After having very good service from Mike Davis Plumbing I had an additional need for a plumber. They sent out two plumbers but neither seemed to have a clue about basement plumbing. They left telling me they would do research and get back to me. They never got back to me so I researched my issue and found the solution at an obscure company(sarcasm) call Grainger. I called back to MD Plumbing and was told that they could not find a solution to my problem AND they were not interested in fixing it. Do yourself a favor and find a plumber who has actual experience OR is interested in learning. NEVER AGAIN

When my sewer line backed up, Addam was able to give a quote right over the phone, and explain what scenarios might cost a little more, and how much.  Communication about the appointment was clear as he explained what was ahead of my time slot, texted when on his way, and arrived exactly as expected.  He went to work right away, identifying the best access and getting started.  I was a little stressed since the snake must've had to go nearly all the way to city's connection, but finally after nearly 120 feet suddenly swoosh and we were on our way.  Addam was pleasant and professional the whole time and happily answered all my pestering questions about what he was doing.  As we talked he mentioned he loved his job, and it shows.  PlumServe was exactly what I was looking for and I'm glad I found them.

Trevor arrived as promised at 2:00, we just moved to a house that had a water softener system and and R/O system. He came by to check and see if the systems were even working or not?
We'll it wasn't the news I hoped for! Both system were trashed and needed replacement. I wasn't ready for the sticker shock for the water softener, however I did have him replace the R/O system, he also replaced the R/O faucet, and hooked up the fridge.  He was done and out of there by 3:45.
When I'm able to gather some money to replace the water softener, I'll make sure it'll be Talbot Plumbing.

You've got to admire a family owned and operated business. Zane, the plumbing tech, arrived at my home (on time) and repaired my bathroom plumbing leak. He had the parts available on his service vehicle and was in and out of my home in 30 minutes.  The owner of the company called two hours later to make sure my plumbing issues were repaired. Bravo!!!

Simon had done several jobs for us and is always friendly, on time and does great and very thorough work. I highly recommend Simon for any plumbing job.

We met William (the owner) during a remodel through our General Contractor.  From that experience, he is now our go-to plumber.  Tonight, he reinforced why I continue to give his name out to friends and family.

We had a bit of a nightmare situation with a pipe behind a wall backing up and spilling some FOUL smelling water onto our new wood floors.  It was a bit of a nightmare.  Within an hour on a Wednesday evening William was here, figured out what was going on, and rectified the problem.  He also diagnosed a related issue with a smell in our Air Conditioning that had been troubling us.

Eddie was great and has years of experience! He answered my call for dryer help on a Saturday and arranged to come Monday. He was early and very knowledgeable on what was wrong with our dryer. Immediately he presented us with our options and even expressed how we could save money. He quoted us an honest price and didn't add charges in the end. Eddie actually left our house and got the part we needed very quickly, returning and finishing the job the same day. He was very friendly and trustworthy. We will definitely be calling Eddie first, next time we need a handy man.

Great work at a fair price. Had them install a new facet set in a bathroom and repair a leaking tub facet. Courteous, on time , efficient and a fair price....does it get better than that for a plumber? Give these guys a shot!!

We called Merit Plumbing Services because we had a leaky faucet outside. Javier did an awesome job fixing the faucet in less than an hour and the price was fair also. Thank you Merit for everything!

Christmas Eve 8:30 pm,  7 of us get back from a day of outdoor fun. We are dirty, tried and badly in need of showers. What do we see water is running  out if a hole in the yard and flowing like a small river down the street! It was the main water line from the meter. After some digging and some panicking we called Emergency Plumbing. Ali answered the phone and could not have been nicer. An hour later Thomas showed up. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He got us set up with a temporary water supply. We got showers and toilets for all. They were great!  They get an A+ for service and absolutely filled the Emergency part of their name. Thank you.

We recently purchased a new home and had roto rooter come out to give us a full inspection about a month ago. The tech did a great job- he made some recommendations, which weren't a cheap expenditure, but seemed like a good investment. We ended up spending around $700 for all of our services and were confident in knowing we could trust the plumbing in our new home.

One of our drains recently started pooling water so I went online to find the roto rooter number (we had originally purchased the warranty) to give them a call. When I was on the website I found a coupon for a service we had paid for during our original inspection. At first I was a little upset we hadn't been offered the coupon, but then thought I'd ask about it even though the chances were I would be disregarded in my request for a credit.

Well, I feel so lucky that I was able to get a hold of Kelly Nichols in their billing department. Kelly came to the rescue! At first she wasn't sure about the coupon and requested I send it to her. She then followed up with me accordingly and seemed like she really cared about what this money meant to our family (it made a big difference!). After an enjoyable and professional correspondence, Kelly informed me she would credit back my card for the coupon amount.

In today's world, it's hard to find businesses and associates that really care about their customer base. I will continue to use Roto Rooter and will refer friends and family to their services just because of what Kelly did for us. She deserves some recognition and a raise!

I used Maricopa Mountain Plumbing to install a salt water softener and RO filter system. When installing the RO filter, the plumber John cracked the granite counter top, blowing out a chunk of granite adjacent to the sink. He claimed it's never happened before, and must have been a defect with the granite. AFTER he cracked the granite, he wrote on the receipt Not liable for granite. Will never use them again!

Great service. On time. Bobby and his technician came prepared and took good care of our house. Price as advertised and I got a nice discount to take care of our three showers. Immediate good flow on the drains. He showed me pics of the job he did and explained everything well. I'd recommend them and use their service again.
