I ama little late on this. I needed to have a camera inspection on my pipes asap, in order to continue my bathroom remodel. I called and I have to say Victor came out and they were very fast and very efficient! And extremely reasonable. Thanks Victor, will be calling again I'm sure!

Replaced 1906 vintage sewer line from house to street. Very good job. Professional. But, too expensive.

Ed is excellent he is very professional and honest. I called him Sunday PM and he had a new water heater installed by 5pm the next day and he gave me a firm price quote and honored it. I would highly recommend you consider this hardworking honest contractor!

24/7 Rooter & Plumbing was the only plumber who would come out when we had issues with our water heater on a Monday evening - we tried at least three other supposedly 24-hour plumbers. Chris H. was very personable and professional. He was very easy to work with and very patient in explaining the work to be done. We feel that we got a good deal and prompt service, so we will be calling 24/7 with our next plumbing needs.

On the week of thanksgiving able to get us taken care of with two light fixture replacements & outlet. He was easily reachable via Yelp message and coordinated to come out the next day.
No other handyman was willing to come out until next week- glad to have gotten Mikhail he is a one stop shop.
He finished ultra fast and even gave us tips on what to watch for with our old electrical box!
He will be working during the week of thanksgiving and very attentive to detail- even offered to clean up after

Once again, thumbs up came through for us!!! What started as a scary crazy situation, water gushing from our ceiling, ended with a clear assessment of the problem and a temporary solution until we figure out what to do. I'm beyond grateful and wouldn't call any otter plumber to help us in the future. Thoughtful, kind, great communication, empathy, reasonably priced, and goes above and beyond!

Omar came by today to check out an old sump pump system that may need to be serviced or replaced. Our old home has minimal crawl space underneath and Omar was simply too tall and built strong to squeeze into such tight spaces.
My review is for how thoughtful and professional he was after realizing he couldn't fit under our home. Rather than run away to his next appointment, he spent time genuinely talking with me about options and ideas to address the system.
He also will ask a smaller team member at Ace Plumbing to come back out and slither under the house to diagnose the sump system.
Thank you Omar!

We are on the Bellows annual service contract, and we just had their technician Paul come out for our regular maintenance call. He went above and beyond! Not only did he do the required maintenance on the list, but checked several other things as well, and gave us a bunch of tips on how to keep our plumbing problem-free going forward. All our plumbing is about ten years old, and things are starting to show wear, so this is timely. We definitely need a new kitchen faucet, and he tipped us off to the fact that ours has a lifetime warranty from the manufacturer, hopefully saving us a few hundred dollars on a new one! If that doesn't work out, his suggestion for a replacement was perfect, and we'll definitely ask for him to come back and put in whichever one we end up with.

I'm an 18 year long realtor in the Bay Area who often needs vendors on various jobs. It has been delightful to work with Mario over the past couple of years because he is fast in his response and his solution. Just yesterday a client thought her washer was leaking. It turned out that a pipe underneath the house had broken and was flooding her downstairs. Mario quickly had himself and two guys on the job. They solved the problem and even replaced the concrete above the pipe. Everybody was thrilled! I have recommended him to many clients over the years and different plumbing capacities. I am happy to say that I will continue to refer him for a very long time.

This a what I loved about Eco Smart:
We had gotten several estimates for roofs, and it seemed with each roofer I had to hound them for the estimate after they came over, only to be told there was also a several month wait time. I called Armand at Eco Smart and right off the bat it was a completely different experience than I had with others. They send a drone over to take photos, and I had my estimate quickly. The proposal was by far more detailed than others, and they were available sooner than anyone else.
Once we met Armand we knew for sure we would go with Eco Smart. He is not only professional, he also educates as he explains. He carefully explained every step and was never too busy for us when we had questions. He was an invaluable resource. Not only that, his enthusiasm is contagious...I never thought I would be so excited about getting a new roof, and I think this new roof is pretty sexy. It really does make the whole house feel different.
And not only did they get to our roof a few weeks ahead of schedule, the turnaround time was just over a week for a 4,000 sq. foot roof. The crew that was here was fantastic; everyone was so nice and considerate. After the roof was done and it rained, Armand was here to inspect and make sure everything was good. I can't say enough good things about Armand and his crew, and the experience we had with them. We are planning on having the exterior of our house done in the fall and we already know we will use Eco Smart because we know the job will be done above and beyond our expectations.

GET THE COUPONS!!! They are so worth it! Fred came over and had my clogged toilet fixed within 30mins. And he quoted me right when he got there so there were no surprises at the end. It ended up being only about $130 total, when I was expecting almost $200+. Fabulous work. Would definitely call them again. Thank you!!

Mark is a great contractor. As an architect, he is just the type of builder I like to work with. He has a clear way of pricing jobs, and provides honest feedback as the process moves along. We've successfully completed a few medium-sized projects together, and I'm looking forward to many more. Keep up the great work Mark!

I recently noticed a leak in our bathroom and called Citywide Plumbing for a diagnosis. Tung came out, and said that one of our pipelines must have a leak.
He was able to fix the problem before it got worse. It was a small fix but he was still careful in what he did, trying not to turn a small job into a big one. I love that they weren't one of those companies who say you have to repair multiple things when only one thing is broken.
I love that about their service; very direct and professional. A great value for your money.

i had a hole in a exhaust pipe from a water heater. FR installed a new water heater, secured it, hauled away the old one, fixed the exhaust. our guy was there all day and he was beyond courteous and kind. they are competitive in pricing and EXTREMELY punctual and professional. seriously could not be happier with their service. i'd give 10 stars if it was possible.

I can't say enough good things about Sam. He was incredibly helpful, responsive, and reliable. We had a major issue with our water softener exploding and leaking resin beads throughout all our pipes, and he was able to clean it all up in a couple hours (amazing!!). He also helped us work with our kitchen sink manufacturer to get the correct replacement parts so I didn't have to spend hundreds on a new faucet. You will not be disappointed, hire Sam!!

If you're looking for opportunistic plumbers to take your money, then these are the guys.
My tankless water heater stopped working yesterday. The water in our neighborhood went out, and the computerized unit shut down. I googled tankless water heater repair and Bragg Plumbing came up, so I called.
The technician I talked with, clearly didn't want to come look at the heater. He went on and on about what a piece of junk the model was and that it should just be replaced. I convinced him to come and look at it anyway which he did today. He claimed to be an expert on the model from years of experience working with them. After fiddling with it for a few minutes, he told me that it was the computer board.
He gave me an estimate of $1,500 to repair the unit, and said it would be two to three weeks to get parts. He recommended I just replace the unit and gave me an estimate of $5,000. I did research and a unit our size can be purchased for less than $1,000. I asked him why so much, and he said that installation parts and labor would add to the cost.
After he left, I called another plumber.
The second plumber came out, opened the front panel, and pressed a hidden reset button. The water heater was fixed in less than one minute! It cost me $65.
I called Bragg again to ask why their expert didn't think to press the reset button. They gave me lame excuses and no apology.
Don't bother with these people. They don't know what they're doing, except trying to get people to pay for unnecessary repairs.
