Sunday 1pm I jumped on Yelp to find a new plumber. Friday I paid to replace 2 air release valves on my heating system, one sprung a leak 1 hour after the plumber left. I placed a call / text to the plumber said he would return friday at the end of the day, Saturday he was on his way, but never showed up.
Sunday 1pm I figured the need to find a new plumber. Based on 5 star reviews I called Bruno I sent photos and he confirmed he'd come Monday. He arrived 9am exactly as promised. He removed the existing air release valves, cut off copper piping and soldered the joins as he re-attached the valves. The work took 1 1/4 hours, no materials other soldering equipment were used. The cost for this was $1,700.00.
As I had an important meeting which I stressed I needed to get to at 11.30am, Bruno inflated the price.
I asked if the valves the plumber installed Friday were OK, he responded yes. Actually the valves were wrong, they're for a steam system & 15 PSI. My system is baseboard with 30PSI.
I arrived home 7pm still no heat. In desperation I called my friends plumber Carmine in Brooklyn, he patiently walked me through getting my boiler pressure back up to 30 PSI. We video chatted so Carmine could view the work done by both plumbing companies.
He was sad to report that I had been taken advantage of. Trained plumbers do not solder joints they screw and crimp the pipes at joins.
Moving forward I will take to the List of Licensed Plumbers NYC publishes every 2 years to find a plumber.
The soldered joins are sweating, I need to have them replaced when I have the funds. I have Bruno 2 stars for showing up.
Bruno and his crew replaced an old Laars mascot 2 boiler with a new Navien system. He was very quick on getting back to me and was responsive throughout the entire process, especially since he was working with my tenants. I was able to handle everything by phone and I didn't have to drive out to NY to check his work. Everything is working great and would definitely hire Bruno again.
My mom's heat went out on Christmas Eve, and one of the coldest periods of the 2022 winter. Bruno was very communicative and was able to give us a rough estimate over the phone. He promised to be there first thing the day after Christmas, a Monday. He did great work at a fair rate and helped restore heat to my mom's house. We would highly recommend Bruno and BK Piping and Heating to anyone!

This guy gave me a price to run a 80' copper pipe underground for water that will already be trenched for $2600. Not fixtures, no connections just rough the pipe in the ground. 300 worth of material. Stay away. Received quotes from 2 licensed plumbers for under 800.

I had a fantastic experience with Bk Piping and Heating. A part of my ceiling collapsed from a leaking pipe, and Bruno was over to inspect the problem within hours after my call. He immediately figured out the source of the issue, and they were able to install a replacement pipe early the next day. In total, it was less than 24 hours from when I called to when my pipe was completely fixed. Amazing! I can't recommend them enough.
Excellent and reliable service. Plumber came out same day to give free quote And then returned at my convenience (which was a few days later) ON TIME to do the work. I repeat, ON TIME.
Within a couple of hours, my faucets were replaced with zero hassle. This was excellent customer service.
This was also all done remotely as I am in Boston and he was doing the work for me in NYC.
I am extremely grateful that I found a plumber I could trust and who didn't try and take advantage of me price wise. This is a good guy.

Contacted Bruno about a clog in our bathroom sink and he was very accommodating. His price is fair and within a day, provided the correct COI and took care of the clog. The clog was cleared and he was very communicative. I really appreciated his work and he was super reliable!

He flushed our entire sewer and drain line and installed a check valve so no more sewer water in our basement.

They did a great job. Very responsive ( got a quote in minutes ) and very direct and efficient communication setting the appointment up. Had to fix a broken radiator valve. They came when they said they would. Got right to work and were all done in about 30 minutes. Just like they said. Radiator is fixed and works great now.
Our toilet was leaking the day that we were having company over. BK answered right away and was at our house in no time. They fixed the problem, explained everything that had happened and walked us through the fix. Problem solved! Highly recommend.

