I had the most pleasant young man come today to bring the old lady with artificial hips a decent sized toilet. He knew just what I needed and had the old toilet out and the new one in in less than an hour. The price was very reasonable. Good price, great service!

I had used Sunshine Plumbing before and that first job was done well, so I felt comfortable calling them back out. BIG mistake! So warning so you all don't make the same mistake as me. I'm not sure what has taken place since I last used them, perhaps a changing of staff, maybe the business grew and they got cocky, not sure. The what happened is not my concern. The what it is now causing, is.
If I had to sum my experience in two words it would be POOR COMMUNICATION! I initially called this company before Thanksgiving holidays and informed them I needed to replace 2 sinks. I was told to go purchase the sinks and call them after the holidays. I was not provided any guidance on best brands or similar items. Just go get the sinks and you'll need 2 new faucets also. Day of original scheduled install, I was switched from from my original 8am to noon scheduled time with no notice. I'm sorry, but people have work and other life-duties and can not just hold an entire day open. I only found out I had been switched when I called in to inquire of the delay. I was told they had a customer with an emergency and they had to move me. It was cold that day, that creates plumbing issues, I get that. What I didn't get was why there was no courtesy call to inform me or to even ask if I needed to reschedule. That was a red flag I shouldn't have ignored. I should have cancelled at that point and found someone else. But they said they were on their way so I let them go ahead and come. BIG MISTAKE! I had to do a last minute doctors appointment cancel-fee. If the problems stopped there, I'd have given them 2 stars. But it continues. Once gentlemen finished the install, he advised that he wasn't sure if the sink came out of the box damaged or he had cracked it but that I should go purchase a new one and they'll come back out and install for me and I can take the old one back and get a refund. He made it seem like there was damage to only one sink. Once I had a chance to inspect later that evening, there were TWO damaged sinks!! Never was the 2nd one mentioned to me. Once I reached out to the office, I learned both had been mentioned to the office. I'm the paying customer, why wasn't I told? And if it came out of the box damaged, why wasn't I told before it was installed? No company is refunding sinks that have caulking on them. It gets better!
I'll spare you all the detailed nuisances. Suffice it to say: home office/workers messages-different. They stated they were coming out to fix and would be supplying the sinks from their supplier. Well, slap me and call me surprised! If they had a supplier, why didn't they offer that option to begin with?? And that way I, the non-expert, am not in the store just going by the limited knowledge of store workers. That way the customer is assured good quality. On first visit, faucets were supposedly tested and all was well. Interesting. Because on 2nd visit, faucets were definitely tested, as I made sure to check everything in depth and the faucets are leaking. They state there is a defect in the faucet and they can replace but that visit they'd have to charge me for the return visit. Why wasn't this leak/defect discovered first visit? Had it been they could have done everything on their second visit. I'm sorry but I can not in good conscience pay this company to come back out to my house when their poor communication and poor stance as the experts led to a lot of this.
While I appreciate the fact that they took care of the sink part, good, customer-service-friendly communication could have allowed for a first-time-final pleasant customer experience. This is NOT ok!
Hire at your own risk! Literally!! Oh and by the way, they came out today to install the new sinks, without the new sinks because of that poor communication I mentioned earlier.

They did a great job replacing a hot water heater. Very fast service and very knowledgeable and local to Ponte Vedra. I would definitely use this company again.
Ponte Vedra Beach, FL 32082
These folks did a complete home re-pipe due to a slab leak. A very professional job completed in two days. They even installed a water softener and a new hot water heater that I provided while they were plumbing the home at no extra charge. I would VERY highly recommend these folks for any plumbing repairs you may need.

Sewage backed up into both bathrooms at night (~8:00ish). The company had a superb answering service, came promptly that same night (actually BEFORE the expected time), fixed the problem quickly with no fuss, and was very reasonably priced. Ask for Will, he is the BEST, professional, friendly, and does great work.

I had to call a plumber while working out of the country. The Property Manager recommended JD Vaughn & Sons. I spoke directly with JD to handle the problem. He communicated with me when he could come out and how much. Not only was it a fair price, but when a problem occurred, he jumped to fix it. The epitomy of good service. I have to give 5 stars to JD Vaughn & Sons for their problem solving skills, it's not whether have problem free service, but how you serve the problem. Great job.

