Moved into new home recently and inspection report said water temperature was at 115 degrees. Called Julian to see they could come out and resolve issue. They said they could walk me through it on phone. I am not handy at all and they were great going step by step with me sending pics at each turn of the process. Actually really simple and saved both of us a service call. Would definitely use Julian's for any future plumbing issues/services

I was very impressed with All Hours Plumbing.  I had a water disaster while I was at work.  I came home on a Friday evening to a flooded dining room and destroyed ceiling as the result of a supply line break upstairs.  I called and spoke to Brett, who came out to look at the problem on a Friday at 8:30pm knowing I was in a bind.  

He knew exactly what to do and fixed the problem quickly.  He also explained to me what had happened so I could better explain to the insurance company.  Brett also told the water disaster crew how it happened and where the floors were affected the most upstairs.  

Definitely a class act.  In addition, the price was very reasonable for a Friday night emergency.

Option One Plumbing helped me with a clogged drain in my kitchen sink and I am very happy with the service. From arranging the visit to the actual work, the whole process went very well. Daniel performed the service and was very professional and unfailingly courteous. I highly recommend Option One Plumbing.

The customer service was great and they came out the same night to look at a water heater.    I can't give them a better review because their cost was outrageous.   $2,000 to replace a water heater in the garage was twice what it should have been.   I was out of town and it was for one of my rental properties so I was in a bind.   I would suggest finding someone cheaper if you have time to shop around.

We had issues with a toilet, the less said the better.  Within hours of my phone call to Carolina Plumbing Pros, Bruce arrived.  He diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently explained both the issue and the fix.
The bill was significantly less than the in-your-face plumbing contractors that advertise and charge crazy high fees.  As a retiree on a fixed income, wow, was I happy!

Had an excellent experience with Charlotte Plumbing. They came out today, the day after Thanksgiving, and our plumber, James, was fantastic and fixed my toilet and replace the entire valve within an hour for an extremely reasonable price. Excellent service, great quality.

Chad was professional, affordable, punctual, and a pleasure to work with. He did his homework on the project prior to quoting me his rate. My project had layers to it and he communicated effectively. He offered great suggestions on follow up tasks I had surrounding the project, and those suggestions proved extremely helpful. He went above and beyond. Our hot water heater burst and Garvey's Plumbing was out the same day to assess the damage and quote a replacement. The following day they replaced my water heater in a couple of hours. The first company I called quoted me $2000.  I asked friends for recommendation and they recommended Brian Long.  I called and am so glad I did! Had a tub removed in my grandma's house she is 80 and has a hard time stepping over the tub they installed a walk in shower with grab bars for her safety they had the upmost compassion for my mom and remodeled her bathroom for her safety it took a huge worry off my mind i was so worried she would fall but thanks to abetterway for putting me at ease they also followed up a year later for a warranty issue that they took care of at no cost to me! Dustin the owner is a standup guy they have done a few jobs for my friends as well!

I had an obvious underground water leak in the front of my property. The sidewalk, that divides the the grass along my front curb from the lawn on my property was showing (leaking) water. Angelo from Pure Flow Plumbing in Cover, SC immediately diagnosed the problem. He said it most likely was the main water line that feeds into the house and that a tree root probably damaged the line. He was right. Unfortunately this line was under the concrete sidewalk. Angelo did a great job cutting a narrow path through the concrete, locating the broken section of water line and replacing that section. He then repaired the side walk by poring concrete and smoothing it out. Had it not been for rain, he would have finished the entire job in one day. It was great having an obviously experienced, knowledgeable person who was able to do both repairs. As a bonus, Angelo was also prompt, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Pure Flow!  (Al. What appeared to be an easy job after watching a YouTube video then turned into a weekend nightmare. We had to call Option One over the weekend due to a stuck cartridge in our shower handle. We couldn't run the water back into the house as we weren't sure if any parts had fallen behind the wall. Scott came out in about a 2 hour window after we called and rescued us and put our mind at ease. It was absolutely worth the extra weekend fee to have peace of mind from this company. This is the second time we've used them and we will call them back for any further plumbing needs.

I'm thinking Samuel D. may have the wrong company, as there is another NI located in Worthington? Chris Kolb of Nationwide Irrigation installed a system at my home, as well as my mother's. I wasn't even home when he and his team came to my house to do the install. I just told him what I wanted, set a temporary garage code, and he did the rest. Some of us can't be at home all day because we're out working, so this was awesome!

I actually ran across this review on Yelp! because I was looking to sign up on their website to have our irrigation systems winterized, and was going to pre-pay online. If the review is a legitimate review on the right company, I'm surprised that there aren't any specifics as to what was done incorrectly, or not to his satisfaction. The only thing he specified was the name of a competitor to use instead. Which leads me to believe that the review isn't legitimate. Usually when people complain, they will be very specific of what the business did wrong.

They don't even do any advertising; their business runs on word of mouth. My mom is one of the pickiest people, and even she complimented on the way Chris ran the water supply line through her finished basement.

Had tech out the past 2 years and paying for advantage customer service. They always find something wrong regardless of large or small. Their techs work on commissions cause its sell sell sell every time. Over priced, not trust worthy and go went with a different company that tells the truth. Everything is over priced with this company. Do not get stumped by this company and senior citizens beware.

After paying them $300 to repair a hot water heater that is only 6 years old I was still having the same issue shortly after the plumber left.  I was then told when I spoke with them that the plumber would be back the next day, a Saturday.  When he never showed I called them and they told me he didn't work that day and he could come on Monday and replace the entire unit.  I asked about the $300 in parts and labor that I already paid and they said that was paid for the work they did and not relevant to replacing the unit.  I refused and decided to look at the unit myself.  I discovered that the unit was not getting any air as the intake was covered with dust and dirt.  The plumber had said he cleaned this area out and DID NOT.  After cleaning it myself I am back up and running but still out the $300 in un-needed repairs that they performed.

Becareful this company, they overcharge you and not handle business  professionally. I had sewer emergency on 6/1/22, they came and gave me estimate $12,000. They accepted cash for $9000 but I paid similar repair $4500 year ago. It only took a little more than half day and 2 people. $9000 is way overcharged. They gave me invoice but my insurance company asking for just part of the invoice for the excavation  the detection of the leak  and  the put back for the cement not the entire invoice. I requested it more than a month ago, my insurance company requested it through email and I called them 3 times. They still didn't generate the part invoice I need as today 8/2/22. This company is not professional handled and they will scam you if you let them.
