I live in an old building in Chicago and the fact that Jaryd was even willing to make the trip out to the city in an emergency situation earns 5 stars by itself. Jaryd provided a free estimate and was even able to change around his schedule to come the next day and complete the job. He worked for SEVEN hours replacing the most disgusting rotted pipe underneath the concrete in our building without any damage to surrounding structures, rodded, jetted, installed a clean out and repaved the cement all by himself because the rest of his staff were already on other jobs. Not to mention, he completed the job at HALF of what a city plumber quoted us. I am extremely satisfied with the service and will be using JC Plumbing as our go to for all future work.
Jaryd has been a huge help as we have been working to redo all our plumbing in the house. He is knowledgeable, has great employees who work for him & will show up at 5pm if needed. He stays until the job is done and takes pride in what he does.
Jaryd is a pleasure to work with, kind, respectful and considerate. I wouldn't use anyone else.
I needed some repair work done quickly and Jaryd was very responsive (actually the first plumber on Yelp to respond to my request) and prompt. He made sure to get the job done before we had to leave for our trip. The original price he quoted was competitive and when, due to unforeseen circumstances, he had to do additional work, he handled that fairly. I would use JC Plumbing again.

Jaryd did excellent work for us. He really helped us out by fixing a seepage problem from our condo's drain stack (caused by a breach in a 100-year-old deteriorated cast iron pipe). He put in extra effort and went out of his way to make sure that everything was fixed properly, and charged us a very fair and reasonable price. Thank you so much!
Jaryd was fast to respond, honest, and priced fairly. We are very happy with the work he did and really appreciated the fact that he was honest about what we needed and, most importantly, did not need. He also had a great sense of humor, which made it much easier to discuss plumbing issues that I know nothing about. I will definitely use Jc plumbing in the future!

Staying at my parents house in Inverness. Old house, and we ended up with toilet issues with water backing up and flowing through the downstairs ceiling. Jaryd squeezed us in to come over and check it out. Old pipes, terrible toilet, and within 24 hours we had better flow and a brand new toilet installed. Very fair pricing, excellent analysis and work, and we are very grateful and happy! Thanks to JC Plumbing for being there and responding so quickly and handling this for us!

Had a drainage issue in the utility room and they came out promptly to diagnose and fix immediately. Very professional and quick to solve the issue. Will be using them again in the spring for a few other issues I need to resolve.
JC Plumbing did a great job. I had two faucets that needed installation, and they did it really quickly. Nice, clean work and everything is working well. They were a few minutes later than the agreed start time, but they called to let me know they were running late and came within the adjusted time frame they provided. I will definitely be calling JC Plumbing again!

Used JC to repair our running toilet. I gave 5 stars because JC was very knowledgeable, prompt , efficient and affordable. He gave us options depending on our budget. I highly recommend him.
They came same day and didn't try to upswell anything. Told us our equipment was in great shape. Very nice and professional.
Jaryd fixed my loud sump pump and busted shower pipe behind a wall. He's very knowledgeable, explained the issue and seemed to enjoy his job, which made me feel comfortable.
Also his pricing was fair. I got 3 quotes and 3 other companies refused to quote unless I committed to let them fix the sump pump issue while they were there. Jaryd provided a free quote on both issues, won my business with his friendliness, fixed everything in 4 hours, and cleaned up everything.

I had Jaryd and Sam give me a quote on remodeling two of my bathrooms in order to get the best price. I got many other quotes and they were by far the best quote with the best quality service. I ended up using them and they finished before time and gave me such modern, elegant bathrooms! Additionally, I've used Jaryd for a few odds and ends, including plumbing jobs and carpentry work. 12/10 would recommend and will continue to use!

JC plumbing is awesome value and responsive to your urgent plumbing issues! They came out same day, gave me the most competitive quote, and made themselves available when they were already backed up. Unfortunately timing did not work out, but I will be reaching out next time again!!! They do not charge to give you a quote or an initial assessment (some companies do and be wary of those). This company is completely trustworthy. They came in early to help us with a kitchen sink backup. They were able to fix the problem. I have young children and they were very polite and courteous around the kids.

Jaryd and his team showed up on site with materials already purchased so that the entire process went by much faster than a traditional job. Needed a plumber to do a ton of work after I purchased my new home . Jaryd is as good as it gets ! He literally took care of everything from start to finish . Installed a new water filtration system , new water heater , new toilets , and so much more . I will never use another plumber again ! He is the man !
Probably the best service I've received from a plumbing service in my 15 years as a homeowner. I had a kitchen sink that continued to back up every 6 months. Normally I would have a plumber come over and rod the drain. JC actually took the time to diagnose the problem, determine the pitch in the PVC was bad, and repaired it for less than what I've paid for rods. He was responsive and the price was very fair. This is why these guys maintain five stars and will continue to be successful. BIG thanks to The owner Jaryd and Sam for running an honest business. Highly highly recommend.

I don't know what I said wrong, but, I never experienced such condescension from a professional. It started with a simple phone call just to ask when his estimated time of arrival was going to be. That is where the condescension began. I brushed it off. However, when he came into my house, it continued when I asked him simple questions like, will this project be completed today?
I cannot recommend this company if this person represents the company.
This was our first time using Jc Plumbing and it was a fantastic experience. Jaryd was responsive, on time, honest and thorough. He was able to get hard to find parts to repair our shower handle, quickly cleared all drain lines and did an excellent job installing two replacement vent fans. He jumped right in to the projects and never wasted time.
His customer service is exemplary and we will not hesitate to use him again for any plumbing needs we have! We finally found our guy for all things plumbing!!

