I hired them on the spot after I received their estimate which beat all other local offers. They got permits with the city and did everything legally. They were very neat and precise with their work and installations. They left no scratches on the vanity's and tiles. Appreciate the work!

I reached out to him because a pipe was redirecting water to outside our home. He was the first to reply on yelp and came the same day. He explained to me what happened and what I should do to prevent it from happening again. He fixed the issue right away. He also fixed another issue we had in the bathroom while he was here. Charged a very reasonable amount and answered every question I threw at him. (Which was a lot)

Never thought I could say that a company could treat you like family, but that's what Kirk did.  Went out of his way to take care of a clogged drain that flooded my elderly parents' home.  The flood knocked out the pilot light on my parents' water heater and he came back to troubleshoot it.  

He was honest enough to let me know that it was a job for a licensed plumber and he referred me to his friend Peter (licensed master plumber-separate review) and followed up with him to make sure I was taken care of.  Thankful for the attention he gave my parents in the midst of an emergency that could've gotten much worse.  I would recommend him for your job without any hesitation!

Michael came on very short notice to fix a noisy radiator in our baby's nursery. He quickly identified the problem and went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I were happy. He even gave some advice on balancing the steam heating system in our old house.

The short of it: I will definitely call him in the future should I need a plumber again.

We needed to replace our kitchen faucet and found Rob via Yelp based off of all of these 5-star reviews. He was extremely easy to communicate with, quoted us a fair price, and came to install it within the week. The new faucet looks and works great! I highly recommend Marcel.  He was very responsive to all communications to set up the appointment.  He ran into a variety of unexpected challenges in the job I asked him to do because of sloppy work done by previous plumbers who had worked on my kitchen sink.  He was very patient throughout his efforts to work with these challenges and determined to get the job done right this time.  He did not charge me additional fees despite the fact that he needed to stay on the job much longer than he was expecting. And that fee was a reasonable fee in the first place.

We just moved in to our new home and had to install new showers and toilets. During covid times it was so hard to find someone to come out to our neck of the woods. Thankfully we found Krill's sink and shower and we are so grateful. Not only was Kirill super professional but he also made sure to very careful with our new bathrooms. These guys are the best. I called on a Friday afternoon with a leaking faucet that I had started to disassemble, and Josh and Rob were at my place by 2pm on a snowing Saturday to complete the job. Looking for a plumber at 5p on a Friday? Look no more! I called 5 other plumbers on Yelp before I finally got to John and he was the first one to answer and offer help. Not only did he try to save me money by making sure it wasn't a city drainage issue, but he also communicated his ETA clearly and was helpful when he finally came to fix my backed up water main. He educated me on the watch outs of my particular plumbing situation and promptly left without trying to upsell me. I definitely plan to keep his number for any future issues or plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

Nick did an incredible job in our apartment. He cut out a cabinet and routed our plumbing in a very complicated setup. For a very unconventional job, Nick far exceeded our expectations, and at an excellent price. Will definitely use again.

I had a project to do in my backyard and had no luck finding anyone on Staten island to take it. It was something I needed done right away. I called them and even though they are in Brooklyn they still took the job and we're fantastic.

I cannot thank John and his crew enough!  The three of them came from Staten Island to Brooklyn early on a rainy Sunday morning to check our boiler.  It turns out that everything was fine and that I had worried unnecessarily, but they were kind and understanding and did everything they could to make sure the boiler would continue to work well.  I called them late in the evening the night before and they were immediately responsive and consistently clear in the communication with me.  Not only all of that, but they insisted on doing all of this as with their compliments!  JPeral is exceptional and I highly recommend their services.
