I had a leaky bathroom faucet that had to be fixed. Richard, their plumber was courteous and knowledgable. He gave me a wide array of options and worked with me to find a suitable solution at an affordable price. I was - and am - very happy with their service and would highly recommend them.

Their office staff was also excellent. Immediate and truthful. The whole endeavour could not have been better.

They are very capable and manage all sorts of issues not easily resolved by other Plumbers. Something about them makes them highly trustworthy as we have experienced.

We have had multiple plumbing cases with them and each time we were happy with the outcome. They think comprehensively; identify the problem and do find the best solution. We were so relieved when they changed our defected gas pipes. They managed all permits, coordinating with DOB, CON Ed and all departments they needed to accomplish the task -- considering a huge discount because we are a non for profit organization. Their integrity is highly and justly rated that we had them in our premises when we were not even there!

Hub Plumbing and their staff are wonderful ____ We are a NFP company in New York and HUB was so good to us in terms of pricing as well as the delivery of top grade workmanship every time they were here. We were required to know everything about each project and Jason was very understanding and empathetic. He took his time many times long hours in explaining the highly technical language of changing gas pipes and all that the task involves to us and our engineer patiently, professionally and generously.

Rich is another gentleman who you can trust his expertise and his words. Rich scientifically ruled out all factors until he identified a source of a very obscure leak in our closet. That was very impressive!

HUB came highly recommended to us about two years ago and we thus feel obligated to pass that recommendation with the highest regard HUB deserves to others who might need a trustworthy and honest plumbing crew. Additionally the people who handle the admin are also so lovely and absolutely on top of their game.

Be aware of this business! Call and compare multiple companies before hiring them. Also please read all the 1 star review before you pick up the phone.

They charge $250 just to come out to diagnose the issue, which I have no issue with, many other plumbing and HVAC companies in the city, which they usually apply the visit/diagnose fee towards the fixing if you decide to proceed with them, very standard and common in the industry, which I was expecting, My tenant's toilet is not flushing, the guy showed up and simply replaced a flapper and they dare to send me another bill of $320 on top of $250. I would not ever use them again.

It is a straight up rip off and robbery for a such simple job, I would rather hire some dude from Craigslist for simple stuff like this. Don't make the same mistake like I did.

Watch out for these sharpies. I needed a gas hot water heater replaced with an electric one. Not too complicated since there used to be an electric heater so the hook up aspect was not a big issue. Hub said it would change me $185 to come and provide a bid, which turned out to be $8,000 for a $700 item! I had the job done a few days later by another licensed, insured firm for $3,630.
Then I get my credit card statement and it shows two charges from Hub for $201, I guess $185+tax? My wife calls and leaves a message requesting removal of the duplicate charge. No response. I leave a message a few days later, saying we will give a negative review if we continue to be ignored. The next day, Hub calls and a secretary denies any duplication. I offer to send a screenshot of the cc statement, she says not necessary, Hub will do more research and get back to me. Now a week later, no follow up and no removal of the duplicate charge.

PS. John called after review posted. He said my work was un-permitted and that's why it was cheaper. He then reported me to the permitting board and ConEd. I don't know the rules but can't complain because I agree permitting serves an important function. If a permit is required to replace a hot water heater, one should be obtained. But perhaps that message could have been delivered with less screaming.
Re the $201 double charge, it was removed a few hours after the post. John said that was normal bank delay following up on his request, but that didn't make sense since Hub denied any duplicate charge had ever occurred in the first place.

I had already bought the parts (2 flappers, 2 flush valve assemblies) and tried to repair my parents' two toilets when I realized I couldn't get the first one to not leak when I turned on the water pressure. So I asked Yelp! who to call and Hub, at 9:45am schedule someone for noon-to-two. If you don't know Manhattan... that's great service to begin with.

The fellow who showed up (half an hour early!) took a look so he could bring up what he needed from his truck. He came back up with two flexible lines to replace the brittle and crack-prone fixed lines and had them installed in fifteen minutes. Both of them. He also cleared the tub drain (showing me how to do it) and the sink drain (ditto).

Priceless service. Many of the one-star reviews are people complaining about the cost. I suggest they try starting a competing service with all the licensing necessary in this byzantine city, all the certifications, proper employees... and see if they can deliver that sort of service in less than two hours on a weekday.

Getting Sh&@t done. 24 hour service....These guys don't mess around. They come they see they plumb. And they do it quick!!!!! I had a major disaster in my house. Stinky black water pouring down...no good.....They fixed that. But once they were in I asked them to take a look at my 120 year old plumbing and fix some small issues here and there. Running toilets and dripping faucets...shower wasn't hot enough. Mostly minor compared to the black rain that had me thinking of putting the 4sale by owner sign out.

All is good now. The best part is now I have a plumber I can recommend. Well really the best part is there is no more black rain.

My tub sprouted a leak just before I was to be out of town for 4 days. I called while at work and Jason came out the same day to take a look. He coordinated everything with me over text while I was away, and found a creative solution to stop the leak, while not breaking the bank, as I am just waiting for a full bathroom renovation to start. Jason was extremely professional, always on time, and solved my problem efficiently and smartly! I am very comforted to know this company is in the neighborhood. Thank You Jason!

So here's the story: After over a year of trying to pen down a weekend with my girl Tracy in the LES, it finally happened!

I took the Amtrak from Boston and arrived around 7:00 PM. After two wonderful nights (and a day) I woke up Monday morning pretty early and discovered her bathroom ceiling had a growing water pocket. I woke her up (we were both feeling pretty hungover) to show her.

Luckily Tracy had a business card for Hub Plumbing that a friend gave her. She called and left a message. John, the owner called her back within an hour saying that he or someone could be out there by noonish.
Sure enough, around 11:40 John himself showed up.
He disappeared for about 20 minutes, then came back to tell us what was happening. Within less than an hour the water bubble was gone and the problem was solved! Her landlord was billed, so I don't know what their rates are, but he came, he saw and he conquered it!

You always hear about shoddy plumber/contractor stories, this gladly was not one of them :)

I would have given a single star, but HUB refunded my money without any problems.

This is a polite crew and scheduling was easy. Unfortunately, the service itself was unsuccessful. I was quoted an exorbitant price for what should have been a straight forward job - clearing a house clog. The plumber diagnosed the problem quickly and accurately, but arrived ill equipped and could not figure out how to easily clear it. He only offered up 2 options. His first was over the top, essentially requiring us to rip up our entire floor requiring a General Contractor. The second option, which was offered after he had left the house, was far more simple but also extremely pricey. Since his initial recommendation was such a shock, I called in our regular plumber who completed the job in about an hour. He cleared the clog quickly and easily and did it at less than half the price HUB quoted us for their simpler, less expensive option.

