We had Julian's plumbing (Jason) come out to do some work in our garage (add a utility sink with drainage).
They were incredibly responsive, had great customer service, and did a fantastic job. It wasn't the cheapest option out there, but I was absolutely more concerned with it being done right- with someone who was dependable.

Had really high water bill past couple of months, more than double my normal usage. After I check all the faucets and toliets found that downstairs restroom toliet was running this whole time. Julian's plumbing super quick responds and text me quote. Situation wasnt an emergency but they were able to come out same day. They texted me when 7 min away. Arrived on time as promised. The repair was done super fast and he showed me what the problem was. Bonus it turn out to less repairs than thought and gave me discount from original quote, save me time,headache,and alot money. Highly recommend will be calling Julian's plumbing for all my future plumbing repairs. A++++
So grateful for Jason at Julian's Plumbing. On Christmas our water heater stopped heating water...and with so many people having issues with frozen pipes and other plumbing due to the extreme cold....they were still able to help us get our hot water back today. Great communication and explanations before and after service. Good upfront work by text before service call to the house. Would highly recommend.

Excellent customer service. Immediate response to request for service. We had already received a quote for the repair and Julian's quote was more competitive and the work was done same day.
We are having water pressure issues and I called Julian's after seeing mostly glowing reviews.
I explained our issues and what was going on, and he asked me a couple questions that I was not sure about and needed to get my husband for. Asked him to wait a second. So I got my husband to explain things and we heard nothing. Said hello a couple times and still heard nothing. Hung up and redialed the number twice with no response. Also called another number he had asked me to text pictures to, with no response.
Whether he wanted to help us with or issue or not, I don't know, but I gave up and moved to another responsive company.
Did a fantastic job with my water heater. Quick response and did a quality and fast install. Highly recommended.

Moved into new home recently and inspection report said water temperature was at 115 degrees. Called Julian to see they could come out and resolve issue. They said they could walk me through it on phone. I am not handy at all and they were great going step by step with me sending pics at each turn of the process. Actually really simple and saved both of us a service call. Would definitely use Julian's for any future plumbing issues/services

Jason with Julian's was quick to respond to my desperate call, explaining what I needed to do to ensure quick turnaround, great at scheduling, repaired my faucet rather than install a new one (kudos to Piedmont Tools for parts), and he and his son were very professional and courteous in my old (1908) home.
Highly recommend for home plumbing.
Had a great experience with Julian's plumbing (Jason). Very responsive throughout the process of identifying the source of a leak, laying out options for repair, and ultimately running new lines and drains (sink, toilet, shower.) When the repairs were done we were very satisfied with the work and will call these guys first for any future plumbing issues.
Very helpful and honest. Helped me with my issue via text and gave me some things to try, before determining a visit was needed. When he got here, he was professional, fixed my problem, explained things in a way that made sense, and gave me advice about the issue in the future. No upsells or push for more work. The only plumbers I will use moving forward!

Super fast response when we contacted them about a backup in our main drain line. Someone was out here to check on it immediately. They weren't able to get the issue fixed at the time, so they scheduled a time for to get the right equipment in and helped up navigate comms with the county. They were really great with their own communications. Would highly recommend.

Our bathroom sink was clogged and the clog was at 30 feet deep. They took care of it very quickly and thoroughly. The price seemed a little high for 15 minutes of work, but I'm not complaining. Will call them again if I ever need help.
There simply the best when it comes to their field they does everything very well just call them whenever you need a good plumbing company.

I requested a quote on Yelp and Julian's was the first to respond. They gave me the best price after calling around to two other places. They give a great offer and coupon for going through Yelp. The communication was extremely easy and I was so happy with texting to set up an appointment and work out the details.
My mother's garbage disposal was able to be repaired! Best news all day. Now the dish washer also works because the pipes are cleared up. I was so happy Julian's plumbing worked so hard to repair and not just try to sell me a new unit.
The service was timely, fast, and friendly! I'm so happy with the outcome!! Thanks!! A great and reliable company!!

