Jordan was amazing. I made a ridiculous error when scheduling during a time where having the water being turned off would have been impossible and felt so foolish. Jordan thought of a solution, fixed the problem, and installed my water heater with as little disruption as possible!  I really thought my lack of common sense was going to cause me another ice cold shower, but he fixed that. He was so easy and pleasant to have at the house that I felt 110% comfortable. I will never go anywhere else. I hope you hire Carolina Plumbing and I really hope you get Jordan as your contact. Not professional at all. Long story short with out naming people the tech said  he would do our job. Called him to set it up and he said to me on the phone he would do it no problem and to call the office to schedule. Called the office after going over everything we needed done for our remodel she got our address and said she would have to call the tech to verify. Guess she told him not to do it cause she called me back and said we live to far away. We are only 25 minutes from their office. What a joke. They did our friends house which is less than 10 minutes away. Not very professional to tell me and the contractor you would do the job just to have just to have a secretary change your mind. On a better note you want professional service from the office to the tech's coming out call FatMan Plumbing Pros in Waxhaw. They had no issue coming to our house and we are further away from their office. Also according to Carolina Plumbing Prwebsite they go all the way to Gastonia and further but you can't come to Marshville in the same county your office is in. That 25 minutes into Charlotte may take you a hour to drive when the 25 minutes to my house will only take you 25 minutes. You realize how much gas is now and we weren't even getting estimates we were giving you the work. Would have been easy money.

Their three man crew estimated 4 hours to repair our leak from the box in the front yard to the connection under the house, and clean up the yard.
They were punctual, courteous and professional. Use them, you won't be disappointed!!

Friday afternoon 4:45 pm we had a leak in our hot water heater,  we called and they had someone out at our house within 30 minutes!   They did a quote and were out at 7:30 am the next day, Saturday, to install a new hot water heater.  So so professional; great pricing, expert installers.  I am so happy we called them.  Very knowledgeable and up to date options and advice was given.  Call them!!!!! Very happy.

Carolina Plumbing is one of the contractors you can trust. They go above and beyond to satisfy you. These folks are the bomb and I have them setup on emergency dial.

Expensive for what this is! they wanted for  charge me almost 700$ for installing a home water filter system and other places were cheaper so i went w other company instaed

What an outstanding company to hit rand work with. We encountered an issue with our water heater Saturday morning. We called our home warranty company so they started a claim and had routed the job to a local contractor. I hang up and my phone rings it's Carolina plumbing pros to lathe rescue. Dorbi showed up and diagnosed the issue in 5 minutes. While we had to wait for the weekend and the manufacturer to open and warranty the part, they weren't kidding. One the part arrived at my doorstep Dorbi was at our door to help fix the issue. Within 30 minutes we had warm water.

We had issues with a toilet, the less said the better.  Within hours of my phone call to Carolina Plumbing Pros, Bruce arrived.  He diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently explained both the issue and the fix.

I needed to replace leaking angle valves in my bathroom. Called Carolina plumbing pros and set up appointment. The technician that came was fantastic. Price was more than fair and the quality of work was superior.

After another plumber flaked out, Mykola came quickly and did a meticulous job installing a new shower/tub valve set.  Price was very reasonable and he was a great communicator by text.  Won't hesitate to call him again when I need plumbing help!

I requested a quote for a broken pipe it was leaking but I did not know if it was the sprinkler or city water or sewer. The tech wanted $1200 for a patch on the city water pipe and $2600 for a new water pipe from the street to my home. I thought it was ridiculous.
My irrigation guy happened to drop by as I originally thought it was a leaky sprinkler. We had previously spoken earlier in the week. He confirmed its a leaky city of charlotte water pipe. He said I should find a 24/7 plumber and it should cost $500 or $600. He said to be careful as some plumbers will try to rip you off. I called option 1 and they provided a free quote on the spot for $640 and went to work today.

Destiny was very helpful and Jordan did a great job installing my new shower valve and brining everything up to code, will definitely use them again!

We needed new insides for our 20-year-old toilet tank and a repair to the water supply. We called Carolina Plumbing Pros and had their serviceman out just a few hours later! Jordan was very straightforward and quoted $289 for the tank flush mechanism replacement. He went about replacing the parts expeditiously, cleaned up after he performed the repairs, and even had a few words of advice. Our kitchen sink broke a few days ago. Called @PlumbersNC at 12:50pm. The plumber arrived by 2pm and by 3:06pm we had a new sink with running water. Thanks so much for the quick turnaround.

Randy came out and was awesome -- seriously, he's as good as it gets. He replaced an old shower faucet set for us and had to cut out the drywall behind it for access, and was very careful and precise, so that we could reuse the piece he cut out. Very friendly, helpful, efficient, clearly a professional, great work.  He also went above and beyond the call to spend time when I asked for some suggestions on a related topic after he was done. Price for the job was very fair, I thought, and there were no surprises (they held to the estimate provided over the phone).
Also, I forgot to ask for her name, but the lady answering the phones was super friendly and responsive. Will definitely use CPP again, and recommend to my friends.

Really good folks. Better than the other plumbers--they're not here to just slap another brand new piece of equipment at full price at you. They actually diagnose the problem and give you options. Will only use them from here out.