Please note: this review has been changed at the express request of HUB's owner. We had a lot more to say about our experience but the owner wanted it removed. This review is our compromise.

Hub fixed the flushometer in my apartment today. They had to come twice. The first time, Harvey was unable to fix it because he didn't have all the parts he might need. He was in and out in 5 minutes and we arranged for him to come back 2 days later, and he gave me his personal phone number so we could stay in touch via text. He showed up as arranged, with the parts, did the repair, and left the place clean. I really appreciate that he went to the trouble of getting the parts rather than just replacing the flushometer, which saved us hundreds of dollars. I appreciate that he was willing to try the less expensive repair first to see if it would work, and also that he didn't start the job unless he could complete it, because that would have left us without a working toilet for 2 days. I'm pretty sure all plumbers are not as thoughtful.

We've used Hub before with consistently great results. They show up when they say they will, they do the necessary work, they do it correctly, they clean up after themselves, and they lay out the cost in advance. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

efficient but pricey. My shower didn't work, so I called them to book next-day appointment via phone, the worker arrived on time and solved the problem in less than an hour. The issue was caused by the debris and rust inside clogging pressure. However, I don't expect spending $500 on simply cleaning rust. No installation, no replacement, no refill. The man told me the price after all work is done. Although I feel it's over-priced, I don't know how to negotiate. I should have asked around to find a better deal.

By the way, I did my research and found The cost of a plumber ranges from $160 to $430 for a typical job from homeadvisor.com/cost/plu…. I believe cleaning rust should be the simplest and cheapest job.

I cannot praise this company enough. We had a shower fixture from actual hell that to replace would have required breaking down a mosaic tile wall. Fixing the shower was so complicated. No matter what the supplier told us and how many parts they sent, it wouldn't work. Rich only charged us for the first visit and came back every time to figure out what the issue was until we finally got to the bottom of it. We were so helpless and many plumbers that came before gave up on us after taking our money. This is a plumbing company with strong values. They don't just come to perform a service but actually think resourcefully about how to resolve issues permanently. The issue with our shower lasted 6 years and we had Rich making visits to our place for 3 months. I highly recommend

I cannot recommend Hub and Rich enough. Our toilet was giving off a funky smell and stain at bottom of toilet. Rut ro! Hub/Rich to rescue. He showed up right on time to the minute both times we scheduled work. Rich was professional, knowledgeable and, most importantly, honest. Fees were discussed in advance and there were no surprise charges. He responded to late night texts to answer my concerns and questions. We also needed a contractor to do some prep work and Rich was quick with a recommendation of a contractor who was equally easy to schedule, competent and prompt. As a side note, Rich and Hub did not solicit this recommendation - I'm happy to heap praise on a business when earned.

I would like to be as fair as I can in posting this review. When you scroll through the list of reviews for Hub, there are scores of glowing 5-star reviews for customers who've had a great experience.
You look at the small handful of less than stellar reviews and think that those customers just caught Hub on an off-day, or were outliers in a generally positive experience.
For my part, I had initially posted a 2 star review as I was disappointed with the service and how they initially handled my situation. I had paid over $1000 to Hub to have my washer/dryer installed. The hookups were already there so they just needed to attach the hoses and install a floodstop valve.

It was easy to arrange the appointment and get all the required paperwork for my building. The communication was great and their guys came in and installed everything quickly.

A little too quickly though as they forgot a couple of crucial steps that were left off the installation checklist. I only found out a few days later when I went to run the washer dryer and nearly caused permanent damage to the machine because the shipping bolts were still attached which is a big no-no.

When I pointed this out to Hub, in a moment of exhaustion and stress they did not take responsibility and insisted over and over again that this wasn't their fault or their responsibility, but that they would fix it anyway.

After their guys fixed everything and removed the shipping bolts, they did apologize for the oversight and admitted to having forgot to complete some of the steps on the installation checklist. After a discussion with the master plumber at Hub, they also apologized for being quick with their judgement of the situation and not accepting responsibility initially.

I accept their apology and acknowledge that no-one's perfect and we all make mistakes.

I'm left with mixed feelings.

On the one hand, we all have bad days. We have all been overly defensive and wanted to deny responsibility for mistakes that we have made, especially when we are under a lot of stress and exhaustion.
On the other hand, it still happened and the apology and acceptance of responsibility only came after I initially posted a negative review.

Overall, I can't judge them that harshly and neither should you. But, I still think that they are way too expensive...because...i mean..seriously...over $1000 to install a washer dryer. In Boston, the same job cost me $200. Even with COLA for New York, that still seems high...

I am the owner of two very busy restaurants in Harlem, Corner Social and Angel of Harlem. I've been in this industry for almost 20 years and have worked with many contractors over the years. I was introduced to John over two years ago while I was working with an urgent matter at one of my venues and he was able to help us immediately and figure out with precision what needed to be done - something that many other plumbers were unable to get done in months!
He is by far one of the most professional people I know while at the same time being incredibly knowledgeable and effective. He also leads a team of people that are as effective and skillful as he is.
Since then, Hub Plumbing and Mechanical has been our go to company every time we need anything done at the restaurants. And I've recommended their services to fellow restaurant owners that have also had the same great experience as I've had.
Needless to say, I highly suggest you try it for yourself! I'm always happy to pass along a good contact and this one is at the top of my list!

I rarely write reviews but this company warrants another 5 star review. I have had poor experience with contractors in NY because of a lazy approach to their business. Rude on phones, miss appointments and try to rip you off.

Hub, and special accolades to John Wood for understanding the true concept of customer service. Won't go through the details but called for assistance wit a shower that kept running water. Well beyond a drip. We had some issues with the repair initially but John stepped up and had open communication with me to really want to work out the situation.

It was all resolved to my satisfaction and the 5 star review is for a company that understands and practices customer service.
Hub is my go-to plumber for any future needs. Highly recommended.

