I requested a quote on Yelp and Julian's was the first to respond. They gave me the best price after calling around to two other places. They give a great offer and coupon for going through Yelp.  The communication was extremely easy and I was so happy with texting to set up an appointment and work out the details.

My mother's garbage disposal was able to be repaired! Best news all day. Now the dish washer also works because the pipes are cleared up. I was so happy Julian's plumbing worked so hard to repair and not just try to sell me a new unit.

Brett was quick to respond to my initial quote request.  He quickly and professionally answered my questions and provided a very fair and reasonable quote.  Once we decided to move forward he was quick to get us on the calendar.  Johnny was the technician that came out - he was awesome.  He was on time, professional, hard working, and kept me updated throughout the job.  He also provided tips & advice on how to keep our house's overall plumbing running smoothly and efficiently.  Highly recommend these guys.  Will be sure to contact them next time I have any plumbing issues.

I thought I had a great plumber, and then I met Ted from Option One. He is awesome! And will be my new go to guy. He was professional, knowledgeable!, and not only got our clog issue fixed, but also explained what was likely causing it, which my last plumber didn't do in four visits. Ted is BY FAR the BEST plumber I have ever had the pleasure to hire (yes, hiring him was a pleasure, that's how good he is). If you need a good plumber, Ted's your guy!

No free estimates. $69 to get a simple estimate. No thanks pal. In the age of competitiveness, that's not at all competitive. I don't have to know anything else about the company. If you start by charging what should be your company trying to get more business and customers, that's a very bad start. I'm definitely going somewhere else and keeping my $69 just for you to show up to my house and NOT do anything.

I requested a quote for a broken pipe it was leaking but I did not know if it was the sprinkler or city water or sewer. The tech wanted $1200 for a patch on the city water pipe and $2600 for a new water pipe from the street to my home. I thought it was ridiculous.
My irrigation guy happened to drop by as I originally thought it was a leaky sprinkler. We had previously spoken earlier in the week. He confirmed its a leaky city of charlotte water pipe. He said I should find a 24/7 plumber and it should cost $500 or $600. He said to be careful as some plumbers will try to rip you off. I called option 1 and they provided a free quote on the spot for $640 and went to work today.

Easy and fast install of the tankless water heater.  Price was reasonable, and he helped out with our basement grinder too!  Thanks!

I just want to thank Service Pro for coming out and fixing my hot water today. My goodness!  I have had two entirely different plumbing issues in the past month.  Josh was efficient and professional.  He showed me the problem and repaired the stopped toilet at a fair price.  So when my hot water was emptying water through the drain valve I called Charlotte Plumbing again.  Richard was equally as knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it on the spot.  I am so pleased to find someone I can trust and is also fairly priced.
Would I hire them again??  I hope I don't have to for a long time BUT YES, I did and I will.  Thank you Charlotte Plumbing

Chad was great! It's so hard to find people who know what they're doing and who actually communicate. Chad was in touch regularly about our job. He showed up on time. Did excellent work. And was just generally a pleasure. There is a good reason he has Professional in the name of his business.

I did not need Mr. Garvey's services as I just bought a new home,  but being unfamiliar with North Carolina's winters I thought I would ask him his opinion of how to deal with my water heater through the winter months.

He did a great job answering my questions, very friendly and appreciated his kind attitude and helping demeanor.   If I do need a plumber I would be using him based on that alone -- sometimes what a person does for you without any services in return tells you about their quality before you even need to use them.  Mr. Garvey passed that test with flying colors, and I would recommend him highly.

I called Brian Long Plumbing for a plumbing problem with my toilet. Best call I made! My toilet tank had cracked and I needed a new installation. This company is a hidden gem! I had made a dozen calls, starting with the most highly rated. None could help. Brian is extremely busy but squeezed me in for a 24 hour turnaround time. Extremely knowledgeable and honest to a fault. He has been in business for a decade. He was able to uninstall and install a new toilet in under 90 minutes, was the most reasonably priced and takes extreme pride in his work. I would absolutely recommend Brian to anyone needing a plumber and he will be my first call if ever needed again.

