I had the exceptional experience of meeting this father son team and they are second to none.  They were contacted to repair a leak for my townhome and this was an emergency!!! They arrived at my townhome to repair the leak before I could arrive. Time was of the essence.  Within the first five minutes I knew the job would be performed correctly without a doubt.  They explained everything they would do and did exactly what they said they would do. When I think of this business a quote comes to mind.....In the beginners mind there are many possibilities....In the experts mind there are but a few  They came to repair a bungled job by a previous vendor and proved to be the experts. I had an issue with water pressure coming into a new house. Based on Yelp reviews I called Brian Bearden. I told him I took the day off to have additional work done on my house and despite the fact he was booked up he called a few hours later and was able to come by. He worked on the issue and connected a vanity as well. Brian was very polite and he didn't try to sell anything I didn't need and his fee was very reasonable. Nice to have a plumber in the area that you can trust. I can definitely recommend Brian without any reservations at all.

Nice receptionist and scheduler.  Fairly open with appointments.  So, the plumber, Dan, was about 45 minutes late in arriving, but called to let us know.  He also apologized profusely. We had a leaky faucet in the laundry room that needed repairing.  It required a little piece of rubber  to get it fixed and the invoice was $157.66.  Seems like a bit much, but what do I know?   I'm sure most of that was for the service charge.  They are eager to quote on a recycle pump to get hot water to the master bathroom much faster. It makes sense, as we wait for a few minutes each morning to get hot water back there.   Waiting for a quote and just hoping it won't involve a little piece of rubber fitting, or else we won't be able to afford it!   Dan was great and I would call and ask for him again.  Overall, two thumbs up.

Harvey was recommended to us by a trusted source, and we are so glad that we called him. We had water heater and gas pipe banging issues, and Harvey came on-time, assessed the situation, repaired for a reasonable price immediately, made a few recommendations for future maintenance, and then to top it all off, he came back the next day to discover and repair the source of a nagging pinging sound (gas pipes).  Great job, Harvey! Much appreciated.

The plumber arrived right on time.  He was courteous and friendly.  He wasted no time and went right to work.  He solved the waste line blockage problem then recommended snaking the sink and replacing the attachment ring at the base of the toilet as the existing ring was cracked.  Dennis knew his work.  I have no complaints are all other than it did cost more than I thought it would.  However, it's over and the job was done properly and at this point that is what is more important.

I had granite countertops installed by Carolina Granite and unbeknownst to me, they do not reconnect the plumbing so I contacted 3 Way Plumbing since they had been to my home from a home warranty issue I had and I was satisfied with the work they completed. I only needed a faucet installed and the plumbing reconnected (dishwasher, garbage disposal and PVC pipes for sink). The PVC pipes were practically brand new since the garbage disposal was replaced last December. I was charged $757 for this work and feel this is highway robbery. I didn't ask for the pipes to be replaced which they were and it took less than an hour and a half to complete the job. My advice after this expensive experience is to hire an independent plumber who doesn't pass their overhead onto the customer as you'll be paying for their high tech work vans and advertising costs.

Waking up to a cold house on a winter day can be scary! Especially on a weekend when you know a lot of companies are closed or charging overtime charges. I was only semi prepared for the cost as they let me know on the phone just to come out on the weekend would be $189.00. The technician, Gino, was friendly and thorough and I could tell he really cared and wanted to do a good job. The pluses : We only waited an hour from the initial call until the technician was at our door. They texted us a photo of the technician so we could identify them when they arrived.  They fixed our heat. The negatives: the cost for cleaning a flame sensor felt high. We had asked for a call when they were 10 mins away to get the dog secured in another location and that didn't happen.  Ultimately they showed up and got the job done and we are happy to have heat!

I found I had a leak in my crawl space and in under 1 sink and I needed a repair of the faucet at another sink. Paul called 30 mins before arrival and was on time. He came in and had to replace some pipe un crawlspace, fix leak and faucet upstairs. He put on protective shoe covers while in and out. He made all the repairs in a timely manner. I appreciated that he took pics of problems and them pic p repair. He gave me a quote before work was done. He pointed out my pipes were old and this would cause corrosion and rust and would cause issues in the future. He is to send me a quote for further work in the future. Paul was knowledgeable, honest and kind and a great worker. I have already referred Paul and this company to another relative. Thank you so much.
