Javier and Peter are great! We were having sewer line issues during a recent rainstorm. I found Safeway here on Yelp and they were very responsive. They came when they said they would, they were super personable/professional, and importantly they took the time to explain what the issue likely was. I would definitely recommend Safeway Sewer and Drain!
Found our sewer drain clogged and within a couple of hours, the team showed up and was able to unclog the drain as well as show me what the main issue of the clog was with the camera inspection. Highly recommend and will definitely be #1 on my list for any plumbing needs, thanks team!
Was looking for dependable team to help maintain my main sewer line clear of roots and debris and found them. Both Javier and Peter were very punctual and courteous. They responded to my questions with professionalism and their prices were reasonable for snaking and camera inspection.
The one thing that really did stick out was that they were concerned for the cleanliness of my home. They wanted to make sure that their auger machine did not dirty my floors. They also brought their own shoe covers! Talk about customer centric! But alas I digress. Thanks guys!
I requested a quote at 2am for a clogged bathtub. I received a quote and time slot at 6am. Luckily, I got my troubles sorted out a little earlier than my scheduled time (which I appreciated). It took 15 minutes and believe me when I say it was the cleanest experience with a clogged drain. The gentleman came in and used the snake and left the bath tub nearly immaculate. I would recommend this company and use them again (hopefully not anytime soon).

Peter and Javier were wonderful to work with. They installed three new toilets for me and a kitchen faucet, all for a very reasonable price. This job was not easy and they encountered several problems along the way, but they came up with creative solutions and got everything done. I have never written a review on Yelp before, but for Peter and Javier I feel that I must. Trust me... you will not be disappointed as really they are the best!

I had issues with my 2 sewer drains in the basement. He fixed that problem and since at the time i also had a clog in my upstairs bathroom and sink. So i asked him to alleviate the problems with those as well. Respectful guy. Good service.

Safeway sewer exceeded my expectations on every aspect of there service. Easy scheduling through yelp with questions answered quickly. Lots of communication through phone and accurate small window of when he was coming. The plumber did more than he should have and triple checked everything to make sure before he left. Best part is there prices are extremely reasonable compared to all the other quotes I received. Cannot recommend them enough
Great service the company got my sewer line working efficiently. Excellent energy and very responsive. Extremely honest company. It's extremely difficult to find the right help.
I had the worst luck in NYC with Plumbers until I found Safeway. Peter was super responsive, showed up when agreed, gave me fair and upfront pricing on resealing my leaking toilet, and even removed a clog in the drain for no additional charge.
Having had three disappointing experiences with three other vendors in the past 5 years, I am happy to say that going forward Safeway will be my go-to plumbers and they have won all my future business. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I reached out for help with a clogged kitchen sink and Safeway responded almost immediately with a competitive quote for the work, and was able to send someone the next morning. Called them on Tuesday, Nov. 10th. The soonest they could come was the following Monday. Made an appointment for 3PM. They never showed up.
Nuff said.
Had a sewer line clog and Safeway was there in less than 2 hours to help fix the issue. Great service, great price, and very friendly. Will 100% use again.

What a pleasure it was to work with these guys. I had an emergency
situation, with the sewer drain backing up at night, and we needed it taken care of right away. The guy who answered the phone was totally professional, and I immediately knew I was in good hands. He gave me an estimate of the time the technician would arrive and of the cost if it was a standard sewer drain job. Javier came at precisely the forecast time, did an incredibiy professional and thorough job, and charged the exact amount of the estimate, which was a very very fair price (actually better than fair :). Not only are these guys good, they are extremely nice people to work with. I am thrilled with the quality of the service I received, and highly recommend Safeway.
Reached out to several companies and Pete from Safeway replied within MINUTES. He was pleasant, well spoken, and when he came to the house he explained what caused my draining problem and all the work he was going to perform prior to starting. Most importantly, the rate was very fair. It's wonderful to receive quality work at a good price these days.
Did I mention he was PLEASANT? So many times, these types of pros come into your home, are rude as hell, and charge you astronomical prices because you're in a helpless situation which leaves you feeling like you were just taken advantage of -- NOT a good feeling at all. Safeway was the opposite and a breath of fresh air!
I'll definitely continue to use Safeway from this point going forward.