Had a tub removed in my grandma's house she is 80 and has a hard time stepping over the tub they installed a walk in shower with grab bars for her safety they had the upmost compassion for my mom and remodeled her bathroom for her safety it took a huge worry off my mind i was so worried she would fall but thanks to abetterway for putting me at ease they also followed up a year later for a warranty issue that they took care of at no cost to me! Dustin the owner is a standup guy they have done a few jobs for my friends as well!

It was my first time using Pure Flow plumbing. After calling 12 other companies for an emergency repair they were the only ones to come right out. The guys Taylor Bridges and Corey  that came out to do the repairs were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They cleaned up after themselves when the work was done, and even went the extra mile of pressure washing the road from where mud  had ran off from where they had to dig a pipe up before they left. Highly recommend them if your in a pinch and want it fixed ASAP

Quick turnaround service. Had a slow drain that needed some help. Scott snaked the drain bust also quickly recognized our home's cast iron piping could be root of bigger issues. Scott was thorough and walked through options regarding cast iron pipe replacement. Appreciated his expertise and professionalism.

Using WyattWorks was truly an amazing experience. From the moment I called them to set up an appointment, they were extremely responsive and professional. I received appointment reminders, updates and even a text that morning letting me know the plumber was on his way with a picture and bio! The plumber (Jeremy) was so kind and professional and constantly kept me informed with all the steps he was going to take to repair the issues.

I'm thinking Samuel D. may have the wrong company, as there is another NI located in Worthington? Chris Kolb of Nationwide Irrigation installed a system at my home, as well as my mother's. I wasn't even home when he and his team came to my house to do the install. I just told him what I wanted, set a temporary garage code, and he did the rest. Some of us can't be at home all day because we're out working, so this was awesome!

I actually ran across this review on Yelp! because I was looking to sign up on their website to have our irrigation systems winterized, and was going to pre-pay online. If the review is a legitimate review on the right company, I'm surprised that there aren't any specifics as to what was done incorrectly, or not to his satisfaction. The only thing he specified was the name of a competitor to use instead. Which leads me to believe that the review isn't legitimate. Usually when people complain, they will be very specific of what the business did wrong.

They don't even do any advertising; their business runs on word of mouth. My mom is one of the pickiest people, and even she complimented on the way Chris ran the water supply line through her finished basement.

It appears with Morris Jenkins sales is obviously a huge part of the technicians job.  I say this because they're always pushing repairs on the customer.  I bought into their game at first, but every trip to my home equaled a repair.  After leaving Morris Jenkins my new Hvac company never finds anything wrong with my system.  So don't fall for this company's garbage.  But it all makes sense though.  Somebody has to pay for their goofy commercials.  Also, they'll video your system exposing the problem they're claiming is wrong.  Now that I look back at it, I wonder if what I was shown was even my home.  I just have very little trust for Morris Jenkins.  Save your money and go with someone else!

Awful experience!! The technician did not provide an estimate for replacing a fill valve in my guest bathroom. He went ahead and put one in the toilet while I was talking with a customer on the phone. He did not give me an estimate and I did not authorize that price. He charged me $145.00 for labor plus a $65.00 service fee for 10 minutes of work. Then he put owner supplied materials and no warranty on the receipt. I never gave him a fill valve!! I called the company and spoke with Debbie. She was argumentative, disrespectful and did not listen to what I had to say!! They're the worst!!

I felt that the technician was more interested in upselling instead of listening and diagnosing problem.  We had a clog/blockage in drainage piping under house that was causing backup of septic into house (we believe due to construction materials getting into drain from remodel we had just had done in bathroom). We were wanting likes snakes/scoped to make sure clog was resolved and no further issues.  Technician tried to convince us that we needed to repipe drainage pipe for whole house which was not wanted or needed.  We had lived in house three plus years and no issues prior to bathroom remodel.