Our hot water stopped working, so we needed a plumber to come out at the last minute. I found Julian's Plumbing based on their Yelp reviews and I definitely understand why they have a 5 star rating.
They were able to come out the day after I called. He got my hot water back up without having to replace the water heater which was nice. It didn't take him very long to get it fixed. It was clear that he was very knowledgeable.
They communicate via text which makes it way easier for those of us that hate email and aren't always able to talk on the phone during the day.
They were very flexible and waived the credit card free for me too. They will also give you $50 off if you check in on Yelp.
They were incredibly patient and helpful. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them for any future plumbing needs.
Jason with Julian's Plumbing was very responsive, communicated everything that was going on, finished the work ahead of schedule, came in below the quote that was given and was very innovative in solving the problem that was going on. Julian's replaced my water heater. They were responsive and priced fairly. Jason did a great job explaining everything and their quality was great. I will use them exclusively going forward.
I paid $1350 for 2 new toilets to be installed. Jason insisted that the Kohler Elliston is the best toilet so that's what I agreed to. When he arrived at the townhouse, I saw that he had parked in a space that is not mine. I walked outside and told him he needed to move his truck. He stated back that there wasn't enough room in my space to keep from hitting the cars parked beside it and if anyone of my neighbors said anything to him he will take care of it. Whatever that means. So I didn't get started with a good impression. Nevertheless the toilets were installed. Soon thereafter I noticed that the water level was too low and he wanted pictures which I sent to him and he agreed. He set up another time to come by and fix the issue. In the end, he didn't fix anything. He actually lowered the water level by turning the little knob counter-clockwise instead of clockwise while telling me that these are low-flow toilets and that the water level is normal. Huh?? I should have let it go there, but some painters had evidently put tape into one of the toilets causing a slow flow issue and after removing the tape, I contacted Jason yet again for help. He said he could snake the toilet for $240.00 and that it sounds like painters need to hire a plumber for you. Maybe so but it won't be Jason.

Jason from Julian's is a great guy. I've had them come out a couple times to replace a fill valve, and had them out again to replace polyurethane line running to another toilet. Had an issue with the fill valve just outside of the typical warranty, and they worked with me to make sure we rectified the problem.
The main reason I leave this review is the customer service experience and follow up. Jason genuinely cared and wanted to make sure I was taken care of. You just don't find customer service like Julian's Plumbing does.

FANTASTIC work, very professional! Our kitchen sink leaked for the umpteenth time and we were tired of thinking that we'd fixed it, but had not. So we called in the professionals! Before they even came to the house, they asked us to text photos. They came within hours of our call - wow! When they arrived (masked and then I told them they could unmask once I left the room) they went RIGHT to work! They cleaned up the pipes under the sink and it all works magnificently now! The charge was for an amount that I earn in a week - happy to pay it, but dang, I'm in the wrong profession (teacher for 25 yrs)! We will absolutely call them again when we need a plumber.
I needed a new faucet install and sink/disposal reconnect and decided to go with Julian's since I had work done by them before. I was given a fair warning that it might not be done the next day, but to my surprise they came in the next morning and quickly got the job done! They were super friendly and courteous and also wore masks. Very grateful to have my sink back so I can start cooking again!

I can't say thank you enough to Jason and his team! We ran into a fairly major issue with a clogged pipe and knew exactly who to call. Jason came out, assessed the problem, explained to us exactly what was happening and what to expect, and was out the next day to resolve it for us. He and his team were incredibly professional, yet relatable and I felt like I could trust their word and judgement on what we needed! We would highly recommend this company!

I know very little about plumbing, and that's being generous, so choosing a team is a difficult thing. These guys had awesome reviews, so I reached out and we started discussing the project via text immediately. I shared photos of our base toilet flange completely destroyed, along with my worry that if they crack the piping during the fix, I could end up with a $3-$5K project on my hands. They reassured me they've done this millions of times, gave me a quote that was extremely fair, and said they could come by TOMORROW to fix it.
I gave them a chance and they completely and cleanly addressed the problem, and my worries, in about 30 minutes (!!). As I said to my wife right after they left - that was the best money we've spent in awhile.
Jason is a very intelligent guy, who not only understands the problem, but how it effects you and your home. He explained things thoroughly and simply. And on top of it, friendly, funny, normal, guy. I was comfortable having him in the house and working on it, which is a huge part of decision making with stuff you don't fully understand.
I'll go with him for every plumbing project I need from here on out. Make it easy on yourself, go with these guys.
Came out on Sunday to work my shut-off valve replacement and bidet install. Quick and courteous.
The downside was it was a pricey quick job... But I'm not knowledgeable about plumbing prices. It's not something I would kill a star for in that case. If you're paying for a pro - be prepared.
Otherwise, highly recommend.!

