Phillip is such a great worker! We called him to do a couple of things around our home that we wanted done after we moved in. Very knowledgeable and he figured things out fast. Vitaliy came to my house a few weeks ago to help me drain my hot water heater. We found a lot of calcium deposits as expected. A homeowner should drain their heater every 6 months to a year depending on usage. While he was at the house he also came upstairs to check our master bath room shower drain. His snake was more effective than Draino.

Next he walked 10 feet to my wife's drain on her side of the bathroom. Having a woman with long hair before us and my wife also having long hair, lets just say he was able to open the drain. Happy to have a good plumber local to me!

I would like to tell about my experience with Ethan at Sunland Plumbing.  I am a realtor and had a plumbing emergency at a home we have for sale.  2:30 on a Friday afternoon I get a call saying the water main is broken at the house what should we do?  This house in in Sun City Grand, I called 10 plumbers, no one could be here today.  Will Monday morning work?  NO!  Ethan was on his way home from another job, said I can come right now and twenty minutes later he was there.  Ethan is very professional, and got to work quickly completing the job.  I recommend Ethan at Sunland Plumbing and would not hesitate to call them again!

Our AC stopped working Tuesday afternoon and Urgent Repairs was able to come at 9pm and install a new compressor! Truly a blessing and extremely friendly! Thanks, again!!!

Left Eric a VM in the morning, and he called and came by on the same day which is pretty impressive! Nothing is worst than a plumber that rushes through his job, but Eric was super chill, professional, very knowledgeable and he not only fixed everything well but also took his time to educate us on some points. Setup an appointment with Justin.  He did not show up.  I called and he said he was on his way.  Two hours later and he did not show or respond to my calls.  The right thing to do would be to call and let us know he would not be able to make it anymore but that did not happen.

I needed a RO system installed and Desert Sonoran did a great job and finished in a timely manner.  Friendly service and fair pricing - I'll definitely use them again!

I had Jesse come out to fix my leaking shower.  He was very professional and knowledgeable and explained everything to me fully.  He did a great job, and I was grateful that he did not have to cut into my wall.  I will use this company again.  They are very courteous and followed up with me to see if I was happy with the job.  :)

Requested a full remodel for our studio with Rene at Sunny View Drywall, recommended by a friend. We are very satisfied with the price, quality, and professional installation. Rene remodeled the studio in the timeframe that he promised. I will definitely be contacting Sunny View Drywall for any other services in the future!

Needed to replace our kitchen faucet and a valve, the scope of work a bit more difficult than most. Jeremy showed up a bit early (he called first for the heads up), repaced the faucet and leaky valves, the old tubing and even cleaned up the piping set-up!! Fast, friendly and knowledgeable! We will call should the need arise.

After attempting to repair my shower handle myself, I finally realized that I needed a professional.  The shower handle would not turn left or right nor would it pull out or push in, which is the way this one functioned.

This tech, Wes, was so professional, on time, quick and did a beautiful job. He had to cut into the wall, through the back of a pantry, to reach the plumbing inside the wall. When I looked inside the wall, he had done such a great job of measuring, fitting the new piece and welding it, that I could have set it on my table as an art deco piece. NO Kidding!  I was really impressed.

I would highly recommend this company. I now have a plumber to call.

This company is a money grabbing customer LAST organization. I have a need for a small job-- $100 at best. Before the do anything they set a full day window that they can schedule anytime. And you have to pay $89 as a dispatch fee. Seriously??? $89 to quote out a job-- and they $100 job for them would turn into a $800+ bill they would need. Trust an insured and bonded mom and pop shop. Plenty of plumbing companies out there that could use the work and the support of small businesses.

Id like to start of by saying I've been a Sadie club member now for almost a year. Had GOETTL out to my rental property to troubleshoot a AC unit that stopped working. After the tech did his evaluation he determined that (I'm referencing the exact invoice) I needed a new blower motor, new main control board and a capacitor replaced all for the lovely price of $3,390.00 or I could get a new unit for my house for around $14k. He also indicated to me that the main control board was on backorder and could take weeks to find (probably in an attempt to steer me to the $14k option). Needless to say I located the main control board myself online and in stock readily available but that's not the worst part. I decided to get a second technician out there the next day for a second opinion within an hour he had determined that the only issue was a low voltage short. He told me all of those components previously listed as bad by the GOETTL technician were fine and functioning. He fixed the short and my AC works fine....all for the price of $315. Now I get that some people can diagnose things differently but this is insane any professional AC technician with half a brain should be able to diagnose a low voltage short. I clearly feel like they were throwing things at me that weren't needed and were simply trying to drive the cost up. I no longer trust GOETTL and will be canceling my Sadie plan if you decide to use them Do so at your own RI$$$K and get a second opinion.​
