Dan has done several jobs for us, the latest being a dishwasher removal and new install.  We are beyond pleased. He is extremely fair in his prices,  does a great  job and he is very professional and courteous.  We're glad we found him and we highly recommend his company.

I ran into a wonderful employee of McKendree's, Shone,  this morning at a local hardware store.  He was so helpful! He helped me find a few pieces for my DIY project.  If they are this helpful with non-customers, I bet they are even better with their clients! The next time I need a professional, I will be calling McKendree's!

They get it right every time, hard working, to the point, friendly and prices are reasonable! They are my go to plumbing company!

Have used Atlantic Coast Plumbing and Tile many times always with great results.  They are dependable, knowledgeable have an amazing office staff and employees.  I will definitely use them again and highly recommend!

My husband and I had an urgent plumbing issue. We contacted Josh and he was out at our house the next day. In less than 2 hours he not only found the problem, but fixed it as well. Him and his employee were friendly and very knowledgeable. They left our bathrooms very clean. Their prices are very reasonable. We will not hesitate to call All Around Plumbing again! We thought we needed plumbing work for a new dishwasher but found out our old dishwasher was fine, just needing re-calibration, which he did!! Saved us a ton in plumbing repairs!!

I recently had plumbing issues with an outdated water softener that needed to be removed. I called various places but Emerald plumbing seemed to be not only be the most organized, but also the most reasonably priced out of the places I called. They were diligent about arriving at the house when they said they would, and the plumber was quick and efficient, showing me step by step what he had done to remove the outdated device and replace the pipes. Overall good experience.

My renter texted me this morning and said he was cooking a family dinner this evening and his kitchen sink is full of water that won't drain!!

From speaking to the very pleasant person that answered the phone, Lauren, to Jason the plumber who arrived clean cut with a pleasant, friendly attitude, I was delighted with the level of customer service.

Hey Gang, If you followed the post on Roto Rooter, it has been a nightmare.
I did not use this man because he was busy that day but I asked him question, how much should it be to have my Lines Checked he stated $150 and he was unable to do roof vent because he did not have a snake small enough and if he had to pull the toilet it would be $280. He was fair knowledable and gave me base prices for everything right up front. He was friendly and professional. If I get the opportunity I will be visiting him for my plumbing needs.

Mac at Turner Plumbing is great!  He is very respectful, courteous, and professional.  He demonstrated expert workmanship.

We called David Gray Plumbing to check out the air conditioning in a rental property. The service person came the next dat and told us that the unit needed to be cleaned. We scheduled the next appointment and the service person came and disassembled the inside unit and removed a lot of old dirt and hair that the previous owner had never cleaned. We were pleased to only spend several hundred dollars to clean the unit rather than have to replace the entire system.  However, when I paid for the work, somehow the service person mishandled the credit card transaction and I used two credit cards and was charged two times for the work. They never called me to tell me it hi I only noticed the double charge when I received my next statements from both cards.
The good news is when I called David Gray Plumbing and explained the situation Gail investigated it immediately and fixed it that very same day. We have since that time used David Gray electrical to have three ceiling fans installed in the same rental property and the service person did a fantastic job and only charged me once! I will keep David Gray as my go to company for future plumbing, electrical and related services. regards CKH

I'm sorry, I have not posted a post like this before, but as a person who has family and friends who live with handicaps, what I saw tonight was disgusting. There were a ton of open parking spots... why did they have to take one of the two only handicap spots? It infuriates me when people think their convenience  is above those who truly are in need.

I've been trying to get someone to come replace all my drains since December 2020. Drew Hartmann came out this morning and did the whole job in under four hours. They put everything back in place and it looks fantastic. They were lower than almost all other quotes and well worth the money. As a woman who owns an old home it gets really old dealing with people who you just know are estimating high and making you feel stupid. They went above and beyond to make me feel alright with the whole job. And my dogs were super pleased with meeting new people. Highly recommend.

Wish I could give them no stars. We moved to Yulee and found out we needed a water softener. We didn't have a loop. The plumber dug a small hole and put in gravel. My husband later saw it was dumping water on the ground, and we had salt water backing up into the house. We called and they sent the same plumber out. He said he thought it wouldn't work and suggested we run it into the storm sewer. My husband pointed out that was illegal. We wasted our money on them. We ended up calling another plumber who offered us two good options.

The only reason I gave it a 1 was because I couldn't give them a 0.
This is the most unprofessional company I have EVER dealt with. They show up when they feel like it and they don't have any kind of sense of urgency. I called 5 times to get my quote emailed to me because they did not leave me a copy. I spoke with Theresa who is extremely rude and not helpful what so ever. She told me she would email me a copy 3 days later. I asked her if she could email it to me the same day because the job HAD to be done. I didn't have any hot water nor water pressure. A month later and she has yet to send me the quote. Of course I went with a different company. Once my home warranty told them they wouldn't cover it they never contacted me to inform me because I still needed the work done regardless of who was paying for it. So when I called to try to set up the appointment once again super unprofessional and they didn't even seem to want my business. AND THEY ARE LIARS. They lied to my home warranty and told the company that the seller that I purchased the home from told me about the issues which is total bullshit. I have been trying to contact them to see where they retrieved that information from and they will not pick up.
