Incredibly kind and friendly. Extremely honest--they pointed out an issue with the caulking in the bathroom and guided us towards taking care of that, rather than pay for plumbing services that were not necessary. We are so appreciative and will definitely be calling upon them again!!

Chris helped me out QUICK, FAST, and in a HURRY! I was experiencing a water leak coming from my water heater that turned into another leak created from one of the valve's due to the pipes being so out-dated. The leak was to heavy and needed to be fixed immediately. I gave chris a call and he stopped by and evaluated my problem. He was able to diagnose and give me suggestions as to what my options were. I trusted his judgement and continued the job with him. I'm about 15-20 mins he had fixed my pipes and stopped the leak. I was amazed and grateful. I was able to use my water and heat my house again. A bathtub that didn't drain properly prompted me to contact MKC late at night, they quickly responded to ask for my phone number, and someone reached out to me around 9 AM the following day. The guy quoted me and will come by before noon.
Upon diagnosis, he said the clog came from kitchen sink and will charge $20 more, so I agreed. He started to do his thing and within five minutes, our problem was solved. The bathtub drained perfectly!
Side note: the guy did not wear face mask and shoe covers.

This is the second time using MKC. Chris called to verify my issue and told me what time he would be there, he was on time and explained to me what needed to be done and the price. He worked quickly and did the job well. Has all the tools and parts he needed.
I definitely recommend using MKC and will reach out to them again should I have any plumbing needs.
We had 2 water heaters replaced, he gave us the best pricing and top notch service! He spent over 7 hours at our house fixing other issues that needed attending. He is so friendly and an expert in his field. We plan on using him again to install a reverse osmosis water filtration system in a few months. It's so hard to find someone reliable and hard working, his rates are extremely fair as well!
Kris was a God sent!!!! My father passed away and I had to help my mother take care of an apartment building on short notice. Kris came fixed boiler, tuned up boiler, reseated a toilet, unclogged a sink, fixed a leaky kitchen sink and installed a new faucet all in one day!!!!!! All with no notice requiring him to make multiple trips supply store and Home Depot. He did quality work, very quickly and professionally at a very reasonable price. I am currently using him for another job in my own house. I cant recommend Kris highly enough. I will continue to use Kris and recommending him to all my friends and family.

Great service! I called before noon regarding a leak in my home and 2 technicians stopped by the same day. The main technician was knowledgeable and able to provide me with a solution to the problem. They acted in a professional manner and I highly recommend their services if you are experiencing plumbing issues.
After calling several recommended plumbers for our water issues, we contacted MKC Plumbing. They responded quickly and came to the house for an estimate. Chris was polite and knowledgeable. He had the necessary tools to fix the problem and did so quickly and efficiently. The cost was half the price we were quoted by other plumbers. We highly recommend this company.

Imagine your boiler stops working and it's New Years Eve - and the weather is expected drop to below 20 degrees...well that's what happened to us. Having worked my way down the Yelp recommendations and getting either no response or no they don't repair boilers, I came upon MKC Plumbing. How lucky we were that Chris was able to fit us in, drive over and resolve the boiler issue and remedy the lack of heating. Chris was nearly stymied by the boiler, but he kept at it and didn't give up. Hardworking and honest, you'll feel as blessed as we did having found him. We will be keeping his number for future projects and emergencies.