Julian and his team showed up on time. They wore masks and were respectful of our home. They completed a laundry list of tasks that needed attention. Short version: Very fast response, friendly, great work, very accommodating and, shockingly enough, stuck to the estimate despite some difficulties. Will definitely be giving them a call if we need more work. Thanks, Jason and Chason!
Longer version: We needed an electric water heater installed in a -really- tight crawlspace with a -horrible- access point. Quickly, at that, since family was coming for a visit.
My daughter checked around for places and my son took pictures, videos and measurements for estimate information. Julian's Plumbing was quick to respond, well rated, and gave a realistic estimate based on the job difficulty, so we went with them.
They came out the day of the work request and we had hot water so fast that it legitimately shocked me! They worked around some limitations of the crawlspace and access point, and managed to drop in a 40gal unit -- where most other places wanted to drop us to 30gal or upsell us to two 30s in serial.
I was honestly suspicious of all the great reviews for Julian's, but they truly do deserve it. If you have a problem, give em' a shout -- it definitely worked for us!
Jeff showed up. Assessed the problem and fixed everything. He was very friendly and the price was very reasonable. I will use him for all my plumbing needs.

Jason was great to work with. He texted me right away and we were able to get him out within a day or two. Although we had no real issue, it seemed to be an affordable expense to diagnose and have the knowledge of what was going on. He was very friendly and we will definitely use him again.
Sent a request for a quote yesterday evening and Jeff was over this morning to fix two toilets. He was in and out in 30 minutes. Yes, it is a bit pricey ($250), but you're paying for quick turnaround and efficiency.

Requested a quote through yelp and got a response within 5 minutes. Jeff came out to my house and was a pleasure to work with. He was such a fun and energized person. He diagnosed my problem right away and got right to work. The process took just under 2 hours and all is well in my world again. He honored the $50 off yelp coupon with no issues. Jeff text me when he was on his way and showed up RIGHT ON TIME! WHAAAAAT?!? Jeff did not mince words - he when straight in, discovered the problem with our toilet, and fixed in in quite a timely fashion. All told, he was in and out in 30 minutes max AND ALSO SUGGESTED I CHECK IN ON YELP! TO GET A $50 COUPON! AND WHO DOESN'T LOVE FREE MONEY?!?

The reviewers are not wrong! Called at 12pm on a Tuesday and Jason was at my mother's place by 1pm. Pleasant guy and that was clear about his pricing from the outset. Jason snaked our outdoor sewer line and even gave us some guidance on why the HOA should cover the damage.
Very professional and expedient service at a fair price. Hard to find in the industrial trades industry.
I hope I never have to call another plumber again but if I do, Julians will be my first and only call.
Had new countertop put in and the plumbing did not match with the new sink. Tried to fix it myself. Waste of time. Called Julian's Plumbling and they called me in ten minutes and said they would be out first thing in the morning.
Jason was waiting for me when I arrived home and fixed everything in about an hour. Great service.
Excellent job all around. I noticed a drain pipe leaking in our crawl space at 7pm, so I called Jason. Him and is son were at my house first thing the next morning. They removed and replaced roughly 40 feet of old cast iron piping by lunch time. Very professional, fair pricing and quality work. Would highly recommend and use again in the future.
Incredible service! Responsive, friendly, knowledgeable and neat. I cannot recommend the company enough. I called on a Wednesday evening and they were able to give me an accurate quote (garbage disposal replacement) and appointment on the same call. The sent plenty of confirmation details and showed up on time. Although my disposal was quite old and took more that expected effort, the appointment still took less than an hour. I will definitely recommend and use again in the future!!!

