These guys are awesome. I had called to get a quote on sink that has had low water pressure since Oct. Figuring we need a new focet. He said text me pic and I'll give you an estimate. Diagnosed it over the phone and told me what to do. One $4 filter later and it's like I have a brand new sink again. Didn't even want a tip. The guy is out doing solids for people. If he did that for really a non customer, I can only imagine what he does for actual customers. Thanks again for the help. I would recommend and if I have business in the future I'm going to go to them.

My name is Richard. I work in the commercial industry as a construction manager. I found Jperal on yelp and decided to have a boiler installation project with them.

Overall, John could handle the project well, and I would recommend John to other friends for residential jobs. After a  short conversation with John during the estimation process, I knew that he had an excellent understanding of the trade and that I wouldn't need to oversee the project in the house. Therefore, I would like to pay an above-average price for the project, and I think it is still worth it due to the complex conditions of the project. And John proves himself as a responsible and honest contractor by insisting on finishing his job the day after his wife gets into a car accident.

But why am I giving a 5-star for the excellent job they finished? Here is the reason why. Though I have a lot of experience communicating with sub-contractors, it is not easy to have clear and distinct communication with John since a receipt is all we have for a 9k project. It is difficult to determine what is included and what is not. As the whole industry is facing a shortage of laborers and John is facing the same problem, their customer service will need more improvement to avoid potential/existing misunderstandings. For the same reason, it is also hard to have everything well-scheduled because we ran out of well-trained laborers, and the late notice of absence is not a pleasure to anyone here.

I had a wonderful experience - I have a plumbing issue that was resolved quickly and the cost was unbeatable. This person seems very honest, helpful and trustworthy. Thank you!

I called in with a non-urgent utility problem, they asked for a photo of the appliance, and when I sent it they immediately announced it needed a replacement costing between 400 and 500 dollars. They sounded very confident, and I foolishly agreed on the spot. When they arrived they got the machine working in a few minutes with no repair -- and then demanded the money anyway -- asking for cash on the spot!  And to top it off, when I asked them what they did to make it work, the reply was the magician never reveals his secrets. I paid partially just out of embarrassment: I should have known better than to deal with someone who demands a big fee before even stepping foot in the building.

Honestly, this was the best repair service I have encountered being in my home for more than 15 years. John was very professional and straight to the point. I am happy that I called him and he was flexible with getting the job done. I definitely would recommend John and his company for further home services. THANK YOU AGAIN !!!

I was in the middle of Spring cleaning when my toilet broke. I needed it fixed fast because of expected company. I messaged JPeral through Yelp & got an instant reply. I explained the problem & forwarded pics of the flapper. A plumber was in my bathroom about an hour later. He was professional & fast. I'm very happy with the service I got.

Poor workmanship. John Brought a giant cement truck through my shared driveway and smashed the corner of my garage. To avoid me calling the police he promised he'd fix it and promised up and down it would look great. Of course he Patched my woodwork with spray foam and it looks really bad. Took off and and won't return to fix.
Plays head games. His favorite phrase is I'll be there on Monday. Then two weeks later he says it again. Do you really need that in your life?

I need to hire another contractor to come fix my woodwork now.

John & Alan we're extremely efficient and knowledgeable. They responded to my request for a clogged toilet within an hour and came to my house within two hours which is extremely impressive considering I called them at 8pm. I 100% would recommend them to anyone with plumbing needs.

JPeral gave me a phone consult (Free) informing me of the steps I needed to take to clean my radiators. This is above and way beyond what most companies do, so high five to JPeral.

An unreliable company that doesn't honor their warranties! Stay away!

I hired Peral to install a new vanity in my bathroom and fix my leaky kitchen faucet. They stood me up twice, for both appointments I had to call and ask where they were and they'd forgotten the appointment. The vanity was poorly installed with a very sloppy silicone job (photo attached) and it literally came off the wall after they left, also they reversed the hot/cold taps; they installed a new kitchen faucet and the one they put in had poor water pressure.

On their second visit to fix these things they said I had to buy another new faucet and they refused to honor their warranty because they said it wasn't their fault the first faucet was defective (even though they were the ones who sold it to me).

