Rob from Crossman Sewer & Drain Cleaning was the first one to respond about our situation at our new house. He was available to come the next day and get our drain cleaned out. He is also going to come back a week later to run a camera down the drain to get a plan together to tackle our root situation in our drain pipes. Reasonably priced and texted before arriving. Gunther Plumbing was the company dispatched to my house by my home warranty company, so I wasn't sure what to expect.

Mike arrived at my home towards the earlier part of our time window. He was polite, knowledgeable and efficient! He did a fantastic job and made sure that all of our issues were addressed. We will definitely go with Gunther in the future when needed.

i'd like to give this company 5 stars, but they charged me for them having to go to a big box store for an extra part in order to install my new dishwasher properly.   A whole hour!  Because of this; i can only give a half-hearted recommendation for hiring them.   When i asked about not including this hour in the charges, one of the installers looked at me like i had two heads or something.   I guess everyone is hard up for money, but this was not fair to me especially being a retiree.   But, i will say that my dishwasher is running nicely and smoothly after they installed it.

I really didn't want to give them the one star but it was required. The plumber finally got here just before 4 PM. When I called for the appointment yesterday I told them that it was the kitchen sink and NOT the main line that needed snaked. They assured me that the $89 coupon WAS for snaking that drain!  They recorded the call and we went over this several times before I set the appointment in the 8 AM - Noon window. I also asked if they could note that I request as early as possible because I had an event please. Well, when he got here he told me the coupon was ONLY for the main line and not the kitchen sink... This work would START at $350 and go upwards from there because I used Liquid Plumber. I am royally pissed. This company is ARS Rescue Rooter in Columbus, Ohio. I guess they are aptly named because they were a pain in my ars. They not only wasted 8 hours of my day waiting (missing my event), lied to me, and bait & switched on the price. I DO NOT recommend them if you need a plumber!

It was Saturday morning at 8am and when I turned the water on nothing came out.  I did some basic checks and found the pressure switch engaged.  Tripped it and the pump just let out a short hum.  I knew the well pump had gone bad.  I did a on line search and called a few companies and got voice mail.  Eaton was the first to call back and by noon the same day we had a new pump and water again.  The service experience was great and all my questions were answered to my satisfaction.

Our landlord contacted this company to come out to fix our clogged toilet.

Pleas ask for Nick Colegrove- he is the BEST plumber I have ever dealt with. So professional, informative and quick!!! After fixing the clogged toilet he then looked around the tank and realized that the inside parts were in the wrong place. He fixed that too for us!!! I would definitely call and use this company again!!! Good rates and fast service too.
