Best Plumbing Services in United States
This was my first time using a plumbing service and I have to say it was a great one. Kennedy Plumbing was able to get someone to me relatively quickly at an affordable price. They sent Patrick out and he did an outstanding job repairing my water heater. He approached me with a few different options and things he could try and told me his suggestion for what would work best. I appreciated being in the loop even though I don't know too much about water heaters. He got everything fixed and did a fantastic job!

My dad tried to fix a small leak at a shutoff valve under a bathroom sink. It didn't work as planned and the water for the entire house had to be shut off.
Stan, who was recommended by another plumber, showed up within hours to save the situation. I definitely recommend Stan and will be using his services in the future.

I don't come here unless I can't get a part anywhere else. Most of the guys are slow and work like union plumbers (no offense). Got 5 guys behind the counter but for some reason its not enough. As a busy plumber i lose money going too pace. Nice guys but they need a differen system. Maybe get extra workers to grab the parts in the back is one step.

I had a clogged laundry sink drain which I tried to clear myself and failed. I called Dan's Plumbing and he was able to get someone out to my house the same day. Marvin, who was very polite, asked a few questions and went right to work. He cleared the drain, explained to me the issues and gave my some suggestions on how to avoid a clog in the future. Great service! I will use them again!

I have a restaurant in SOMA & needed a quick uninstall and reinstall of the faucet and sprayer for our 3 compartment sink. Zec & Ros responded quickly and did the job within an hour at a reasonable rate. He was very pleasant to work with and even repaired the gaskets on our handsink in the bathroom for no extra charge. To be honest, this was the 3rd plumber/quote I had been through this week and was getting quotes from $500-$1600 for a simple replacement. This is an honest company and I have saved them in my phone! Thanks!

I buy all of my plumbing supply needs here including galvanized pipe and fittings, brass pipe and fittings, slip rings, telflon tape and paste, chrome tailpipes, chrome traps, etc. Most of the customers are contractors that tend to get there early to buy supplies for the job that day. I go there after 10 AM and it's usually quiet with just a few contractors buying supplies. The business is Korean owned and all of the employees are Korean. They are friendly and helpful, willing to take the time to find the part you need. The only problem could be parking, as all of the parking spaces in front are usually filled with contractor vehicles. I don't mind parking on Industrial and walking.

I have nothing but good things to say about Ron at Maintech. Punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, honest and his prices are very reasonable.

recommend. So quick to respond. Best rate. Extremely reliable. Especially for a weekend I mentioned I was in no rush for the job (replacing a wax seal ring) and that I did not want to pay a surcharge for a weekend. I was told there is no surcharge for them a work day is a work day and week days are too busy! Picture of what the prior wax ring looked like - yuck! Toilet as good as new!!!

These guys were excellent to work with. Rene was very professional and responsive. They worked through the process smoothly without any bumps.
Looking to hire them again soon.
Thanks!

We have used Urgent Rooter & Plumbing twice - both times on a weekend, same day appointment. They are super speedy and show up when they say they will show up. Both times they fixed our problems in less than 30 minutes and made our weekend much better!

Five stars are not enough for Mr. Lee. Came home from work to a leaky water heater and no hot water. Recommended by my landlord Mr. Lee answered right away and came over at 8:45pm to inspect. On a Friday! He knew I had an engagement the next day and arrived Saturday morning at 6:30am to install a new hot water heater. Highly recommended. You will not be disappointed particularly with urgent situations. Thank you Mr. Lee for helping me!!!

I contacted Norman, the San Mateo Handyman, when I had a leaky valve behind my toilet. He quickly diagnosed the problem over the phone, informing me that the source was the toilet angle valve. He put me in touch with Robert, one of his business partners. Robert came by the next day, and replaced the valve with a new flexible valve (much more likely to withstand an earthquake). He gave me a package deal, also repairing the soft-close toilet seat, which would have cost much more if I replaced the entire toilet seat (the only option the toilet manufacturer offered).
Both Norman and Robert are expert handymen, with decades of experience. They are both very professional, friendly, and down to earth. I happily and fully recommend them both.

Great job by Eric. Fast, friendly, and fair. Excellent plumbers.

