Peter responded to my initial email the same night.  By the next day, we had set up a same day appointment and he was here diagnosing the problem.  He was able to explain the issue and fix it efficiently and professionally.  Peter is knowledgeable and very conveniently located in the Brooklyn area.  I would definitely use his company's services again!

We had two toilets that needed to be fixed in a pinch on a Saturday.   Dorjan responded to my request and we set an appointment.  He arrived on time, was very communicative throughout the process and fixed all of our issues!    He was very professional and kind.   I would recommend DC Piping & Heating, Dorjan and his entire team for any of your plumbing needs.

Did not speak English and did not know how to do the job.  I had to show them after 30 wasted minutes.  Vastly overcharged for a simple job .  Would not recommend.

Great work from this company. I was very worried at the amount of work that would need to be done to my bathtub. The pipe under my bathtub was completely rotted. Dwight was on time and ready for the task. Very professional and knew what he was doing. Now I can take a shower in my apartment due to his work. Highly recommend this company!

We needed to have our heat and air replaced, as well as a new water heater. We wanted to go tankless. Jay came out and inspected our basement and sent estimates that day. Unfortunately, it was too expensive for us to go tankless. Before we made that final decision, however, our water heater tank burst and flooded our basement. Jay sent a team out immediately and we had a new water heater within the day. Later that month, they also installed our new heat/cool system. Now we pay about $200 less a month in gas bills, thanks to our new system. I recommend these folks. They know what they are doing. Meanwhile our neighbor, who went with another company, is still trying to get their generator installed after more than a year! Go with All Day.

I needed my AC installed. Boris and Tseren did it quickly and very well! They were very kind and patient as well. Definitely recommend hiring them!

Great job hanging a mirror on my  brick wall!!! Michael was super professional, with lots of experience. Really appreciate his attention to detail and dedication to making sure I was satisfied with the tilt of the mirror.

I called to ask how to get my hot water heater turned on since my power has been out from the hurricane and Steve stayed with me on the phone and walked me through all the steps! It was an excellent help and I would defiantly recommend S&B plumbing!! Ask for steve very accommodating even over the phone!

We  would not recommend them based on our poor experience working with them on purchase and installation of 3 window A/Cs that required 3 separate visits from them, hours of me waiting around and going back and forth with the salesperson (Joe). We had 3 main issues in context of their high end pricing for A/Cs and high installation costs.

- the installation crew was not good, were in a hurry and tried to leave the job half done. For example, one of the new A/Cs was dented but they still wanted to install it.  Fortunately I noticed and asked them of fix it. Similarly they tried to install a dirty pexiglass on the window - again I had to point that out to them and ask them to replace.
- Bad quality control- they brought a lemon A/C with them and we had to schedule another installation date to replace it.  
- Salesperson who did not provide full details/options- Apparently, installation that allows one to open the window costs extra. We were never told that even though we sent them a picture of our current installation where one can open the windows. We only noticed the problem later when we tried to clean the windows. Now they are asking for more money to fix it even though we have spent few thousand dollars with them already.

We would take off a star for each of those 3 issues, so landing at 2 stars.

We would not recommend using them.

Chris and AJ, and Sal of course, have done extensive plumbing work as part of my renovation of a kitchen and 2 bathrooms in an old building in Manhattan. They had to be creative to solve many of the problems and they were definitely up to the work. The final job they did was to install a Toto Neorest 550H toilet/bidet. They did it well and quickly.  Impressed with the quality of the work.

Steer far away from this business, the owner is named Fabio. My experience: I had a faulty system that needed a small repair but I requested a much larger project that would cost thousands of dollars. Fabio was very nice in person, completed the smaller job well and that is the only reason even one star is deserved. But the larger job was promised by the following week, I just needed the formal estimate to proceed.  It was promised on four separate occasions over at least as many days. I called multiple times as did my partner but we received no reply. I finally spoke to a woman (perhaps Fabio's wife) who was very accommodating and he finally called back. Excuses and more excuses, mostly to the effect, Fabio is very busy.  Still, no estimate.
Finally, I received it 3 days prior to the promised start date but we needed contract adjustments which were promised over the phone. I again had to call repeatedly to get the revised estimate with promise after promise for delivery. When it was finally sent, less than a day prior to the start date, I was told the start date had to be moved. The new contract didn't have the promised cost or terms and conditions that were promised. One of these terms was a simple wording I would have easily changed if he did not like it. Instead, I received email that he now declined the job. This is honestly, the single worst customer experience I have ever had. I wasted time and effort with this proprietor. Do not take your business here, there are so many other HVAC companies that deserve your business.

My concerns were simply based on the way this estimate was handled from the start. In business it's all about balance and quite frankly we have been put on a tilt spiraling downward. You needed to not only get my business but earn it.

I was lucky enough to have Harry  squeeze my mini project in his very busy schedule of renovations. The process of hiring Harry's Contracting couldn't have been easier or more pleasant; from setting up the appointment for an estimate to having the pleasure of meeting and working with Harry and his fantastic and friendly crew.
The attention to detail of Harry's crew and their exceptional work ethic left me very confident from day one that my home was in good hands. They were both polite, respectful, and very professional. I had two walls made of fabric removed, plastered and painted over, as well as a through the wall ac removed and the opening plastered and painted over inside and bricked over in the back. The work was completed today and I love the new, light, finished look. The end result is fantastic.
As for Harry, he's friendly, extremely knowledgeable and was helpful with ideas for a couple of things I was looking to have done. He's easy to talk to and gives thorough explanations on what will be happening on your project, as well as making sure he's available to check in on  the progress. His estimates and contracts are detailed and broken down to where there are no surprises for either person. Both parties are covered which was very reassuring.
Without a doubt, if you're looking for a reliable, friendly, and experienced contractor, look no further. I'm thrilled to have found a trustworthy company I can rely on for future renovations. Thank you Harry!

Everything professional and personable the kind of level of knowledge base expected from a business.  Admirable!

I contacted Mike early in the morning(before 8) and got a very quick response. He was able to come by later that morning, and the repair was done before noon, for a fair price. This was a small job ( replacing the flush mechanism in the tank of a very old toilet), but I would definitely call him again!

Had them install new boiler They put circulator in wrong called 4 times to correct.Has left my basement without heat for 2months. Basement is finished and is my daughters bedroom .Do not  use

Have called Arch Plumbing twice now.  The first time for a major shower repair,; second time a clogged line and leaking pipes in my kitchen.  They spotted the problem(s) quickly, repaired, cleaned up (spotlessly) with extremely reasonable charge.  No recurring problems.

Got the referral from my local plumbing supply store.  Guess that was a good sign.

Had a.really poor experience with ariel. I had a shower body installed by their plumber a year ago to have it fail on me this week. After calling and booking a plumber to come take a look at the issue today I was told the plumber would come this morning. After spending 7 hours at home today and 2 calls I still have no update. Really poor customer service. Where is the proactive follow up? Unreliable

I had my shower diverter replaced in September. It is now June and its failing. Diverters should last an average of 10 years. Before I had it replaced, Fred Smith company charged me for a plumbers assessment who said that there was nothing wrong with the diverter and didn't need replacing.
Unfortunately I trusted a company untrustworthy in this regard and cannot recommend their services.

I tried to make an appointment they told me 1230pm I said ok great....its almost 5pm and I have called and left messages and never even received a courtesy call they are running late or not showing up.very unprofessional and wouldn't wish service like this to anyone.
