I can't say enough good things about All Hours Plumbing! They called me back on Christmas Eve at 3:00, had me send photos of our frozen tankless water heater, and walked me through how to resolve the issue. If we ever have any plumbing issue, they will be my first call. Great customer service!

They answered immediately. They were trying to fix our bath tub and it took 2 different men to come out and make the repairs needed to complete the job. We were expecting a huge bill for the hours they were there. They took their time, did the job right and when it was done did NOT overcharge us for the time they were there. We were so pleasantly surprised and happy with their services. We will use them from now on and will recommend them to anyone who asks!!

Used All Hours Plumbing for 3rd time.  First water heater, then condensation leak and today to replace a faucet in kitchen. They also found something else wrong and did not charge for this small fix. Good price in replacing Kitchen Sink that I purchased at Big Box store. Was prompt at 8am and left by 8:45 and that included taking out old faucet and putting in new one!!. I used Yelp to find a plumber via their bidding process and ended up with a great plumber.

A few months ago my water pressure was a bit off and noisy in my Uptown Charlotte unit and I decided I needed a plumber to change the pressure regulator and relocate the water heater expansion tank, which I had been putting off moving. With that need I turned to my trusty Yelp app to find the right plumber. I searched the reviews and contacted three (3) plumbers through the app via app messaging to see who could provide the best service soonest and at a reasonable price.

All contacted plumbers were prompt with their response to my inquiry. My being able to provide pictures of the area to be worked on allowed me to get pretty similar quotes. I ended up selecting All Hours Plumbing as I spoke w/ the owner Brett (I believe) over the phone and he seemed very knowledgeable of my situation. As I wanted to be present during the entire visit, I scheduled the appointment for the following day.

About 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment I received a call to confirm that I would be at the residence when they arrived. The two (2) plumbers that arrived were both on time and friendly. After showing them where everything was located they immediately went to work. While I can be a bit in the way when any work is being done at my home, Eric and his assistant didn't seem to mind. Which was great as they explained everything they were doing and why it was being done that way. This gave me a lot of confidence in the work being performed and the rate being charged.

After about an hour they were cleaned up and done. They provided the invoice which was inline with the price given over the phone. It's what everyone likes...no surprises.      

The work was completed several months ago (February) and everything is still working as well today as the day the plumbers finished their work. I would highly recommend All Hours Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

We were told by our HVAC repair man that we needed a new hot water heater. Brett came and checked it out and said everything is fine.  We appreciate his honesty....

Brett and his team were responsive and communicative on all aspects of the process and costs of replacing a LP Water Heater.  He delivered and installed the unit earlier than expected.  His partner Eric even returned later with two CO detectors for the house.  Great service and installation!  Would highly recommend.

When we noticed one of our toilets had a leak of some kind I called someone else to come and take a look. They said they would be out First of the week. A week later they have not shown up and not called.
I did a quick yelp search and found the good reviews for All Hours Plumbing and decided to give them a try.

They were here in less than an hour.
The technician started to rebuild the toilet and found that there was a crack in the tank at the supply line. I went to the big box store and got a new toilet and took his advice but didn't spend a lot of money on it and made sure it was a Kohler. While I was out he repaired a shower that had a constant drip by replacing the valve. Once I got back the new toilet was installed in a few minutes. I was very pleased with the pricing, it was more than fair.

I got a quick estimate on a new water heater (we have the original from 2001 that came with the house) and will have them replace that soon.

Second time using and just like the last time our plumbing issue was resolved quickly!  Very quick response to my quote request and was told the time of service would be between 8 and 8:30.  The service tech showed up at 8:15.  Great job! And thanks for the consistent professional attitude and attention to details!

