Great service!  Sam showed up same day after my hot water heater conked out.  He was able to assess the problem, run out and get parts and get back and complete the repair in about an hour.  He was fast, courteous and friendly.  I would recommend him to anyone.

I called Pipe Monkeys to unclog our toilet and Kirk came within 40 minutes as promised over the phone and fixed it in 2 minutes. He didn't make me feel embarrassed for the clog and was kind enough to clean the floor afterwards.

We also had a slow draining faucet that could be improved using an enzyme solution that he had but explained that this may be caused by how old our building was. I really appreciate the honesty and his quick service. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

The pipe connecting the water main to the rest of the house sprung a bunch of pinhole leaks. Called Michael at 3:30 PM, and by 5:00 PM he came and resolved the issue, which involved cutting out the bad pipe and replacing it.

It was an emergency for us and he was able to get it all done quickly and without ripping us off, which any other plumber could have done given we had to get it fixed immediately.

I'd easily recommend him to others.

I had Tim Golden Hands replace two toilets with new ones and they did an excellent job. They worked quickly and diligently, asking me to inspect the work as they proceeded to ensure it was looking and functioning as expected. They also discovered that in one of our bathrooms, the plate on the drain had been previously installed incorrectly. It turns out that this was likely the cause of some toilet leaks that have been popping up. A plumber that had come in before to deal with the leak just replaced the wax ring without looking at the underlying cause of the problem.  Tim Golden Hands were able to fix the issue as part of their installation (and even kept to the original price estimate despite this extra, unexpected work), saving a lot of future headaches. After they were done, they cleaned up everything and left our apartment in good shape with two professionally installed toilets. I would recommend Tim Golden Hands without hesitation.

Rob was courteous and professional, his price was fair and did an excellent job fixing the toilet leak (no more leak). It wasn't an emergency repair but he made himself available right away anyway. Can't recommend him enough.

Great job. Came in and cleared my drain really quickly.  Had some struggles but still managed to get it done and made sure to take care not to damage anything else in the process and cleaned up after. Very pleased and will definitely call with any future jobs.

We gutted and completely remodeled a bathroom. He recommended a better way to do our plumbing to give as a functional and more upscale look. We LOVE the final product. We had a really fun emergency with our toilet late at night.  I called every emergency plumbing  number I could find, and no one answered -- only Roto Rooter who said we could make an appointment for 10 in the morning.  By chance we reached Joshua, who actually answered the phone, asked me to send him some pictures of the offending toilet, and talked me through what to do to stop the leak.  Then he came over the next morning - keeping in touch when he was running late, a real plus -- and by the end of the day he had replaced our toilet (which had been giving us problems for years), taken away the old one, cleaned everything up, and basically solved all our problems -- well, at least our toilet-related problems.  He is kind and straightforward and obviously a very decent guy.  Is it clear I'm highly recommending Bullseye Mechanical Corp.?

This is one of my favorite plumbing service in new york! They are super careful and they actually care about what they are doing. Very professional and quick. I called them at 11pm and they came right away and got the job done. Would recommend to anyone! And they are super clean. Helped me cleaned up the bathroom after. Very nice people as well

Eugene was great. To the point, responsive, and fast. The water valve to my toilet was corroded and he cut, soldered, and replaced it quickly.  Seriously quickly, I had barely gotten my daughter up from her nap and having a snack before he already had the water back on.  I had called another guy the week before and am still waiting on a response.  I called Eugene and he came in 1.5 hours, just like he said.  No 5 hour window!!! The price was not cheap but not outrageous either; it was fair.  He is in NYC, and he does deserve compensation for a job well done!

Used for 2 projects, one for leaky sink and another for leaky sink and clogged drain.   He is very respectable person who gets the job done right and fast.  I would call again for any future plumbing issue.

I used Riverside for some final jobs on my condo . They were very communicative , timely and did the job very well ( I liked the fact they were mindful of not making a mess). A bit on the expensive side but these days , good work is hard to come by - highly recommend

If I told you that between my co-worker and I, we've called over 20 companies to find someone who could work on a bunch of jobs at my boss's place and then have at least 3 different plumbers come out but not be happy with any, you wouldn't believe me. This has been a year in the making but FINALLY, FINALLY we found someone my boss is happy with. I didn't realize how difficult it was to find a good plumber in NYC. My boss's place had so many issues and we needed to find someone who A: would service an apartment or condo (this was a HUGE problem we came across a lot) and B: would get the job done.

Well, thanks to my coworker, he found Peral Piping and my boss is happy with their work!!! We finally found good people! John is undoubtedly a New Yorker which is a good thing cause he just gives it to you straight. He's very honest, very responsive, breaks down the options you have, gives you his honest opinion and ultimately lets you decide what you want to do. Him and his coworkers (sorry, I can't remember their names) are super nice and friendly and have fixed all the issues that had to be addressed. They fixed a broken pipe that leaked into the neighbor's apartment, a kitchen sink, installed a water filter in the kitchen sink, fixed a toilet, and fixed a bathroom sink.

I will say they can be a bit pricey so be prepared for that but they will work with you. Really glad we found them after a long tiring search. Definitely worth the money if you need help with any plumping issues!
