Professional and on time. We asked Providence to see if we had any pipe leaks above our master bedroom ceiling which has had constant water stains. It wound up being the roof not the pipes. We appreciate the professionalism and honesty. Will definitely work with them again.

Awesome.  Ken gave me a quote to replace a couple of traps and repair a leaking faucet in my old West Hartford house.  His quote was very reasonable and I had been given his name as a referral so I hired him for the job.  He was easy to schedule, showed up early (after calling to make sure it was OK), and came in with a final bill significantly lower than his already reasonable initial quote!  Ken is an honest, hardworking local businessman and I'd highly recommend you give him a call if you are shopping for plumbers.

I called Riverview Plumbing this morning after water was pouring out of hot water heater yesterday. I sent pictures of the water heater to them and they gave a very reasonable quote. They were busy until next week but worked me in today. Scott was very nice and knowledgeable and had an apprentice with him to learn the trade which I find very commendable. He brought my water heater pipes up to code and learned a great deal about how important it is as a homeowner to flush the water heater yearly as I am on well water. Thank you for the the honest and trustworthy work and for the education during the installation!! I am going to recommend you to everyone I know!!

Chris was able to remove and reinstall a  new garage disposal for my property. I was very pleased with his service. He was kind enough to explain what was going on and the cause of the issue. I had a very good experience with All About the Pipes Plumbing! We had 2 outdoor spigots that were leaking, and I could not figure out the problem. I contacted them to see what the issue was, and what needed to be done to fix it. The appointment process was easy, and the servicemen were prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. They diagnosed the issue and repaired it in about 20 minutes! I was extremely pleased with the service, and will keep them as my go-to plumbers. I highly recommend them!

Harvey was recommended to us by a trusted source, and we are so glad that we called him. We had water heater and gas pipe banging issues, and Harvey came on-time, assessed the situation, repaired for a reasonable price immediately, made a few recommendations for future maintenance, and then to top it all off, he came back the next day to discover and repair the source of a nagging pinging sound (gas pipes).  Great job, Harvey! Woke up this morn and realized water was running somewhere, with that somewhere being in my crawl space. Called up roto rooter, which I've used a couple times before. They were able to give me an early time slot, before 11am, but the tech wasn't able to come out till around 1. Not that big of a deal and really glad they do call and update the status regularly.

Tech got here and it was the same guy that worked on my sink a few months back. Good guy and got to work right away with figuring out the problem. It was in my crawl space which isn't the most fun place to get to but he went straight to it.

After diagnosing, he gave me the estimate, then when I gave the go ahead he got the needed parts and was done within a couple hours. What I really like is that not only did he fix the issue, but also explained everything to me about what happened and why it happened. Also told me some other things regarding my plumbing with no pressure to do anything, just more of a heads up on certain issues.

So in all, while may be a tad bit on the pricey side, the service is really good with the tech I used and customer service is always nice and available. I'd def recommend them, at least for a free estimate.

Thanks to Pay Less Plumbing for prompt service and reasonable prices.  Their service professionals were pleasant and efficient.  They are now our go-to plumbers!

My girlfriend called these guys and the people are polite, capable and courteous, but their pricing for a simple sink drain cleanout is insane.  $89 for a trip charge (not credited into the job) + $473 to snake the drain for a pre tax total of $562; with tax a total of  $602.75. This job was less than an hour onsite.  
They claim upfront pricing, but do not give even rough pricing over the phone and will tell you that a knowledgable technician will call you and schedule an appointment.  The upfront pricing comes when they are on site and the clock is running with, in our case, an intimidated lady feeling trapped into the deal.
I have over 25 years in the construction industry as a licensed general contractor/remodeler/inspector and while I appreciate trade work and the cost to value as it relates to skill and overhead expense, there are some things that are way out of line. I would have done this myself, but my girlfriend was trying not to worry me with a simple problem leaving me to find out after the fact when I saw the invoice.

Once again these guys get the job done, but for a simple drain cleanout it would be in your best interest to shop elsewhere.

Twas the Monday before Christmas, and all through the house, not a creature was stirring, except for the mysterious specter of a huge water bill and a spinning water meter, even when our main water shut off was closed.

I left a voice mail for Go Green, and Pete Green called me right back.  Pete and his technician, Josh, came over right away and set me up with a temporary water line to circumvent the leaking water service line, thereby stopping the leak, and keeping me with water service throughout the holidays.  As soon as the weather cleared up, Pete and Josh came right out and dug the trench for the new water service line.  They had everything installed in one day.  As soon as the city inspector approved the work, they filled in the trench, leveled out the soil, planted grass seed, and covered it with straw.  The whole job took only two days.  Throughout the process, Go Green's communication was prompt and clear, their behavior was professional and courteous, and the quality of their work was top notch.

I hope I don't need a plumber again soon; but if I do, I will definitely call Go Green.

My hot water heater broke on a Friday night. Queen City Plumbing came out and replaced it with an A.O. Smith water heater. Total bill was $3,000.
Two weeks later my basement flooded and extinguished the water heater flame and I called Queen City Plumbing for repairs. They remarked the flood water had damaged the water heater igniter system beyond repair and I had to replace the two week old water heater.
I called a second plumber. He reset a safety switch and the water heater worked fine. The charge was $49. A far cry from installing a second a $3,000 water heater.
