I called Greenwave because of great yelp reviews and Eddie picked up the phone. I moved into a brand new house about 6 months ago and was concerned because we are getting some very cold weather and my kitchen refrigerator is plumbed on an outside wall. I was worried about the water intake pipe that feeds the ice maker/ water dispenser freezing. Eddie spent a good 30 minutes talking through how the plumbing system is likely set up; things I can do to keep water moving through the system so it doesn't freeze (i.e. empty the ice bucket so that the automatic ice dispenser has to work most of the night to make ice which will keep the system dripping.) He explained the advantages of the type of pipe my builder used ('PEX' rather than copper) which is more flexible than copper and less likely to burst even if water does freeze. He also felt that because the home is rated with a very high energy efficiency, they probably put plenty of insulation in the walls. He agreed to come out and look at the insulation and plumbing layout if I was really worried about it, but suggested that I contact my builder first and see if I could get any plumbing layout plans, insulation information etc. I was just very impressed with how much time he spent on the phone with me even though there was no payment for him.  This is clearly a guy that cares a lot about the customer, and if I have a plumbing problem or I am not satisfied with the answers I get from the builder - I am calling Eddie to check things out.

I really like Webster Plumbing. They helped us when our light went on for our grinder pump.
Not only did the test our pump to determine it was fine, but they found a bracket broke off and caused it to fall on its side. To add to our issues the sewer pipe going out was clogged. They corrected everything.

Last Sunday, I found myself unlucky when I woke up to a burst pipe in my backyard. During the freeze I forgot to keep my hose dripping. I was losing up to 12 gallons of water a minute. After going through my usual avenues I stumbled upon Decker Plumbing. The staff agreed to send someone out immediately. Mac was very helpful; he was able to turn off my water and have a new pipe replaced and insulated in just a few hours. Not only have I learned my lesson about preparation for a freeze but I now know who to call next time I'm in a bind.

I had four different plumbing companies come out and give me quotes. I got the best impression from Jarred from Justus Plumbing. He was very knowledgeable and personable. The estimate I was given for the work ( a plumbing reroute ) was very reasonable. The owner of the company, Dwayne was extremely kind and even spoke with my insurance adjuster to ensure that my repairs would be covered. I will definitely use them in the future if I ever have plumbing issues again, and I will refer them to all my friends and family. Give them a call you will be happy you did.

Jerry was awesome! He fixed the clog in my sink and was very thorough and patient. He arrived on time and communicated time of arrival. Price was fair and work exceptional! I'm highly satisfied with his work!!!!

The gentleman who came out was very informative and professional. Told me about my options and the cost for all. Even though I as  a homeowner decided not to use them at this time; they provided prompt professional service and I WOULD recommend them as plumbing professionals!

The plumber himself was great. He showed me some easy things I could to help my own water flow...like clean the nozzle lol, while he was doing the estimate. He had an apprentice with him when they came to do the work.
It took all day but it was done the right way which was great. We had a garage sink & new hardware for the bathroom installed.
I'll def use them again.

I called on Monday morning and Glen came right out to unclog our drain. He  had the issue fixed in less than one hour and the pricing was great. I would highly recommend this company. Great service. Great job Glen!!

The manager also doesn't respond to emails from Yelp complaints. I called and was promised a call back within the hour, never received a call. Terrible customer service.

Total fraudsters. Needed a simple residential kitchen disposal replaced. 1/3 hp plug-in unit. Fenwick would not provide any estimate for rough order of magnitude pricing over the phone, insisting that they had to see the job to provide any sort of price point. This was a red flag but I allowed myself to be swayed by the positive yelp reviews.Technician showed up. Very polite and the appointment was very well coordinated. The tech quoted the job at $700. A brand new top rated InSinkErator Badger 5 unit costs $94 new. The unit includes a safety plug. No wiring is required for this job. Biggest part is to connect the new disposal to the sink trap piping. On a really bad day with old pipes this could take a couple of hours. Not the case here in a new condo. Upon calling BS to the tech, he immediately came down to $500. Still an excessive charge. Upon my rejection of the offer the plumbing tech began to negotiate with me asking how much would I be willing to pay for this? Seriously??? You try to scam me and then expect me to engage your services at any price?Fenwick had the opportunity to be professional. They knew the ROM pricing and expected cost of the project when they sent the tech. That is simple math. Their unwillingness to share the information before the tech came was a red flag I should have heeded and was clear foreshadowing of their unethical business practices. Fenwick plumbing is taking advantage of people who do not know or understand the costs of material and labor for their plumbing projects. Beware and be skeptical!
FOLLOW UP. Had the project completed by another company in less than an hour and for $215, including the new disposal.

My experience with Rolland Reash precipitously declined with each visit. After paying premium prices for them to assess a leak on a Sunday, I was appreciative of their ability to fit me in. They indicated that there was no pipe leak...but in actuality there was.

They returned a second time to actually fix the issue that a leak detection service identified and then I had to call a third time as there appeared to be an ongoing leak according to the contractor.

I was ok with paying for their services the first time but the frustration began to build as I was charged for a service fee the second time to fix the same leak that they missed the first time. Why was I paying for their mistake? I was beyond frustrated by the third time when they wanted to charge for fuel, a new addition.

Charging a nearly $100 service fee for $20-30 parts that take 10 minutes to fix feels like price gauging. Not to mention that without my permission, they called a friend who is a contractor and gave my number and address to him. This is probably not the best way to obtain a loyal customer base.

Hopefully I won't need a plumber any time soon but if I do I guess I'll be looking for a different company.

Had some items that needed to be repaired prior to selling my house. David Gray got my business based on their reviews and the fact that they were open on Saturday and able to get me a technician for that Monday. The tech called when he was on his way and arrived very soon after. He quickly diagnosed the problems and resolved them. After the repairs were made they cleaned up any mess they made. There was no sign that they had been there other than stuff working like it should.

I thought that the pricing was fair and competitive. You may be able to get better rates with a small mom and pop shop but knowing a prominent company is backing the work makes it worth it. If I need any electrical work done in the future I wouldn't hesitate to call David Gray again.

These guys are always super helpful and nice. One time I called them out for a simple 1 hour job that only took 40 minutes. instead of just leaving they asked what else they could do for the next 20 minutes. Who does that??? Another time they walked me through something I could fix myself so I could save myself some money instead of having them come out on a Sunday. You don't find that kind of honesty in many other companies!

I'll always call these guys up for plumbing for big or small from now on.
