HISTORY

I'm Brian Long. I am a native of Charlotte and have been plumbing in the community for over 17 years. In 2008 I found myself out of work and looking for a job. Interview after interview I kept hearing the same phrase we're not just looking for a plumber,but a salesman as well. I don't believe in that philosophy. That is when I started the journey of creating Brian W. Long Plumbing Inc. I really enjoy helping people,and look forward to working for you. I called Brian Long Plumbing for a plumbing problem with my toilet. Best call I made! My toilet tank had cracked and I needed a new installation. This company is a hidden gem! I had made a dozen calls, starting with the most highly rated. None could help. Brian is extremely busy but squeezed me in for a 24 hour turnaround time. Extremely knowledgeable and honest to a fault. He has been in business for a decade. He was able to uninstall and install a new toilet in under 90 minutes, was the most reasonably priced and takes extreme pride in his work. I would absolutely recommend Brian to anyone needing a plumber and he will be my first call if ever needed again.

We had Mike Walker with Brian Long Plumbing to our home today. We had a leaking sink fixed and a new toilet and pedastal sink installed. The work, advice and professionalism was outstanding. I highly recommend this company. It is nice to have someone so pleasant and who also really puts pride in his work at the same time.

HIGHLY recommend Brian Long Plumbing! I live in an older house and needed major plumbing work done. The first company I called quoted me $2000. I asked friends for recommendation and they recommended Brian Long. I called and am so glad I did! They were able to complete the work at a fraction of the quote I received and did it so quickly! Top notch service and professionalism! I had a leak under my kitchen and put a bucket there to catch the water - Hugh was kind enough to dump the bucket of water out for me!
