They came out within a few hours of our plumbing backup and promptly figured out the issue. They immediately got started digging and replacing the damaged portions of the line and limited the repair to the necessary sections. They went above and beyond and replaced an extra portion of the old pipe without charging us extra. We felt very confident in their knowledge and ability and they put our minds at ease. They made a very stressful problem as smooth as it could possibly be. Brian was especially helpful and took the time to make sure we understood the issue along the way.

The plumbing install went great. We added a new water softener. However the installer added a four way plug to an outlet under our crawl. This outlet was connected to our condensate pump for hvac. It's been throwing a breaker daily for 2 weeks. They say they can at fox they aren't electricians. This situation was created by this very statement

We had wire WyattWorks plumbing out to replace a hot water heater and test our gas lines. Very pleased with their responsiveness and professionalism. Would definitely hire again. Brian and Solomon were awesome.

I didn't end up needed their service, but did spend contact WyattWorks for a quote. I sold the house and didn't replace the hot water heater, but WyattWorks was easy to contact and schedule service.

Using WyattWorks was truly an amazing experience. From the moment I called them to set up an appointment, they were extremely responsive and professional. I received appointment reminders, updates and even a text that morning letting me know the plumber was on his way with a picture and bio! The plumber (Jeremy) was so kind and professional and constantly kept me informed with all the steps he was going to take to repair the issues.

awesome job!  They showed up when they said they would.  Were super efficient and helped me saved money where they could.  Highly recommend.  Fixed a leak on my well and cleaned my filter on my well water system.  Walked me through where my water shut offs are and what to keep an eye on.  I felt very comfortable with Scott and the WyattWorks team.  Thank you!

Really good experience with the team here! Very quick to respond (via Yelp, text AND phone) and were very detailed and clear in their responses, pricing and suggestions. They were competitive with the handful of other quotes we got as well.

We thought our water heater needed replaced and they were going to be able to get someone out same day! Even with the influx of business during the Covid madness, they were very accommodating with scheduling since we had no hot water.

Our technician (Mike) arrived when scheduled and was very friendly and a pleasure to work with. Turns out we had an issue with our pilot light and was able to get us hot water back in minutes! He did a thorough inspection before just proceeding with the replacement and was very honest. We didn't even question that we needed a completely new tank (which would have cost us a significant amount of money) and could have easily been taken advantage of us. Instead, it was a small trip charge and we were back in business. Also, if that fix doesn't hold up, that charge is applied to the work if they need to come back out!

Not sure how much time the fix will buy us since we have an older unit, but when the time does come for a replacement or any other plumbing needs, we will be sure to call the team at WyattWorks Plumbing right away! Grateful to have found an honest plumber here in Charlotte and would recommend!

I had a good experience.  What I had was not an emergency - just a leaky shower head where I couldn't remove the handle. Thankful they were able to get it off and replace the cartridge and washers at a reasonable price.

Very overpriced bid for what I needed. I knew when the huge truck showed up with expensive advertising I was in trouble. I thought this was a small family company. Did not hire them after a really, really high bid for repairing a small length of pipe in my front yard.

Customer service was good but got charged outrageously. It wasn't an emergency service and made an appointment. Got charged $540 for a less than $50 part I could have bought. Service guy showed up at 8AM and was finished by 8:40 AM. So not even a hour worth of labor. My mom doesn't speak English very well and I was here to help with translating. We feel like we got taken advantage of. Should have shopped around for a better quote. Not impressed with the amount they charged us. Granted they gave us a $30 dollar off coupon but still upset about the up charge for the part. Can't give zero stars. The plumber was friendly so I gave a star. Posted photos of the invoice, the part that was installed, and a quick search on the same part.

Highly recommend WyattWorks for their professionalism, work quality, response time and appreciation of a satisfied customer.  We needed a plumber on an urgent basis (probably not a lot of plumbing situations that aren't urgent) and they were right out.  The charges seemed a bit on the high side but I attribute this to the urgency and would still use this company again based on the value.  The special touch was the thank you note sent by the team thanking me for their business.  Nice touch.

Seth and Josh were the extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They are brothers with a family owned business which makes it even better. They were very honest and professional! Shawnica called me with appointment updates and was so kind and informative with keeping me up to date! Jeremy did an awesome job finding the source of the leak in my home. Even though it turned out not to be plumbing related, he took his time to locate the source and even speak to my HOA. I highly recommend Jeremy and WyattWorks Plumbing!

I am an out-of-state owner, and needed a plumber to work on a house I own in Gastonia.  I contacted WyattWorks, and they stated someone would call my tenant to set up an appointment.  Jeremy Wallace was assigned to the case, and he arrived promptly at the agreed upon time.  He took a look at the plumbing issues, drew up an invoice, and called me to advise what he found, and the cost to repair.  We gave the go-ahead.  The office emailed the invoice to me, I was able to sign, scan and email back for Jeremy to begin the work.  Jeremy called when he was finished, emailed photos of before and after, and took the payment over the phone.  First rate service from start to finish.  Excellent repairs and items replaced were top quality.  I would definitely recommend WyattWorks.

We bought our newly built home 21 years ago. The water pressure has always been low. My husband and I figured it was because the house has two stories. We could not take showers and run the washer or the dishwasher at the same time. The quality of water has also been a neighborhood issue. Our HOA president fought tirelessly to get city water hooked up vs. the private company. Before the change was scheduled, it was highly advised to get a new flow meter, one that could stand higher pressures. Our neighborhood was given a 'great deal' by a private company since we needed so many at one time. The plumber took all the money and left. None of the work was done. Fast-forward to July 2021. A water main broke across the street from us. CharMeck came out and fixed the pipe. My husband was talking to the men working and asked about our water pressure. The city employee recommended contacting the water department and get the pressure valve tested. They came out and stated we needed a new pressure relief valve. Call a plumber. I contacted 5 businesses on YELP. Got a message the very same day from one (Sunday-I did not expect a message) Felt good about that one. Then I got a we don't do that That was ok also. However, one didn't answer, and one just said,  We can do that for $200.00. No questions asked. That Monday, I got a message from WWP. They were the only company that wanted to come out to evaluate the issue, before giving a quote. Jeremy came out. He heard our story. He checked the valve, told us what he had found, using terms I could understand. Wrapping up this long story, we have better water pressure than we ever thought possible. I am tickled pink with our water pressure. We can have multiple things going at one time and the pressure stays strong! Thanks so much Jeremy!

WyattWorks is the go to plumbing company for all of your plumbing needs! From the moment they pick up the phone through to the completion of the project they are a great organization to work with. Timely, friendly and pleasant is how i would describe them in three words. We had them install a gas line and regulator for our outdoor gas grill. It works like a charm and the finished project looks clean. Highly recommended!

COMPLETELY SATISFIED!!! WORK and PRICING was top notch. I reached out about a toilet issue this morning around 7am. I was contacted back within seconds. Rebecca set everything up and was very knowledgeable she kept me posted on the arrival of my plumber through email. And before 10am the job was done and cleaned up like they were never even here, and our men's toilet is finally FIXED. I waited 2 hours for an appointment no call back not even after I called back asking for appointment.  Just moved on to another plumber.
