I want to thank this company for their prompt service today at my mom's house in Queens NY. The technician was very polite and he was able to clean the kitchen drain within 20 minutes when another company trayed to open the drain and was not able for over 30 minutes. I called Mike of thesewerguyinc.com aka L & C Sewers and Drains late in the morning a couple of days ago. I had already hired two different plumbers who had tried and failed to clear a sewage line from a kitchen sink, and dealt with two other plumbers who strung me along and then dropped me before ever showing up so I was getting pretty stressed out.  Mike and I talked briefly about the problem and he told me he'd get someone over there in the early afternoon, and that he felt confident that his guy Giovanni would succeed where others had failed.  Because of some challenges his guy had at the first job, he ended up coming later than expected, but there was pretty good communication, so it wasn't such a big deal. Mike ended up coming with the other guy Giovanni and with an arsenal of plumbing snakes, cameras, and other tools to get the job done. After a couple of unsuccessful first attempts to clear the line, he told me that he was the best person for the job because he was committed to figuring out a solution, and that he wouldn't give up until he succeeded. After four false starts with other plumbers, I loved hearing that!  He suggested several possible last resort measures he could take but ended up going with something much less costly and that didn't require opening any walls. He charged me a reasonable fee, was very pleasant to deal with, and cleaned up well before he left. I recommend this business 100%. I feel so glad to have found them.

It was great working with Donna and Fred. We recently did a oil-gas conversion for our home. It is a long process due to all the paperwork but Donna helped us walk through the process. She is responsive and ready to help, via email or phone. Con edison is difficult to work with but Serve-well team will help you throughout.

Igor was a real life saver. We were looking for a licensed plumber with insurance to change the valves in our shower. Igor was very clear about what the issue was, gave us a fair quote. I know this because I called 10 other plumbers. He came with a team of three and completed the job in two hours with no fuss at all at the exact estimate. I highly recommend going through him.

Needed a hot water tank replaced right away. Got quotes from a few other local plumbers. GG Plumbing's quote was the second cheapest. However, Gasper was very quick to respond and he gave me a firm quote. After calling back the lower priced plumber who then gave me the price starting at... spiel, I went with my gut and gave Gasper the green light to start the work. The guys showed up the same day at the promised time and got it done in a couple of hours. Quick and painless experience for a plumbing emergency. I am happy!

We recently had an issue with needing a sign-off and he responded immediately.  

He has a master plumber license and that means he can get things done directly with Department of Buildings.  Uptown property owners needing to find a good plumber should seek him out.

MKCs' five star rating is well earned! I found MKC here on Yelp and Chris responded instantly. I explained the issue I had (a leaking water heater at a relatives house) and Chris gave a very fair and honest explanation of my options. Chris was then able to stop by that day and resolved the issue. Chris is a credit to his profession and I would happily recommend him to family and friends.

I had a very mixed experience with these guys. Manny and his helpers seemed like nice enough guys initially. The TL;DR is that they wired the system incorrectly which resulted in a lot of wasted heat and potential damage/wear to a brand new boiler. Manny also wasn't shy about squeezing an exorbitant amount of money from us (far beyond his quote over the phone) and then taking a really aggressive tone with my wife when she rightfully expressed concern about the unexpected cost.

They came to the rescue over the Christmas holidays when my hot water heater sprang a leak. They installed the new hot water maker and connected all of the plumbing just fine. However, the electrician they sent (which they made me pay separately) didn't know what he was doing and wired the aquastat on the hot water maker (which is indirectly heated from the gas boiler) to fire up the boiler whenever it needed to make more hot water. The result was that every time someone would take a hot shower, the boiler would have to fire on full blast to circulate enough hot water to the hot water maker and everyone in the house would bake because the boiler would also make steam as a byproduct that overheated the house. The correct way to wire it would've been to wire the aquastat to turn on the pump to bring in the hot water from the boiler to the hot water maker. Something that wouldn't be rectified until more than a year later by a more knowledgeable plumber. But what really soured our experience with Manny was the way we were aggressively squeezed for a lot more money than was initially quoted. Anyhow, we finally have a plumber we can trust so we count ourselves fortunate.

I've used Waterhouse twice when my old 1920s bathroom had issues that I couldn't resolve on my own. When you need a plumber, it's always an emergency, and they respond in a timely manner, and once they even came on the weekend. They care about doing good work, and have even replaced old valves in my apartment that are clearly above and beyond the scope of the work that I had called them out for.

When you look for people to service aspects of your home, you never know who's going to be good and who you can trust, but I've found my plumber!

Called them for an emergency job and was very pleased.  Parsim and Shpat were professional and meticulously cleaned up after their work.  They got our clog fixed, new toilet installed and stopped the leak. They told us what they were doing every step of the way and explained everything.   Couldn't be happier   Would definitely recommend

I just wanted to say thank you! I had a dripping faucet in the kitchen that I wanted to replace, and rusty gave me an estimate that slightly exceeded my expectation, but I decide to give a try because he said everything included in that price. The next day, Rusty showed up with the faucet that I really liked but didn't want to buy (i.e., good brand but expensive!) he even paid attention to the color of the sink so now they match! I am very happy with his service and completely persuaded that he was very honest with the pricing quote.

ESP did a great job of fixing a stubborn clog under my kitchen sink. They were efficient and friendly, and left the area squeaky clean (it was already messy from my prior failed attempts to DIY this job). I'd happily use their services for future plumbing ​maintenance and repairs.

Had a sink pipe leaking emergency, not sure who to turn to, Nush and Marinel were able to respond to me quickly with a very professional and helpful attitude that makes me feel me I'm in good hand, they show up the next day right on time, efficiently solve the problem. I highly recommended them.
