Consultation and guidance go a long way toward making the best decision for my family. I learned a lot from them and got all my needs taken care of. So glad for their full-service and quick solutions. I have a child with special needs and made some extraordinary requests -- Brandon met every challenge with his expertise. I truly am happy, even after paying for new plumbing throughout my home and the tankless water heater and carbon filter. The ability to enjoy my home worry-free is worth all the pennies!

We called Cain's a few months ago to re-pitch the sewage line in our crawl space so that our chronically backed up toilet would function properly. They were quick to respond, completed the work in FAR less time than I expected and came in a couple hundred $ less than a large name plumbing company. We called Cain's because we suspected that other company was trying to gauge us saying it would cost $1,000. We were so glad to get a second estimate . It cost around $600 with Cain's.

Now to today, we had our disposal clog after hours Tuesday night and also noticed that the sink was leaking when it was filled with the backed up water from the disposal. They weren't able to make it out Wednesday and we were fine with that. Ours wasn't an emergency. Yes it was plugged up and inconvenient but we understood that there were more urgent jobs than ours. We scooped the water out of the sink and put a bucket under it and were fine.

Before they arrived, we realized that there was a loose hot water handle on our bathroom spigot and that the tub was draining slowly. I know plumbers must roll their eyes that one request turns into multiple issues by the time they get there but since we have to pay the expense, we might as well get it all fixed rather than pay for another visit.

Cain's guys were awesome about the extra requests. No attitude, no acting like it was a problem. They were totally professional.  Their plumber and another plumber in training came out Thursday around 11:45 and were gone by 1pm. In just over an hour they
- cleared the jam in the disposal
- had to replumb under that sink to fix the leak
-cleared the hair out of the slow draining tub (I blame my husband)
- tightened a hot water handle
- secured a tub handle

All in just over an hour and it cost around $211. Absolutely reasonable and their guys are great. It's such a relief to have a company that we can call in a pinch.

And they came in wearing masks without us having to ask. I am an immune suppressed person and was stressed that it would be awkward if I had to ask them to wear a mask but they were already masked when they arrived. THANKS GUYS!!!

My bathtub won't stop running water. Murad came on time and he fixed everything as desired. Now everything is working well. I would call him again if I encounter any issue in the future

Awesome.  Ken gave me a quote to replace a couple of traps and repair a leaking faucet in my old West Hartford house.  His quote was very reasonable and I had been given his name as a referral so I hired him for the job.  He was easy to schedule, showed up early (after calling to make sure it was OK), and came in with a final bill significantly lower than his already reasonable initial quote!  Ken is an honest, hardworking local businessman and I'd highly recommend you give him a call if you are shopping for plumbers.

I was away in NY and my wife called and said we had a leak in our wall. I had Chris come over to install a garbage disposal today.   He brought an associate as well.  Together, both were professional, clean, worked swiftly and most importantly, made sure we were happy with the completion.  From a personal experience, I would recommend him/associate for those seeking service.

Called and spoke to Brittany. She was knowledgeable and quickly got me a quote in reference to my leaky spigot handle. Her technician saw the quick video of the issue and he came to my house within 30 mins and fixed it, free of charge!  He literally was like a water works ninja. I didn't even see him come by! Amen plumbing really went above and beyond and they didn't even know me. They will be my go to plumbers from now on! Top notch service.

I had an issue with water pressure coming into a new house. Based on Yelp reviews I called Brian Bearden. I told him I took the day off to have additional work done on my house and despite the fact he was booked up he called a few hours later and was able to come by. He worked on the issue and connected a vanity as well. Brian was very polite and he didn't try to sell anything I didn't need and his fee was very reasonable. Nice to have a plumber in the area that you can trust. I can definitely recommend Brian without any reservations at all.

They did the job well, plain and simple. Drain was clogged Saturday night so I went online and requested service for the 9-11 window on Sunday. Got immediate email confirmation, a phone call at 8 am Sunday with an approximate arrival time. Ed showed up at 9:30 and was a consummate professional. Explained what he was doing, gave great pointers on how to prevent future clogs and left no mess behind. I would definitely call Ed back to do other plumbing work in my house. We had been having an ongoing issue with a slow and stopped up drain in one of our downstairs bathroom sinks. No matter how much liquid plumber I pour down the drain, the issue would persist! Decided to call in a plumber and was given 3-Way Plumbing as a recommendation from a neighbor. I called late (after hours) on a Saturday and expected to not hear anything until Monday. But on Sunday I received a call from a nice lady that helped me set up an appointment for the next day. They arrived within the 2 hour window I was given, diagnosed and fixed (snaked the drain) the blockage, and all at a price I was happy to pay. I hope I don't have to, but I will definitely use them again for any future plumbing needs.

Plus, their customer service is worlds above other companies that I've dealt with. I even got a card congratulating me on the birth of my child.

I found I had a leak in my crawl space and in under 1 sink and I needed a repair of the faucet at another sink. Paul called 30 mins before arrival and was on time. He came in and had to replace some pipe un crawlspace, fix leak and faucet upstairs. He put on protective shoe covers while in and out. He made all the repairs in a timely manner. I appreciated that he took pics of problems and them pic p repair. He gave me a quote before work was done. He pointed out my pipes were old and this would cause corrosion and rust and would cause issues in the future. He is to send me a quote for further work in the future. Paul was knowledgeable, honest and kind and a great worker. I have already referred Paul and this company to another relative. Thank you so much.
