A few months ago the team from Vuksani came to check out a rusty pipe in my basement. Had they fixed it the job would have been messy, time consuming and expensive. Good pay day.
And... they talked me out of it. They said the pipe was fun it just looked rusted and that they would be replacing a pipe that worked fine and was not in danger of failing.
They saved me time and money to do the right thing.
Super impressed and appreciative.
Helped install a new outdoor water spigot. Very responsive and patient as we figured out the water shutoff. I would recommend and use again.
Very happy with the job Erik and his partner did in fixing our leaking bathroom faucet and leaking kitchen sink pipe for $400. It did take a bit of nudging via text (+19175872574) but once we agreed on a price, date, and time they followed through and came at 10:20 for a 10am-noon window. The guys were polite, professional, and clean (minimal clean-up afterward). Erik took his time to explain how the leaks came about and some best practices.
Note:
- Our unbranded leaking bathroom faucet had a corroded cartridge and it was too much effort/time to find the exact replacement part. Found it a lot easier to just get 3 new system options (make sure it works with the existing holes you have) from Amazon - 1 worked and returned the others.
- Vuksani covered the cost of replacement kitchen sink pipes and parts
- They accept Venmo. Credit cards would have additional taxes and fees.
- We were very hesitant about $400 but after asking around apparently this is a good price

VUKSANI SERVICE GROUP is a business operated by gentlemen. When our hot water tank broke down, I needed both speed and quality equally. Cold (showers in winter are no fun)
VSG patiently answered every question- no matter how many times I asked them. We gave the green light to my hot water tank haul away and replacement at 11am based on a guarantee they'd be done by 4:30pm that same day!
VUKSANI SERVICE GROUP had us taking hot showers by 3 pm! An hour and a half ahead of schedule.
Needless to say: I am extremely impressed with the high level of skill, expertise, and professionalism that each of the 3 men displayed.
I would highly recommend VSG as the go to for any plumbing or heating need!
I couldn't be happier with these guys. The Super of my building banged on my door at 9AM Friday to tell me that there was a leak into the apartment below us. I immediately scheduled with another plumber who bailed on me, so I found Vuksani late Friday afternoon. Eric was at my door in about an hour.
It turned out that an old faucet handle on the bathroom sink was leaking when on. Eric convinced me not to replace with a cheap faucet set, but to get the one I wanted and he would be back on Monday to do the job right. Eric shut off the leaking faucet.
I ordered what I wanted from Amazon that night and it was delivered on Saturday. Monday morning at 9AM Eric was here ready to work. The job took a little long because there was so much substandard work done in the past by the Landlord's plumber that had to be replaced and corrected. But he was finished by noon and everything is perfect.
Now I am looking for what else they can do....
Super responsive communication. Due to scheduling issue of my own, I couldn't use their service unfortunately. But they are licensed and provided all the needed insurance my difficult building required

I bought a Toto Washlet bidet seat for the toilet in our apartment, but when I tried to install it I realized that the toilet was too close to the wall to allow me to install the bidet's junction valve to the water supply hose.
I called Vuksani and Erik arrived promptly the next day. He ended up needing to move and re-caulk the entire toilet to install the seat due to the aforementioned tight space. He did an excellent job and worked very quickly.
He spent a significant amount of time figuring out a way to install an additional adapter so that I could easily uninstall the bidet when I eventually move, rather than having to pay a plumber to move the entire toilet again. He also explained exactly how to uninstall it and even offered to leave a set of pliers in case I didn't have a pair.
I really appreciated his extra effort in the name of saving me money and headaches in the future.
The price seemed reasonable to me for the amount of time, effort, and knowledge involved. (I've never called a plumber before, and called Vuksani just based on their rating, so take this with a grain of salt if you're hunting for the best rates).
I will definitely use Vuksani for any future plumbing needs I have in the city!
I had a tricky leak in my basement which led to the outside of the home. Vuksani came the same day and remedied the problem within a couple of hours. They offered a fair rate and did excellent work. I will be contacting them in the future for my plumbing needs.