I contacted Brett via Yelp messaging on Sunday when I noticed my very old hot water heater was leaking. He responded within 10 minutes and after a few photos, he was able to quote the project. They came out promptly the next morning and quickly installed my new hot water heater. No mess, no fuss and I am completely satisfied with the quality work. My water pressure has improved, which I was not expecting, but it is a nice plus!  Additionally, my mom had a plumbing issue and they quickly sent someone out to her house the same morning!  Love supporting locally owned businesses. Fantastic Service on short notice! They received my call on Tuesday 11/26 just two days before Thanksgiving and one day before my family was going to arrive for the holiday weekend. Not only did they work be into the schedule but they fixed everything I knew about and even some things I didn't know about.  Very reasonably priced as well Brett is awesome and Eric is the best.  Thank you guys!!!

They dont actually serve Charlotte.  Called to try to get an appointment time for North Charlotte... NoDa... just a couple miles north of 277 and they don't serve that area.  

Dont waste your time

My shower had been draining slower and slower over the last few months, so I finally decided to find a plumber. Based on all the Yelp reviews and rating, this was a no-brainer.

I called All Hours on a Wednesday morning at 8 a.m.; Brett said they serviced Fort Mill and that someone could come out between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. and would call 30 minutes prior to arriving. I told him my problem, he asked a few questions, and said it sounded like an easy drain cleaning, which would cost $119.

Like clockwork, Eric (and his assistant) called around 11:00 and got here at 11:30. They took off their shoes before they came in, which was a nice touch. It took them maybe 15 minutes, and it cost $119 exactly. Eric was prompt, professional, and even had some jokes - he told me they'd found a squirrel in the drain. It was hilarious once I realized he was kidding! Really it was just a big ol' glob of my hair, so a pretty easy cleaning.

Brett is best! I'm very happy with his service.

I need to relocate my conventional water heater. I asked him to give me a quote. It was very hot when he showed up but he quickly went underneath crawl space to diagnose the route and finally he recommended to use an external one. I got quotes from several plumbers and he is most knowledgeable so I picked him. He showed up on time. He and his team finished their job before noon. Water heater has being working very well. I can't be any happier.

I had a crisis this morning with a backed up shower which caused a leak through the ceiling on the 1st floor.  I called Brett, based on all of the positive feedback I read here.  He had David at my house within an hour.  Brett came by 30 minutes later.  They had exceptional customer service skills and fully disclosed the issues, their servicing strategy and the costs before proceeding with the work.

It took them 1 hour and 15 minutes to fix the issue, and their rate was very reasonable.  I will most definitely uses All Hours Plumbing again in the future, and I highly recommend their plumbing services to anyone!

Brett was quick to respond to my initial quote request.  He quickly and professionally answered my questions and provided a very fair and reasonable quote.  Once we decided to move forward he was quick to get us on the calendar.  Johnny was the technician that came out - he was awesome.  He was on time, professional, hard working, and kept me updated throughout the job.  He also provided tips & advice on how to keep our house's overall plumbing running smoothly and efficiently.  Highly recommend these guys.  Will be sure to contact them next time I have any plumbing issues.

We had a toilet that leaked and ran and ran and ran and ran.  We tried to replace the stopper ourselves, but to no avail.   So, we called a plumber.  Never quite know which service to call, but based on the Yelp Reviews, this one looked good.  They came and basically told us that they would have to rebuild the toilet and that they would be back in about a week, after the parts arrived.  Well, they did exactly what they said they would. They always called in advance and it took about 30 minutes to fix the toilet. The bill was $180.  The toilet was about ten years old, so I am not surprised that it was in need of some repair!    All in all, I would recommend them.  Nothing out of line here.

My water main broke on a Sunday afternoon.  All Hours was the only plumber to return my call, and Johnny showed up less than an hour later.  He worked in difficult, dark, muddy conditions for a couple of hours, got the main repaired, and water restored to the house.  There was a small glitch, but when I called about that glitch, Johnny and Eric showed up at my house within a half hour, and worked until they got the glitch fixed - at no charge.  I would sum it up this way:  All Hours is responsive, prompt, professional, and they stand behind their work 100%.  I can't ask for more than that.  I'm confident in recommending All Hours Plumbing, and I'll definitely use them again.

