Not Just Handymen

We charge $130 an hour with a two hour minimum. So any given task will cost $260. If we need to pay for parking it is considered a material cost and added to the invoice. We charge a nominal fee for materials that we like to use and carry with us like anchors and tape. After the first two hours we charge by the minute. So 2 hours and 23 minutes translates to 2.38 hours and costs $309.40. Professional Problem Solvers. Established in 2009.
We used to be NYcitySTUFF, and rebranded ourselves in 2012 as notjusthandymen.com. Before that we were custom fabricators. During the 2008 crash we had to adapt as our clients projects slowed along with the rest of the world. We moved into shorter, simpler handyman gigs to keep the bills paid and discovered that this work is more satisfying and interesting. Meeting several people a day completing several tasks a day is a rewarding way to make a living. A big thank you to all of our great clients....

Kellam is a master fabricator and an excellent communicator.  He is also the lead trainer for us.  He is always experimenting with new tools or products and keeps our team up to date with the latest in techniques and tools.
