What a great experience. Had a water heater that stopped working suddenly (cold showers in February...  brrrr)  These guys were super quick to respond,  super helpful and got the problem fixed!  Couldn't ask for anything more!

Wow!  Responsive, efficient, competent -- solved a problem caused by another plumber.  Plus very reasonable pricing.  Jerry is my new plumber!

Fast response on quote and excellent advice on finding the best water heater to replace our large, aging heater. After we finally received an undamaged unit from HD (3rd unit - looks like Rheem has packaging problems), Jerry and assistant came and installed. Very clean and professional installation and haul away with the most reasonable price. I would definitely call him again for future plumbing needs!

Jerry responded to my request for help very promptly. He brought the necessary supplies to fix both of my toilets. He gave me advice to help avoid problem in the future. I chose Jerry because the first time I reached out (several months ago) he turned down work that truly was not necessary. It's hard to find people with integrity and yet there is Jerry. After 17 years it was time for a new in sink garbage disposal. I requested quotes from several local Jacksonville area companies. 2 did not reply. 1 replied with a sales pitch but not the simple service/parts estimate I'd requested until pushed.

Meanwhile, Jerry replied right away with an accurate quote, followed up, was able to make the service/replacement call very quickly within a time frame that worked with my schedule. And the work itself was as quick, clean and very professional while also friendly. As if it were his own sink! He also gave me a great recommendation for a local handyman, which was very appreciated.

Jerry was great! I requested a last-minute garbage disposal replacement & installation and Jerry scheduled an appt for 2 days later in World Golf Village. He supplied the garbage disposal and installation was quick. His price was extremely reasonable. I will definitely keep Everybody's Plumbing Co in my contacts for future plumbing jobs!

I had a great experience with Everybody's Plumbing Company. I spoke with Jerry to make an appointment for my running toilet as I figured I needed to have my fill valve repaired or replaced because I knew it was just wasting water. Wasn't looking forward to paying that bill.

Basically, Jerry and his partner came promptly to my house, diagnosed the issue, made a quick trip to Home Depot for the part they needed and did all of the repairs in under an hour. The only regret I have is that I wish I would have called them two months prior instead of putting it off for so long. I was just being really lazy.

My final bill was a flat $90 and well worth the time and money (plus aggravation) I would have spent watching Youtube videos on How to Fix a Toilet - Fill Valve Replacement and still not know what to do. In the end, it was money well spent and the repair has made a tremendous difference in my sewer/water bill.

Everybody's Plumbing is an excellent choice for your plumbing needs. Jerry went the extra mile to complete my project and didn't charge any extra for it. He did what he said for exactly what he estimated. I highly recommend Everybody's Plumbing.

I needed a new garbage disposal and really didn't have the time to install one myself, honestly I didn't want to either. I checked yelp for reviews and noticed Everybody's Plumbing stood out from the rest so I submitted a request for a quote and as well as competing quotes. Jerry's quote came back the most reasonable and it's who I was targeting anyway so I set up an appointment to have the install done. Jerry arrived a little before the appointment time and quickly went to work removing the old disposal. He discovered that the previous home owner had unnecessarily added a p trap to the disposal making it much easier to clog up. I never honestly paid attention but after pointing it out Jerry said he wanted to do it right so he went to Lowe's and got a new sink kit (didn't charge me extra for it) and replumbed it for me. That is what you call customer service and part of the reason for my 5 star review. Jerry is very friendly and went the extra mile to make sure I avoided future problems. He did an outstanding job for a very reasonable rate and I'm very happy with the work he did so I can easily give this review and recommend him. I have some vendors I use for future work based on past work they did for me and Jerry is the plumber I'll use going forward. Customer service is a lost art it seems these days but Jerry is the Chick-Fil-A of plumbers in Jacksonville so if you need a plumber stop reading this and give him a call.

