I HIGHLY recommend them! I will use them again but am really hoping I don't have to do so. No more drain cleaner for me!!

Had to service an apartment for my tenant and Rob was great. Upfront on pricing and transparent, didn't try to upsell or fabricate issues like some other plumbers I contacted and was available in 30 minutes to help out.

My kitchen faucet was leaking so I decided to replace it. The first plumbing company I called quoted me a crazy price and said it would take 5 hours to replace. I called Rob and his price was very reasonable and said it would only take a couple of hours. He showed up on-time, was thorough, and explained everything he was doing. Also a very nice, down to earth person. Everything was setup perfectly. Rob would definitely be my top call if I have any plumbing issues again.

We needed to replace our kitchen faucet and found Rob via Yelp based off of all of these 5-star reviews. He was extremely easy to communicate with, quoted us a fair price, and came to install it within the week. The new faucet looks and works great! We purchased a touch faucet and realized the installation would be complicated. I reached out to Rob via Yelp, and he responded quickly and came the next day. Extremely professional but still very friendly. Did a great job on the install -- we are very happy with his work. We will definitely hire him again if we have a plumbing need!

We had a stuck corroded bolt making it impossible to change out the toilet seat. Rob was able to get it done and was nothing but pleasant and professional!! Definitely recommend Astoria Plumbers for any of your plumbing needs!

Rob is a legendary British chap. He fixed up my bathroom within an hour or so. Don't bother with any other plumbers on Yelp - you have found the best!

Very happy with my experience.  I received a quick and clear estimate for the work, with no ambiguity into when service was available.  When Rob arrived, he got down to work, fixed the problem, and made sure everything was clean and organized on his way out.  Simple, friendly service and I was appreciative of how easy it all was.  I will definitely use them again if I have needs in the future.

Where is the 6+ stars? That is what Robert deserves! He tirelessly worked for over an hour to clear our severely clogged kitchen sink. Not only did he get the pipe cleared but he also neatly cleaned up the area before he left. I also appreciate the response time and that he worked efficiently once he was on site.

Robert is quick to reply and efficient in unclogging our bathtub. Also provided helpful advice. I will definitely go to him for any plumbing issues.

Rob was great! Friendly, efficient, and stuck to his original price estimate. He was in and out so quickly, fixing a hole/leak in our kitchen sink drain and leaving it looking and working great! We'll definitely be contacting Rob again for all our future plumbing needs.

Rob was courteous and professional, his price was fair and did an excellent job fixing the toilet leak (no more leak). It wasn't an emergency repair but he made himself available right away anyway. Can't recommend him enough.
