They did a great job replacing a hot water heater. Very fast service and very knowledgeable and local to Ponte Vedra. I would definitely use this company again.

These folks did a complete home re-pipe due to a slab leak.  A very professional job completed in two days.  They even installed a water softener and a new hot water heater that I provided while they were plumbing the home at no extra charge.  I would VERY highly recommend these folks for any plumbing repairs you may need.

First choice was absolutely amazing. Calling in my problem was seamless and efficient. They said they would have someone out within a couple of hours and it was even sooner than that (which they asked permission to do). Will and Levi came out and were super nice, very helpful, and worked very quickly. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it right away at no extra cost. I highly recommend this company.

Very happy with the service that Shawn provided. I was thankful that he tried to walk me through what is usually a simple shower cartridge install over the phone. When I couldn't do it myself, he came in and got the job done! Even with running into a little problem, he pushed through the complications and figured out the issue in a timely manner. I found Shawn to be very friendly, honest, and hard-working. I will call him for any plumbing needs in the future!

My husband contacted this company because we had an issue with our well pump . They sent out a service tech by the name of Will, who did an awesome job.  He was very professional, personable, knowledgeable and stood behind his work.  The price was affordable and the service provided will keep this company on our list of businesses if we should need their services in the future. We will definitely request Will! Keep up the good work.

The technician and his apprentice arrived on time. They began assessing the issue, fortunately it was nothing that needed fixing! The guys were really nice and explained things about the plumbing in my house. I felt the initial cost was reasonable until the technician talked and talked and talked his way into another quarter hour which cost me more money. That was disappointing. Next time I won't engage in conversation as to not get dinged for it. I guess the boss keeps them on a tight schedule.

Very unprofessional and unreliable company Matthew quoted my job for $650 to replace a bathroom shower valve completely over priced and never showed up to do the job decided he didn't wanna do the job as my tenant took a day off and is waiting for him.

The company was supposed to call me for a credit card to start the work and they never did he said he couldn't find my phone number in his text thread from the the day before and they told me to go find a new plumber.

If you want an unprofessional jerk who stiffs you the day of the job because he is too unorganized to get a credit card from this is what you get.

He Came to Do My bathroom. I Paid Him what he asked. He propostioned me for sex and when I said no he never came back to finish my bathroom. Is a total creep. Services  sucks.

My entire experience with Farrell's Plumbing was a comedy of errors.

I hired Farrell's to assess my tankless gas water heater that quit working during Hurricane Irma. The guys called me and said they would arrive in 20 minutes. That gave me plenty of time to get home and put our dog, who doesn't care for strangers, away. When I arrived 10 minutes later, they were already there waiting for me. So I rushed to get inside and prepare, likely while already on the clock and being charged for the service call. Plumbers charge by the quarter hour...

Fast-forward 45 minutes and 85 bucks later: the two men trudged through my home with muddy shoes, leaving tracks. One of them, sweating profusely, leaned on my washing machine and left behind large sweat smudges on the glass top for me to clean. WOW. Talk about disgusting and unprofessional.

The final piece of this entire charade is Farrell himself, the business owner. Farrell and I spoke on the phone several times. He failed to phone me back after offering to get me a quote on a new water heater. This is exceptionally funny to me, seeing as it would present new business and a profit for him! On top of that, he was quite rude when I politely asked if his installation quote was negotiable, as I found it high. His comment was well I could do it for free, but that isn't how business works. No kidding, bud. I'm very aware of how business works--and happily took mine elsewhere.

I was told my plumber would show up between a window of 12 noon and 2 pm. He showed up at 2:10pm and didn't call to tell me he was running late. I thought that was very unprofessional. After he checked out the problem he told me he had to go get different supplies, it is now 3:15 and I'm waiting for him to come back to finish the job. Highly disappointed as this is ruining my whole afternoon and the plans i had to accomplish today.
