I have bee in the process of readying my rental home to sell and a few plumbing issues (among others) have come up requiring repair or replacement. A friend recommended Vitaliy at VITech and I have used his services twice in the last couple of months. Both times, Vitaliy was highly responsive by phone and showed up quickly and on time, keeping in contact with me by text regarding arrival time. Once he arrived, he took care of the problem quickly and efficiently. He was knowledgeable, straight forward, honest, fair and much lower priced than I expected! I had a back patio metal roof come off from the High Winds, and it was attached to my storage room that was starting to come off.  I looked at so many websites, and different companies, and finally found the right company to get my roof fixed.  Right Way Home Repair and Services gave me the Best Price, and Phillip was the Best Person to fix my Roof. He was Very Nice, and called me ahead of time so I can put my dog in his room so he wouldn't bother Phillip.  So If you need to get anything fixed call Phillip at Right Way Home Repair and Services. I would like to tell about my experience with Ethan at Sunland Plumbing.  I am a realtor and had a plumbing emergency at a home we have for sale.  2:30 on a Friday afternoon I get a call saying the water main is broken at the house what should we do?  This house in in Sun City Grand, I called 10 plumbers, no one could be here today.  Will Monday morning work?  NO!  Ethan was on his way home from another job, said I can come right now and twenty minutes later he was there.  Ethan is very professional, and got to work quickly completing the job.  I recommend Ethan at Sunland Plumbing and would not hesitate to call them again!

My husband and I had just bought a house. Of course with homeownership, comes the home repairs. We had a shut off valve that broke under a sink and had to turn the water off to the whole house until it was able to be replaced. Mike was here just couple hours after our call to him and everything was done and back to normal within an hour. Super nice guy. We will be using him for all repairs in the future.

Eric really impressed me.  His knowledge and ability to quickly troubleshoot our issues will make him our go-to plumber for future needs.  He not only identified and solved the problems we presented him with, but he offered improvements (that I could do myself or contract with him to complete) that would address other issues that we did not raise to him.  

Eric fixed our water pressure issues, replaced water valves for washing machine, identified issues with water heater installation and even pointed out ways to improve our dryer efficiency.

Peace of mind came out and did a great job re-working our old toilet at a reasonable price, its now better then ever. Also did a thorough inspection of the whole plumbing system and provided fair estimates for potential repairs/upgrades. Best part is Joe was not pushy and did not try to sell an additional work, like a lot of other plumbers do.

We used Justin twice for our faucet problems. He was quick to answer the phone and call back. Even after hours (10:30 pm). He was also great about explaining prices and what would work out best for us.
I was impressed with their professionalism and service. We would definitely use them again!

Always use them as my plumber and Jim is great! He's the nicest guy around and always knows the answers the first time. Can always schedule next day!

We have been working with Mike at Copper State Home Maintenance and Repair on a few projects at home . I would highly recommend him, he is trustworthy and very reasonably priced . He lives in central phoenix as well, check out his website for all the details.  I usually text him for quotes and he is very responsive and has a great attitude. I was referred to him by the Nextdoor app!!!

I worked with Brandon today and from the time I called at 7:10am until my problem was resolved before 11:00am, this is how any business should conduct themselves. My appointment time was made clear to me, when he was running early from his previous appointment I was called to ensure a revised time was okay, my problem (which turned out to be a simple gasket that had worn out on one of my water sprinkler lines) was quickly diagnosed, I was quoted a fair price, and Brandon immediately ran to get the parts, was back, and had me fixed in less than an hour. Considering the noise that woke me this morning was eminating from behind my water heater, how thrilled was I that it turned out to be a simple part located off of my water main? Having used some of the bigger and well reputed plumbers from around the Valley, most of them could take a lesson from Sav-On. In the future, I now have my own plumber and will not be calling around any longer.

Requested a full remodel for our studio with Rene at Sunny View Drywall, recommended by a friend. We are very satisfied with the price, quality, and professional installation. Rene remodeled the studio in the timeframe that he promised. I will definitely be contacting Sunny View Drywall for any other services in the future!