I was replacing a bathroom vanity on the 1st floor.  I ordered the vanity and bathroom faucet and attempted to install but was having difficulty with the connections as it wasn't reaching.  They came out and fixed the issue.  I really thought their team was professional and even adjusted to an earlier time.  Only drawback was the pricing was steeper than I would have expected.

Took care of all of our plumbing needs, explained what needed to be done. was conservative in his approach and the jobs were done perfectly. His prices were also fair and reasonable. Was referred to this company by our home warranty provider for a kitchen sink leak. Called when they said they would, Showed up on time, went beyond what I expected. Work looks real good and is dry with no leaks. Came in a clean truck, cleaned up any mess and took old parts with him to dispose. Took care not to track any leaves inside. And super friendly to my overly curious 7 year old and his offers to help. Would use again.

Carolina Pros came out and were very professional. Though the cost seemed a little high at the time, they wound up saving us lots of money. I will continue to use this company for all my plumbing needs.

They are so responsive.  I worked with 2 plumbers, Drew and Stefan.  Both were great, however, Stefan went above and beyond.  He showed up on Saturday to finish the job, after hours when additional work needed to be done.  He was so polite and gracious.  At one point my cast iron tub lost 2 of its feet and came tumbling.  This was no fault of his.  However, he was kind enough to make sure the feet were placed back on securely.  The prices were very reasonable and it was good quality work.  I will always call them for my plumbing needs.

There was a misunderstanding at first... but that's the opportunity to really shine!  Stefan (I believe one of the owners) followed up on an issue immediately, and scheduled an appointment with me where he PERSONALLY came to my house to remedy the situation.  The problem has been fixed.  The response from the management has shown me this is a professional organization, and anyone that uses Carolina Plumbing will be sure that they will ultimately receive top-notch results.

Carolina Plumbing came out the same day I contacted them.  The plumber fixed the issues and also took care of a leak I didn't know about.  Very good service.

I called Carolina Plumbing Pros when the toilet backed up into the stall shower next to it. Stefan came out immediately to survey the situation, resolve the clog and then proceeded to investigate the cause of the problem. He was extremely patient with me, answered all of my questions, and spent plenty of time educating me about the major project that needed to be done outside of the house to fix the toilet. Within a very short amount of time, Randy came out, pipes were replaced and new grass seed was planted.  We also had a handful of other items that needed to be taken care of and again, everything was done timely and professionally. Both men were a pleasure to work with and have in the house... under circumstances that were not so pleasant! I would call them again for any plumbing needs and highly recommend them.

Called for estimate only. Cost: $49 just to come take a look.To snake main line was $295. Thought it  pricier than I felt the job warranted, but he was pleasant-spoken.Plumbers in Charlotte are amazingly high for an hour's work it seems.

I had another company out to deal with a clog on a limited time deal.  They failed to remove the clog, and  told me that I had a collapsed pipe under my slab and gave me a huge quote, wanting to jackhammer up the concrete.  I called Carolina Plumbing Pros and they came out to evaluate and give another quote.  They unclogged it in minutes, let me know it was just a clogged pipe, and were quite honest and professional.  I like straight shooters, and will definitely put them at the top of my list.

Terrific, very knowledgeable plumbers. Highly recommend. They came out right away for a plumbing emergency and did a great job fixing everything.

I was referred Carolina Plumbing through my home warranty and I couldn't be happier we got connected--Scott was amazing! As a new homeowner, it's stressful enough to have things go wrong but also having to worry about finding a reliable, trustworthy plumber. Scott was very friendly, always accessible and quick to respond, explained everything clearly and went ABOVE and BEYOND expectations, spending numerous unbilled hours to make sure the problem was completely resolved and doing a thorough inspection to ensure no other systems were impacted. He also helped me hold another vendor accountable that did cleanup after I had a sewage leak and ensured they come back and completed the job when they cut corners. Scott of course didn't have to do any of this but he genuinely cared about me and wanted to make sure I was completely taken care of. I never thought I'd so much praise for a plumber but as a working professional, I can respect when someone truly does their job and takes pride in their work. Scott did that and then some. I will never be using another plumber as long as I live in the Charlotte area! Your dedication doesn't go unnoticed Scott!

I called Carolina Plumbing Pros when the laundry room drain line started to back up and overflow. A technician promptly came out the same day I called and ran a snake down the line and also the in the shower drain. The snake went down 25 ft and didn't appear to hit any type of blockage that he could tell. He said the issue is probably the the vent on the roof has a blockage however his company doesn't allow employee's on the roof due to liability. Therefore, he suggested we call a roofer to look down the line on the roof but oh by the way they can't clear if for you even if they see it, and he left. First off if you are a plumbing company and part of the working pieces of a homes plumbing includes the roof vent you need to be able to service the vent or tell the customer when they call your limitations so they can find an alternate company. We have now paid 170.00 to have a line snaked and no resolution to the issue.

I absolutely recommend Carolina Plumbing Pros.  They were timely, knowledgeable, professional and reasonably priced.  I emailed in a non-emergency problem on a Sunday and they said they could be at my house the next day.  When they were at my house, I mentioned several other problems like slow drains and a problematic tankless water heater.  They fixed all my issues on the one visit and the price wasn't bad at all!