These good reviews must be bull**** because this company is HORRIBLE. To begin - I called and was told that there is a $185 service fee just to look at your problem and that IF they have to send someone back another day with new parts there would be NO ADDITIONAL $185 added to your bill... Ok fine, BUT then the guy comes out a looks at my shower faucet which and tells me that he needs to go buy a new cartridge to fix it... Ok... but then he says, the cartridge is going to cost $300 and that You might as well get it fixed today because you'll be charged an additional $185 if I come back out. WTF??? So clearly I was told something very different on the phone and I'm sure this company just doesn't give a crap and will try to get an extra $185 out of you.

So I asked why the cartridge would cost $300 rather than $30 that it's listed for on Amazon. The guy called his manager to speak to me who was quick to speak to me in an extremely condescending manner. He said the $300 was for labor, overhead, etc. etc. Then I asked why there was no price transparency on his website but how the hell am I supposed to no if I'm getting ripped off? He next proceeded to 'explain' to me that his prices are made up - Just like if I were to buy a hamburger somewhere, WHERE DO THEIR PRICES COME FROM? Do you complain about them?? Blah, Blah, Blah...

FINALLY after being sick of arguing I agree to the high fees, only to be told after 1/2 an hour that he couldn't fix the problem anyway. He claimed that he left the NEW cartridge in the shower faucet and did not charge me because he didn't fix the problem. WELL, one day later I found someone else to help and was promptly told that the cartridge in the faucet was NOT the new, but the old one. So I simply was lied to.

These people are rude and did not complete an apparently easy job because the guy that came out the 2nd day fixed it in 10 minutes.

It really is hard to find great service in NYC, but when I do find it, whatever it may be, I stick with it. In this case, Hub Plumbing came to the rescue at my Hells Kitchen apartment.

The bathroom was being redone and the building made me install isolation valves, which was a surprise to me, and an added cost. The building plumber was slow and rude, so I looked up Hub and they expedited all permits and paperwork and had sign off three weeks after the job was completed. On top of that, the guys were polite and considerate of my time and apartment.

I wish all servicemen worked the way the guys at Hub do.

They quoted one price over the phone, charged my card before arriving, then when they arrived, said they wouldn't do the work unless I paid double the price they said on the phone. They refused to refund the amount they stole from me. Very dishonest and untrustworthy.

Perfect service! I needed the plumbing systems in my apt in the West Village to be inspected. Harvey arrived right on our scheduled time with such a friendly and kind attitude. He was polite and professional. We couldn't figure out ourselves how to reach the plumbing under the kitchen sink (it's blocked), and he creatively suggested to remove the entire washing machine and see if it hides there. He found a leak and fixed it within minutes. I couldn't be happier with the service. So hard to find affordable and professional plumbers in the city, and I'm lucky to have found Hub Plumbing and Harvey. I will be coming back! Highly recommended.

I had to find a plumber recently when the unnecessarily-exotic boiler in my rented apartment started leaking and releasing gas.

The short version is: The plumber who helped us (Dominic) was super-communicative, very personable, diligent, thoroughly addressed our issue (even getting on the phone with the boiler manufacturer to fully troubleshoot the issue), and even followed-up with us the next day to make sure everything was still working. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with the technician who was sent to our house.

The reason I'm deducting a star is that it was actually quite difficult to reach anyone in the front office of the business over the phone to schedule an appointment or get a billing question answered. (Perhaps a result of being one of the few plumbing businesses on Yelp to have a lot of positive reviews...?) I'd call several times in an hour and go to voicemail each time. I'd leave voicemail messages that weren't answered til the next day. The one time I did reach someone on the phone, the woman who answered the phone had room to be about 25% more professional and pleasant. (You're dealing with stressed-out people with broken plumbing; a good attitude goes a long way, no?)

Anyway, once I was able to get someone scheduled to address my issue, it was nothing but smooth sailing and reassurance. In spite of the hassle of getting something scheduled, I'd use them again. I get the sense they're a bit pricey, but you're paying for the confidence of a job well done.

I hired Hub to replace our hot water heater and clean and purge our shower fixtures. Rich from Hub was very friendly, responsive and helpful. He offered lots of valuable advice, and seemed very knowledgeable. He outlined a number of options available, from which I chose one. Both the initial service call and subsequent hot water tank replacement went smoothly, and were reasonably priced for what was involved. The job was rather complicated, including hoisting the hot waters heaters with ropes. I have used Vigilante Plumbing for 10 years, but noticed the quality of service decreasing over that period. This prompted me to try Hub, and I'm glad I did so. I intend to continue using Hub going forward.

Professional, kind, and honest! John is amazing helpful and knowledgeable.

I live in the village - My neighbors below have been complaining about a leak for the past year of living above them. I have no idea where the leak was coming from because we were dry in my Apt. The people my landlord always sent NEVER got the job done right, claiming it was the shower?!. After growing tired of constant complaints and disturbances I took matters into my own hands and called Hub plumbing. The entire time the leak was coming from the sink NOT the shower. Hub plumbing fixed the problem for a fair price- and ever since my life has been free of complaints from down below.

Thank you yelp, and especially, THANK YOU HUB PLUMBING :) I will never call another plumber.

The anatomy of hot shower!

I gave John a call late in the evening and he answered the call promptly. He was able to come check out our heater the very next day. Our water heater is old and it's always acting up. It has been a constant battle for who gets the hot shower in the morning before the water starts getting cold. (I'm blaming the hubby for taking a long shower.) John quickly fix the heater and I can now enjoy my long hot shower without nagging my husband. =D

Rich came to my apartment in Gramercy Park and was able to quickly clear a clog in one of my building drainage lines that was causing a backup in my kitchen sink as well as my upstair neighbor's. He was professional throughout the visit and I really appreciated that he took the time to clean the work area afterwards. It was extremely messy and dirty as you can imagine if you have ever seen the gunk that come out of drains. My only gripe and it is a small one was that he showed up about an hour late because of a scheduling mix-up. That said, John was helpful in returning my calls to Hub's office to let me know Rich was on his way.

As several other reviewers have said, Hub charges a fair price (by NY standards) for good quality work and customer service, which I wholeheartedly agree with. They are my new go to plumbers and I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and co-workers.

I'm giving HUB one star. I would give fewer stars if I could. HUB repaired a leak under my kitchen sink last month. Three weeks later, my co-op board requested access to my apartment to address a plumbing issue with a neighboring apartment. When the new plumber took a look under my sink, he told me I had a leak. I told him I had the leak repaired three weeks earlier and he did not believe the repair was done by a professional plumber. He then proceeded to remove HUB's work with his hands - no tools required. He put the sink back together so it didn't leak and asked our resident superintendent to come to my apartment. When my super looked under my sink, he said the repairs were substandard and should be replaced.