Hired Vuksani to fix our shower which was leaking into the apartment below us (UES Co-op).
I contacted their office on a Sunday and received a call back within a few hours to talk through the problem and schedule a visit with their technicians. They were happy to provide a COI to building management.
A pair of exceedingly polite young men showed up promptly at 9am Monday morning, as promised. They quickly diagnosed the problem (a leaking pipe in the wall), repaired it, and closed everything back up in about an hour. Big shout-out to Jake and his partner for the excellent work.
The back office contacted me later that day for payment which was at a very fair price.
And to our downstairs neighbors: In five years of coexistence we have never exchanged an unkind word. I understand a leak is a stressful situation, but storming into our apartment, unannounced, to shout at us was incredibly childish. And certainly not worth the lifetime of awkwardness you've subjected us all to as we ignore each other in the elevator and lobby for years to come. I hope that every time you hear our footsteps above you, you are reminded of what ridiculous, petty people you are.
TL;DR: Vuksani is great. I highly recommend them!
I was very interested in getting Vuksani to fix our plumbing issue, but after receiving a quote they stopped responding. I have reached out multiple times since but no response.
Our electric water heater stopped working on July 4th so we had no hot water for 24 hours. I called Home Depot at first and put it as an emergency job but no one called back. I called Vuksani Service, I told them what happened and they gave me a reasonable quote and the appointment was set.
They were in my house the next day at 9:30ish and by 11am we had a brand new electric water heater. The guys did a great job, they were experienced and even correct a minor job done by someone else years ago.
I will save Vuksani Service information on my phone b/c they are great and do a great time.
FYI Jake was great eye candy!

Unluckily I had to face the plumbing issue in Manhattan at one point of my life. I def know that I should not use Building Management's suggested plumber so I started Googling.
Vuksani and Waterhouse popped up both with great reviews. However I still question when a establishment has all/only 5-star review coz a lot could be fake.
After 3 calls of each I made to inquire about the potential cause and the potential cost, Vuksani patiently responded to me all my questions while Waterhouse blocked me.
Then since I wasn't gonna use the Buildings suggested plumber, they asked a lot of paperwork. It was quite a stressful back and forth since I never encounter this matter.
There was a lot of back and forth but Vuksani helped through the end with patience.
His two guy came, follow Covid guide. Everything was smooth during the repair.
I was also very worried about over charging with the original quote as that's just a normal scene in Manhattan. But he didn't. Wheeew.
Anyways I'm glad I stick with him and didn't give up during the hiccup of the paperwork with building management.
Great! Honest, fair prices - don't look elsewhere. HIRE THEM! I've worked with probably 8 plumbers in my 10 years in Park Slope. Vuksani is the best.
Edwin did an excellent job fixing a toilet leak. He had all the parts needed and explained the issue well. I was nervous because of past sloppy work, but he put me at ease and now everything is working perfectly!
These guys are stars. An emergency popped up and we were forced to go with other (very unprofessional/expensive) plumbers on short notice. Thankfully, we found Vuksani to come in and complete the job in a MUCH more professional and timely manner. All for a very reasonable price. Erik and Edison were fantastic - responsive, efficient, and friendly. I would definitely work with them again and would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a dependable, professional plumber.
When I called to inquire, the phone was picked up quickly. The gentleman listened attentively and asked me to text him some short video clips and pictures of my plumbing issues in my bathroom so he can give me a quote. From there on, communications through text messages were swift and smooth, and he was able to arrange someone to come to work the next day! That was a pleasant surprise because two day ago my experience with another plumbing service company was the opposite and frustrating.
Pauli, the plumber assigned to my project showed up within the one-hour window the next day and wore a mask. He was courteous, professional, and efficient. Seeing the hard wood floor throughout our apartment, he took off his shoes at the entrance, which I appreciated very much. An hour of intense work later, the toilet tank problem was fixed, and my bath tub drain was no longer clogged up. It was such a releif!

These guys came in lower than other plumbers to install a pedestal sink. They came quickly, were super nice, did a good job with the sink, and I paid them with Venmo.

These guys came the next morning after calling them the previous afternoon. My bathroom's sink was not pushing out hot water. They replaced the valve, the pipe feeding faucet and the mechanism in faucet for a fair price. Great service. Highly recommend these guys.

