We are having water pressure issues and I called Julian's after seeing mostly glowing reviews.

I explained our issues and what was going on, and he asked me a couple questions that I was not sure about and needed to get my husband for.  Asked him to wait a second.  So I got my husband to explain things and we heard nothing. Said hello a couple times and still heard nothing.  Hung up and redialed the number twice with no response. Also called another number he had asked me to text pictures to, with no response.

Whether he wanted to help us with or issue or not, I don't know, but I gave up and moved to another responsive company.

Nobody those it like they do simple the best, always reliable and swift to response . They had all my plumbing  issues turn into a brand new project making it look good again

My fiancé and I bought an older home 6 months ago and realized there was a baseball sized leak in some of the sewage piping leaking under the crawl space. They responded almost immediately and said they would come out that day to give a quote. Once they looked under the house, they gave tiered options so that we could pick the option that worked for us. Lundon was nice and easy to work with. He came out the next day with a partner and stayed until 8:30 pm to get the job done because the piping in the crawl space was a mess. He was prompt, easy to work with, and did everything he could to make sure we had a good experience. We will use them again!

First time using E.R. Services on one of my rental properties, and Josh from E.R. Services knocked it out of the park!!!

I was incredibly happy with Josh's analysis of the issue, walking me through the expected solution and potential outcomes and cost if Plan A or B didn't work and that I would be alerted directly if anything should escalate resulting in additional costs.

On top of what needed to be done, he went the extra way without asking to fix the little nuance things just because he was there.

I'm clearly going to directly ask for Josh going forward on any future call.  Assuming that Josh is a direct representation for the rest of E.R. Services, they are my goto plumbing company from here on out!!!

Jordan was amazing. I made a ridiculous error when scheduling during a time where having the water being turned off would have been impossible and felt so foolish. Jordan thought of a solution, fixed the problem, and installed my water heater with as little disruption as possible!  I really thought my lack of common sense was going to cause me another ice cold shower, but he fixed that. He was so easy and pleasant to have at the house that I felt 110% comfortable. I will never go anywhere else. I hope you hire Carolina Plumbing and I really hope you get Jordan as your contact. Nick is the best!! Came out, in between jobs, 45 minutes after I called and a local plumber bailed.
Helped my SO move the vanity and even gave us some nails to put the molding back.
Can not recommend this gentleman more. Seriously, we are moving to Cornelius in two weeks and he saved us not coming in to a master bath without plumbing. Will only recommend and use this guy going forward.

I just want to thank Service Pro for coming out and fixing my hot water today. I was 11 days without hot water trying to go through my warranty and the owners along with John who fixed my water heater saved the day! I highly recommend this company. Highly recommend! Quality service and the best price in town. After our hot water heater went out a week ago I started price quoting different companies and having them come look at the situation to evaluate themselves. My hot water heater being in the attic of a two story home, I started getting extra $ quoted for this that and the other as necessary or up to worst case scenario. Charlotte Plumbing did not. Staff was very upfront about pricing and possible needs without gouging me. The job ended up costing a whole $1000+ less than what I was quoted by one of the Top Guys in Charlotte!!!!!! From the beginning to the end of my experience, the quality of customer service provided by Damien, Christina, James and Justin should be the industry standard. Great job guys, and thank you!

Chad was professional, affordable, punctual, and a pleasure to work with. He did his homework on the project prior to quoting me his rate. My project had layers to it and he communicated effectively. He offered great suggestions on follow up tasks I had surrounding the project, and those suggestions proved extremely helpful. He went above and beyond. Even charging me less once he completed the work. I highly recommend!

I did not need Mr. Garvey's services as I just bought a new home,  but being unfamiliar with North Carolina's winters I thought I would ask him his opinion of how to deal with my water heater through the winter months.

He did a great job answering my questions, very friendly and appreciated his kind attitude and helping demeanor.   If I do need a plumber I would be using him based on that alone -- sometimes what a person does for you without any services in return tells you about their quality before you even need to use them.  Mr. Garvey passed that test with flying colors, and I would recommend him highly.