I contacted HUB and told them what the plumber and my super said. They told me my warranty had expired (I actually had NINE MORE WEEKS on my warranty). After several phone calls and emails, HUB just flat out refused to send a plumber who was capable to repair the damage their plumber had done. Throughout my exchanges with HUB, they never seemed to be surprised that their work was substandard. They were confrontational rather than apologetic. They were not at all interested to see the poor quality of work done under their name.

We all make mistakes and I don't think it's always fair to judge anyone by his/her mistakes. However; I think it's entirely fair to judge based on their response to their mistakes. HUB told me they would happily return my money. I guess providing substandard service and refusing to stand by their warranty makes them happy.

Reply to John: I was never rude to you or your employees. Since my exchanges with Stephanie were via email, please post all of my rude emails.

Also, my sink was leaking and there was a plumber under my sink. You think it's ridiculous that I allowed the plumber to fix the leak. Really? I suppose you think the better choice would have been to allow the leak to continue and destroy the ceiling in the apartment below mine.

I could not be happier with the timeliness, efficiency and capability of Hub Plumbing. Jason arrived right before our 2pm appointment, and was affable, capable and gave me straight estimates up front.

He then proceeded to show me and explain in layman's terms, why my shower pipe was spurting water everywhere. Within an hour, the issue was resolved, with no mess left behind, 100% professionalism and wonderful courtesy.

I will using Hub Plumbing for another outstanding issue in the future, and thank them so much for helping me be able to shower and not create an indoor fountain!!

I recently had a job with a toilet fill valve leak. The man comes in after I paid a $185 consult fee. Fine. He then says it'll cost another $225 to replace the fill valve and the stopper. A toilet flapper costs about $10 and a toilet fill valve costs another $10. So unless the the going rate to install those items in ten minutes is $200, this company is crooked. Sure, operating costs in Manhattan may be high, but this is just ridiculous. I was desperate to have my toilet fixed because of company coming in that day, otherwise I would have never agreed to the extra $225. Until they set realistic prices for each job, I would not recommend this company.

Ill start with the downside--i found them expensive, thus the deduction of a star. But, I guess everything is expensive jn NYC so there's that.

Now the upside: they responded to my condo in a timely fashion, when I had a horrible leak before i was leaving for the weekend. The plumber was professional and courteous, and coordinated with the building super to shut the line down so he could repair it. Turns out there was ancient and corroded piping behind my cabinet (which had to be demolished) and he replaced it with copper.

The total bill, $185.00 trip charge plus $650.00 for the repair seemed steep, but I have nothing to gauge it against as this is my first and hopefully last plumbing issue.

Overall would certainly hire again. Top notch.

I found Hub Plumbing on here, and I cannot speak highly enough about how happy I am with the entire experience.

I am *completely* clueless (and uncaring) about any and all things plumbing. But when it hit the fan, I had to get some help over to my office ASAP. When I called, they were super nice and very efficient.

With my lack of knowledge about the situation, I was very leery of getting ripped off (even though I didn't have much of a choice at this point).

My plumber John arrived exactly on time. He quickly figured out exactly what the problem was (I'll spare you the disgusting details), immediately gave me a straightforward price and explanation and even showed me what he could, and was very professional and nice. I felt like I was in good, experienced, and professional hands, and the fact that he was nice, helpful, and courteous was a bonus!

Everything was cleaned and fixed perfectly, and is now better than ever.

If you want it done right, done professionally, and done expeditiously, call Hub! I will certainly only use Hub plumbing for all of my plumbing needs and issues for both my office and my apartment from here forward.

I was very impressed with the quality of service and the friendly, informative interaction. Rich showed me how to do a minor repair on a tub/shower toggle lever and he clearly explained how he was addressing a bigger problem with my thermostatic cartridge. It's always nerve wracking to have repairmen come to my home, but he made me very comfortable and he fixed the problems to my satisfaction. I will recommend HUB to my neighbors.

After hearing about the incident John called me to fix the situation. Most companies won't even care after they've taken your money. His persistence in perfect customer satisfaction is part of what makes this company great. If you're in NYC and don't mind spending a few extra for premium service, Hub is the place to call. I also forgot to mention how prompt they were in setting up an appointment.

Really wanted to like these guys but they're a bit pricey.
$125 Service Charge for just looking at it.
$450 for Snaking the drain. (The machine can be bought online for about $500 from Amazon)
$70 for a tub of Bio-Clean which can be bought online for $50.

Was charged a total of $413 for delivering 4 bottles of Bio-Clean basically. Because there was no way I was paying an additional $450 for him to just snake my sewer drain.

Otherwise, the technician was pretty professional and upfront about a lot of stuff. I understand its a big company has a lot of overhead but no reason you guys can't be competitively priced. Called another plumber to come over to snake the drain for a flat rate of $180.

I really cannot speak highly enough about Hub Plumbing. First, when you call to make an appointment, no matter who answers, the person is always courteous, which, right away is a departure from so many other plumbers we've called who seem disappointed you've discovered their number.
When they came over to assess our sinks (yes, more than one was having an issue) and valve gate, they were professional from the get go. In addition to a pleasant demeanor, they never made us feel stupid for not being as knowledgeable about plumbing as they, and they gave us an accurate estimate for the entire job.
They also, with an always pleasant demeanor, took care to do the jobs properly while respecting our home and us.

Four years later, this company is still doing things the right way. It starts with Stephanie, a total professional who scheduled our appointment promptly. We had some problems with our flushometer, and Harvey took care of EVERYTHING for us. I felt compelled to write my first Yelp review on plumbing because great service deserves to be commended. As a customer who knows nothing about plumbing, you want to be in capable hands and hope that you're not going to be ripped off. Harvey came to our rescue! In fact, he came twice. The first visit he replaced a washer, tightened various things (excuse my non-technical terms), did a test run and all looked good. Later in the evening, we noticed a drop of water rolling down the pipe and freaked out a bit. Contacted Stephanie who graciously set up a next day appointment. Upon early arrival, Harvey thoroughly examined the pipes again and did his magic. Not only did he stop the leak(s), we weren't charged an additional fee. What a relief! Harvey is kind, knowledgable, highly capable and most importantly, honest. Hub is lucky to have him!