Call Vuksani plumbing to get the job done right . I had a toilet that was leaking and some old shut off valves that needed to be replaced. Martin and John showed up and quickly went to work doing what the last plumber couldn't do and that was to actually fix the toilet. Martin and John were extremely professional and personable and I highly recommend them for any and all your plumbing needs. Vuksani really came to rescue and now I finally have a plumber that I can call and guess what ? They will actually call you back, give you a fair price and do the job the right way the first time out. Thank you Martin and John you guys are great !!

I could not be happier. These guys are great. I had originally had a different company scheduled and they never showed up. So I messaged Vuksani on yelp and got a quick response. They scheduled me for a few hours after I contacted them. Jake showed up right on time. He was super nice to deal with and my tenant was comfortable with him in her house. He explained what the problem was and took care of it very quickly and professionally. He even cleaned everything up nicely. A few hours later I was messaged with the amount I owed. I feel the price was super fair and the experience was great. I will be using them again and recommending them often. This is the way its supposed to work. Everybody happy. The hot water in my house slowed to a trickle. One plumber came by and told me my water heater was too complicated (!!) Another plumbing company said they would come out and bailed at the last minute. I reached out to Vuksani and Martin came out the same afternoon (within two hours of when I confirmed my need). He didn't leave until I had hot water again! (it was a plumbing and not a water heater issue) Very happy with the reliability and service!

We had a recent renovation and the contractor did a terrible job on the kitchen sink plumbing and left us with a leak. Contacted Vuksani (Eddy) who replied quickly and sent Erik over. He fixed the leak quickly and effectively and advised us the shoddy work will likely result in future leaks in other places. Rather than pressuring us to pay him more and fix it right away (and undo our entire new sink) he advised us to wait until it actually happens -maybe we will be lucky and it will be ok for many years- then just call again when the need actually arises. We will call him for any future needs.
Pricing was a little high for just 15 minutes of work and no material cost but I believe it is worth paying more to have a professional do something properly and trust Erik will stand by his work if anything goes awry.

The drain pipes under my kitchen sink were badly corroded and needed to be replaced because I accidentally poked a hole in one of the pipes with a chopstick (thats how badly corroded it was! Eeek!). I reached out to get a quote and sent pictures and got a response fast. I was shopping around for quotes at the time so I didnt immediately say yes, but then upon reviewing my collection of quotes i decided to go with Vuksani Plumbing & Heating. I reached out to them yesterday and got a call back shortly after and they were able to send someone in the morning. They gave me a window of time and Apostolo, who was the plumber assigned to my job, arrived on time, masked and ready with his tools and materials. Apostolo was very professional and polite. He was clear with his explanations before, during and after the job. When a decision needed to be made (my sink was finicky) he made sure to consult with me which I appreciated very much. I'll share the before and after pictures here. The before was reaaaally bad and crooked and corroded. The after, as you can see, looks awesome and clean and professional. I also have a grey plastic drainage tube (which you can see in the before photo) for my washing machine that I had removed from the old pipes that I want to instead be hung over the lip of the sink and drain into the basin rather than the pipes. He wasn't able to do it today because the plastic tubing is actually really old and cracks when bent. He showed me and bent a small part and I could see it was a disaster waiting to happen since its a very old tube. Very thankful he caught that. So he said he could order a new tube and he can come back another day and install it the way I want. I am confident based on my experience with Vuksani Plumbing & Heating and Apostolo today that I can happily hire them to do this plastic washing machine tube job and they will come back and do great professional work. We have used Vuksani twice now. Both times they gave good advice (we had wanted to repair a leaky faucet, but we got a new unbranded one on Amazon for such a good price and peace of mind to not have to call out for other repair work immediately down the line, it just didn't make sense to replace the cartridge, just as they advised us), a fair quote and good service. They call en route to check in with you, arrive on time and do a great job. Would definitely recommend.
my husband tried to DIY a clogged drain and managed to create a leak instead. of course, he did this on a thursday night before we were leaving for the weekend, which left me just friday to try and get it fixed. i reached out to two plumbers and while both were prompt in responding, vuksani was much more reasonably priced for a same day repair.
The toilet in my office wouldn't stop flushing. During a pandemic I was uncertain when if ever I could get it fixed, not to mention being concerned about flooding. I called a lot of plumbers on Yelp and Vukasni is the only one that picked up immediately, gave a no nonsense quote, and agreed to have someone at my office within the hour. No sooner did I hang up than did Jake show up and fix it in a couple of minutes. He stuck around to make sure it was really fixed. There was no flooding, the toilet flushes, I paid what I was quoted, and I got back to the rest of my day.
Highly recommend! I contacted Vuksani after a terrible experience with another company. My call was returned quickly and two repair men came quickly. They quickly diagnosed and fixed 2 of my 3 issues. They helped me find the correct parts to order for the third issue. Both men were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The cost reflected the work done. I'm a new home owner so dealing with plumbing was stressful. This company made it so much easier and I'm relieved to have a good plumber on hand.