Integrity, honesty and timely are my three adjectives on how to describe this company Bruno is a life saver. Sunday evening a hot water heater in a building I manage broke down. Desperately, I searched for a plumbing company that would react quickly to restore my service and not kill my wallet. I put the request out in yelp land and the first to answer on Sunday evening at 10 pm was Bruno at BK Piping. I checked his reviews as we dm'd each other. He came up with a very reasonable price quote and got the job. Not asking me for a deposit I said, this guy is very trustworthy. He said he would be at the job site at 2 pm next day but came two hour early. WTF plumbers are supposed to make you wait for hours lol. He completed the job and left the building without a trace that he just replaced the boiler within 3 hours. I would recommend this company to my family, my friends and anyone I care about with total confidence. Not only would you be taken care of in a timely manner but you would be treated like your the most important person in the world. I highly endorse Bruno and now understand why he has a 5 star yelp review.
Bruno responded within 10 minutes of my inquiry and squeezed me in for an emergency check of a ceiling leak. He showed up to my home within an hour, despite having a fully planned work day, and was able to diagnose the issue quickly. Although he had to cut into my ceiling to assess the source of the problem, he ultimately said it was a non-plumbing related issue and refused to charge for his time/effort. He is super honest and we would call him anytime for go-forward business due to his integrity. Highly recommend!

I called this morning because a few of my water pipes under my kitchen sink were corroded and came apart causing leakages and Bruno responded quickly, and gave me a fair price for what I needed. I automatically felt assured just by his conversation that he would get the job done. He was efficient, quick and well mannered. I will call him again very soon with another project I have because I am satisfied with his work. It is hard to find a good plumber in NYC,, so this phone number I will hold on to.
Bruno was quick to respond, straight-forward, respectful and did a great job installing a new AO Smith water heater in my building. He sent me a clearly outlined estimate via email and properly sent the receipt upon payment, as well as made sure that I saw where my warranty, serial number, etc. were. When there was an issue with the heater, Bruno responded right away and came from Westchester to Brooklyn to make sure everything was working properly. This was my first time using BK Piping and Heating and very happy with them. Bruno was very responsive to calls and texts and communicated throughout the process. He sent pictures of his work as he progressed. He was also able to work around our tenant's schedule and perform the work early in the morning at 7am and on short notice.
I would definitely recommend Bruno to anyone looking for work to be done.
Since I wrote my last review, I used BK Piping and Heating two more times (for a total of 3 different jobs across 2 years). Each time, I presented Bruno with a new project, and he did an excellent and thorough job, and was incredibly responsive throughout. I continue to highly recommend him for any plumbing needs you might have.
Our toilets were In Desperate need of repair as well as 2 faucets that had corroded pipes that all needed to be replaced.
BK responded immediately and gave us an estimate. Upon inspection they explained exactly what was needed and what it would cost. Plus, they respected our house and worked so efficiently and clean. Even pointed out we had a drainage problem in the garage and gave us same day service on that.

The shutoff valve to our outdoor hose line was faulty, and water was leaking through at a steady stream. With cold weather incoming, they managed to come out the next day and replace the valve for a reasonable price. Professional and worked quickly, really appreciated it especially given the timing urgency. Would definitely recommend.
These gents got the COI in time (bonus) showed up on time (bonus) worked hard for 3 hours (bonus) endured the fickle building water supply (bonus) and cleaned up after (bonus).

After calling a couple of other plumbers I settled on Bruno mostly because of all his positive reviews and ability to come asap. My elderly uncle had removed his washing machine that was in his kitchen hooked up to his kitchen sink. He hadn't realized that he needed to close off some piping and unfortunately it caused leakage into the apt below when they used the sink. Needless to say it did cause damage which added to his stress. Thank goodness Bruno was available immediately and resolved the issue. Thank you Bruno!
We needed a vanity replaced. Bruno was accommodating on scheduling the following Saturday. He arrived promptly, was efficient and even gave me a a heads up on the age of the pipes, which was appreciated. Bruno was on time and quickly unclogged a very nuanced glass covered terrace drain for me. I totalyl admire his bravery and professionalism and will definitely call him up again when needed.
Our water heater pressure valve was faulty and water was constantly flooding our garage. Bruno came by within the same day and took care of the issue swiftly and even provided some helpful tips!