I called Julian's Plumbing to repair a leaky shower and also assess a water pressure issue and water hammer noise. Jason was at my house in less than one hour and remedied two of the three problems. He provided DYI recommendations for the remaining issue and said he was available to advise further on it if I needed help.
Jason was courteous, thoughtful and, most importantly gave me a frank assessment of my problems. I highly recommend Julian's Plumbing for residential repairs.
The three star rating is in regards to their pricing and lack of Covid precautions. Neither of the service techs wore masks even though I answered my door wearing one (and Yelp info states that they wear them). The invoice was for $275 which was listed as a service call (unclog kitchen sink drain). After receiving the invoice I checked with a few other local plumbers and the max estimate they quoted for the job was $140. The team was prompt and they completed the job in under 10 minutes and I have not had any issues since so their work was 5 star quality. I just didn't want anyone else to have the sticker shock that I did and if you are taking Covid seriously you may want to confirm/insist they wear masks ahead of time (I felt awkward saying something once they were already there even though I had my own mask on). Update - I changed my rating to four stars after Jason reached out to me personally to discuss my concerns. He was very apologetic about the no masks and he explained the cost which had been communicated to the owner of my condo upfront (they had not communicated it to me and I was the one paying for the work). I appreciated his concern for his customers satisfaction.
Fast and efficient. Fixed our garbage disposal in 15 minutes. 100% recommend especially for anyone tight on schedule.

Had an issues this morning of hearing water behind an electrical outlet and called Julian's and they gave me advice on what it could be (to save time and money). Minutes later I noticed a little bit of water coming from my outlet. I called them back and Jason immediately came over. He found the source was coming from upstairs and fixed the problem for my neighbor and myself. 10/10 would recommend!

Very happy with Julian's Plumbing. We had a stopped up bathroom. They came out promptly, were very friendly, and their work was reputable as well as reasonably priced. We have recommended them to several other people based on our good experience. We would definitely use them again!

Jason responded almost immediately to my request and they showed up the very next day on time and gave me a thirty minute notice call. Very friendly and professional. Did what they said they would do for a reasonable price. I was very happy with their work! I will recommend them to both my clients and friends.
Fast & responsive with a FAIR price. What more can you say? I worked with Jason who was kind, up front, and professional. In 45 minutes, we had a quote (installed a new bathroom faucet) via text and someone at our house with the parts we needed (in the finish that matched the existing fixtures). Jason made sure I knew what was in scope. The bathroom faucet was fixed quickly and we checked out via Credit Card within the quoted price. Could it have been smoother? I don't think so. Recently bought a condo in the NoDa area and during the inspection found a leaky kitchen sink. Tried to repair it myself but couldn't figure out what was causing the issue. Jason from Julian's came out the day after I requested a quote and had the issue fixed in about 30 minutes! Total out the door was $205 and no more bucket under the sink. Couldn't be happier with their on time service and knowledge!
I requested a quote through Yelp and received an immediate reply. They were able to come the following day, called on their way on were on time. The work was completed quickly and for the price quoted. Super professional, fast, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them!!

Fast response from my inquiry through Yelp. They were not only first to respond, they were also the least expensive quote. They came to repair a kitchen sink (non emergency with slow leak) in less than 24 hours. Their prices were fair and the service was right the first time. I am pretty sure that is precisely what you look for in a plumber. Highly recommend. One tip, where possible, purchase your own fixtures ahead of time and the service will be lightning fast. Jason and Chase are a great plumbing team, they were quick to respond to my request for service and came out next business day to replace a cartridge in our shower head valve. I would highly recommend using their services moving forward as I have had some less than stellar plumbers come to the house prior to calling Julian's Plumbing. Follow up to my review:
As promised, Jason and son came, they saw, they conquered. Water was flowing OUT again in less than 20 minutes. Jason was friendly, personable, efficient. Fortunately he took credit cards...lol. But the cost was a bit less than other professional plumbing services--in many cases MUCH less--- I had called in my desperation.

Love these guys. Jason is very knowledgable, polite and prompt. They are fair and honest about what to expect with my home's plumbing issues and they addressed it with complete honesty and transparency.
I just built and finished my custom home and having issues with the plumbing is the reason why I had to look outside to ensure that the subcontractor was doing his job. Unfortunately, due to the lack of integrity of my builder and his subs, I have to outsource our services to independent, licensed contractors to ensure that the job is done right. I would recommend Jason and Julian to work on the plumbing on my house simply because they are honest and forthcoming.