These guys are amazing! I had an emergency hot water heater leak which was going to flood my boiler room and they came within an hour to fix it and then replaced the water heater the very next day. Aldo came through with the paperwork that my building requires so quickly!
They even offered to move some things around to schedule my work for that day (Friday) so I didn't have to wait until Monday, but seeing as it wasn't an emergency and that my building management has been super picky about paperwork in the past, I opted to wait until Monday. (The paperwork went through without a hitch though.)
When Monday came around, Jake and Apostolo showed up first thing (right at the start of the one hour time window they gave me - unheard of, right?!). They were lovely, courteous, and very professional. My job was finished before I knew it, and they wore their masks properly the whole time!

I had two toilets with problems (one leaking at the base, the other constantly running). I called on a Friday afternoon. The owner picked up the phone immediately and said he had a technician in the area who could come by to look at the job and give me a price. Within in an hour a tech was at my door, gave me a very fair price (my father is a retired plumber...I know a good price!) and said they could fix both toilets Monday morning. Like clockwork, the plumber arrived with all the parts and everything was fixed perfectly, quickly and the job site left clean. I live in a co-op with a doorman and on-site super...the owner even made sure I had a COI to give the super as to not delay anything. Less than 5 minutes after the plumber left, the owner texted me to make sure I was happy with everything. I highly recommend this team.

They answered my call in the middle of the night and offered their prices right up. They showed up with mask and even removed their shoes to enter the house. They are done in leas than 15 minutes. No hidden charges or anything. Worth every penny.
Our shower head has been giving us headaches for the past two years. I've had several plumbers (recommended by my building) come in and repair it. Both times, they charged me an exorbitant fee, only to have it break again 6-9 months later. Of course, that was always past the usual 30-day warrantee time frame so I was screwed.
This last time, I called Edison based on the Yelp recommendations here. I couldn't have been happier. Edison replied promptly, asked for photos of the showerhead, and sent two guys (Eric + Jason) over that afternoon to fix it. They weren't able to finish on time so they had to come back a few days later to finish the job.
The whole experience was fantastic. Their rate was reasonable. The service was amazing. And the work was impeccable. What more could you ask for in a NYC plumber?
I wholeheartedly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

Did not fix my issue, did not bring the proper equipment to have a detailed look at my issue. stayed less than an hour. Was fully charged tho. I say if you have a simple issue, I guess they're fine. But anything more complicated. You might as well go with Roto Rooter(even tho they're a bunch of scammers), atleast they guarantee sevice

Looks like they don't need business as they don't get back to you. Called, sent multiple texts and got not even an appointment. Good for them. Not for me. Basic customer service is lacking.
I have been looking for a reliable plumber for a few years. I came across Vuksani Plumbing on Yelp and saw they have great reviews. I thought I would take a chance and try them. They are fantastic! They sent Jake who is the best professional I have ever seen. He was neat, caring, brilliant. Please do not hesitate to use Vuksani. They will be my plumber for the rest of my life!
I needed a Toto washlet installed onto a very old model of toilet. Called Vuksani because of the excellent reviews, and was not disappointed! I got a human being on the line immediately; he sounded knowledgeable and was very helpful. He immediately knew what I needed done and scheduled a same-day installation team. The 2-man team were courteous and wore masks, and got the job done cleanly and in record time with perfectly symmetrical alignment. I will 100% use Vuksani again in the future for any plumbing needs, and will recommend them to my friends and colleagues. They charged a fair price for such quick, careful and professional service. My water heater broke. I called Vuksani and a real person actually answered the phone. I explained my problem and through FaceTiming my heater he was able to tell me how to turn the water off and told me he would call me back after checking to see if the specific water heater I needed was available. He called about 15 minutes later with two options and prices. They showed up an hour later and installed the new heater and disposed of the old heater.
They were pleasant, extremely professional and worked quickly. Their price was very reasonable.
called for a leaky bathtub spout. the person on the phone asked for pictures and said will let me know when someone will be on their way. i sent the pictures and waited for a couple of hours, then texted to check if the spout is even fixable, did not get a response.
so the lesson is.. call 3 different plumbers and see who actually would make it, just like calling for both lyft and uber at the same time and cancelling the lousier one lol.

