I ran into a wonderful employee of McKendree's, Shone,  this morning at a local hardware store.  He was so helpful! He helped me find a few pieces for my DIY project.  If they are this helpful with non-customers, I bet they are even better with their clients! The next time I need a professional, I will be calling McKendree's!

Just got my brand-new bathroom done by Atlantic coast plumbing.  Got then referral from One of family member, did a great job highly recommend, installer are super friendly.   They very care about your house put the floor covered everywhere they walk on . they don't leave a mess around, everything was clean the hauling away, only upset Wes we didn't have chance buy them a lunch.

We had an excellent experience with this plumber! He is very professional, very easy to get in contact with (a great communicator), and offers a much better price than all of the competitors we interviewed for the job. The work is high quality and he's neat as a pin, leaving behind not a single drop of water. There's no question that we would recommend On Call Plumbing unequivocally to anyone in need of emergency or routine plumbing assistance. There's no doubt he can handle anything, he's a true professional!

My husband and I had an urgent plumbing issue. We contacted Josh and he was out at our house the next day. In less than 2 hours he not only found the problem, but fixed it as well. Him and his employee were friendly and very knowledgeable. They left our bathrooms very clean. Their prices are very reasonable. We will not hesitate to call All Around Plumbing again! I highly recommend them!

Put a new flange and wax seal on my toilet. Was happy that they cleaned up after they finished  if I have more handyman jobs I will call them again

Let me tell you about the horrible experience I had by phone with Emerald Plumbing today. As an owner of a rental I requested for them to look at an issue with my tub since they re-plumb the entire home June 2013 and im thinking it is a warranty issue. They were to make arrangements with the tenant for entry into the rental to check out the problem. I did not hear from them until i called and spoke with the tech who describe the issue and also informed me that they needed to order 1 more additional canister. So i said okay and i waited. According to my cell phone history the last time I spoke with them on December 7th regarding the status of the part that needed to be ordered. It has not come in at that time Let me add the only reason I found out about what the issue was and the status is because I had to call them. I  haven't heard anything else so I called the tenant who informed that she doesn't work from home anymore so she hasn't been home to grant them access. Their lack of communication is horrible. Emerald Plumbing should have shared with me since I am the point of contact for any communication and payment on my rental.

They failed to informed me that they were having issue getting access. If they were having issues i would have driven up to meet them and let them in myself. If it was a payment issue I bet my phone will be ringing non-stop but they conveniently wanted to blame me and tell me that they informed me that were having issues getting access to the unit. So when I called today Kira's tone and attitude was inappropriate. I called back and asked to speak with the manager of Kira and the Assistant Manager answered and she attempted to try and passed blame on to me as what I perceived as inappropriate. She went on to try and say she heard me yelling and that infruiated me because she was trying to say something to justify Kira's actions when in fact i wasnt yelling at all; not once did I raised my voice. Yes I repeatedly asked her question after question that she couldn't answered because they have no records of the work order. Conveniently, if it was money due to them they would be dialing my cell trying to collect and there would have been a work order.

I will be posting an update because they now have to send a message out to all their workers to see who went out to do the work and what part were they waiting for.

You don't need a plumber often...at least you hope you don't.  First used Bert Normans a few years ago when I woke up to a backflow preventer spraying water all over the lawn, with big puddles in the street indicating that it had started before dawn.  Tried a few plumbers a shade closer to me, all of whom just could not handle an emergency.  Bert Normans Plumbing company came out quickly and fixed the problem.  Flash forward to yesterday and I am in need of a plumber to fix some toilet valves and leaky faucets, so I knew who to call.  Shannon, the office manager, set the appointment and called when the technician was on his way.  Jason was professional, wore shoe covers in my house, and reviewed everything, including cost, before starting.  He fixed it all with the exception of one thing which needed a part not on the truck. He called in and made arrangements for the part to be available.  By the end of the afternoon, another appointment was set for him to return at my convenience with the needed part.   This is a professionally run company and every person I have had the pleasure of dealing with is just top notch.  Pleasant, efficient, and knowledgeable....what more can you ask for???

I needed a bathroom installation with a new water supply line.  Chris from Celtic Plumbing showed up promptly and jumped right to work.  He is a very dedicated individual who took extra steps to ensure the work was completed in a very clean and professional manner.  His work exceeded my expectations and made me glad I didn't attempt the job myself.  A first-class professional job will give you years of worry-free service and peace of mind.  You can't beat that!

They charged quite a bit to come and inspect the shower. They promised to talk to their design consultant a new shower head to keep water from leaking out of the glass shower door. They did not do it. Basically they did nothing and charged a bunch!

Woke up to an early morning water heater failure. Called several plumbing companies and David Gray Plumbing responded by providing service within a few hours. The technician arrived as scheduled, evaluated and fixed the issue. A new water heater was installed that day.  The service provided was professional and courteous. Highly recommend this company.

We recently moved into a new house with very wonky plumbing. The hose bib broke and Christian Brothers was able to get someone out quickly to make the repair. Now 2 months later, the repair broke and they came out same day to fix, no charge. To be fair, the repair is in a difficult location and I wouldn't fault their workmanship for the second failure. I told them we were getting a full re-pipe soon so the solution only needed to be a temporary bandaid of sorts, so I'm sure that was a contributing factor.

The office staff is fantastic & great at communicating. 10/10 would recommend.

We had a plumbing issue on which we used this company.  This issue was not corrected and when it got worse the Owner would not stand behind his work and said he would charge us again even though the issue was not fixed.

Got a quote from another plumber to install a kitchen faucet that was outrageous. Bought my own online and Dave Turner Plumbing installed it perfectly (AND fixed the lack of shut off valves under my sink) in just over an hour for a very reasonable fee. We will definitely call them again.

The only reason I gave it a 1 was because I couldn't give them a 0.
This is the most unprofessional company I have EVER dealt with. They show up when they feel like it and they don't have any kind of sense of urgency. I called 5 times to get my quote emailed to me because they did not leave me a copy. I spoke with Theresa who is extremely rude and not helpful what so ever. She told me she would email me a copy 3 days later. I asked her if she could email it to me the same day because the job HAD to be done. I didn't have any hot water nor water pressure. A month later and she has yet to send me the quote. Of course I went with a different company. Once my home warranty told them they wouldn't cover it they never contacted me to inform me because I still needed the work done regardless of who was paying for it. So when I called to try to set up the appointment once again super unprofessional and they didn't even seem to want my business. AND THEY ARE LIARS. They lied to my home warranty and told the company that the seller that I purchased the home from told me about the issues which is total bullshit. I have been trying to contact them to see where they retrieved that information from and they will not pick up.
