Greg Faulkner Plumbing Company has been wonderful!  They've taken care of seemingly simple things like leaky faucets, a few drain problems, and even disconnected washing machine hoses that were rusted on, right before the movers arrived.  No matter what the project, Greg and Patrick have been super friendly, responsive, and excellent problem-solvers.  Do yourself a favor and call this friendly, professional, neighborhood plumbing company first!

Sunshine Plumbing came to our aid last week when broken pipe lines occurred at our house, waking up with a flood of water in our house....The emergency crew that was sent came within a few minutes. Tim did a great job finding where the leak was coming from and was able to cut off the water....It was then determined and agreed that re-piping of our house was necessary...The next day a crew, Tony and Derrick came early in the morning and were committed to get us water at least in one bathroom by the evening and they did...They have been here every day until today, when our re-piping job was complete....we now have water 100% in the entire house, better pressure and a feeling that we can look forward to years of no problems with our house plumbing...

Nate the owner of this company is the best to deal with.....just a nice guy..pleasant, explained what needed to be done and what the end result would be....I believe that the price was fair for the work that was done....Again, the crew that worked here for almost a week, Tony and Derrick were professional, courteous, and are a great asset to Sunshine Plumbing...

They did a great job replacing a hot water heater. Very fast service and very knowledgeable and local to Ponte Vedra. I would definitely use this company again.

These folks did a complete home re-pipe due to a slab leak.  A very professional job completed in two days.  They even installed a water softener and a new hot water heater that I provided while they were plumbing the home at no extra charge.  I would VERY highly recommend these folks for any plumbing repairs you may need.

Awesome crew. I made contact on a Tuesday morning with a leak in the slab at my house. The techs (Will was lead) were at my house within 24hrs. They located and fixed the leak and patched the floor within 2.5 hours. Professional and efficient. I definitely recommend!

Shawn arrived on time diagnosed the problem, gave me a couple options. I chose to receive parts from the Maker since it had a lifetime warranty. When I received the part I contacted Shawn again and he arrived and made the repair. His Company   Will be recommend anyone should ask me for a Plumber recommendation.

My husband contacted this company because we had an issue with our well pump . They sent out a service tech by the name of Will, who did an awesome job.  He was very professional, personable, knowledgeable and stood behind his work.  The price was affordable and the service provided will keep this company on our list of businesses if we should need their services in the future. The technician and his apprentice arrived on time. They began assessing the issue, fortunately it was nothing that needed fixing! The guys were really nice and explained things about the plumbing in my house. I felt the initial cost was reasonable until the technician talked and talked and talked his way into another quarter hour which cost me more money. That was disappointing. Next time I won't engage in conversation as to not get dinged for it. I guess the boss keeps them on a tight schedule.

I called several co to investigate the water issue in my sons room.I was able to get a gallon of water 4 to 5 times a day. This co said they would contact me later to set up a time. In the meantime I had set up another co to come 2 days later. I got a call the next day stating that they were in the area and would be there in a few minutes. What??? Since we were desperate I agreed. Upon arrival after a few minutes I asked about the fee as no one mentioned it. They quoted me the price I agreed since I wanted a full idea of what was going on. I had another co coming the next day and between the two I figured I would have a full idea of what was happening He looked at the bathrooms that shared a wall with my sons . He ruled out that it was not our bedroom . He pulled up the baseboard and discovered water in the wall. He then looked at the other bathroom which was on the other side of my sons bedroom. He found several small cracks and said that it had to be the issue. We asked about the AC unit and without looking at it said that was not the issue.  I thought this was strange to get gallons of water several times a day for a few little cracks.
The next day the leak detection service opened the door to the ac and discovered the floor was soaked and the condensation pipe was clogged and overflowing! Pacetti did not even look at it, had I followed their advice I would have torn out my other bathroom redone the bathroom repaired cracks replaced carpet in my sons room repainted walls etc only to discover that the problem was not fixed. What a true level of incompetence!!!!!! I am so glad I had another co to investigate this issue. If I could they would have less than one star!!!

He Came to Do My bathroom. I Paid Him what he asked. He propostioned me for sex and when I said no he never came back to finish my bathroom. Is a total creep. Services  sucks.

My entire experience with Farrell's Plumbing was a comedy of errors.

I hired Farrell's to assess my tankless gas water heater that quit working during Hurricane Irma. The guys called me and said they would arrive in 20 minutes. That gave me plenty of time to get home and put our dog, who doesn't care for strangers, away. When I arrived 10 minutes later, they were already there waiting for me. So I rushed to get inside and prepare, likely while already on the clock and being charged for the service call. Plumbers charge by the quarter hour...

Fast-forward 45 minutes and 85 bucks later: the two men trudged through my home with muddy shoes, leaving tracks. One of them, sweating profusely, leaned on my washing machine and left behind large sweat smudges on the glass top for me to clean. WOW. Talk about disgusting and unprofessional.

The final piece of this entire charade is Farrell himself, the business owner. Farrell and I spoke on the phone several times. He failed to phone me back after offering to get me a quote on a new water heater. This is exceptionally funny to me, seeing as it would present new business and a profit for him! On top of that, he was quite rude when I politely asked if his installation quote was negotiable, as I found it high. His comment was well I could do it for free, but that isn't how business works. No kidding, bud. I'm very aware of how business works--and happily took mine elsewhere.

I called to schedule help with a bathtub/toilet drainage issue.  They said they could have someone at my house Monday at 9.  I called the office at 9:30 when no one had arrived and I had received no call.  There was no discussion of an arrival window.  It was 9 a.m.  Britney the schedule checked GPS and said she didn't know why he was so late but that he should be there shortly.  He arrived at noon.  He got started.  At one, the problem was still not fixed, and I told him I had to leave in 30 minutes to pick up my son.  He got testy with me.  Didn't you get my text that I was on my way?  Yes, but I was on a call and it wasn't until 11:30.  Then he blamed Britney for not calling him to say I had called.  (hmm).  So he left the auger in my bathroom and left the toilet off the hole.  He came back in the morning, and charged $750, saying the pipe was clear.  That night, I went to take a bath and the but would not drain.  This morning, I called Britney to say I need him to come back and she said sure, he'd be there at 8 a.m.  Then at 4 p.m., she calls and says the owner of the company just told her that tomorrow all their plumbers have to be on site at a commercial job so Mason can't be there tomorrow (Thursday), or Friday or Saturday or Sunday and he'd be back on Monday.  I told her that this would now be a week that I've been working with them to get a tub to drain.  A week!  I asked for a refund.  She said she'd ask the owner.  Then, like magic, she calls back and said Mason can, after all, be there at my house tomorrow morning.  Uh huh.  No mystery here, Professor Plumb.  You just charged me $750 for nothing but a bunch of malarkey.