In addition to buying a second new faucet they wouldn't honor their 30 day warranty and tried to charge me $375 for their time over what I'd already paid for the initial installation (I complained and they dropped it to $300). John told me it was my fault they had to come back because you seemed happy with the vanity when we installed it, you didn't say anything was wrong until later that day I'm like yeah, because later that day is when it CAME OFF THE WALL.

Save your time and money and hire someone else.

Sewage backed up and called another company initially who said the problem would require expensive equipment and that it wouldn't be able to be resolved until a later time. Jperal won my business because they initially said to just go with the other company because they didn't want to get roped in to a job that seemed to already have someone working on it but that he found it odd that the company would recommend this higher option without having done a few more steps first. I appreciated the honest and matter of factness. The company was very prompt and the technician did a good job.

I rely on reviews and I always carefully read reviews before I hire anyone online.

I own a few properties in NJ and for many times I have been tricked or stood up by handy men...

For example once Home Advisor Mr. Galen sent me some pro with 0 experience in fixing roofs and they even promised me that these pros have insurance and have tall ladders to climb up to my 3 floor buildings.  Until they showed up in front of my property with a backpack and bare hands, I asked them how they gonna clean gutter with no tools no ladders? They said that they never did gutter cleaning before and they do not even have license or insurance... all they do in the past was assembling IKEA Furnitures!  OMG...!

I am so glad that I found this company Peral through Yelp!!! My tenant's kitchen faucet was leaking and we tried to switch cartridge ourselves but the leaking got worse, so I yelped and started contacting them.

Ms Britney was such a knowledgeable Frontdesk who picked up my call and from there she let me text to her personal phone to send pictures and video about the leaking situation. Then she tried to explain some different options about how to get this done within the same day!!!(which is beyond my expectation!) Finally we solve the problem. I purchased a new faucet on HomeDepot.com and she sent Handy Man Mr. Brian to pick it up then went to my property and installed it for my tenants. Around 6/7pm (after work hours) Ms. Britney sent me 2 photos of the new installed faucet and under the sink photo, everything looks beautiful and neat!

I had a cracked supply pipe in upper floor ceiling. They delayed several hours before showing up, I had to make them cover floors & sweep chunks of plaster before turning on main to see where pipe was cracked.  They did do a reasonable job with the repair but left a soggy mess in most of the room.  Owner John came few days later after I sent very insistent email but he was so argumentative, telling me I should also replace more pipes (which my regular guy who was unavailable that day said was NOT necessary). I paid the full invoice which said they replaced 3 feet (it was barely 1.5), my mistake!!  Find another plumber, this guy is a little s***. I'd attach more pix but it only makes me more aggravated

I called on a very busy day.  Had a leaky intake valve to my toilet, and my downstairs neighbor was getting dripped on.  

They didn't have time to get to me urgently, but the fellow on the phone took the time to walk me through a temporary fix on the phone - while simultaneously dealing with a situation where he was at.

I scheduled an appointment and was seen promptly.  The fellow who came over was quick, polite and thorough.  The bill was less than the competition.

All in all a great experience.

CHRISTMAS DAY!!!

Yes!!! they came out on CHRISTMAS DAY... within 2 hours of me calling that my basement was backing up/flooding they stopped it... on CHRISTMAS DAY!!  I didn't know jack about traps or dual traps, but they were so patient and explained what the issue was and how it would repeat.  John, Charley, Sal and the Perpal team came out the next day to address the real issue. There work was so excellent that I had them install Utility sink, refrigerator water line, my washer and my dryer the following week.

Honest and straight forward no nonsense work and people!!!!

What I didn't mention is their CHRISTMAS DAY visit they didn't even charge me. WOW!!!

Was in a pinch and had a plumbing emergency late in the evening. My sewer backed up into the basement (EVERY drain in the house was instead flowing out of my basement toilet - not fun). John and his team got in touch right away, and had great communication from the start. Listened carefully to the issue, and was able to give me a quick diagnosis and ETA during our initial call. Upon arrival got the sewer unclogged and up and running in short order.
Gave a fair and balanced recommendation in terms of temporary and more permanent solutions, and charged a fair price for the work involved. John was extremely patient and openly shared his knowledge and expertise - despite my uncertainty on options to move forward, the team was courteous, understanding, and professional throughout. Overall great experience, I learned a lot, and would highly recommend!

