I made a mistake on my outdoor spigot and wasn't able to fix it by Saturday night so I called Fast Layne Plumbing and spoke with David.  We was able to have someone out the next day to fix the issue.  The communication was great as was the service.  Highly recommended!  Plus, they gave me a military discount.

Estevan was able to accommodate my schedule & the quote was free which is huge - I personally don't want to pay to get things checked out on top of what it costs to get it fixed so that was nice! The Yelp project portal sends your information to multiple providers who are all very helpful.   For this project Techcool responded most quickly  amongst providers   Their online quote based upon simple and exact details was honored  and confirmed via call.   Their availability was the quickest and arrived on time for the job   Jorge and German were prompt, efficient and finished the small job with greatest efficiency (fast, simple, clean, professional).  Price was reasonable in my opinion   I will strongly consider for future projects.   Did I say they provided a one year work warranty and made sure we verified all work was satisfactory?   Highly recommended

I did get a call from Jody the office manager after this and she apologized for the miscommunication and returned my check for the labor. I did appreciate the fact that she did that.

There are all kinds of plumbers in the world. And we all will need one, some day. A journeyman plumber like Rolph is the best there is. Sure, his follow through and communication are flawless. And his work is exceptional. But he also might be one of the most honest, friendly, nicest people around. He and Larry can do the work and take great care of your projects but you will also enjoy the process. They focus on the job, communicate thoroughly, don't rush a thing and when they're done, you know your job is done impeccably. The bonus is that they're great people! I care about who comes to my house and does work and I couldn't dream up a better plumber. Rolph and Larry ran new gas lines, across our entire house ad converted our fireplaces to gas (previously wood burning) and then he cleared every drain in my house, main traps etc. He is the best!!! Austin Barrett, owner of Barrett Plumbing, is the type of home install and repair person you WANT to do business with. From the beginning, he thoroughly explains all options available and then follows through with high quality work and product. He is friendly, personable, honest and efficient. We had a water softener and RO system installed and everything went perfect. He encountered a plumbing mixup by the home builder and was able to fix the issue and did it without extra charge. If that isn't customer service, I don't know what is. We have recommended Barrett Plumbing to family and friends knowing full well he will deliver just we have experienced.

Leaking faucet still leaks 8 months later and still waiting in main valve to be replaced. Never calls back. Owes me $75 the way I see it because I paid that to home warranty and faucet is still leaking. I will have to fix it myself.

Great plumbing company. Have been using them for about 3 years now and never disappointed in their service. Recently used them for unclogging a tub/toilet. Got a previous estimate from another plumbing company for $815 including removing the toilet to unclog the blockage. Work was done professionally by Cobra Rooter and Plumbing Service for $115 and did not include having to remove the toilet. Note, the other plumbing service was only called because when son called Cobra Rooter, he got the answering machine and could not leave a message since he was on his way to work, that's why he called another plumbing company. When he informed us of the cost of repair, we told him to call Cobra Rooter and Plumbing again, which he did and did have the phone answered directly by someone who then set up the time to come over to do the repair necessary. Will definitely only use them in the future.

Jeff from Majesty plumbing came out to fix what we thought was a garbage disposal issue.  It turned out that it was much more complicated.  Jeff took the time to explain everything.  We thought that it would end up being a huge job to go into the concrete and jackhammer to get to a potentally cracked drain line.  But, Jeff was persistent to figure out another solution before going to a more extreme measure.  He was able to find another solution that worked and saved us THOUSANDS of dollars.  We will be using them from now on!  Highly recommend Jeff.  He showed integrity and was very knowledgeable and through!

He has over quarter a century experience, has a license and is bonded. I am an auto technician for 25 years and I liked how he took his time and did flawless work for me.