I was in need of a few repairs in my two bathrooms and reached out to a few different plumbers. Some were smaller businesses and a few were bigger names that I have heard about from radio/magazine ads. Jerry at Everybody's Plumbing was one of the first to provide a response and he provided the most reasonable quote. He was extremely easy to get in touch with and I decided to use his services within a day of his initial quote. We connected and he scheduled me a week out. He touched base the day prior to confirm our appointment and he arrived within the 2 hour timeframe he'd provided. He was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and he provided some additional information regarding our issues and some future projects. He had to run out to grab some supplies for our repair but was back and finished with the job within the next hour. Jerry was communicative and professional and I would recommend him to any friend or family member. We will certainly hire him again in the future as we make some upgrades within our residence.

Jerry is a very friendly guy. He did the work required. I noticed a number of people said he had to leave to pick up some parts, which he also had to do for me to fix a simple plunger problem. I am surprised he doesn't just keep some basic parts in his truck. Expect to pay 2 hours min. Other than that, i was satisfied.

Jerry does very good work. Arrived a bit later than originally scheduled, but had a good explanation for why. I appreciated very much that he took care to wear a mask, cleaned up after the work was done, was courteous, and provided such a reasonable price.

After having one of the water heaters in our rental units go out due to old age, we were in a bind. I called two other plumbing companies in the area and the costs they quoted to install a new one were much too high (my dad owns his own plumbing company in another city, so I had already talked with him about what it should cost).

After buying the water heater ourselves from Lowe's, we asked the associates who they would recommend and they told us about Everybody's Plumbing. Jerry got back to me right away and offered to come out that day to take a look. Not only did he quote a much more reasonable price for the labor, he also noted that whoever had installed the first water heater had done it incorrectly, making it difficult to get to the element panel (which was against the wall).

Jerry was able to come back out the next day with one of his electricians who extended the outlet for our new, taller water heater and make sure the new heater was installed properly. Even with the extra labor, we still saved more than $200 on what the other companies quoted.

Jerry was extremely pleasant to work with, was very knowledgable and went out of his way to make sure we had a great experience working with him (with no extra fees tacked on). I would recommend him to anyone looking for plumbing repairs or other plumbing needs.

I had a leak in my bathroom and found this company in Yelp. Jerry is awesome, straight to the point and knows what he's doing. he already knew the problem just by looking at the pipe. he fixed it fast and was super nice to talk to while he worked. he explained the costs and is very reasonable. highly recommended!

Called late today and Jerry went out of his way to fit me into his busy schedule!  He was extremely professional and fixed not only my initial problem but also trouble-shot a potential problem!  His rate was more than reasonable and I would highly recommend Jerry and Everybody's Plumbing Co.

Bad attitude. Coming to check my shower faucet and said he would charge $400 to fix it, then let me to call the other plumber because he was too busy. Maybe he felt he was too rude and after he left he gave me the message saying that he could do the job with $75/ hour but I don't want him come back again.

Jerry was awesome! He fixed the clog in my sink and was very thorough and patient. He arrived on time and communicated time of arrival. Price was fair and work exceptional! I'm highly satisfied with his work!!!!

Jerry was pleasant, polite, hard working, prompt, and very reasonably priced. He removed and installed a new garbage disposal and kitchen faucet. He cleaned up thoroughly and was delightful to speak with. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them in the future!

I sent a request for quote through Plumbers Network for 3 companies and within 30 seconds Everybody's Plumbing called my cell!
The labor rates are pretty standard- $70/hr just like you'd get quoted for car or appliance repair. BUT they were able to come out same day just for a sink leak. Once he got out there, our problem seemed bigger than I though and we had to replace the sink all together. So he  scheduled a trip out the next night and let me furnish my own parts (I picked out the sink I wanted at Lowe's).
The BEST PART: he never grew annoyed or snotty with my 4 year old who would not leave him alone. My son wanted to see and ask about everything he was doing and in the intern I'm sure he got in the way. (Of course I also got the wrong size of sink and he had to wait in his van while I ran back to Lowes to return and get a replacement.) He didn't charge me the extra 30 mins that took in the labor cost!
He also fixed my running toilet for free just because he heard it running.

Fair and reasonable. Quick and professional. Definitely recommend using Everybody's Plumbing!