I had a kitchen sink clogging crisis last night. I quickly searched a few good options on yelp and Edison got back to me around 6am this morning. After a a couple of text messages, his team was already at my door! Honestly, Jake and his teammate were just amazing! Jake was so informative and knowledgeable. After fixing the drains, they waited extra time to check if everything worked good. I had to search for the new plumber as I was not happy with our previous one. I'm so glad I did the search and found an amazing plumber! I'm definitely going back to them in the future!
We had an emergency and Vuksani got back to us quickly; within 30 minutes. As it was an emergency and I didn't want to put all my eggs in one basket, I also called another plumber. The other plumber got back to us quicker which is why we went with them. But, I do appreciate the gentleman at Vuksani getting back to me as quickly as he did. I will definitely keep Vuksani on my short list for future plumbing needs.
I called Vuksani and someone was at my apartment in 10 minutes (!) to replace a stubborn broken shower head. He explained everything thoroughly, provided helpful info for the future, and made sure we were happy with the repair. Highly recommend.
I needed a leaking faucet replaced and Vuksani was great. I was able to request a quote and set up the appointment with Edison via Yelp; his team was on time and worked quickly, and both guys made sure all my questions were answered before they finished up. Plus, I was able to pay via Venmo, which saved me the usual last-min rush to the bank.
I've been meaning to update this review. The guy who Vuksani sent to fix the issue actually exacerbated it by back pitching my radiator... So, so much for that. Again, I appreciate the gesture but I just didn't see the point in trying anymore with the company. Luckily, soon after I found a plumber who was able to diagnose the issue and fix it for me!

I had a cascade in my basement, had to turn off the main. This occurred late Friday night. I called at 11:30 p.m., spoke to the boss (he answered!), and he said that someone would come by the following day. Jake was here this morning at 10 o'clock, quickly identified the problem - a new brass nipple (a cap) had to be affixed to the end of a pipe - and took care of it it in a few minutes. I thought the fee for this work, $380, was excessive and had a brief text discussion about it with Mr. V. who indicated that this was reasonable for an emergency call on a weekend (by a licensed plumber). (This is why I always look for an experienced tradesperson WITHOUT a license.) I guess I now agree with him now, which is why I'm giving this outfit five stars. Jake was great. Finally, I must acknowledge that Mr. V's responsiveness and availability was outstanding.
They responded super quickly. The team member who showed up was very kind and eliminated the clog in my toilet in less than 10 minutes. I would definitely hire them again.

Due to the ida storm my basement flooded and my boiler was damaged (no hot water). Vuksani and their team replaced my boiler they arrived about an hour later after my call. They assessed the situation and replaced my boiler. They were efficient and nice guys! Id recommend their services!

This is our second time using Vulsani Plumbing. They answer when I call. Their people show up on time and they are very knowledgeable and work hard to get the job done. I specifically like the quotes by photo and text and their clear communication.
I want to thank them for an amazing job they did. They fixed a broken sink. Installed three sinks, two toilets and one complicated shower body in one day. Not only were they fast. They were EFFICIENT, which to me is more important. They responded to me in a few minutes after my yelp request at 8pm and texted with me until they showed up the next morning. I called at 8am on a Monday morning and it was so nice to hear someone pick up the phone esp when you have a hot water problem in the middle of winter. Price was reasonable. Job done by Marko and Jason. I got intermittent text updates with ETAs. Will definitely be using them in the future. And they take Venmo .