I had been having a hard time getting a plumber recommendation for Rock Hill. I needed a new kitchen faucet installed. I resorted to Yelp. The first one that came up with 5 star reviews I called but they didn't want to come all the way to Rock Hill (25 min) for a small job. I called Julian and he put me on his calendar. Then I get a text later that day saying if he finishes with his job early, he can go ahead and come out the next day! Yay!! To his word, he texted me an hour ahead and came out before my appt and put my faucet in. He was very personable and professional. He gas been in business for 40 years so he knows what he is doing. I will be calling him next time I have a plumbing issue! Thanks Julian!
My husband reached out to Julian's Plumbing yesterday when we noticed some issues with our toilet tank making some weird sounds when not in use. Jeff was able to come yesterday to our home and take a look at the issue. While I was not at home when all of this was happening, I heard about the excellent job performed by Jeff from my husband, and we are extremely satisfied. We will definitely be reconnecting for future plumbing needs.
I had a great response from Julian's plumbing. After discovering a wet spot in my front yard, they were the first available to come and investigate the problem. I did some investigative digging and was able to find the leak. They showed up and rather than charge me for a little repair, they gave me advice on how to fix the issue and even gave me a cap, glue, and cleaner for the broken pipe. Very helpful and honest people.
I called and described the problem and he said he could come out and figure out the problem. He was here for 30 min, told me what is likely the problem and said he would generate a quote for resolving it. I then was billed $250. Jason was super nice and professional, but a $250 visit fee should be made clear up front in my opinion. I'm not mad that he didn't fix the issue on site, I knew that going in, but a fee that large should be communicated up front.

I've been hearing from a neighbor about their big-chain plumber and the incredibly expensive charge they paid for a basic job. That's compelled me to review Julian's.
Julian's Plumbing has done four or five jobs at my house. Twice, they found the problem was much easier and cheaper than originally thought. Once, I thought it was going to be a major repair and it wound up being $65. Another time, they cleared a clog and gave me tips on how to prevent it in the future and I haven't had a repeat.
They arrive at the scheduled time. They've never been late. They communicate well through the process. They're clean. They ask good questions that help find the real problem. They've been honest and saved me money. Who can ask for more than that?
Jeff was professional, on time and friendly. He diagnosed and fixed our problem quickly. We've just moved to the area and we now have a plumber we will call first for any future needs and highly recommend when friends and neighbors ask if we know a good plumber.

Top notch service. Quick to respond and quality job. They were able to come out about 2 hours after my call. A little pricy but I think I got my money's worth.. i thought about doing the work myself but when I saw what they had to do I am glad I called them.
My experience with Julian's Plumbing could not have been better. Responded quickly on all communications and the work was also done quickly with very high quality. Price was great as well. I would definitely recommend.
I used Julian's Plumbing for the second time today and am VERY disappointed in their service. After sending them photos of the work I needed completed, they quoted me a price, but once they got to my home they quoted me completely different (much higher) prices. In addition, after completing the work, they left trash in my hallway and bathrooms, left soaping wet towels (not mine) in my sink, and left water standing under my sink (hopefully it won't warp my cabinets).
When I expressed my concern they stated that they were sorry that I was disappointed, but did not apologize and did not offer to remedy the situation in any way.
Under promise and way over deliver!! These guys were awesome - from scheduling, getting the job done, and making the best/most economical options for the fix!! Thank you, Jeff!!

Such amazing service! I called yesterday and they were out first this this morning and fixed so fast! We're so appreciative to have a company that still cares about their customers and makes us a priority and does an amazing job at amazing prices! We will definetly call them again if we need them!!
They answered the phone when I called and responded to my house within an hour after I found that my hot water heater had gone out. They fix the issue and charged a reasonable price. They are friendly and responsible and I would recommend them.
I had a backed up kitchen sink and non working garbage disposal. I asked for a quote and Julian's was the first to respond with a reasonable quote that included a possible garbage disposal replacement. Jeff arrived the next morning on time for the appointment and fixed the problem right away. Turns out I didn't need to replace it and it was an easy fix. Jeff was polite, and extremely helpful and he showed me how I could fix it myself next time. Highly recommended!!
Julian's Plumbing did a fantastic job replacing my kitchen sink faucet for a great price. I originally called Roto Rooter to fix it, and they quoted me almost $200 more than Julian's. They got me on the schedule the morning after I called and the technician (Jeff, who also owns the company) was as friendly and helpful as could be. I'll definitely be calling them for all of my plumbing needs in the future. HIGHLY recommend!!