Great plumbers and office staff. Jason and Harvey are great plumbers - knowledgeable experts who are also ethical. They won't do unnecessary work just to charge you. The service charge isn't cheap at almost $200, but it is Manhattan, so it's expected. It's also convenient that you can email the office to schedule an appointment or ask billing questions, and Steph is very quick to respond. I'm very grateful to have been introduced to them.

I found Hub on Yelp and am very happy. I have used them a couple of times. Dominick has snaked toilets for me and changed leaking taps. They are responsive and organised about when they can come and they come at alloted time. They tell you how much it will cost and if you agree they efficiently get the job done. If they need to get parts they tell you how long it will take and then they agree return date and get it done as promised. No hassle.

Itd had been a tough morning without cold water in my shower and I wasnt sure what the deal was and my super was being SUPER unresponsive. (per usual) So I took matters in my own hands. (well, Hub Plumbing's hands)

John is great!!! Since I moved to Manhattan a year ago, HUB Plumbing has been my go to for any problems in my apartment and office.
Finding the right guy to do the job can be such a headache but from the very first call, I knew that I had made the right choice.
My first experience was with a broken pipe under the sink. I read the reviews on Yelp and called HUB. John responded within 15 minutes because he happened to be in the area and had it fixed in less than 30.
Since then, I have called him to fix a stopped up drain in the shower and replace a broken garbage disposal. I couldn't have asked for a more professional, honest, and stand up guy. You can tell he is proud of his job and provides the best and easiest customer experience possible. My building's superintendent called this company on a Friday night for an emergency drain clog. My kitchen sink was blocked completely and the super couldn't get it. I forget the guy's name, but he was there within an hour or so after my super's call, and had the sink working again in very short order. He even cleaned up after himself! This made it possible for me to go about my Friday with almost no interruption. Great job, great company.

I had a simple fix to be completed but every plumber I dealt with wanted $250-350 just to walk in the door, when I finally had a guy come in he didn't even listen to what I stated, he just wanted to replace the whole flushometer.

Hub Drain was a different story, the guys came in prompt and on time- within the hour! And he listend to exactly what was going on and from there we figured out the issue within 5min and boom.. done! Price was reasonable, way below the unprofessional and unqualified plumbers I talked to early.

I had a complicated boiler issue that seemed to stump two other plumbing outfits in the city, but Hub took care of the issue immediately, at the right price, and within 6 hours of my first call.

I have some HVAC knowledge (Dad was a plumber), and i had replaced the controls on the boiler myself a few years ago. The boiler worked fine until about a month ago when the ghost issues appeared. The burners would fire up normally but shut off after a few minutes, but only intermittently. I thought it was a fuse issue, and when i removed the fuse, put the unit in manual, the burners would fire and stay running as long as needed. I put a new fuse in, but the issue kept happening.

This time, i decided instead of trying to replace the controls myself, i called my one company who tried to diagnose over the phone my issue. Complete waste of time. The second company sent a guy out, and needless to say, fiddled around with my boiler, got it working while he was there, but two hours after he left (and about $106 out of my pocket) the issue started again.

A friend recommended Hub, i called...the guy came out, took a few minutes to diagnose, made a few calls on his phone, told me the part would be available the next morning.

Next morning, he came back , installed the part, and i've been happy ever since! No upselling, no unfair pricing. Been running great for about two weeks now. Couldnt be more please. Would definitely recommend Hub...cant go wrong!!

Hire them! Hub is fantastic! From start to finish, I found Hub to be very impressive. From the lady who took my call, to John, the owner, who handled the insurance papers and scheduling, to Will who was the pro plumber who was assigned to do the work. I can't recommend them highly enough. Will was a wizard at his job - he unclogged our garbage disposal and left the sink working better than it has ever been. I loved HUB plumbing. We have now used them twice (to fix our radiators and to remove our cooking gas lines). I have been very happy with their service both times; John has been really responsive to emails and he and his staff always seemed very competent and (unlike other contractors I've encountered in New York) always doing things according to code. His prices are slightly more expensive than other quotes we've gotten but absolutely worth it for the great service we've gotten and the peace of mind that we can be sure the work is done right.

This is a belated review, but Hub Plumbing -- and Rich in particular -- were great. We had used a handyman to install a bathroom vanity, and it was a disaster. Rich was able to get it set up properly and stop the leak that had arisen from the handyman's faulty installation. The leak came back within hours of Rich leaving, but as soon as I called, he immediately promised to come back and make any additional fixes that were needed at no additional charge. We haven't had any problems since. Hub Plumbing isn't the cheapest option, but it was worth every penny. I was impressed with the quality of the work and the customer service.

John once came to my business and talked me through all of my options for a problem I was having. He ended up saving me thousands of dollars during this consultation, because I was ready to do something he didn't think would solve the problem.

Last month I used HUB for a different problem I was having at my business after my handyman wasn't able to fix the problem. They diagnosed and fixed the problem right away.

One of the best things about HUB is that they show up when they say they will. They also worked around my business hours and didn't make me close so that they could fix the problem. I will call them again. (Only if I have to! : )

Never in my life have I been more impressed than when I witnessed the tag-team plumbing duo that was John and Rich.

Picture this: At roughly 4pm on a Friday afternoon, I received a frantic call from my beautiful wife screaming and crying that something horrible happened and she didn't what to do. As a reference, imagine if you will, the scene from Anchorman when Will Ferrell's character is screaming into the phone that Jack Black's character had just kicked his dog Baxter into the Pacific Ocean while his co-workers disparately try to explain that Christina Applegate was about to read the news, to understand the level of hysteria my wife was suffering. After spending a few moments calming her down, I finally learned that she had accidentally dropped her $35000 wedding ring down the sink! (Oy vey!) Luckily for us, I knew just who to call. John Wood, of HUB Plumbing and Mechanical had done work for several of my Father's properties throughout the city and I knew that he would be the one to fish out my lovely haphazard wife's ring from the bowls of that dastardly sink. I was nervous that no one would answer when I called given that it was so close to quitting time but Mr. Wood, himself, picked up the phone within two rings. I quickly explained to him what had happened and he assured me that everything would be okay and said that he would be right over. It wasn't until a few minutes afterward that I realized in my rushed explanation/plea for assistance, that I hadn't even told him who my father was.

