When we had a plumbing problem the first time in our new house I didn't know who to call, was lucky enough to call Performance Pro Plumbers...they were fantastic- affordable and honest about repairs.
SO when we had a second problem, with a leaking toilet- we knew who to call.
Shannon was out NEXT day at no extra cost- was honest about damages, efficient and as always friendly. The leak was taken care of immediately, everything was cleaned up, as if nothing ever happened.
We live in a historic house and I have no doubt we will have future problems, but I have no doubt who to call when we do. Thank you !

Almost hit me while I was putting groceries in my car and left their vehicle in the handicap spot. It speaks for character when you have no cares for others and are driving around in an advertised company vehicle.

Martin just came and saved the day!  Had a really bad clog in my kitchen and, due to great reviews, I contact Drain and Plumbing services. Martin came and was knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly successful.

Paul was great. I had an issue with a toilet that I tried to repair and that was broken. Paul installed a new one at a good price and quickly. He is very honest and work well and fast. I will call him for any plumbing issue.

Chris came over to fix my bathroom sink after my botched attempt to change out the stopper for the sink. He fully changed out the pipes and made sure the stopper i installed was not leaking.

Not happy about that, but my tech Mike was truly a gem. Was so professional and understanding of my situation and helped ease my frustration and installed my new toilet!!!! I needed to satisfy the village code of Elmwood Park because I sold my house. I already had a membership with Larry's Plumbing, so I called for their approximate rates.  When I was told the cost would be around $800 (with the member 20% discount, mind you) at the minimum, I immediately started asking around.  Our handyman told us to call Forte Plumbing.  They're local, have a great relationship with the surrounding villages, and they couldn't be nicer people to deal with.  Best of all, they told me they could do the work for $250! When they came to do the work, it took them 4 hours.  STILL only charged me $250, even though it was certainly more work than expected.  I would have happily paid more.  I wish Forte serviced the far western suburbs -- when you find a good plumber, you should never let them go!  Thank you Carmen and Michael!

They were great! I had a gas leak and needed a plumber to fix right away to turn my gas back on. They even gave me an estimate and fixed my pipes in 1 morning. The work was great quality as well.

Got the chance to work with Burr Oak Plumbing again! We bought a 5 stage whole house water filter system from Pentair, and needed help removing our simple water softener and replacing it with the more robust whole house system.

Peter did a great job! He communicated clearly with everything that he needed to do, helped explain what things were, how he was going to set it up, helped me configure the electronics so I knew how to maintain it myself, and did some tests to ensure everything worked smoothly including ensuring our water pressured was still good!

It's been setup for a few weeks now and it's works amazing! Super grateful for his wisdom and his time and will definitely reach out if I have anything else that I need!

Had my kitchen sink back up, I did all the work in an attempt to get it unclogged myself but nope! Called Miguel at RMO, I explained it all to him and he gave me a price before he even came over, which I liked. He was courteous, on time and very professional.

The job was done quickly, and no mess. I'm sure I would've of saved a few bucks somewhere else but, it's nice you speak to someone right away, even at night, and can get it done when you need it. I would recommend!

Friendly, fast and very knowledgeable.  We needed a handyman to come and re-attach our stove hood that fell off the wall the previous night.  Andrew was here the next morning and fixed it better than before.  Would definitely use him again.

Missed appointments. Not willing to be flexible with customers on appt times. Received call days after appointment had been missed. Doesnt return calls or answer phone during business ours. Avoid this business.

Kevin and Dan did excellent work partially remodeling our master bathroom. It looks fantastic! Kevin makes well thought out recommendations based on experience and know-how as a business owner and Dan is very capable in executing the job. We look forward to having them back for further home (condo) renovations. We will definitely be recommending Welter Home Services to our friends going forward.

Tom H. tried solving the outdoor dripping faucet first with a washer - which would have saved me money.  But my 39 year old faucet wouldn't stop dripping.  It definitely needed to be replaced.  Tom explained everything and was very efficient and professional with his work.  Next time I need a new water heater or any other plumbing, I will definitely be calling Armbrust. I don't like bog box stores. Roaming the aisles for hours trying to find the one employee that is both present and in possession of a brain. I like finding the good supply houses and dealing with them. My last job was a replacement of an ejector pump at my dad's house. Not a rosey job by any stretch of the imagination, but it's the sort of thing that is nice when you get it done. When I walked into Harlem Plumbing I made it clear. I don't want lousy china crap that breaks in three days. The folks behind the counter knew precisely what I was talking about. They did a fantastic job. I had my list, I knew what I needed, I knew the calculations, head loss, applicable codes....but they were ready to help and had some great advice and stories. In modern times, the word expert is now exclusively used to describe talking idiots on TV, I must say that the folks at harlem plumbing are master tradesmen (and women?). They also have a good throughflow of top notch local plumbers. There was nothing intimidating or condescending about the interaction. the folks were prompt, professional, friendly. Where the smart one at the big box store watches a 30 minute youtube video as training, these folks had been in the trade all of their lives. I left absolutely certain that I had the right stuff and the job would be done right. I can't say that for the happy, shiny, lucky, golden store brands at the big box stores. That experience is more along the lines of god, I hope this crap works. Harlem Plumbing is a solid local supply house with great people. I can't say it enough. Rock on Harlem Plumbing! Please don't stop or sell out to the corporate pukes. The service you provide is much needed and appreciated.

Dishonest company.  I have eight furnaces for my building and they solicited me for a tune-up and turned off the tenant heat, demanding money to turn it back on BEWARE!!