Johnny was excellent! He replaced our garbage disposal in under 30 mins and fixed our toilet while he was here as well. He's very knowledgeable and was great to work with! I'll be using All Hours Plumbing for all my plumbing needs!

This is by far the BEST plumbing experience I have ever had. Our hot water heater blew today. I called All Hours Plumbing at 2 pm and by 4 PM I had a new hot water heater installed and working. We all know that there are certain phone calls that just get our palms all sweaty and make our heart race like the episode of The Wonder Years when Kevin Arnold spent the entire show trying to muster up the courage to call Lisa Berlini (yes, I know I am dating myself but man that was an awesome show, but I digress LOL).  

One of those types of calls is when we begin the search for a plumber as often times we make that phone call at a time when we have very little leverage and are almost to the point of desperation, so we are almost over a barrel before we even begin, so often times without a personal reference, we are often left to cross our fingers and simply hope for the best...but thankfully with the assistance of Yelp, I was able to find All Hours Plumbing and all I can say is WOW, as the 5-star reviews were definitely 100% spot-on and I am so thankful that I found these guys!

From start to finish, Brett was great to work with.  He took the time to walk me through the issue and didn't do it in a condescending fashion like many others do.  He actually was very patient, friendly, personable, and most of all HONEST!  He explained to me in a clear and easy to understand fashion what the issue was, how long it would take to fix, and what the cost would be.  He was very flexible with regard to scheduling and didn't give me any of those silly 4hr windows like the cable company does.  He was there on-time when he said he was going to be there and he completed the work on schedule and then took the time to walk me through everything from start to finish and told me to give him a call if I had any questions.  

There were no hidden charges, no double talk, nothing like that, just good old fashioned superior customer service backed by expertise and a written guarantee of his work along with being an overall great value, as the quality of work, flexibility in scheduling and total cost was nothing short of amazing.

It is rare in this day and age to find a service provider who truly takes pride in his work, but Brett at All Hours Plumbing is a true professional in every sense of the word and while I don't give out 5-star reviews very often, this one is definitely well earned.  I would definitely recommend All Hours Plumbing to anyone is looking for a plumber and doesn't know where to turn.  Welcome to the 5-star club!

Johnny and his colleague replaced the bolts in the toilet tank for me in addition to replacing the gasket. Scheduling was easy and they called half an hour before arrival. They did a great job with fix and the price was much more reasonable than all the other quotes i got. I would definitely recommend them.

Had a wonderful experience on a 50 gal water heater replacement.  Team showed up on time, work was done wonderfully, and even spoke with my wife about other plumbing concerns we had in the house.  Price was SIGNIFICANTLY lower than the next 2 quotes that we got, but I do not feel like we settled on quality.  Not going to go into a diatribe about the experience, but rest assured, for our first plumbing call in North Carolina, these guys were fantastic.  I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Three toilets needed various repairs.  We called Monday morning before 9 am, and the plumber arrived early and had completed the repairs by noon, for what seemed a very fair price.

Like many plumbers, there is a standard flat fee for the visit itself--BUT--unlike a lot of organizations (my HVAC company, for example), All Hours credits the visit charge toward any repairs. In effect, then, the visit itself costs nothing, as long you have repairs made.

Best of all--there was no up-selling.  He fixed what was broken, and didn't try to run any scare tactics about other things that might break down in months to come.

I LOVE ALL HOURS PLUMBING!!! After calling and comparing 5 other plumbers- I'll never call anyone else. The best part- I dont even have to call, I can text! Brett is awsome. They have been available next day for my non-urgent needs. He has the most competitve prices on water heaters AND still has a warranty. They work effectively to stagger man-power. One guy showed up first to disassemble the old water heater, while the others brought the new a little later. 3 guys got us up and running in just over an hour, with a FULL explination of the switches and temp controls. Next time, one guy came to connect a new faucet while a little later another stopped by to restock his truck! Very knowledgeable and honest. Stop wasting time calling women sitting at a desk who dont know the scope of work. Stop wasting money on guys who ballpark then bill +$300!! Stop waiting around for guys who are late. CALL ALL HOURS- or better yet- JUST TEXT THEM!!!

