I received a call from my landscaper telling me I had a huge problem. Our house was leaking water from an outside wall. There was no indication of a leak from the inside of the home. It could have been anything!! I panicked a little and called our homeowners insurance. They said we needed a leak detection specialist I didn't know they existed... so I Googled it naturally... Phoenix Leak Detection (Dave) came out within minutes to assess the problem. He was able to determine where the leak was in minutes and stop the leak before it got any worse. Thank you Dave!! Your level of professionalism was superb!!

In preparing to stucco my house there were several plumbing projects that needed done. From tucking pipes into the siding and moving a gas line to a smaller footprint and tiding it up. Eugene was able to solve all the issues with modern professionalism. Upbeat attitude and came in under estimate. Local Arizona guy cares about your projects.

Phillip has provided 2 different services at my house. One for drywall repair about 25 square foot and a 2nd visit to replace a leaky spigot outside. He gave me reasonable quotes that included the materials and stuck to the price when completed. All work has been up to my expectations and Phillip has been reliable meeting the timeframes he sets. I have Phillip coming over a 3rd time for plumbing work in the kitchen as I am satisfied with his work and professionalism.

Vitech Mechanical. Contact Vitaliy @ 480-452-5790  I called him yesterday after seeing his name on nextdoor.com and also checking reviews. He came so highly rated everywhere I looked. We scheduled for today. He was great. Called ahead as promised and came on the early end of the window.
He was quick and efficient. I felt like he was very reasonable on his work and didn't try to up sell a thing.
This was a very refreshing feeling compared to the dread I have in calling out any service people.

Amazing work, very helpful. Very clean work. Left a great impression. Made sure that no leaks in any part of the lines or in the bathroom. Made sure to suggest other repairs for the future.

I would definitely recommend Sunland to anyone. I had been having problems with my AC for a couple years, and had dealt with another company that only wanted to come out and sell me repairs I didn't need and still not fix the issue. Marty came out at 6am and had me fixed up in no time. Very reasonable rates, honest, and not just trying to sell me crap I don't need. My husband and I had just bought a house. Of course with homeownership, comes the home repairs. We had a shut off valve that broke under a sink and had to turn the water off to the whole house until it was able to be replaced. Mike was here just couple hours after our call to him and everything was done and back to normal within an hour. Super nice guy. We will be using him for all repairs in the future.

Scheduled an appointment and Erik came out today. He was professional, personable, reasonably priced, and did great work. I had valves that were leaking outside next to the hose which has been an ongoing issue since I purchased this house. The leak recently got pretty bad and was filling a bucket of water per day. Erik walked me through the construction of the set up and showed me that the valve was not actually serving any purpose as it was not connected to anything. He was able to remove the unnecessary valves that were causing the issue. The set up is now much more simple and most importantly, no longer leaking! While Erik was here, I also had him disconnect a second washing machine I had set up in the garage that was no longer in use.
From the time I called him, he had a very quick response time (called me back within 5 minutes), came out as scheduled and completed the work. I have used other plumbing services in the past but never felt compelled to write a review. I will be calling him for any future plumbing needs I may have!

My mom spends winters in Cave Creek, so I needed to help her find a good plumber to replace her hot water heater and fix several other problems, including faucet valves and the main water valve that were basically seized up from calcium deposits.

I'm really glad I found Peace of Mind Plumbing during an Internet search. Joe came by and analyzed the hot water system and suggested installing a tankless water heater and integrated recirculating pump.  He gave us a very good price for a modern Navien heater with a stainless heat exchanger and did a beautiful job installing it. The house now gets an endless supply of instant hot water.

Also, my mom has really nice faucets in the bathroom, but several had corroded cartridges, so the knobs were very hard to turn. Joe removed the bad cartridges and brought them to his plumbing supplier to identify the correct replacement cartridge. Most plumbers wouldn't bother doing this-- they'd just say you had to replace the entire faucet. Joe did a great job and the faucets work as good as new... and his charge was very reasonable.

Joe also pointed out that the water valves under the sink had frozen (no surprise after 20 years of Arizona hard water) and replaced those with better quality valves, so everything is in order now.  My mom is thrilled!

Called around 3 and was told he could be out by 6/630pm 4/13. I told him ill message around that time. No response. Called. No response. Texted in morning 4/14 No response. Bad customer service forsure.

Requested a full remodel for our studio with Rene at Sunny View Drywall, recommended by a friend. We are very satisfied with the price, quality, and professional installation. Rene remodeled the studio in the timeframe that he promised. I will definitely be contacting Sunny View Drywall for any other services in the future!

The representative came to my grandmothers house and told her it would be $1300 to install a new water heater. She had already purchased a new water heater and had it at her house. All he had to do was take out the old one and put in a the new water heater. This is so disappointing considering he is doing this to other elderly people in sun city. Thankfully she knew better and found a different company that only charged her $200

After attempting to repair my shower handle myself, I finally realized that I needed a professional.  The shower handle would not turn left or right nor would it pull out or push in, which is the way this one functioned.

This tech, Wes, was so professional, on time, quick and did a beautiful job. He had to cut into the wall, through the back of a pantry, to reach the plumbing inside the wall. When I looked inside the wall, he had done such a great job of measuring, fitting the new piece and welding it, that I could have set it on my table as an art deco piece. NO Kidding!  I was really impressed.

I would highly recommend this company. I now have a plumber to call.

Huge rip off; buyer beware. Long story short, after being duped on pricing from a technician that took TWO days and had to call for help every 15 minutes I did receive a discount from the manager. Not enough but it was a good faith call and I moved on. NOW, several months later.....  I find out the incompetent tech hooked my fridge water to the HOT WATER pipe. Not worth a PENNY!  We have renovated an entire home and of all the DIY and subbed out work - this company is by far the worst ever. Go anywhere else.

We needed a new air conditioner and we decided to go with Geottl. We loved that they made suggestions to help improve air flow and they went above and beyond in trying to correct problems with the previous air conditioner install that happened prior to us purchasing the home. We also received more than one phone call to follow up and make sure that we had no concerns. I would recommend them to anyone that could benefit from all the services that they provide.
