Professional and on time. We asked Providence to see if we had any pipe leaks above our master bedroom ceiling which has had constant water stains. It wound up being the roof not the pipes. We appreciate the professionalism and honesty. Will definitely work with them again.

I had a leak in my outside hose spigot.  They called and offered to come out a day earlier than my scheduled appointment which worked great for my schedule. The plumber Dereck was courteous and professional and explained to me everything that was fixed. The work was done for a very reasonable price. Overall, an excellent experience!

Harvey was recommended to us by a trusted source, and we are so glad that we called him. We had water heater and gas pipe banging issues, and Harvey came on-time, assessed the situation, repaired for a reasonable price immediately, made a few recommendations for future maintenance, and then to top it all off, he came back the next day to discover and repair the source of a nagging pinging sound (gas pipes).  Great job, Harvey! On 10.15.2020 I had Go Green Heating and Air service my two heating units!  The service was outstanding!!!  The technician was outstanding with his knowledge of my units as well as other brand units that he's familiar with and which the he has worked on.  He was professional, well mannered, honest and clear in explaining the parts and the functions of the heating system.  Today,  I am a new customer to Go Green Plumbing Heating And Air. I googled them, compared them with other companies, read their reviews, took a chance and called them.  I lucked up with an excellent choice.  I also signed up for a membership plan.  I had two parts changed out today and I was not taken advantage of.  A little over $300.00 total for a piece of mind. I am very satisfied with the service today, the technician is on point, and I recommend them to you!!!

I called QueenCity Plumbing to assist with a leaky faucet. From there my experience went downhill. The technician tried to upsell me on various other services. Unfortunately I agreed to one of them which was rather expensive ($760+) . After the repair was completed I was told there were ancillary issues for which I would incur additional expenses to remedy. Ultimately, I it cost me  close to $1000 And still am dealing with issues that resulted from the technicians work.

Make sure you shop around and get a reputable plumber if this is not an area where you have any knowledge or expertise.