On Friday, April 17, 2020, I observed my hot water tank was leaking and began researching various plumbing companies in the tri-state area.  Friday evening, I reached out to John from JPeral Piping & Heating and began to communicate about the specs on a replacement tank.  On Saturday evening around 10 pm, John with his employees responded to my residence and immediately removed the old 40 gal hot water tank and replaced it with a A O Smith 75 gal hot water within two hours.  John and his employees are very efficient, exhibit great customer service, very respectful and work expeditiously. Anyone that is looking for very good plumbers and workers JPeral Piping $ Heating is your company.

I want to give Peral plumbing a higher rating, but they are a mixed bag. I used them twice in March. The first was to replace a hot water heater and the second was to replace a whole house water filter.

The good - John is a really nice guy, though seems to be overstretched. His prices are incredibly reasonable. The people show up when they say they will, and if they are running late they call - a really big plus. No extra hidden costs. Get the job done. During the pandemic John went the extra mile to make sure I had the appliances I needed before NY shut down, and for that I am eternally grateful. He really put his all into it.

The not so good - Gave me a new hot water heater that was 50 gallons to replace a 40 gallon, which I did not need, but whatever. Not a big deal. His guys installed it, and they were so busy they wanted to leave the old hot water heater full of water in my basement and pick it up another day which means don't hold your breath. I had a hissy fit and called John on the spot, and made them stay, drain the old heater of water, and take it out. I had to mop up after them, it was a mess, but this was like two days before lockdown, so we were all in a hurry, give it a pass, those were incredibly crazy days.

However, replacing my water filter was another matter. I had an Aqua Pure 801 screw on head that you need to use an 0 ring wrench that was impossible to pry off. The casing was stuck on like a lock. I had it for 16 years and I could  not take the thing off. John asked me to find the replacement. I am pretty smart, but that struck me as weird, since it is not my line of business to be a water filter expert, but  whatever. I found an Aquapure AP 904 with a click and turn replacement cartridge that was $200 a pop, but at least no more O ring wrenches.

They came, did the work, cut the pipes, mounted it to the wall with a bracket and left. And then the water filter failed after 2.5 months, though it was guaranteed for 100,000 gallons and to last a year. After reading numerous forums found out New York City water and this particular Aqua Pure filter did not work well together, and it most likely needed a pre-filter WITH ANOTHER O RING AND WRENCH, which put it right back where I started, except two filters instead of one. You could say that is my fault, and I own it, but on the other hand, Peral is the plumber and I am not. Plumbing is not my line of work, water filters is not my line of work, and knowing the specifics of New York City water ins and outs is not my area of expertise.

So in sum, use Peral plumbing, they are good guys, the prices are reasonable, but nothing fancy or complex. Also be on top of the subcontracting guys, who basically do not have the same care and attention to doing a good job that John has.

I don't like to run people into the ground and I hate negativity, but I'll say this much: I'm SO sorry I didn't read the reviews before dealing with these guys. I now understand. Caveat emptor.

I am writing this review to protect other naive first time homeowners like myself! RUN AWAY from this plumber. We had a very stressful experience working with him. He took a huge deposit from us (close to $5,000), said I'll see you tomorrow to start the job, and then didn't show up. Didn't pick up the phone. When we heard from him he didn't apologize for blowing us off. Things got worse from there. He promised to come DOZENS of times and never showed. He never finished the job completely, left a mess in our house including our old boiler that he said he would remove, and two months later still did not. Now I have to risk injuring myself trying to haul it up from the basement somehow. This plumber repeatedly did not come when he said he would, and always had an excuse. He did not finish the job. Please learn from my mistake and work with someone else.

My sink stop valve was leaking in the midst of the coronavirus outbreak. I called wanting to schedule an urgent appointment. To my surprise, John guided me over Facetime on how to replace the valve free of charge. John is a lifesaver!!

All around great job. They picked up the phone at 11pm and scheduled service for the next day between 12-2pm. They arrived right around 12:10pm and finished the job in about an hour even though it was a pretty serious leak. Seemed very thorough and helpful. Answered all my questions.

