We contacted PLD after noticing our water bill starting to creep up.  Dave came out to the house and confirmed we had no leaks.  To me this was worth the time away from work and the cost, its like going to the dentist,,,IMHO its better to pay a little now and know everything is ok rather than waiting, developing a problem, and pay much much more.
 PLD was able to schedule the appt quickly, gave me a clear window of when to expect Dave, and Dave showed up as promised.  Very happy with PLD and would use them again (hopefully I never need to), but would gladly recommend them.

Gino has helped me with multiple projects- From a new gas line install, to three full bathroom remodels , he has been incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in finding fixtures/parts and thinking of final details, so friendly and willing to help in a pinch! he went above and beyond in fixture selections with a very difficult client of mine as well !!! Thank you!

Great service at a reasonable cost. They repaired my sink in a jiffy, and told me what else needed to be done.  I already knew what they were talking about, so it's not like they were looking for more money. Will definitely use again!

Vitaliy came by my house to do a water-softener install.  Price was very reasonable and his professionalism and workmanship were top-notch.  Will definitely have him back to do a few other jobs around the house.  He even hauled away the big box the softener came in even though I did not purchase it from him.  Excellent customer service!

Sunland is the place to go if you need a new air-conditioning unit!  We chose to replace our old unit before it broke down.  Sunland did a great job all of the way through the process including explaining to us what we needed and why, keeping us advised on where were were in the process and when they expected to finish, and answering any questions we had.  Andrea and Ryan were very professional.  Our new unit is working great so far and we are looking forward to the summer when we can really test it!  Thank you Sunland.  We are referring you to all of our friends and family!

My husband and I had just bought a house. Of course with homeownership, comes the home repairs. We had a shut off valve that broke under a sink and had to turn the water off to the whole house until it was able to be replaced. Mike was here just couple hours after our call to him and everything was done and back to normal within an hour. Super nice guy. We will be using him for all repairs in the future.

Had a little problem installing a new kitchen faucet. Actually a pretty big problem and had to turn off the water to the house. Called at 8:30 in the evening and left a message. Eric called me right back and made an appointment for the morning. Showed up on time and did an amazing job fixing my mistake. Reasonable fee and a great guy. I highly recommend using CTR Plumbing.

Joe was very professional and showed an extensive knowledge from years in the industry. He was a straight shooter, finished the project in less than 24 hours, and for less than competitors cost. Will definitely hold onto his card.

I highly recommend Desert Sonoran Plumbing. First, they were easy to communicate with online. Next, James arrived time and gave me honest assessments of my plumbing projects. He quickly tackled two of my three projects, which included fixing a hot water heater installation issue, and replacing the valves for my kitchen sick plus cleaning debris from the faucet. Having used Copper State before.... They were the first place I called when I had an Epic Fail of having a friend try to install my Pendant light in my dining room.
Mike gave me a time.... showed on time.... and did the job start to finish in under an hour.
Shame on me for not calling him in the first place.

I called Sav-On Plumbing because I thought I had a water leak.  After Tom went out to look at the situation, it ended up being only that the tub had a slight tilt towards the wall.  The tenant had had several guests over the weekend witch resulted in an unusual amount of water use.
Tom did not charge me for the visit, so when they say Free Estimate they mean it, THANKS TOM!

Requested a full remodel for our studio with Rene at Sunny View Drywall, recommended by a friend. We are very satisfied with the price, quality, and professional installation. Rene remodeled the studio in the timeframe that he promised. I will definitely be contacting Sunny View Drywall for any other services in the future!

My tenant had an issue with the kitchen sink, and slow draining tub, They called The Plumber Guy,  Daniel the plumber addressed the sink and said it needs a part to fix, didn' t remedy it !  Then went to the tub, put a snake in 15 min later he collected $295.... When my tenants told me this So I  I called Daniel directly, Attitude in place and asked him about the going rate for use of the snake is generally $70-100. with all the reputable  plumbing companies, his answer was we are a better company.  My tenants got totally ripped off, and in essence, It was me.  I have told my tenants always get my approval. WHAT A RIP OFF COMPANY!!

I called and talked with Carol who was amazing!  Got scheduled very quickly to fix a shower attachment that was leaking. Luis arrived and fixed it quickly after first explaining what he was going to do and the cost. Let me say, this guy went above and beyond!  After he fixed my shower, he proceeded to carry in all my Amazon packages which included a huge rug. Loved that!!!

Technician showed up on time.  That was about the only thing that was good.  When he found out our air handler was in the attic he said you are not my friend.  Spent two min in the attic came down and anounced that the fan motor was bad and it would be $1000.00 to replace it.  I asked if he checked it and he said he tried it with a new capacitor and it did not work and it was the motor.  I promptly sent him away.  I had another company come out the next day and it was the control board not the motor.  $198.00 for the board and one hour labor to replace; total $325.00.  Do not use George for anything.

Do not use this company!!!! Ken Goodrichs commercials are all a lie! I think he's a fraud!!! I was tricked into the Rejuvenation yearly contract for thank Goodness only 200.00...but when the guy got here...all he did was take photos and proceed to tell me multiple times how bad my system needed cleaning and a Rejuvenation..but it would cost 375.00 more..which was never mentioned to me by the girl who sold me the plan...the tech says..its clearly noted in your email confirmation...which by the way I received after she ran and charged my card.....when I refused that...he proceeded to talk to me for an hour to partially gain my trust and to let me know how bad I need a new system for 10 to 20,000 dollars and went on and on about how this is AZ and it's gonna most likely go out before the summer and it could take weeks to get an appt....because they are so busy when it's hot...mind you I made the mistake of letting him know...this my first home I have ever owned...and he figured out pretty quickly that I was an easy mark....I spoke to my brother and my financial guy  about the cost and both told me immediately to send him on his way and that I could get a good unit with a 10 yr warranty for half that...in which the tech spent more time pimping Geottl and assuring me their prices are below competitors...and most other HVAC companys do not offer 10 yr warranties......also my brother advised me to use my home warranty ...again the tech strongly advised me that they only repair...they don't replace...and if I do that...my yearly maintenance contract will be voided...which is comical cause it's worthless anyway...basically..only pays for the gas to get them to my house!!!! He did not want to leave...obviously wanted that big commission...even brought his manager on the phone to try and talk me into signing a 20,000 dollar contact!! Needless to say...I will not be getting a new unit from The frauds at Geottl!!! P.S. they don't deserve even one star...but the site made me add one!
