We recently had some plumbing work done by the American Drain Company to fix a cracked drain pipe. I'm extremely impressed with the level of service and expertise provided by Tim, Alex, and the rest of their team. They were all very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.
They had to dig a trench next to my house and replace three large sections of the pipe. The pipe was cracked in several locations due to root invasion.
Somehow, they caused no damage to my yard during the work. They took great care to ensure that my landscaping was protected and returned it looking better than before they arrived.
The final cost of the work was also very reasonable and fair.
Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with the work that was done by the American Drain Company, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services.

American Drain did a terrific job repairing and replacing our damaged area drains. We had severely clogged area drains in our backyard and the heavy rains were causing muddy water to back up into the pool. Tim's guys came out and dug up 100 feet of old pipe, replaced it with new pipe and drains, and hooked up our rain gutters as a bonus! They did it all in two days and you can't even tell anything was done. Amazing. Best of all, they did it for about 40% less than the other (big plumbing) company was going to charge. We could not be happier.

If you have trees and big bushes planted next to your sewer line or lawn drains you will eventually have roots in the lines. We did and called American Drain Company. After experiencing their expertise, diligence and concern for fixing the problem in the most economical way, we can highly recommend American Drain Company. Tim really has a lot of experience and the right tools to locate the problem(s) including camera detection to pin point pipe clogs. He and his crew showed up on time, worked hard, kept us informed of what needed to be done and how they would fix the problem in the most cost effective way.
This was a two day job and we were not inconvenienced for more than an hour or so at a time during the whole process. They were especially careful of our property  and landscaping. as they worked. When they were done my wife commented that you couldn't tell that they had even been there.
And they guaranteed their work for 10 years.
We have some more work to be done and we will call American Drain in Simi Valley first.

Our patio and yard drains were clogged with so much stuff. Called up American Drain Company and Tim who answered was great to talk to and decided to set up an appointment with him. Showed up on time and took a look, he suggested that we go ahead and do hydro jetting to unclog the backed up drains, which we ended up doing. I was new to the idea of hydro jetting because I never heard of it before but he explained exactly how the process was going to play out! It wasn't easy but they were patient and got it repaired. Blessed to have found Tim and crew, they are a great.

We've had major issues with our landscape drains since we moved in a couple of years ago. I've had a couple other local plumbing outfits to work on plumbing and landscape drain issues, both of which were overpriced and did mediocre work. Tim came out to clean the drain, ran the camera (without having to ask), and used his finder tool to determine the exact locations and lengths of two breaks in pipes. He was on time, easy to deal with, his quote was very reasonable, and his team had a pretty big job done right in two days. I recommended them to my parents for a job, and they were happy too. I can not fully express how much my family and I appreciate the work done by Tim and his company. My in-laws have had problems with their drains for years and the time had come to make a definitive repair. The owner, Tim, came himself to see what was wrong. Of all the plumbers were met with, he was the only one who took the time to use the scope and examine the pipes. He also spent a great deal of time explaining what was wrong, the possible options, and what the work would involve. Tim and his crew did an amazing job in my back yard. All my drains were clogged due to tree roots and part of my cement patio had to be dug up. The workers arrived on time every morning - it was a four day job. They left after cleaning up every night, and fixed the problem. OMG Alex and his guys were the bomb!!! We had an awesome experience with Tim. I called at 8:45am expecting to leave a message, but Tim answered after the first ring! To make things even better, he was here and FINISHED the job within an hour! I had a toilet giving off a sewage smell and after checking the pipes everything looked clear, however Tim used his instincts and kept at it and found a blockage that was likely a toy (thanks kids). Hopefully we don't have to call Tim any time soon, but if we do have any more drain issues I'm glad I have a guy!

Tim is very professional and courteous. His supervisor, Alex, knows exactly how to do the seemingly impossible. The main sewer line needed to be replaced. He pulled a new ABS line as it replaced the old broken clay sewer line. This was accomplished by digging a hole at the main sewer clean out by the house and another by the street (at a depth of about 7') and pulling the new line, replacing the old by means of a winch. I also had to replace the cast iron sewer line that ran under the concrete slab from a bathroom in the back of the house to the main sewer line by resleeving a new line inside the old.  Tim and his crew showed up on time and cleaned up after each day. He took photos of the work and was instrumental in submitting a claim to my insurance company. They decided in my favor. I could not have done it without Tim. I highly recommend Tim and his American Drain Company for your plumbing and sewer problems. They are truly miracle workers. Thank you, Tim, Alex and crew, for an excellent job!