I caught a cab home and within 5 minutes of me arriving, Mr. John Wood and Mr. Rich Collazo appeared at the door looking as sharp and professional as any of my coworkers at Goldman Sachs, well other than the fact that they weren't wearing $5000 tailored suits but really, nobody would wear $5000 suits to do plumbing in. That's just stupid. Anyway, I wondered why they had sent two people for what I thought would be an easy and routine job and I started to become suspicion that it was because they knew I was not home when I called and were going to try and make the job seem bigger than it was to overcharge my frantic wife.

I knew this didn't seem in line with how my father told me Mr. Wood ran his business but my suspicion got the best of me so I pulled him aside to find out what was going on while Mr. Rich Collazo worked to get the ring out. Well, let me tell you! Was I embarrassed when Mr. John Wood explained to me that he lived in the neighborhood and decided to come along with Mr. Rich Collazo to help calm my wife down while he worked. I apologized profusely for ever doubting HUB plumbing and slowly sulked away...

After that embarrassing incident, I went to talk to Mr. Rich Collazo who is a delightful person born and raised in Brooklyn. He told me that he started working for HUB after he had met Mr. Wood via craigslist where they started a Hardcore band, whatever that is. Mr. Rich or Chepho as he is known to his friends quickly, cleanly, and expertly retrieved my wife's ring and even took the time to clean it off afterwards. Now regardless, of whether or not my germaphobe wife was going to clean it again, it was a nice extra touch that meant a lot to me. As he was finishing up, he handed me the invoice, which to my surprise did not contain any kind of after hours call out fee. I know this was long, but I must say, HUB's prices were fair and they were an absolute pleasure to deal with.

They did miss their initial appointment, which was annoying. So, I called a different plumber (Christopher's Plumbing Service), they came and quoted me a really high price of $1800. So I waited for the next appointment with Hub. Dominik from Hub arrived, he was very pleasant, friendly and professional. He accessed the situation quickly, and told me what needs to be done (which was a lot less complicated than the previous plumber, and at a price of under $400). Dominik moved quickly, or as fast as he could, some complications, but he kept me informed of what was going on or happening. He finished the job, with only a small delay, and it is perfect! He was very knowledgeable (I had a few other questions of other things that could possibly use some work) and took his time to explain everything I needed to know. Thank you Dominik! I wokeup at 8 am to get to work on Tuesday. When I went to the kitchen to fix myself a quick breakfast I realized water was pouring out of my kitchen sink pipe. My whole kitchen floor was wet. I had no clue what to do, I immediately went online to search for a good plumber here at NYC and I came across Hub Plumbing. I took the chance and called them and I have to say Im so glad I did! John was so courteous and professional. He did an amazing job fixing up my pipe and also fixed the minor problem I had with my toilet. Thank god these guys are in the neighborhood! I love my small business, but we have the misfortune of being located in a very, very old Landmark building with an antiquated plumbing, mechanical and electrical system. On more than one occasion, I've needed plumbing work on the fly to keep the place from flooding and Hub has always been there on (literally) a minute's notice to save the day...and my floors, basement, etc. John is great to work with and always answers the phone and gets you an immediate response. A former Secretary of Defense, who was otherwise very unwise, once said, there are the known knowns, the known unknowns, the unknown unknowns . . . etc. which roughly means, if you have no clue of what's bothering your heating system, you think you're living a normal life. Well, that was the state of things at my house when I noticed a radiator hissing and leaking. Simply call the plumber, I thought. But whom? I could not remember with any fondness the innumerable plumbers who'd made repairs over the 16 years that I'd lived here. So on account of the reviews on Yelp, I called Hub, and Jason and Rich responded. They came, they saw and they fixed. Job well done.

But that wasn't all. While we waited for the radiators to heat up, Jason also explained to me how my heating system worked. Things I learned:
1. I have a single-pipe steam heating system, which means steam goes up, and condensation trickles back down in the same tube. (No one ever told me that before; I sort assumed I had a hot water heating system).
2. The shiny silver knobs (called air vents) on the radiators control how quickly steam reaches the radiator. They come in different sizes and the size of the vents determine the speed of steam. (In the past, whenever one of the vents started to sound like a steam whistle, I went to Home Depot and replaced it without noticing size specifications).
3. Inside the vent is an alcohol like fluid that expands when the temperature rises. Normally the vent is open, and the heating pipes have the same pressure as the outside air. When the boiler fires up, steam pushes air out of the pipes and radiator, heating up the alcohol. The vent then closes, trapping the steam inside the radiator.
4. I'd always assumed that since some rooms are farther away from the boiler than others, the heat release around the house was supposed to be uneven. Not so!
5. Having bigger vents in the more distant radiators will allow them to draw more steam and push out the cold air faster.
6. The cheap vents that they sell at Home Depot and Lowe's are junk. Get Gortons.

That was just a summary of the seminar. Now, Jason's rates are higher than the other plumbers I had, but I also got a valuable education. Now, I feel so much more empowered to make my heating system work the way it's supposed to.

On the way out, Jason mentioned that my 15 year old hot water heater was past its life expectancy and might soon leak. A week later, it did just that. The guy just knows.

I called Hub Plumbing & Mechanical over the weekend because my whole house was backed up. It is extremely hard to find a plumber to come out on weekends. After my 6th phone call to a plumbing company I finally got an answer. Their phone receptionist was very friendly, and helpful and she scheduled for their plumbing tech Rich to come out. Rich showed up on time and quickly got to work. He was able diagnose the problem, and he gave me an upfront price of the work to be done. Through past experience with sewer back ups I could tell that his price was very fair and reasonable even for a weekend call. In the end I was more than happy with the service provided, and if I ever needed a plumber again they will be first on my list to call! Thanks Rich!

John the owner took time out of his day to come down to my office, give an estimate, and tell me the truth about how he wouldn't install the sinks because there cheaply made and he was concerned about them falling apart on us.

Our toilet has been out of commission for two weeks (this is a long time, as we work in a fashion showroom and with guests coming and going we need a working toilet!), and being as skeptic as possible about plumbers that could possibly give me a run for my money (since i know absolutely nothing about plumbing) I did my research and looked at different quotes and opinions. Out of the many - I can automatically sense that John and his apprentice were good people. While others charged me up the WALL for a simple fix, John gave me a good rate and a GUARANTEED fix, knowing I was uncomfortable of the longevity of the fix for our particular toilet.

The toilet works great, and his apprentice also gave us tips on how to extend the longevity of our toilet. He called to follow up and verify my happiness, and here I am giving HUB five stars!!!!!