These guys are legit. I did not know them beforehand, but I am certainly glad I know them now. I had a main line sewer issue, called Julian's at 6 a.m., and Jason called me back by 6:30. Then Jeff arrived by 8:30 a.m. He fixed the problem, recommended a permanent solution, and went out of his way to reduce my costs because I couldn't afford the one option. They came out this morning on time (!!) and fixed the problem, showed me the work, were professional the entire time. These guys are worth every penny. I feel like I can finally rest easy knowing a chronic problem is not going to keep me up at night (in back-flow water) any more. They are fantastic. I cannot say that enough. Fantastic.

Found Julian's on Yelp and was so pleased with the response and courtesy we received. Jason was extremely thorough and helpful. He showed up when he said he would (on less than a days notice) and fixed the problem and left no trace of being here - great clean up! I feel it's hard to find dependable, honest, fair plumbers who can show up on short notice but Julian's was top notch and I wouldn't go to anyone else.

After dealing with sewage back ups for several weeks, and trying to get other reputable companies to fix it, all they did was try to sell fixes that wouldn't even solve the problem. I looked for other plumbers and saw Julian rated very high. I called him and he spent about 10 minutes on the phone with me walking me through what the problem could be and that he could be at my house in an hour. In about 50 minutes he was there, talked to me in a way I could understand and actually recommended against expensive fixes. He found the problem (a block by the road) and fixed it in mere minutes. We have not had a problem since. Truly professional and very nice. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone, and will use them (hopefully won't need them) in the future for all our needs.

Doing a shower remodel found that the valve for the shower had been installed a bit too far forward (After the tile had been applied). After repeated attempts (20+ calls) to get in touch with the original plumber who installed valve I decided to give Julian's Plumbing a call.
Julian's Plumbing responded quickly and was there promptly to reset the valve and get our project back on track.
Julian's Plumbing is in my list of pros to call now, the first time.
I am a DIY kind of guy and I can tell you these guys are straight forward and honest. If they can save you money they will go that route. Came by my house for a clog I had and they recommended letting gravity work with water overnight. It worked and they didn't charge me for that visit. Another issue did come up with faulty contract plumbing which they fixed at a reasonable price.
I originally made a negative post about this company, due to a scheduling issue. Jason reached out to me ASAP and turned out there was a personal issue going on (we all have those) then Jason went above and beyond to make up for the missed appointment by making sure he was there the next day. I would use this company again and will recommend!
Two visits from these guys this year and both were exceptional experiences. Honest, above board, fast service at a reasonable price. So very grateful to Jeff and Jason for the great service.
I work a busy schedule and was stressed about having to do the usual wait around for service help. These guys were great and surpassed all expectations. They responded to my quote request in an extremely fast manner and met me at the house a couple hours later. The work took half the amount of time I thought it would, meaning they really know what they are doing. I will definitely recommend hem to others and call them for future work. I noticed a small bulge in my bathroom baseboard and gave Julian's a call after reading the great reviews. The phone was answered on my first call and Jeff was able to squeeze me in on a busy Friday.
He arrived on time, actually a bit early, and walked me through the possible issues and solutions. The baseboard swelling was minor and after discussing the options, Jeff recommended to not do anything unless the damage escalated.
I appreciate Jeff's restraint and thorough inspection. I felt he was acting in my best interests and did not jump to cutting up my walls and billing me for work that may not be necessary.
Now I just wish my builder would have originally contracted my plumbing to an experienced professional, like Jeff.
I will be keeping an eye on it and if it gets worse - Julian's will be my first call.
These guys came out, was able to help me reset my sink in addition to unclogging my drain, they were very professional and on time. Would definitely use them again and refer them to others.
Other plumbers wouldn't touch the job til the sink was fixed and these guys were able to do both.
They came out and were very professional and came out quickly. The reason for the 3 stars is they could not fix the issue after being here for 30 minutes and recommended. $700 fix. My home warranty service sent out another person and they fixed my issue in 5 minutes.
Highly recommend! Jason was incredibly responsive, helpful, friendly, professional, and thorough. I can tell he stands behind his work and delivers high quality service. I had a kitchen faucet replaced which was completed in a time efficient manner. I will definitely be using this company in the future.