Being new homeowners we were clueless when our pilot light for the heater blew out. Chris from MKC was efficient with his time, knowledgeable, patient and honest.
I'm always afraid to add yet another glowingly positive recommendation about someone like Kris and MKC Plumbing out of fear that the next time I need this superstar heating repair person and company, they'll be too busy and too expensive to help me out. But, alas, EVERYTHING prior Yelpers said was 110% true!
Kris was the first of 5 companies (which Yelp's messaging automatically contacted for me, but he was the one I really wanted) to respond, and did so within 5 minutes of my initial message. Kris followed up with a phone call asking for the important details, asking about quick fixes that might have solved the problem, shared his extremely reasonable fees given what he thought the problem could be, and then said I'm putting it in my GPS now and I'll be there in... 20 minutes.
Kris, of course, arrived early. He then asked if he could park in the driveway after seeing no street parking (that's the kind of courtesy money can't buy). He wore his mask and kept his social distance. He evaluated the boiler (even though the rest of the house was warm) and then got to quickly repairing the broken valve on the one 2nd floor bedroom that wasn't working. Within a few minutes, he fixed the problem, cleaned the area as if he had never been there, and was done.
He shared an observation about a higher-than-normal pressure coming out of my boiler, but then said that it was huge job that I DIDN'T need to have done since things have been generally working fine for years. YES! A repair professional that is only looking to solve what needs to be fixed, and is interested in doing so quickly, and affordably.
Kris gave me several options for virtual payment since I didn't have cash on hand, and then left. He trusted me to pay him in full and quickly after the job was done without hovering over me to make sure I did so instantly. He sent an itemized invoice as an e-mail.
Time of first Yelp message: 10:28am. Time repair done: 11:18am. LESS THAN AN HOUR on a day when NYC is enjoying a sunny 30 degree day and we've got little ones at home.

Our outdoor faucet was leaking, called at 8 am and Chris told me he will be there at noon and he was there right on time. Got the job done quick. Very happy with it.
Chris was very professional and helpful. On my first call with him, he didn't upsell me or force to come over to charge me for an eval fee.
Instead, he listened to my problem, did a quick diagnosis over the phone, and asked me to try re-caulking my bathtub. No upselling, all honest, reasonable, and professional suggestions.
Unfortunately, the ceiling was still leaking after the re-caulking, and he eventually had to come take a look. Turns out it was a leaky toilet. At a very reasonable price, he fixed the leak despite having to deal with all our feces and urine all over the floor. Never once did he complain.
Chris is a plumber I can trust, and I won't hesitate to call him if I ever have any water or pipe issues in the future.
OUTSTANDING service! Kris responded within the hour, gave a fair estimate & promptly scheduled repair service. I must add that I'm greatly appreciative of the fact he arrived wearing mask & gloves. Kris did an excellent job & even recovered my wife's ring! 5 Star Service Call thank you so much!

My mom had three plumbing issues happen almost all at once. The sink in the laundry room sprung a leak, a toilet flush valve stopped working, and a waste pipe in the ceiling rotted away and began leaking sewage. She contacted many plumbers but only Kris called her back. He came over the same day, gave an estimate, and returned to complete the work the next morning. He was incredibly quick, friendly and professional. This is now our go-to plumber.

Pleasant guy and responded quickly when called so it pains me to say that he was way overpriced for the work done. Don't tell a customer that you can diagnose and fix complicated plumbing problems and you're more qualified than the average plumber who charges 60 bucks to snake a drain and then when it turns out to be a clogged drain that you used a snake to clear charge that same customer $275. That's deceitful and taking advantage.

Kris responded to me within minutes on a Sunday evening. He quoted me what I felt was a fair price, and he came by the following morning. He repaired the sink clog & leak, and he also fixed what a prior plumber did wrong and made an adjustment to my toilet for no additional charge. He will be my go to plumber from now on.
I forgot his name but he was great and honest. He came to install a boiler but it want that easy. He has to remove gas lines and replace them up to code. He was very experienced and kind. He showed me what he was going to do and did a great job. He was sooo great.. Thank you for everything u have done. I now have a hot water.. Five stars I would of gave 10

Last night, while watching a movie with my wife, I heard water leaking from somewhere. After investigating, I found water leaking from the circulator pump. I called a few places, but none got back to me.
This morning I called those same companies, thinking someone would answer during the day. Nope, no such luck.
I yelped plumbers and MKC stuck out somehow.
I called at around 11:30am, by 12:30, a tech arrived, listened to my tale of woe, then promptly went about fixing the problem.
Rudy, the tech is knowledgeable, professional, and a nice guy.
He bled all of the baseboards, didn't make much of a mess, and if he did, he cleaned up really well.
Oh, and he didn't try to upcharge or add anything extra. Always a plus.
If/when the heating system finally goes, these guys are on the top of the short list to do the work.

