We had an incredibly positive experience with Kirk. We had some repairs and replacements that needed to be made in the bathroom and Kirk was professional, courteous, and direct, giving us a quote beforehand and making it easy to schedule an appointment. He was a pleasure to work with and a font of useful information and advice about bathroom upkeep and related items. He patiently answered questions and explained things as I peppered him with all sorts of queries. He was also incredibly understanding and accommodating with my coop's requirements for outside vendors - now that he's been through the process, I'll be recommending him to all my neighbors.

I had a severe shower drain blockage that my building's maintenance guys tried twice to break threw but couldn't. I contacted this company and they responded immediately with a reasonable quote and we're able to come on the next business day. Within under an hour, they got past the blockage and my shower is working perfectly. Fantastic experience, pleasure doing business with them!

Olsi did an absolutely perfect job! The rate he charged was very competitive as well. My bathtub drain was beyond clogged before this maintenance. He was quick and cleaned up before leaving. My drain is as good as new! Would recommend to anyone :)

Christopher was very patient with the crammed space soldering a 50+ year copper pipe. He had to do many trips to the hardware store to get the job done. Reasonable prices compared to others serving Brooklyn.

Josh really saved my life, twice! The first time Josh came I called him at around 11:30 pm because I woke up and my heat was clearly not working as me and the dog could see our breath. He was here in 45 minutes, happened to have the parts needed in his truck to repair the damper on the chimney and replace small parts in the boiler, viola I had heat in t minus 1 hour! Me and Nina were grateful! The second time my toilet bowl kept running and he came in an hour and replaced the flapper and the fill valve! Josh is the nicest guy, thank you!

I had a project to do in my backyard and had no luck finding anyone on Staten island to take it. It was something I needed done right away. I called them and even though they are in Brooklyn they still took the job and we're fantastic.

Finished installing and bringing up to code an outside light.  First electrician -- Joe Cunningham-- skipped out on me after I paid him in full before he finished the job.  I know ... I'm an idiot.  
A handyman came to my rescue and was very professional and finished the job for a reasonable price within a reasonable time frame.  I passed HOB inspection without a hitch.  
FYI, I'm posting this review almost a year later because I'm back again to look for a plumber!

Hassan was quick to respond and provide a quote. Hassan and Mike were nice enough to pick up the toilet I purchased from the supplier and bring it to install. They tested to make sure the toilet had no leaks and flushed properly after the install. They left the bathroom and surrounding area clean after the job was done. The project was well-priced and perfectly executed.

Arrived promptly and very professional. I worked with John, would absolutely recommend these guys.