This is a great plumbing company. Really nice guys who do great work for a fair price. Very friendly to my daughter and the neighbors kids who had a million questions to ask. I have used them for all my plumbing issues and never had a problem.
Worked around my schedule and made sure to call to let me know they are on there way. Very clean and tidy didn't leave a mess for me to clean up. I don't look forward to using them again but when I do need a plumbing company Julians Plumbing is who I am calling.

I called Julian's on a Saturday afternoon in a panic because my toilet was overflowing sewer water into my apartment and my emergency HOA maintenance guy was not answering his phone. The gentleman from Julian's answered almost immediately and was able keep me calm. He assured me he would step in and help in the situation. Fortunately I was able to get in touch with my HOA maintenance team before having to get Julian's involved. From what I experienced with Julian's was absolutely outstanding customer service. Their team seems to really value each customer they come in contact with. Hopefully I will not be needing a plumber again any time soon but if I do I will absolutely call Julian's.
** IMPORTANT UPDATE 1 & 2 at the bottom: Concerns were addressed and I'm now a happy customer giving the thumbs up **
Pros:
They answered the phone when I called and were at my house within a couple hours, which was great. The plumber who came out (Jason) was very friendly, fast, and skilled.
Cons:
Cost was quite a bit higher than I expected for a sprung leak under the kitchen sink. Cost was $363 and he was only here for 30 minutes (be sure to see my note related to time below). Also, instead of repairing the existing line, he bypassed it and added another line and connected to another existing line, drilling a hole through the bottom of my sink cabinet floor. While this was another way to solve the problem, I would've appreciated if he would've discussed it with me before he did it, as we lost a little more floor space under the sink for storage. Not really that big of a deal, though. However, most disappointing (surprising), is he just left the existing broken line sticking out of the wall, such that the job looks unfinished-- when it would've taken him less than 5 minutes more to clip it and cap it flush with the wall, just to tidy things up. I still gave them 3 stars, but feel a bit disappointed as I don't feel they really finished the job.
Lastly, would I recommend them or use them again? While being fast, friendly, and skilled does go a long way with me, and should for you, too, I think that if you're going to charge rates on the higher end of the spectrum, then you also need to make sure you go the extra mile and provide a complete/solid customer experience. I also need a plumber to install a water softener, and was hoping these guys would be the right ones to do it, but am kind of on the fence if I should use Julian's Plumbing to do that or not.

UPDATE 1: Just got a call from Jason who already saw my review and said he wanted to address it - very cool! He was very professional and courteous, and we discussed everything; he said it would be no problem for him to come back out next week to cut & cap off the old pipe to clean things up a bit. I have to say, it was nice getting a call to say that he wanted to make me a fully satisfied customer. I'll provide a 2nd update once the job is complete.

UPDATE 2: Turns out Jason was unexpectedly in my area (same day) and made the effort to drop by and did a great job tidying up the pipe -- looks great. We are planning to connect again after Thanksgiving to discuss an estimate on connecting a water softener.
Just wanted everyone to have the complete picture here. Glad that Jason is a stand-up guy who cares enough to make the extra effort to make things right.

Thanks for the fast service. Messaged on Yelp & got a reply right back. Jason suggested contacting Moen for replacement part which I did that day. Moen sent the part out free of charge and the shower is up & running less than a week later! Highly recommend them!
Jeff returned my call and was able to come to my house within a few hours. He was knowledgable, courteous and I was able to take advantage of the Yelp coupon. I was completely satisfied and would highly recommend this company to others.

By far, best plumbing service I've ever had. Not only were they at my house 2 hours after I called, but after I accidentally gave them the wrong phone number, they were still more than happy to help me out. The level of service, competence, integrity, and excellence that they do their work is fantastic. The prices are reasonable too. Don't 2nd guess. Choose Julian's and you can expert personal, professional people providing exceptional service.
Jason answered my quote request and was able to unclog my kitchen drain and install a new disposal in record time! I will admit we got off to a rocky start with a text snafu, but Jason cleared everything up and it was smooth sailing after that. I highly recommend Julian's plumbing, and will use them again.

