Rob from Crossman Sewer & Drain Cleaning was the first one to respond about our situation at our new house. He was available to come the next day and get our drain cleaned out. He is also going to come back a week later to run a camera down the drain to get a plan together to tackle our root situation in our drain pipes. Reasonably priced and texted before arriving. I hired Gunther Plumbing to bring in a gas line to our kitchen. Scheduling my appointment was super easy. Travis is quick to respond to text messages! When Travis and Mike showed up to our house (RIGHT ON TIME!), they discovered that the job would be slightly more difficult than planned, but forged ahead nonetheless! They were very polite, maintained physical distancing AND the final cost came in less than the estimate! I will definitely use them for future work!

Buyer beware.  The office quoted $1,150.00 to replace a 40 gallon water heater over the phone.  When technicians arrived, they identified the water heater as a 50 gallon model instead of a 40 gallon.

One of the technicians stated that it would be in our favor because the 50 gallon tanks were less expensive than the 40 gallon.  Price would be around $1,300.00.

After they completed the installation, it was denied the conversation took place, thus resulting in a charge of $1,647.59.

Will not be requiring their services in the future.

Was here to clean the main drain. It worked for a couple of days then it did the exact same thing again. They were suppose to send out a camera to look at my drain and never did till I called them out here the 2nd time and when they left this time the whole drain was worse then it was when they started. They didn't like it when I told them I would not hire them to dig up my back yard and replace my main drain. I don't care what I have to do I will never call this company again.

It was Saturday morning at 8am and when I turned the water on nothing came out.  I did some basic checks and found the pressure switch engaged.  Tripped it and the pump just let out a short hum.  I knew the well pump had gone bad.  I did a on line search and called a few companies and got voice mail.  Eaton was the first to call back and by noon the same day we had a new pump and water again.  The service experience was great and all my questions were answered to my satisfaction.

workers are un-reliable. they dont care about their customers! been dealing with them for 6 weeks now. they make appointments and dont come through. they told me 3 weeks ago, my salon would be done. we have ran into 2 architectual problems which they blamed for taking time but both issues were resolved with the architect in less than 12 hours. he would send us the blueprint and we'd send it over to the plumbers right away. also, talking to Herb is like talking to a wall. Riley was my plumber, reminds me of some kind of addict, he always has a lame, crazy excuse as to why he cant come to finish the job. they also threatened to pull my plumbing permit if i went forward with legal actions....