Terrible experience and I'm starting to think most of the reviews are a fake.. because this place is NOT Licensed, check it with DOB.
They sent someone over to fix a kitchen leak two months ago, and end up charging me an arm and a leg for about 1 hour worth of work. I was under the impression they are licensed and insured and back up their work and craftmanship. Now, just 2 months later i'm faced with the same leak and I tried to call to see if they can go back and take a look, I was told the warranty is only good for 30 days and anything else would be extra $ and that they don't want to go in person to give a free-assessment without a commitment to the job. I'm like really??? I don't want to be con again and end up paying another lump sum for the same job. Hence, i just decided to go elsewhere and was told by another plumber that it's a quick fix that I shouldn't have to pay so much for the job, not only that their poor job end up costing me water damage on my kitchen floors all cuz the strainer under the sink was not sealed correctly, the thing was falling off upon putting contact with it.

One Sunday morning, my husband knocked the metal pipe under our kitchen sink and broke a hole into it. I guess it was wearing down over the years. Being total plumbing novices, and wary of making multiple trips out to Home Depot during these times, we reached out to Vuksani. Edison got back to us right away. We texted about the issue for a few minutes, sent him a picture to diagnose the issue, and he said it was no problem. He said he would send someone out, and in less than an hour Carlos was here fixing the problem. Carlos was fast, professional, and efficient. Would definitely recommend.
I contacted Vuksani Plumbing around noon and they were repairing my kitchen sink at 5pm. My kitchen faucet was leaking so I was desperately looking for a plumber to fix it as I had 5 days with a nonfunctional sink. Edison was very responsive via yelp messaging which was refreshing. As you can imagine, it was and extremely stressful time for me so I was very happy when Vuksani came through. Jake came over and fixed it within 30 minutes. He was very professional and knew exactly what to do. I was very pleased and knowing that they are just a call away is extremely satisfying!

I can't say enough about the team at Vuksani Plumbing and Heating. Edison was professional and reasonable to deal with over the phone and the two plumbers that he sent, Jay and Paulie were prompt, skillful, personable and exhibited an excellent work ethic. I they are running a very straight up operation. No nonsense, no hassle, just good business. I will never use another plumbing service again.
A great company to deal with. My bathtub and sink were completely clogged. I only have one bathroom. I contacted several plumbing companies. Edison got back to me within 10 minutes. He promised to send someone early the next morning. Jack arrived on time and fixed the problem within one hour, leaving the bathroom completely clean when he was done. They are very professional, very responsive, and fixed my problem completely. The price was very fair. I will use this company any time I need a plumbing contractor. They are great. I highly recommend.
I am really pleased with how quickly Edison and his team responded to my issue. I found them on Yelp after having a leak and sewer smell from my toilet, and they quickly jumped to action. A plumber, named Jake, was already in my borough and arrived at the 30 minute window I was given. He showed up with a mask on, was very polite, and got straight to work. He explained what the issue was, cleaned it up (thank God), and was done faster than I could type my term paper. *sigh* After a nightmare with another company, I'm happy that my stinky, leaky toilet is a thing of the past. I purchased a Pedestal Sink Basin from Home Depot and started to look for plumbers on line, I checked out several plumbers and got some quotes. I found Vuksani Plumbing and Heating with very positive reviews so I decided to give them a call. I spoke with Edison co owner of the company and based on the information that I gave him, he gave a quote. Edison came that very day to take a look. After checking out the plumbing he told me that all of the parts were very old since they were the original parts when the building was first constructed back 50 years ago. After Edison checked everything out he told me that based on what he saw that it would cost me more since it would involve more work to complete. We made an appointment to start the work and when he came he came with his assistant Paulie who I must say was a delight. I believe that Paulie is a cousin to Edison. Anyway they both did a very good job and replaced all of the old parts and they both made it a lot of fun and at the same time being very professional and paid attention to detail. I would highly recommend the company.

Very disappointed with this company. I called and spoke to the owner. He asked for pictures and videos. I sent it to him. He said he will call me back - no call back. I called him again and we did FaceTime. He told me he will call me back with a quote - never received a call back. Not good business.

I reached out to this company last week to get someone to check the plumbing in the house , usually my father in law would handle any plumbing issues but after we lost him in December we have been lost. I tried to have someone from this company come down and give us their suggestion. The receptionist was very nice which is why they get 3 stars but they never called me back. Customer Service is my number one priority, and trust me people are willing to pay for good service. If you can't call someone back to schedule an appointment then I can't imagine how your communication is after doing a job. Thank you for making a decision for me I will go ahead and pass on your services.

