing. Very basic things were missed. Most recently, we had to hire a plumber to come out to fix one of the toilets he installed. Lord knows how long it's been leaking but I happed to notice one day that water was leaking out the back every time the toilet was flushed. It turns out that he didn't install it correctly as the top wasn't tighten to the base. The damage this has caused ....... I wonder if he did it purposely? I really do.... We also have had issues with every faucet he installed. Every single one had to be reinstalled. Additionally, one of the shower heads was leaking . That was another plumber visit. I keep going on and on with the issues but I'm sure you get the point.

This was not my personal experience but I spoke to another person who hired him who needed an additional week to pay him for his services and instead of waiting, he went to her home, pushed himself through her door and ripped out all of her plumbing so that she couldn't access any water! Who does that!

Please note that this was my personal experience with Tim. I'll never understand why I didn't just ask him to leave my condo the minute he was disrespectful.
