I called for a routine annual furnace cleaning. After they serviced the furnace 180.00 the glass broke the next day and they advised I am responsible to repair the glass another 120.00.  They are scammers. I've been a home owner for 20 years and always have annual cleaning never had this issue.  GO SOMEWHERE LEGIT

My husband and I chose All Day Plumbing & Heating to repair some faucets and a drain pipe in our home. The company was quick and efficient to answer our call and provide a timely quote. Shortly after they got to work on our repairs, and finished all of the work in just a day. They were very pleasant and friendly to work with and did an excellent job. I requested a window AC installation service and received a prompt response within a few hours. Two professionals arrived at the agreed-upon time and took care of everything without my intervention. They removed my old AC unit, installed the new one, and even cleaned up after themselves. The entire process took approximately 30 minutes, and they also took away the old AC unit, relieving me of the responsibility of disposing of it.

Exceptional service.  I called before lunchtime to get a quote for a new window a/c to be installed in my apartment and my unit was installed just a few hours later.  I had to send Jacob some room dimensions and a photo of the power socket, but from start to finish everything was smoothly and professionally handled.  The guys who installed my unit were friendly and efficient and Joe even helped me submit an application for a rebate.  It was all way above my expectations.  I didn't really think that an a/c would really cool my 4th floor, open plan, high-ceilinged apartment but within an hour the place felt great.  I can't recommend Brooklyn's Best AC enough.

We have used Infinite Comfort over three times now (since May). Every single time, they are efficient, honest, and really friendly. I am so glad we found Fabio to help us with our HVAC needs. He takes the time to explain what he is doing and is always very thorough. When he came this time to look at our central AC fan, he even checked on work he had done previously. I used Harry's and his team services a year ago to renovate my studio apartment. The work consisted of a complete gut renovation of the apartment except for the kitchen. The only thing I had him do in my kitchen was gas and water pipes reallocation, which his team did according to my specifications. His team did an awesome job renovating my bathroom which included some heat and drain pipe relocation, wall and floor tile installation, shower install, vanity (mirror,et al),and toilet and sink. They  installed new engineered wood flooring throughout the entire apartment and tile on my hallway entrance. I also had them install new sheetrock and sound proofing to 85% of the apartment which was a very wise decision since I have noisy neighbors. The painting and molding installation pricing  was included in the new sheetrock wall installation. He also build a storage space in my hallway himself which came out really great. He also had his electrician install new outlets and wiring throughout the apartment and harry himself installed my ceiling light and fan in my living room. I also had him gut a wall so I could have exposed brick on one of my main walls. I was waiting a year to write this review because I wanted to see how the work he did held up for a year. The reason why I'm giving Harry 4 stars instead of 5 is because I had his electrician install in-wall cable tv sockets, so I would not have the ugly Time Warner cable running from my hallway to my modem exposed. When I had the cable guy over to install the modem there was no signal coming in through the sockets because the in-wall cable was not installed properly. In the end I was not able to get internet from them and I paid Harry extra for the cable in the wall work. Overall I was very happy with the work and I will definitely hire him and his team again. I have recommended his services to my family, friends, neighbors, and others. Thank you Harry!

I wish I could give them 10 stars! I had a clogged toilet fiasco and legit thought I was gonna break my arm trying to unclog it. I reached out to them and Samantha was nothing but professional and accommodating. They really came through on a Sunday when everyone else was closed and/or unresponsive. Adonis showed up at scheduled time with his muscle and auger and went to work! Lol Problem solved! I can't recommend them enough.

The best!  Rates are a little on the high side but certainly worth it when you consider the quality.  The two plumbers who showed up were clean, careful, pleasant and professional which is important as you are letting them into your house.     I would not hesitate to recommend them for any plumbing needs you have.

Have called Arch Plumbing twice now.  The first time for a major shower repair,; second time a clogged line and leaking pipes in my kitchen.  They spotted the problem(s) quickly, repaired, cleaned up (spotlessly) with extremely reasonable charge.  No recurring problems.

Got the referral from my local plumbing supply store.  Guess that was a good sign.

I think I was wrong about the plumber who did me wrong. It was NOT Ariel. I confused the phone numbers. So, I'm sorry, Ariel.

Crooks. They told my super that the flooding in the apartment beneath mine was caused by the flange in my toilet being broken and needed to be replaced. I called other (and honest) plumbers who said it only needed to be replaced if there was visible flooding in my apartment and a stench (there was neither.). My insurer sounded dubious also.  When they came to do the repair they spent hours sitting on the bathroom floor doing nothing (I was being charged hourly.). I was billed $855 and of course there is still flooding downstairs.  And I took before and after pictures of the flange and there is no difference.  They will rob you blind.  Don't use them.

I tried to make an appointment they told me 1230pm I said ok great....its almost 5pm and I have called and left messages and never even received a courtesy call they are running late or not showing up.very unprofessional and wouldn't wish service like this to anyone.
