We called on a Sunday night, the owner returned our call within a few minutes and tried to talk us through the repair on our own.  When our rookie work didn't hold, they came out and got us all fixed up the same day.  The estimate was accurate, the work was fast, and they were great to work with.  Very satisfied, would use again.

Positive experience, was able to call Ray during an emergency at 11pm (I live in Mokena) he came right out fixed the problem. Very nice and didn't charge a fortune. Will  definitely  use again.

I called Advantage after hours and received a call back first thing the next morning. Ben K came out that day to replace the leaking pipes under the kitchen sink & install a new faucet.

He also observed an outdated valve with potential to fail on our main shutoff. Working with the city's utility dept, Ben resolved that issue as well.

Ben is an experienced, personable, & respectful professional who performed quality work for us at the quoted price. We won't hesitate to call him / Advantage again when future plumbing issues arise.

I called them again as I noticed the Polar Vortex decided to freeze my pipe.  Luckily I had the water drained from the pipes before leaving on vacation to avoid potential issues upon returning.  In a matter of minutes, there was someone over to check and confirm it was a frozen pipe from the outside and that they can have someone over later in the evening with proper tools to fix it; and that in the meantime suggesting I try something in case it fixes it before they can come.  

They arrived earlier than I was expecting because of issues caused by severe weather.  Fixed it in a matter of minutes.  As friendly and professional as always and this is why I keep calling them anytime something happens.  I have their number saved and have passed it along to friends and neighbors as well.

Paul deserves more then 5 Stars, his communications was excellent right from the get go. He kept us informed about the time he would be out to install our replacement dishwasher.
Once he got here, he figured the problem out right away, we had previously 5 times people out and nobody could figure out why the dishwasher was leaking.
It took Paul 5 minutes to figure out it was a leak in the hose.

Chris came over to fix my bathroom sink after my botched attempt to change out the stopper for the sink. He fully changed out the pipes and made sure the stopper i installed was not leaking.

Called this morning to set up an appointment after noticing a water spot last evening. I had already done some work, figuring the issue was with the shower/tub upstairs. Nick G. helped me understand the different things to look for in supply vs drain related issues, identified the root cause with the drain and resolved the issue. Along the way he made sure I understood what too look for with future issues. He was exceptionally respectful and knowledgeable... I've now found my plumber for the long run. Thank you!

They were available to work quickly, and did good work. David was patient and explained not only what the issues with my plumbing were, but how they were caused.

All in all I felt like they took good care of me.

Work done was replacing a pip with a root rupturing it, cleaning a grease trap, and replacing a toilet seal.

They worked with financing partners that allowed for flexible terms that worked for me.

We recently revamped our main bathroom, installing all new floor and shower tile, a new shower door and a new vanity. We called Rescue Plumbing to have someone come by and reconnect all our pipes and install the new shower and sink fixtures, and we had a great experience. Pete and his assistant (I believe his name was Noah) came by to take a look at everything and gave us a very informative and candid assessment and explanation of what needed to be done and why. Pete made some recommendations on what sink fixtures would be good to order and they came back after we received everything and did the install. Everything turned out great and we appreciated their responsiveness and timeliness throughout the process -- we have some other plumbing projects that we need to get done and we'll definitely be using Rescue Plumbing for all of them!

Dominick was quick to get back to me and set up an appointment for Monday morning. He was right on time and had my old ejector pump removed with a new one installed in less than an hour. New pump looks and runs beautifully. I recommended him to my father who used used him a few weeks later to replace his faulty ejector pump as well.

My husband and I were out of town and our 18 and 20 year old were home alone and called to let us know water was dripping from our ceiling through our kitchen light fixture.  Pete, the owner, was recommended to me by a neighbor.  He was at our house within 2 hours, was very reassuring on the phone, diagnosed the issue quickly, was very polite to our teenage son and explained everything in detail.  He followed up with text pictures of the issue (since we were not home) and did not even charge me his trip fee!  Highly recommend.

Mike was quick to respond to my need for an urgent plumbing situation where the bathroom tub faucet would not work so the water kept flowing.  We had to turn off all the water in the house.  He arrived promptly on time, wore a mask given COVID and discovered a faulty part of the valve that was not working. He replaced it quickly and efficiently, also being guiding us in turning back the water on and explaining what the problem was.  Mike is extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. So grateful he came so quickly given the holiday week.  We were not inconvenienced for long.  I highly recommend him.

Friendly, fast and very knowledgeable.  We needed a handyman to come and re-attach our stove hood that fell off the wall the previous night.  Andrew was here the next morning and fixed it better than before.  Would definitely use him again.

Our hot water tank quit on Friday st pats day and Adam was here in 15min! George is extremely knowledgeable and is the reason Harlem Supply exists. George was never let go, he owned the business, sold it and stayed on to help teach the new owner the business.  It is very hard to help people, when they can't clearly tell you what is wrong.  It is because George's help is still needed that he came back.  The business was set up to serve plumbers primarily, but they are always willing to try and help non-plumbers.  I would give them 5 stars, but they just can't always have everything you need in stock, nor can they have all the personnel needed to immediately wait on every customers - no one can.

Dishonest company.  I have eight furnaces for my building and they solicited me for a tune-up and turned off the tenant heat, demanding money to turn it back on BEWARE!!
