Good luck finding a more honest and reliable plumber. I've used Winn's twice now. The first time I was so impressed with his work that I kept his number not knowing when I might need a plumber again. 2 years later now, when my water heater went out this week, I knew exactly who to call for quality work. Adam came when he said he would and replaced our water heater the next day.

Finding reliable and honest companies is not easy so when you find one, you hold onto their number.

Customer service was PHENOMENAL!! Reached out Monday evening and resolved my problem within 24 hours. Arrived on time. Had to reach out a second time to have dishwasher install and they came out the same day. I've have already done business with them twice and will continue to work with them. Prices are very reasonable.

Had a main water line break and called 4 plumbers at 8 am.  Jim called me promptly, made appointment for 10 am.   I already dug a small hole in the yard where the water surfaced.  He  dug deeper and wider,  and found the broken pipe which had a broken slip connection.  He fixed the pipe which was 8-10 inches under the concrete driveway, and my wife asked him about our nine year old hot water heater(not getting very hot).
He Diagnosed  the heating element as faulty and fixed that also.    Highly recommend Jim-excellent contractor.  I have neighbors who have had water line problems, and many companies would remove a lot of driveway to fix a problem like I had.  Yes, I got lucky, but Jim made that luck happen.  Highly recommend Jim Meyers Plumbing!

Highly recommend using Thompson. Their phone operator Jessica was very understanding and they were able to get into my house to fix a major gas hot water heater problem within a day. Their price was reasonable and fair.  Scott and Jake did the work at my house and went above and beyond. I had 3 got water heaters in my basement. The old broken one, a new but incorrect one and the one they installed. They took with them the old broken one and helped me move the new but incorrect one into the garage.

This is a local company you can trust to take their time and do good work.

Spencer came out to quote repiping my home. I agreed to the price as he was about $300 cheaper than another vendor and he said they would start in 2 to 3 weeks. It is now 2 months later (not exaggerating) and haven't heard from him. I've called numerous times. The woman who answers their phone might be the most rude and unprofessional front office person I've ever spoken with. They may do okay work, but I'll never know. Terrible customer service and overall experience, so have no choice but to give this review to help others who are searching for plumbing companies.

I hired Terry to fix an issue with the main sewer line, he dug it up, said he couldn't fix it, the city will have to fix it.  He still charged me for it.  Being in the business he is in HE KNEW BEFORE HE STARTED THAT HE COULD NOT FIX IT. All I needed was an extension on the cleanout and had I known he could not fix it I would not have hired him.  I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TERRY'S PLUMBING

We had a TERRIBLE experience with this company.  We were charged $295 for less than half an hour of work to snake a line when we were having a backup into our house. The receipt stated that the work is covered by a 60 day guaranty.  A little over a month later we had the exact same issue.  We called the company back and told them it should be covered under a 60 day warranty. They agreed and came back out. However, after they had snaked the line again (once again less than half an hour of work) they handed my husband a bill for $275. My husband explained that we shouldn't be receiving a bill as they were performing work under a warranty.  The man (Joe) then told him that he had performed additional work that was not covered by the warranty when he put a camera in the line to determine what the problem was. We informed the company that we would not be paying the second bill as 1) it was our understanding there would be no charge for the second service call, 2) if any work outside the scope or the warranty was going to be performed, they should have notified us, and 3) the actual problem was never fixed. Our communication from the company has been extremely hostile and threatening.  At this point, we will likely be taking them to court.  Worst experience EVER with a service provider and would give them zero stars if I could. Do not use this company.

Had a leak in my house, called the answering service.  Call was returned and plumber said he would be at my house the next afternoon.  Never showed up, never called to say he wasn't coming.  Stayed in my house waiting from 12 noon until 7:30 pm.  He is now fired!

I had Transou's Rooter & Plumbing out yesterday. I had the main sewer line cleaned out. There were roots blocking the pipe to the city side. The office manager, Meghan, was very professional and helpful on the phone. The men that came out, Tristan and Tim, were nice and did a great job. I've had this done before by Rotor Rooter, 5 yrs ago, and they charged me 4X as much as Transou. Not only did these guys complete the job but Tristan called the city and made an appointment for them to come out and check their side of the line for me. Talk about WOW!!!
They had a $98 coupon that I was able to use for main line work or use my name for $25 off other services.

After scheduling an appt last week that was cancelled same day, I tried again. Today the technicians showed up for a few electrical issues and when they couldn't quick fix them (they tried for about 5 mins) , they said their manager needed them to install a generator for someone else so they had to leave. When I asked when they could come back he said they were really busy and it could be weeks and suggested I call another company. And then he wanted $111 for the gas/trip fee.  WHAT?!?!

I asked to be placed BACK on their schedule and if/when they show back up and fix the problems, I'll happily update this review (and pay them the one time $111 gas/trip fee).

I don't know about the degree of work these folks do... They never showed up. They were supposed to come out one day, they called me as requested and confirmed the time... that time came and went, an hour later I called to see what happened. He said he was about to call me and could we reschedule for the next day. I said sure and he confirmed time and date. He never showed up and never called.
Don't waste your time... call someone else that will actually show up to the job.

$875.00 for a 2 hour job unclogging a drain pipe. Really? If a  person promotes themselves as a Christian that is a moral and fair minded person, as Randy Scribner did to me, they are not. Learn from my expensive mistake and move on to another service provider. Buyer beware. Dave Cope, Stanley, NC