Had Jaryd work on some stuff the inspector found in the home report - the primary thing being re-doing the plumbing under the kitchen sink. Him and his co-worker were great and worked around my inconvenient schedule to get the job done. Will definitely use JC Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs.
Had a cracked cast iron pipe leaking in my basement from a powder room bathroom upstairs called Jaryd on a Wednesday afternoon after 1:30pm he returned my call promptly and from photos I sent he said he could fit me in late Thursday around 4pm. Jaryd and his partner Sam called ahead arrived 15 minutes before 4pm and had a tight tough ceiling repair done by 7pm with no leaks, no mess, and for me peace of mind the job is done. Jaryd and Sam were knowledgeable, polite, courteous and a pleasure to deal with as I knew it was a long day for them being that they had to work late. These guys will be my go to plumbers for future jobs! Thanks guys!

I had serious problems with my sump, and wanted a pump with battery backup.
JC Plumbing came in at a very reasonable price, and he was on time, and did an exemplary job.
Now that we're turning into Waterworld, I also had him run the ejector out through the yard down to the storm drain between lots, thus mitigating the excess water in my back yard which was creating a duck pond.
Jaryd is a great plumber, and will be my go-to guy for all my plumbing needs in the future.

Helpful service on a simple toilet fix that we needed a quick turnaround on! Explained what they were doing; friendly and accommodating to our schedule.
If we could give 10 stars I would--Jared and Sam were terrific! Our powder room toilet was leaking at the base and into the basement, and we could not wait for anyone else who was all booked. Jared and Sam came over within 30 minutes, fixed the leak and made everything work perfectly. Fair pricing for emergency service, and best of all I like using privately owned businesses like his. If you have a plumbing problem don't call around--call Jared and he will take care of you quickly, professionally, and without making you feel like you were getting gouged on the price.
Jaryd and his team have been super responsive, knowledgeable and thorough. He is very fair in his pricing and definitely provides good value. Having just moved into a new home, it gives me great peace of mind to know a reliable and responsive local plumber like Jayrd. I would absolutely recommend JC Plumbing.

Hiring Jaryd is by far the best home improvement decision I have made to date. My husband and I just bought our first home and experienced a sump pump failure, broken refrigerator water line, and leaky sinks all within the first three weeks of moving in. I was at my parents house for the holidays, and of course the day before our extended family arrived, the pipes in our laundry room burst. Jaryd was the first plumber available over the holidays and wow what a lucky find. He was fast, responsive, and even in the holiday emergency situation at the worst of times for service availability, he even negotiated a very good price with us. Do yourself a favor and don't look anywhere else and use Jaryd from JC Plumbing! We were doing some work on our kitchen and found out really last minute (the week before Thanksgiving) that we needed some plumbing work done and I am so happy we went with JC Plumbing. Jaryd was on time, really reasonably priced and did a great job! We needed him to disconnect the plumbing on three sinks, install a a new sink and reconnect the plumbing on all three and adjust something else to get our garbage disposal to fit. I will use him for all of our plumbing needs going forward!
Our kitchen sink was leaking and I called Jaryd based on a facebook recommendation. Jaryd was able to come the next day and replace my garbage disposal. Very fair pricing and quick and quality service. Will def call Jaryd again for any plumbing need. Thank you!!

Had to replace two faucets, one indoor and other one was outdoor. Jaryd did a very clean and smooth job at reasonable price and in timely manner.Patio faucet replacement was tricky ,but work was done very professionally within 2 hrs without any hastles, all parts were arranged by himself.

I don't know where to even begin, but Jaryd is an absolutely amazing professional. He is timely, explains everything he's working on in detail, fair when it comes to pricing, passionate about his work, and quite frankly, we're very lucky to have found him to fix our plumbing needs. My husband and I purchased a home in late December and were slow to move in given the holidays. When we actually moved in in late Jan we discovered that there were several issues with our plumbing, so we called Jaryd and he was able to point out, and carefully explain what several of those problems were. He also went above and beyond to outline in writing all the action he was taking, similar to an affidavit in case this was needed for litigation. I don't do Yelp reviews very often, but Jaryd from JC Plumbing easily earned this excellent review given the level of customer service her provides. He comes highly recommended and will be our go to plumbing guy when we need him.

Was recommended JC by my brother in law and I am absolutely amazed at the customer service I received; I feel like I would be doing an injustice if I didn't put this out there. We had a leak in our ceiling and couldn't figure out where it was coming from. I called JC with modest expectations but I was surprised for them to tell me they'd be here in only 45 minutes to an hour and they were true to their word. They figured out the leak was coming from an opening in our upstairs bathtub. They were prepared and didn't even have to come back with new supplies. They fixed the problem very quickly and were extremely helpful. Super nice and honest, which I really appreciated considering other experiences I've had in the past with other companies. Their prices were excellent as well. I will never use services from any other company for as long as I'm living up here. Oh and not to mention they were very handsome!
