SUPERIOR PLUMBING TO THE RESCUE!!!!  Another company left me with a Natural Gas Water Heater in pieces for weeks. With temperatures in single digits, late Saturday,when no other plumber would respond to an emergency..Jeff Jordan was an Angel.  My 94 year old twin aunts, experienced  an exploded pipe.  Their caregiver discovered the water spraying in the side yard.  Had no idea where the cut off valve was.  He came to cut off the valve...but could not leave them without water.   He worked until after dark and fixed the pipe.   God Bless him.

Jason and his team converted a very large fountain into a nice fire pit.  The job ended up being bigger than initially anticipated but Jason and his crew worked until everyone was satisfied and he maintained his quoted price, regardless of extra hours/product the project took.  Highly recommend

We wanted to replace the 15 year old halogen under cabinet lights in our kitchen. Chris took the LED's we purchased and had all four in place and looking fantastic In less than an hour.

Called twice for them to come out for plumbing estimate. Promise to come for estimate. I waited until 5:30 , no show. Next day waited again , no call and no show. I gave a one because I couldn't give a zero.

I had the pleasure of having John Ritchie do some plumbing for me today. First of all what a pleasant man and very honest. I had two issues a leak in the kitchen and a leak in my bathroom. When he first started with the kitchen he checked like crazy for anything leaking.  He checked the dishwasher, garbage disposal, and obviously the sink no leak. Now a few years back I had another plumber install a garbage disposal. So actually I believe we were dealing with an old leak, because there  was no leaking to be found.  The bottom of the cabinet was messed up and and the wood was warped I believe from a previous leak. I am redoing my kitchen and I did not want to have that  problem come back. Now he did make reference to the plumbing being over 25 years old and we could re pipe with new piping but we actually both decided that it really was not really necessary at this time. Okay on with the bathroom. Actually he knew what it was right away, the faucet itself was leaking. So down to Lowes he goes.  He picked out an attractive faucet installed it in no time and voila no leaks. Now I need a handyman to fix the wood in the kitchen and the bathroom. So as you can tell I was quite pleased with John of Ritchie Plumbing and his personable, honest, and knowledgeable  business ethics. I have his card and I would recommend him to anyone with plumbing issues. Oh and very important I was very happy with the cost.

Recently moved to North Carolina and experienced a few plumbing issues in our new rental. Nobody shows up.
You have to call them to find out why you're standing there waiting.

If you want to make an appointment, work your whole family's morning around the probability of having no water until your leak is repaired and end up getting totally blown off on your only day off work you can be there to meet a plumber, enjoy that.

Won't call again even if I wake up swimming.

What kind of business can't maintain a schedule and make phone calls if there are changes?
Normally not one that survives.

I also work in service, but I show up, or I make my new arrangements AFTER standing appointments.

We used Mike to replace a sixteen year old water heater. His work was great and he is a very nice guy. Oh yeah, the price was also very competitive. We will use him again. Try Mike. You can't go wrong!

Chris Blackwell diagnosed a leak under our kitchen sink. He replaced the leaking garbage disposal. He also inspected our water tank and is going to give us a quote on replacing it so our water pressure won't fluctuate. He was very friendly and very efficient.

No inter office  communication
I called Ultimate to have them replace a drain valve on a water heater in a weekend lake rental mobile home. I explained to the lady on the phone that it was a well maintained mobile home from 1988. I further explained that I had it rented for the coming that weekend and that I was too busy to fix it.  She said they would have someone out there by 2 PM. I was pleased when they called back and said they would arrive by noon. I felt that I had a new plumber!!! My wife met him and showed him the drain valve. The Plumber said that he did not have the piece to fix it and could not/would not fix it. He said that they do not fix mobile home water heaters. I made it clear that it was a mobile home on the initial call. My wife told him that I was handy and he explained to her what I needed to do to fix it. I already knew how. I did not have the time!!! He then charged us $50 and left without fixing anything. I had to get up at 2:30 in the AM the next day to go down there and fix it. It took me about an hour. It was Standard ¾ in drain valve. I called Ultimate Plumbing and asked for a refund. The office manager said that she would look into it. I told her that I had clients and I would be available for a return call between 12-5 any afternoon. The next day the plumber called me at 8 AM. He left a message. I returned his call between 12-5 that afternoon. I told them that I was returning a call about my refund. I have not heard back. They have trouble communicating between the office and the staff and charged me $50 to not fix a simple problem

Jim was great!! Professional and quick and knowledgeable! Made suggestions that were helpful but not pushy.  Price point was doable as well- not as much as some other places I researched.

First off let me say that this place is TOP NOTCH! Everyone from the young lady that answered the phone to the guys that came out and fixed our leak was absolute GREAT! Scott Childers did a GREAT job! I recommend this place to any and everyone looking for any type of plumbing work. They were fair, and the pricing was good.

Wow in total shock and disbelief
We received our Holbrook's bill for last week's overcharge
I honestly thought  damn $75.00 just to walk through the front door  is highway robbery
I mean seriously less than  a four minute drive $75.00  

Boom  we were charged a whopping $101.65 for Matt to tell us it wasn't their job!
Wow it stated the charge was for the plumbing  job how is it a fckn plumbing job when the man never actually touched anything and was here a total of 2.1 minutes????

They stole $95.23 for bad advice walked out didn't do their job either
