I was somewhat new to gas, and was unaware that cutoff values were required for appliance installation. We had a dryer being delivered the following day, so a quick turnaround was a must.

I called nine plumbers in the Jacksonville area, seven of them said they didn't work on gas and one could fit me in after Christmas. Top of the line was able to fit me in that day. They did an excellent job, were personable and professional, and are very knowledgeable about gas plumbing.

TJ was incredible.  His work is superb!  He was efficient, clean and affordable.  He is worth his weight in gold.  By far the best in Jax.

We had several plumbing issues to fix both indoor and outdoor. Brian and his assistant were great! I would highly recommend this plumbing business.

Zef is the owner of this business and he is incredible!  Very knowledgeable, diligent, effective, and fairly priced.  Any time I have used him he has gone above and beyond in solving my HVAC needs, plumbing and he even installs water softeners.  One of the best contractors I've ever met.

Lettow was there in a crunch.. Monday morning hot water heater leaking in the back of the garage.  Everyone I called were unable to do it same day and many were ridiculous in their labor charges. Lettow was great from the moment I called, asked me to text pictures and then promptly sent Chris over to scope the job. Within a few hours I was back up and running with a new water heater and some copper pipe that had a pinhole in was replaced as well. The guys were friendly and made sure I knew when they arrived or had to leave for parts and when they returned. They also cleaned up after the job and hauled the old water heater away. I now know who to call for our next plumbing needs.

Unfortunately the Mario Brothers were not available to tackle some plumbing work I needed to have done at my house, so called Mark Beckwith a call after he was referred to me by my realtor.  

He showed up on time, wore booties to keep my carpet clean, and does great work.  His rates are about what I've experienced before and so far he's replaced an old sink in one of my bathrooms with a new pedestal and also did some work on my shower plumbing.  Plumbing isn't cheap, but Mark is a pro and I'd hire him again.

On time they were very professional and honest. They started and finished the same day and was very considerate of my concerns I had with my grass after I had explained I had re sodded my grass three times they made sure that this was kept in mind when the job was complete. I highly recommend this company to anyone  who need plumbing work done  great job guys and thanks for a job well done.

Huge shout out to Hall's Services! We had a plumbing issue, called them on a Saturday morning around 9am and they were at our home by 1030a--ON A SATURDAY! Highly recommend this company!! They are reliable, fast, and very professional!

Although the repairs were done to satisfaction, the bill was padded in both time and parts.  They were physically at our home for 3.5 hours, but we were billed for 4.  The parts they used were 3 times the retail cost at a home improvement store.

This is a wonderful place to do business. We have used them several times over several years and they always come through. These days it is difficult to find a reputable company do perform outstanding work, so when you find one that does follow up, gives great estimates, is professional, funny, relatable and timely it makes all the difference in the world. Thank you for being so awesome to work with. Most people only rate bad service, so I take the time to rate excellent service. I would highly recommend!!

Just wanted to thank Ken Johnson Plumbing for the prompt and professional service. The technician (I think it was Mike, my apologies if I am wrong ) was very courteous and identified the issues quickly. In addition, I had some scheduling issues that would have delayed my appointment, but they were able to work around my schedule and I truly appreciated it. With Hurricane Irma looming, I found myself in the parking lot of Home Depot with several planks of plywood that would not fit into my car. A pick up truck w/ the WW Gay logo on the side was parked nearby and I asked  the driver, John, if he would like to make a few bucks to haul my wood the three miles to my house. He graciously agreed immediately, helped me load and unload it, and then absolutely refused to take any payment. For him to take the time, when I'm sure he had his own hurricane prep to worry about, reflects well not only on John (who's last name I did not get), but on the company he works for. Thank  you, John!

Shane installed a water softener at our home recently and did a great job. He was on time, very thorough/knowledgeable and competitively priced. We would highly recommend his plumbing services.