When they were finished, I was pleasantly surprised how thoroughly they cleaned up after themselves. Was not expecting that at all.

Electronic payment would have been easier, but writing a check was not a big deal. Overall great work and thank you!

Best plumbers in NY area. Very skilled and professional. They assessed what needed to be done quick and efficiently and quoted a fair price for the quality of work they performed. They kept me up to date on progress and got the job done right the first time. I have had not so great luck with plumbers in the past and they have set the bar high. I will certainly use this talented group of plumbers for all of our needs and now have them saved on my favorites list. I highly recommend them. So happy with the work done. I called John in a rather frantic moment after a pipe had frozen in our house. He graciously talked me through what to do to try to de-thaw it without it breaking. His advice was dead on and we were able to get the water flowing again (amazingly) without a burst. John didn't make any money off my call, but he was still gracious and helpful talking me through the issue. Will definitely go to him with any future plumbing issues.

I was in quick search to fix my switch for shower/tub water. I was very glad to have team from JPeral (Brian and John) do thorough inspection by phone and in person. Quick, responsive and respectful to customer. Unfortunately I had to get whole shower parts replaced and not just the switch but better safe than sorry.

My entire bathroom basically went down the crapper (pun intended) all at once and we didn't know what to do. Water was shooting out from under the sink and our shower head was busted-- total nightmare. I called and within the hour, John Luca came prepared with everything to finish the job. He was friendly, helpful and super efficient. Completely fixed everything within an hour's time. I couldn't even believe it!

Our 200,000btu gas steam boiler finally gave out after 30+ years. Of course it happened during one of the coldest week! Thank goodness we found John from Peral Plumbing. They came quickly and had it done within the same day. The crew was efficient, reliable and not messy. There was an issue a couple weeks later and he came and fixed it. The heat is working perfect, thanks john!

Cannot speak to the work. Had to cancel the job. The arrival time was supposed to be between 3-6pm. Therefore, we made sure to be home from work before 3pm and expect the 3 hour window. Kids locked up in house during the window as well. At 6:36 some calls and says that they are stuck at another job. Fine. Said they would be there in an hour. I called at 7:40 pm.  Still at other job. I canceled. Cannot handle this type of irresponsible business practice. Good luck.

Came to the apartment quickly and provided great service in the middle of a Sunday night. They were very knowledgable about both plumbing issues and sewer issues. I recommend this service.

This is my first review, I normally just browse Yelp but I have to hand it to these guys for coming out and fixing what the first plumber didnt on a Sunday night when I had raw sewage spilling from both toilets and filling both bathtubs. They took care of the problem and diagnosed an even bigger problem for my landlord to fix for the apartment complex.

Our heat stopped working and we are expecting a snow storm this upcoming weekend. Being last minute, Charlie and his partner were able to make it over within an hour that same day. They informed us what the problem was and gave us an honest quote (which was VERY reasonable for a last minute call)

Within 45 minutes or so, the job was done and they cleaned up after themselves. This is our first time using this company and we were highly satisfied! Hopefully we dont  have to call them back, but if we do- we know we're in good hands! Thank you guys! We greatly appreciate the job!

Had a good experience with peral plumbing.  Middle of the road price range, responsive (used yelp messages), easy to schedule, punctual, service was fast. We used them to upgrade some faucets.

Have been in contact with half a dozen plumbing services in the area.   This being the only ones who were unprofessional over the phone, never wanted to actually give a quote and were a waste of everyone's time.

Our water heater tank leaked overnight and flooded our boiler room. Not a fun thing to wake up to. Messaged John and he immediately responded and answered all of our questions! They were here on the same day, installed our new water heater and even fixed the drain pipe that a previous plumber supposedly fixed. John and Jperal were a Godsend. I can't recommend them enough! My family owns a 3 family Brownstone and bought a gas boiler from a big named retailer who was supposed to be an expert at these things. We had it for years but ended up having issues with it every year. Finally this winter the whole system conked out on us and we needed someone to look at it right away. John came over on a Saturday in about an hour. He was very reasonable, thorough in explaining issues with the boiler, gave us options and let us decide what made more sense price wise and investment wise, and he actually cared more about helping us than making a sale. It turns out the big name retailer wasn't the expert they claimed to be since they installed the old boiler all wrong.
I was so relieved to finally get answers and solutions from John. In the end, it made the most sense to get a new boiler which he and his team took an entire day installing a troubleshooting to make sure it was running smooth. And we haven't had one problem since. Which is a relief since it's 23 degrees out and nice and toasty inside!

