Best Plumbing Services in United States

We have had to call Superior Plumbing and Drains twice in the past year. About a year ago they put in a new sewer pipe for us and this time installed a new water line and water heater. Both times they have been extremely helpful and very quick to get on the job. We got estimates from other companies and both times SPD was the best value. Both time they provided us with a ton of information about the issue and explained exactly what needed to be done to correct it. The consultation Tim provided the first time around to help us work with the home insurance company was invaluable, and helped us save a ton of money.
Justin was the tech who helped us out this time. He gave us a great price to do both the water main and the water heater. They stayed and worked past sunset and didn't leave until the job was done so that we could have water at our house. Will definitely call them again in the future (hopefully not any time soon).

With temperatures in single digits, late Saturday,when no other plumber would respond to an emergency..Jeff Jordan was an Angel.  My 94 year old twin aunts, experienced  an exploded pipe.  Their caregiver discovered the water spraying in the side yard.  Had no idea where the cut off valve was.  He came to cut off the valve...but could not leave them without water.   He worked until after dark and fixed the pipe.   God Bless him.

Jason and his team converted a very large fountain into a nice fire pit.  The job ended up being bigger than initially anticipated but Jason and his crew worked until everyone was satisfied and he maintained his quoted price, regardless of extra hours/product the project took.  Highly recommend

Yesterday ENECO  came from Hickory to tweak my HVAC, which he did a fantastic job on.  I really didn't expect them to come out on a Saturday and figured they would wait till Monday, but I got a call back quickly and he said he could be here shortly. The young fellow was named Adam and had been with the company for 9 years. To get to my attic access we had to walk around bins and big bags of decorations from Christmas.  I apologized for the mess and said it just needed to go in the attic when I got help.
He was so kind and gracious and offered to put all that stuff in the attic for me!  And it was a lot!   Then he gave me a few tips to make extra storage space with some of the plywood boards I had stacked up there. Adam was quite the professional during all this and I thanked him.  What an asset he is to his company,  and a blessing to me, to go above and beyond!

Ritchie Plumbing is one of the best. I had a major plumbing job needed to be done, and I called Ritchie Plumbing along with a few others for quotes. John came out and was professional, explained what needed to be done, and had a reasonable quote. He was quick with responses during the whole process, extremely easy to work with, and super friendly. When I had questions, he took the time to explain the answer. John went over and above to make sure the plumbing was done right and timely. I can not recommend the team enough! If you have a plumbing job (no matter small or large), don't go with the big corporate companies, stick with a local and well reputable company like Ritchie Plumbing!

Recently moved to North Carolina and experienced a few plumbing issues in our new rental. Nobody shows up.
You have to call them to find out why you're standing there waiting.

If you want to make an appointment, work your whole family's morning around the probability of having no water until your leak is repaired and end up getting totally blown off on your only day off work you can be there to meet a plumber, enjoy that.

Won't call again even if I wake up swimming.

What kind of business can't maintain a schedule and make phone calls if there are changes?
Normally not one that survives.

I also work in service, but I show up, or I make my new arrangements AFTER standing appointments.

We used Mike to replace a sixteen year old water heater. His work was great and he is a very nice guy. Oh yeah, the price was also very competitive. We will use him again. Try Mike. You can't go wrong!

They said they would be here at 8:30 they were saw our problem and fixed it all within 25 minutes the builder who once before put nail in our water pipe and when precision checked the leak in the ceiling another pipe had two nails in it I would give this company 5 star ratings if any one has a plumbing problem they are reasonable and being a Korean Vet I got 10percent off, thank you precision.

Remove toilet, disconnect hot and cold water from vanity, so we can move the vanity. 125 for the visit....and $1,150 to do the work, which took another plumber 20 minutes to do. Rip off of the year....NEVER use these people for anything

They charge a trip fee and won't offer any estimate on the phone. They work on a 'flat rate' and you won't know what that is until they get there. And now I know why.  

Their rates are extremely high.  And, of course, you have to pay the trip charge if you don't let them do the work.  

I believe they refer to this as a 'bait and switch' scheme.  

Why not tell a client what hourly rate your 'flat fees' are based on?   Had I known they charge $150-200/hr. I never would have authorized a trip to our house.  It's a bit dodgy.  

I learned my lesson.  Know the hourly rate before getting someone to come out.  All of this work is based on the hourly rate and some companies like to pad their hourly rates in case their employee is not as fast as the market.  

I do not recommend this company.  Call around and work with someone that won't hide behind a 'flat rate' billing system.

I woke up on a Saturday morning to the sound of water running under my house.  I called 1st Choice Plumbing and they came right out to get the problem stopped.  I was thrilled with the service and the price was fair considering it was a weekend.

Wow in total shock and disbelief
We received our Holbrook's bill for last week's overcharge
I honestly thought  damn $75.00 just to walk through the front door  is highway robbery
I mean seriously less than  a four minute drive $75.00  

Boom  we were charged a whopping $101.65 for Matt to tell us it wasn't their job!
Wow it stated the charge was for the plumbing  job how is it a fckn plumbing job when the man never actually touched anything and was here a total of 2.1 minutes????
