I had a busted water line behind my refrigerator on Christmas Day. I called my warranty company and they said it would be a couple of days before they could find someone. Then after 48 hours, they found a plumber, but said that person wouldn't be out for another few days. The Home Warranty company finally let me choose my own plumber. I called Cain's Able Plumbing. I let them know that I had been without water water due to the leak and they came out that day. The plumber, JT was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Also this company is very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

We had a major plumbing problem Super Bowl Sunday at 6:20! We had water flying out of our sewer line in the basement and coming through our shower floor. I had several phone calls out to our builder, plumbers I have used before, and random names I had Googled. We had water heater and gas pipe banging issues, and Harvey came on-time, assessed the situation, repaired for a reasonable price immediately, made a few recommendations for future maintenance, and then to top it all off, he came back the next day to discover and repair the source of a nagging pinging sound (gas pipes).  Great job, Harvey! Very impressive!! I was very impressed with this service. They have technicians that work 24 hours a day. This plumber actually showed up!! I called several plumbers before and everyone said they was coming but they never showed and never called to say that they were not coming. This company was here when they were supposed to here and gave a courtesy call when the technician was on his way.

I can't say enough about this company.  I called them Monday morning and they were at my house within an hour that same day.  They cleared my laundry drain quickly and tested it a few times before leaving.  Their price was less than half of the quote I received from a competitor.  I will most definitely be using them again.  In addition, my son said the gentleman that came out was a super nice guy.  Very satisfied customer.  Thank you Pay Less!

I had granite countertops installed by Carolina Granite and unbeknownst to me, they do not reconnect the plumbing so I contacted 3 Way Plumbing since they had been to my home from a home warranty issue I had and I was satisfied with the work they completed. I only needed a faucet installed and the plumbing reconnected (dishwasher, garbage disposal and PVC pipes for sink). The PVC pipes were practically brand new since the garbage disposal was replaced last December. I was charged $757 for this work and feel this is highway robbery. I didn't ask for the pipes to be replaced which they were and it took less than an hour and a half to complete the job. My advice after this expensive experience is to hire an independent plumber who doesn't pass their overhead onto the customer as you'll be paying for their high tech work vans and advertising costs.

Had a clogged drain the kitchen that kept us from using the sink, disposal, and dish washer. Called on Tuesday at 1:35. They didn't think they could make it on Tuesday (they would try), so they put me on the schedule for Wednesday. I got a text at 8:38 a.m. that I was on the schedule. At 2:47, I get a text that they can't come on Wednesday after all (plumbing emergency, which I understand). They put me on the schedule for Thursday. Got a call at 3:43 that they couldn't come Thursday. They wanted to reschedule for next Wednesday (with a maybe) or a definite time on Thursday of 8 a.m. They did offer me $100 which I declined and let them know that I would need to get the work done elsewhere.

They might be the best plumbers in Greensboro, but I would be wary if they can't give you a time for the appointment.

I found I had a leak in my crawl space and in under 1 sink and I needed a repair of the faucet at another sink. Paul called 30 mins before arrival and was on time. He came in and had to replace some pipe un crawlspace, fix leak and faucet upstairs. He put on protective shoe covers while in and out. He made all the repairs in a timely manner. I appreciated that he took pics of problems and them pic p repair. He gave me a quote before work was done. He pointed out my pipes were old and this would cause corrosion and rust and would cause issues in the future. He is to send me a quote for further work in the future. Paul was knowledgeable, honest and kind and a great worker. I have already referred Paul and this company to another relative. Thank you so much.