I had a problem with a running toilet.  I had tried to look up the problem online but none of the solutions I found seemed to work.  I went on Yelp for quotes and times.  Peral replied the fastest and said I should call them.  Their rate to come out to me was a bit high (because they're from where I am), but they said they would guide me to fix it over the phone.  I sent pictures and video as requested via text message and they helped me fix it!  I highly recommend their business.  If I ever have a bigger issue that needs fixing, they will be the first I will go to or recommend.  This kind of customer support is top notch and fast.  I don't usually write many reviews on Yelp, but their genuine desire to help really compelled me to.  Thanks!

I wanted to swap out the existing kitchen faucet in my apartment for one with a pull down hose. It's a small job and not urgent but I was eager to get it done. I'm glad I called Peral Piping. They scheduled me at the end of the day right after another job in the area so I didn't need to take time off from work. Once they got there, the guys went to work and bing bang boom... my faucet was installed. They cleaned up and went on their way as I admired my kitchen sink. I like that the dispatcher maintained contact with me before, during and immediately after. PP&H is accommodating, know what they're doing, tidy, and back their work with a guaranty. I'm pleased with the job. Their fee was fair and I would contact them in the future without hesitation.

Called because of a non working boiler on a freezing Friday night. Once arrived quoted me close to $1000 to repair. Said I needed all sorts of repairs. Could not do till next day, so I called another company. Other company came and did work for $350. Don't wast your time here. Still had to pay them $175 to show up.....

Super happy to have found John and his company. He and Anthony cut 19 radiator valves from our 1901-built house in Brooklyn and saved me from having to cut into our original floors. They did it all in a day and with minimal disturbance to the tenants that were home while the work was happening. He also noticed in the basement some oxidation around pipe joints, a corroded water main, and improperly pitched drain which the GC that did all of our upstairs plumbing work two years ago never mentioned. John fixed it the next day and for the cost that he quoted upfront, and I'm going to sleep a little better at night knowing that I wont have a near-term emergency leak on my hands. Thank you!

THE Best plumbing company I have ever had the pleasure of using.  All the guys were considerate, knowledgeable, experienced and expert at all they do!  Price was great!  They also let me know about certain conditions related to health with regard to asbestos for which I am grateful.  I wouldn't hesitate to call upon them again if needed.  I would recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing services because you won't find anyone as good as Peral!

My hot water wasn't working like it should. My boiler needed to fire on full blast just to circulate enough hot water to my indirect water heater. When I spoke to the owner on the phone, he was honest with me and told me he's never heard of a set-up like I was describing but that he would send someone who he was confident could fix it. Long story short, Ralph Carone is the man. He fixed my previous plumber's shoddy wiring and now my house can have hot water without boiling everyone in the house. Thanks!

We had an emergency situation on a Saturday night and they showed up and solved the immediate problem, then returned as scheduled and finished the job . I would use him again anytime. Great company . I contacted this company and told them exactly what I needed to be done in my house. They sent three guys over and they said the problem with the heating was that the gas valve was off which was a lie because my heat was on before. Nobody waited to determine the real issue just took off with $150. I called the company back talked to the owner and then he said he'd come look at himself, then it was someone else he was gonna send. After continuous calls he said he's refund me my money and I still have yet to receive a refund. If someone is contacting you for a service you should provide quality service not just rip someone off, and then say you're going to fix or refund and don't come through.

They arrived within 2 hours of the service request, despite it being at the end of the day and rush hour! They stayed until my boiler room was cleaned out from the flood, and they fixed my boiler with a new part and answered all my questions and got my heat back up and running. I'm really glad I called them. Speedy reliable FRIENDLY service that I appreciated and will hire again!