Our bathtub had stopped draining and our toilet was flooding. I'm so happy we found american drain company! Tim and Cody came out and flushed our main line and solved the problem in 30 minutes. This company is professional, honest and skilled.  Being a family owned business they don't charge the extreme prices bigger companies do to cover their overhead.  The communication is great and they did what was contracted and in the time frame they promised.  Will definitely use again!!

Glad I found them! We needed a complete drain replacement in our 1960s home in Thousand Oaks. The project required trenchless / pipe bursting drain replacement. I called Tim and he answered right away. We had a brief chat, he came out to the house, looked at the project and gave me a verbal bid followed up with a written estimate. I thought the price was very reasonable considering the scope of the work. We scheduled a start date and the work began. Their crew is extremely professional, neat and clean. You can tell they do this all the time. Did a great job and helped me identify some issues that needed to be addressed in my sewer inspection.

Our 1960s era home in Thousand Oaks was in need of a new sewer line to replace the 'orangeburg' pipe section from the middle of the front yard to the street. We also asked to add a clean-out at the front of the house.

Brandon and Tim went above and beyond the task, catching that there was additional corrosion to cast-iron pipes under the house. They were more than happy to meet me in the morning before work, run a camera through the pipe, and let me see for myself the additional damage. Their proposed fix (an epoxy sleeve) was very reasonably priced, as was all of their work.

I was extremely impressed with their ability to replace the landscaping in the front yard after significant excavation as well.

Overall, highly recommended.

Excellent!!  Courteous, knowledgeable, quick response, and very professional. Tim and his team did an exceptional job at our house. Tim first ran a camera line and showed me the problem and issues with my old waste line. His crew spent a day and half digging two holes at both ends of our property and inserted a new waste line pipe. We were only down for about 1 1/2 hrs. They covered up the holes and put caution tape around the areas when the finished the dig after the first day. They also hydro- jetted surface drains. Tim's crew did a great job in cleaning up after their work and carefully replaced the sod.  Couldn't be happier. Thanks!!!

It had been three years since we last cleaned our sewage clean-outs and the lines from our two bathrooms to the main sewage line at the street. Upon perusing reviews of plumbers on Angie's List and on Yelp to find a reputable plumber to do the work, we decided on American Drain Company based on great reviews. In fact I'm usually leery of  overly stellar reviews based on past experience purchasing products with bogus reviews on Amazon.  But this company passed the review reliability check using a couple of review reliability programs, Fakespot and Metareview.

Tim and Jessie did a great job cleaning the cleanouts and then addressing another problem with one of our toilets that was making harsh sounding rumbling noises when we flushed it.

Tim and Jessie did an excellent job on both tasks. In the process they discovered a more general problem with our pipe system, in particular with respect to our sprinkler system.

Upon addressing the sprinkler system issue effectively, they discovered that there was an ongoing leak from our main water line that went from the front of our house to the street; It turns out it was leaking for what could have been about several months because it was 30 years old, made of galvanized steel, and had holes in it. They recommended replacing it with new copper piping. We took their suggestion and they charged a very reasonable price to do the work

The bottom line is they did a great job on every piece of work that they did. They are top-notch! They're very knowledgeable, careful in diagnosing the problem, were very patient in determining the best way to deal with the problem and were very conscientious in completing the work. They also very quickly helped us to avert a more serious emergency by extemporaneously installing a stopgap-measure pipe to prevent more serious leaking, before deciding on a more permanent solution.

Everything was priced reasonably and they were patient and very accommodating in the way we wanted to manage the payment.

I highly recommend these guys! We feel lucky to have discovered such a respectable company to address our plumbing needs. We will go to them in the future!