Chris was very helpful I called at 6am my pipes were fix by 9am. Highly recommend him.
It was Saturday afternoon, I knew i was going to have a hard time finding a plumber. It wasn't a huge job (although to me it was), and typically the smaller jobs don't seem to get much attention from some of the bigger guys. I called Kris, he answered, and said he could come Sunday morning at 10:00am. I thought he might just come by on Sunday and diagnose or schedule a time to come back...Nope, he spent a few hours and fixed everything to perfection.
I can happily recommend MKC Plumbing, in fact I won't use anyone else again.
Kris is the most reliable, responsible, knowledgeable and professional plumber that I have ever met! I do not think that I will ever need to find another plumber! We got 'him' from a neighbor and felt that we won the lotto! Incredible work and done right the first time!
Thank you Kris for rushing right over and changing the valve on my radiator. I have to give it to Kris for handling a close to 300lb radiator like a champ. I would definitely recommend MKC in an emergency.
We had a leak in our Boiler room that was coming from the first floor. Kris came that very same day I inquired about getting it fixed. He quoted me a very reasonable price considering the leak was coming from the main water line. He also had to open the wall and repair a long cooper pipe. He was very knowledgeable and professional. After he was finished with the repair, I was so satisfied that I told him that he's officially my plumber for any future leaks. Hopefully there isn't any anytime soon. I would recommend him to my friends and family if they need a plumber!

He had to do a diagnostic test in order to determine what was wrong with our heating. Quickly determined we needed a new circulation pump.
Replaced it and we had heat restored quickly.

Kitchen sink area was leaking and I broke a rusted brass pipe while attempting to fix the problem myself...
Called Chris in the evening, and he showed up the next morning. Chris explained the issue and remedy, and had my kitchen sink re-piped within an hour.
Liked the quote given to me and plumbing job completed; asked him to also fix a leaky bathroom sink afterwards cause of trust.
Kris came over with a quick response and was able to fix my leaky faucet right away. The service was speedy and would definitely call again for plumbing issues. The speedy response was the most important factor as I tried fixing it myself and ended up making it unusable.
I either had to spend more money on buying dinner for my family or just spending it to get the faucet fixed and eating a delicious home cooked meal. I obviously chose the latter

Chris was oustanding, every plubing/heating work he performed exceeding expectations and high quality.
Chris from MKC Plumbing & Heating is a gem -- a craftsperson who takes pride in his work, is honest and fair-priced, cares about the quality of his work, and miraculously appears in a timely fashion! I first called Chris to replace my sink and 30 yr old constantly running kitchen faucet, broken sprayer and water filter. When he appeared, I also gave him a surprise list of about 8 other small repairs that needed doing. He went over to Home Depot, sent me photos to choose my new sink/faucet system, picked up whatever else he needed and came back to do 5 hours of solid work. As it happened, I called him on the last day of his vacation and he dropped what he was doing to take care of my job. A couple of minor things needed fine-tuning and he came back the next day even though we are a half hour away from him. He was good natured, didn't complain, and returned to make everything perfect! From now on, when I have plumbing issues, I will be calling Chris. I highly recommend him for honest, top-notch, reasonably priced plumbing work!
Kris was amazing. My water-heater broke and he was out the same day. Excellent work, on-time, super professional. Price was very fair. I was so satisfied that I had Kris come back two weeks later and replace another water-heater that was aged out. I read the positive reviews on Yelp for MKC Plumbing, now let me add mine to the mix. Kris is an amazing plumber and person. He is attentive, trustworthy and honest. He will go above and beyond for his customers. He has helped me with several plumbing issues and I have been completely satisfied. He is prompt, effective, clean and professional. He gets the job done and does it fast!
After speaking to Kris on the phone I also HIGHLY recommend this company. My family have decided all future plumbing concerns (particularly the larger scale and daunting repairs) will be address by MKC Plumbing. I regret I did not find them sooner; in part because I did not appreciate the geographic span of their professional endeavors.
It is very rare to find a professional who understands that honesty and transparency are the indicated means by which long term customer loyalty is fostered. Kris explained what my options were clearly and also discouraged me from realizing some alterations which would be counterproductive. However, he always had an alternative solution in mind which included non-involvement in some cases. The human integrity which characterizes his persona is as iron-clad as the guarantees which come from being licensed. To say I was impressed and relieved I found such quality in New York would be an understatement. Clearly, our politicians need to look to the small business owners (whose progress is sometimes hampered by draconian social and fiscal policies) for the moral compass direction lacking in the social fabric of our times.

