we had  water leaks under the house and in a wall, other company i had used for 15 yrs  said it would take 2 days or more to fix. Adam Skiscim did all the work in 31/2 hrs, he never stop moving and kept us informed  about the jobs the whole time. I would recommend him highly and will be using him again .

Jim at Lowery Brothers Plumbing responded quickly and helped us with a disconnect, repipe, and reconnect around a new kitchen countertop installation. He was professional, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and tidy. He thoughtfully accommodated scheduling around countertop installation. We will definitely consider working with this company for future jobs.

This company was a no-show TWICE for scheduled appointments....not even a courtesy call to explain why.  I called and complained on business voicemail....no one even bothered to call me back.  I called again and office lady assured me plumber would call....never happened.  Steer clear, folks.

I used Micheal twice after reading a good review of him in the HOA journal.
The good:
- he answered his phone and he called back promptly when I left a message
- Both times he came on time
- He promptly fixed the two issues (leaking gas pipe, 130 degree temperature in the attic that day) and a leaking water pipe in my crawl space
- He cleaned up

The bad:
- I felt like I was taking advantage of him, because he charged me too little.

In the middle of the Coronavirus Pandemic, while social distancing and staying at home, our well water system simply quit.

I called Thompson Plumbing at three in the afternoon and explained our situation to Jessica. She told me she would see what could be done immediately and promised a call back.  In no time she called back and said Russ was on his way and would be at our home in fifteen minutes. Russ arrived, determined the pump had failed and called his teammate Wes to come to assist. Wes arrived shortly and together the two pulled our well pump from 375 feet down!

Not only was the diagnosis correct but these professionals had the correct replacement pump and replacement wire ON THE TRUCK!

The new pump was installed, the well sanitized and tested, the old pump and wire put away and they were GONE by 6PM.

What an experience, what a team and what performance! It's rare to find people that say what they do and do what they say. Thompson Plumbing and Pump Service are GREAT.

Beside all this, their price was fair and reasonable. From now on I won't call anyone else!

Honest, reliable, and reasonable.  And as if that isn't enough...I called in a panic because the water heater in my rental property (located in attic) was leaking through ceiling according to tenant.  I called and they immediately cleared a space in their schedule to come out.  They were at my rental property within an hour.  We will only use Spencer's Plumbing!

I can't stress enough how glad I am that I called Terry's plumbing. Matt Mertz Quoted me $250/hr for a clogged main. Terry's was only $89 total and came out the very next morning. If you have someone quoting you thousands for an extensive job, I would definitely give these guys a call for a quick second opinion.

We had a TERRIBLE experience with this company.  We were charged $295 for less than half an hour of work to snake a line when we were having a backup into our house. The receipt stated that the work is covered by a 60 day guaranty.  A little over a month later we had the exact same issue.  We called the company back and told them it should be covered under a 60 day warranty. They agreed and came back out. However, after they had snaked the line again (once again less than half an hour of work) they handed my husband a bill for $275. My husband explained that we shouldn't be receiving a bill as they were performing work under a warranty.  The man (Joe) then told him that he had performed additional work that was not covered by the warranty when he put a camera in the line to determine what the problem was. We informed the company that we would not be paying the second bill as 1) it was our understanding there would be no charge for the second service call, 2) if any work outside the scope or the warranty was going to be performed, they should have notified us, and 3) the actual problem was never fixed. Our communication from the company has been extremely hostile and threatening.  At this point, we will likely be taking them to court.  Worst experience EVER with a service provider and would give them zero stars if I could. Do not use this company.

I was in a bind.  2 days till Christmas and family coming In from out of town to stay several days. And my sewer system started acting up.  I searched online for plumbers that service our area.  I went down the list and everyone was either booked or not coming out because it was too close to the holiday and they didn't want to get into something that could take them awhile to fix (because on the phone I had to tell them that I had no idea what the problem was).  When I reached Superior Plumbing the lady that answered was so nice and was sympathetic to my issue.   She said she would try to get someone out there today to look at it but couldn't guarantee that they would be able to fix it today.   That sounded reasonable to me.  About 2 hours later the owner (Ray) showed up and within two hours had my problem fixed.   I will WITHOUT A DOUBT use these guys again for ANY plumbing issue I may encounter. I wish there were more than 5 stars.  I'd give them double that.

We had a number of plumbing items to attend to prior to selling our home and we called Transou to do the work. Due to the number of items, some small and some larger, the job would take two days. There were two pairs of guys, one pair each day, and I have to say they were all amazing! Very professional, on time, polite, and very kind. And the work was spot-on. The office staff was excellent as well. I'll be using the same company for some septic tank work later this week and I have no doubt that this company could make even septic tank work pleasant for the homeowner. Thanks so much, guys!

After scheduling an appt last week that was cancelled same day, I tried again. Today the technicians showed up for a few electrical issues and when they couldn't quick fix them (they tried for about 5 mins) , they said their manager needed them to install a generator for someone else so they had to leave. When I asked when they could come back he said they were really busy and it could be weeks and suggested I call another company. And then he wanted $111 for the gas/trip fee.  WHAT?!?!

I asked to be placed BACK on their schedule and if/when they show back up and fix the problems, I'll happily update this review (and pay them the one time $111 gas/trip fee).

I don't know about the degree of work these folks do... They never showed up. They were supposed to come out one day, they called me as requested and confirmed the time... that time came and went, an hour later I called to see what happened. He said he was about to call me and could we reschedule for the next day. I said sure and he confirmed time and date. He never showed up and never called.
Don't waste your time... call someone else that will actually show up to the job.

$875.00 for a 2 hour job unclogging a drain pipe. Really? If a  person promotes themselves as a Christian that is a moral and fair minded person, as Randy Scribner did to me, they are not. Learn from my expensive mistake and move on to another service provider. Buyer beware. Dave Cope, Stanley, NC