I contacted American Drain because of their numerous 5 star Yelp ratings.  My deck drains were draining slowly and I was concerned about broken pipes and root intrusion.  Tim Braden and Alex, the supervisor for the work crew, showed up on time for the appointment.  Tim and Alex used their camera equipment to show me that the pipes beneath my decks were broken and were obstructed by many roots.  I elected to have 180 ft. of the pipes replaced with high quality, high strength, abs pipe (very thick material) that they use.  Since the job also involved saw-cutting the deck and removing, cut concrete and excess dirt. I had they install brick where the cement was replaced (they do this too).  

I am very pleased with the quality and price of the work that was performed.  Tim and Alex kept me fully informed of what they were doing as the work progressed.  Alex and his demolition and installation crew were excellent.  They arrived on time and showed up every day (all day) until the work was completed.  They tested the pipes they were installing as the work progressed to make sure they drained properly.  All of the pipes were sealed to prevent leakage and the possibility of roots intruding again.  They provided advice on how to maintain the water flow and how to prevent the potential for any difficulties down the road (this requires minimal effort).  And, the crew kept the work area extremely neat, clean, and organized as they did the work.  The crew were very nice and friendly men.  They disposed of all of the concrete that was removed as well as the excess dirt.  The completed area was left in a very clean condition.

I highly recommend Tim, Alex, and his crew (and American Drain Co.)  for anyone considering this kind of work.  They are high quality professionals who are experts in this area that involves problem identification, resolution, construction and maintenance.  I am confident they can fix any problem.  You will receive expert recommendations and a fair price for the work performed.  I am very glad I chose them and will use them again when needed.

Great communication,  on time, clean, professional!    Had a worn out pipe from the kitchen to the main that kept clogging.   After jetting and scoping the line we were shown pictures of the wear in the pipe.   We decided to replace the pipe.   This was no small project as the pipe needed to run out of the kitchen and under the patio.  Tim and Alex saw to it the job was done in a timely and neat manner.   They laid custom brickwork to match our patio, repaired the stucco where the wall meets the patio along the whole run and painted to match.   Looks better than before the project.   A few days later our main clogged from the house to the street.  They came back out the same day and hydro jetted and scoped the line at no charge.   Awesome!   Great upstanding guys!

So, as a homeowner what is one call we all dread making? Well, a call to the plumber of course! Woke up to find the kitchen sink not draining correctly. After trying all the stuff I normally do I surrendered to the depths of the sink and had to find a plumber... so, as a Yelper I turned to yelp to help me find a trustworthy plumber that wouldn't rob me blind... I threw out several Inquiries but these guys responded quickly and gave me an estimate before they showed up. Tim & Brandon arrived at the agreed upon time. On time, clean (shoe protectors donned on entering the house) honest-were able to unplug our kitchen drain without any equipment. Even worked to clear calcification from our kitchen fixture to improve water pressure flow & did not charge for the visit- amazing & unheard of in this day& age!  Truly impressed with the integrity of this business! I highly encourage you to call them if you're in need of these types of services!

WOW!!! That's the first word that came to my mind after two amazing guys, Tim and Cody, left me in awe after they examined my shower drain in the master bathroom of my home and advised me that everything was fine.  Tim recommended just pouring a cup of distilled white vinegar to freshen the drain a bit.  But what truly made this experience a special one for me is that Tim (who is the owner of this wonderful American Drain Co.) did not charge me for this service.  I was about to hand him my credit card and Tim politely told me there is no charge for the visit.  So you can understand why my reaction was WOW!!!

I want to recommend Tim Bradon and American Drain Company. We recently had to have some major plumbing work done at our home and the entire team was amazing. Our poor old house has a history of plumbing issues and we have had many plumbing companies in over the yeas. While they were all good, Tim and ADC were far superior!  They replaced the main from the house to the street. They were fast (we were only without water for about an hour or so) and the front yard looks exactly like it did when they started. You can't even tell they were there!

