We contacted PLD after noticing our water bill starting to creep up.  Dave came out to the house and confirmed we had no leaks.  To me this was worth the time away from work and the cost, its like going to the dentist,,,IMHO its better to pay a little now and know everything is ok rather than waiting, developing a problem, and pay much much more.
 PLD was able to schedule the appt quickly, gave me a clear window of when to expect Dave, and Dave showed up as promised.  Very happy with PLD and would use them again (hopefully I never need to), but would gladly recommend them.

In preparing to stucco my house there were several plumbing projects that needed done. From tucking pipes into the siding and moving a gas line to a smaller footprint and tiding it up. Eugene was able to solve all the issues with modern professionalism. Upbeat attitude and came in under estimate. Local Arizona guy cares about your projects.

Our hot water heater went out the day before my 11 guests arrived!
Mike work hard to find replacement water heater which took a great amount of time! Worked late to put it in to make sure we had hot water. We are forever greatful to him!

I would definitely recommend Sunland to anyone. I had been having problems with my AC for a couple years, and had dealt with another company that only wanted to come out and sell me repairs I didn't need and still not fix the issue. Marty came out at 6am and had me fixed up in no time. Very reasonable rates, honest, and not just trying to sell me crap I don't need. My husband and I had just bought a house. Of course with homeownership, comes the home repairs. We had a shut off valve that broke under a sink and had to turn the water off to the whole house until it was able to be replaced. Mike was here just couple hours after our call to him and everything was done and back to normal within an hour. Super nice guy. We will be using him for all repairs in the future.

Fast, super affordable, great for emergency work or planned projects. Erik, the owner, will educate without up selling and takes time to make sure you're taken care of. And, he texts...which is important when you have spotty tmobile service and a screaming toddler.

Our garbage disposal stopped working and we had a leak when our dish washer would drain. Joe was able to come out early the next morning and fix both issues very quickly. He also checked a few other issues for us and gave suggestions. I definitely recommend Peace of Mind Plumbing.

I had the pleasure of working with Sav-On plumbing and, in particular, Jesse. In a nutshell, I could not be happier with the end result.

I actually had a laundry list of items and the appointment with Jesse was for the early afternoon. When Jesse finished up his previous job ahead of schedule, he called first and asked if it was okay to show up a few hours early and get started. I sincerely appreciate the respect for my time, because it is typically a pet peeve of mine when people show up unexpectedly early, so bonus points for that!

As to the work itself, I needed to have two heavy (100+ lbs.), one-piece, high-end toilets installed, a new kitchen faucet, new angle stops/valves and supply lines throughout. Jesse jumped right into it with the toilets and was able to get the old, builder-grade units out and the new toilets in very short order. His installation was meticulous and it was quite obvious that he took a great deal of pride in his work. Once the toilets were out of the way, Jesse also did a masterful job of removing the old kitchen faucet, thoroughly cleaning up the porcelain mounting surface and installing the new faucet and hot/cold supply valves.

While Jesse worked quickly, it was clear to me from the outset that his efficiency was a byproduct of his extensive experience and that there was absolutely no compromise in the quality of his work. I also very much enjoyed my conversation with Jesse during the install and greatly appreciated his insights for future plumbing projects that I picked his brain about.

When it was all said and done, I felt the price paid for the work was very reasonable, certainly with the level of care and attention to detail that Jesse had put into it. Having dealt with a number of plumbers over the last decade, I can honestly say this was the best interaction I have ever had and that I would not hesitate in the slightest to call Sav-On and Jesse again for future needs.  No nonsense, no up-selling and no bullshit, just a highly skilled plumber with pride in both his work and his employer, who showed up and got the job done right. I could not in good conscience leave anything less than five stars. Thank you Jesse!

Requested a full remodel for our studio with Rene at Sunny View Drywall, recommended by a friend. We are very satisfied with the price, quality, and professional installation. Rene remodeled the studio in the timeframe that he promised. I will definitely be contacting Sunny View Drywall for any other services in the future!

If you have an after hours emergency DO NOT CALL THESE GUYS. You call the number they list on their website for emergency services and you then get a voice message stating if it's an emergency to call another number they read out quickly, and ONLY ONCE, so if you are not prepared for them to do that you will miss it and have to call again to get it.  They really should put this number on their website, they have a section for emergency services where they repeat their main number as the one to use, why not just place this special number they really want you to call instead of just having it on a voice message only. Who has time for that during an emergency you will just call the next plumber on the list.

I have used Cure All plumbing for many years.  Both for my home, and my business. You won't find a better plumber. Thanks for all the past and future great work!

After getting a few different quotes for new unit on my condo, I decided to go with George Brazil. My team, Josias and Cesar, were very good. They were very polite, knowledgeable, efficient....just a great team. My sales person was very patient with me and my 10,000 questions!!! They were very helpful in purchasing my new a/c unit. The new unit has already made my home cooler.

If you're looking for A/C service/repair, I'd avoid Goettl at all costs!  Our upstairs unit stopped cooling in July and I called Goettl to come out to repair it.  They said there was a leak at the compressor that they recharged and scheduled a later visit for leak check.  Charged us $745.  Upon return visit they said leak was in attic air handler coil which would have to be replaced.  Unit is 4 years old with a 10 year warrantee.  After waiting for 10 days they finally came out to install the coil and drier for $2468 which includes the coil from Ruud, which was provided at NO cost to them as it was under warrantee, plus $533 for a bi-flow liquid line filter, (which according to a/c catalogs I've seen list for between $12 and $35.  2 days later, the unit stopped cooling again and again they came out to leak check.  Found a leak at the compressor which they fixed for free.  I disputed the claim- 2 charges for a total of $2768, and Wells Fargo backed me up due to Goettl's failure to respond.  Late last week, around 12/3 I got a call from Goettl wondering when I was going to pay the balance.  Told them that I had no intention of paying this disputed bill and WF had already ruled in my favor.  The guy told me that they already had my credit card on file and they would charge me whereupon I told him that if they did I'd sue their ass.
 I wouldn't do business with this shady company if they were the only ones in the valley!