Kris is the best. Shows up when you need him. His work is exceptional. Doesn't rip you off and also tells you to avoid unnecessary work if he thinks it's not needed. He's nice and professional.
Chris is the most reliable plumber I have ever come across. We have called him countless times for so many plumbing emergencies and he's always come right away and never kept us waiting. He's no nonsense and extremely trustworthy. He won't overcharge you for anything or try to scam you in any way. When he does a job, it's done right. You don't have to worry about calling another plumber to fix it... if Chris did it... that's your last stop right there. He even risked his health to come out to help us during this Covid 19 Pandemic. Honestly, if you need a job done and done right.... please do yourself a favor and call Chris.
This was the 2nd time I called Kris and again I am glad I did.
This time my shower wouldn't shut off. I had to shut off the main to my house until Kris saved the day. Hey came right away with the replacement part and was in and out at a reasonable price.

My shower faucet cannot be turned off at 7 pm today. Called a lot of plumbers, but none of them are willing to do work during pandemic time. Called MKC plumbing for a leak under my sink. Spoke to Chris who was at my house 20 minutes later. Fixed the leak and also put a brace on the dishwasher hose (it was never put on when installed by another plumber). He wouldn't leave it like that saying not on my watch. He had all the parts in his truck and the job was completed in 30 minutes. His work was neat and clean. Very professional and you can tell he takes pride in fixing things correctly. Very reasonably priced. No more leaking. RECOMMEND MCK PLUMBING HIGHLY!!

Kris came by about 90 minutes after I initially reached out. My outdoor faucet was leaking and after he arrived we found a secondary valve in plain sight right on the other side of the wall. He said well there ya go, it's not leaking any longer, if you want to call it a day, no charge l, just glad I could help. He didn't try to add on a service charge, or house call, none of that crap. Just good old fashioned honest work accompanied with an incredibly nice gesture.
He did notice that some of the work was very outdated and insisted it could cause me huge problems down the road. Within 10 minutes of working on putting in a new outside valve, he found steal wire holding up copper pipe and it was creating a lot of rust and wear. He sanded it down, re strapped it with the proper copper strapping and did so at no additional charge. The price was fair, and I feel a 100 times better.
Hiring a service man for electric or plumbing is nerve wrecking sometimes for the fear of getting ripped off. This company does it right. He was honest, very kind and did some pretty awesome work. Any and all needs with my new home will be done through them. If you're looking for someone you can trust, this has to be the business for you.

Great communication and fast response to a leak that occurred creating water damage in my house. We where worried it would be a huge problem but it was just a minor problem that was fixed within an hour. When we told them we contacted our insurance company they even recommended us to a awesome company that was honest and trust worthy. Very professional and I will be using their services again.
I had a small leak in my toilet tank that I thought I could fix myself. Long story short, I made it way worse. Chris came by the next day and fixed the problem in about 10 minutes. The price was fair and I happily paid. Chris was knowledgeable, professional, and ready to quickly fix my screw up without any hassle. I cannot recommend MKC enough for all your plumbing needs. If you're on LI and need plumbing help, MKC is who you need to call!