Charlie showed to my company the next day and helped us fix our toilet issue. He was very professional and transparent about the issue. We will definitely be using these guys going forward!

The water temp out of our faucets was 150 degrees. Even the cold water taps shot out hot water. I called Jperal and the person asked me what was going on and asked for pictures of my set up. I had a boiler that had to be turned off by the fire department because it was leaking carbon monoxide. John came within an hour of me calling him in the middle of a pandemic no less. The whole team was super efficient and friendly. When it turned out that it had to be replaced instead of fixed, they came on a Saturday to install it so I wouldn't be without heat for the weekend. They hustled to get parts quickly and showed up when they said they would. Great work ethic!

I'm a property manager so I deal with many plumbers and contractors.  I can tell you that Peral Piping is one of the first plumbers that I call when I have a problem.

Very Responsive.  When you call, he will either pick up or call you back right away.  This is important in my line of work because I need to get things done quickly.  It also indicates that he's organized and runs his business efficiently.

Fair Prices.  As a property manager, I know the general prices for repairs and installments.  Yet, I have contractors CONSTANTLY try to overcharge me.  It's amazing the prices that they try to get past you.  This is the majority of contractors so please beware.  John of Peral Plumbing doesn't play this game.  He will charge you how much something should cost.  He won't try to overcharge you like the MAJORITY of contractors.

My only complaint is that he's very busy and sometimes, it's hard for him to fit you in.  But, I guess that's because he's in demand.  It's hard to fault him for that.  He still tries his best to get the work done for you.

There is always a certain amount of trepidation when you choose a company with little to no reviews on Yelp. However, I would encourage you to take a chance on Peral. They have been professional, prompt and have gone the extra mile at every turn. Eight plumbers refused to take on the job and Peral accepted without a second thought.

Very fast and response from John. I had an emergency water leak in my water heater which meant I needed a new water heater. It was right about the time the whole covid shutdown started. He put me at ease and the installers came earlier then scheduled time the next day. I have pex piping and they knew exactly what do to with it. Very content with work.

These guys were great and responsive. Just as we were leaving on vacation, our boiler stopped working and the house was freezing. They responded immediately and after trying to help me fix via FaceTime, John showed up an hour later, figured out the problem and solved it. They were lifesavers.

I just purchased an apartment and my first night in the new place the tub wasn't draining. I called John the next morning, on a Saturday, and he was here in only 2 hours. He fixed the problem, talked more about other possible work, and was extremely personable and professional. I highly recommend him and his team. Reliable, efficient, and fast!

We had a leak from the bathtub leaking to the lower floor. I called Peral piping on a Saturday morning, they were responsive and they came that same day evening. They cut in the ceiling downstairs and figured the water was coming out from the mixer of the tub when the shower was on. They put silicon around the mixer and charged me $250 for about an hour of work.
Next day there was still water leaking when shower was on (same problem). I called and they said they will charge another $175 to come and take a look as it could be a different leak. Anyway, I hired another plumber and we figured the water was leaking from the tub itself below the mixer. They put silicon all around the tub and fixed the issue.
To be fair, the water might have been leaking from both locations but I expect if I'm paying $250/hour that at least they come to look at the same issue I called for in the first place free of charge. And it would have made sense to put silicon around the whole tub as well the first time to ensure no leaks somewhere else.

One of the main pipes in my 100-year old Brooklyn building gave out at 12:30 Sunday morning - water pouring from a ceiling.  Thanks to Yelp reviews, I was able to find Peral Piping who were at the building on Monday morning when I called.  John quickly assessed the problem, came up with the plan to replace 40 feet of decayed piping, got talented crew in to do the work.  It was an ideal case of professionalism, efficiency, and problem-solving.  Plus - they cleaned up afterwards!  I truly cannot believe that a really big problem was solved so completely and so quickly, less than 2 days.  I endorse Peral Piping 100% and will keep their contact for any and all future issues.

Stay away from these guys.  They hooked up hot water to my toilet and two cold connections to my shower and then sealed up the wall with tile without testing!   This just the tip of the iceberg.  They start work late in the day after 4 and then want to stay late at night.   None of this is mentioned before work began  I saw the good reviews here on Yelp and went ahead with hiring John for the complete redo of a bathroom.   It has been a total nightmare and I now have to spend more money to undo their slipshod work.   If I could give minus star I would.