We had an emergency boiler leak at night and needed to get a new boiler ASAP. Bruno was quick to respond and was able to come the next morning and help install a new boiler on Labor Day! Exceptional service and professional. Highly recommended.
Based on BK Piping and Heating's reviews, reasonable price, and my understanding of his expertise (not just plumbing but working with heating and pipes) I decided to go with this service. He only has 16 reviews so i'm offering a detailed one.
I live in an apartment near Prospect Park and noticed that the wash draining out of the washing machine backed up as it began to drain into the wall. Pipe would need to be snaked. I looked at some youtube videos but since I have a stacked washer and dryer, it would be a tight squeeze and heavy job and I didn't want to damage the heating vent by manhandling it. I decided to contact several outfits on Yelp.

Bruno contacted me within minutes of my Yelp request and offered a range of times - one on Saturday morning. He arrived on time with a wheeled kit and I knew this was going to be a highly professional job. His snake was a professional electrical one. He moved the washer and dryer without causing any damage and he went to work on the drain. He snaked it multiple times and we tried the machine again.
It's draining great!
He stuck around and let it drain for a good 5 minutes to be certain there was no problem. He then moved the dryer and washing machine back without fuss.

The reason why I'm giving 4 stars is because he never gave me a receipt. After he finished the job he told me I have no receipts. He told me he will drop off one later in the day. I doubt it.. I had a leak in the basement. I called him he came at the time we agreed. Inspected the job, we agreed on a.$$ he showed up the next day on time. Finished in an hour. He did wait for me to go to the bank and pay him for his services. Honestly when I hire someone I'm just looking for a fair price & good work.
Bruno accomplished both.
Ok would like to add that he reached out to me about my receipt. In my opinion Bruno gets 10 stars.
This review is based on professionalism and communication (which both lacked), not an actual completed service. We reached out in a pinch and was finally able to connect with someone via the phone number that they provided in messages. I called and the tv was blasting in the background, so it was hard to hear him. What I DID hear, though, was that he wanted to charge $450 to remove a cap from a gas valve. I thought that was high, but before I could say anything else, he hung up on me. Then, he texted me saying he could do $350 since $450 was too high. I don't know about you but I'm less likely to want to work with someone who (1) is clearly trying to rip me off (because we paid $150 w/ tip to a qualified Plumber), and (2) is rude. I never responded and took it as a sign to move on
My experience could not have been better. I needed to have a gas pipe fitting on my boiler replaced. My call was taken immediately and we scheduled an appointment for the next day. Thirty minutes before the appointment time I received a text that he was on his way. He arrived on time and quickly assessed the situation and made the repair. I will use this service again. Excellent communication. Highly competent. Fair price.

Our his and her sinks in our master bathroom were clogged. We were unable to get them unclogged with conventional p trap cleaning. I messaged bk piping at midnight and within 12 hours the next day he was there. He was able to dislodge quite a ton of buildup in both sinks with his own auger. The drains still were clogging due to the T design of the piping and couldn't get the snake down the bottom part of the T, but he didn't leave the job. He ended up having to use a special liquid product which ended up clearing the clog. Fair pricing compared to other quotes I got and quick response via text and to get to the job.