They showed up on the same day, on time and with a mask, took care of the problem quickly, effectively and on budget while being very courteous. I will use them again.
Called Vuksani Plumbing for an emergency as our toilet was leaking to the downstairs neighbor's apartment. Marko showed up within 20 minutes and did a fantastic job patching up the leak in less than an hour. Left the bathroom clean too. Ran testing between our bathroom and the downstairs neighbors bathroom to ensure the leak is no longer present. Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable. Explained the root cause and provided insights on how to remediate the issue long-term so this does not occur again. Pretty friendly and helpful. The prices were reasonable due to the short notice and emergency call. They are there when you need them and 24/7. Vuksani is very reliable and trusting service you can count on. Thank you!
Vuksani Plumbing and Heating get the job done! I had a catastrophe in my basement with leaking pipes during the last big snow storm. Edison asked me to immediately send a video of the problem, so he could start to figure it out right away. I knew the plumbing in my basement was substandard, and Edison figured out how fix the immediate problem (caused by bad pipe joins and corrosion) and get the piping up to code for a reasonable price. Amazingly he summoned a six man crew and did it all within the same day! I can't even tell you how great the pipes both look and function now. Edison sent guys back the next day to take away the old pipes etc. I was really impressed by both the professionalism and the kindness of Vuksani Plumbing. They were masked the entire time, and they clearly know how to deal with people going through a crisis!
My house is a hundred year old brownstone, so something inevitably leaks, and I'm really glad to know I can call Vuksani Plumbing from now on.
I hired them on the spot after I received their estimate which beat all other local offers. They got permits with the city and did everything legally. They were very neat and precise with their work and installations. They left no scratches on the vanity's and tiles. Appreciate the work!
Edison responded to my request immediately then asked for picture to assess plumbing issue. He gave us the quote and set the appointment for the following morning. He sent Albert. Albert was early. He texted us when he was on his way and downstairs. We were happy that we didn't have to hang out and wait. He declogged the bathtub and snaked 12 feet. Happy with the service. My water heater broke down and I reached out to several contractors. Vuksani quoted a fair price and was the only one that could service me the same day.
The plumbers, Alfred and Erick, came on time and were very courteous. They did a solid job in less than two hours and took time to explain the new water heater to me. Five stars. I'll definitely go to Vuksani for future plumbing issues.

Had a kitchen sink leaking cause by rusted pipes. Left voicemail on a weekend and got a response within 24 hours. Plumber came in the next morning and on time and fixed everything perfectly. Charged a fair price. Will absolutely recommend!
My toilet was completely clogged, overflowing, and nasty. It was a Saturday evening and Marko was at my apartment in less than an hour. He was able to unclog the toilet in a very short period of time and, throughout the visit, was courteous and focused. If I have any more problems in the future, Vuksani is who I'll call!

My husband and I recently bought a studio apartment in Manhattan. Having lived in Long Island all my life I had no idea how contracting jobs worked in Manhattan. I chanced upon Vuksani's website while browsing for a plumbing service. I feel so lucky that I found them. Edison was polite, responsive and very accommodating from the get go. He worked with me on submitting rather extensive documentation to my building and quite promptly too. His team showed up on time , they were very polite and respectful. They went out of their way to ensure that the vanity and toilets were installed to my satisfaction. He was so kind to offer to snake my bathtub even without me mentioning it and did not charge me for it. I would definitely recommend them for any plumbing job and i know that they have got a customer for life in me!
From the first call to payment and thank you's this was a wonderful experience. Having toilet issues is already stressful, but when I found VukSani plumbing life become so much better. In the matter of an hour, the COI and all insurance documents were emailed to my building for approval and in an hour after that a plumber was at my front door! The plumber diagnosed and fixed my problem in a mere matter of minutes. The price charged was a flat rate, not an hourly one, so you know exactly and upfront if you can afford it and it was very reasonable. The owner on the phone was amazing and kept communicating with me from start to finish every step of the way. They allow credit card payments over the phone so it's simple and easy. I will be sharing my experience with all my neighbors in the building and it was truly a pleasure to receive help in a matter of hours (Less than a day!) simply the best!