Contacted Julian's Plumbing after my hot water heater went out over the weekend, and after the plumber assigned through my Home Warranty company never followed up (it's a holiday weekend, but seriously?!). I'll focus on the positive. Jeff not only responded on a holiday weekend; he fit me into what he stated was a very tight schedule on today, especially since it's near the 4th of July. Jeff was efficient, thorough, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and honest. He also provided great advice, overall, on future maintenance. Jeff and Julian's Plumbing are proof that there are still businesses out there who genuinely care about their customers and in doing a great job in resolving your concerns. Great experience with Jason and Jeff. They came out within an hour of my call and got down to business. Fair prices and made me feel comfortable through the entire process of my line repair. Found them on Yelp and I was glad I listened to the other reviewers high opinions of them.
Called Julians plumbing and had Jeff and Jason come over within 24 hrs to look at a couple sinks, a finicky disposal, and poor water pressure. They knocked out the work quickly, kept me informed of all of the options, and did a great overall job. Definitely will use them for any future plumbing needs.
Excellent service from start to finish! Jason was great over the phone and actually went to the house to do some preliminary work on a Sunday (same day I called) to make sure things were in order for the following day. Outstanding service! I called on a holiday after I hit the water main putting in a sprinkler system. They answered and gave me an estimate over the phone. They came first thing the next morning and fixed the pipe in less than 20 minutes and charged me the price quoted. Great experience. Highly recommend them.

Julian's plumbing is amazing. My husband called on Monday and they were at our house on Tuesday morning. After looking at our issue, Jason told us it would be better to invest in a new vanity, instead of fixing a broken one. He could have easily charged me to fix the faulty sink, but instead recommended something that was better for our home long-term. Really appreciate the honesty and the timeliness. I had an issue with the plumbing set up in my laundry room. I was frustrated with the contractor who worked on the house, and initially didn't receive much help. Came out last year to fix a shark bite on our irrigation bypass valve. Charged $275 to fix it; we turned it on yesterday and it failed. Called Julian's today and they blamed it on freezing, but we took precautions so that it wouldn't freeze; they're also saying it's not covered by warranty, even though it's less than a year old. Called another plumber in Mooresville and they said they can fix it for $125.
Fabulous and Fast! Wonderfully kind, courteous, truthful and honest! Absolutely the service to use if you have a plumbing issue or any leaky issue! My leaky kitchen ceiling was due to a air conditioning problem. ...who would have thought that? Certainly not me!

I had a great experience with Julian plumbing. I had a high water bill and spoke with Jason on 2/1. He informed me that I had a underground water leak in my yard. We talked about repair and gave me an appraisal. Repair was scheduled for 2/2, he was prompt and started immediately. He found out that the problem wasn't in the front but backyard that only had to be capped off. I really appreciated the honesty and fixing the problem quickly. I will be telling anyone else looking for a great plumbing service about the experience I had. Thanks again for the great service.

They were very fast, proficient, and friendly. However, they are quite pricy! We had to replace our leaking hot water heater and didn't have time to shop around. Just hope it works for many years!
Julian did an excellent job of installing a water line to our ice maker. He also cleaned out our dryer vent and cleaned out the drains in our bathroom. We were very impressed with his service and the price was fair.
Highly recommend! Called Julian's Plumbing yesterday (a Sunday) so we could get on their schedule for today. I expected a VM, but Jason answered right away and scheduled us for first thing this morning. He came at 7:45 this morning and spent more than 2 hours to diagnose our problem (tree roots blocking our sewage pipe) and clearing the blockage. He called the City of Frederick Water to come and make sure there was no further blockage from the City's sewage pipe. He pointed out some shoddy work that Michael & Son did 3 1/2 years ago when a new sewage pump was installed. We tried to get the other plumber to contact us to talk about repairing their shoddy work, but we never received a call back. We will follow up with them tomorrow. Meanwhile, Jason came back later in the afternoon and performed the repair for us. Sure wished we had called Julian's Plumbing 3 1/2 years ago when we needed a new sewage pump. We were new to the area and didn't know any better. Lesson learned!
Jason with Julian's plumbing was fantastic. He did everything that you dream and hope that a plumber will do but usually doesn't. He was EARLY, he called 30 mins ahead of time as he promised that he would, he was clean, respectful, charged exactly what he'd said and got the work done quickly and properly.

Would absolutely recommend. I used them for a job as my regular plumbing contact was out of town, and ended up using them for 2 subsequent jobs the following week.