We all know the term you get what you pay for, and this is the case with hydro-jetting by American Drain Co. Tim & Brandon care about their work.  I must first say that I am an active builder for 48 years, so I do have some knowledge and experience in how to do things properly.  I am doing mostly construction management now, guiding owners on how to properly build their projects.  Technology has advanced significantly over the years, and using a Hydro-jet to clean your area drains is (in my opinion) the ONLY way to properly diagnose, clean & repair your area drain and sewer systems.   Most Plumbing subcontractors do NOT specialize in exterior area drain cleaning, but they might have a drain snake on their service truck. This does not mean they know how to deal with area drain or sewer drain line stoppages.  Everyone has their specialty, and these guys have the specialty of cleaning and replacing drain lines, period!  
This was my 3rd attempt to try to clear my area drain systems before having to jackhammer my patio to try to clear my drains, which I did not want to do.  You should know that not all hardscape contractors have their area drain systems permitted or inspected, as these systems are not required as long as your yard is graded and capable of draining over the surface.  However, often homeowners of new homes will opt to have their Landscape and Hardscape subcontractors install their hardscape with below grade area drainage systems, and the majority of these systems are installed in the past using inferior products which cause major problems in the future.  Until about 20 years ago, the common method was to use a slip fitting type drainage pipe with tight corner fittings (not sewer drain fittings), which work fine for area drains until you have a stoppage.   Since their joints are not glued, they often get roots in them, which grow and block the pipe, preventing it from draining. Then try to clear that stoppage with a snake, and I wish you good luck.  The best method for all drain installations, and the one which I have used over the past 20+ years is to use normal sewer drain fittings and glued pipe (ABS or SDR-35), and make sure that all fittings are sweeps, and not tight 90 degree turns, as snakes cannot get by these turns.  So, as you would guess, my home of 22 years (which I did NOT install the drains in) is about 29 years old, and the contractor who installed these drains used the old fashioned drains with tight turn fittings and no glued joints.  Needless to say, after 2 previous attempts to clear my stoppages myself, I finally called these 2 guys to Hydro-flush my drains, based on their Yelp rating.  They arrived together, both the owners of this company, with the intent of resolving my stoppage issues.  This is unheard of in the new construction industry, and these 2 guys do NOT mess around.  Also know that I seldom ever call someone I don't know, as I work in the building industry.  But I found these guys on Yelp, as I knew I needed a hydro-wash specialist, and I liked the comments on their reviews, so I gave it a shot.  
They arrived on time, 2 owners, a relatively new truck, new equipment, and extremely efficient from the moment they came out of their truck.  Within 4 minutes they were working on my drains with a camera and ready to flush out my drains.  They succeeded in flushing out both of my area drain systems within a matter of about 1-1/4 hours, and my systems were clear and ready for the winter rain!  They ran into some obstructions in each of my drains, and after several attempts they managed to break through the stoppages!  I am extremely grateful to Tim & Brandon, as I do NOT need to jackhammer up my patio just to clear a drain stoppage!   Also, if you are installing new drains around your home, and you want it done the right way, then I would recommend these guys as a great choice. They know what they are doing, and they were fair with me.  What else can you ask for?....

Woke up to a backed up shower drain Saturday morning. Called Tim and he came out in less than 45 minutes from the time I called! Tim was extremely professional, very nice, works fast, and made sure to clean up everything before he left! I'd definitely recommend using these guys for any drain or plumbing needs. I know I'll be a customer for life after today!

10 years after my remodel the sinks in my kitchen backed up badly. Called Brandon and he Hydro jetted the line, then put his camera down and showed me the problem areas. Left me a video of possible problem areas. The video showed the line now clean as a whistle, hopefully good for another 10 years. Very polite and professional, I recommend him.

I called three companies this morning to take care of what turned out to be simple kitchen sink clog ... only American Drain Co. was the first and only company to call and be there right away perfectly on time .... talk about good service , very professional, and straight to the point !!

Called these guys in an emergency in which my water heater was leaking. They showed the very next morning, new water heater in hand, and got my back up and running ASAP. Their price for the new water heater and labor was 26% less than another quote I had gotten! It's hard to find trust worthy contractors, but I am so glad I came across ADC and plan to confidently use them for all my future plumbing needs, both for personal and business!

