Best Plumbing Services in United States

I was somewhat new to gas, and was unaware that cutoff values were required for appliance installation. We had a dryer being delivered the following day, so a quick turnaround was a must.

I called nine plumbers in the Jacksonville area, seven of them said they didn't work on gas and one could fit me in after Christmas. Top of the line was able to fit me in that day. They did an excellent job, were personable and professional, and are very knowledgeable about gas plumbing.

TJ is the best plumber in Jax and I wouldn't have anyone else do plumbing work on my home.  I have used his services for 5 years now for a myriad of different items and he always does a top quality job for a reasonable price.  You can't go wrong by hiring TJ!!

We had several plumbing issues to fix both indoor and outdoor. Brian and his assistant were great! I would highly recommend this plumbing business.

These guys are awesome! Zef the owner is the man! Had a ceiling pipe burst and water everywhere! Luckily, we shut the water off quickly at the main and stopped the leak relatively quickly. But there was still tons of water. We called around all the big names that your Google Search pulls up and many could not respond on a Saturday. Those that could wanted, on average, $250 for the first 1/2 hour and something like $68 every additional 15 minutes. Well Zef and his assistant came out and spent an hour here fixing the leak and even fixed a broken handle on the shutoff valve for me, without me asking, and stayed to make sure all was well. All this for $175. YES $175, do I need to say it again! OK, $175 bucks! That is appetizers any a beer at Ruth's Chris!

Lettow was there in a crunch.. Monday morning hot water heater leaking in the back of the garage.  Everyone I called were unable to do it same day and many were ridiculous in their labor charges. Lettow was great from the moment I called, asked me to text pictures and then promptly sent Chris over to scope the job. Within a few hours I was back up and running with a new water heater and some copper pipe that had a pinhole in was replaced as well. The guys were friendly and made sure I knew when they arrived or had to leave for parts and when they returned. They also cleaned up after the job and hauled the old water heater away. I now know who to call for our next plumbing needs.

I acquired a new property and hired a company to perform a 4-point inspection. Basic, but critical. One of the fails was the master shower. The roof was very obvious.  

I called MB Plumbing and received a call back. Mark was able to schedule me two days out and Derrick was the one that arrived. He literally pulled on the shower knob and water came gushing out - Turns out it was the pull out knob style. Easiest job ever, probably. At least he was honest about what the issue was. Will definitely keep this company in mind for one of my next plumbing jobs that's hopefully a real issue.

WHAT?!? QUICK and AMAZING work!!!! They had our water back on in ONE HOUR AND (this is the best part) it was less than $300!! That is 1/3 less than the national plumbing company quoted us!! WOOT!! So glad friends suggested we look local! Professional job and friendly plumbers! I cannot possibly recommend them high enough!!!!!

Huge shout out to Hall's Services! We had a plumbing issue, called them on a Saturday morning around 9am and they were at our home by 1030a--ON A SATURDAY! Highly recommend this company!! They are reliable, fast, and very professional!

Self repair goes bad-yikes. Watched the YouTube video so now I'm an expert. Yep, sheared off the shower handle fixture. Quick turned off the water and now the whole house is out and mother in law is on the way the next day. (insert cuss words here) Call Sonny and Sons. Tells me tomorrow at 9. OK. Then calls an hour later and shows up. 3 men work hard for a few hours. Cut holes in drywall. Then tell me they can put in an inspection plate. (saves me a ton of work and money not having to put in drywall plus gave me a place to set mouse traps. That noise in the attic ain't always Santa. Very fair bill. Polite and neat work and yes they did charge retail for the fixture but that's how they make some money. Very very impressed with them. Been using them for 20 years and saw a bad review so had to post my take on them. The best of the best. I love living here.

This is a wonderful place to do business. We have used them several times over several years and they always come through. These days it is difficult to find a reputable company do perform outstanding work, so when you find one that does follow up, gives great estimates, is professional, funny, relatable and timely it makes all the difference in the world. Just wanted to thank Ken Johnson Plumbing for the prompt and professional service. The technician (I think it was Mike, my apologies if I am wrong ) was very courteous and identified the issues quickly. In addition, I had some scheduling issues that would have delayed my appointment, but they were able to work around my schedule and I truly appreciated it. With Hurricane Irma looming, I found myself in the parking lot of Home Depot with several planks of plywood that would not fit into my car. A pick up truck w/ the WW Gay logo on the side was parked nearby and I asked  the driver, John, if he would like to make a few bucks to haul my wood the three miles to my house. He graciously agreed immediately, helped me load and unload it, and then absolutely refused to take any payment. For him to take the time, when I'm sure he had his own hurricane prep to worry about, reflects well not only on John (who's last name I did not get), but on the company he works for. Thank  you, John!

Shane installed a water softener at our home recently and did a great job. He was on time, very thorough/knowledgeable and competitively priced. We would highly recommend his plumbing services.