When I needed a plumber I called MKC because there were multiple good reviews on Yelp. And I definitely made a right choice! Chris was in my house 45 minutes after my call ( I didn't even expect such an efficiency). He fixed my boiler's problems and even gave my couple good advices. He shows high professionalism and prices were very reasonable. I recommend MKS 100%! Will always use Chris if any future problems occur.

My basement sink was backed up and overflowing with sewage. I found MKC on Yelp, they answered when I called, gave me a quote over the phone which they stuck to and were at my house within an hour. The job itself was done in a fast and professional manner. Will definitely save their number and use them again for future plumbing issues.
Came home to more than and inch of water in my basement and flooding at a fast rate. Shut water off and researched companies on Yelp. MKC lives up to the 5 star rating. Fast response time to my quote request. Plumber Kristian came within half hour of his call. The problem was resolved quickly and efficiently. Saved me a huge headache of not having water on for the evening. I highly recommend this company as their customer service exceeds expectation.

MKC Plumbing is awesome! If I have any plumbing issue, I immediately call Kris. MKC Plumbing has been a life-saver on a few occasions for me and I never hesitate to call them. They don't try to nickle and dime people and they're super nice. I always have a great plumbing experience with them.
Excellent service! Professional, on time, really knows his stuff. Did a fantastic job fixing a rusted out sewer line. Will recommend and definitely be using him if needed in the future.
MKCs' five star rating is well earned! I found MKC here on Yelp and Chris responded instantly. I explained the issue I had (a leaking water heater at a relatives house) and Chris gave a very fair and honest explanation of my options. Kris, was beyond helpful and amazing . He came to my house at 10 pm . He was compassionate helpful and honest .I just recommended him to a friend .The timing was off and Kris could not get to their house in time however, he recommend someone as great as he was thanks Kris for being real, caring and cost effective.
I would have granted him five stars, had it not been for the fact that he was already more than 30 minutes late when he managed to call to say that he would be an additional 20 minutes more late. Plus, he offered no explanation for why this was so. Once he got to the house he was friendly, helpful and professional. His price was also reasonable and in keeping with what he told me over the phone. I would hire this company again.
Absolutely outstanding! I just had a plumber not show up last week, so I was nervous, but Kris showed up on time and was amazing. He not only solved my issues, but checked out things in new house I did not even know needed to be checked! He increased my water pressure by replacing something, helped fix my toilet, and helped with a bunch of odd jobs. He even let me know something I needed to shut off in the wintertime which I had NO idea. He was kind, patient, and explained everything. And very honest. Highly recommend!

HIGHLY recommend Chris from MKC Plumbing. Found MKC on Yelp and in a panic called them at 10 pm for a leaky pipe that had gotten steadily worse, asking what I should do. Chris stayed with me on the phone (while driving to another appointment) and FaceTimed to help me find and shut off the main water pipe in my parents' old house. I SO appreciated his patience and kindness. Hired him for the rest of the job after that. When he arrived after his prior appointment, he was fast, professional and friendly. Used a presser (fancy German machine) to repair the leak and presto, all done in 15 minutes! And for a super fair price!! Hire this guy, you'll be so happy you did. :)
Chris answered on my first called and made an appointment to fix my leaking facet 2 days later. Showed up promptly and completed the job in minutes. When I asked advice about upgrading my hot water heater he gave me an honest answer (I've researched). I highly recommend!

