I was very interested in getting Vuksani to fix our plumbing issue, but after receiving a quote they stopped responding. I have reached out multiple times since but no response.

We found Sam to be extremely considerate and unusually communicative throughout our work together. He responded quickly to my inquiry, answered questions clearly, stayed on-quote for the work and did a fantastic job. He's absolutely on the top of our list for folks to call on next time. The drainpipe under our bathroom sink burst on a Sunday morning, so we needed someone to come out right away. I contacted Kirk and he responded straight away and was at our apartment half an hour later.
He was able to fix the issue (based on the photos we'd sent, he had brought exactly the right replacement pipe). He was great - friendly, professional and efficient.
As the fix didn't take that long, he asked if there were other issues we needed help with to make the most of the hourly rate. He helped us with a couple of other minor issues gave us advice on how to manage the other issues ourselves.
Overall we were very happy with the service and would definitely use Kirk again and recommend him to friends / neighbors.

Our apartment has had a slew of radiator, boiler, and heating system issues. We had another plumber come who misdiagnosed the problem, and it resulted in spending money unnecessarily. I had a problem that came up over the weekend, when a lot of plumbers aren't available, and i didn't want to leave it.

This was my first time using Olsi. He knew right away what the problem was, and came that day. He charged me exactly what he quoted me, showed up exactly when he said he was going to show up, and was able to fix the problem quickly. Our retail location needed immediate help for a sink that was hanging off the wall in our basement. I called a few plumbers and either got answering machines or the run around. Joshua answered right away, and was at our spot for an assessment and quote within a couple of hours. Quick assessment and very reasonable quote, another plumber had quoted us 6x more. He had the job done the next day in only a few hours and addressed all of our needs. Highly recommend - fast, hassle-free, reliable!

I called up JP to get some help on replacing an old pipe that was giving me issues when it rained. Make a long story short this was a Wednesday, he came by the next day and we settled on a day soon after. The work was done 2 days later and it went perfect. The communication is just what you want from a place that you want to trust and rely on. Pricing is fair and the people who do the job are total professionals. Definitely recommend to anyone in need of some plumbing or sewer issues and I k ow I'll give them a call for anything I need in the future.

Prompt, courteous and did an excellent job replacing ceiling fan. The website for the installations said that it would take approximately an hour but they were able to do it in 45 minutes.

Used for 2 projects, one for leaky sink and another for leaky sink and clogged drain.   He is very respectable person who gets the job done right and fast.  I would call again for any future plumbing issue.

I had a project to do in my backyard and had no luck finding anyone on Staten island to take it. It was something I needed done right away. I called them and even though they are in Brooklyn they still took the job and we're fantastic.

We woke up Sunday morning with no hot water  and searched yelp and luckily found Riverside Handyman services. Robert setup an appointment with us the following day between 8-10am and arrived at 9am and got right to work. A few hours later we were enjoying a nice hot shower, thanks guys!

I had a new gas stove delivered and when I spoke to the company where I bought the stove, they said installation was included. However, when I received it and ask them to install, they were not able to. I had to quickly find a licensed plumber and luckily I found Hassan company through yelp with great reviews. I told him I needed stove installation today and he was willing to come immediately and get it up and running. He came in such short notice and reasonably price. He installed the gas line to the new stove very quickly and even help with putting the grates on the stove. I had questions about my previous gas stove which was emitting gas odors and he was explaining why that would happen. He was very nice and patient. Got the job done in a timely manner. I highly recommend Hassan.

All around great job. They picked up the phone at 11pm and scheduled service for the next day between 12-2pm. They arrived right around 12:10pm and finished the job in about an hour even though it was a pretty serious leak. Seemed very thorough and helpful. Answered all my questions.

When they were finished, I was pleasantly surprised how thoroughly they cleaned up after themselves. Was not expecting that at all.

Electronic payment would have been easier, but writing a check was not a big deal. Overall great work and thank you!