You can't make this stuff up... Tony tried to bamboozle me.... Arizonans Phoenicians here's my story.

Plumber guy came out because  I needed a new water heater installed, I already had the replacement waiting for Tony when he arrived.  I asked Tony what the price would be, and the first thing out his mouth is you know water heaters are expensive. Then Tony said let me find you a coupon I knew this was going to be an AZZ Reaming. Tony then says we have a $75 coupon; an the total would be $412 rip-off it is 3 connections,  lighting the pilot and Tony would be done for $412 I will find someone else.

Not pleased with thoroughness of work. I was charged for an unnecessary service on an appliance that will need replacing. What a waste of money! I'll never use these guys again.

Our water heater decided to go KAHPUT and so my husband made the call to George Brazil. It was after hours when he called and their service man returned our call right away. He was willing to stop by but advised us it would be after midnight. My husband decided since it wasn't urgent, we could wait until morning to be scheduled. It was 7:30am and  said they will have someone at our home between 10am-2pm and will call 30min prior to their arrival. Wow! Super impressed on how prompt and professional they are. Luckily, we just needed new parts for our water heater and within 1.5hrs, we had warm water again. Our service man, Paul G., was very proficient and explained our warranty, which we were very proud to hear. I'd recommend them to anyone! Thank you again for taking such good care of us.

Male chauvinism.

I called Goettl today in hopes of repairing my ac/heater which has stopped blowing air.
The person on the phone was very friendly.
They were able to get someone out to my house within a few hours. Which was great!
My husband also called (we both thought each other was going to call to make the appointment), they asked if he was related to me and found that I had already set up the appointment.
The tech called my husband (who was not even home) to let him know a time frame of when he would be on his way.
Strange, since I did not give them my husband's phone number when I set up the appointment.

The tech that arrived was nice and professional, friendly with the children and pets.
He was very thorough and discovered the blower motor went bad and would need to be replaced.
He showed me a video of what it was doing and explained what it should be doing, so the analysis seemed accurate.

Then came the subject of costs..
$1800 to replace the motor, a price which included a ~$300 1 yr membership to their club.
(~$300 which included both of my AC units even though they were only out to service one of them)
The option to simply replace the broken motor without joining their club was going to cost me $1900.

I have a hard time wanting to spend $1800 on a 10+ yr old unit. That is almost half way to the price I would expect to pay for a whole new unit.

I asked about pricing for a new unit. The tech had to call his manager, Dale.
Dale would come out to the house to go over pricing, but only if my husband was also present.
Excuse me? His name is not on the mortgage, nor is it going to be his credit card paying for this, so why does he need to be present for you to be able to tell me how much a new AC unit is going to cost??
To which Dale responded with well are you going to be able to make a $10k-$20K decision without talking to your husband?
Excuse me again, but I don't need my husband standing here to be able to tell you right now that we are not going to be spending $10K+ on a 3 ton unit that covers half of a 2000sq ft house.

So at this point we have an appointment for Dale to come out on Monday to give us prices. (today is the Wednesday before Thanksgiving)

I told the tech that I would like to wait to find out how much a new unit is going to cost before spending $1800 on a motor.
He went over the prices again for the motor and again I told him we are not spending that much on a motor without reviewing costs of a new unit.
So then he still tried to sell me their ~$300 yearly club membership, which I have no interest in.
I guess they make these poor guys try to up-sell everything.
Finally I paid $49 for the diagnostic ($79 minus a coupon from their website).

Then he said he would email me a receipt, and showed me the email address and asked if it was accurate. It was my husband's email address, which I did not give them when I called to set up the appointment.
I guess when my husband called they collected all of his information, then went ahead and replaced all of my contact information with his!

I mentioned this chauvinistic behavior to the tech, who then brought Dale back on the phone.
I spoke with Dale, who attempted to apologize and convince me that he wasn't a pig.
He went ahead and gave me some ballpark pricing over the phone, which started at $9000 for a 3 ton unit minus some small discounts.

Needless to say we will be taking our business elsewhere.