We moved into a brand new apartment and we continued to be plagued with a running toilet that stopped flushing. After a few limp attempts from the super , we had no choice but to call in reinforcement. EARLY on a Sunday morning, when once again the toilet STOPPED FLUSHING. They answered immediately and sent over our Plumbing Service God. He and the team identified the problem and remedied it in very little time. What we have is a toilet that is now quiet and flushes!! Thanks so much for the prompt and efficient services.

If I told you that between my co-worker and I, we've called over 20 companies to find someone who could work on a bunch of jobs at my boss's place and then have at least 3 different plumbers come out but not be happy with any, you wouldn't believe me. This has been a year in the making but FINALLY, FINALLY we found someone my boss is happy with. I didn't realize how difficult it was to find a good plumber in NYC. My boss's place had so many issues and we needed to find someone who A: would service an apartment or condo (this was a HUGE problem we came across a lot) and B: would get the job done.

Well, thanks to my coworker, he found Peral Piping and my boss is happy with their work!!! We finally found good people! John is undoubtedly a New Yorker which is a good thing cause he just gives it to you straight. He's very honest, very responsive, breaks down the options you have, gives you his honest opinion and ultimately lets you decide what you want to do. Him and his coworkers (sorry, I can't remember their names) are super nice and friendly and have fixed all the issues that had to be addressed. They fixed a broken pipe that leaked into the neighbor's apartment, a kitchen sink, installed a water filter in the kitchen sink, fixed a toilet, and fixed a bathroom sink.

I will say they can be a bit pricey so be prepared for that but they will work with you. Really glad we found them after a long tiring search. Definitely worth the money if you need help with any plumping issues!

I cannot thank John and his crew enough!  The three of them came from Staten Island to Brooklyn early on a rainy Sunday morning to check our boiler.  It turns out that everything was fine and that I had worried unnecessarily, but they were kind and understanding and did everything they could to make sure the boiler would continue to work well.  I called them late in the evening the night before and they were immediately responsive and consistently clear in the communication with me.  Not only all of that, but they insisted on doing all of this as with their compliments!  JPeral is exceptional and I highly recommend their services.

Another contractor in the area bailed on me one hour before my scheduled appointment.  I called Peral and they were out to my property within the hour, fixed the clogged drain, and for a very reasonable price.  They are absolutely my go to company moving forward.  Thanks so much!

On this New Year's Eve I was faced with the very major problem of a non functioning toilet. Within an hour of being contacted 2 plumbers came and fixed the issue at a very reasonable fee. Thank you for your honest hard work and not nickel and diming this desperate customer! I will be using you in the future and recommending you to anyone looking for a plumber in a pinch.

Excellent service. Called at 11:30pm about a clogged kitchen sink and he was in and out in about 10mins. Also gave valuable advice on how to maintain the drain and which auger machines to buy to avoid having to call him again. I would highly recommend Peral pipping and heating sewer to anyone looking to get the job done.

Answered my Yelp message right away, picked up the first time I called, and showed up within 15min. Very nice, personable, and clearly knew what they were doing. Had the part I needed on hand, fixed the issue quickly and charged me a reasonable price via credit card on Square. I will definitely call them next time I have a plumbing issue.

These guys are life savers!! They came when my water pipe had bursted from the last time the temperature had dropped drastically. I called at 10pm & like 10 minutes later they said they were on there way to my house and mind you I live in New Jersey. They knew exactly what to do as soon as they arrived. Very professional & super fast. After two days of not having water & Roto rooter not showing up after having a 12-4pm appointment and calling every hour to say they were 'running behind, don't worry we are going, it was 9pm after waiting all day & when I called to see where they were they just simply said sorry but no one is no longer working at this time. So seriously F*^k ROTO ROOTER! BUT anyways back to these guys, they took out the bursted pipe and put a whole new one. My water was all good and running right away. I will definitely call them again if I ever need their help. I highly recommend them to everyone. You guys need any plumbers CALL THESE GUYS!!! Would give them 10 Stars but 5 is the limit. Had a bursted pipe due to freezing weathers. The guys came promptly.. an hour after I called!. They immediately got.to work fixing my pipes and were complete in a short time. They were courteous and even checked my other plumbing systems in the home md gave me recommendations to avoid future issues. The price was reasonable. Would definately recommend them in the future!