Bruno K. was great. He responded promptly. When I contacted him with a leak in the wall in my laundry room, I told him I would open up the wall to see what's going on, but something else came up. So I left it alone. He contacted me to see if I still needed him. I guess he figured if I found the leak I would fix it. I said yes I still needed him because other issues were happening. He came the next day an hour early. He listened and suggested but did not push it. He always stated how much each step would take. He said he was fully vaccinated and wore a mask the whole time. He also did not charge extra for working on Martin Luther King Day.
Fast response and able to help. My kitchen was clogged on a weekend right before my Airbnb guest was coming in. Luckily I found Bruno. Much appreciated
My Aunt is elderly and she needed a same day repair given her laundry room sink was getting backed up. Bruno came the time I requested, and knew exactly how to resolve the issue. It was a complicated job as the pipes deteriorated and needed to be replaced. He took care of it all same day, and took the time to explain the repair needed to my aunt and I. We were very pleased all around.
I recently bought a house in the New Rochelle Westchester NY area and i called this plumbing company. All the pipes in my house are old and bruno did all the work. He changed the pipes to copper pipes and made the connection for our washer. When we bought the house we had no connection for a washer and he did everything at a reasonable price. We also had a leak from one of the old pipes unexpectedly. I called Bruno and he picked up on the first ring he fixed the leak immediately. Bruno changed the valves and gave us advice on things we can do to prevent future leaks. Lastly, when changing my back splash the pipes for the sewer vent cracked. I called Bruno and once again he picked up on the first ring and changed the connection for sewer vent in one day! I was able to complete the backsplash in a timely fashion because he was so reliable and he was available fix the issue. Everything we asked for Bruno completed the task with no complaints!!! Anyone who needs a plumber this is the company to go with!!!!
They replaced/installed a shower body for me in my Coop Apartment. Was very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. The work was done quickly, professional and without issue. Would definitely recommend and use again. Especially for cooperative apartments where you need to show proof of insurance.
We woke up to a flood in our basement and kitchen and couldn't figure out the source. We sent a message on Yelp which Bruno replied to right away with his number. He walked my husband though trying to figure out the source of the leak on the phone, looked at pics and was willing to come by on short notice. Our HVAC repair guy happened to be in the neighborhood and came by to fix it. However, we were so impressed with Bruno's professionalism and patience over the phone that we had to leave him a good review. If we ever have another plumbing issue we would not hesitate to use this company.
This was the second time I used BK piping and heating. They, and Bruno K. in particular, are truly amazing and I cannot say enough kind things about them. They arrive exactly when they say they will, they work quickly, their work is of top quality, they charge the exact flat price that they said they would (ie no hidden fees or anything), they clean everything up at the end, and they also wear masks.
It took less than 3 minutes to get a response from Bruno after I sent them a message on Yelp and I was able to schedule an appointment for the following day. I am extremely pleased with their work.
If you need a plumber, I seriously cannot begin to recommend BK piping and heating enough.
I needed to power jet wash the main line and line under the toilet for a clog. Bruno was very responsive by coming the same day to diagnose the problem. He was at the house the following morning with heavy equipment to make sure the lines were clear. He also waited a moment after the job to make sure there were no problems. Great value and response time. I would recommend for your plumbing needs.

