Peter is truly incredible - you'll be so happy that you called him!  We had an emergency issue with our HVAC system where it stopped working on the coldest day of the year.  Peter was able to get to the root of the issue in no time - and charged us next to nothing for it!   It's been several weeks now and everything is still working perfectly.  If you've got an electrical or construction issue and you need someone you can rely on, you won't regret reaching out to Peter.  He is truly the best and you'll be in great hands!

I don't have enough good words to say how happy and satisfied I am with the work Dorjan and DC Plumbing provided. I had sent out an inquiry to several companies for a busted water tank that was leaking water everywhere and it left me with no hot water. Dorjan responded to my inquiry within minutes and was the only one to ask questions about my tank, size, where leak was, photos, etc. I felt all his questions were very appropriate to diagnose what job needed to be done.

During our encounter I did not feel pressured/forced in any way to have him take on the work which I really appreciated. I also felt that the price he quoted me was fair to other quotes I received. Dorjan was able to come in and compete the job the very next day. Not only was he early, but was able to get the job done in 2 hours from start to finish as promised. Thank you again for having such a great attitude and calmness throughout the whole experience. You helped make this stressful situation bearable. Will definitely be using this company again in the future.

Great work from this company. I was very worried at the amount of work that would need to be done to my bathtub. The pipe under my bathtub was completely rotted. Dwight was on time and ready for the task. Very professional and knew what he was doing. Now I can take a shower in my apartment due to his work. Highly recommend this company!

I received an extremely high quote for a mini split unit (contacted through Lowes).  Requested a breakdown of charges several times with no response.

I requested a window AC installation service and received a prompt response within a few hours. Two professionals arrived at the agreed-upon time and took care of everything without my intervention. They removed my old AC unit, installed the new one, and even cleaned up after themselves. The entire process took approximately 30 minutes, and they also took away the old AC unit, relieving me of the responsibility of disposing of it.

Such a great job! Michael installed my whole closet from ikea. Will definitely be reaching out in the future!

I agree with the above poster.  They don't seem to want the business.  I have called 3 or 4 times since Friday and when they finally got back to me with a time it one that didn't work for me - and instead of trying to figure something out while on the phone - all I got was that's they appointment time, someone will call you back.  I called another plumber and they already came today.

Been using them for my parents house for over 10 years.  They come and install the windows units every summer season. At the end of summer I usually call them to have them remove it so I can close the window.  Yet this time I was cheap and didn't call them to remove the unit.

During the recent snow storm we got major drafts coming in that made it uncomfortably cold. So I called Joe and he had his guys out here in a jiffy to remove the unit.

I think I'm finally gonna go w one of his custom installs for my parents house  so I don't have to have them back out to remove it.

Needed a local plumber to fix a plumbing issue that I had for weeks and found Patriot Plumbing & Heating information online.  Contacted the company and spoke to Lorri who's extremely helpful and informative had provided a quick turnaround scheduled less than 24hours notices and completed the job within the hour.  I highly would recommend to all as I would definitely be utilizing them on all future projects.

Our boiler broke beyond repair during the coldest part of winter, so we needed a new boiler quickly. Infinite was incredibly responsive from the first time we contacted them. They suggested an appropriate unit for our house (the previous one was much larger and oversized for our needs) and were able to install it within two days of first meeting with us. The estimators and installers were all knowledgeable experts but also pleasant to work with. We won't hesitate to use Infinite again in the future.

Harry is an absolute professional. We had 2 rooms painted and he was prompt and the work is beautiful. He and his team totally exceeded our expectations and were quick.  

He was generous with correspondence was happy to give advice on paint selection and was always happy to elabrorate if I asked why. Great all around honest service. I look forward to hiring him for any future work. I'd gladly recomend him and his team.

I don't know what John D. is talking about; I suppose nobody's perfect.  But I've been using Wellbrock for eight years and they always treat me fairly, are responsive, and do great work.  It's really nice to have a local, reliable plumber--Doug and Co. fit the bill.

Have called Arch Plumbing twice now.  The first time for a major shower repair,; second time a clogged line and leaking pipes in my kitchen.  They spotted the problem(s) quickly, repaired, cleaned up (spotlessly) with extremely reasonable charge.  No recurring problems.

Got the referral from my local plumbing supply store.  Guess that was a good sign.

I think I was wrong about the plumber who did me wrong. It was NOT Ariel. I confused the phone numbers. So, I'm sorry, Ariel.

This firm was recommended by our building manager and after several attempts to stop by and see what the scope of work they finally came on October 6th and walked the job with the building manager. We set up to do the work Thursday October 15th. They were supposed to send an estimate and proceed with the work as the building scheduled a water shutdown. I call Monday, for the estimate and to confirm the job on Thursday. I was told that the estimate was not ready but the job was still scheduled. Called Tuesday you will have the estimate tomorrow and nothing. I call back Wednesday after not receiving the estimate and was told that they decided not to do the work after wasting two weeks of NYC construction time which is an eternity I not have to start from the beginning. The lack of professionalism and the lack of follow-up is beyond comprehension.
SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND LOOK ELSEWHERE AS THESE GUYS ARE A JOKE.

I called this company and it's a scam. They sent a so called repair person who didn't fix my leaking fridge he just took a blow dryer and melted ice. He came up with so many scenarios and at the end my fridge kept leaking. Their number is a Google number that changes and they told me to make a payment electronically on square space. Also promised me a 6month warranty. Obviously when I called they went MIA.!!!!!! Please do not fall for these scammers. They go by Gotham appliances or K.A.R. Check out the pictures of the repair guy he goes by the name Vicky. Now if they comment they will most likely say we don't know the guy (of course they will)....

Call these people if you want to get completely ripped off.
My tenant has called Roto Rooter because dishwasher didn't drain water, and the water was leaking.  The fix on the invoice was kitchen sink drain stopper clean.  Three trips.  Replaced the 2 Elbow waste pipe for kitchen.  For this, they have charged her $200 for parts and $732 for labor.  First, an elbow pipe cost $20 max, so that should have been $40 at most.  The job lasted an hour and 20 min, counting the time he had gone to park his car and to retrieve tools, which was treated as three trips on the invoice.  My tenant is a young woman with no knowledge of plumbing and has signed off on this without checking with me first.  When I called them, and spoke with the manager on this blatant abuse of pricing, his response was that this is their price and the tenant was willing to pay this.  Yes, I understand that they are free to quote whatever price they want to, and it was my tenant's own fault to get ripped off for not checking with other companies.  However, it is completely dishonest to take advantage of someone just because they didn't know what the going rate is for the type of service performed.  This job should not have cost more than $400 by a licensed plumber, and I'm counting higher because it is NYC.  For a similar job, I have paid $200 elsewhere.
I'm giving them 1 star because at least, the job was done correctly and the problem is solved. But Roto Rooter is never getting my business again.
