Highly Disappointing. I read great reviews online and decided to use this company to replace my old gas boiler.  Rich the owner is a typical salesman, very polite and enthusiastic.  He went through the sales pitch and he seemed ok. on December 2022, Rich came with 2 other employees around 8 A.M.  At around 2 pm, he and another technician left since he stated he had a nightmare job that was not finished the prior day that he needed to complete. He left one technician behind who didn't finish until 6:30 P.M. He had to call Rich a few times before discovering it was just a twist of a screw that needed to be done.

Other irritating issues:
As Rich left to go to the other job he asked for the check while the job was not yet completed.  He was not going to provide a receipt until I told him that I will not give him a check until I received it.  
He left the old boiler on my driveway for a week before I contacted him to inquire when he or someone else would remove it. He had an attitude and said that the guy he uses is very busy.  He finally sent one of his employees to pick it up.  
Update 1/24/23: Less than 2 months later, one of my dual heat zones stopped working.  The technician that came onsite stated that he tightened the wires leading to the zone valve and it started working again.  This is the same company that ran new wires throughout the heating system back in December. They charged me over $234 to tighten the wires that they installed. This visit should have been free of charge since it was their work originally that he tightened. He stated that if it doesn't work again that he will change the thermostat and valve.  I was informed by the technician that should the heat go out again, I will be charged for the service call to come back even though he didn't change anything and it's the same lingering problem that they didn't resolve.  This company is horrible and only cares about charging their clients excessively for the problems they created or left unresolved. I would NOT recommend this company since they don't value their clients or their workmanship.

Don't waste your time. Even after multiple tries, likely wont respond at all.

I called Richard for a small plumbing job that I expected would take less than an hour. He asked a couple of questions and was happy to give me a quote over the phone. Rather than the exorbitant fee I'd feared having worked with other local plumbers, he gave me a fair price.
Richard arrived on time, and despite complications that caused the job to take two hours, he honored his original quote.
Dealing with Richard was easy and hassle free, and he'll be my first call next time I need a job doing.

On one of the coldest days in March 2019, a pipe to my furnace busted.   Not only did Mr. Bullock come out that same day to take measurements, he fixed it the next day.  He knew I had children in the home and made sure we had heat.  In another instance, I was getting my bathroom renovated.  While at the home replacing the bathroom plumbing, he noticed the sump pump stopped working.   The next day he replaced it and added it into my final bill.  Over the years Mr. Bullock has made many repairs to my home.  He's honest and dependable.

Excellent service,  came within 20 minutes of my call. Was courteous, quick and respectable.
Cleaned after himself and thoroughly checked his work and he answered my questions without hesitation. Definitely give him a call, he doesn't disappoint

We were in need of a new furnace/boiler to replace our old 30 year old leaking boiler. We did numerous searches online on plumbers and boiler brands and found many with disappointing and negative feedbacks. FYI, we found out that most plumbing companies may have a preferred boiler brand name that they recommend and push. After researching both local and large plumbing companies, we decided to try Keith from Woodhaven Plumbing and Heating.
Keith was courteous and professional and responded to our concerns and queries. His estimate was also competitive and reasonable. On the morning of the job, he and his crew, Dennis and Ray, showed up on time, did the replacement boiler quickly and seamlessly. His crew was also professional and knowledgeable. I had some additional questions about the new boiler which Dennis took time to clarify. The old boiler and debris was hauled away and they left the work area broom swept clean.
We are very satisfied with Keith and his company, Woodhaven Plumbing and Heating. They are courteous, professional and do excellent clean work. We would definitely recommend them to family, friends and anyone who requires top notch quality plumbing!

Joseph is a lifesaver. We were avoiding using our tub because of a small leak. Well you know when you tell teenagers not to do something and they do the complete opposite? Someone decided to take a bubble bath and a small leak turned into huge problem the day before Mother's Day. My husband tried fixing it - to no avail. Hot water was shooting like a geyser towards the ceiling. We ended up having to shut off water to the whole house.

 We have a contract with Solv-it, who we called first and they solved nothing. They said they could be here Monday. With toddlers and a Mother's Day brunch planned we were in panic mode. We called many plumbers in Fairfield County. All said Monday or Tuesday. Joseph came out today- figured out the problem - went to get his parts, even found another issue and fixed it all.

Friendly, professional and we can't thank you enough! Highly recommended.

Holy cow, what amazing service! Stan came, spent time looking at our heating problem, he was up front and gave us the run down on what is good and what we may want to do down the road. Professional, courteous,  friendly and quick! Will use In-Line and Stan every single time! Two thumbs up!

They installed a new heater in my home. Communication was swift and easy. They arrived early, were awesome folks, and did a great job. I see these bad reviews, but my experience was so smooth that I'm jumping in here to recommend them.

These guys are prompt and know their craft! Excellent at what they do.
All of them are great- HOWEVER Roosevelt is by far the best Plumber/Heater Technician I've ever met. He is thorough and attentive. I will recommend him ten times over! Keep it up guys!!

A small platoon of Ryan's army renovated the vent and drain for my kitchen, replacing old grody galvanized pipe that had nearly closed inside with all modern PVC. They also pulled out the big old clog-prone cast-iron trap, again PVC to the rescue. Let's just say the isht is flowing freely now!

The two men in this crew were unfailingly polite, listened to what I requested exactly as far as routing the pipe and patching the roof, did a very professional job, and even made truly serious attempts at cleaning up after themselves lol. The boss Kevin Ryan stopped by from time to time but left the work to the big dudes, clad uniformly in khaki work pants and dark shirts. They're a first class operation, down to the shiny truck stocked with everything you might imagine.

Should you hire a plumber who drives a beemer?  Well I was mostly trying to hire locally, and was exceptionally glad to see all the work done quickly, it's a little dicey when you can't flush!

Of course there was a big bill at the end.  At these hourly rates I just can't gjve 5 stars, sorry.

Village Plumbing does my annual broiler maintenance.  They always arrive on time, and provides excellent service and suggestions.