A few months ago I had a leak in my 15-year old boiler on a late Saturday evening - never expected to find someone that late on a Saturday but I called them and they came over right away and replaced the boiler. Averted a bad flood situation.
They were very professional.
I live in a condo and have low water pressure from my kitchen sink. Chris did not service and resolve the issue, but I am leaving a 5 star review because he was kind enough to discuss the issue through the phone and also make a 25 minute drive to come to my apartment and look and diagnose the issue. It was my fault for not having the entire building water supply shut off prior to him coming, but he did not charge me for his time to come here. He is kind and knowledgeable and even discussed with me potential fixes again for no charge - and for that it is a 5 star review from me. Thanks

It is very difficult these days to find a good plumber who is both competent, honest and fairly priced. I can highly recommend MKC Pipes and Drains as having these qualities.
I had an issue where hot water for 10 seconds would be coming out of my cold faucets throughout my house including the showers. I had two handymen come and they could not figure it out.
I found MKC Pipes and Drains on Craigslist and gave them a call. What was so impressive is the person (Rudy) came out the same day I called. It took him 5 minutes to diagnose the problem (a defective cartridge in the shower that regulates hot and cold as well as pressure). Best of all is he had the replacement part (Kohler) in stock in his truck. He was able to make the repair quickly and efficiently and cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommended. We had a technician, Rudy, at the house within one hour of my initial phone call. When using a new plumber you always wonder if they know what they're doing. Not an issue here. Rudy instantly recognized and was familiar with our gas boiler and walked us through the possibilities.
Our boiler was firing intermittently and it turned out to be a water issue.
Water was leaking from the bottom of the toilet water tank. I contacted MKC to arrange for an appointment. Kris promptly showed up this morning and fixed the problem quickly. The price was very reasonable given it was difficult to remove and reinstall the tank. I will definitely be using this service again for future plumbing projects.
I called in the morning because my sink had clogged and flooded the kitchen and a hose to the dishwasher was broken. Chris was there a few hours later, in a mask, with his tools. He immediately fixed the problem and had to replace a pipe under the sink, but it was done. Then I showed him several other problems I'd been holding off dealing with (a leaky toilet - he fixed it. A stuck faucet that wouldn't turn - he fixed it.) I had some projects that he couldn't fix that day because I needed to order the parts. But he helped me order them, and they should be delivered in around a week, and when they arrive I will have Chris come back to install (new bathroom faucet new kitchen faucet). I thought his prices were reasonable, and also he was on time. Honestly, shat more can a customer ask for? I was very happy with the service.
Our main floor was without heat for about 3 1/2 days. Although it is a busy time with many people experiencing issues like this, Kris came within an hour from when I called. He was efficient and thorough. He was clearly knowledgeable and experienced. He caught another problem, and without pushing her to repair it, explained the issue to my wife. His price was fair. We will be calling him again if we have any issues in the future. Fantastic work!

Absolutely amazing service. Our water heater was leaking. After contacting through YELP, we received a quick call
Chris showed up within an hour and a half with a New water heater. He removed the old one and installed a new one. All of this within a few hours.

Kris at MKC Plumbing quickly diagnosed the cause of strange gurgling noises coming from our backed up bath tub . Chris thoroughly explained what he was going to do to fix the problem. He removed the clog quickly. Kris was very competent and professional. We will be using him for all our plumbing needs in the future. We were completely satisfied by the work performed and the reasonable cost of the job.
A very professional service person. Had no hot water, Kris came over right away, did'nt have the part with him, but did something so I had hot water for a shower, as I was on my way to work. Came promptly the next day and am happy to report problem was fixed. The bill was very reasonable and highly recommend him. Would be hard to find a better plumber than him.

What a rip off. This company overcharged me. I paid 2,000.00 for the plumber to change a pipe and water jet the sewer line. One month later the problem is worse!

Called Kris up concerning backed up sewer line as well as installing new vanity and toilet in master bathroom. Came the next day and service was quick and professional. Pricing was very fair. I have lived in my house for 32 years and finally found a contractor I can trust! Highly recommend MKC Plumbing.
Kris came by and did a great job installing a valve on my water main, and he was overall vey professional and he worked really fast but also wanted to make sure that it was done with high-quality by reinforcing the valve.
I would definitely use him for other plumbing jobs because the other plumbers around here suck and don't return calls and are out of date with technology - he sent me a receipt in the email #MindBlown. Best of all I didn't even have to see his asscrack.