Edison was prompt, professional and precise with his service. He arrived to my home on-time with an assistant, and took care of a new water heater install AND old water heater removal in just a few hours. I provided him with photos/video of my problem, he replied back with clear quotes on my options, and I didn't pay a cent over what he quoted me for anything unexpected after the job was done. It's been 2 weeks since my repair, and I'm happy to report that the weeks wrestling with water heater issues and prior repairs done by someone else are long gone. Thank you, Edison!

Super knowledgeable plumber. I've been through so many in New York that haven't been able to help me with various issues over the years and Edison was incredibly helpful. He knew what he was talking about and fixed so many things around our house. I highly recommend!
Had a little plumbing crisis on a Saturday. Searched here on yelp and Edison replied quickly. Jack was here in a reasonable amount of time. Very polite and professional. Fixed the problem and left the bathroom clean. I would highly recommend Vuksani.
I had a nail puncture a copper pipe and requested a quote. They got back to me quickly and were available the next day. Arrived right on time, did the job quickly and honored the original estimate. Very impressed and I'll use then again.

Very positive experience with a Vuksani brother and plumber today. 3 year old toilet leaking enough that it effected my downstairs neighbor's apartment. Mr. Vuksani came, explained to me what the problem was, showed me the issue, replaced a part and cleaned up after himself. He explained that there was another way to take care of the leak but it would be a lot of work, require breaking tiles and would cost considerably more. It was his considered opinion that this would hold and it appears it will. I appreciate his honesty.
The job was surprisingly affordable. I quite appreciate the job he did here.
I can't say enough good things to express my utter appreciation for the extraordinary job that Edison and Jack did to repair a major leak and replacement of pipes in our brownstone building. Not only was their workmanship superb, but they responded to my call immediately, despite the global Coronavirus crisis. I called them on Saturday and they were here first thing Monday morning (today). I was rather nervous about having workmen around during this pandemic, but they wore protective gear and were completely cautious about everything they came in contact with. They worked diligently all day to solve our emergency situation. They were considerate and courteous. And they left our place in immaculate condition. Their price was fair considering the amount of work they had to do. This was by far one of the best experiences I ever had with a home service business in all of the many years I have lived in the city. Vuksani is a real find!

I will highly recommend Vuksani Plumbing & Heating, they are amazing!! I had an emergency where my shower head snapped off from the pipe behind the wall and I called all over for a plumber. Because it was the weekend no one was willing to come out, but Marko answered my call immediately and was at my house in no time to fix my dilemma. He was quick and professional and he was able to put the pipe back together without breaking the wall. I am extremely impressed with the level of service and will definitely use Vuksani Plumbing & Heating in the near future.
I began my search for a new water heater by going to Home Depot. After getting an outrageous estimate from their contractors, I began my search for a plumber. Edison was one of the few plumbers who replied promptly with all the details I needed to make a decision. There were others who never even called back. He also explained to me why plumbers preferred A.O. Smith vs. Rheem as a brand. (It's contractor grade quality which is superior to the retail version. The customer service dept. is also better when there's a problem). Also his quotation was reasonable. He's a true professional. Edison came over with his assistant and completed the job in half the time I was quoted by another plumber. We now have hot water and a new plumber who I wouldn't hesitate to call in the future. I used him to replace a leaking hot water heater. He called back on a Sunday and was there by the next day. Professional in his approach and demeanor. He thought a valve might also need to be replaced after looking at the pictures I sent him to allow him to quote a price, and he said he would not charge extra for that. When he came, that valve was fine, but there was a connection he was not happy with that a prior plumber made, and he replaced that without charge. I had checked him out online and mentioned that his business was not open that long, and he replied that he had been teaching plumbing and not doing private work while teaching. Very happy with him.

In short, Edison is fantastic and very responsive! He was able to add a drain line as well as a cold and hot water line to our kitchen area so that we could have a washer/dryer in our unit as well as hook up a water line to our refrigerator's ice maker. After he finished the installation, he double checked his work as he made sure that he took care of some of the finer details that I had asked about at the consultation. I strongly recommend him!
Very responsive and very accommodating! Easy to reach by phone/text. We had some issues on our end straightening out insurance with our building and Mr. Vuksani did what he could to see to our emergency and got to us some day! Would recommend to a friend!