My husband contacted this company because we had an issue with our well pump . They sent out a service tech by the name of Will, who did an awesome job. He was very professional, personable, knowledgeable and stood behind his work. The price was affordable and the service provided will keep this company on our list of businesses if we should need their services in the future. We will definitely request Will! Keep up the good work.

We had a slab leak and based on reviews and price we went with NF Plumbing...the guys who worked there were nice.but they thought the leak was under the vanity..they spent over 2 hours removing the vanity and Jack hammering through the concrete but no leak...the leak turned out to be 5 feet away from where they started and they basically just kept jack hammering down the pipeline till they came to it...seemed to be a great waste of time and effort and money to do it this way...the vanity had some minor dings and scratches which they let you know up front that they will not be responsible for any damages they may cause..they do fill the concrete back up but the job looked terrible...called to see if they could have someone come out to level it up but was told 'no, we just try to fill it back up and are not responsible except for plumbing...well, if the leak was isolated to begin with, the 5 foot trench would not have been an issue ... will use someone else next time...and we also got charged for them to come back the next day to put the vanity back in

Waited months for service. Always told we'll get back to you and never did. Finally got work done at our restaurant in the kitchen. Few weeks after had a leak. Which is a huge hazard in a restaurant kitchen. Called and was told I'd get a call back later. Never did. Called again and nothing. Finally, spoke to owner after I said I was calling my lawyer. He was extremely rude and said I'll get there when I have time. A leak in a restaurant kitchen is a liability! Not an acceptable response after paying for the work and waiting a few days with the leak. Had to hire another company to fix! Pipes were the wrong size and was not fitted properly! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME USING THIS COMPANY. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional

My entire experience with Farrell's Plumbing was a comedy of errors.
I hired Farrell's to assess my tankless gas water heater that quit working during Hurricane Irma. The guys called me and said they would arrive in 20 minutes. That gave me plenty of time to get home and put our dog, who doesn't care for strangers, away. When I arrived 10 minutes later, they were already there waiting for me. So I rushed to get inside and prepare, likely while already on the clock and being charged for the service call. Plumbers charge by the quarter hour...
Fast-forward 45 minutes and 85 bucks later: the two men trudged through my home with muddy shoes, leaving tracks. One of them, sweating profusely, leaned on my washing machine and left behind large sweat smudges on the glass top for me to clean. WOW. Talk about disgusting and unprofessional.
The final piece of this entire charade is Farrell himself, the business owner. Farrell and I spoke on the phone several times. He failed to phone me back after offering to get me a quote on a new water heater. This is exceptionally funny to me, seeing as it would present new business and a profit for him! On top of that, he was quite rude when I politely asked if his installation quote was negotiable, as I found it high. His comment was well I could do it for free, but that isn't how business works. No kidding, bud. I'm very aware of how business works--and happily took mine elsewhere.

I called to schedule help with a bathtub/toilet drainage issue. They said they could have someone at my house Monday at 9. I called the office at 9:30 when no one had arrived and I had received no call. There was no discussion of an arrival window. It was 9 a.m. Britney the schedule checked GPS and said she didn't know why he was so late but that he should be there shortly. He arrived at noon. He got started. At one, the problem was still not fixed, and I told him I had to leave in 30 minutes to pick up my son. He got testy with me. Didn't you get my text that I was on my way? Yes, but I was on a call and it wasn't until 11:30. Then he blamed Britney for not calling him to say I had called. (hmm). So he left the auger in my bathroom and left the toilet off the hole. He came back in the morning, and charged $750, saying the pipe was clear. That night, I went to take a bath and the but would not drain. This morning, I called Britney to say I need him to come back and she said sure, he'd be there at 8 a.m. Then at 4 p.m., she calls and says the owner of the company just told her that tomorrow all their plumbers have to be on site at a commercial job so Mason can't be there tomorrow (Thursday), or Friday or Saturday or Sunday and he'd be back on Monday. I told her that this would now be a week that I've been working with them to get a tub to drain. A week! I asked for a refund. She said she'd ask the owner. Then, like magic, she calls back and said Mason can, after all, be there at my house tomorrow morning. Uh huh. No mystery here, Professor Plumb. You just charged me $750 for nothing but a bunch of malarkey.