I found myself in a situation where I had many choices and quick decisions to make after Hurricane Ida resulted in unprecedented government agency involvement. I needed a trusted opinion from a plumbing expert who was aware of city codes, construction specialist opinions and awareness of budgeting limitations in the midst of inflation created by the supply chain debacle that has affected our nation and world. Bruno followed through via phone and then asked if he could pass by as some photographs I forwarded did not tell the complete story. My not knowing plumbing jargon contributed to the lack of context. Bruno was very generous with his time and proved to be a very decent and honest professional with formidable knowledge. He couldn't have been nicer in explaining what he could and could not do, always offering a transparent rationale for his thought process which is fascinating to experience. Thanks to his coming on a Saturday morning and taking time from other jobs, I will be able to comfortably meet application deadlines so I may take proactive measures to protect my boiler and water heater from future extraordinary basement flooding. To say I am grateful would be an understatement.
I highly recommend BK piping , I set up an appointment the day before and just that quickly it was arranged. Bruno came and new exactly what to do as where other previous plumbers that I contacted and showed pictures where sceptical and making the job as almost impossible. Bruno fixed the issue and replaced other pipes that needed replacing. Moving forward I would use BK piping in the future.
We had quite a bad experience with BK Piping - for which we've had to resort to litigation.
We had Bruno come over to fix a leak in our boiler. Before he even arrived, over the phone he diagnosed the cause of the leaky boiler pipe as a broken relief valve. When he arrived, he didn't inspect the boiler or the leaky pipe. Instead, he just went about removing the relief valve and installing a new one. I asked him how he knew the relief valve was the source of the problem without inspecting the valve (or anything else). He said that if the pipe is leaking the cause must be a broken valve. After draining the pipe of the accumulated water and installing the new valve he said the leak was fixed. I paid him and he left.
Over the next couple of days the leak resumed. He returned to the house and later left saying that the leak was now fixed. But the leak wasn't fixed - it just continued leaking. I called and texted him again.
Now, all of sudden, Bruno said that the problem wasn't the relief valve at all - it was that there was too much pressure in the boiler and that I needed to contact the boiler company. He never before said that excess pressure was the problem. And if it was, why did he install and charge me for a new relief valve? Why didn't he simply tell me from the beginning that the problem had nothing to do with the valve? It seems he treated a non-existent problem and charged me for the installation of a new part that wasn't necessary.
When I asked him by text why he hadn't told me about the pressure issue before and why he installed a new relief valve when that wasn't the cause of the problem he didn't respond. I never heard from him again, despite repeated attempts to contact him. I'm now suing him.
So, no, I can't recommend this company or Bruno.
Picture a mortifying situation: you're the new person at your new job and you go #1 (pee) at the bathroom at work and don't do anything unusual and the toilet backs up and clogs. I wanted to crawl under a rock.
Much to my relief, the toilet issue was already a known issue.
Mind you, I work at a nice/upscale store that is connected to a residential building. We have one bathroom for employees and customers. We need it fixed ASAP but the building super says he doesn't have the right tool and no he doesn't think the plumber would be able to come on such short notice.
Still feeling like I was the cause of this whole toilet issue, I wanted to help my boss somehow. Enter Yelp. Who knew yelp could help you communicate and book a plumber right on the app? Bl Piping and Heating is now my go to for all things plumbing. I had a leak under my kitchen sink and the previous plumber came out five times and couldn't stop the leak. Bk came out and so far no leaks. Bruno knows what he is doing and gets the job done. I highly recommend Bk Piping and Heating!
Bruno came out and installed our bathroom vanity, sink, a bidet washlet, our kitchen sink, and recaulked our tub. He was very communicative and straightforward with all emails and calls leading up to the appointment date, and prompt even during a snow day on the appointment day. He made sure I saw any problems and had a chance to correct them before just jamming them in, including some major issues with the vanity fresh out of the box (don't order from Home Depot, btw). He worked hard to get all the things I wanted complete, and took hours less time than expected. I highly recommend Bruno and his company.
My heater was making a loud banging noise due to a bad expansion tank and air valve. Bruno quickly identified the issue and replaced the items the next day. Quick and efficient, I would definitely recommend his services.