Esther and her team of professionals were awesome. They came to check out what we needed. Suggested better products than what we saw. Provided a quote, for the removal of all the toilets at home (20+ years old), replaced them with ADA Toto Drake ones, cleaned up the job site. And they work perfectly. The toilets have light flush and full flush, and doesn't have the flapper thing. Now my toilets are in the 21st century. :)

I almost never write reviews, but these guys were fantastic. I would absolutely use them again and will enthusiastically recommend them to my friends. They provided outstanding service, they were scrupulously honest, and they were friendly. What more could I ask for?
OUTSTANDING SERVICE - At first they told us they might not be able to repair our clogged sewer line for several months due to a heavy preexisting workload, but they offered to periodically clean up the mess at no extra cost if the sewer backed up before they could fix it. Then they managed to slot us in long before we expected and finished the job in only 2 1/2 days. Another plumber had told us it would take 6 days. The sewer runs under our back patio, which is concrete made to look like brick. They had to break the concrete to replace the pipe, and we worried it would not look good afterwards. The concrete specialist they sent did a terrific job - I never imagined that the repaired patio could look as good as it does now (see pictures). Throughout the process, the communication from Discount Plumbing was excellent.
HONEST - Before they broke our concrete patio to get to the blocked sewer pipe, they believed they would have to replace all 127' of it, which was going to be VERY expensive. Once they got started, they informed us that about 1/3 of the pipe was in excellent condition and not in need of replacement. We REALLY appreciated their honesty about this, and it saved us a considerable amount of money.
FRIENDLY - Every person with whom I interacted was extremely friendly, especially Connor and Adan. They were all a pleasure to deal with.

I came home to a flood coming from the ceiling of my garage, and a toilet overflowing upstairs flooding the first floor of my house and bamboo floors. I called three plumbers and none would come out at 3 on a Friday afternoon...I called Thomas Friel and even though he didn't have time I think he could hear the panic in my voice and came by to help. He stayed to resolve the problem and was without a doubt the nicest plumber I've ever hired. He acted like a real person, or a good neighbor would - not like someone only in it for a high hourly fee like most plumbers. You can trust this guy - I wanted to buy a whole new toilet and he talked me off the ledge, saying I only needed a small part replacement which he handled on the spot. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!!!!!

Jorge and Johan were the two gentlemen I worked with on some basic plumbing repairs on a newly purchased home. Much of what needed to be fixed from an inspection report was due to the previous owner using a contractor rather than a plumber, so things weren't done correctly.
I was able to schedule an estimate the following day of my call, and it was done for free! During the walkthrough they even suggested items that should be fixed that weren't even noted in TWO different general inspections. They even helped me fix some simple sink issues during their first walkthrough. I knew I had contacted the right people.
They arrived on time and completed all work in just a few hours. We had initially scheduled for 9am-5pm but they arrived a little early (called me to confirm if that was okay) and ended at around 1:30pm.
The work I needed to be done was replace a kitchen faucet, secure a toilet, fix touching gas and water lines in my crawl space, add traps for both my gas and water lines, and move a laundry sink in the garage.
I had a giant hole in my crawl space, and Jorge and Johan even patched that up. They don't take any shortcuts and are prideful of their craft. If I had any issues with plumbing or want to do upgrades, I would go with them again. No questions asked. The estimated work came out ti be cheaper than they had thought, and they asked me to rewrite their final check, so they're also super honest. Thanks!

5+ stars for Mike M. who came out promptly (at the beginning of the time window!) and worked quickly after taking the time to assess the problem with my clogged laundry drain. He asked relevant questions and seemed to understand what the problem was and what to do about it. He was friendly and professional - what more can I ask for?
3 stars for the company - I didn't know what to expect price wise and I couldn't even get a ballpark estimate over the phone. That was a bummer. I did think it was a bit on the pricey side once I got the quote but hey, since he was there, we might as well address the problem (which is my guess as to why the company won't give a ballpark estimate over the phone).

I've used Mr Wu 3 times for various drain issues. Living in the Sunset district, drain issues from old pipes are assured. Mr Wu is hands down, the best plumber out there. Very responsive, great value, no frills experience that gets the job down fast every time.

USA is the way to go for leak detection. Shane handled my initial phone call. He is a great communicator and said a tech would be out the next day. Khalid the technician arrived right on time. He is also a great communicator and was upbeat, despite a difficult and challenging project of a steep, 1000 ft long water line with no surface symptoms. After listening to my history on the problem, he explained his plan to diagnose it. With about 20 minutes he located the leak! I greatly appreciate both Shane and Khalid. This is a competent crew! Highly recommend and they will be my go to, should I run into problems again. Thank you!