Dominic is great. I own a hair salon in the east village and was having a lot of issues with our sinks. I was using another plumber at the time who told me I needed thousands of dollars worth of work done in order to fix our backup issue. I called Hub Plumbing for a second opinion and Dominic came and investigated very thoroughly; turns out the original plumber never installed a piece in our sinks he was supposed to. Dominic not only removed all the buildup from our sinks but also gave me step by step advice for what to do next, which was very helpful. I highly recommend Hub & Plumbing mechanical!

I love my plumber!!!! It started when I called to make an appointment and Christina answered the phone with a big smile and asked how she could make my day better- I booked the visit and the plumber showed up promptly, took care of everything, answered my questions, and when i asked him about certain services told me not to spend the money!!!! He said that I really didn't need them, things were working fine!!!!! He was knowledgeable, spoke English, and was AN HONORABLE MAN. Dominik is very professional. The toilet was clogged since 2013 December. We call another plumber to fix and they charged us almost $300, but it got stocked again few months later. Not until I found Hub plumbing, they found a marker pen stocked in the middle of the toilet bowl and finally got the problem solved. The price they charge is pretty reasonable and for every further step, Dominik always explains and told me how much more will be charge before he did anything. Call this number. They do give you a solution!

These 5 star reviews are on point. We had a 32 year old garbage disposal that died, of course when we had friends visiting. Our usual plumbers were completely not helpful so I turned to Hub. Found Hub thanks to these great reviews, so I felt compelled to add my own. Of course it was as I was preparing food for a dinner party that the kitchen sink's drain began leaking water all over the floor. The problem was obvious once I saw it -- the drain cap had completely corroded -- but how often do you look at a sink's drain cap until the moment it blows? I found HUB here on yelp and got an appointment for the next morning. The plumber, Will, came just on time, was awesome, funny, kind to my barking dog & most importantly, he fixed the problem in no time. He tested to make sure the new cap held and didn't try to upsell me by encouraging me to buy a new under-sink. I was charged only for the service fee. No question I'd call Hub (and ask for Will) again if I ever have another plumbing problem.

Of course, when I'm condo sitting for my friend in New York when he's on an amazing cruise and I was working in the city, some pipe in my friend's kitchen started pouring out. Completely helpless, I called Hub. They came quickly and fixed the issue. I had pointed at the water on the floor and started to open my mouth when John said I got this. That was the best part.

I called this place based on their yelp reviews which I may add was the first time I have ever done something like that. My building (a co-op) was not particularly helpful in finding a plumber to fix a leak under my sink and I really had no idea who to call. I left a message and received a return call within the hour. The man who called me back was professional and knew exactly which forms and insurance my building required. Turns out his name is John and he is the owner. I was able to make the appointment for the next day. (I did have to prepay by credit card) Rich was the plumber who came to me, he evaluated what the issue was, and fixed it in probably 10 minutes. But he stayed to make sure there was no more leak. I have had a lot of workers in my apartment, and I was impressed by how polite and pleasant he was, how reassuring he was and I felt very confident in his abilities. He told me they have a 30 day guarantee but he said I could call if I had a problem after that time. Of course, he doesn't think I will have a problem and I feel much better now that it is fixed! One word to describe John: AWESOME

Background :
Our office has a really bad plumbing problem, had some spillage in one of our rooms that emitted to the rest of the office. IT WAS PRETTY BAD AND WE HAD TO TAKE CARE OF IT ASAP! John went above and beyond to help us fix the problem. He came within 15 minutes of us calling him.

He explained all the possible reasons why we were having the problem in the first place, explained exactly what he was going to do and how to prevent it from happening again. What other plumbers would do that for you? Most of them just look and fix; won't even tell you why you have a problem or how they're going to fix it.

If you need a plumber then John's your Man!

Look no further. These guys are the real deal. I put a service request in online for the office kitchen sink which had a leak and was clogged for about a week. ( Porter was getting to it). Hub Drain is amazing...great customer service, prompt, helpful, and good quality work.
We called them in to repair a toilet that was running and running and wouldn't stop. They tried to order the parts for us through an extensive network but couldn't, so we had to get them from the manufacturer directly.
Once they came in, we called Hub back to install the new parts. They did a great job and the price was very reasonable.
Every single service-oriented business in NYC could learn from them, they were a pleasure to work with!!!

Last week I had a big plumbing disaster. I was in a panic, needed some help fast. This was my first time ever dealing with a plumbing company, so I didn't know who to call. So I decided to call my super, and ask him to help me. After seeing in what mess I was in, he told me that he will not be able to fix it, it was a job for professionals. So he recommended Hub Plumbing, my super apparently already worked with them once before, when someone else in our building had a problem. So I got a number and gave them a call. I'm very happy that I did. John and his crew were very reliable and professional plumbers. Hard working, knowledgeable, they do their job good, and they do it right the first time. Prices are high, but for quality service you have to pay top dollar, i guess. I hope I will not have any more problems like that in the future, but if I do, I will give them a call again.

Let me start by saying there aren't enough stars to give Hub Plumbing and John their due!

We are tenants who moved into an apartment, where everything was unexpectedly broken and we had a shower that had mold inside the tiles that needed to be rebuilt.
We were being yanked around for months until we met John of Hub Plumbing. John was not only kind and punctual, he fixed absolutely everything and then helped us find people to rebuild our shower and make everything work and is now clean!

I had two simple, non-messy jobs -- ones that would have taken me (an older woman) 15 minutes each if I were in better health -- and one slightly harder job (would take a semi-handy guy about 45 minutes.) Anyway, Angelo showed up and quoted me a price that was at least double the maximum that I had assumed it would be. It was a really hectic day for me, and it was the last day for a couple of months that I would be able to be home for this stuff -- so I said yes, go ahead. I figured it must be more complicated than I imagined. But no, Angelo was finished in a half hour flat. So even assuming the maximum possible travel time to and from their Charles St. office to my apartment 20 blocks away, they are quoting between $400-500 per hour. Which seems high, to me.

John Wood with his terrific team did a big job at our brownstone repiping all the gas lines. John and his guys were terrific, spending a number of days in and out of the brownstone on every floor to redo the 100 year old gas lines. He and his crew are courteous, trustworthy and extremely efficient and knowledgeable about what they do. Definitely add HUB to your contact list! Within minutes of speaking to John, my appointment and all of the necessary insurance certificates were in place to fix my leaking kitchen sink. The plumber showed up early and solved the problem quickly. No hassles. A few days later when I needed an unexpected follow up visit, John sent Angelo and Rich immediately. I had a slow leak that was difficult to diagnose so I called Hub on a Tuesday and made an appointment for Thursday. The cost was $50 to show up. Angelo diagnosed a faulty faucet and told me where to buy a new faucet on line to save money and showed up the next week to install the faucet. He did an excellent job and maybe I'm being naive but labor cost of $325 for the 30/45 minutes it took to install the faucet seems a bit pricey.