Had a trouble with my Heat Pump Water Heater, called up Anthony and he sent his technician later in the evening. I live in New Jersey and they still showed up from Brooklyn. Explained what the issue was and everything was taken care of without a problem. I will recommend them.

JPeral Piping & Heating immediately responded to my consultation request about a leaky water heater within an hour.  Based on the photos that I sent with the request, they were able to determine the problem with the heater as well as how many gallons it was. They put my mind at ease on the phone after walking me through the steps of shutting down the water heater and confirming that I had done it correctly. Even though it was late at night, they offered to fix it that same night. They went the extra mile and installed a heater with a 10 year warranty after I asked them if we could install a  heater with only a 6 year warranty. While I may have been saving a few extra bucks with a shorter warranty, in the long run, he recommended that it would be more cost effective and wiser to make the investment up front for the long term. He and his team worked quickly and effectively. They were kind and answered all of my questions. I would use their services again! Thank you!

At the wee hours of this morning, I put a bleach tab in my toilet tank and my toilet was filling with water so I thought that the tab was in the way and accidentally broke a part within the toilet. As a result, water came flowing out and flooded my bathroom. I messaged John Luca thru yelp and he immediately got in touch with me and showed up not too long after, which I was shocked because it's Sunday. In all my years of renting apartments, I have never had any plumber or handyman for that matter respond to me so quickly, tell me they are going to come right away, and arrive on-time. Furthermore, John Luca took the time to assess what was wrong, was honest about what needed to be fixed, and rectified the problem right away. He did a great job in a timely manner and was super professional. Also, he made sure to clean up the area nicely when he was done, which I truly appreciated because many companies, in my experience, don't clean up well after they are done with their repairs. Therefore, if you need a plumber, especially one who will respond quickly, want the job done right, and want someone who's not going to sell you more than what you need, look no further. I would recommend this place again especially to myself. I like their motto of getting it done right for higher quality product. I needed to replace 2 pieces of the kitchen sink drain pipe and they responded, came in good time, gave recommendations and left with the problem fixed well.

I needed emergency repair for a faucet in a tenants' apartment. This company caught my eye because it listed 24hour/7 day service. I called John and he was very professional over the phone. He came and repaired the faucet quickly and efficiently. John even came over the next day to repair a leaking kitchen sink pipe at my own house! When our boiler shut down we were scrambling for a late night heating specialist. We reached out to Peral late at night, and were able to get a specialist to our door quickly THAT NIGHT. They did an excellent job of explaining the issue, and fixing our problem.

I had an issue with my water heater at 10PM.  I sent them an email and in 5 minutes I received a response.  After sending him photos and info he walked me through troubleshooting steps.  Within 10 minutes my issue was fixed. He even offered to facetime with me to remedy the issue. I told him to bill me but he refused to charge me. Peral is great, honest and fast. I highly recommend.

John and Greg gave a good price for cleaning and repairing our sewer trap and identified other larger problems in the process. They were very communicative (though not always prompt), and they paid three visits without an extra charge. My only quibble is that when my husband was around, he seemed to prefer to talk directly to my husband (man to man?), though I'm perfectly capable of managing the repair and buying plumbing supplies. But those things aside, I'd recommend this team as capable and competent for a good price.

I have a tenant that were complaining about not having hot water in her bathtub. So i decided to called Peral Sewer and Piping, due to really good reviews on yelp. They answer my call right away and came on the same day to check the problem. John and his crew were able to find the problem and they gave us different options to get it fix. John was very upfront with the price and they came by the next day as they promise to install a water heater. John is very knowledgable about the work he do and explains everything. Not only that he care about his work and making his customer happy. After the installation, John called within 9 hours to check up on me to see if the tenant were getting hot water in her bathtub and to see everything is working well. If there was a 10 star rating, i would give john and his crew. You bet i would contact them again for my next plumbing issues. Peral Sewer & Piping is my go to plumber from now on.