I have used this plumbing service twice now.  The latest was for a replacement gas water heater.  This was a 75 gallon behemoth for a residence.  All hours not only procuredvyhe water heater in one day but could have installed in that time frame also, if not for us not at home.  Regardless, they installed that gas water heater in two hours and with no disruption to our routine.  They are extremely professional in attitude and skills.  I recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

I called and talked to Bret, he came by and looked at my hot water heater within one hour.  Water heater needs to be replaced and it is scheduled for Monday.  Very prompt service.  This company comes highly recommended by my neighbors and I totally agree.

We had a leaking supply line to a new dishwasher and a couple of other issues in our kitchen related to that. We were scheduled and fixed within about 6 hours of initially hearing back. (They arrived right in the middle of the projected window, which was great.) The guys worked quickly and even did some additional cleanup before leaving. In the unfortunate event that we ever have other plumbing issues in the future, these guys will be the first call we make.

Fantastic service! Very professional. On time and great communication.  Truly appreciated the knowledge and felt very good about the services being provided.

Called All Hours Plumbing late on a Saturday afternoon for a leak in the hot water pipe from the water heater and Eric arrived within a half hour! Professional with uniform, truck and tools. He was very familiar with this type of leak, replaced the pipe with new pex piping, and was finished within an hour for what was a very fair price. Not only was this the only company who could send someone out immediately (out of ten or more calls), but they had experience with this CPI Dura-Pex problem and explain it on their website. We are pleased to add to their Excellent reviews--Highest recommendation to this plumber!

I feel like most plumbing repairs are emergencies after all it involves water! We had an issue under a bathroom sink and called several plumbers looking for someone to come out on a Saturday afternoon. All Hours Plumbing responded to my call first and was able to get to the house in an hour. The repair was completed quickly and the plumber, Johnny was very through, respectful and pleasant, even though he had given up his afternoon. We are new to the area and I will be calling this company for non-emergency issues in the future.

All Hours Plumbing just finished working to replace my water connection.  It was a slow leak, so there wasn't any emergency. The team, led by Brett, was great.  They kept me in the loop about what they were doing and the cost was reasonable.  I now have a plumber I trust to call for emergencies and other home improvements.  I would recommend All Hours Plumbing to everyone in Charlotte.

After running errands on Sunday, we came home to hear this drilling noise coming from the other side of one of our walls. The water heater's pressure and temperature valve was spinning like Linda Blair's head and draining a good amount of water. After calling a few plumbers via Angie's List or Google and Yelp!, we found two services that weren't closed and who we were able to leave messages for. This guy was the first to call back (yay Yelp!) and it wasn't too long after leaving the voicemail. He was able to diagnose the potential problem over the phone and give me an estimate. He was able to get to our place within the hour. After checking things out, he found the main problem to be more than the valve (water pressure from the house was dangerously high). He had no problem walking my husband and I through what he was doing or explaining things we didn't understand. He gave us an updated estimate on the spot before needing to run to Lowe's to pick up some extra parts he needed for the job.

I can't recommend this company strongly enough. The customer service was excellent. The work was thorough, done in a timely manner, and appears to be well done. For a day when it appeared that finding an open plumber was not going to happen, we ended up finding a fantastic company. We allowed them to put a sticker on out water heater so now we'll never lose their number.

What a great company to deal with. We were without water and called All Hours Plumbing to help determine the cause of the problem. Brett came out and quickly realized that the error was caused by another plumbing company who had mistakenly cut our water off when working on another home in the neighborhood. I planned to call the other plumbing company to try and get a refund. Before I was able to do so, Brett took the initiative to call and collect payment from the other plumbing company. I was very impressed, we will be using All Hours for all future plumbing needs.