I used MKC plumbing because I was only getting hot water and no cold water in my shower. Kris diagnosed the problem immediately and made the fix fast and affordable. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of some plumbing help .
Our water heating pilot stopped working on a Saturday afternoon. I tried getting back on to no avail. I called 4 plumbers and Kris was the only one to respond and did so quickly (~15 mins). 20 mins later he arrived, was very cordial and got right to work. Though he was missing the part we needed he was able to obtain it within an hour and shortly after our water heater was up and running. Pricing was very reasonable but kudos on the quick response. Kris will be my first choice for future plumbing issues and I would recommend Kris for your plumbing needs.

Kris was super responsive and completed a really big job in an hour. I had sewage issues, clogging issues, pipe problems, and I really feel like he saved my life. As a single mom, being a home owner can be very intimidating, it was so refreshing to have him come and explain things to me so that I am empowered and knowledgeable about my home and plumbing situation. I have used him twice in the last month after finding him on yelp. Once was to replace a (very old) leaking pipe under the sink and once was to install a new water heater. He was very pleasant to work with. He made himself readily available and was always quick to reply. He fixed both issues in a VERY timely manner and I didn't have to supply anything. I don't have enough words to express my happiness in finding MKC Plumbing. Their service, professionalism & honesty exceeded my expectations. From my initial phone call with Chris to the prompt 45 minutes wait for service on a Sunday morning! The service person was very helpful in explaining the problem & how to resolve it. It was a pleasure having him in my home. I had called 2 other plumbers before & explained the problem to them. Their only response was call them once I had the Grohe part I needed. When actually there was also another issue related that needed to be resolved (a broken turn off valve) that was causing my bsmt to be flooded.
We called Kris to fix shower water pressure and vessel sink as it was leaking. He responded immediately, visited and fixed all same day at a reasonable cost. Thank you Kris, highly recommended!

Plumber came right away and fixed my drain. Price was reasonable. Plumber was friendly and was experienced so he fixed it quickly.
Kris is the man! Just called him today based on his quick response to my inquiry about a drain clog and he came right then and there. He fixed the issue for me and in no time unclogged my drain line. I had a sewer issue for 6 months now calling these 49.99 guys and using different companies that were cheap. This time I decided to use someone that wouldn't scam me and MKC is where I went. They give you a legit warranty and receipt and explain to you where they found the blockage. Great company and customer service.Thanks again!
I recommend using this company. Kris called to inform me that the job he was working on before my appointed time would delay him instead of having me wonder if he was coming or not. That is a sign of professionalism to me. Kris asked me some questions to determine what might be wrong with my sewer line being backed up. Kris explained to me what the problem was and what he was doing to solve the problem without me reaching for Plumbing for Dummies book to understand what he was telling me. He also quoted me an estimate price for the work before even looking at (which I found another company did not want to give me one) and the estimate price was what he charged me. My friends were surprised how much I was charge since they paid almost double for the same thing by other companies. They asked me if I had Kris number in case they need him.
Chris was a pleasure to work with. We had a broken pipe in our basement which connected to the outside hose. Chris responded to my yelp request for quote almost immediately and called me as soon as I left him my number. Better yet he was available immediately and was at my house within the hour. He fixed the broken pipe and changed two valves and did a fantastic job. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Pleasure to work with!!!

If i could give 10 stars I would ! Talk about professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He came within 30 minutes of my call. We had a water main leak. He checked 2 times to make sure that everything was alright and even waited for the water to be turned back on from the town!. He was fast,efficient and clean. It was a pleasure to work with him and will definitely use again and recommended him to others. It's rare to find a honest, hard working and reasonable person.