So, we all know how hard it is to find honest contractors right? Sorry, I didn't come up with this all by myself, it's why YELP is so successful. Whenever you make a call to a random contractor for any service (plumbing, electrical, yard work, roofing, etc...) you just pray to whatever higher power you believe in that the people who show up are 1. Capable and 2. HONEST. Well, look no further with American Drain Company. Now, in the interest of full disclosure, they weren't totally random as a friend of mine had used them and recommended them but they are probably going to be for you. I had a couple of problems going on at once. First, I figured my garbage disposal was broken and we needed a new one. Second, my shower was leaking and water wasn't getting to my toilet and third (already sounding like a HUGE job right) my pool house wasn't getting water to IT either and there was a small leak underneath.

I called two other companies from here who will remain nameless (but have a *large* positive feedback) and they BOTH flaked on me. I was already just fed up with the job before it started. My friend recommended Brandon and even though it was short notice on a Friday afternoon, he came the next business day. As soon as I met Brandon and his business partner Tim I was immediately at ease. These are two of the nicest guys that I've met. My son left a bucket of water in the front yard that had amassed hundreds of mosquitoes and the first thing they said after shaking my hand was ya might want to take care of that lol and showed me exactly what to do. Next, they were on to the first job. Within 2 seconds Brandon told me that the garbage disposal was *stuck* not broken and there would be no need to charge me for a disposal that it was actually just a quick fix. Someone had got glass stuck in there and the safety mechanism had kicked on (who knew). It took a bit of effort and some small tools to get it all together but ultimately it was a much easier fix than replacing the whole thing. Thanks for being honest because really I had no clue either way.

Next was the upstairs bathroom issue, the guys did a thorough investigation going back and forth with each other about the least costly way of fixing the problem and returned with two solutions for us. The less expensive way and then offered to deduct that from the slightly more expensive way if for some reason that didn't work. Awesome! Last was the back house. This was my biggest concern because the water was completely not working and I thought there was an issue with the line. Nope. There was a valve that we weren't aware of that was shut off. Took 1 second and they had a reasonable fix for the leak. That was it. They charged me a VERY minimal amount for coming through last minute and checking out all of these issues and will return to fix up what wasn't done immediately. Now, you may think well you were the one that didn't know these were easy fixes and YES that's the point. They could have easily gotten over on me and charged crazy fees to fix it all and I would have been none the wiser. Yes, I would have gotten a second opinion but I didn't have to go through all of that. Plus, personality wise these guys were super cool. You'll definitely want to get a beer or three with them when the work is done. A+++ 6 STAR COMPANY!!

I recommend American Drain Co.  Tim and his team are professionals.  I can home from work to brown water coming from my shower. I called American Drain at 7pm and left a msg. 10 min later Tim called and offered to come out for a free inspection first thing the next morning.  He showed me step by step the broken pipes that need repair.  Tim repair the damage and left my yard cleaner than it was before he started. His team was on time and really knew what they were doing. Thanks for working with me on the price.  Additional plumbing work is needed and when I'm ready it will be American Drain Co that I call.  Trust is a big deal and I trust Tim and his crew.  Thanks again

This is my first YELP review.... this  company did work on the house we rent last tear and I was bummed they needed to did up my small vegetable garden to fix some  lines.  when I came home that night I was stunned to find that they had re-planted my 3 tomatoe bushes and  3 peppers  they had to dig up.   I never expected that and I think it was exceptional customer service.   and the plumbing work they did was great too. I highly regimen this company.

Brandon and his team were absolutely amazing! Responded within ten minutes to inquire about a major issue and were extremely flexible with setting up days and times to repair. Very communicative and were happy to send photos and updates of a job that took a few days to complete.

We had an outdoor drain (the one that collected all the down spout rain along with the drains in the tiled areas) stop working which resulted in 5 inches of water in the atrium area that drained out through the garage. Now there's going to be another storm tonight bringing much more rain than last night! We put in a call to ADC. Tim and Brandon returned my call in 20 minutes and showed up in 10 minutes and had the drain unplugged about another 10 minutes after that. When I asked about settling up, they were in a hurry to get to their next call and said, You know what? We'll call it good. Please tell your friends about us. Say what? What alternate universe am I suddenly in?! Anyway, thanks guys. We'll sleep better tonight and definitely tell our friend about ADC

American Drain was able to come out the same day I called for a clogged kitchen/laundry drain.  I'm horrible with names but two guys came by who were both very friendly and professional.  I knew there was something bigger going on as the drain clogs fairly often.  They were able to show me what the problem was with a camera and without trying to sell me on anything they let me know what options I had to deal with it.  Great company, will use them from now on for any plumbing issues.

