Showed up on time assessed the issue and made the repair VERY quickly. Afterwards he allowed me to make an assessment of the work and openly and honestly answered all my questions even advising me on things that could become problematic and WHY. Also very friendly and conscious of safety protocols, especially with COVID and OSHA.

They came in and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently with no hiccups. We messaged them shortly after our toilet had issues and they came in the next day. They were both friendly and professional.

Third time using Continental Plumbing and Heating and it doesn't get any better. They replaced a steam boiler and their skilled level is unbelievable. The Inspecter from Newark even commented how well they did installing the boiler. They are professional throughout the entire process and always dependable. I requested a window AC installation service and received a prompt response within a few hours. Two professionals arrived at the agreed-upon time and took care of everything without my intervention. They removed my old AC unit, installed the new one, and even cleaned up after themselves. The entire process took approximately 30 minutes, and they also took away the old AC unit, relieving me of the responsibility of disposing of it.

I had a sewer pipe that need to be fixed.  Called S&B last Thursday morning and the girl at the office said Steve is on a job and will call you by the afternoon.  I never heard back.  I called Friday morning and got their voicemail and left a message.  No call back again.  It is now Tuesday and I gave up and called another plumber.  If they couldn't do the job or didn't want the job a call back would of been professional.

After reading the positive reviews I decided to call them to have someone come do work on my home heating system.  The gentleman that picked up the phone was nice enough and scheduled one of their guys to come over the following morning between 8-9.  I received a call at 8:35 my tech never came to work and asked if they can reschedule. No problem, I agreed to between 1-3pm the same day. The time came and went , no call no show.

They might be great , but I'll never know.

Harry and co did great work upgrading our cellar half bath to a full bathroom. They handled several types of work including demo, electrical, a challenging plumbing upgrade to a nearly century old drain pipe, electrical, fireproofing, tiling and procuring/installing a custom shower partition. I've worked with a few contractors over the years and Harry had the best communication by far, keeping me in the loop for all of the important decisions. The finish work came out great and we're very happy

Premium Sewer & Drain helped me by installing a Toto S550e (washlet/bidet) on a 2 piece Toto toilet. If you've seen the YouTube videos they make this project look simple. Adonis arrived on time, asked me if I wanted him to take off his shoes, I gave him shoe covers and told him to leave them on. He worked diligently and had to take apart the toilet to install the hoses for the bidet. He tested the water flow/flush a few times to ensure there were no leaks, and also stayed with me while I fumbled through the instructions and pretty complex remote control for the bidet. After I gave him the ok, he cleaned up the area and thanked me. I was in shock because I'm the one who is thankful! He helped me with my bidet dreams ha ha! He also made a recommendation to update an older flush valve that has a longer than normal delay to fill the bowl. - we'll do this at a later time. Thank you PS&D, Adonis, you made my week!

They arrived early and ready to work. The gentleman was quick, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. He explained what was wrong in a language I could understand. He charged me a fair price. He did a great job.

Had them install new boiler They put circulator in wrong called 4 times to correct.Has left my basement without heat for 2months. Basement is finished and is my daughters bedroom .Do not  use

Have called Arch Plumbing twice now.  The first time for a major shower repair,; second time a clogged line and leaking pipes in my kitchen.  They spotted the problem(s) quickly, repaired, cleaned up (spotlessly) with extremely reasonable charge.  No recurring problems.

Got the referral from my local plumbing supply store.  Guess that was a good sign.

Skilled, Respectful and Fast! A leak that needed immediate attention was resolved in 20 minutes when a licensed plumber from Ariel Services showed up at my apartment door and fixed the problem right away.  I called them on referral from a friend and am very grateful that I did! I highly recommend them; no job is too small or too big.

Crooks. They told my super that the flooding in the apartment beneath mine was caused by the flange in my toilet being broken and needed to be replaced. I called other (and honest) plumbers who said it only needed to be replaced if there was visible flooding in my apartment and a stench (there was neither.). My insurer sounded dubious also.  When they came to do the repair they spent hours sitting on the bathroom floor doing nothing (I was being charged hourly.). I was billed $855 and of course there is still flooding downstairs.  And I took before and after pictures of the flange and there is no difference.  They will rob you blind.  Don't use them.

I called this company and it's a scam. They sent a so called repair person who didn't fix my leaking fridge he just took a blow dryer and melted ice. He came up with so many scenarios and at the end my fridge kept leaking. Their number is a Google number that changes and they told me to make a payment electronically on square space. Also promised me a 6month warranty. Obviously when I called they went MIA.!!!!!! Please do not fall for these scammers. They go by Gotham appliances or K.A.R. Check out the pictures of the repair guy he goes by the name Vicky. Now if they comment they will most likely say we don't know the guy (of course they will)....

Call these people if you want to get completely ripped off.
My tenant has called Roto Rooter because dishwasher didn't drain water, and the water was leaking.  The fix on the invoice was kitchen sink drain stopper clean.  Three trips.  Replaced the 2 Elbow waste pipe for kitchen.  For this, they have charged her $200 for parts and $732 for labor.  First, an elbow pipe cost $20 max, so that should have been $40 at most.  The job lasted an hour and 20 min, counting the time he had gone to park his car and to retrieve tools, which was treated as three trips on the invoice.  My tenant is a young woman with no knowledge of plumbing and has signed off on this without checking with me first.  When I called them, and spoke with the manager on this blatant abuse of pricing, his response was that this is their price and the tenant was willing to pay this.  Yes, I understand that they are free to quote whatever price they want to, and it was my tenant's own fault to get ripped off for not checking with other companies.  However, it is completely dishonest to take advantage of someone just because they didn't know what the going rate is for the type of service performed.  This job should not have cost more than $400 by a licensed plumber, and I'm counting higher because it is NYC.  For a similar job, I have paid $200 elsewhere.
I'm giving them 1 star because at least, the job was done correctly and the problem is solved. But Roto Rooter is never getting my business again.