Dominik recently replaced a sump pump for us. He was incredibly nice and professional... and, importantly, his work looks very solid (it's guaranteed, too!). Working with HUB has been a pleasure - they're responsive, responsible, punctual, and transparent. I wrote them an email in the early evening for a non-emergency repair. Dominik showed up the next day to assess the situation and came the following day to perform the work. As others have mentioned, not the cheapest plumbers in town but I doubt you'd find a quality plumber for less.

From the moment John came in, we felt totally confident he was going to be on it. He came in on estimate, fixed, boom, done. Great experience and a few laughs too, which was definitely an added bonus cos I was pissed as hell at that point. Not angling for martyrdom because of crappy NYC plumbers, forgive the pun. Highly recommend.

I called 8 plumbers to get someone out to fix a broken pipe on a Saturday afternoon. Hub returned my call immediately, the plumber called with an estimated time and was here 30 minutes early! The work was neat, clean and successful. I'd defiantly call them again - either in a bind or not.

The faucet in my tub was spouting water while the shower was running. It was a problem I had before. I called and spoke to John and we arranged an appointment for the next day. Angelo came and after he removed the knobs and probed inside the wall, he told me he could fix it but not completely stop some of the water dripping out of the faucet without pulling out tiles to replace the fitting from the knob into the connecting pipe along with the piece that connects them. He was spot on as that was the advice I got when this happened once before some years ago. Needless to say these are old fittings and since I can't get the tiles that would match the rest of the tiles in the tub area, I opted to have him correct the problem which he did. The faucet still drops a little, but it very, very slight and much better than before. Angelo arrived on time, was very polite, took off his shoes and was sure to ask if I could put something down in the tub before he stepped into it to do the work, which I did. The last plumber I had just stepped into my tub with dirty shoes. I really appreciate this kind of work and would no doubt call Hub again should I ever need any kind of plumbing work.

Very professional service. HUB Plumbing responded quickly and showed up when they said that they would, on time. The plumber showed up in a clean, neat uniform. It was explained to me exactly what the problem was, and my options. I was given a written price quote detailing what work would be performed and what it would cost, no guessing. Hub's plumber worked quickly and clean. When he was done he cleaned up completely; as if he was never there. The price was fair and I couldn't be happier. The faucet in my tub was spouting water while the shower was running. It was a problem I had before. I called and spoke to John and we arranged an appointment for the next day. Angelo came and after he removed the knobs and probed inside the wall, he told me he could fix it but not completely stop some of the water dripping out of the faucet without pulling out tiles to replace the fitting from the knob into the connecting pipe along with the piece that connects them. He was spot on as that was the advice I got when this happened once before some years ago. Needless to say these are old fittings and since I can't get the tiles that would match the rest of the tiles in the tub area, I opted to have him correct the problem which he did. The faucet still drops a little, but it very, very slight and much better than before. Angelo arrived on time, was very polite, took off his shoes and was sure to ask if I could put something down in the tub before he stepped into it to do the work, which I did. The last plumber I had just stepped into my tub with dirty shoes. I really appreciate this kind of work and would no doubt call Hub again should I ever need any kind of plumbing work.

I had a slow leak that was difficult to diagnose so I called Hub on a Tuesday and made an appointment for Thursday. The cost was $50 to show up. Angelo diagnosed a faulty faucet and told me where to buy a new faucet on line to save money and showed up the next week to install the faucet. He did an excellent job and maybe I'm being naive but labor cost of $325 for the 30/45 minutes it took to install the faucet seems a bit pricey.

Dominik recently replaced a sump pump for us. He was incredibly nice and professional... and, importantly, his work looks very solid (it's guaranteed, too!). Working with HUB has been a pleasure - they're responsive, responsible, punctual, and transparent. I wrote them an email in the early evening for a non-emergency repair. Dominik showed up the next day to assess the situation and came the following day to perform the work. As others have mentioned, not the cheapest plumbers in town but I doubt you'd find a quality plumber for less.

Had a shitstorm of a problem with the boiler in my loft on Vestry. Called in two guys, wasted time and hundreds of dollars. Few days later, still no hot water. From the moment John came in, we felt totally confident he was going to be on it. He came in on estimate, fixed, boom, done. Great experience and a few laughs too, which was definitely an added bonus cos I was pissed as hell at that point. Not angling for martyrdom because of crappy NYC plumbers, forgive the pun. Highly recommend.

Horrible. Made an appointment for the next day. I waited until 30 minutes after the appointment time to call for an ETA. An hour and a half later (2 hours after the appointment time) I get a call from a different plumber, saying that Hub had given them my name and number because they could not come. Totally unprofessional to 1) not call me directly and tell me they couldn't come; 2) to give my cell number to another company without asking first.

Can't speak for the rates as we didn't get any other prices. Seemed steep, but they saved us having to keep our water off all weekend. I called 8 plumbers to get someone out to fix a broken pipe on a Saturday afternoon. Hub returned my call immediately, the plumber called with an estimated time and was here 30 minutes early! The work was neat, clean and successful. I'd defiantly call them again - either in a bind or not.

I have had problems with my toilet for 7 years, and they fixed it within an hour. John and Monsanto (I think his name is Angelo? Monsanto is his last name?) are awesome. I will never go anywhere else for any plumbing or similar needs.

Most of our office staff was brand new to our space and for some reason we weren't getting any hot water in the sinks. Dominick came by to check out our space and figure out what the problem might be. He thought we simply didn't have hot water pipes into our space and recommended a hot water heater. He didn't feel completely confident in that diagnosis so he did some more digging and ended up finding a hot water heater somewhere in the ceiling and then diagnosed the problem as a burnt out heating element. Thank god he did because that saved us thousands of dollars in not having to purchase a new hot water heater. Later that day I called to schedule the replacement of the heating element and Dominick fit us in within the week and after hours at that. He was so kind and patient with my lack of knowledge on the space and I couldn't be more grateful! Do yourself a favor and call these guys for your plumbing needs, they are incredibly accommodating and really wonderful to work with.