Nice guys. Arrived on time, jetted out my drain and gave me some good advice on how to  get some upstream fixes done economically. I'd use them again for sure.

Tim the owner and Alex and his crew did a magnificent job on rerouting my kitchen line and adding a clean out in front of my yard.  Unfortunately, Tim discovered my sewer line needed to be replaced as well.  He showed me with his camera how bad it was.  It was almost completely blocked, broken at some instances and saw root intrusions.  That was why my toilets where not flushing right. Although it ended up costing much more than we expected with the original job of rerouting the kitchen line, we were glad we did it with this company.  I originally contacted the plumbing company we usually goto, but we did not like how they would have done the job.  They would not have done trenchless pipes.  Instead would have to break my driveway to lay the pipes and break though my bathroom floors to install the new sewer line.  Alex the foreman, and his crew went the extra mile and dug at least a 5-6-foot hole and tunnel 7 feet under my concrete foundation to get to both of my bathrooms to install the trenchless sewer line underneath the foundation to the main sewer line in the street.  The only time they came into my house was to install 2 new toilets (thank you for both of them by the way :)).  After the job was done, they did an excellent job at making sure to leave my house looking like they were never there and providing us with as little of an inconvenience as possible.  They did great job of putting back the grass where they dug out the trench on my lawn in which Alex watered every day to keep it alive.  Tim thank you for giving us the confidence with choosing your company and Alex for going above and beyond what others would not do.  We will recommend this company to others.

We had a plugged toilet.  Tim came out within 30 min.  Very professional and super nice.  The job was done quickly.  He even cleaned the toilet when he was done.  I highly recommend ADC.  He has a new happy customer for all my drain  and plumbing needs.

Had a random stoppage on my kitchen drain and called a big name company payed 69$ but got pressured by a sales man after his arrival ,to replace everything under my home , not cool . I Called American drain co . And had a fella named Tim and his partner come buy pennies to the dollar to get this resolved .. thanks guys !!!!!

These guys did a great job for us. They were very knowledgeable and explained everything we didn't understand about roots in drains. Their prices were reasonable I would recommend them to anyone.

ADC was called for a drain problem with my wash machine. They responded quickly. They snaked the drain pipe and discovered a sandy residue . They brought in the camera to look at the line and found that the galvanized drain pipe for the wash machine and kitchen sink/dishwasher was rusted through and corroded in several spots down the line. They did not use the hydro pressure as they thought this would only make the problem worse. Tim and Brandon, owners, sat down with me and explained the problem and the options available to me. After much discussion I asked the to provide me an estimate for a complete re-pipe, rerouting the line. They did. I told them I needed to think about it. I called other plumbers who came out. I was very concerned with several of them. Most were unwilling to provide me with options and only wanted to do it their way without discussion and provided an estimate. There was one who did have an option, but was unable to describe the work to me in layman terms.

I decide to go with ACI as I was comfortable with the options and estimate I received from Tim and Brandon. Work was scheduled and began on schedule. The installation foreman was Alex. He and his crew of 5-6 were very hard working and courteous. Alex was very professional and kept me informed of their work plan on a daily basis. He even changed his schedule for a day in the middle of the job to accommodate my need to use the house one day without plumbing activity.
The job was expanded to include a complete drain replacement as the bathrooms main drain was found to be in the same condition. Each day the house was picked up and cleared  ,leaving no mess to deal with each night.

All work was completed on schedule and on cost estimate.

I would recommend ACI to anyone. Really appreciated the professionalism and the ability to communicate.

We had no idea we had a broken sewer pipe and with further inspection found out we also had a sinking sewer pipe!!!  We had our sewer line installed 20 years ago.  Brandon and Tim along with their team were just amazing in digging on both sides of our brick walkway. They removed our rose bushes and boxwood and planted them in buckets so they could be put back in place when plumbing was finished. The whole job took a few days and we were very happy with the results. You would never know our yard had 3 (8 x 4ft) holes as they put everything back just as they had found it.  I would highly recommend this company!