I had a severe clog in my shower drain. They were quick to respond, reasonably price, and had someone at my place within an hour. The plumber was efficient and professional, solving the issue in 15 minutes. Would use again.
Do not hire these scam artists. After the experience that we had with them, I'm pretty sure the reviews on here are fake. We hired them to replace our boiler. The agreement was that they will replace it with the same model. I sent them picture of it, they came into our house to inspect it as well. We agreed on the price, but Bruno and his friend didn't offer a contract before starting the work. After installing the unit, they hurriedly left without giving the receipt. I came back from work to find out that the unit installed was not the same unit that was there before. When I contacted Bruno, he said that he will replace it for free if it goes bad.. but we have to wait until the winter time for that to happen... yeah.. the winter. I asked him if he can give me a written guarantee.. he said that he will.. never did. He never provided a reciept either. These people should be in jail..
Bruno replied to my inquiry within minutes, with a reasonable estimate. He came the very next day. He was communicative, on time, courteous, professional, and efficient - and he wore a mask the whole time!! Book with Bruno and you will not be disappointed. Thanks, Bruno!!
These guys got things done right and fast! While other plumbers were still working on giving me a quote, BK were already at my place working on my project. When something related to the project came up a little later, they didn't hesitate to come back and make sure everything was in working order right away.
I have used Bruno now on two separate occasions. Each time he responded to my inquiry immediately and showed up at the scheduled time. His prices are fair and he delivers high quality work. He will be my first call going forward for plumbing issues.

I contacted BK Piping and Heating to request a check-up of the fixtures in my apartment. There was an off-and-on leak under the kitchen sink and a new small leak from the toilet. I contacted them via Yelp messaging and received a reply right away. They worked with me to schedule a time to come in and arrived on the agreed upon day on time. The price I was quoted was reasonable and the work was done efficiently and well. I would definitely use this company again!

Bruno was amazing! I called about an issue my tenant was having with her bathtub, and he came the same day. The entire sewage line for the house was backed up. Bruno couldn't access the basement since it was locked, so he came the next day to help fix the issue. He was extremely flexible, reliable, and transparent about pricing (all things I value especially since I don't live that close to my investment property). 10/10 would recommend Bruno and will be calling him for my future plumbing and heating needs.

I had a great experience with Bruno today. He is extremely responsive and was at my house within 2 hours of my first message this morning. The bathroom sink had a bad clog and he was able to fix it. Thanks so much, Bruno! Would definitely recommend.
Showed up within 40 min of calling. Efficient. No hassle and polite. I had to clean up a bit after they left, but I was so satisfied with the speed and results, it really didn't matter.
They were fantastic and I highly recommend! Bruno and another man came, were polite, on time, efficient and reasonably priced. We ran up against a issue not having access to the water shut off when they needed it, and they figured out a work around, no problem, and we're reassuring me the whole time that it was ok, we would figure it out. Despite the extra work, Bruno still invoiced me the exact price he had quoted me. Would absolutely use them again. Thanks! :)

Excellent service and clever technicians. Bruno came by to give a prompt and exact plumbing estimate (considerably lower than 2 other estimates), and finished a rather difficult job the next day. Hard workers, honest quotes. I'm really happy with the work. Highly recommend these plumbers.
I hired BK Piping and Heating in the Bronx to repair a minor leak in the bathroom sink on July 14, 2019. On the phone, Kalaj told me that the fee would be $220 with no hidden or extra cost. He texted me before he arrived at the apartment and asked to send pics of the leak which I did. When he arrived at 430pm he fixed nothing and was paid in cash the $220 ,he said he would return on the next day at 6pm to finish the repair and the cost would be an extra 130$ for a new faucet. He refused to give a receipt for $220 in cash that I paid him. Today on July 15, 2019 he called at around 4pm mentioned that he can only find a replacement faucet for $200, nothing less. It is now 6pm and he has not arrived to finish the job. I am disgusted with this SCAM ARTIST!!! Don't lose out on money, never pay without a proper receipt & take your business elsewhere or do it yourself!!!

I contacted Bruno late last evening, and my tub drain mechanism and bathroom sink have already been repaired. He arrived promptly this morning, at exactly the time we had agreed upon, and executed the job in a timely fashion. One of the things I most appreciated is that, instead of going back and forth through Yelp, Bruno gave me his phone number early on so we could talk in real time. For people who are tired of media communication and apps, that was HUGE. I recommend Bk Piping and Heating to anyone who wants the job done without a whole lot drama.

