I have been working with Wes (my installer/rep for Eastway Supplies) for many, many years and he has done more custom glass installations for me than I can literally count.  
He has installed everything from simple shower glass panes, full enclosures with doors, extensive hardware, custom glass handrails, glass fireplace mantles etc...
He has even installed a glass floor in my personal home! (Yes I said it, glass floor.. Awesome!)

Rob from Crossman Sewer & Drain Cleaning was the first one to respond about our situation at our new house. He was available to come the next day and get our drain cleaned out. He is also going to come back a week later to run a camera down the drain to get a plan together to tackle our root situation in our drain pipes. Reasonably priced and texted before arriving. To make it better, always good to support local business!

I am so happy that I chose Sali Plumbing & Mechanical to diagnosis and fix our ceiling leak.   I am a P & C Licensed Insurance Agent and deal primarily with Customer Service and Claims.     James, the technician, was very
friendly and thorough in finding the leak and fixing it.  We are very grateful for the care he took  and the accuracy of his diagnosis.    I would highly recommend this company and will definitely call them again in the future.

This plumber was recommended by my realtor.  I am not happy with the water pressure in my new condo.  Called these guys to check it.  He told me the psi was 45 (ideal would be 60), but there was nothing he could do to increase it.  He charged me $84 to tell me this.  NOT happy!  Way too much $ to check Psi and leave.

i'd like to give this company 5 stars, but they charged me for them having to go to a big box store for an extra part in order to install my new dishwasher properly.   A whole hour!  Because of this; i can only give a half-hearted recommendation for hiring them.   When i asked about not including this hour in the charges, one of the installers looked at me like i had two heads or something.   I guess everyone is hard up for money, but this was not fair to me especially being a retiree.   But, i will say that my dishwasher is running nicely and smoothly after they installed it.

This company is TRASH!  I called to have someone come look at my hot water heater that is leaking.  Have had it for 16 years.  We are aware it probably has to be replaced.  Spoke with someone on Thursday evening,  someone came out on Friday (late but it was communicated).  Scheduled service for install on Saturday (TODAY) between 12 p.m. and 2 p.m.  Well that time came and went with no communication what so ever.  No text, no phone call, NOTHING!  So I call ARS not once, not twice, but 3 TIMES.  Got a different rep each time.  The first and last person were nice.  The 2nd person which was a male was VERY RUDE!  Unnecessary rude at that, sir if I'm having an issue and it's not your probem fine but don't be a complete mean person about it.  YOU are in customer service if you don't like your job FIND A NEW ONE!  So each rep stated they were reaching out to a manager.  So this manager has 3 messages to call or communicate in some way NOTHING.  Well since you all are completely DISRESPECTFUL of my time and do not have COMMON DECENCY to at least reach out I've CANCELLED my order and WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!  THANK GOD FOR ROTO ROOTER!!  They came out within 30 minutes of my online inquiry TODAY and replaced my hot water heater TODAY!!  You all should work on your approach to handling business because you are HORRIBLE!!!

REVIEW UPDATE: Monday July 11, 2022 Jason reaches out to investigate what happened with my service.   Come to find out a few things weren't done to ensure my order was completed appropriately.   People didn't show up to work, etc.  I appreciate Jason for his interest in making this right.  Jason also compensated me for the frustration.   Jason gets a 5-Star as he was a great person to speak with regarding my experience with this company.   I will at least consider utilizing this company in the future.  Thank you Jason for your professionalism, kindness, and care.  You are a gem.

It was Saturday morning at 8am and when I turned the water on nothing came out.  I did some basic checks and found the pressure switch engaged.  Tripped it and the pump just let out a short hum.  I knew the well pump had gone bad.  I did a on line search and called a few companies and got voice mail.  Eaton was the first to call back and by noon the same day we had a new pump and water again.  The service experience was great and all my questions were answered to my satisfaction.

So, I have normally used EcoPlumbers for all of my plumbing needs.  They came out and snaked my kitchen sink a few months ago, no problem.  So, the same problem arose again, Thanksgiving weekend.  Mon am I called Eco, and they came out to my house on Tues.  Alex H came out, took one look under the sink, told me he couldn't fix it, and proceeded to write me a 1200 estimate to fix the clog and replace pipes (granted, they are old, but still working).  1200??  WOW.  So, I contacted Mica with Five Star, told him of my situation, and he came out the very next day to take a look.  15 minutes later my sink clog was cleared, no problem!  EcoPlumbers has permanently lost my business, and all my calls will go to Five Star from here on out.  Thanks Mica, you did a fantastic job!  When I AM ready to replace those pipes!