All Hours Plumbing saved my weekend. 2 broken toilets and a broken disposal the day after Thanksgiving!  Yikes!  Very courteous on the phone and had the guys out within hours. They even had to run out and get a part. Reasonable rates and very professional. They will be the top of my list to call for plumbing next time.

These guys are fantastic.  Had a clogged sink/garbage disposal that needed to be swapped out for a new one and they knocked it out with no problem - timely, and cost effective.  I had previously gotten a quote from Benjamin Franklin that seemed astronomically high, plus they tried to sell me on about 6 other things that I didn't need that were adding up to thousands of dollars (crazy for a clogged sink call).  Very glad I got a second opinion.  Would 100% use All Hours Plumbing again for any issues in my house.

I read all these great reviews and called them out on a job to see why my shower wasn't working. My husband thought it was the diverter and mentioned that, so when they came to check it out  they thought that was what was wrong with it too. They left to get the part, but because I live in an old house the store didn't have the part in stock. They tried to make do with the old part, but it didn't work. A+ for creativity there. Come to find out, it wasn't the diverter at all but the shower hose.

I was a little disappointed that they didn't check the shower hose first, since that seems like an obvious first check kind of a thing. I ended up paying for more labor than I needed if the hose had been checked, but I am glad that they figured it out and we were back in the showering business.

They were very prompt calling us back and the plumbers were extremely polite.

I had a kitchen sink leak and another leak in my yard; Bret and the crew came to my rescue again. I even got a repeat customer discount. This company is trustworthy and does great work.

I was very impressed with All Hours Plumbing.  I had a water disaster while I was at work.  I came home on a Friday evening to a flooded dining room and destroyed ceiling as the result of a supply line break upstairs.  I called and spoke to Brett, who came out to look at the problem on a Friday at 8:30pm knowing I was in a bind.  

He knew exactly what to do and fixed the problem quickly.  He also explained to me what had happened so I could better explain to the insurance company.  Brett also told the water disaster crew how it happened and where the floors were affected the most upstairs.  

Definitely a class act.  In addition, the price was very reasonable for a Friday night emergency.

The best we've ever dealt with!  We have owned many houses and have worked with a few different plumbing companies over the years but this is the best!  If you want trustworthy, honest, high integrity people to do superior work, this is who to call.  Neat, clean, friendly, no pressure, and they treat everyone as they would want to be treated. Very professional crew. They did an excellent job today for what I thought was a complicated job. They ran a new line for my kitchen sink drain because I broke the line while I was fixing a clog. The original line was behind my kitchen wall and they drilled a new hole under my kitchen cabinet to run the new drain. They gave me up front pricing and did more than what they initially told me but did not add on to the price. They are also very respectful of your property and cleaned up after the job. I highly recommend this company.  I will definitely use them again.

This team was great. I called and had the plumber at my house in an hour because he was nearby. They were quick and very courteous. They offered to return on a Saturday if we continued to have a problem (which we did not). Great experience in contrast to my previous misadventures in plumbing.

All Hours Pluming is awesome. I've used them twice in the last couple years. I had them replace the entire waterline for the house, and even had them do a small job (replace a toilet). Great Service, Great Pricing, Fast Installation, Everything was cleaned up etc. I'll continue to use them in the future.

I would recommend All Hours Plumbing to my family and friends.  My hot water heater went out over the weekend (of course) and All Hours Plumbing was one of many plumbers I called.  Brett was very knowable and asked all the right questions for my situation.  He mentioned since it was a hot water heater that it might be difficult to replace on a Sunday since his supplier was closed.  He explained why using a hot water heater from Lowes or Home Depot could be problematic if I ever needed to use its warranty.  There was no sales pressure just laying out the facts.  I called a few more plumbers after but realized that All Hours Plumbing was looking out for my best interest so I called them back scheduled an appointment.  They said they would be there around 12 and he got there EARLY (you don't hear that much).  Anyways, they were professional, clean, and got me up and going in no time...