Very responsive. We called about a surprise (and serious) kitchen leak during evening hours. Left a message and got a call back within minutes. I texted a couple of photos of the pipes and received an estimate, again within minutes, and an appointment was set up for the next morning. Bruno was extremely responsive, always prompt and fairly priced. I found BK through Yelp having never used Bruno before. I had a toilet that was leaking through the floor. I would definitely recommend BK, especially in a world where many service providers regularly run late or are unresponsive. He took care of my problem and was pleasant to work with. While i wouldn't say he was cheap, I would certainly say his price was fair for the work done. Some plumbers charge a large amount just to show up. That wasn't the case with Bruno. He also communicated well via text to coordinate and keep me informed on scheduling.

This company came in and made quick work out of the job. I had to two install two toilets and one sink and they were done within an hour and a half. They were very clean, super professional, wore a mask and kept their distance. I requested a quote from a couple different people and his price was very fair and reasonable. I would hire this company for literally anything and will continue you to do so.

Bruno did great work for us. His price was reasonable. He came on time. He installed 3 radiators and connected our kitchen appliances. He came and looked at the job, then went to buy supplies and then finished the job. All is still working fine .
Bruno was incredibly quick to respond, flexible with text and email communication and ultimately came in in a pinch. I had a burst pipe in a residential PTAC machine that needed replacement. The guy is no nonsense in the best way possible. He scheduled quickly, showed up on time, confirmed a quote for the work that was within $50 of his original sight-unseen quote and did a fantastic job.

I called around 6pm as I had a leaking pipe in the kitchen. They asked me to text them pictures of the pipe in the kitchen then responded with a price to fix the issue. They arrived within 25 minutes and were able to fix the leak. The guy was helpful and respectful. Overall pleasant experience and recommend to others.
We had an issue with a clogged main pipe and secondary pipe. I asked for a quote from several different plumbers but I liked that Bruno was available ASAP and he was the only one who gave me an estimate. He came by the house and wore a mask during the entire visit. He was great at explaining the problem and acknowledged that he didn't have the big snake to unclog the pipes and would have to come back. It was a little disappointing that he charged $100 more per pipe because he would have to come the next day and bring the pipe, but when we did, he brought additional team members to help with the issue so it seems justified. He spent about an hour or so with the job and we're satisfied with the job because of his knowledge and patience. Also he didn't charge us for the first day because he knew he hadn't fix anything, but overall we're grateful for his service.

Our kitchen sink started to leak and progressively got worse over the course of a couple days - Quickly went to Yelp and messaged a number of plumbers and Bruno was the first to respond. He was very responsive, quick to assess the issue, schedule an appointment, was extremely efficient and explained the problem very clearly. Also was nice enough to look through a couple of other plumbing issues while he was here to look at the kitchen sink. I really can't say enough good things about Bruno and his service. Bruno responded quickly to messages through both Yelp and texting. He came one day to take a look at our issues with our leaky, noisy radiators and was able to figure out what we needed and give us a quote. He came back the next day and was able to replace all the valves and knobs quickly. He is very professional and nice. He also let us know that if the same issues persist over the next 2-3 months, he would take care of it. We will definitely call him again for future issues that arise in our old, leaky house.
I needed urgent work done on my pipes due to a dishwasher installation. Bruno was very accommodating of my odd work hours, meeting me late to do an estimate. I decided to also take care of a few other things around my apartment as well because it was built in the 1970's and definitely needed some updates and maintenance. Bruno and his partner came and placed water supply shut off valves under my sink and updated the current pipe to accommodate a modern dishwasher. They cut the piping and soldered new connections without any problems, ready for the dishwasher install. He also fixed a pipe that had a slight drip. In my bathrooms they snaked 2 slow drains and pulled out a gross amount of hair from the shower drain. My bathroom sink is draining freely without a problem now. They replaced the wax ring on one of the toilets and changed out 2 shower heads. I feel that I paid a fair amount for all the work I had done. I would recommend them without hesitation and use them again in the future. Also, my dog liked him. That's the true test of good character.
