Peter is amazing!. I called him after 7pm on a holiday, and he came over within 45 minutes. He's very knowledgeable and fixed a problem with my toilet in no time. He also showed me what was wrong so I can fix it if it happens again. He's a very funny, capable guy, with fair pricing. He was willing to look at an additional plumbing issue as well, and tested the connections.
I look forward to working with him again.

I had to replace my faucet set on a very old sink and had a clogged up bathtub drain and I had to get it fixed before the next day when guests showed up. Dorjan rearranged his schedule and was here in less than an hour. Friendly, professional, clean and fast! He noticed a few other issues as our kitchen sink was nearly 50 years and was able to fix it on the spot. Highly recommend and we will be calling him in the future.

This place is professional, responsive and accountable.  I've worked with other plumbers who disappear on you, don't follow through, or are just never available when you really need them.  They do have a minimum service call fee, but it's pretty on par with what you'll pay for any plumber (maybe less).

Andy's Plumbing & Drain Services were incredible. They will be the only one I call for my plumbing needs in the future. Reasonably priced, professional, courteous, and most of all the work speaks for itself. If you are looking for a plumber in Brooklyn (or anywhere else they serve) I would 100% recommend hiring them. I requested a window AC installation service and received a prompt response within a few hours. Two professionals arrived at the agreed-upon time and took care of everything without my intervention. They removed my old AC unit, installed the new one, and even cleaned up after themselves. The entire process took approximately 30 minutes, and they also took away the old AC unit, relieving me of the responsibility of disposing of it.

I moved into a condo in Williamsburg, that needed a ton of odd-jobs completed. Michael came quickly to my aid, and completed everything from hanging things on walls, to plumbing and electrical issues. He provided his COI to the building, which was required and couldn't be a nicer guy!  I will be calling again for any task!

We have been using S&B Plumbing for over 10 years and Steve is the best! He is honest, ethical and extremely efficient. I read some of the other reviews and one of the reasons they can be hard to reach is that they have so much work. If the job can wait then S&B is worth the wait!

Joe was informative, friendly and personable. He has a great sense of humor. From start to finish, the entire installation took less than an hour. They worked efficiently, and the end result was a solid installation of a top quality air conditioner.

It was on one of the coldest days, so I'm sure they were extremely busy, but they got the job done quickly and gave us tips on preventing the problem in the future.

My hot water heater was leaking and Infinite Comfort was able to come do an estimate as soon as I called. The technician Jermaine was very thorough and even pointed out that the water heater was not vented properly!  He also was able to triage and repair an HVAC issue I had been having for over a year that the company who installed my system couldn't even figure out! This is a great company. Very knowledgeable and provided great service! Will hire them for my next project!

This company is definitely worth doing business with ..they did a very nice job for us in regard to completing work in the  time they promised. Providing excellent  workmanship and even prompt after service ...and yes, when something went wrong, they go the extra mile to rectify any situation... they even paid for any equipment damaged in accident .
Yes this company is a nice trustworthy company with nice, efficient and painstaking employees who go to every detail to do the best job they can.
Yes they may be pricey but, yes this is a great company to do business with and i am sure this company will make you feel good with the price well spent.

Premium Sewer & Drain helped me by installing a Toto S550e (washlet/bidet) on a 2 piece Toto toilet. If you've seen the YouTube videos they make this project look simple. Adonis arrived on time, asked me if I wanted him to take off his shoes, I gave him shoe covers and told him to leave them on. He worked diligently and had to take apart the toilet to install the hoses for the bidet. He tested the water flow/flush a few times to ensure there were no leaks, and also stayed with me while I fumbled through the instructions and pretty complex remote control for the bidet. After I gave him the ok, he cleaned up the area and thanked me. I was in shock because I'm the one who is thankful! He helped me with my bidet dreams ha ha! He also made a recommendation to update an older flush valve that has a longer than normal delay to fill the bowl. - we'll do this at a later time. Thank you PS&D, Adonis, you made my week!

After getting the run around from a few other plumbers, Mike answered right away, asked me to text details as he was driving and had two other jobs to complete first. He showed up very quickly two hours later and resolved all my issues in one visit. He was able to diagnose and resolve a drain issue in my garage with a sump pump and he replaced my ancient leaking laundry sink with a new one.

I'm very grateful for his prompt and thorough help!

Had them install new boiler They put circulator in wrong called 4 times to correct.Has left my basement without heat for 2months. Basement is finished and is my daughters bedroom .Do not  use

Have called Arch Plumbing twice now.  The first time for a major shower repair,; second time a clogged line and leaking pipes in my kitchen.  They spotted the problem(s) quickly, repaired, cleaned up (spotlessly) with extremely reasonable charge.  No recurring problems.

Got the referral from my local plumbing supply store.  Guess that was a good sign.

I had contacted the company for a small bathroom work in Manhattan apartment. Another company, Standard Plumbing, responded back very professionally. Very pleasant experience and recommended.

I would give a zero if there is such option.  We need to fix the faucet.  While we have communicated with the contractor that he would bring all necessary parts, he showed up empty hands and demanded us paying him time money to go buy the parts. He took apart our faucet, causing a worse leaking in the kitchen, and demanded $150 for doing damages to our kitchen. Do NOT use them!

I called this company and it's a scam. They sent a so called repair person who didn't fix my leaking fridge he just took a blow dryer and melted ice. He came up with so many scenarios and at the end my fridge kept leaking. Their number is a Google number that changes and they told me to make a payment electronically on square space. Also promised me a 6month warranty. Obviously when I called they went MIA.!!!!!! Please do not fall for these scammers. They go by Gotham appliances or K.A.R. Check out the pictures of the repair guy he goes by the name Vicky. Now if they comment they will most likely say we don't know the guy (of course they will)....

Call these people if you want to get completely ripped off.
My tenant has called Roto Rooter because dishwasher didn't drain water, and the water was leaking.  The fix on the invoice was kitchen sink drain stopper clean.  Three trips.  Replaced the 2 Elbow waste pipe for kitchen.  For this, they have charged her $200 for parts and $732 for labor.  First, an elbow pipe cost $20 max, so that should have been $40 at most.  The job lasted an hour and 20 min, counting the time he had gone to park his car and to retrieve tools, which was treated as three trips on the invoice.  My tenant is a young woman with no knowledge of plumbing and has signed off on this without checking with me first.  When I called them, and spoke with the manager on this blatant abuse of pricing, his response was that this is their price and the tenant was willing to pay this.  Yes, I understand that they are free to quote whatever price they want to, and it was my tenant's own fault to get ripped off for not checking with other companies.  However, it is completely dishonest to take advantage of someone just because they didn't know what the going rate is for the type of service performed.  This job should not have cost more than $400 by a licensed plumber, and I'm counting higher because it is NYC.  For a similar job, I have paid $200 elsewhere.
I'm giving them 1 star because at least, the job was done correctly and the problem is solved. But Roto Rooter is never getting my business again.
