Have used Paul twice.  Super responsive, clean and professional.  He installed a backup sump system which ended up saving our basement as our primary sump pump went out three years later.

Recently had the water heater go out.  I sent Paul a text and got a response within minutes.  He was willing to come out the next day to replace it.  Again, very clean & professional and I know it was done properly.  Always gives you an estimate and is fair priced.  After installing the water heater, he sent a text 2 hours later making sure everything the water was hot.  I wish there were more professionals like Paul.

I needed to have a hot water heater put in.  My went out on Monday.  I called them and they told me they could put one in for me on Wednesday which was really not too bad.   Their price was excellent and the quality of their work is great.  They also were neat and cleaned up when they were done.   I definitely would recommend them  to anyone looking for a plumber and use them all the time now.

Called this morning to set up an appointment after noticing a water spot last evening. I had already done some work, figuring the issue was with the shower/tub upstairs. Nick G. helped me understand the different things to look for in supply vs drain related issues, identified the root cause with the drain and resolved the issue. Along the way he made sure I understood what too look for with future issues. He was exceptionally respectful and knowledgeable... I've now found my plumber for the long run. Thank you!

Paid him $175 to clean sewer drain but they were still running slow after he was done.

Called to get a sewer cleaned out. They cancelled the first appointment and rescheduled for after the 4th of July which I was all good with. Then, on July 5th I received zero calls from them so I called in inquiring where they were. Talked to the owner and he tried to tell me next week and claimed it was a preventative measure that could keep being put off. I called another plumbing company and they are heading over as we speak and came in at a cheaper price! Do you research before you commit with a plumbing company!

They were available to work quickly, and did good work. David was patient and explained not only what the issues with my plumbing were, but how they were caused.

All in all I felt like they took good care of me.

Work done was replacing a pip with a root rupturing it, cleaning a grease trap, and replacing a toilet seal.

They worked with financing partners that allowed for flexible terms that worked for me.

My bathtub faucet broke while i was giving my daughter a bath and the water wouldn't stop coming out. I called Rescue Plumbing and within 15 minutes, Dax got back to me and told me he would be on his way. A short time later he arrived and immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem by replacing the cartridge and repairing the faucet. I really appreciated the amazing responsiveness and efficiency during a stressful time.

I recently purchased a slide in stove for my kitchen remodel. It wouldn't slide all the way in because the gas line was in the way. Derek from RMO came out and was able to move it without any problems. The work was affordable and Derek cleaned up his work area really well. I will definitely call them back for any plumbing needs in the future!

Friendly, fast and very knowledgeable.  We needed a handyman to come and re-attach our stove hood that fell off the wall the previous night.  Andrew was here the next morning and fixed it better than before.  Would definitely use him again.

This guys are really wonderful! Very friendly and honest. Very very reasonable prices. All of them are actual plumbers. Not 20 year apprentices.

Great service.  Kevin is knowledgeable, friendly and trustworthy.  For the problem I was having, he assessed the situation and said no major repair would be needed.  He came up with an alternative solution to fix the issue instead.  I highly recommend Welter Home Services.   The price was reasonable too.

Had a problem with a backed up kitchen sink in Wheaton. Called in the morning and they were able to have Dave out in the afternoon. Great! Dave was on time and very friendly. He came in got right to work and fixed the problem. Sink was back in service like new!

My only gripe (and in no way related to Dave) was the overall cost of the service which was $227 for a 45 minute service call. Frankly, Armbrust, this is a bit much by any measure. About $175 I would have been okay with but the $50 charge for use of the rodding machine.... come on!

If I hire a carpenter I don't expect him to charge me for the hammer and nails. A painter does not bill for the roller and brushes. Why are you billing for the tools of your trade... Just a way to gouge people I suspect.

I'm actually quite familiar with pricing of services....labor, materials, incidentals, overhead, etc. I think you're finishing touch of adding in a final $14.00 for fuel and consumable recovery was rather quite inventive... taking a cue from the taxi cab companies are we?

Anyway, did you a good job and on time? yes!

Do I feel I was fairly charged? No

Would I recommend? Only if it were an emergency.

I don't like bog box stores. Roaming the aisles for hours trying to find the one employee that is both present and in possession of a brain. I like finding the good supply houses and dealing with them. My last job was a replacement of an ejector pump at my dad's house. Not a rosey job by any stretch of the imagination, but it's the sort of thing that is nice when you get it done. When I walked into Harlem Plumbing I made it clear. I don't want lousy china crap that breaks in three days. The folks behind the counter knew precisely what I was talking about. They did a fantastic job. I had my list, I knew what I needed, I knew the calculations, head loss, applicable codes....but they were ready to help and had some great advice and stories. In modern times, the word expert is now exclusively used to describe talking idiots on TV, I must say that the folks at harlem plumbing are master tradesmen (and women?). They also have a good throughflow of top notch local plumbers. There was nothing intimidating or condescending about the interaction. the folks were prompt, professional, friendly. Where the smart one at the big box store watches a 30 minute youtube video as training, these folks had been in the trade all of their lives. I left absolutely certain that I had the right stuff and the job would be done right. I can't say that for the happy, shiny, lucky, golden store brands at the big box stores. That experience is more along the lines of god, I hope this crap works. Harlem Plumbing is a solid local supply house with great people. I can't say it enough. Rock on Harlem Plumbing! Please don't stop or sell out to the corporate pukes. The service you provide is much needed and appreciated.

Dishonest company.  I have eight furnaces for my building and they solicited me for a tune-up and turned off the tenant heat, demanding money to turn it back on BEWARE!!
