Greg Faulkner himself took my call and we agreed on the work to be completed after me sending him some pictures via text. We also agreed to his pricing which he estimated he could be completed within 1 hour. Items to be completed were tub spout diverter replacement (took roughly 10 mins), change the P trap in the kitchen to an S trap (about 20 mins), replace the toilet tank inside parts (about 5 mins times 2 toilets), and change a shower arm to a longer one ( about 5 mins). The quote was $125 for everything except the s trap, another $50 for that. He asked me to call to remind/confirm my appointment the day before which I did, and I realized that he had forgotten on the phone when I did by the way he was determining if he could still be there at 9a.m.. He instead asked to come earlier which we agreed and did not show up until 9:45a.m.. Arrived at 9:45 and was in his truck leaving at 10:45 yet charged for 2 hours labor. When asked about the second hour he said he brought someone else with him so 2 plumbers were working at the same time in conjunction that he didnt really remember our conversation and him saying that he could complete it all in 1 hour. Now mind you they didnt work on thew same jobs at the same time, one did the toilets while the other did the shower, ect. The rest of the time was walking back and forth to the truck, talking, writing invoices, and such. Would not recommend based on not being professional (not on time) (require the customer to remind you of your appointment)(have no notes of anything you are supposed to do, nor what you quoted) and unethical business practice of billing for more hours than you were actually present for.

My wife and I both have health complications and just needed a simple drain clean out. Everything went as expected and we are very happy and pleased with the way it all worked out. I had Sunshine Plumbing install a new tub, replace my pipes, and install new shower tiles. I got several quotes and they had the best prices.
The Good:
The plumbers that worked on my house were very professional and excellent workers. They kept me informed about the progress and explained everything thoroughly. I can't say enough about the hard work they did. **If this job was just plumbing work I would have given 5 Stars.**
The Bad:
The tile guy SUCKS! I should have known he would do a bad job when on the first day he asking me where to place the tiles. He never showed up on time and when he did show up he would just have to leave to get something he needed because he was not prepared. He took several buckets and supplies from my yard that I can not find to this day. He never cleaned up after himself once. He left his tools and trash all over the bathroom at the end of the day. He would promise that he would take care of it the next day when he returned. This was a 2 day tile job that went on for 7 days. When things were coming to an end he quit showing up altogether. He just texted me that he was on another job and he would come back another day. He never finished the job at all. I had to finish the job myself. Stay away from any tile work from these guys.

They did a great job replacing a hot water heater. Very fast service and very knowledgeable and local to Ponte Vedra. I would definitely use this company again.

These folks did a complete home re-pipe due to a slab leak.  A very professional job completed in two days.  They even installed a water softener and a new hot water heater that I provided while they were plumbing the home at no extra charge.  I would VERY highly recommend these folks for any plumbing repairs you may need.

Awesome crew. I made contact on a Tuesday morning with a leak in the slab at my house. The techs (Will was lead) were at my house within 24hrs. They located and fixed the leak and patched the floor within 2.5 hours. Professional and efficient. I definitely recommend!

Shawn arrived on time diagnosed the problem, gave me a couple options. I chose to receive parts from the Maker since it had a lifetime warranty. When I received the part I contacted Shawn again and he arrived and made the repair. His Company   Will be recommend anyone should ask me for a Plumber recommendation.

My husband contacted this company because we had an issue with our well pump . They sent out a service tech by the name of Will, who did an awesome job.  He was very professional, personable, knowledgeable and stood behind his work.  The price was affordable and the service provided will keep this company on our list of businesses if we should need their services in the future. Excellent service. Called ahead just as they said they would and fixed three plumbing issues I had in less than one hour. Great work for a great price.  Their service men did an excellent job and were very easy to work with.

We recently returned from a trip to find a leak in a copper pipe in the foundation-evidently a problem for many homeowners with 20+ yr old homes.

Pacetti identified the leak source and gave us the option of 1) fixing the one leak or 2) repiping the entire house. The repipe is the only smart way to go as another leak may happen at any time. A repipe is NOT a fun thing to do...think having walls cut into; pipes rerouted to the attic and then, drywall replaced, mudded and ready for paint. Messy, expensive and time consuming---no way around that.

The Pacetti team did what they promised and came back for 2 minor glitches in a timely manner. I would hire them again for other plumbing issues.

He Came to Do My bathroom. I Paid Him what he asked. He propostioned me for sex and when I said no he never came back to finish my bathroom. Is a total creep. Services  sucks.

My entire experience with Farrell's Plumbing was a comedy of errors.

I hired Farrell's to assess my tankless gas water heater that quit working during Hurricane Irma. The guys called me and said they would arrive in 20 minutes. That gave me plenty of time to get home and put our dog, who doesn't care for strangers, away. When I arrived 10 minutes later, they were already there waiting for me. So I rushed to get inside and prepare, likely while already on the clock and being charged for the service call. Plumbers charge by the quarter hour...

Fast-forward 45 minutes and 85 bucks later: the two men trudged through my home with muddy shoes, leaving tracks. One of them, sweating profusely, leaned on my washing machine and left behind large sweat smudges on the glass top for me to clean. WOW. Talk about disgusting and unprofessional.

The final piece of this entire charade is Farrell himself, the business owner. Farrell and I spoke on the phone several times. He failed to phone me back after offering to get me a quote on a new water heater. This is exceptionally funny to me, seeing as it would present new business and a profit for him! On top of that, he was quite rude when I politely asked if his installation quote was negotiable, as I found it high. His comment was well I could do it for free, but that isn't how business works. No kidding, bud. I'm very aware of how business works--and happily took mine elsewhere.

I have to have a toilet leak fixed for insurance purposes. Since the insurance agent is coming tomorrow I was told they would be here between 12-2pm. I had to leave at 3. When I called I was told he was at another call and the secretary would call me back. No call. Called them back and was told they had no idea when he would arrive. I cancelled the call and hopefully have another company coming out later this afternoon. I had to impose on my son and DIL to come over if they don't show up. I will not use Professor Plumb again nor can I recommend them,