I placed a call to Safeway at 2pm because my bathroom drain was very slow. They told me they would be there by 6 pm. Well Javier showed up at 4:45 pm. He was beyond punctual and that was a plus for me. He was very respectful and had on a mask. He was able to clear the drain for us. He did tell us that our pipes probably need to be replaced due to corrosion. The price he quoted over the phone didn't change. The service was excellent. I highly recommend Safeway. When you have a plumbing issue everything feels like a nightmare. Where I get someone. Will they help you fast enough. Everything is gonna be ok?
I had a kitchen pipe clogged that I tried to fix myself and couldn't, so I went to Yelp and asked for some estimates. When I finally got in contact with Safeway sewer and drain cleaning they were attentive, respectful and professional. They responded quick enough and guided me through the whole process with honesty. My issue escalated from clogging to a broken pipe, (Old pipes and bad previous jobs from other people are always expected), but Javier and Peter where here on Mother's day to fix it. They worked fast. They cleaned after and they guaranteed their job for one recall.
They are people that take their job seriously and some one you can trust. I definitely recommend that you call them if you have any plumbing issues.

My tub suddenly stopped up last week. I found Safeway on Yelp and requested a quote. They sent it pretty quick. I called the next morning and they were here within a few hours. My basement flooded on Saturday night, and after a bad experience with an emergency plumber that evening I called Safeway on Sunday morning. They were able to send a plumber that night and Javier was not only professional, thorough and knowledgeable, he was extremely nice and patient with me as a nervous new homeowner. He charged a very fair price and gave me clear, logical next steps that I needed to take to resolve the problem permanently. They will be my go-to plumbers moving forward - call Safeway first!
Got quoted $2500 for sewer hydro-jetting when everyone else was giving me quotes for $400-$500 range. Thiefs and very unethical because originally they quoted me $500 and then after agreeing to do the job, within 5 minutes om the same phonecall they changed the price to $2500. FYI i got the same job done for $400. They upped the price because I was very cooperative and willing to pay the $500 and they thought they caught a big fish as I heard them giggling ik the background.

Great experience with this company. They were early, professional, courteous and their pricing was fair. Very happy with the results.
These guys were easy to work with. We scheduled everything over email. They were on time and worked quickly. The price was in line with other offers. The work was to replace the wax ring under my toilet. It's been a month and everything is in working order.
I had a leak under my kitchen sink. The pipes had to be changed as there was corrosion. I was nervous about what was going to happen, but these guys did a most beautiful job and my budget was intact. This company has good guys. They get the job done right the first time. I found out the hard way you get what you pay for in drain cleaning. I was paying 4995 every month for the past 2 years. Peter came by and I haven't had a problem since. Definitely using them for future problems/maintenance and will recommend to others. Great job guys!!!

I am very satisfied and content with the work that Safeway Sewers conducted. Both Peter and Javier were very accommodating to my schedule and the needs of service to our toilet that was leaking with every flush. They were communicative prior to arrival and as they fixed the piping they also cared to explain what was the cause. They ensured that nothing was leaking after and took their time to do it right. I appreciate their services during these times and would definitely recommend them to others looking for work to be done and/or fixed.

These guys are great! I hired them twice so far for a sewer issue and a clogged sink and they were extremely professional on both occasions. They explain thoroughly as they do their work and provide tips as well. They are also reliable as they are able to come as soon as possible to get the work done. Would definitely recommend!

Safeway was awesome! We needed our sink and faucet hooked up after new counters were installed and we'd been having a heck of a time finding a reliable plumber. But Safeway was quick, accommodating and came same day! If you have a plumbing issue, give them a call!!
I got to my basement and saw a tub full of dirty water. After a quick google search I realized I would need a plumber. I put up a description on yelp and was happy to get some quick replies. After a few messages I decided to go with Safeway because they had a reasonable quote and were very responsive. Safeway sent two plumbers for the job. They did excellent work and even answered some questions I had about a shower I had recently installed. They were quick, considerate, affordable and kind. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs. All home owners need a plumber they can trust and I am very happy to have found them!

Excellent service and value. Came and fixed my plumbing issue on very short notice for a reasonable price, and Javier's friendly FAST service was the cherry on top. Came by at the scheduled time (slightly before actually), was really chill, in and out in 20-30 mins. 13/10 would recommend. Now I don't have to explain to my girl when she comes over later why she should go to one bathroom and not the other Thanks Javier for sparing me the embarrassment!!