We had Mike Walker with Brian Long Plumbing to our home today. We had a leaking sink fixed and a new toilet and pedastal sink installed. The work, advice and professionalism was outstanding. I highly recommend this company. It is nice to have someone so pleasant and who also really puts pride in his work at the same time.

I had a real plumbing emergency upon returning from vacation. My upstairs toilet overflowed severely. Justin provided excellent customer service via the telephone. Walking me through how to shut off my water in my home and advising me that he would be to me immediately to help me get to the bottom of what was going on. He was very polite, helpful, and he educated me on what exactly transpired, very quick and efficient. I definitely would highly recommend this company. Should you experienced any plumbing emergencies highly recommended.

I had an obvious underground water leak in the front of my property. The sidewalk, that divides the the grass along my front curb from the lawn on my property was showing (leaking) water. Angelo from Pure Flow Plumbing in Cover, SC immediately diagnosed the problem. He said it most likely was the main water line that feeds into the house and that a tree root probably damaged the line. He was right. Unfortunately this line was under the concrete sidewalk. Angelo did a great job cutting a narrow path through the concrete, locating the broken section of water line and replacing that section. He then repaired the side walk by poring concrete and smoothing it out. Had it not been for rain, he would have finished the entire job in one day. It was great having an obviously experienced, knowledgeable person who was able to do both repairs. As a bonus, Angelo was also prompt, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Pure Flow!  (Al. I contacted this company because I was having water leaks from my upstairs. When they came out they indicated to investigate the problem was going to start at $249 which would be applied to the cost of my bill if chosen to perform the work. After 4 hours of investigation the tech claimed that my water leak was from old caulking around my tub. He re-caulked my tub and charged me an additional $249. He explained to me that he would remove my ceiling fan because it was damaged with water, patch the hole and replace my ceiling fan. He was also going to refer me to another company to file the repairs on my home insurance.  Come to find out recalling wasn't the problem at all because the tub started leaking again. I was left with a leaking tub and a huge hole in my ceiling from this company.

Extremely Unsatisfied. He does really bad work, but interestingly when his job is done, he says he is very satisfied with the work he has done for you. He is very arrogant also. Initially he will talk nice but once you pay him off, he will not take responsibility of any bad work he has done. Who is he to make that judgement. He boasts a lot about himself saying what he has done and what not.

Stay away from him. Instead try Sprinkler Doctor or Sweet water systems in the same price range. They will not rip you off. Well, these are the ones my friends and colleague have used and they are satisfied with the after sales service.

I will not recommend this Nationwide Irrigation to anyone.

Well, I do not want to be specific here. I have written this to help people make known decision. If i have to market, i would market one company not two. Well for your information i would recommend Rain One for that matter, but they are expensive. If you want to be in the same price range as Nationwide Irrigation, the other two are much better because their work is good and i have talked to people who have used their services.

Priority advantage member so I pay 20$ a month with these guys. Had a furnace switch break. They charged me 481$ for a 32$ part and .5 hours of work.

Canceling my membership and moving on to a different company

Update: the owner told me to email to talk to a supervisor and I did, talked to a supervisor, they were no help. Still canceling

Was told needed new ac unit but was only a $165 dollar part when I got a second opinion also was told that the freon was to low but the inside unit was never on to actually check it and when the other guy came out and checked it it was completely fine but bc they didn't have the inside unit on it wouldn't read right called and asked why they said I needed a new unit and was told that when a units so many years old they just replace rather then fix

Becareful this company, they overcharge you and not handle business  professionally. I had sewer emergency on 6/1/22, they came and gave me estimate $12,000. They accepted cash for $9000 but I paid similar repair $4500 year ago. It only took a little more than half day and 2 people. $9000 is way overcharged. They gave me invoice but my insurance company asking for just part of the invoice for the excavation  the detection of the leak  and  the put back for the cement not the entire invoice. I requested it more than a month ago, my insurance company requested it through email and I called them 3 times. They still didn't generate the part invoice I need as today 8/2/22. This company is not professional handled and they will scam you if you let them.
