Slam dunk choice for plumbing help.  Ken was absolutely straightforward in his analysis of my problem (water heater), creative in trying to find less expensive solutions than a complete replacement.  Equally, if not more importantly, he followed up on each visit he made to make sure we were happy and to answer any questions.  Definitely made us feel we were in good, trustworthy hands.  We recommend him highly.

We had setup an appointment for an estimate on a job involving replacing a toilet and a possible floor repair.  They were available early for the appointment (they called and asked if early was alright).  Their price was fair and the job was completed that afternoon. They cleaned up after themselves and took the trash (including the old toilet) with them.  Very pleasant to work with. No fuss; no muss.  Just a job well done.   Amen is now our Go-To plumbers!

I had an issue with water pressure coming into a new house. Based on Yelp reviews I called Brian Bearden. I told him I took the day off to have additional work done on my house and despite the fact he was booked up he called a few hours later and was able to come by. He worked on the issue and connected a vanity as well. Brian was very polite and he didn't try to sell anything I didn't need and his fee was very reasonable. Nice to have a plumber in the area that you can trust. I can definitely recommend Brian without any reservations at all.

Harvey was recommended to us by a trusted source, and we are so glad that we called him. We had water heater and gas pipe banging issues, and Harvey came on-time, assessed the situation, repaired for a reasonable price immediately, made a few recommendations for future maintenance, and then to top it all off, he came back the next day to discover and repair the source of a nagging pinging sound (gas pipes).  Great job, Harvey! When I discovered one night that I did not have hot water, I called Roto-Rooter in the morning to have someone check my water heater. They were going to send someone out right away but the evening worked better for me. While the first experience with the plumber that night wasn't desirable, the plumber they sent out the next morning was very pleasant, had the part I needed in his van and fixed my water heater right away. Even though it hurts my wallet to call a plumber I've never had any problems with Roto-Rooter. They are professional and dependable and would recommend them to anyone.

My girlfriend called these guys and the people are polite, capable and courteous, but their pricing for a simple sink drain cleanout is insane.  $89 for a trip charge (not credited into the job) + $473 to snake the drain for a pre tax total of $562; with tax a total of  $602.75. This job was less than an hour onsite.  
They claim upfront pricing, but do not give even rough pricing over the phone and will tell you that a knowledgable technician will call you and schedule an appointment.  The upfront pricing comes when they are on site and the clock is running with, in our case, an intimidated lady feeling trapped into the deal.
I have over 25 years in the construction industry as a licensed general contractor/remodeler/inspector and while I appreciate trade work and the cost to value as it relates to skill and overhead expense, there are some things that are way out of line. I would have done this myself, but my girlfriend was trying not to worry me with a simple problem leaving me to find out after the fact when I saw the invoice.

Once again these guys get the job done, but for a simple drain cleanout it would be in your best interest to shop elsewhere.

They say you can't put a price on peace of mind, but I can! Around $25 a month for my membership with Go Green Plumbing Heating and Air! They've done tons of work for us over the last few years and every single time they've been above expectation! No questions left unanswered,  no work left undone- from scheduling to completion,  each experience was stress free. Mitch even made it a point to be sure and check back in with us to be sure our water filtration/softener system was performing as it should.  If I could give them 10 stars, every single day, I would!

We had a major underground leak in our front yard caused by a tree root that had grown through the main pipe, and because of this needed a total line replacement from the street to the house. We called several plumbers, with one (Benjamin Franklin) even trying to charge us over $6100! Called Queen City Plumbing and they said they would do the entire job for $2500! They were done in a matter of hours, cleaned up after themselves, and even went as far as to lay down new grass seed over the trench they dug. We are very happy with the service, the upfront and honest dealings, and will definitely be using them again for any plumbing needs that arise.
