Peter was reliable, professional and made sure the job was done right. We hired him for some electrical work which required a few steps, the last of which took place a month later when the renovation was complete. He checked in with us regularly and came back to finish as soon as we were ready, even after he had been paid in full. He also offered great advice for other parts of our project. I will definitely use him again.

Had another major clogging issue with my bathtub, bathroom sink, and kitchen sink - my building is very, very old with small, old pipes. Dorjan came out promptly and diagnosed the issue and returned the next day to clear it out. He's super professional and helpful, and cleaned up best he could afterwards. Thank you for the help! My husband and I bought a fixer upper row house in downtown Jersey City about three years ago. Over the last three years, we have had a LOT of experience with plumbers, carpenters, electricians, constructions workers, brick masons... and the list goes on. And a lot of those experiences have been bad. Edmundo and his crew at Continental Plumbing & Heating, Inc. stand out as one of the few positive experiences we have had. I have come to rely on them more and more and I have used them as general contractors as well as plumbers. They are reliable, responsive and always an excellent value. Edmundo takes the time to listen to what I want and if there is a problem it always gets fixed. I would recommend them to anyone and (unfortunately) I really know a lot about whats out there.

Great work from this company. I was very worried at the amount of work that would need to be done to my bathtub. The pipe under my bathtub was completely rotted. Dwight was on time and ready for the task. Very professional and knew what he was doing. Now I can take a shower in my apartment due to his work. Highly recommend this company!

This review is a little late but however.....I had a drainage pipe broken that caused a  big leak in my boiler room  and I called All Day Plumbing and Heating for the job. Vish showed up at my house and explained the job in detail. Vish  is very knowledgeable and his years of experience was seen in the  way he completed with job with the help of his apprentice Elijah who was also very dedicated to getting to job done the correct way. I would definately call All Day Plumbing again they are great and reliable.

Matt was also a pleasure to talk to who scheduled the guys to come early so the job can be done, thank you for the great service that was provided.

I requested a window AC installation service and received a prompt response within a few hours. Two professionals arrived at the agreed-upon time and took care of everything without my intervention. They removed my old AC unit, installed the new one, and even cleaned up after themselves. The entire process took approximately 30 minutes, and they also took away the old AC unit, relieving me of the responsibility of disposing of it.

Such a great job! Michael installed my whole closet from ikea. Will definitely be reaching out in the future!

I agree with the above poster.  They don't seem to want the business.  I have called 3 or 4 times since Friday and when they finally got back to me with a time it one that didn't work for me - and instead of trying to figure something out while on the phone - all I got was that's they appointment time, someone will call you back.  I called another plumber and they already came today.

This company''s Yelp page promises 100% response within 40 minutes...left two voicemail messages, one on Saturday (I didn't expect a response until Monday), and one at 9:30 am Monday...it's now 4:25 pm Monday: no response...

We had some frozen pipes and Nick and Chris came promptly and got the hot water running in this old house!
It was on one of the coldest days, so I'm sure they were extremely busy, but they got the job done quickly and gave us tips on preventing the problem in the future.

I never had them do work but received an estimate. There price was almost double 2 other legit contractors with full insurance. Obviously I did not hire them.

Our sewer was backing up and flooded our basement last night. Thankfully Premium picked up and Adonis reached us within 30 minutes even though it was 1 AM. He was able to locate our sewer under all the water which we didn't even know where it was since we just moved in a few months ago. He was able to clear the sewer quickly and even helped us clean up. He also identified that our sewer was growing roots inside and a lot of debris which needs a proper cleaning to avoid damage in the future. We scheduled a water jet for next week. They also provided a 30 day guarantee on their receipt. Our family has found a new great plumber!!! Highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

I don't know what John D. is talking about; I suppose nobody's perfect.  But I've been using Wellbrock for eight years and they always treat me fairly, are responsive, and do great work.  It's really nice to have a local, reliable plumber--Doug and Co. fit the bill.

Have called Arch Plumbing twice now.  The first time for a major shower repair,; second time a clogged line and leaking pipes in my kitchen.  They spotted the problem(s) quickly, repaired, cleaned up (spotlessly) with extremely reasonable charge.  No recurring problems.

Got the referral from my local plumbing supply store.  Guess that was a good sign.

I think I was wrong about the plumber who did me wrong. It was NOT Ariel. I confused the phone numbers. So, I'm sorry, Ariel.

This firm was recommended by our building manager and after several attempts to stop by and see what the scope of work they finally came on October 6th and walked the job with the building manager. We set up to do the work Thursday October 15th. They were supposed to send an estimate and proceed with the work as the building scheduled a water shutdown. I call Monday, for the estimate and to confirm the job on Thursday. I was told that the estimate was not ready but the job was still scheduled. Called Tuesday you will have the estimate tomorrow and nothing. I call back Wednesday after not receiving the estimate and was told that they decided not to do the work after wasting two weeks of NYC construction time which is an eternity I not have to start from the beginning. The lack of professionalism and the lack of follow-up is beyond comprehension.
SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND LOOK ELSEWHERE AS THESE GUYS ARE A JOKE.

I tried to make an appointment they told me 1230pm I said ok great....its almost 5pm and I have called and left messages and never even received a courtesy call they are running late or not showing up.very unprofessional and wouldn't wish service like this to anyone.
