Had our water heater stop heating and contacted Nathan late afternoon. He came out the very next morning at 7 a.m. before his scheduled stops for the day and was able to locate our problem which required an electrician. He is always friendly, personable, and quick to help. My go to plumber from here on out. Thank you Nathan!

We had to have the drain system in our home replaced due to breakage (it was cast iron). We understood from the onset that it would require ripping out our bathroom. We hired a plumbing company to jackhammer the slab and take care of it. But we still needed to have our bathroom put back. Enter Vlad. From the onset it was not a small job, as you can see from the photos. Vlad was undaunted and let us know exactly what he could do for us. He made suggestions and recommendations that helped us pick out our new materials. Older homes like ours can always pose challenges and that was definitely the case here. But Vlad worked diligently until everything was completed. We couldn't be happier with our new bathroom! We would absolutely hire Vlad again for any of our contractor needs!

TOTAL RIP-OFF! I called these local folks because I had a leak in the downstairs bathroom. The plumber who showed up, looked around and told me this was not something he could fix. (It had to do with a sump pump). He was here less than 30 minutes and charged me $245!!

They got back me in a timely manner but unfortunately they were over booked.  Oh well, we tried.

I highly recommend Reni Rooter.  My garbage disposal was broken.  I contacted Lorenzo and he was out the next morning.  Quick, efficient, inexpensive and very pleasant to work with. My issues were resolved quickly.

Highly recommend Walker Plumbing . We had a difficult problem which other plumbing professionals were unable to resolve-multiple opinions/fixes by others which were unsuccessful .Jody was the plumber assigned to our job. He was on time, professional, knowledgeable and persistent to get to the bottom of our issue. As this was a challenging problem, he reached out to colleagues to get other opinions and solved the issue. We had a leak in our slab, bad water heater, and failing PRV (pressure relief valve).  One of the big box plumbers (Parker and sons) quoted us around 5k to do the work.  I called Scott and he came over right away.  He gave me the same diagnosis and treatment plan for around 2k.  He handled the water heater warranty (which involved taking my water heater back to Home Depot) and exchanging for a new one ( Parker and sons wouldn't do that).  He rerouted my supply line with new copper piping.  He added the PRV and a few new valves.  He even provided us with a new shower head for our master bath.  They went above and beyond.  All the work was completed quickly, thoroughly, and professionally.  Before you get any work done with another plumber, I would suggest getting a quote from Scott!

I need every year a inspection for the city in my back flow and the technician are always very nice and answer all my questions and I will keep use them for ever thank you

My bathtub wouldn't drain and would make the toilet bubble so Dominic came out, he was very professional, clean, and got the job done! I would highly recommend to my friends and family

Bob is an awesome plumber, has a fantastic attitude, is extremely well-priced, paid close attention to detail, and went above and beyond what was asked of him.  He came to my home this morning, joked with my children, did a fantastic job with the plumbing job, and even checked an additional leak in my upstairs bathroom.  I'm so happy I found him, I can't recommend him highly enough, and he will be my first choice in plumber moving forward!

Had a tub/shower with a slow drain. Contacted several companies. Water Heroes was the first to respond. Water Heroes came out the next day and had the drain flowing freely in under 30 minutes! The final cost was less than most wanted to charge me just to come and 'look' at the drain!
Definitely recommend! Always want to support local small businesses!!!

Les has been my plumber for a number of years now.  He is an extremely hard worker, very conscientous & always dependable.  He does quality work & stands behind it.  For me, that is HUGE.  It's not easy to find someone who is trustworthy.  Les does all the work as it's his company.

Rip off artist if I ever saw one. I am the landscaper for a lady in Sun City Grand. She called me to check a leak. I got there to to see what the problem was I told her to cancel the plumber. The plumber said he never got the cancellation from his wife and that there was going to be a 'cancellation charge'. He bullied his way on her yard, I left. I found out later  and he charged her $500.00 to repair a poly irrigation line (75 cent part).

Had I stayed I would have told her to call the police.

Would not use again. Competent but VERY expensive and with the competition in Phoenix you don't need to pay 145.00 an hour to do uncomplicated plumbing.. Yes if you need to replace your entire plumbing system perhaps.. But if you got several bids Greg would be 2 times as high.. On top of this he is arrogant in a passive aggressive way.. Really bad experience...

I can't speak to the actual service you may receive, because I paid $437.50 for no service at all.

I had 247 plumbing come out and give me an estimate for a hot water heater repair/replacement. I had three other companies come out and give me an estimate. 247 was the lowest, so at the time I decided to proceed with them.

The representative that I spoke to on the phone stated that their cost would be going up soon so I should lock in the lower cost. That required a $437.50 deposit so I provided my credit card information and they processed the transaction.

I live in another state and wanted to be on the premises for the replacement, so I let them know that I would inform them at a later date to schedule the replacement.

After scheduling the replacement appointment, upon my arrival in Arizona  I was perusing some paperwork from the purchase of the house just under a year ago. Included was a one year warranty that I had completely forgotten.

I contacted the home warranty company and they were able to replace the unit for the cost of a service call and a small deductible.

I contacted 247 to cancel the service. That was over five weeks ago and we'll over a dozen phone calls, still no refund.

Not the family owned company they used to be I believe they have been bought out by Ace services I will be using a different company from now on, somebody local with an interest in giving good advice and service not turning the service call into a sales call!