These guys are awesome! Being in the industry I know how many low class plumbers that are out there... Tim and Brandon were the heroes of the heroes! Had a big project in Simi valley that I couldnt get done without some help, these guys came out in a white truck and made my company look good! They had all the right equipment and a cool monitor I was able to have my customer which was in Vegas seeing exactly what was on there screen (really cool app they have). They helped so much, jetted the lines in the house out for me even had the extra guys I needed to finish the very large dig we had going on. Very affordable and made us look more professional then we already do. I will recommend them to every plumber I know, if you need some big guns on the job these guys are it. Didnt try to steal my customers and acted like they worked with me the whole time. If your a fellow contractor American Drain Company comes highly recommended in my book, and they didnt cost me an arm and a leg. I would have given them 10 stars if I could and I am sure the way they treated there fellow contractor tells me all there residential/commercial customers have found there plumber for life!

What can really test a contractor is when they face a drain line challenge and won't give up until it's fixed right. My job involved repairing sixty plus feet of damaged, root and mud clogged, six inch drain line which ran under some mature and irreplaceable landscape in space restricted area next to my driveway. Brandon and Tim assessed the situation and give me several options with the best choice going to replacing the entire line...no easy chore for a six-inch pipe install. Despite several days of constant rain, tree roots, interfering irrigation lines, and a constant three gallons​/minute water flow from a natural spring, the crew from ADC got it done...and cleaned up too. I'd like to personally thank  Brandon, Tim, Eric, Bryce, Grant and the rest of the onsite crew for their devotion to the job and customer satisfaction. For such a highly difficult job, this is the company to call for drain repair and hydro jetting.

We called ADC when our storm drains backed up after the recent fires. They arrived when they said they would to investigate the problem. When the job turned out to be a lot larger than what we originally thought, the guys were amazing finding solutions that worked within budget limitations. They actually went above and beyond what they committed to. I normally do not do reviews, but I had to for these guys. I cannot say enough good things about them! If you have any issues with your plumbing, gives these guys a call, they will take good care of you. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.

My husband found this company on Yelp and we hired them due to the positive reviews we read about them.  Brandon and Tim came out the next day and assessed the cause of our drainage problems.  The whole crew was professional, worked hard and cleaned up each day after they were done for the day.  We ended up having major repiping work, but we felt that Brandon and Tim were being honest with us, and they had  videos to show us the causes of our problems and the work that needed to be done.  Although we hope we will only need to call them out for maintenance work, if we run into any issues in the future, we would not hesitate to call them again.

I have not felt the need to write a yelp review in a while.But because of the service i received at American Drain Company I had to let others know.The service was unbelievable! Brandon was honest and straight forward with me what i REALLY needed and did not try to up sell me.Also his complete understanding of my unique financial situation was a rare and compassionate thing to find these days.He went out of his way to due a few extras for me because my Dogs were in a hazardous situation because of the drain in there area and he was concerned for there well being as was i.The problem was i could not afford to due all my drains,A dog lover to boot! Thank god! Lets talk about my main issue,Which was the clogged drain by my sun room by my pool,during the last big rain the room flooded due to the drains outside my room and the poor drainage on the hill.He diagnosed the problem,found the solution and even gave me a military discount since my son is in the navy.I can honestly say this is was by far the best experience i ever had dealing with a repair service of any kind,I give Brandon and ADS five stars and would highly recommend them to anyone for service. First let me start off by saying that I am a fairly particular person but I am reasonable to work with as well. On Sunday, recognizing that rains were about to come our way, I contacted American Drain Co and wanted to see if they were available to come out the next day to do a Hydro jet of my drains. Within 10 minutes! I had a return message and they accommodated the exact hour that would work for me...Exactly on the hour, a large van drove up with TIM and BRANDON. We Quickly spoke about what needed to be done and they were no nonsense in their approach. Sure they could have said I needed all kinds of other things to be done to accomplish what I needed, but they did not. They chose to do what needed to be done and gave me some recommendations. They worked hard and they worked fast. They knew just what they were doing. At the end of the day, I handed them a check, shook their hands, asked for their business cards and thought they did a great job.
