I was extremely pleased with Justin, the service tech from Superior Plumbing. He done a great job for me, was very polite and friendly. This was my first experience with Superior Plumbing, but definitely will not be my last. Highly recommend this company.

With temperatures in single digits, late Saturday,when no other plumber would respond to an emergency..Jeff Jordan was an Angel.  My 94 year old twin aunts, experienced  an exploded pipe.  Their caregiver discovered the water spraying in the side yard.  Had no idea where the cut off valve was.  He came to cut off the valve...but could not leave them without water.   He worked until after dark and fixed the pipe.   God Bless him.

Jason and his team converted a very large fountain into a nice fire pit.  The job ended up being bigger than initially anticipated but Jason and his crew worked until everyone was satisfied and he maintained his quoted price, regardless of extra hours/product the project took.  Highly recommend

We wanted to replace the 15 year old halogen under cabinet lights in our kitchen. Chris took the LED's we purchased and had all four in place and looking fantastic In less than an hour.

The guys at Denver Plumbing were beyond excellent!!!  Not only did they come out quickly to help get our sinks and faucets repaired and cleaned out, but they were professional and did not price the neighborhood like almost every other contractor around here does!!  I cannot say enough about how much we appreciate these guys and this company and how wonderful their service was for us.  I HIGHLY recommend them for all of your plumbing repair work!!!  Not sure about this other review claiming they never called or showed up, but that was NOT our experience at all with them.

Brian with ACC Plumbing was courteous and prompt. They charged me the exact amount quoted and were very respectful of my home.

Jerry was from the very beginning extremely knowledgeable. We originally thought we needed to switch from our current working water heater to a tankless because of the long wait for hot water. After hearing our problem he was already brainstorming a more affordable solution. He was quick with responses and very thorough with explaining things to us. His quotes were reasonably priced. Professional written quotes were emailed to us. His work was quick and clean. Very satisfied with the over all experience. We have literally no wait for hot water now at a fraction of the price other places we're quoting us. You can trust Jerry and he takes pride in his work. We will definitely be returning to Jerry for future work.

I am very pleased with this company and with our plumber Lonie! I called this morning and Lonie was here by 12 noon. He fixed the issue within 10 mins and we are now able to do laundry again! Ritchie Plumbing is one of the best. I had a major plumbing job needed to be done, and I called Ritchie Plumbing along with a few others for quotes. John came out and was professional, explained what needed to be done, and had a reasonable quote. He was quick with responses during the whole process, extremely easy to work with, and super friendly. When I had questions, he took the time to explain the answer. John went over and above to make sure the plumbing was done right and timely. I can not recommend the team enough! If you have a plumbing job (no matter small or large), don't go with the big corporate companies, stick with a local and well reputable company like Ritchie Plumbing!

Recently moved to North Carolina and experienced a few plumbing issues in our new rental. I called and they came out the same day to Concord.  They were very respectful towards me. Checked over everything just in case it good have been something else.  Started the work the following day. I was very happy with finishing product and would recommend them to anyone.

Mike came on a Friday night call. Fixed (temporarily) our plumbing problem but, stated he had no reverse on his truck and proceeded to knock down 2 sections of our neighbors fence. He talked and left the neighbor his card but has never called him back of paid Jim the $250 he owes. The neighbor has left many messages with his wife and Mike to no avail and we called begging him to pay the neighbor as he said he would but no one ever called back! Do not hire this man!!!!!!!

They charged $200 to replace a short section of pipe less than a foot which took 10 minutes to replace. Then they took the old pipe and left it on the ground.

I had no water to my sink and dishwasher wasn't working. Two young guys show up and tell me it's the dishwasher not the line and it's the faucet not the line. He cuts the 400$ faucet and puts the new one in he made me go buy and it still doesn't work well. Then he tells me to get repair guy to do dishwasher that they can't so I pay another company and in two seconds the other company says no it was the washers breaking apart clogging the lines. Nothing is wrong with the dishwasher or the faucet. So now I'm out 500$ for a couple washers. I call to speak to a manager and of course no one called back. The kids they sent had no clue what they were doing. One even told me he had never used a dishwasher his mom always does it! It was seriously dumb and dumber. Stay away!

AAA City Plumbing 704 544-1909 / 803 327-5171 Technician Waide replaced my kitchen faucet.  He  arrived on schedule, worked very efficiently & neatly.  The faucet works & I am quite satisfied. I highly receommend AAA City Plumbing and ASK For WAIDE!!!

Once again 1st Choice Plumbing provided me with excellent service in repairing a broken toilet.  Hunter was awesome and did an excellent job. He is very respectful and knows his job. Thanks young man!

Wow in total shock and disbelief
We received our Holbrook's bill for last week's overcharge
I honestly thought  damn $75.00 just to walk through the front door  is highway robbery
I mean seriously less than  a four minute drive $75.00  

Boom  we were charged a whopping $101.65 for Matt to tell us it wasn't their job!
Wow it stated the charge was for the plumbing  job how is it a fckn plumbing job when the man never actually touched anything and was here a total of 2.1 minutes????

The Dr appliance guy Brock informed me the reason our refrigerator was one day hot  the next cold  that was normal I the summer  that po dumbass fool ‍‍
They stole $95.23 for bad advice walked out didn't do their job either
Total loss last week $251.00
And and entire life time loss of respect  and dignity
